point in the whole public debate about something that people have been laughing at for quite
a time and making fun of.
but actually has a very sinister agenda behind it.
People have laughed at the political correctness and the wokeness that is transforming the language.
That's saying what we can and cannot say, what we cannot think, the views we cannot have.
And it's become so ludicrously extreme That it is easy to laugh at it.
But since the start I've been pointing out that there is an agenda behind this.
And it's an agenda that those that are policing it, that call themselves woke, overwhelmingly have no idea exists.
If you want to bring in a tyranny, and you look at any tyranny, doesn't matter if it's a fascist tyranny, a Marxist tyranny, whatever, every single one of them wants to control information, wants to control the opinions and the information that people receive.
Why? Because people...
Form their perceptions from information received and if you control information received you're going to a very large extent manipulate and impose perception.
So you don't want people, if you're a tyranny, to know what's really happening in the world.
You want them to believe what you want them to believe is happening because it suits what you want to do and where you're pushing society.
And So if you look at George Orwell in 1984, a big theme of it was policing the language.
Replacing, as he said, Oldspeak, which was language words that could express detail.
And you could define your thoughts and opinions in a very detailed way.
Being replaced in the Big Brother Society by Newspeak, which was a language in which basically you couldn't say anything of any detail.
And you had to talk around everything so you never actually got to the point and the core of it.
And that's what political correctness is.
It is a means of policing the language so we can no longer express our thoughts and opinions.
And if you can't express them, then their notes circulate and what's left for people to form their perceptions from is the official narrative of everything.
And so this has become known as the woke society, where you cannot criticize anybody Or any opinion or challenge it.
Because instead of there being an open debate where all sides can exchange information and then people listen to all sides and then make their minds up what they want to believe from it.
Instead of that, you don't have a debate when you know you can't win it.
And so you shut it down.
And so political correctness and wokeness is about defending the official narrative of everything and silencing any other opinion.
So if you want to challenge climate change and the official narrative of it, then you are dubbed a denier and you have to be silenced.
Even if you're a scientist that has a long experience of climate science and you don't go with the narrative, you have to be silenced as well.
Because don't have debates you can't win.
That's the whole motto of this wokeness and woke mentality.
If you want to question mass immigration into a country and its effect on the society and its effect on communities, then this is not debated in the sense of, look, this is how societies are being affected, and okay, well, this is the other side of that argument.
It's, you're a bigot, you're a Nazi, and you're a racist.
When it comes to questioning the woke agenda on transgenderism, you can't have an open free debate as you would in a free society about things like giving drugs, gender-bending drugs, puberty-blocking drugs to small children and young people.
Because if you want that debate, you are a transphobe.
And so it goes on.
Woke subject to gender after woke subject to gender.
The same principle keeps on repeating, which is our way or the highway.
Our way or we'll silence you, cancel you in the parlance, deplatform you, and we'll stop having a debate that we know we can't win, so we win by default.
And the reason this is possible and this blatant bias is supported by the authorities is It's because behind it is the agenda for bringing about a situation in which no one ever hears anything or sees anything in terms of information that is not approved by the authorities, is not approved by the ruling elite.
So how do they bring this about?
Well, we're seeing it come about and political correctness and woke censorship and woke abuse is fundamentally part of this.
First of all, they are moving the communication of information onto the internet and By doing that, they are creating a situation whereby information can be censored by artificial intelligence algorithm without even any human input once the codes are in place.
So through algorithms, censoring information is real simple.
And in Silicon Valley, You're having a situation with Silicon Valley absolutely a front for this global agenda of human enslavement.
You're having a situation where they are increasingly having the ability to dominate, censor and dictate what people see and hear.
Then you've got the mainstream media, which again at ownership level is answerable to this same elite.
And it is going along overwhelmingly with the same woke agenda and the same censorship.
And as more and more information, in the end they want all of it, is transferred to the internet, you're in a situation where you can algorithmically dictate what people see and hear.
Which leaves something else.
It leaves one thing that Can still communicate information that challenges the narrative.
And that's freedom of speech.
Where you can have the freedom to speak your truth, even if they're saying something on the internet, you can do it among your friends, you can do it among your workmates, you can do it in other ways that you can make happen.
Because you have freedom of speech.
And it's a simple thing.
Freedom of speech is the freedom to speak your truth.
And thus this goal of completely controlling everything that people see and hear cannot reach its totality while people have freedom of speech.
So what we're doing or seeing is The internet giants increasingly dominating what people see and hear in the public arena.
But we've got political correctness that's also censoring this backstop, which is freedom of speech, because people are becoming so intimidated By the consequences and the reaction from the woke mentality of saying anything outside of the woke narrative, they're self-censoring.
And they're in fear, and there are good reasons for that concern.
They are in fear of losing their job.
How many people have lost their job simply because they had an opinion that was outside the woke narrative?
And of course, if they go on social media or the internet and have those opinions, again, the Twitter storm hits them.
From this mob, which is what it is.
And like all mobs, it has no idea who the real controllers of the mob are.
Because we are having this apparently bizarre situation.
It is bizarre, but there are reasons for it.
Where people who call themselves social justice warriors, who care about the masses, are actually enforcing...
By this political correct woke tyranny, the very agenda of mass control that is being run by this, what's being called the 1%.
And this is why you have now a situation where When I was growing up, and I came out of the old traditional, if you like, left, that believed in freedom of speech and challenging authority and challenging the might of corporations and billionaires.
Not that there were many around who were billionaires when I was growing up.
But now we have the so-called social justice warriors that are claiming to be the left, Who are in league with billionaires like George Soros and so many others, the billionaires of Silicon Valley.
And it's no longer about authority imposing upon the masses in the eyes of woke.
It's about whether the billionaires are speaking the language of woke.
Because if they are, you're on our side.
And here you now have this dynamic authority Of association and mutual goals between billionaire corporations and billionaire individuals who have no care whatsoever for social justice, quite the opposite, who are working in league with this woke mentality that believes it's all about social justice.
One funny thing about that was, after the Ricky Gervais thing at the Golden Globes, a paper, New York Times put out a thing about him being far right with his opinions, and he tweeted back, going, since when was calling out Hollywood millionaires far right?
Yeah, exactly. But that's describing something that's quite easy to observe, and that is, because I grew up with the traditional left, That defended freedom of speech and challenged authority and its imposition on people.
I could see the transformation that's happened in what we call the left because the left has become woke and the woke is anything but left.
It's anything but progressive.
It's a tyranny. And so you've now had this inversion Whereby, instead of standing up for freedom of speech, the new woke left wants to delete it, wants to destroy it.
The new woke left, instead of challenging authority and the imposition on society of billionaires, as long as the billionaires speak the language of woke, then they're on the same side.
I mean, you look at the tens and tens of billions of dollars That George Soros alone has spent on so-called progressive woke groups pushing this agenda.
Why would a billionaire like that, who attacks currencies and causes mayhem in whole populations as a result of it, just to make money, why would he want to spend tens of billions supporting so-called progressive woke organizations and agendas?
Why? Because it suits the agenda of the elite, that's why.
And so we've reached this point, and I hope it's where the ball bounces, whereby all this censorship is going on of alternative opinion and information through the corporations, while the woke mentality censors freedom of speech that goes outside the narrative.
And what this has done Because this woke mentality has gone so extreme in this spectrum of opinion we call left and center and right, the old traditional left, which is what Gervais was talking about, basically, has actually moved here compared with woke here.
So now, if you are anything outside of woke, you are far right, you are bigger, a Nazi, and therefore the traditional left defending freedom of speech becomes to woke far right.
It's not moved.
It's saying what it's always said, but the spectrum has changed.
And what's underpinned it, what's allowed this to happen, is self-censorship out of fear of the consequences of speaking outside the politically correct tyranny.
So what Lawrence Fox has done by very publicly standing up and saying, I'm not having it, Is a very significant contribution to actually turning this around.
And I think, you know, I watched it on video and I think this was another interesting turning point.
When Extinction Rebellion was doing all those protests against something that's not happening, by the way.
Hoax. Complete hoax.
And eventually they started climbing onto the roofs of tube trains in London.
Stopping them moving.
And here's all these crowds of people on the platform.
They want to go home after a day at work.
And they'd had enough.
And some people from the crowd climbed onto the roof of the Tube trains.
And they shove these guys off.
That was another kind of very symbolic and more than symbolic point where people were saying, we've had enough of this.
We ain't taking it anymore.
And in many ways, not just what Lawrence Fox did in kind of standing up and speaking his truth in the In the face of woke abuse.
But the massive public support he got from it I hope is a turning point where people now will start to summon their courage and no longer allow themselves to be intimidated into silence because silence is what allows this nonsense, this This tyrannical imposition on human freedom to go on expanding.
And it's absolutely vital that people summon the self-respect to say I'm going to have my opinion and I'm not going to let you no matter how abusive you may be Deny me the freedom to have that opinion.
And if more and more people did this, we would see this roll back.
Because it's only possible because the vast majority who don't agree with it are acquiescing to it out of fear of the consequences.
And, you know, I'm sure Extinction Rebellion will return.
But it's been pretty quiet since those guys were thrown off the tube trains.
Because I think they recognised it was a turning point as well.
Where you can only push people so far...
And then they'll turn.
And I hope that's what's happening now.
And I hope Lawrence Fox's contribution to it is another sign that the woke tyranny is no longer going to be allowed to go its way unchallenged any longer.
I think a big factor as well is people think Twitter is the world.
So if you go on Twitter today, type in Donald Trump, you think he's the most hated man ever.
You type in Brexit, you think nobody wants it.
Type in climate change, you think everyone believes it.
Type in Lawrence Fox, you probably think everyone's having a go at him.
But if you spoke to people in the street, they'd have a completely different opinion to those four things.
Because Trump won. Brexit won.
Most people are supporting Fox.
Most people don't believe climate change.
But because people live on, particularly Twitter, I think it's the worst one, if that's where you get your reference of the world, that's why it's totally skewed.
Well, this is a point I've been making for a long time.
The vast difference in view and opinion that there is between those who hijack the microphones and the rest of the population Who have a completely different opinion.
And if you only listen to the microphones, whether it's media people, whether it's woke people, whatever, then you'll get a view of public opinion that seems to be a certain way.
And then you talk to people, like you say, in the street, in the supermarket, in everyday life, and you find a completely different opinion.
And this is the point.
While that Massive people are intimidated into keeping their opinions to themselves.
It means that there is no challenge whatsoever to the strident, shrill voices on the microphones.
And then there's another question.
Why if there's a spectrum of opinion that actually has a massive area over here that's nothing like the microphone?
Why do we never hear from that?
Why would you almost never hear from that unless somebody rings up in a phone-in or something?
Because there's an agenda to push the woke narrative for much bigger Orwellian reasons than the woke even begins to understand.
And therefore they get access to the microphones and overwhelmingly people of a different opinion do not.
So you look at how many people, how many scientists, climate scientists, experts in carbon dioxide have a completely different opinion about human caused climate change than the official narrative.
People who point out that actually carbon dioxide is the gas of life.
And if anything, we have a deficit of it because plants are sucking it out of the atmosphere.
And if there's not enough CO2 in the atmosphere, then plants basically end up being underfed, undernourished.
And so in this period where carbon dioxide has increased in the atmosphere, The earth has got greener because there's more, if you like, food nourishment for the natural world.
Now that is an opinion and a factual opinion that in any free and open society would be something that a journalistic organization Would absolutely want to be putting in front of people, hey, here's another view of this climate change thing.
These people are saying there's not enough CO2, never mind too much.
Apparently there's about 400 parts per million of CO2 in the atmosphere.
According to these experts, the ideal amount in the atmosphere for optimum plant growth is 2,000 parts per Now these are things that deserve public debate, so the question is, why are they never debated?
Why do you find it in some interview that's outside of the mainstream?
If you can't win the debate, don't have it.
Exactly, you can't win the debate.
Don't let the other side of the debate have a view.
So it's being skewed.
It's being skewed massively.
So what you have in simple terms is this.
On one side...
You have the official narrative, which is pushed and pushed and pushed down all these different mainstream outlets.
And on the other side, you have the woke mentality protecting the official narrative by silencing and targeting and abusing anyone who's challenging it.
And that is the absolute opposite to what the traditional left and traditional liberals used to do.
Because liberalism and the political left has been hijacked.
And who has it been hijacked by?
The 1%.
The 1% has taken control of the opposition.
And it's persuaded large numbers of people to believe that in pushing the woke agenda, i.e.
the agenda of the 1%, every box ticked, They're somehow anti-establishment when what they're doing is imposing the long-term goal of the establishment, which is a global Orwellian tyranny, which is based on what?
Has to be based on what?
Every tyranny is based on it.
Destroying people's right to an opinion and the free flow of information.
So it's time...
