The Dan Bongino Show - Joe Kent is Wrong, And So is His Explanation (Ep. 2475) - 03/18/2026 Aired: 2026-03-18 Duration: 01:28:41 === Infiltrating Our Movement (15:09) === [00:00:48] All America, all the time. [00:00:50] Sit down, buckle up, and get ready for the Dan Bongino show. [00:00:56] Folks, being gone for the last four days, considering the weekend and then the excellent, amazing guest hosting duties performed by Sean Farrish, who I hope you guys loved him as much as I did. [00:01:08] When I have a guest host, whether it was on the radio, we didn't do many guest hosts on the pod. [00:01:12] I don't think we ever did. [00:01:13] But I don't watch the show a lot because there's a reason I'm gone. [00:01:17] I actually watched the show with Sean day one. [00:01:19] Yesterday, I only caught a little bit of it. [00:01:20] I had something to do, but he's just an amazing guy. [00:01:23] So I really appreciate you all tuning in. [00:01:25] But I've got to tell you, you know, I was gone about 10 months or so, and the four days felt almost as long as the 10 months because, again, the old line, right? [00:01:36] That old famous adage that sometimes decades go by and nothing happens. [00:01:41] And then days go by and decades happen. [00:01:44] The last four days have been just crazy. [00:01:46] I sent so much stuff. [00:01:48] Ask my production team in the chat if you think I'm messing with you. [00:01:51] I sent so much stuff on Friday for the anticipated Wednesday show. [00:01:54] These poor guys had to cut this whole show. [00:01:57] And then we had to be, it takes a long time. [00:01:58] Then we had to throw it in the garbage because so much happened on Monday and Tuesday. [00:02:03] I really wanted to get on the air last night because, folks, this is going to be a really serious show. [00:02:09] I know I mean, obviously, every show is serious, but this is a really serious show because everything I have been warning you about, that there are people who may have had good intentions when they got inside the administration, but are in there now and are clearly setting themselves up for 2028. [00:02:31] I've been warning you that not everyone's intentions are pure. [00:02:34] Have I not? [00:02:35] And there is a deliberate effort right now by the doomers and the left-wing media. [00:02:42] Now you're seeing it to fracture our coalition because they have, here's the fear. [00:02:51] Now you're seeing it. [00:02:53] I'm right again. [00:02:55] You're seeing it now. [00:02:57] The fear is when Donald Trump is gone and can't run. [00:03:00] I mean, gone like it, but gone can't run again, obviously, it's his last term, that there's not going to be anyone to carry the mantle and the movement's going to fracture. [00:03:08] And they want to be the first ones out of the gate to pick up like what they think are the scraps from Longshank's table. [00:03:13] I'm not telling you I agree with that. [00:03:15] I'm just telling you that is what a lot of people are thinking. [00:03:19] I'll show you a tweet in a minute that kind of sums it up. [00:03:22] I count I hadn't even seen it before, but pretty much nails it. [00:03:27] Don't trust your boy Dan. [00:03:30] Okay. [00:03:32] I did what I said I was going to do there. [00:03:34] Came out. [00:03:35] Had obviously some turmoil there, but you know, that's not the way to do it. [00:03:43] That's not the way to do it. [00:03:45] I'm really sorry, but that's not the way to do it. [00:03:48] I'll get into it. [00:03:49] I got a toll bunch of stuff to get into today, so don't go anywhere. [00:03:51] Thanks for joining us today so much. [00:03:53] Really appreciate it so much. [00:03:54] All Family Pharmacy. [00:03:56] They let you plan ahead with medications shipped to your door. [00:04:24] I see their commercials running on cable television as well. [00:04:27] America is about to celebrate its 250th anniversary. [00:04:29] I believe the direction of the country is being decided right now in our culture and in our economy. [00:04:35] And who we choose to support matters now more than ever. [00:04:38] Most wireless companies don't care who you are or what you believe, they just want your money. [00:04:43] Patriot Mobile, they're not one of those companies. [00:04:45] They are totally different. [00:04:46] For more than 12 years, they've stood with Americans who believe freedom is worth defending and they support the Christian conservative movement when others stayed silent. [00:04:54] That's true. [00:04:55] And here's the deal: you don't have to give up quality or service when you switch to Patriot Mobile. [00:04:59] I just made the switch over. [00:05:01] I told you I was on a trip to Orlando, couldn't get service outside of Patriot Mobile. [00:05:05] Thank you, Patriot Mobile. [00:05:06] They deliver premium priority access in all three major U.S. networks. [00:05:09] So you get the same or better coverage than you have today. [00:05:11] Think switching is a hassle? [00:05:13] It is not. [00:05:14] Keep your number, keep your phone, or upgrade. [00:05:15] They're 100% U.S.-based. [00:05:17] Customer support team can activate you in minutes, still paying off a device. [00:05:21] No problem. [00:05:22] Patriot Mobile even offers a contract buyout. [00:05:25] This is a defining year. [00:05:26] We got to work together and save our country. [00:05:28] So go to patriotmobile.com/slash Dan or call 972Patriot. [00:05:32] Use promo code Dan for a free month of service. [00:05:35] That's patriotmobile.com/slash Dan or 972Patriot, 972-Patriot, and switch today. [00:05:42] Fellas, let's go. [00:05:45] So I know I was, it's probably annoying. [00:05:47] I have my lips are really dry. [00:05:49] I was in Colorado with the mountain air, beautiful state, by the way, but my skin is really ridiculously dry because I'm used to the humid weather in Florida. [00:05:58] So sorry about that. [00:06:00] If it's really annoying, my apologies in advance. [00:06:02] All right. [00:06:03] Let me put up this tweet, and this is what I'm talking about. [00:06:05] I don't know this individual in the tweet, but it doesn't make the tweet any less wrong. [00:06:10] I saw this from an account called At the Moderate Case. [00:06:14] It popped up this morning. [00:06:16] I want you to listen to every word of this. [00:06:18] Everyone, stop your grinning and drop your linen. [00:06:20] Hot tip Bill Paxton and pay attention to this. [00:06:23] It is super important. [00:06:26] Quote, Joe Kent immediately planning a podcast with Tucker Carlson after his resignation should come as no surprise. [00:06:32] My thought is that many politicians are gearing up for the future of Trump and MAGA and exiting now, saving face and avoiding any public scrutiny for any political roles they may play in the future. [00:06:44] Kent was vehemently against Iran and continuously called them a threat, saying America needed to take military action years ago. [00:06:51] But now, all of a sudden, quote, it's a war for Israel. [00:06:55] Kind of weird, no? [00:06:59] Let me put this out there in advance now. [00:07:01] After now, keep that. [00:07:03] Can you keep that up on the screen? [00:07:03] Because I want just the audience. [00:07:04] If you're listening on Apple and Spotify, you can go watch and it's up on the screen. [00:07:08] You can go to Twitter and check out at the moderate case yourself. [00:07:10] Okay. [00:07:10] I don't know the person. [00:07:11] I'm just telling you, this is what's said here is pretty accurate. [00:07:16] Joe Kent served this country patriotically. [00:07:19] That is a fact. [00:07:20] Those statements are beyond questioning. [00:07:23] Joe Kent lost his wife in an incredible act of heroism and patriotism for this country. [00:07:30] Period. [00:07:31] Guys, when I say full stop, I mean full stop. [00:07:35] However, that does not make every single opinion after that act of bravery and service and heroism on the part of him and his family. [00:07:43] That does not make every opinion after that beyond questioning. [00:07:46] I never asked you to do that to me. [00:07:49] And keep in mind, I haven't made 1-1 million to the sacrifice, Joe Ken. [00:07:53] It's not even worth talking about. [00:07:54] I wasn't even in the military. [00:07:57] I wasn't even in the military. [00:08:00] I lost a family member I hadn't even met, my uncle Greg, but I hadn't even met him. [00:08:04] He died in Vietnam before I was even gone and it destroyed my family. [00:08:06] I can't even imagine what that's like. [00:08:09] But folks, we live in a world where if you're in a position of power, you know, what you do matters and what you say matters. [00:08:18] And you're open to questioning just like I was. [00:08:20] There are a lot of people out there right now. [00:08:23] You see people, they take shots at us all day. [00:08:25] One of them I'll address later is not even true. [00:08:27] It's like totally made up. [00:08:30] I'm not trying to shut anybody down or anything like that, but that does not make your opinion necessarily valid if you're basing it on things that are just not true. [00:08:43] I did an appearance last night with Laura Ingram. [00:08:46] And I'm going to tell you something. [00:08:48] The conclusions drawn in Joe Kent's resignation letter, this was some war for Israel and Iran is not a threat. [00:08:56] Folks, I got to tell you something. [00:08:59] I don't know what intelligence he was reading to come to that conclusion. [00:09:04] He clearly had a different opinion in the past repeatedly in podcast appearances and tweets where he indicated it was a threat. [00:09:14] I mean, I don't know how you would come into that job with draw, having drawn the conclusion already in podcast appearances and in your tweets that Iran's a threat, read the intel, which he had access to, especially the foreign stuff, and then come to the conclusion Iran was not an imminent threat. [00:09:31] Ballistic missile technology, the explosively formed penetrators, their drone technology advancing at a rapid rate, their anti-ship ballistic missiles, the shield they were building around their nuclear program. [00:09:42] Even though their sites had been destroyed, they still had nuclear material over 400 kilograms. [00:09:48] They were clearly looking to reconstitute. [00:09:52] How do we know that? [00:09:53] Because the intel was everywhere. [00:09:56] There is no way to miss this. [00:09:58] And not to mention, the president takes out their military enrichment facilities for nuclear weapons in Midnight Hammer. [00:10:08] By the way, he gives them like between Trump 45 and Trump 47 and his prior statements, like two decades of warning that he's really not happy with this. [00:10:17] He finally takes them out, thinks, okay, now maybe they'll have their moment and they'll wake up and realize this isn't going to work. [00:10:24] And they don't. [00:10:24] They double down. [00:10:25] What do you want the president to do? [00:10:26] Let them build a nuclear weapon and destroy us? [00:10:28] Is that even how? [00:10:30] How much more imminent do you need? [00:10:33] Folks, hold on a sec. [00:10:41] Been important, okay? [00:10:46] We're in a war right now. [00:10:49] We are in a war right now that's been going on for decades between the civilized man and the savage. [00:10:57] The savage who attacked us at 9-11, the savages who inspired people who attacked us over the past few months, the savages who've engaged in terror attacks from San Bernardino to Palm Springs to Detroit, all the way across the country to New Orleans. [00:11:13] We are in a civilizational war of a group of Islamo-radical fanatics, call them what they are, whose motto is: first we get the Saturday people and then we get the Sunday people. [00:11:26] They don't give, listen to me, they don't give a shit what you think. [00:11:33] You can look them right in the face as a Christian, Catholic, Jew, Buddhist, Hindu, it doesn't matter, and say, I'm with you, brother. [00:11:44] And you know what they're going to say? [00:11:45] Off with his head. [00:11:47] They will still kill you. [00:11:49] They don't give a shit. [00:11:51] Dan, why do you support our continued relationship with the Israelis in the region? [00:11:57] Because they've been mowing the lawn for us for freaking 20, 30 years. [00:12:03] It's a strict national security transaction from a guy who has spent a ton of time in the region, been on the federal law enforcement side, been on the counter-terror side. [00:12:13] And I've seen this body of intelligence. [00:12:15] You know how briefings we've got on this issue? [00:12:17] You never get a briefing saying, hey, you better be careful for those Jewish terrorists that are coming for you in the president. [00:12:24] We were in the secret service. [00:12:25] You never get that briefing. [00:12:28] Yet, whether it was Indonesia and what was it, Jamaat Islamiyah, and there are all these Islamo-radical groups. [00:12:35] All you would do is get briefings: ISIS, AQAP, Al-Qaeda, KH, Hezbollah. [00:12:41] I mean, it goes on and on and on. [00:12:44] You have two sides: the off-with-your-head side, and the other side, like, please don't cut our heads off. [00:12:51] This is not complicated, but these people have such vile hatred that they're willing to have their own heads lopped off to prove some silly point. [00:13:04] It is the craziest thing I've ever seen. [00:13:08] Folks, they say this all the time: I'm not Jewish, I'm Christian. [00:13:15] However, there's a group of people who want to kill me and a group of people who don't. [00:13:20] Kill me, don't kill me, kill me, don't which side anybody have a name? [00:13:24] What side are you guys going to pick? [00:13:26] Is it unit's unanimous? [00:13:27] I've taken a vote. [00:13:28] They're like, We just would rather rely with the people killing the people who want to kill us. [00:13:32] Oh, okay. [00:13:37] The problem is, and these are always difficult because you get the bots, you see them in the chat now. [00:13:42] We hate the Jews, we get it. [00:13:45] You're a guy in a room, you know, probably tentacle porn in the background, your Pop-Tart in front of you with 600 different phones lined up on a wall. [00:13:53] Someone's paying you, we hate the Jews. [00:13:56] We get it, we get it. [00:13:57] You think we're not on to the bot bullshit? [00:13:59] You think we don't know what's going on? [00:14:00] You think I'm new at this? [00:14:02] You think I haven't seen this before? [00:14:08] I'm trying to help you. [00:14:10] I promise. [00:14:11] Without it's fairly obvious when you're in that job I was in, you get to see things. [00:14:19] Do you really believe? [00:14:22] You really believe like Donald Trump is being dragged around and dogwalked by the Israelis? [00:14:28] If anything, he's called out the Israeli government. [00:14:31] Gosh, we've taken shots at Israeli government officials over and over. [00:14:35] How many times we play that Ehud Barak video, like 10 times? [00:14:39] That knucklehead over there. [00:14:44] Here's the problem we have now: the problem in the movement, because it's not our movement, okay, is you have the Mansour Olsen problem. [00:14:54] Pay attention to this. [00:14:55] This is important. [00:14:55] Mancer Olson on collective action. [00:14:58] You should look this up. [00:15:00] M-A-N-C-U-R. [00:15:02] I think it's O-L-S-O-N. [00:15:04] Mansur-Olson. [00:15:06] He has this theory on collective action. [00:15:09] That when you get an issue where there's a concentrated interest between a group, a small group of people, but rather diffuse cost to everyone else, the small group of people can do amazing things. [00:15:21] And I don't mean amazing being good or bad. [00:15:24] I mean amazing in a qualitative way. [00:15:26] They can move mountains. [00:15:30] Think about like unions, for example. [00:15:34] They have a concentrated interest. [00:15:36] They want this tax benefit that's going to benefit them. [00:15:38] No one else in the general public's following this tax benefit, but there we go. [00:15:42] Thank you, guys. [00:15:43] Mansur Olson's theory of collective action. [00:15:45] Rational individuals often fail to cooperate to achieve common goals, even when it's in their best interest. [00:15:49] Collective action is the opposite. [00:15:51] That when you get these, like, think of worker, you know, I'm not knocking unions. [00:15:54] I'm just saying they have a concentrated interest in bettering their union and their salary. === The Tea Party Lost Its Way (04:14) === [00:15:57] You're not following this every day. [00:15:59] The cost to you is diffuse. [00:16:01] You don't even, you know, you've never even heard of the story. [00:16:03] To them, it is real. [00:16:05] This is the problem we have with people trying to infiltrate our movement. [00:16:09] You have this small army of less than probably 1% of the movement and their bots, which make it seem, which make it seem like it's like 10%. [00:16:17] It's not. [00:16:18] We've seen it ourselves. [00:16:20] It's like 1% movement, but they collectively want to blame everything on the Jews because they hate the choose. [00:16:26] That's it. [00:16:28] All rationality has gone out the window. [00:16:30] And because you're working in your everyday life, you don't have time to follow this stuff on Twitter all day. [00:16:34] You just see it happening and hear like there's infighting going on. [00:16:37] And then you see, I saw this this week. [00:16:39] We got some knuckleheads on our side again, like, hey, man, you know, we got to stop the info. [00:16:46] Stop the info. [00:16:47] The movement's being hijacked by fucking lunatics. [00:16:51] Pardon my language. [00:16:52] I don't know about you, but I've been through the Tea Party. [00:16:55] When we realized like the GOP had lost its focus and we thankfully pulled it back, we had some successes out of that. [00:17:01] I wish they would have stayed long term. [00:17:03] We had the BCA and other things. [00:17:05] I don't know about you, but like I said, I put my name on a ballot. [00:17:08] Didn't work out, but I just had the balls to do it. [00:17:12] You got these people going to stop the info. [00:17:14] We should just let these people hijack the party with crazy stuff, like the Jews in Israel did everything. [00:17:20] They have this one concentrated interest, Israel. [00:17:23] That's it. [00:17:24] That's it. [00:17:25] I care deeply about the issue from the national security perspective. [00:17:29] I said it many times. [00:17:30] However, it's one of 100 things I'm interested in because I am America first. [00:17:35] That's the real America first. [00:17:37] And the real America first is picking allies where the relationship benefits us and prevents our freaking heads from getting lopped off. [00:17:44] That's fucking America first, bro. [00:17:49] All right, so more cursing. [00:17:51] I just got to stop that. [00:17:52] I'm sorry. [00:17:52] I know people listen with kids. [00:17:54] I just. [00:17:58] The problem with a lot of this discourse, folks, is everything to the collective action group, the insiders, who all they care, everything is about Israel. [00:18:06] Everything. [00:18:09] Everything is Donald Trump has no agency at all. [00:18:12] Donald Trump is so weak that Israelis are dragging him around. [00:18:15] Do you, have you even been in a meeting? [00:18:16] Do you have any idea what's going on? [00:18:20] I'm telling you, like, I've been there. [00:18:22] You're so full of shit. [00:18:23] You have no idea. [00:18:25] He's probably the one president, if anything, who questions everything as a spreadsheet. [00:18:30] He has no ideological predicate to this at all, other than how does this benefit us? [00:18:40] And again, these people saying, like, oh, it's infi. [00:18:44] I saw it this weekend. [00:18:45] Peace and one nuclear. [00:18:47] Like, oh, we got a problem. [00:18:48] No, no, we don't have a problem. [00:18:49] We don't, it's not us with the problem. [00:18:52] You got people trying to take our movement and steal it, that the party has lost its way. [00:18:56] I've said a thousand times: if this is going to be a movement stigmatizing an entire group of people because you just don't like them, I count me the out, man. [00:19:08] No way. [00:19:10] I ain't part of that because it's all America. [00:19:12] Oh, you're damn right. [00:19:15] Cut your heads off or kill the people, cut your heads off. [00:19:18] That's it. [00:19:21] You got a bunch of dipshits trying to steal the movement who, by the way, have never done anything. [00:19:26] Just ask him a simple question. [00:19:28] Have you ever actually been in a national security briefing? [00:19:30] Have you ever killed a clearance? [00:19:31] Have you ever actually been in law enforcement? [00:19:33] Have you ever been in a counterterrorist space? [00:19:35] The answer to every single one of those questions with these chuckleheads is no. [00:19:39] So why? [00:19:40] I don't understand why you give a shit about their opinion. [00:19:42] Why does it matter? [00:19:44] They know nothing. [00:19:44] They're allowed to have it. [00:19:46] A lot of them are very charismatic. [00:19:48] They pretend they know stuff. [00:19:49] They've never actually been in a briefing ever in a briefing. [00:19:52] They don't know anything about how any of this stuff works. [00:20:00] It is unbelievably frustrating. [00:20:07] Folks, I've lived through the Tea Party thing. [00:20:10] The party did lose its way. === Why Resignations Matter Now (03:31) === [00:20:12] And we bought it back. [00:20:13] We brought it back and got a lot of great people in there. [00:20:17] It's losing its way now, too, if this is going to be the way forward. [00:20:22] Now, I'm going to say again, Joe Kent is a friend of mine and has been a friend for a long time. [00:20:27] I've had him on his show. [00:20:29] But my job here is not to have friends. [00:20:32] On the outside, I can have friends. [00:20:33] My job here is to tell you the truth. [00:20:37] And if we blow it, we blow it and we'll correct it. [00:20:40] His history of service and sacrifice, again, is beyond question. [00:20:46] Here's a matter of fact, a photo of me and him working together. [00:20:50] We went and had a meeting over at NCTC. [00:20:52] I mean, you know, he smiles. [00:20:55] Joe was always a friend of mine, but I'm not, he's just not right about this, folks. [00:21:00] He's just wrong. [00:21:02] I'm going to take a quick break because I'm a little emotional about this whole thing. [00:21:07] And when I get back on the other side of the break, I'll go into the tweet, the resignation, you know, and what I think he was wrong about. [00:21:13] I don't blame the guy for resigning. [00:21:15] If you can't and don't want to enact a presidential policy, then resign. [00:21:19] That had nothing to do with me, folks. [00:21:21] You can listen to all the bullshit all you want. [00:21:23] The president came on the show as a guest the first time because everybody knew at the end of the year I was leaving. [00:21:29] I was never the long-term solution. [00:21:30] Anyone telling you otherwise is bullshitting you. [00:21:32] Yeah, you know, he was so mad. [00:21:34] He came on the show as the first guy. [00:21:35] It's just all bullshit. [00:21:40] That's not the way to do it. [00:21:42] All right, quick break. [00:21:44] Let me refocus. [00:21:45] Sorry about the cursing. [00:21:46] I promise you, I'm trying to, it's so tough. [00:21:48] The queen stuff just comes out of me sometimes. [00:21:51] Folks, losing weight is an absolute pain. [00:21:54] I've been there. [00:21:55] You look in the mirror, you see those doughy areas. [00:21:57] It sucks, but it doesn't have to be that way. [00:21:59] I lost about 30 pounds by taking lean. [00:22:02] Here it is right here. [00:22:02] Love this product. [00:22:03] Pretty good stuff. [00:22:05] From Brick House Nutrition, the best. [00:22:07] I use it. [00:22:07] Paula uses it. [00:22:08] Doctors created lean as a supplement, not an expensive prescription. [00:22:11] It works like most GOP ones. [00:22:13] Weight loss injections work by helping control blood sugar and curb appetite. [00:22:16] So you eat less. [00:22:17] There's no mystery. [00:22:18] That's what Lean L-E-A-N was created to do, replicate the benefit of those weight loss injections without the needles. [00:22:24] Lean supports healthy blood sugar and helps reduce spikes and crashes that drive snacking and cravings. [00:22:29] But lean goes a step further. [00:22:30] It helps your body burn fat into energy instead of storing it. [00:22:33] There's no prescriptions, no needles. [00:22:35] If you've been thinking about losing weight like I did, I lose a little couple LBs myself. [00:22:39] Let's go try it. [00:22:41] I use the product, vouch for it, been with Brick House for a long time. [00:22:44] It's a great company, high quality products. [00:22:46] Visit brickhouseenutrition.com slash Dan. [00:22:48] Check out all their products. [00:22:49] They have a great creatine product called Foundation. [00:22:51] They have Field of Greens. [00:22:53] It's their fruit and vegetable supplement. [00:22:54] Use promo code Dan to get 20% off. [00:22:56] That's brickhousenutrition.com slash Dan, brickhouse nutrition.com slash Dan. [00:23:01] Lose weight with lean today. [00:23:07] And it's not a substitute or alternative for care for a healthcare provider. [00:23:10] Thank you, Brickhouse Nutrition. [00:23:13] Okay, so here's the Joe Kent resignation tweet, as you can see on the screen here. [00:23:20] And he goes through a number of different things. [00:23:22] And I want to kind of address them. [00:23:24] He says, after much reflection, he decided to resign from his position. [00:23:27] He can't support the ongoing war in Iran in good conscience, which, okay, starting there, again, Joe is a friend with a decorated service history. [00:23:37] There's nothing wrong with that. [00:23:38] If you want to resign in, quote, good conscience, because then, okay, that's fine. [00:23:43] The president appointed you. === Houthis and Iranian Desperation (11:31) === [00:23:44] You don't agree. [00:23:44] You leave. [00:23:45] No big deal. [00:23:46] I mean, it's not great, but however, fine. [00:23:48] Fair enough. [00:23:48] Happens all the time. [00:23:49] Iran posed no imminent threat to our nation. [00:23:52] Wrong. [00:23:52] I'll get to that. [00:23:53] It's clear we started this war due to pressure from Israel. [00:23:55] Totally ridiculous. [00:23:56] And its powerful American lobby. [00:23:59] Even more ridiculous when you compare that to the Middle Eastern countries doing all the lobbying too. [00:24:03] With the money they pour, that's always left out of this. [00:24:06] It's been an honor serving. [00:24:07] May God bless America. [00:24:09] Well, we agree with that. [00:24:10] Okay. [00:24:10] Folks, this is just not. [00:24:16] There's two big points I want to hammer here first. [00:24:20] Number one, this is based on this, these black pillars, doomers, and liberal media folks. [00:24:27] They are desperate to cleave the movement in half. [00:24:31] It's going to be over this Israel issue, but it's based on, here's the takeaway here. [00:24:35] Here's point number one. [00:24:36] It's based on the foundational theory that Donald Trump is a weak president who's being dragged around by the Israelis and Netanyahu. [00:24:45] If you believe that, listen to me. [00:24:46] I can't help you. [00:24:47] This is not the show for you. [00:24:49] I know you like to go in the chat with your hundred phones and troll. [00:24:52] It's just not the show for you. [00:24:54] You didn't work for him. [00:24:55] You don't know him. [00:24:56] You obviously don't read his tweets. [00:24:58] You don't read his or follow his performance from 45 to 47 because there's no indications to that at all. [00:25:04] It's zero. [00:25:05] He's had a number of fights with the Israeli government over a lot of different things. [00:25:10] If you believe Donald Trump has no agency over his own people and is just some idiot being led around, then just this isn't the show. [00:25:19] It's okay. [00:25:20] I've said this before. [00:25:21] I am, even though the audience has been great, the shows are getting 900,000 to a million views on video alone, which I appreciate. [00:25:28] I am perfectly comfortable, perfectly comfortable, even happy with a smaller audience of people who at least we can collectively move forward for the benefit of the country rather than people who are only here to sabotage it. [00:25:40] I don't need you. [00:25:43] So, number one, if you believe Donald Trump has no agency and is a weak president, just forget it. [00:25:48] Goodbye. [00:25:49] We can just respectfully part ways. [00:25:50] It's not an airport. [00:25:51] You don't have to announce your departure. [00:25:54] Number two, this idea, I just hammered in a beginning. [00:25:56] I'm not going to hammer it again because I won't make the whole show better. [00:25:59] If you think the Israelis dominate every single thing we do and the Jews, nobody makes any decisions. [00:26:04] The Jews, everything's the Jews, everything. [00:26:07] It's amazing how a country that runs every can't stop itself from getting attacked all the time, like everywhere by everyone. [00:26:12] It's so powerful. [00:26:15] If you believe that, this show is not for you either. [00:26:19] Okay? [00:26:20] Criticize Israeli policies all you want. [00:26:23] We do. [00:26:24] If you were in these, the Jews did it, people. [00:26:26] Folks, I can't say it enough. [00:26:27] Let's just part ways. [00:26:29] It's okay. [00:26:32] The threat from Iran, let's address that part where he says it was no imminent threat. [00:26:40] Folks, there's obviously things you've read in the open source, and we'll have to focus on that. [00:26:50] But when you put together their interest in anti-ship ballistic missiles, which would render us almost helpless in the Gulf, their support of the Houthis, the Houthis wanted to shut down, you know, in the whole peninsula there, obviously, I don't want to talk like an idiot, but I know some people, especially liberals, aren't really familiar with geography. [00:27:11] The only way to get a lot of the oil out of there is going to be through the Red Sea or the Gulf. [00:27:15] The Iranians wanted to shut down both sides, the Gulf through the Strait, and then using the Houthis to shut down all transports out of the Red Sea. [00:27:22] Folks, that would basically destroy a portion of the global economy and cause real trouble. [00:27:29] Their ballistic missile technology was advancing rapidly. [00:27:34] You've seen all in open source too, the advancement in ballistic missile technology. [00:27:38] You have things like hypersonics out there. [00:27:40] I'm not telling you they had them. [00:27:41] I'm just telling you, like the technology is growing fast. [00:27:44] They wanted to basically shield their nuclear program and acquire a lot of these anti-ship and anti-ship mines and missiles to basically control the peninsula and basically take the world hostage with their nuclear program and economically hostage through their shutdown of basically both exit signs with oil from the Red Sea and the Gulf. [00:28:06] So you not only had nuclear blackmail, but you had economic blackmail too. [00:28:12] You've had hosts out there say, listen, man, you know, we should go after them if they tried to kill the president. [00:28:18] There was just a guy convicted, a Pakistani, Asif Murchond, working with the IRGC to try to kill people in the United States, believed to be either Donald Trump or Joe Biden. [00:28:31] You had the Shakiri case. [00:28:33] I mean, how many cases do you need? [00:28:36] Their lethal plotting on Hook, Pompeo, Bolton. [00:28:41] Listen, I don't care what your feelings are about any of these guys. [00:28:44] They worked for the U.S. government. [00:28:46] You can agree or disagree with them. [00:28:49] They don't deserve to be targeted by the freaking Iranians. [00:28:53] The persistent plotting against President Trump. [00:28:56] Their drone technology advancing rapidly. [00:29:02] They're explosively formed penetrators in Iraq. [00:29:09] You know about the EFPs? [00:29:11] How they were designing specific EIED technology to destroy our armored vehicles and kill our people? [00:29:20] How much else do you need from these mother? [00:29:22] How many death to America? [00:29:25] Cobar, the Kobar Towers, Erbil, Beirut, Beirut again, Cafe Milano, Iraq. [00:29:36] How much more do you need? [00:29:38] How many more Americans are they going to kill? [00:29:42] KH, Hezbollah. [00:29:45] They're chanting death to America now. [00:29:50] How much more imminent do you need? [00:29:56] Just to be clear, you're going to let these, gosh, I'm trying to, these psychopaths get a nuclear weapon? [00:30:04] What's your logic there? [00:30:06] Well, the North Koreans have one. [00:30:08] Yeah, that's going great, dipshits. [00:30:11] That's going fantastic. [00:30:13] Meanwhile, the North Koreans, who are absolute lunatics, are dominated by a rather secular ideology, communism. [00:30:24] Deadly, killed hundreds of millions and starved them to death. [00:30:31] But their quest for power at least keeps them concerned about their assured destruction if they were to launch a nuke. [00:30:37] The Iranian theocracy gives zero about that. [00:30:42] Zero. [00:30:43] You give them a nuclear weapon, folks. [00:30:46] There's going to be a freaking mushroom cloud in New York. [00:30:48] No, there isn't. [00:30:49] You want to take that chance and you have kids? [00:30:51] Are you stupid? [00:30:55] Threats not imminent. [00:30:56] You don't know. [00:30:57] I'm sorry. [00:30:57] You don't know what you're talking about. [00:31:02] Folks, I took a bunch of notes. [00:31:05] I haven't even gotten to like the terror proxies and the cyber attacks because I got to be careful what I say and don't say. [00:31:13] You realize like the Iranians have teams of people trying to infiltrate our grid. [00:31:17] You want the water filtration system shut down? [00:31:21] I used to live in Severna Park, Maryland, and they poisoned it with a bunch of chlorine and 100 people die. [00:31:26] Oh, that's not going to happen. [00:31:27] Are you sure? [00:31:28] Are you absolutely sure? [00:31:34] Why do you support our relationship with the Israeli agencies? [00:31:40] Because they've been helping us mow the lawn against these death to America, cut your head off lunatics forever. [00:31:46] What else would be what else would be the give me another reason? [00:31:55] Folks, we should have learned a lesson from North Korea when Clinton era and others, their appeasement, gave these guys a nuclear weapon. [00:32:07] And now you've got a country that can't even put a freaking can of corn on the table, you know, dictating regional global policy over there. [00:32:15] You want a bunch of theocratic mullahs dictating what we do with the most important resource in that region while blackmailing oil, while blackmailing us with nuclear weapons? [00:32:29] I mean, seriously, are you insane? [00:32:33] And the Iranians, by the way, learned a lesson from the Iraq war with us no longer, Saddam Hussein. [00:32:41] They learned you don't have nuclear weapons, you're F2. [00:32:44] That's why they're not going to stop. [00:32:49] Folks, the Iranian theocracy was getting desperate after October 7. [00:32:55] Here's what they thought was going to happen. [00:32:58] Please trust me on this one. [00:33:02] They thought they would frighten the Israelis into submission. [00:33:06] They thought they would send a message globally. [00:33:09] We're back in charge. [00:33:10] Okay. [00:33:11] They said, look, we're going to unite Sihash, Ashiach, Sunni. [00:33:15] We are going to go hit the Jews in Israel. [00:33:17] We're going to wipe them out. [00:33:19] And everyone's going to rally the flag behind us in this Islamo-fanatic movement. [00:33:24] The exact opposite happened, and the Iranians got desperate. [00:33:28] Their proxy groups, Hezbollah, got totally wiped out. [00:33:33] Their missile stocks got wiped out. [00:33:35] Midnight Hammer crushed their nuclear program in those facilities. [00:33:39] Hamas got wiped out. [00:33:42] They got totally completely, it was the biggest, I would say outside of 9-11 was the most significant tactical misstep on the terror front of all time. [00:33:57] And what the president is clearly now worried about and why he's got to finish this job with them is because instead of being rational actors and coming to the table and going, okay, that didn't work, President Trump offered him everything. [00:34:12] Civilian nuclear power, semi-normal relationship on the economic front. [00:34:17] They said double barrel middle finger. [00:34:19] We're still going to build a nuclear weapon and kill you. [00:34:21] And you want the president to sit back? [00:34:22] Not admitted. [00:34:24] Okay, yeah, that makes sense. [00:34:26] They got desperate too because the Houthis on the other side are losing faith in the Iranians too, because the Houthis only respect power. [00:34:33] There's a fascinating Wall Street Journal piece about this from the other day, from last week. [00:34:38] The Houdis, they only respect power. [00:34:41] Why aren't they jumping in in the Red Sea right now? [00:34:44] Because they realize the Iranians are screwed. [00:34:51] Folks, the persistent lethal plotting as well, attempts to kill our president and others. [00:34:58] You're going to wait for him to do it? [00:34:59] Oh, there you go. [00:35:00] Thanks, guys. [00:35:00] Asher Orkabee, why we haven't heard from the Houthis. [00:35:04] The Yemeni rebels now likely see Iran as a weak horse. [00:35:07] Great peace. [00:35:07] Worth your time. [00:35:09] How the Houthis align with anyone who has power, even the Israelis decades ago. === MAGA Falls for Sarcasm (12:03) === [00:35:15] You know, put up that tweet from Joe about this. [00:35:18] Joe had been clear-eyed in the past about these threats, the lethal plotting threats, the attempts to kill the president. [00:35:24] This is real, folks. [00:35:26] We're going to wait for him, what, to take another shot? [00:35:30] Iran's been after Trump since January of 2020 after he ordered the Solomani hit. [00:35:34] This isn't a new threat. [00:35:35] The Secret Service consistently failing to secure Trump is new. [00:35:38] Need to figure out exactly why these failures keep happening. [00:35:40] He's correct. [00:35:45] Folks, and one of the most disgusting parts about this whole episode, this whole episode is what I call the Ox's Gord effect. [00:35:58] Folks, while I was standing up, I had Joe on my show. [00:36:01] Again, I've had him on my show. [00:36:05] And everything I said before about the man I knew is true. [00:36:08] It doesn't make his opinion now valid. [00:36:10] He's free to question mine too. [00:36:14] I'm not beyond questioning. [00:36:15] I'm not even suggesting that. [00:36:18] But the media, I told you the Ox's Gord effect is real. [00:36:23] This will drive you bananas. [00:36:25] Once you see it, you'll never unsee it. [00:36:27] The left-wing media charlatans and frauds, they have no principles at all. [00:36:32] Zero. [00:36:33] The second someone attacks Donald Trump, a guy they hated, say whatever, Joey Bagadonuts podcast, and he's like a right-leaning guy, they'll be like, conspiracy theorist nutbag. [00:36:44] And then the second Joey Bag of Donuts podcast attacks Donald Trump, they're like a respected conservative commentator. [00:36:50] You doubt me? [00:36:51] Watch. [00:36:51] Here we go. [00:36:52] Let's start this. [00:36:53] Here's a Logan Dobson tweet on Senator Mark Warner, a Democrat. [00:36:57] Here's quotes from Senator Mark Warner, again, a Democrat on Joe Kent. [00:37:01] Here's Mark Warner last year. [00:37:03] Wait, yeah, go back to the other one. [00:37:05] Go back to the first tweet. [00:37:06] Yeah. [00:37:06] Mark Warner last year. [00:37:08] Quote, Joe Kent promotes falsehoods and twists intelligence to serve political purposes. [00:37:13] Hold on, stay bad. [00:37:14] There's Senator Mark Warner, Democrat, principal Democrat, right? [00:37:17] Here he is yesterday, Mark Warner. [00:37:20] Joe Kent's current falsehoods are twisting intelligence in my political direction. [00:37:24] So now he's good. [00:37:24] Here's the quote. [00:37:26] It's obviously they're being sarcastic, but here's the quote from the Joe Kent article. [00:37:31] You believe this? [00:37:35] This is incredible. [00:37:36] These guys will change their mind based on. [00:37:40] Here's another one. [00:37:41] Here's a guy. [00:37:44] I'm not doing the Mariah Carey J-Lo thing. [00:37:47] You know the famous Giffy. [00:37:48] I don't know her. [00:37:49] But here's Chuck Ross. [00:37:51] This is good reporting. [00:37:52] He says, after years of mocking Joe Kent, a racist and an idiot, the liberal media is now going to treat him as an honorable and wise truth teller. [00:37:57] Here's Tim Miller, a leftist, I guess, Tim O DC. [00:38:02] Haven't talked, he goes, I've talked a lot of shit about Joe Kent over the years, deserved. [00:38:06] And I can't speak to all his motivations. [00:38:08] But here, I got to say, it's pretty refreshing to see someone in the administration who has a red line on something. [00:38:13] They don't care about anything. [00:38:14] What? [00:38:15] I thought he was a lunatic and a crazy person. [00:38:17] I never said that. [00:38:19] And I'm not saying it now. [00:38:21] I'm just saying I think his opinion is wrong. [00:38:25] And yet what? [00:38:26] We're the ones with the credibility issues. [00:38:29] Here's the same left-wing media, by the way, when there was a left-wing generated bullshit scandal. [00:38:36] This was no scandal at all because I lived through this. [00:38:40] Here's the left-wing media and MSNBC. [00:38:42] I think it's Menendez, Lisa Meneze. [00:38:44] Here she is talking about Joe Kent, oh, manipulating intelligence. [00:38:47] Now, this is from months ago. [00:38:49] And now again, they'll be like, oh, he's great. [00:38:51] Ox is Gord, man. [00:38:52] If Trump's Ox is Gord, he's a hero now. [00:38:54] Check this out. [00:38:55] Sources tell NBC News that Joe Kent, chief of staff, the director of national intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, urged analysts to revise an assessment of the Venezuelan gang, Trend de Aragua, after it came to light that the assessment contradicted public statements from Donald Trump. [00:39:11] Specifically, the report undercuts Trump's justification for sending immigrants to that notorious Salvadoran prison without due process. [00:39:19] Because of that, Joe Kent pushed the analysts to make changes to protect his boss and the president from being attacked. [00:39:26] Kent wrote in an email, quote, we need to do some rewriting so this document is not used against the DNI or POTUS. [00:39:34] Gee just brought up a good point. [00:39:35] He rarely pops out of the office. [00:39:36] He goes, you know, Dan, you should test this one day. [00:39:40] It'd be risky, but you should test it one day. [00:39:43] You just come out. [00:39:44] Obviously, you know, I support the president. [00:39:46] You get that. [00:39:46] So full stop there. [00:39:48] However, you should come out one day and just like attack the Israelis and President Trump all at the same time. [00:39:53] Reiki, we would be superheroes. [00:39:56] It would be amazing. [00:39:57] The Twitter bot army would go, wow, this guy's the best. [00:40:00] I always knew he was the greatest FBI deputy director ever. [00:40:04] Oh my gosh, this podcast. [00:40:06] And then come back to say, just kidding. [00:40:08] And then they'd be right back. [00:40:09] I told you this guy was full of shit. [00:40:12] I'm telling you, man, it's all fake. [00:40:16] Listen to your boy. [00:40:17] I've been through this for 10 years. [00:40:19] This is not the first, second, or third fight, rodeo. [00:40:24] Why do I not change my mind on these issues? [00:40:27] I'll change my mind when the inputs change because the inputs haven't changed. [00:40:31] There are people who want to cut our freaking heads off and people who don't. [00:40:34] This is not hard. [00:40:35] Heads off, not heads off. [00:40:37] Heads off, not heads off. [00:40:40] You want your head lopped off? [00:40:42] Here's a little test for those in the audience who think I'm crazy. [00:40:45] Don't do it. [00:40:46] But if you're so confident, I'm not even encouraging you to try this because I actually don't want you dead. [00:40:53] I don't. [00:40:54] I do. [00:40:54] I know you want me dead. [00:40:56] I don't want you dead. [00:40:57] Okay. [00:40:57] Don't get dead. [00:40:58] It's the first rule of the show. [00:41:02] I would say, Justin, how safe do you think these guys would be? [00:41:04] Tell you what. [00:41:04] Why don't you take a trip over to say, let's go any Palestine, anything you consider Palestine, which is not even a real place, anywhere you consider Palestine, right? [00:41:19] Dominated by the Palestinians, okay? [00:41:22] Justin, what do you say? [00:41:23] Go over there with the pride flag and sit out there and say, hey, we're all for like, we share values, liberty. [00:41:31] Folks in the chat, how long do you think that person would last? [00:41:35] I would say, what do you think? [00:41:38] Realistically, how long does it take to fall from four stories? [00:41:40] Yeah, good point, Justin. [00:41:42] Justin, I'm doing the math now. [00:41:43] Justin's trying to do the physics of how long it takes to fall from five stories off a building. [00:41:48] What is it? [00:41:48] 9.8 minutes. [00:41:49] Was it gravity? [00:41:50] Yeah, it's be pretty quick. [00:41:53] Yet, go do the same thing over outside like the King David Hotel. [00:41:58] You may get some looks. [00:42:00] No one's going to lop your head off. [00:42:03] Heads off? [00:42:03] No, heads off. [00:42:04] Heads off. [00:42:04] No. [00:42:06] Listen to me. [00:42:07] Back to serious time here, okay? [00:42:12] There are people using this at 30 seconds. [00:42:14] Who said that? [00:42:16] Howard and Danielle. [00:42:17] Yes, a minute, a heartbeat, then gone. [00:42:19] The chat. [00:42:19] Yeah, you're damn right. [00:42:23] Folks, listen to me, please. [00:42:24] I said in the beginning of the show: there are people preparing for 2028 right now. [00:42:36] They think they have found a wedge issue because they're new to politics. [00:42:42] On the, it's not even the Israeli, it's the Jews. [00:42:45] They think they found a wedge issue. [00:42:49] They are getting out now, some of them, and some of them are leaking to the media because they are going to. [00:42:57] Can you please mark this right now, everyone in the chat? [00:42:59] Flag it. [00:43:02] This is mandatory if you're a regular listener that you flag this in the chat, okay? [00:43:06] Flag it today. [00:43:08] And remember this: Judy archivist, record this right now. [00:43:13] I guarantee you in 2028, people you think, I'm not talking about the craziest, people normal people think are like in it for the cause. [00:43:21] There you go, there's the flags right there. [00:43:24] I was talking about red flags, but American flags work too. [00:43:28] Are going to shock you, are going to put their names on the ballot to run for president and are going to run on. [00:43:34] I was against that the whole time, man. [00:43:36] I was against it the whole time. [00:43:39] Really? [00:43:39] Why didn't you say anything when you were in there? [00:43:42] And this is the first foray into that. [00:43:45] They are trying to fracture the movement. [00:43:47] Here's the problem they're having and why they're growing increasingly frustrated. [00:43:51] And they're working with the freaking doomers to do it. [00:43:54] The problem they're having is this is not the real world. [00:43:58] Folks, I kid you not. [00:43:59] I'm not bullshitting you. [00:44:04] I live in the real world like you do. [00:44:08] People recognize me sometimes. [00:44:10] Unfortunately, I have a face for radio, but people recognize me and they say really nice things. [00:44:16] Now, I'm not a confirmation bias guy. [00:44:18] Obviously, the people who are going to approach you are probably people who know you because they're supporters. [00:44:23] I'm not telling you that I have universal support. [00:44:26] You take a stand against anti-Semitism, there's going to be a lot of people who hate your guts. [00:44:31] That's okay. [00:44:32] That's a fight. [00:44:32] I'll fight till the day I die, not changing at all. [00:44:36] Nothing you can get to, nothing you can say to change me. [00:44:38] I'd rather be dead. [00:44:41] And if that happens to me one day because of it, then that happens. [00:44:44] I'm not the victim. [00:44:45] Nobody's freaking martyr. [00:44:48] Fine. [00:44:50] But I'm telling you, brother, I've been in this business a long time. [00:44:55] And I have had one person in 10 years, in 10 years plus, say something negative to me in an airport in Reagan airport. [00:45:05] I was going to get a bagel with my wife. [00:45:07] And you're a guy on Fox News. [00:45:09] And I was there. [00:45:09] And my wife wound up calling him out because I was too bored. [00:45:12] Listen to the guy. [00:45:12] She's like, I'm hungry. [00:45:13] I need a bagel. [00:45:13] Get out of my face. [00:45:14] Little guy. [00:45:15] Little guy. [00:45:19] This is not our movement. [00:45:21] I'm telling you, it's not our movement. [00:45:23] It is bot-generated insanity. [00:45:26] Dan, produce receipts. [00:45:27] Okay. [00:45:29] Folks, you think CNN, again, this guy on CNN, Harry Enton, has a pro-Trump agenda? [00:45:34] Let's just, come on, that's just crazy. [00:45:36] Can we all agree? [00:45:37] If CNN is putting out a poll they took showing basically mass alignment with the Trump agenda on Iran, numbers that are through the roof, you think they're lying to paint Trump in a good light? [00:45:48] Why would they do that? [00:45:50] That's why I don't, I try not to use too many polls from Fox and I use this CNN guy because it hammers home even more to Paul. [00:45:56] They're trying to make him look bad and they still can't. [00:45:59] They're trying to fracture the movement and they still have to run segments like this with this poll. [00:46:03] This is not the movement. [00:46:05] The movement is with Trump on this issue and our international relationships and our relationship with Israel. [00:46:11] They just are. [00:46:12] Check this out. [00:46:17] CNN poll. [00:46:18] Sorry. [00:46:18] MAGA GOP on the U.S. military action and run. [00:46:21] Look at this. [00:46:22] Nearly 9 in 10, 89% approve of the U.S. military action in Iran. [00:46:27] That is the MAGA GOP base. [00:46:29] Just 9% disapprove of it. [00:46:32] This is tremendously popular among the Republican base. [00:46:35] And of course, Marco Rubio, Secretary of State, overseeing the effort. [00:46:39] It seems to me that a lot of people are taking that into account, including President Donald Trump who has been smiling an awful lot at Marco Rubio lately. [00:46:48] Do receipts even matter? [00:46:55] Aren't you required to produce some evidence? [00:46:58] All of these people, MAGA's done. [00:47:00] MAGA's fractured. [00:47:02] It's over. [00:47:03] The movement's finished. [00:47:04] I can't believe everyone in MAGA fell for this. [00:47:07] You have no evidence to back any of that up. [00:47:10] None. [00:47:11] Zero. [00:47:15] Folks, going to take a quick break, last one. === Evidence Is Missing Completely (02:20) === [00:47:19] And then, on the other side, I want to, there's something really important I need to get to as well. [00:47:24] Because I am really desperately trying to avoid Republican on Republican political attacks. [00:47:30] But unlike other people who don't see what's going on right now, I've now seen it from both sides. [00:47:35] And I'm telling you, this is not infighting. [00:47:38] This is a deliberate, deliberate strategy to destroy our movement from the inside. [00:47:44] And all of those people saying, oh, we need to stop this and focus. [00:47:48] There is, this is the focus. [00:47:50] You will have no movement going forward. [00:47:52] This is not the first time I've seen this. [00:47:57] Trust me on this. [00:48:00] You've got to contain this now. [00:48:02] I'll show you what I mean coming up in a second because the libs are working with the doomers. [00:48:06] There is a because they're all trying to get ready for 2028 with their guy. [00:48:09] There's money in it, there's consulting in it, polling in it, everything. [00:48:16] Big show today. [00:48:17] Thank you to everybody who tuned in. [00:48:18] It's great to be. [00:48:19] It really is great to be back. [00:48:20] Folks, hiring takes time, way more time than most of us expect. [00:49:48] I was there for pretty much all of 2025, and the counterterrorism division of the FBI reported to me through the National Security Division, and I reported a cash. [00:50:01] We read in on everything on the CT side. [00:50:05] Folks, I'm just telling you the facts. [00:50:08] Joe Kent never expressed these concerns about Israel walking around the president like a dog or something to me. [00:50:14] And we had quite a few interactions ever. [00:50:19] Never said that. [00:50:20] I don't know where that even came from. [00:50:21] Matter of fact, I never heard one time that he didn't think Iran was a threat. [00:50:25] Matter of fact, I heard things that sounded the opposite. [00:50:29] So I don't know where this even came from. [00:50:33] I don't know what got in his head or why he's doing that, but I wasn't there for five minutes. [00:50:38] Okay. [00:50:38] We had quite a few meetings, the White House and elsewhere. [00:50:42] And I don't want to hear it either. [00:50:44] I'm just telling you, this is part of the news. [00:50:45] I never heard that at all. [00:50:48] Like ever. [00:50:51] And it's time for us to get back to work and get stopped. [00:50:55] You talk about focus. [00:50:56] We need to focus on this threat of homegrown lone wolf terror. [00:51:00] How many times do I got to say this? [00:51:02] This is the biggest threat. [00:51:04] If you have, I heard Paul Morrow refer to this, the Fox commentator, smart guy, NYPD intel guy, long history decorated with counterterrorism work. [00:51:13] He talks about these multiple buckets. [00:51:15] You have cells, cells, organized groups of terrorists, which I said, listen, are a very serious problem, but they leave a lot of investigative breadcrumbs because they communicate. [00:51:24] They exchange money. [00:51:25] They go and buy things and buy weapons. [00:51:27] They do training together. [00:51:29] I mean, we had that Turtle Island front arrest out in California. [00:51:33] I'll hopefully get to in a few minutes. [00:51:35] They were stupid. [00:51:36] Cells talk. [00:51:38] Lone wolves are really, really hard to detect. [00:51:41] Here was a hit I did on Laura Ingram, not last night, but a week ago, where I can't emphasize this point enough. [00:51:46] Folks, listen, if we don't do something at the border and denaturalize these people when we catch them, and we're just going to constantly let them out, you can't, there's no catch up here. [00:52:00] You are going to lose. [00:52:01] You're never going to catch up on this front. [00:52:04] Here's me on Ingram warning about this lone wolf threat. [00:52:06] It's persistent. [00:52:07] We got to get back to work and start the focus. [00:52:09] Check this out. [00:52:10] The president has a deeper insight into intelligence than anyone. [00:52:13] He is the chief authority on this matter. [00:52:15] The intelligence is provided for him to be the decision maker. [00:52:19] On the sleeper cell issue, there's always going to be a threat of what you indicated earlier, what Rumsfeld called the unknown-unknown. [00:52:26] We don't know who's here if we don't know how they got in. [00:52:28] And once Biden admitted 15 to 20 million people, we don't even know the number. [00:52:32] If we don't know you're here, it's very difficult to find these people. [00:52:36] It is very difficult, but not impossible, but very difficult to communicate and activate a cell in the United States of people, United States, if people enter the United States and get here, excuse me. [00:52:47] It's very hard to do that without leaving significant, huge investigative breadcrumbs. [00:52:51] I mean, like loaves of bread. [00:52:53] It's really difficult to do that. [00:52:55] Usually there's some money that changes hands. [00:52:57] There are online chat rooms. [00:52:58] You never know who you're talking to. [00:53:00] There's obviously FISA. [00:53:02] There's signals interception. [00:53:04] There's all kinds of interception mechanisms we have, including human sources and foreign partners. [00:53:09] It's difficult but not impossible to do. [00:53:10] Do I worry about it? [00:53:11] Of course. [00:53:12] But the president knows, as he said earlier in that clip they played on the channel, hey, we're watching, we're listening. [00:53:17] If there's a cell here, we're probably onto you. [00:53:20] It's the lone actors that worry me more. [00:53:24] Folks, there is absolutely no way to, we don't have pre-crime, okay? [00:53:30] There's no Tom Cruise minority report. [00:53:32] Police departments, federal agencies, law enforcement agencies, they exist to stem and help mitigate and stop as many crimes. [00:53:42] You're never going to stop crime. [00:53:45] You're never going to have zero crime. [00:53:48] And with millions of Islamo radicals around the world and then using all kinds of social media forms to radicalize millions more, you're never going to stop all this stuff. [00:53:58] However, you have to take some sensible steps to get rid of these people. [00:54:02] You know, put up the Newsweek article first, Justin. [00:54:04] I'm going to go out of order just a little bit. [00:54:06] I brought this up last week on a different Fox hit. [00:54:07] Newsweek covered it. [00:54:08] You realize right now that if you're a naturalized citizen, you come into the country, you come in here on a work visa, whatever, you want to seek your citizenship, you get married, and you're naturalized. [00:54:18] If you're convicted of a terror charge or a terror-related charge, or a number of them, that you're not automatically denaturalized, is that this is the craziest thing. [00:54:27] How U.S. citizens could be denaturalized as Republicans push for change. [00:54:31] Folks, this is freaking insane. [00:54:33] You should be immediately denaturalized the minute you get out of jail and get the hell out of the country to never ever return again. [00:54:42] Send them to that freaking prison. [00:54:46] This is insane. [00:54:49] This is an actual U.S. policy. [00:54:53] This guy, Kevin Cohen, wrote a great piece in the Wall Street Journal about the threat of lone wolves too, saying exactly what I said on that hit. [00:55:00] This is a real problem. [00:55:02] We can't be focused 24 hours a day on the Jews did it. [00:55:06] The Jews, there are real threats of Islamo radicals that have killed people just in the last month. [00:55:12] He writes in this piece, terrorists are now often made in the USA. [00:55:15] He writes, seen one by one, these lone wolf incidents. [00:55:20] He notes they look like separate crimes, but they share several threads. [00:55:23] Lawful presence in the United States, few warning signals, I told you, online radicalization, and attacks carried out without the fingerprints of an organized network. [00:55:33] Thank you, Kevin Cohen. [00:55:34] That's exactly what I've been saying. [00:55:38] Here's another part of this that really matters. [00:55:40] Folks, you can not stop an ideology from festering. [00:55:45] It's the reverse problem. [00:55:46] Leave this up, Justin. [00:55:47] It's a problem with the reverse problem of communism. [00:55:49] The reason communism never worked is capitalism and the idea of free markets. [00:55:53] You can't stop the idea from spreading. [00:55:56] Someone invents something, an idea, the wheel, fire, whatever. [00:55:59] It's going back to the basics, the simple machines, the inclined plane, the police system. [00:56:08] You can never stop the idea from spreading. [00:56:10] That's why communism doesn't work. [00:56:12] You can't put a lid on that. [00:56:14] There's a problem though with radical ideology, Islamo fanaticism. [00:56:19] He writes, something important survived. [00:56:21] The ideology no longer needs territory. [00:56:23] Command structures or even training camps. [00:56:26] This perverse ideology travels easily, moving through digital networks and personal grievances. [00:56:30] It makes it harder to trace. [00:56:32] A terrorist organization leaves clear trails. [00:56:35] An idea doesn't. [00:56:36] Yes. [00:56:40] Folks, we got to get back to work, man. [00:56:43] We cannot. [00:56:44] These distractions are endless. [00:56:46] This is a real threat. [00:56:48] Your kids, your life. [00:56:50] Listen to me. [00:56:51] This shit is real. [00:56:57] Everything is a freaking distraction now to these people. [00:57:00] The freaking doomers, the liberal media, and the media is working against us. [00:57:03] I know Sean played this the other day, but to me, you got the media and the doomers now. [00:57:09] Every time we do something, constantly can they have the, they have two opposite approaches. [00:57:15] The left-wing media, first, again, just in my experience, they go, oh, I can't believe they fired all these people. [00:57:20] You guys are doing too much, locking people up, ERO, removal operations, Title VIII deportations. [00:57:25] And then on the other end, well, nothing's happening ever. [00:57:27] They can never get their story straight. [00:57:29] I'm going to prove it to you right here. [00:57:30] This is the easiest ground ball ever. [00:57:32] Here's the left-wing media and a Maze Moore clip. [00:57:35] Love Maze Moore. [00:57:36] Follow him. [00:57:36] Maze Moore on X, great account. [00:57:38] Here is the left-wing media. [00:57:39] We don't have to play the whole thing, but play. [00:57:42] Oh, it's Tom Elliott, Graby. [00:57:43] I'm sorry, another great account. [00:57:45] Here is a compilation of the left-wing media telling you how Antifa doesn't exist. [00:57:49] And I'll tie this into the nothing is happening thing in a second. [00:57:52] All right, check this out. [00:57:53] This is an entirely imaginary organization. [00:57:56] There is not an Antifa. [00:57:57] Like, I don't even know what Antifa is. [00:57:59] There is no group. [00:58:00] It's not even like far-right groups like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers compared to right-wing extremists. [00:58:04] Antifa-linked violence is rare and limited. [00:58:07] It isn't an organization. [00:58:08] It is a, it is, in many ways, mythology. [00:58:12] It's not like the Proud Boys or the Oath Keepers, you know, sort of defined terrorist organizations with leadership that leads violence. [00:58:22] It's not a highly organized movement. [00:58:25] It goes on. [00:58:26] Thank you, Tom Elliott Grabian. [00:58:28] Great clip there. [00:58:29] Really? [00:58:30] Here's a tweet by Katie Daviscourt and Andy No. [00:58:34] Antifa doesn't exist. [00:58:36] This was from last week. [00:58:37] This is when I wanted to get on the air so desperately because I was there when this whole case went down at the DOJ FBI. [00:58:44] Breaking. [00:58:45] A Texas jury's found all nine Antifa defendants guilty of terrorism charges in the ICE detention facility ambush shooting. [00:58:52] It's the first Antifa terrorism to take the first Antifa terrorism case brought to trial in the U.S. [00:58:58] And then Andy No, who's covered this, you should follow him. [00:59:00] He's a great account, Mr. Andy No, NGO on X. He's been following Antifa from the beginning. [00:59:06] Notes, it was the first ever federal Antifa terrorism trial over the Texas ICE ambush where an officer was shot in the neck. [00:59:11] All cell members have been convicted. [00:59:16] I thought nothing was happening. [00:59:17] Thank you. [00:59:18] Here's a Center Square article. [00:59:19] In a first, nine Antifa members found guilty on federal terrorism charges. [00:59:23] Now, I only say that because I'm, again, I'm not, I don't want to get into these like and waste a ton of time on people I like and respect in the space. [00:59:30] They're entitled to their opinion. [00:59:31] But I saw a guy this weekend. [00:59:32] Nothing's happening at all with Antifa. [00:59:34] What are you talking about? [00:59:35] I don't understand. [00:59:35] Like, there's only two ways out of this. [00:59:37] Either you're lying that nothing's happening, or you just don't read the news. [00:59:42] Oh, well, nine people were just convicted. [00:59:43] Well, I didn't mean nothing. [00:59:44] I just meant not enough. [00:59:46] Okay, well, there's others too. [00:59:48] And then when you say that, oh, well, here's what else happened. [00:59:51] Well, when that nothing that you said wasn't happening happens, then you just move on. [00:59:55] It's like we're just dying the doomers in our own unit here to fracture the movement. [01:00:01] It's intentional. [01:00:03] Here's some more. [01:00:04] You think I'm bullshitting you? [01:00:06] Again, it's your responsibility in the space if you're going to be a talking head to know what you're talking about. [01:00:11] Nothing's happening on Antifa. [01:00:13] Really? [01:00:14] Nothing's happening on left-wing groups. [01:00:15] Really? [01:00:16] Here's CNN. [01:00:17] FBI arrests four people planning to detonate pipe bombs at a New Year's Eve event in California. [01:00:23] I was there for that too. [01:00:24] The Turtle Island Liberation Front. [01:00:27] That case is still going on. [01:00:28] What do you mean? [01:00:29] I thought nothing was happening. [01:00:33] That's it. [01:00:34] Well, that's it. [01:00:34] Sure. [01:00:35] You guys only got Antifa and this other left-wing group, Turtle Island. [01:00:38] Oh, no, this is another one. [01:00:39] DOJ Press. [01:00:40] Here's another one. [01:00:41] Executive Director, Black Lives Matter, charged with wire fraud and money laundering. [01:00:46] Oh, okay. [01:00:46] I mean, I didn't say nothing was happening. [01:00:48] I just mean nothing, something, but maybe not the something. [01:00:53] I've nothing. [01:00:55] Oh, look, geez, there's another one. [01:00:57] Here's one we were involved. [01:00:58] Remember the LA riots seems like an eternity ago. [01:01:01] We investigated any evidence of criminal conspiracy in the LA riots. [01:01:04] You know how many arrests came out of that with the locals? [01:01:07] There were about like 800 arrests that came out of that, including a number of people with left-wing tests. [01:01:12] Again, you're just making it up. [01:01:16] And then when the nothing else you say is happening then happens, they'll never apologize. [01:01:22] Listen to me when I'm telling you this, too. [01:01:24] I've said this a thousand times. [01:01:26] And if I'm wrong, you'll make a fool out of me in three years because I know I'm not. [01:01:32] That is how confident I am in telling you this. [01:01:35] Everybody telling you that there's no effort to infiltrate and break up criminal organizations with an ideology, left-wing or otherwise. [01:01:45] Anyone telling you that is totally full of shit. [01:01:47] And when more stuff happens, I guarantee you there'll be no apology at all. [01:01:52] I am absolutely 100% confident. [01:01:55] This is just the beginning. [01:01:57] This takes time. [01:01:58] We don't like that. [01:01:59] The justice system doesn't care what you like or what I like. [01:02:02] You've got judges, AUSAs, who they take it as paperwork, this process. [01:02:07] We have a judicial process. [01:02:08] We're not the Department of War. [01:02:10] We can't just order a decapitation strike. [01:02:16] There are doomers on our side, folks, dying to crack this movement up. [01:02:23] Again, I'm really trying. [01:02:25] That's why I'm not getting into like a lot of personal stuff because I know these people. [01:02:28] I've had good relationships with them. [01:02:30] I don't know what their problem is. [01:02:32] They just are dying to have us get our asses kicked in the midterms. [01:02:39] Here's another one. [01:02:40] This one, I'm just, I'm done with this shit. [01:02:43] Miranda Devine, the New York Post. [01:02:45] Again, I've been in an effort to avoid this kind of circular firing squad. [01:02:50] I'm just trying to tell you a lot of these people are not your friends. [01:02:53] They're just not telling you the truth. [01:02:56] This is like the fifth or sixth attack piece on cash. [01:03:01] All right, we get it. [01:03:02] You don't like him. [01:03:04] His flamboyant lifestyle. [01:03:05] The guy lives in like a tiny townhouse in Washington, D.C. Here's a read. [01:03:10] This is the most ridiculous thing you were ever going to see. [01:03:13] I was furious about this this week. [01:03:16] Miranda Devine, you think, oh, one of us, right? [01:03:20] One of us. [01:03:21] She's complaining. [01:03:22] Leave this up. [01:03:23] She's upset that I, by the way, I was gone when this happened. [01:03:26] I'm not taking credit or not credit. [01:03:28] I just wasn't there when it happened. [01:03:29] So Cash just fired a bunch of agents and analysts who were involved in the Jack Smith witch hunt. [01:03:36] Okay. [01:03:37] What's the problem? [01:03:38] Apparently, Miranda doesn't like that. [01:03:41] You see the doomer squad here. [01:03:43] The dozen or so agents, analysts, and staff who were fired last month from the C-12 unit there, CI-12, had worked on special counsel Jack Smith's witch hunt against Trump and reportedly were zealous enough to subpoena records of phone calls made by Patel and Susie Wilson when they were private citizens. [01:03:59] Okay, fair enough. [01:04:02] Goes on a little bit. [01:04:03] Whether they were liabilities or just following orders, the latest purge has sent a chill through the ranks. [01:04:11] Now she goes back to a former FBI. [01:04:13] By the way, they never have the balls to put their name on it. [01:04:15] Another former FBI just says a culture of fear has paralyzed FBI leadership. [01:04:21] Folks are afraid to do their jobs for fear of losing their heads. [01:04:25] I got a couple more, but hold them. [01:04:27] Come back to these. [01:04:28] Come back to me and then come back to the other two. [01:04:30] Okay, timeout right here. [01:04:33] A culture of fear. [01:04:34] The FBI had the best year against violent crime, against crime in general, we've ever had in the history of the FBI. [01:04:41] That's a fact. [01:04:42] The crime rate and homicide rate were the lowest in U.S. history because of our initiative to push agents back in the field, get them out of targeting Trump with Jack Smith, and getting back to arresting child pornographers, out to bank robbers, crypto thieves, violent criminals. [01:05:01] We did that. [01:05:02] And you're bitching and moaning because some people, a limited group of people, got fired for their role in the Jack Smith thing, and you're upset about that? [01:05:13] Again, what freaking team are you on? [01:05:19] I love this last line. [01:05:20] A culture of fear? [01:05:21] They're not doing, they actually did their job. [01:05:24] The agents we hired to do their freaking job and go arrest criminals went out and did it. [01:05:28] The only culture of fear was amongst a bunch of knuckleheads from the Comey Ray era who wanted to keep weaponizing the FBI to target political figures. [01:05:38] Yeah, they got fired. === Agents Did Their Jobs Right (04:38) === [01:05:39] Too bad. [01:05:42] This is her words, folks, not mine. [01:05:44] You can read them yourself. [01:05:46] Now, again, here comes the foe, like, oh, let me take the edger. [01:05:49] She doesn't like cash, just hates him. [01:05:52] It's a read every single piece. [01:05:54] There's one, she was like, oh, it cost the FBI a whole bunch of money with the new hang. [01:05:58] It cost money. [01:05:59] We saved billions of dollars by moving into a building that already exists. [01:06:03] What are you even talking about? [01:06:04] Do you even fact-check anything? [01:06:06] Again, to be fair, she notes. [01:06:09] Oh, this is an idea. [01:06:10] Well, thank you. [01:06:10] The FBI has foiled numerous Islamist terror plots in recent times. [01:06:13] There's some you don't even know about because you've never been in a meeting ever with anyone but a bunch of pissed off Ray Comey era agents who you keep kissing their ass. [01:06:25] Talks about a terror attack they stopped. [01:06:27] Oh, GT, they're throwing that in there. [01:06:29] Okay. [01:06:30] It goes on. [01:06:33] Put up the next one. [01:06:35] But those successes, basically against the terror attacks, are all the more reason why the FBI's focus should have zeroed in on countering threats of Islamic terror rather than diverting agents onto immigration informants, enforcement, and other unrelated tasks. [01:06:49] Now she goes full Epstein, such as reportedly spending hours redacting names in the Epstein files. [01:06:58] Unbelievable. [01:07:00] Unbelievable. [01:07:02] This is freaking unreal. [01:07:04] The public had an interest in the case. [01:07:07] We assigned a group of agents over there because there were victims' names in there. [01:07:11] There was kiddie porn in there that was on the internet. [01:07:15] It wasn't his stuff. [01:07:16] It was stuff you downloaded. [01:07:18] You want that out there on the FBI website? [01:07:22] Do you even understand there are actual rules about this? [01:07:25] There's 6E grand jury material you legally can't put out there. [01:07:29] You'll be liable. [01:07:31] The grand jury's secret, does she even know that? [01:07:34] Then she's complaining about immigration enforcement. [01:07:37] Do you have any idea how many violent criminals were in the country illegally? [01:07:41] We assigned to these ERO emergency removal operations task forces that we got out of the country that are not here to commit crimes. [01:07:49] And you're bitching and moaning about it from your post at the New York Post, from your desk. [01:07:53] What the f do you know? [01:07:57] You don't know shit. [01:08:00] You don't know Jack shit and Jack left town. [01:08:04] Put up that last one again about the ERO, the removal ops. [01:08:09] You don't know a damn thing. [01:08:12] Should have zeroed in on countering threats of Islamic terrorism. [01:08:17] We already did that. [01:08:19] She won't tell you any of this stuff. [01:08:22] We poured millions of dollars into the threat screening center to screen out these terrorists. [01:08:27] Millions of dollars into expanding biometric programs overseas. [01:08:31] Do you know about any of that? [01:08:32] Collecting biometrics from criminals overseas. [01:08:35] Why would we do that? [01:08:36] I'm Miranda Devont. [01:08:38] I have all my law enforcement experience. [01:08:39] Why would we do that? [01:08:40] So they don't get on a plane and come to the United States. [01:08:43] We have their biometrics before they get here. [01:08:46] Do you even know about that? [01:08:48] The threat screening center that screens terrorists. [01:08:52] You know how much money we put into that? [01:08:54] The drone program? [01:08:55] They didn't have a drone school before we got there to teach locals how to mitigate the drone threat. [01:09:00] Did you know that either? [01:09:01] Did you even ask? [01:09:02] I never got a call. [01:09:05] What about all the agents we put into CTD, the counterterror division? [01:09:10] What about all the agents we farmed out in the field and got out of headquarters desk jobs, put into counterterror roles in the field? [01:09:15] Do you know about that? [01:09:16] Of course you didn't because you're at your desk at the New York Post doing jack shit. [01:09:24] You're damn right. [01:09:26] They should. [01:09:28] That was. [01:09:30] What about the fact that we had a bunch of intelligence analysts inside the FBI who were telling agents, working field agents, that's not my job when it came to a lot of this stuff? [01:09:40] So you know what we did? [01:09:42] You don't know about any of this, Miranda, because you're sitting at your desk typing away cashier's lifestyle. [01:09:47] I don't like his sneakers. [01:09:48] I don't know, whatever, man. [01:09:50] We brought in a specialist from the West Coast who knew about this and basically scrapped the whole thing and started from scratch and rebuilt the intelligence analyst position to make it more service-oriented. [01:10:03] None of this bullshit. [01:10:04] That's not my job. [01:10:08] You have no idea what you're talking about. [01:10:11] You had the best year ever, and you get a bunch of freaking doomers out there. === Experts Are Being Ignored (11:30) === [01:10:17] It's all bullshit, man. [01:10:18] I'm so tired of listening to these just jerkwads. [01:10:23] You're going to base an opinion on something, base it on some facts. [01:10:29] We put a thousand people in the field to work on counter-terror, counter-espionage, and violent crime, narco-trafficking. [01:10:37] We opened up offices in sensitive spots around the world, but relationships were shit. [01:10:45] Oh, you get to type away on your laptop in the office. [01:10:48] I don't know. [01:10:48] They should have refocused. [01:10:51] Maybe you should start focus on telling the truth and cut the bullshit. [01:10:55] You don't like the guy? [01:10:56] Fine. [01:10:58] You have the right to your opinion. [01:10:59] But you're going to go write for a newspaper, then base it on some facts, and not some disgruntled Ray Comey era dipshits who have nothing to do but whine because their buddies got fired because they were targeting Trump. [01:11:10] Those are your freaking words in the piece. [01:11:12] Own it. [01:11:17] Or step up and serve yourself. [01:11:20] You won't, you don't have the balls. [01:11:26] Here's someone who stepped up. [01:11:28] Judge Janine. [01:11:29] I don't know what the judge made at Fox. [01:11:32] I have no idea. [01:11:32] I'm not pretending, but I can assume it's probably in the millions of dollars. [01:11:36] I can promise you, Judge Janine's not making millions of dollars as the DC District United States attorney over there. [01:11:45] But she stepped up. [01:11:47] Doesn't mean she's beyond criticism. [01:11:48] I wasn't. [01:11:49] But Judge Janine last week, who stepped up and did instead of talk. [01:11:56] I don't know if you heard about this case. [01:11:57] This is what we're dealing with too, with the whole judicial brands. [01:12:00] This is why everything is slow. [01:12:02] You've got judges out there like this Boseberg guy, who, folks, this is stuff we've never seen before in our lives. [01:12:08] The targeting of Donald Trump, Donald Trump went all the way to a trial in New York. [01:12:13] Granted, in the state system, but it doesn't matter. [01:12:15] The point's the same. [01:12:16] On a completely made-up fraud charge, it didn't even exist. [01:12:20] They brought the alleged victims in the bank. [01:12:22] The bank was like, we love doing business with Donald Trump. [01:12:24] We want to do it again. [01:12:25] How are they a victim? [01:12:27] That was the end stage. [01:12:30] A conviction on a totally fake charge. [01:12:33] And now the Democrat judges, this Boesberg guy, this is incredible. [01:12:38] We're not even at the end stage on this Federal Reserve investigation on potential fraud in the construction project. [01:12:45] They're just at the beginning stages where they issue this thing, I know liberal media is kind of stupid, called the subpoena. [01:12:52] You have a dusaticum, ad testificatum, subpoena to testify, or subpoena to produce documents. [01:12:58] These are common. [01:12:59] They happen all the time. [01:13:01] You got a judge Boseberg in D.C. squashing Judge Janine's subpoena at the beginning of an investigation. [01:13:08] We don't even know if there's anything there yet. [01:13:11] Folks, this is nearly without precedent. [01:13:14] This is the crazy shit everybody in the FBI, DOJ, DEA is dealing with right now. [01:13:20] You want to know why everything takes forever? [01:13:22] Stuff like that. [01:13:22] Here's Judge Janine, thankfully, fighting back. [01:13:24] She was pissed last week. [01:13:25] Check this out. [01:13:26] The American public is fed up with public monies that seem to go into a black hole, especially in D.C., where no one is held accountable. [01:13:39] One of the age-old tools that all prosecutors have to investigate any crime, including cost overruns, is a grand jury subpoena. [01:13:52] Today, however, in Washington, an activist judge has taken that tool away from us. [01:14:02] By inserting himself and preventing the grand jury from even obtaining, let alone hearing evidence. [01:14:11] He has neutered the grand jury's ability to investigate crime. [01:14:17] As a result, Jerome Powell today is now bathed in immunity, preventing my office from investigating the Federal Reserve. [01:14:29] This is wrong and it is without legal authority. [01:14:36] I'm just trying to be realistic with you about what is possible. [01:14:41] We are going to need the next three years and probably four years after that, whoever becomes the president, hopefully on the Republican side, the cleanup process for our federal government, which has taken decades to destroy from the bench on down. [01:14:58] People think because they're on the bench like they're immune to criticism. [01:15:00] Oh my gosh, I show John Roberts, Chief Justice. [01:15:04] Oh man, we can't criticize judges. [01:15:06] Bullshit. [01:15:08] They're part of the government that operates under a constitutional construct that operates by consent of the governed. [01:15:15] That's us. [01:15:18] You're absolutely, I abhor any kind of, again, any threats or anything like that. [01:15:25] Absolutely unforgivable. [01:15:26] Get off my show if you're one of those people. [01:15:28] I'm not interested in that at all. [01:15:30] I'm only interested in condemning you. [01:15:32] But legitimate criticism of Bosberg and us, they're part of the government that operates on our consent. [01:15:38] They're not beyond criticism. [01:15:40] You've got this activist judge squashing subpoenas. [01:15:46] Say you're out there. [01:15:47] I've even seen some establishment GOP folks. [01:15:50] You're out there and you're like, hey, you know, I don't like this Federal Reserve investigation into potential fraud in the contracts. [01:15:59] You're allowed to have that opinion. [01:16:00] Let the judge take a look. [01:16:02] Judge Janine takes a look. [01:16:03] There's nothing there. [01:16:04] Fine. [01:16:05] It goes away. [01:16:06] You think the alternatives have judges now coming in squashing subpoenas. [01:16:11] Where does that stop? [01:16:15] Folks, this, I'm telling you, I am very optimistic about the future. [01:16:20] Gosh, when you talk about liberty, right, it's able to talk about it with a smile. [01:16:24] You live in the greatest country on earth at the greatest time to be alive. [01:16:27] You just lived through the golden year of politics. [01:16:30] So much amazing stuff had happened. [01:16:31] We were on the verge of unbelievable economic growth with quantum computing, AI, again, material sciences, energy technology, fusion. [01:16:40] You are going to live through one total prosperity. [01:16:43] But I want to be realistic with you, too. [01:16:45] The government took 20, 30 years to really deeply screw up. [01:16:49] It's not going to be fixed overnight. [01:16:51] Anyone telling you that little thing is happening when stuff is happening at a pretty healthy clip and more is coming is just lying to you. [01:16:58] They're not being realistic. [01:16:59] And the only purpose is not legitimate criticism. [01:17:02] It is to disorient you before the midterms so that Donald Trump takes a beating in the midterms, gets impeached, and looks bad, and their preferred candidate on, quote, our side fills in the gap in 2028 and goes, oh, look, I told Donald Trump the whole time he was wrong. [01:17:17] Flag it, man. [01:17:18] Flag this episode. [01:17:23] We've had a significant audience in this business for a long time because that corner we see around is always there. [01:17:35] Flag it. [01:17:36] There you go. [01:17:37] Flags in the chat. [01:17:39] So there's a vote coming up on the Save Act, too. [01:17:42] Speaking of elections, we don't get the Save America Act and some voter ID measures and voter integrity measures in place. [01:17:48] Ladies and gentlemen, we're going to be screwed. [01:17:50] I do not want you, however, to fall prey to left-wing efforts to, one, tell you there's no public interest in this. [01:17:56] About 80% of people support voter ID. [01:17:59] And I also don't want you to fall prey to bullshit because there's a lot of bullshit out there. [01:18:03] I'll show you what I mean. [01:18:05] I wanted to run this last week on Friday. [01:18:07] Forgive me, but the Save Act vote is coming up. [01:18:09] I'm not optimistic. [01:18:10] I think they should do the talking filibuster. [01:18:13] John Thuton doesn't want to do it. [01:18:15] He says he has his reasons, unlimited amendments, all this other stuff. [01:18:18] Folks, we don't get the Save America Act. [01:18:20] I don't know how we save America. [01:18:22] I just don't. [01:18:24] The liberals, when they get in, are going to dump the filibuster altogether. [01:18:27] They are. [01:18:27] Remember it. [01:18:28] You flag it, but you double flag. [01:18:29] Flag it again. [01:18:31] You're going to be like, wow, why didn't we do that in advance? [01:18:34] Here's Caroline Levitt talking about the Save America Act. [01:18:38] And she gets, you know, fact-checked by the AP. [01:18:41] The AP fact-check totally blows up in their face because the fact check is just an opinion check they don't like. [01:18:46] Check this out. [01:18:47] Bipartisan 2005 report of the Commission on Federal Election Reform, chaired by, of all people, former President Jimmy Carter and former Secretary of State James Baker, concluded that, quote, absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud. [01:19:04] And it is time for Congress to finally address this. [01:19:09] Okay. [01:19:10] So the AP jumps in on this. [01:19:12] AP did a fact check on Caroline Levitt that absentee ballots remain the largest source of potential voter fraud. [01:19:19] So they jump in. [01:19:20] They say the facts, which by the way, from AP are never the facts. [01:19:25] Key, experts again. [01:19:26] Here you go, Josh. [01:19:27] The experts, whatever experts chime in, what we do without experts, folks, you can always assume it's bullshit. [01:19:33] Experts. [01:19:34] Experts say there's no evidence that mail-in and absentee voting leads to widespread fraud, either now or 20 years ago. [01:19:40] 20 years ago. [01:19:41] What was it 20 years ago? [01:19:42] Was it 2006? [01:19:44] Is my math wrong, guys? [01:19:45] Am I doing Mary Gay Math? [01:19:46] 2026, 20 years, 2006, right? [01:19:48] Yeah. [01:19:48] Huh. [01:19:49] Math's pretty good. [01:19:51] Okay. [01:19:53] So they're saying in 20 years, just to read, am I reading this right? [01:19:56] Andrew, in 20 years, there's no evidence of any of this mail-in balloting or absentee votes. [01:20:00] No, they said it, right? [01:20:01] It's right. [01:20:01] Guys, it's on the screen. [01:20:02] Gee, put it up one more time in case the audience missed it. [01:20:05] It says, experts, guys, experts. [01:20:07] They're experts. [01:20:09] They say there's no evidence, fellas and ladies, that mail-in and absentee voting leads to widespread fraud, either now or even 20 years ago. [01:20:18] Key's like, but there was a New York Times article about rampant fraud and absentee and mail-in balloting. [01:20:26] And it wasn't even 20 years ago. [01:20:28] Put that. [01:20:29] I've never seen this article before. [01:20:30] Some of you P1s will laugh. [01:20:32] You get the joke. [01:20:33] Put that article of you in mind. [01:20:35] New York Times. [01:20:37] Any day now, guys. [01:20:40] Yeah, of course. [01:20:41] You don't know they have these guys. [01:20:43] I get my own teams. [01:20:44] I need to be like, you know, yes, Liptag. [01:20:48] I just, it's notes right here. [01:20:50] New York Times. [01:20:51] Here we go. [01:20:52] Adam Liptag. [01:20:53] Hey, guys, is 2012, does that fit within the 2006, 2026, 20-year horizon? [01:21:00] I'm just checking. [01:21:00] Andrew's doing the math. [01:21:01] He's like, yeah, I think it does. [01:21:02] I think it does. [01:21:04] It sounds like it's like six years after 2006. [01:21:07] Error and fraud at issue is absentee voting rises. [01:21:11] I'll leave this up. [01:21:12] I did the New York Times. [01:21:14] Wait, the New York Times is saying that the AP is wrong. [01:21:19] They note, yet votes cast by mail are less likely to be counted, more likely to be compromised, and more likely to be contested than those cast in a voting booth. [01:21:26] Statistics show. [01:21:27] Statistics show. [01:21:28] I thought they were experts. [01:21:29] They note election officials who would be experts, right? [01:21:33] Reject almost 2% of ballots cast by mail. [01:21:36] Double the rate for in-person voting. [01:21:38] Holy Moses. [01:21:40] This Mr. Sancho, an expert, election official, the more people you force to vote by mail, the more invalid ballots you will generate. === Mail Voting Fraud Concerns (04:02) === [01:21:48] That is amazing. [01:21:49] That's so crazy. [01:21:51] It's like the AP didn't do five minutes of research. [01:21:55] How does that happen? [01:21:59] I don't know, man. [01:22:00] I'll know. [01:22:03] It's almost like they have an agenda. [01:22:09] Man. [01:22:12] Folks, again, I'm always going to tell you the truth. [01:22:15] If those numbers go down and mail-in balloting and absentee balloting, there's a rigorous, non-biased study and says there's no fraud, then there's no fraud. [01:22:24] But that's not what the experts say. [01:22:26] The New York Times themselves wrote an article saying the experts say the opposite. [01:22:32] So the AP is full of it. [01:22:38] So it was a big sports night last night. [01:22:41] World Baseball Classic, unfortunately, Team USA. [01:22:45] I watched the game against DR. I was out in Colorado. [01:22:49] I watched it in a bowling alley bowling with my daughter. [01:22:53] And what an amazing game. [01:22:55] And strike, yeah, it was strike to me. [01:22:57] You can't go down looking. [01:22:58] You got to swing. [01:22:58] All right. [01:22:59] Unfortunately, I didn't pull it out last night. [01:23:01] Good effort, but listen, there's only one medal. [01:23:04] That's gold. [01:23:04] Silver don't matter. [01:23:05] You're just the first loser. [01:23:07] So it's too bad. [01:23:08] But, you know, listen, God bless him for playing. [01:23:11] You know, these guys don't have to do this. [01:23:12] These guys are multi-millionaires. [01:23:13] And they really did, but they had a good team. [01:23:15] Just the Bats won a little try. [01:23:17] But I'm scrolling through the interwebs yesterday, and I'm looking for some stuff because I always like to kind of put a smile on your face, especially towards the end of the show. [01:23:26] And I had totally forgotten about this story. [01:23:29] This was 19 years ago, I believe yesterday. [01:23:32] This story is, this is going to put a smile on your face. [01:23:36] Do you remember Jason McElwain? [01:23:38] Some of you in the chat, you know who this is? [01:23:43] He was a young man on a high school basketball team. [01:23:46] He had some kind of autism spectrum disorder, so the coach let him be the manager. [01:23:51] So in one of the last games of the season, he lets this young man, Jason McElwain, suit up. [01:23:57] And in the last few minutes of the game, he lets him get on the court. [01:24:01] Folks, what happens next is almost like miracle on eye stuff. [01:24:06] Like this is the craziest thing ever. [01:24:08] If this doesn't put a smile on your face, nothing ever will. [01:24:11] Here is a CBS story from 19 years ago. [01:24:14] It's about a minute 30, so but it's totally worth your time of Jason McElwain. [01:24:18] Check this out. [01:24:21] Let's get ready for Arcadia. [01:24:22] Let's go. [01:24:22] One, two, three, two. [01:24:24] Because he has been so devoted to the team. [01:24:27] For the last game of the season, Coach Johnson decided to let Jason actually suit up. [01:24:32] Not to play necessarily, just to let him feel what it's like to wear a jersey. [01:24:37] At least that was the plan. [01:24:39] After years of fetching water and toweling off other people's sweat, Jason was actually in a game. [01:24:45] His first shot was a 20-footer from the right baseline. [01:24:49] His second shot missed two, but the third was a charm. [01:24:52] A three-point no-doubter. [01:24:56] And Jason wasn't done yet. [01:24:59] Not by a long shot. [01:25:01] Jason ended up shooting six three-pointers, one right after the other. [01:25:07] He had 20 points total. [01:25:09] And each time a shot went in, his teammates and the crowd went a little crazier. [01:25:14] Because he is autistic. [01:25:17] Jason says he's used to feeling different, but never this different. [01:25:22] Never this wonderful. [01:25:26] Well, I hope that makes you feel different in a wonderful way, too, because it certainly made me feel good. [01:25:33] That story, I had totally forgotten about that story, and it popped up on my timeline. [01:25:38] And I watched that video probably five or six times. [01:25:43] I read some of the comments. [01:25:44] You see some of the folks in the chat. [01:25:46] That's awesome who said that. [01:25:48] Shereel, that's awesome, bro. [01:25:49] Happy tears. === Haley on Rumble Today (02:50) === [01:25:50] Good. [01:25:50] We need that. [01:25:51] I told you, man, you live in a wonderful country full of really amazing people.
