If We Don’t Fix This, We Will Lose The Election (Ep. 2221) - 04/03/2023

Time Text
Thank you.
First, some good news.
We get kind of crapped on a lot.
Everybody gets down.
We get beat up.
You got this guy trying to lock up Donald Trump in New York, this lady trying to lock Donald Trump up in Georgia.
I get it.
You know, the whole politics thing can get depressing at times.
Totally get it.
I feel you.
It happens to me.
You've seen over the last few days, like it even gets to me sometimes.
But when there's good news, there's good news.
And we should embrace it and spread the word and Paul revere it.
So they voted on Zuckerbucks yesterday in Wisconsin.
Do you know this?
Wisconsin, the Zuckerbucks, the Zuckerberg, the private cash that flowed into Wisconsin to basically, I believe, alter the course of the election.
And yeah, that's not going to be happening anymore in Wisconsin.
Ladies and gentlemen, that's not a small deal.
That's a huge deal.
But I've got a huge story at the beginning of the show today, and I want to hot tip Charlie Kirk.
Charlie and I were talking last night via text about this.
Do you remember me a long time ago bringing up Obama-ha?
Obama-ha?
No, no.
Obama-ha.
I didn't say it wrong.
You mean Omaha?
No, that's not what I mean.
I mean Obama-ha.
Do you remember me bringing this up?
If you don't, pay very close attention.
Because everything I've been telling you about RFK, Mike Gallagher leaving, the swampy Republicans wanting Hakeem Jeffries in charge, the threat of an election going to the House, and the possibility of no one getting to 270 is becoming very real.
And it may have everything to do with Omaha, Nebraska.
Don't go anywhere.
Brothers and sisters, this is very important.
Today's show brought to you by our friends at Beam Dream.
Here it is right here.
I took a whole big scoop of this sucker last night.
This is Beam Dream powder.
This is cinnamon cocoa.
It's delicious.
Sometimes a little too good.
Sometimes I take it during the day, but you'll fall asleep.
That's why you take it at night.

That's shopbeam.com slash Bongino and use code Bongino for up to 40% off.
So what if I told you Omaha, Nebraska could determine the future of the country?
Would you respond back, that sounds crazy?
It's not.
We've brought up this topic of what they call Obama-ha a lot on the show, but thankfully Charlie Kirk reminded me about this last night.
Folks, there are only two states in the union that don't have winner-take-all presidential election electoral vote tallies.
There are liberals watching, so I know conservatives, you know this.
There are liberals watching who are quite slow, so I need to explain this, okay?
48 states use a very simple model.
You vote in Florida.
Donald Trump wins Florida because he gets more votes.
Donald Trump gets Florida's electoral votes.
It's very simple.
It's a great system.
It's the least worst system, I should say.
No system is great, okay?
Pretty good, effective system.
For some reason, Maine and Nebraska have chosen to go another route.
Where they break it up differently.
Now, this is described beautifully in a piece Charlie sent me last night.
Folks, play really close attention because if this happens, you're going to be like, damn, I heard it there first.
Because we've been talking about Obama for a long time.
Look at this Newsweek article.
Is this in a newsletter, fellas?
Put bongino.com slash newsletter.
You need to read the whole thing.
It's by Natalie Venegas, okay?
How a Republican state could cost Donald Trump the election.
A Republican state.
You mean a Democrat?
No, no, a Republican state.
Nebraska, a very, very Republican state.
They don't know but two states made in Nebraska.
Electoral votes are winner take all.
The candidate wins a popular vote, receives the state's votes.
Pretty simple process.
However...
There are two states, Maine and Nebraska, that use the congressional district method, which allows them to allocate two electoral votes to the state popular vote winner and then one electoral vote to the popular vote winner in each congressional district.
One electoral vote could be a big deal.
Why?
Because there's a note in part two of this, while candidates need 270 electoral votes to win, under a scenario where Biden, which is a possible scenario, Under a scenario where Biden only wins the three northern swing states and other uncontested blue states, a loss in Nebraska's second district could result in a 269 to 269 tie.
What if I've been warning you about why they want RFK out of the race?
Can you imagine...
If Robert F. Kennedy Jr.'s entrance into the race causes a, say, Trump win in Nebraska's 2nd District, that causes a 269-269 tie, that then causes the race to get kicked over to the House of Representatives, where because a bunch of swampy Republicans left, the House of Representatives would be run by Hakeem Jeffries.
Who would then decide?
The state delegations would decide to be clear.
But the House would be run by Hakeem Jeffries if they win in the next Congress because of the power of incumbency?
Can you imagine that?
Now, ladies and gentlemen, before anybody tells me, oh, that's impossible, that's never going to happen, folks, I was told a lot of things were going to happen.
I was told in 2016, Donald Trump's chances of winning the presidential election are, quote, approaching zero in a Washington Post article written by Aaron Blake and Chris Eliza.
You can still...
Read it yourself.
It's still there.
Now, how worried are people about this scenario?
Where does the Dan Bongino show go when we want to find out what the liberals are worried about?
Anyone in the room know?
Anyone?
The cheat sheet's right there.
Playbook!
Political playbook, which is the left-wing Bible.
I read it every morning because I love to see what they're worried about.
Oh, and look.
Right at the top of the left-wing Bible this morning, on the email they all read, political playbook, it could shake up the presidential election.
What?
Obama-ha.
They call it Obama-ha because Obama won Omaha, Nebraska, that congressional district.
They know for President Joe Biden, it would take away what is currently his easiest path to 270, win the blue wall states, Michigan.
He could win that.
We should not.
I don't want to hear any talk of a red wave.
You got to take that to a different show.
We're not doing that here.
It is very possible Biden could win Michigan, Wisconsin, and Pennsylvania.
And then all he has to do is win that one electoral vote from Metro Omaha, which has been won by the Democrats quite often, hence the term Obamaha.
Ladies and gentlemen, read this playbook thing.
Not because I want to give Politico any clicks, but you can tell what the left are going to do because they always announce it every morning on their emails and their email list there.
Every single morning.
It's the top story.
If this was no big deal and they weren't freaking out about it, then why is it leading their stories?
I got a video coming up in a second.
Of another Democrat insider.
You know Jim Messina?
He was basically the architect of Obama's re-election effort.
Jim Messina is a noted Democrats insider with a vast network of connections.
I'm going to show you in a second how worried they are about this.
But this is not a new problem.
The fact that Nebraska, for some reason, has decided to break up its electoral votes this way instead of giving them all to Donald Trump, which they should do.
48 states do it that way.
And to be fair there, the Republicans and Governor Jim Pillen are pushing for this now.
But it's by no means close to done.
And it may get squashed before the election.
You heard it here first, man.
This is how long this has been going on.
Look at this ABC News article.
It's by Jake Tapper.
The most important part of this article is the date.
February 28, 2012. 2012. This is 12 years ago.
Tapper notes, hey, scoff if you like.
But the campaign did this in 2008 and won Nebraska's second congressional district.
The Obama campaign jokingly referred to the strategy in the city as Obama.
No one outside the state really noticed that Nebraska split its electoral votes, given Obama's electoral landslide.
But what started out as a just-in-case measure actually proved itself as achievable.
How likely is a 269-269 electoral vote split?
Not as unlikely as you might think.
Look at these permutations, folks.
There's like five, six different likely ways we could get to 269, 269. But Dan, if no one gets to 270, nobody wins.
Exactly.
It goes to the House.
Now you see why these swampy Republicans are leaving early?
Here, Tapper, he's not wrong here, by the way.
He says, let's assume an election where the battleground states are from west to east.
Nevada, Colorado, New Mexico, Iowa, Missouri, Wisconsin, Michigan, Florida, Ohio, North Carolina, Virginia, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire.
Let's give all of them the GOP except for Florida, Michigan, and North Carolina.
There you go, 269-269.
He says, how about Obama wins Wisconsin, Michigan, Ohio, Pennsylvania, New Hampshire, New Mexico?
269-269.
So Obama might come in handy.
Ladies and gentlemen, the Democrats, as always, are way ahead of the Republicans on tactics.
If it wasn't for Charlie and a couple other people bringing attention to this issue and the author of that Newsweek piece, I promise you a lot of Republicans wouldn't have done jack about this.
Now, I want you to watch this clip because there's nothing worse than Democrat bellyaching.
Oh!
What do you mean the Republicans are going to destroy democracy again?
You've earned the double-barrel middle finger.
What has two thumbs that they say get the two-barrel middle finger?
This one to you guys.
Because I don't care what you guys have to say.
To the Democrats out there, the party of Twinkies, Fannie Willis, Andy Weissman, Peter Strzok, Jim Comey, Joe Biden, Derek Farland, the Aguino, the Attorney General and name only, I'm really not interested in your lectures on democracy, not even a little bit, like a big fat donut.
Sorry.
Don't care.
But watch when Republicans simply propose the idea of changing Nebraska to just get in line with the rest of the United States.
This is not some radical far-right theory.
Literally 48 states do it this way.
You win the popular vote in the state, you get the electoral votes.
It's not hard.
There's nothing even remotely radical about this.
Now, however...
Trying to remove a presidential candidate who's the presumptive nominee from the ballot and steal the election before it's even happened, that's radical.
But notice, the shithead Democrats, the absolute garbage, full diaper Democrats, have no problem with that at all.
But that Nebraska is looking to just get in line with the rest of the country and vote the way the citizens of the state, not a particular region of the state, but the state one, there's a meltdown.
I usually don't use entire clips here, but this is about a minute and ten.
It's worth your time.
This has turned into such a big deal with RFK in the race.
Because they're now afraid Trump could actually win that second district due to RFK siphoning votes off, that they are freaking out about a 269-269 scenario that gets kicked to the House.
They won't say that, that that's the RFK thing.
They'll hint at it.
But that's why Messina in this clip is losing his marbles.
Check this out.
behind an effort that would no longer allocate the electoral votes by congressional district.
Because right now, it's five votes there.
Republicans get four, and President Biden, Democrats get the one from Omaha.
If that changes, and we don't know that it will, the state legislature is going to look at it.
That takes away Biden's best path to win because if you get, if he wins, Wisconsin, Pennsylvania, Michigan, but loses the other swing states and no longer picks up the one in Nebraska, 269. That leads playbook this morning.
The alarm among Democrats that this is possible.
What do you think?
I think this is what the modern Republican Party has become.
They're now changing the rules in the middle, trying to benefit themselves.
This is the hell that Donald Trump hath wrought.
In the middle of this, changing the rules 200 days before the election is ridiculous.
You're right.
I think there are real simulation problems.
When you look at the map, that one electoral vote really matters in the combination of other things.
Then you need another state.
And so the easiest pathway to victory has always been the Midwestern three states combined with Nebraska.
Something tells me they're not going to get away with it this easy and there will be a national outcry for trying to change the rules here.
But it looks like.
You know, Folks, listen, you know, the show's for you.
It's always been for you.
I hope you understand that.
Everything I do, I do because the show's for you.
It'll make more sense in the long run.
The language portion of the show, I do try to kind of get a lid on.
But there are moments like this, you just want to so badly dump an F-bomb on this guy.
There's going to be a national outcry.
Bro, are you for real?
This is the same party that has pushed in multiple states to actually remove the presumptive GOP nominee from the ballot.
And just to be clear, we're taking advice from this asshole?
There's going to be a national...
And here's the funny thing.
Chatsters, you know this is true too.
There are some swampy Republicans.
The biggest...
Oh, you know I want to say the word so bad.
Wussbags in the world who will be like, hey man, I don't know if we should do that in Nebraska.
People get upset.
People get upset.
They're raiding people's houses.
You got a bunch of people in a gulag in Washington, D.C. You got Navarro and Bannon doing potential jail.
Navarro's in jail.
You got Bannon being charged.
You had the president being spied on.
We're worried about a national outcry?
Someone should play that clip over and over and go, yes, please, outcry nationally.
How many shits do you think I give about your national outcry?
Anybody have a guess?
Anyone in the chat have a guess about how many shits we should all give here?
The answer is zero.
Zero shits.
Good.
Zero.
Someone wrote two.
Is that it?
Is that an official number?
We should get two.
The number's zero.
Yeah, somebody's...
Exactly.
Someone was probably talking about answering a totally different question.
That's a good...
Zero.
Zero shits, folks.
When I say...
Listen, it annoys about 10% of the audience, but it's okay.
I can't please everyone.
When I say cutesy time is over, this is what I mean.
Do you understand, like, I use these kind of quips and these silly things?
Because they're based in reality.
The only reason the cutesy time is over shirt, what nuclear on the website, is because people who get it, get it.
This is what I mean.
There are swampy Republicans out there, I swear to you, who are like, oh, man.
I don't know.
It's like a bridge too far.
Getting in line with 48 other states and doing what they all do and potentially altering an election.
Altering an election?
Is that altering an election?
Everybody doesn't.
Did the governor there pillin?
Please, double and triple down.
I know Charlie's going to be talking about this today.
And anyone else there on cable news who watches my show or is going to hear about my show on Clips today, I'm telling you, begging you, imploring you, take the content and move it to your show and make this a national issue.
Because I'm telling you, on election night, if we're watching Obamaha in Nebraska to determine the course of the election, you'll remember this show.
You go back.
Audience Archivist Judy, if you can remember the show I addressed this a while ago, I'd appreciate it.
Because this is a topic that we should have spoken about more.
It's on me.
You know how I'm always talking about contrasts, by the way?
This election coming up, they're contrasts.
It's not a complicated idea.
There's nothing particularly brilliant or ridiculously insightful about saying, hey, a campaign between two people is a contrast.
You'd be stunned, though, how many political consultants and swampy Republicans don't get this.
They constantly complain about what?
Oh, Donald Trump, the rhetoric, the bloodbath stuff, all this other crap, and they fall right into lefty traps.
What they don't understand is campaigns are about creating contrast.
They're about stealing the language of the left and using it to your own benefit on the right.
I talked at length yesterday about how Trump stole the term fake news to the point where everybody thinks to this day it was a reference to the media.
It's not.
He's stolen.
The left made that term up to talk about Trump, and he took it.
He did the same thing with the bloodbath stuff yesterday.
But I want to show you in this clip coming up.
I'm going to just get to this quick.
I'm going to take a quick break, and I'm going to come back to the contrast.
But this clip is really important.
The GOP put this out on their Twitter feed.
The new GOP being run by Laura Trump and the crew over there, and they're doing a great job.
Congratulations to them.
This is what a contrast looks like.
If you're running for office, please watch this.
I'm begging you.
Matter of fact, I take that back.
If you're even thinking about running for office or supporting someone running for office, I want you to watch this.
This is why Donald Trump is winning.
He takes a moment where the left screws up, language-wise or something, and he runs with it by creating a big, bold contrast, not sitting there apologizing like a wussbag.
Watch his video.
You'll see what I mean.
No, no, I have to do that.
You use the word illegal when talking about the man who allegedly killed Lincoln Riley.
An undocumented person.
And I shouldn't have used illegal.
It's undocumented.
I say he was an illegal alien.
He was an illegal immigrant.
He was an illegal migrant.
And he shouldn't have been in our country.
And he never would have been under the Trump policy.
That's what it looks like.
Snapshots and soundbites.
Snapshots and soundbites.
He's got the verbiage on the front of the podium, Donald Trump.
He hammers the illegal issue using a word the left won't use to describe the very action taking place.
Immigration, that's illegal.
That is what a contrast looks like.
If you can't create deep, chasm-like contrasts where you look different than your opponent and you don't know how to take and leverage these issues, you're in the wrong business.
The Trump team has got this thing down to a science.
Every single thing they do, Biden, he jumps on right away and creates a contrast.
I'll show you what I mean with another clip from yesterday.
Really important clip from Trump's speech yesterday.
Snapshots and soundbites create contrast.
Super important.
Quick break.
We'll get right back to it, folks.
Whenever something goes viral, rest assured, the frauds are going to jump on the bag wagon, pretending they're one of us.
They're a big patriotic company.
But most of them are, especially when you do your homework.
You'll see it.
For more than 10 years, Patriot Mobile's been America's only Christian conservative wireless provider.
Patriot Mobile's been a great supporter of this show.
They're the only cell phone service provider that's actually on the front lines defending our freedoms.
Patriot Mobile offers dependable nationwide coverage on all three major networks.
It means you get the same coverage you've been accustomed to or better without funding the left and other companies pretending to be patriotic.

Dan, thanks, Patriot Mobile.
We appreciate it.
All right.
Contrast, folks.
This stuff all matters.
Leverage, and you have to learn in politics to leverage your strength by mitigating weaknesses.
This is obvious.
If you ever do SWOT analysis in business school, I talk about it all the time.
Strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, threats.
How do you mitigate threats?
By leveraging strengths.
How do you take advantage of opportunities?
By mitigating weaknesses.
I didn't learn a lot, but I learned that.
That was really good.
Because it forces you to think strategically.
And whether the Trump team knows they're doing it or not, they do it all the time.
I want you to listen to this yesterday.
This again is a contrast.
You've got Joe Biden's open border.
Everybody knows it's open because you can just look at it.
I mean, go to Fox, go to Newsmax, go to Twitter, go to Rumble.
Just put in border.
You'll see drone footage, Bill Malugin footage, Newsmax footage, people who are down at the border, taking videos at the border.
The border is open.
You can walk in whenever you want.
So creating a contrast on this immigration issue is important because Donald Trump made the immigration issue a finger stick issue.
This was a powerful moment yesterday.
I'm going to tell you why it's important.
But again, it involves contrast, but it also involves tactics and strategy.
The Democrats are flooding the country for a reason.
They've talked about it.
They've talked about it thousands of times.
Watch this.
When day one, I will seal the border and we'll begin the largest domestic deportation operation in the history of our country.
And if other countries say they won't take them back, we're not going to take them back.
I will say that, yeah, here they come.
Hold on to your britches, because here they come.
They're coming back.
Who got some...
Hold on to your britches.
Got my britches on.
Let me pull up my britches.
Hold on to your britches.
Folks, why is a deportation operation important?
They seem like an obvious answer, but I assure you there are some even centrist Republicans out there that don't understand or get it.
Oh, no, they're already here and everything.
You know, amnesty is inevitable.
We should just do it, get it over with and stop.
then no, no, no, that's not how this works.
It's important for a couple of reasons.
The first is, if people don't understand and keep getting amnesty every time a flood of people come in the country illegally, then the law isn't the law.
And it just incentivizes a new group of people to come in under what?
The illusion that becomes reality, by the way, that they're going to be given citizenship if they just show up legally or illegally.
Deportation is important to send a message.
It's the same reason we send people to jail.
Some people who may have turned into good people later, but there's got to be a penalty for the crime.
The penalty at a minimum should be deportation and not being allowed back into the country legally for, say, 10 years, even more.
There's got to be a penalty.
There has to be a disincentive for the behavior.
That's obvious.
But the second one is something I brought up to you.
I'm obsessed with political tactics and strategery.
I hope that's one of the benefits of the show.
I hope that's why you like being here.
You know, we kind of like scratch the surface and get a little bit deeper.
It may not be for everyone, but I appreciate you seem to like it.
There's another reason the deportation operation is important.
It's not just the message.
That's critical.
That's why I put it number one.
But the second one, which is finally, finally starting to make its way into mainstream conversation, is something, and I'm not giving myself any credit.
I got it from other people too.
I've been talking about it for a while.
Ladies and gentlemen, whether illegal immigrants can vote or not, which is a big scandal in and of itself, Whether they can vote or not, because some localities are pushing for that, they will be counted in the census under current rules.
We will never win a presidential election again if you allow an endless flood of people to be counted in the census in liberal states.
Why?
Why am I talking about this now?
Because think about Obama-ha.
Obama-ha.
We're talking about one congressional district.
A congressional district is roughly 700,000 people.
Folks, we've got that times four or five, maybe six, seven.
We don't even know because of the gotaways.
Coming into the country, you know, every year, more.
You're talking about Obama-ha.
You're going to have 20 Obama-ha's.
As people get more electoral college votes based on a growing population of people, listen to what I'm telling you, please.
I don't want to say it doesn't matter if they don't vote.
That's not what I'm saying.
Of course it matters.
I'm saying for the purpose of the census and congressional representatives and electoral college votes for the president, whether they vote or not doesn't matter.
It's just that they're here and that they answer a census.
That's it.
We will never win again.
There has to be a penalty for this illegal behavior.
And I'm glad Donald Trump is creating a contrast.
And by the way, again, what is two thumbs and give zero shits about the leftist response?
This guy.
I don't care.
I'm not interested in that.
Oh my gosh, a deportation operation is going to create a national outcry.
Great!
Outcry nationally.
Fine.
Nobody cares on our side.
We stopped caring when you raided Mar-a-Lago.
Actually, we stopped caring when you spied on the president.
Actually, I stopped caring 40 years ago.
But just for the hell of it, we don't care.
We're not interested.
We're going to do the right thing.
We're not going to do the easy thing.
I'm going to take a quick break.
But I just said it.
You know, I'm obsessed with political game theory.
How we can do these little tricks to put our opponent...
You never want to box on your heels.
You ever box?
You want to be light on your feet.
You never want to box on your heels.
You get your ass kicked.
You can't move fast on your heels.
You got to stay light on your feet.
That's why boxers jump rope and do all this stuff.
Understanding political tactics enables you to be nimble on your feet politically.
They do something, boom, you have a response.
The Republican Party of 30, 40 years ago never had a response for anything.
I'll never forget the Harriet Myers thing with George W. Bush.
They don't even know how to respond to conservative outcry.
Forget about leftist outcry.
They don't.
They're always blindsided by stuff.
The Democrats always have a plan and a plan for a plan and then a backup plan for the plan for the plan.
So when someone develops a political tactic like Greg Abbott, and I see it taking place now around the world, what does Greg Abbott have to do with J.K. Rowling?
Stay tuned.
It's important you understand this, because we're going to use this going forward.
Evita, remind me to talk about the money thing, too, because that was a great question you brought up.

So, you remember the Texas border dilemma?
And I use the word dilemma and say it that way for a reason.
Because it creates this bifurcated path.
Governor Greg Abbott said, listen, we are going to put concertina wire on our border and we're going to secure our border.
And the Biden administration said, no, you're not.
And Governor Greg Abbott from Texas said, well, what are you going to do about it?
And they said, well, we're like going to do some stuff.
And Governor Greg Abbott said, okay, go ahead and do some stuff.
Do you remember this show, Chatsters?
I know you do.
And I said, Governor Abnett is engaging in some advanced political game theory here, whether you knew it or not at the time.
Because he put Joe Biden in a corner.
The corner was very simple.
You could have seen it from miles away, and I was actually shocked.
More people didn't pick up on what a brilliant tactical move this is.
Whether you like Abbott or not, I don't kiss politicians' asses, but when they do something effective, I want to know it and incorporate it so we can use it again.
He created a dilemma for Biden, because Biden only had two choices.
Abbott secures the Texas border.
Biden says, rip it down.
And Abbott says, or what?
What were the two choices, you remember?
The two choices were very simple.
Either Abbott could have won full police state, I mean, Biden, full police state, and started arresting Texas DPS, sent shock troops to the governor's mansion to arrest Governor Abbott, right?
I mean, pull it down, or what?
Are we going to arrest you?
Or the second option was what?
Slither away like a little punk and do absolutely nothing.
Because you can't.
Ladies and gentlemen, it was a dilemma for the Biden administration because either option sucked.
I'm going to tell you straight up here.
I don't know what option's worse.
I really don't because I can't.
I can't anticipate what the counterfactual would have looked like.
Biden backed down and looked like a big wuss as Governor Greg Abbott is now expanding this operation across most of the Texas border, which is great because he gave the double barrel to Biden.
So now every other state understands that Joe Biden is a feckless chump and a coward and there's nothing he can do about it.
Nothing.
And it's glorious to watch.
What does that have to do with J.K. Rowling?
Folks, author J.K. Rowling in the famous Harry Potter series, she did the same thing.
There's this hate speech law in Scotland that's supposed to prohibit misgendering or whatever kind of crap the left makes up for the day or whatever.
And J.K. Rowling said, you know what, I'm going to call a man a man because a man is a man.
And if you'd like to come arrest me under this Scottish hate speech law, then how about you go do it?
Matter of fact, again, I don't kiss people's asses.
You don't have to like J.K. Rowling.
I never read a Harry Potter book.
I obviously know what they are.
However, this took some moose nuts.
Here's J.K. Rowling's tweet.
I totally agree.
I've been deliberately defiant.
Notice he puts it in all caps.
In spite of some random bloke's advice, she notes a full investigation into her body.
Must be mounted.
All caps, must.
Hashtag ARRESTME. Also, visit Scotland.
Land of the free, she says sarcastically.
Hmm.
She said, I'm going to call a man a man.
I don't really care what you tell me to do.
You see how this is the exact same scenario game theory-wise?
The exact one.
That Governor Abbott created for Biden.
Now, of course, what happened?
Well, what happened was Scottish authorities immediately had to back down because they were in the same corner Joe Biden was.
What are they going to do?
Lock up J.K. Rowling and throw her in the clink?
Here's the follow-up.
She says, I hope every woman in Scotland who wishes to speak up for the reality and importance of biological sex will be reassured by this announcement.
And I trust that all women, irrespective of profile or financial means, will be treated equally under the law.
What was the announcement?
Basically, the J.K. Rowling hate law posts are not criminal, the police say.
I mentioned this to Evita before the break because Evita and I were chatting about this story earlier.
And there were some weird complaints about J.K. Rowling that I found quite odd.
Evita said that someone had tweeted out or something like, well, this only works because she has power.
Yeah!
That's the point!
Folks, that's the whole point!
The whole point is only...
I wish this weren't the case, by the way.
But I don't live in the fake world.
I live in the real world.
Scars and all.
Bad elbows.
You know, hearing falling apart.
That's the real world.
In the real world, yes, you are 100% correct.
If this was not J.K. Rowling or Governor Greg Abbott doing that, if it was John Smith...
Some dedicated, hardworking HVAC guy just getting by with his family?
You're correct.
He would probably be in jail.
I'm not disputing that.
But do you see how you're making the perfect the enemy of the good?
J.K. Rowling, I don't even know.
I've never met her in my life.
I don't read her books.
She's definitely not a Trumper.
She doesn't even like Donald Trump.
J.K. Rowling doesn't need this at all.
J.K. Rowling can sit back like this.
Write a few books.
Resurrection of Harry Potter.
Is he dead?
I don't even know how many books are there.
25. Who the hell knows?
Is Harry Potter still alive in the books?
I don't even know.
Harry Potter Returns.
Is it like, does he have like The Force with Luke Skywalker?
I have no idea.
She could write another book and make another billion dollars.
He's okay.
He says he's at least in our thought.
He has disinformation.
Bill McCarthy's writing a fact check right now.
You get my point, folks?
That if we don't use people in power.
So here's a quick example for you.
The left loves using people like George Soros.
You don't hear the left going, ah, F that guy.
He's one of those rich guys we hate.
He's got money.
They love him.
He's the best.
Why?
Because Soros is a billionaire.
He doesn't have to go and screw up big cities, but he chooses to.
He chooses to mess with democracy.
Don't alienate these people.
If J.K. Rowling is with us on 5% of the issues and is willing to put her weight behind that 5% of issues so that we don't have to spend other time on it and she can take on the brunt of it, then let her do it.
It's silly not to.
This is a good thing.
It's not a bad thing.
I want to explain something to you, though.
The reason this is working, this Greg Abbott, J.K. Rowling strategy, which, to be very clear, is this.
It's the double middle finger to authority when you have power.
It's only because governments in republics and representative democracies I'm explaining.
Forgive me.
The media.
They still haven't controlled the media.
I just want to highlight that.
If they controlled the media, this would never happen.
I'll give you a perfect example.
Kim Jong-un.
You think this would stand if it was J.K. Rowling in North Korea?
J.K. Rowling be in the gulag tomorrow.
No one gives a shit.
Why?
Because we still have some control over the information space.
Ladies and gentlemen, information warfare is the battle going forward.
Listen to me.
Is the battle going forward?
There are a lot of battles.
At the top, by far, is information warfare.
If we lose control of AI and we lose this disinformation-misinformation fight where we allow the World Economic Forum globalist types to control what we say and censor us, calling us misinformation, J.K. Rowling be in jail tomorrow because you'd never hear about it.
Think about what I just said for a second.
The Chinese Communist Party, which has near-absolute information control, You know Jimmy Lai who's in jail?
One of the most powerful people in Hong Kong, China?
Right to jail.
They don't care.
What about the other guy who owned that massive company over there?
They stole it from him?
You think they care?
The only reason what Abbott and J.K. Rowling did is even remotely effective is because they still haven't gained complete control.
Over the information system.
That's why I'm so worried about information warfare going forward.
Speaking of information warfare, again, the GOP, ever since Laura Trump took over and some other people, they're cleaning up that mess over there.
They put this out yesterday.
This is, again, glorious information warfare.
You would never be able to do this in a system where they controlled misinformation and information.
GOP, we just launched bidenbloodbath.com, a website dedicated.
Highlighting the horrors of Biden's border invasion.
This is how you play the information warfare game.
You take their garbage and you shove it right down their throats.
You hijack their language.
You spin it around.
And like a syrup of Ipecac, you shove it down their throats.
Oh, misinformation?
Donald Trump?
Bloodbath?
Really?
Let's buy up the website.
Control of words.
Control of phrases and narratives.
Ladies and gentlemen, it's the last piece of the tyrannical puzzle.
Once they gain full control over this, there will be no more political debates.
Because everything you say will be labeled, if they control AI, as misinformation and disinformation.
And you will be censored the second you hit send on X. There will be some AI bot that instantly, with a superintelligence, senses you are a conservative and wipes out your opinion.
Information warfare.
I want to show you what I mean.
There are things in front of us right now, the left are doing, that are so patently ridiculous that the only way you can do them is by controlling the narrative.
Does that make sense?
They're so dumb.
Be like telling everyone to stab themselves in the eyes with ice picks.
Something so ridiculous and dangerous that only an idiot would fall for it.
This is one of those things.
Look at this Wall Street Journal article.
This may seem like one of those kind of esoteric pieces.
This is a big deal.
The Biden administration is committed to energy suicide.
They want to push for an electrification of the transportation fleet, cars and trucks in the country.
Folks, there's absolutely no way we can do this.
There is no capacity in the electrical grid whatsoever right now to do this.
You understand what they're pushing for?
They're pushing for a bunch of electric cars that they have zero capacity to charge.
The Wall Street Journal covered this the other day with regards to they want to electrify trucks.
This is hilarious.
They note that 1.4 million chargers would have to be installed by 2032 to achieve this mandate.
That's about 15,000 a month.
It would require major grip upgrades too.
Upgrades, by the way, when there are shortages now of critical components such as transformers.
It could take three to eight years to develop transmission and substations in many places to support these truck chargers.
They don't have it, but they don't care.
Why am I bringing this up?
Because in an information warfare scenario, the Democrats, all they have to do is say the world's going to end in 10 or 12 years and no one calls them out for lying.
They call you out for challenging this stuff.
Watch how Pete Buttigieg, a guy who there's not a human being on planet Earth who says less by saying more.
This guy has the worst case of verbal diarrhea in the mouth I've ever seen in my life.
Here's Pete Buttigieg.
He Despite the fact there is zero capacity to move toward an electrified car fleet in the United States, it'd be energy suicide.
Here he is insulting you with an analogy about landline phones and how you all are like Neanderthals.
Take a look.
Let's be clear that the automotive sector is moving toward EVs and we can't pretend otherwise.
Sometimes when these debates happen, I feel like it's the early 2000s and I'm talking to some people who think that we can just have landline phones forever.
Folks, the difference was cell companies actually built out the cell network based on demand.
Demand for these EVs is not going up, it's actually going down.
You see how these insulting, condescending, let-them-eat-cake liberals with their coexist bumper stickers on their EVs?
You see how they don't give a shit about you?
I want you to watch the second part of this.
Here, John Roberts from Fox tries to pin this idiot down.
Hey, bro, you want to push towards electrifying our entire fleet?
You realize we have no capacity to do this?
Watch how he completely avoids answering the question at all while acknowledging John Roberts is right that we have no capacity to do what he's suggesting we should do.
Take a look.
How do you ever win the race?
Because we are not upgrading the electrical infrastructure grid at the rate that we need to to keep up.
Well, we literally are upgrading the electric infrastructure grid.
It's a strange moment for me because we're coming full circle on the debates from two or three years ago when the president was pushing his infrastructure package and some people said, look, if it isn't roads and bridges, it isn't infrastructure.
Obviously, I'm the transportation secretary.
I love the fact that there are so many roads and bridges being improved with this, but it also included funding for the electric grid.
Now, today's electric grid can handle today's electric vehicles, but you're right.
We can't run tomorrow's vehicles or, frankly, tomorrow's economy on today's grid or yesterday's grid.
That's why it's got to be upgraded.
Now, at the end of the day, if we can get that right as a country, that's going to leave us better off.
There are more ways to move electricity than there are to move liquid fuel.
You know, that's why in my house in Michigan, I can fill our hybrid plug-in electric with electricity.
Obviously, I can't do that with gas at my house.
So in the long run, we're definitely better off, but absolutely agree that we're going to have to put a lot of work into upgrading that grid.
Hey, if we can get this stuff...
What do you mean if?
You're going to make a bunch of people buy electric cars by shutting down the gas market, but you're not even sure...
If?
You're not even sure you're going to have chargers?
Who caught the line at the end?
Chats, who caught the line at the end?
Oh, yeah, yeah, it's all good.
I got like a charging station in my house.
You can't have that in a gas station.
Really?
Really?
I grew up in New York.
A lot of us had apartment buildings.
You gonna pull the car up the stairs in the apartment building, put it in your living room?
Yeah.
Oh, you don't all have garages and charges?
No, no, Mayor P, we all don't.
I luckily have one now, but we all didn't grow up that way.
We all didn't grow up with garages and chargers and stuff.
No.
All right, shifting gears a little bit.
Folks, listen, conversations about race and culture, they're always tough.
But I'm going to encourage you as friends and family members of this show, because this show is for you, that we should never avoid these conversations.
I don't do a lot of stuff on this topic, not because I don't want to, because I find so many conversations about race that originate on the left to be so boring.
Let me just give you an example.
Joy Reid will say, like, all right, voter ID is being proposed in East Tuna Fish.
They hate black people.
And you're like, oh, what's the point?
What's the point?
Well, arguing with Joy Reid, you know, even for the third-person effect, it's like arguing with that fan over there.
It's a waste of time.
It's not going to respond.
But some conversations about race are interesting.
I got these two clips.
A couple people were annoyed by the second one.
I wasn't.
I mean, the fact that people look different shouldn't be a big deal.
And some people were annoyed by the second one.
The first one...
I was annoyed by it.
It's the mayor of New York City, Eric Adams, who again happens to be black, which only seems to matter to lefties these days who are obsessed with this very idea of race as some kind of character difference or something.
Eric Adams is one of the worst mayors in the country.
He's a big poser.
I told you I was a cop with this guy.
We weren't friends.
We didn't hang out.
We were cops in that same time period.
Eric Adams is a loser.
He's always been a loser.
The most dangerous place in America is between Eric Adams and a TV camera.
He is a big poser.
He's a weak, pathetic guy.
Nobody liked this guy who just likes the sight of himself on TV. I can't warn you about this guy enough.
If you listen to the show, I've warned you about him probably a hundred times.
Here he is yesterday saying one of the most racist things I think I've heard in a long time.
He's trying to be like down.
Like, look at me.
I'm one of you.
I'm like a street guy.
And I know how to roll joints out of dime bags and stuff.
Like, what?
Folks, I'm sorry.
But if you're black or Hispanic or a minority voter...
This should be such an unbelievable turnoff to you.
Why is it that people like this clown have to constantly reference criminal behavior as some way to kind of show they're down with the minority community?
What the hell is that?
What are you even implying?
Here, watch.
You'll see what I mean.
Watch this clip yourself.
I gotta tell you, I watched this in disgust.
This guy's a goofball.
Check this out.
I know what it is to buy a nickel bag and make eight joints so mommy can feed herself.
I know what it is to run numbers.
I know what it is to do all those things.
I'm comfortable among my folks.
And the problem that a lot of people don't understand is they don't know how authentic I am about this work.
But they're going to look back over it and say, we had a mayor that came from us and delivered for us even the billions of dollars that I'm putting into MWBEs that we've never had before.
people gonna look back over these years and say this brother was real about what he's doing because that's why i'm doing it that's the you people were what so just just get
so this brother in his words is real and authentic because he knows how to roll a joint and run numbers and Folks, I can roll a joint for you.
I don't do drugs.
I know numbers and football tickets and gambling and all that other stuff, too.
I guess the statute of limitations has run out, but...
Is that something I'm supposed to be proud of?
What?
What?
I'm sorry.
This does not make you authentic.
And the fact that this goofball is trying to make this appear like he's some kind of man of the people because he knows how to smoke a joint or roll a joint or something like that?
Nah, man.
I ain't having it.
That's just total bullshit.
And I'm telling you, if you're a black or Hispanic voter and you're one of this guy's constituents, you should be firing this moron in email today and saying, listen, I got kids.
What are you trying to tell my kids?
That in order to be an authentic brother or a member of the black community, whatever you're trying to imply, you've got to smoke a joint and run numbers?
What do you think?
You're the first city kid out there who's been in like a street fight, drinking, you know, 40 dogs in a park late at night?
Doesn't make you like, this is stuff kids did because they were kids.
It doesn't mean your kids should emulate the behavior.
Here's the second one, however.
This one bothered a few people.
I'm not afraid to talk about it, though.
You shouldn't be either.
Don't be cowed by racial conversations at all.
You talk how you need to talk when you want to talk.
As long as your intentions are pure, you'll be just fine.
Paul Pierce is a former basketball player in the NBA. I forget who he played for.
Was it the Bucs or something like that?
But he was on.
He was talking about Caitlin Clark.
Just so you, Caitlin Clark is a white female basketball player.
Unbelievably talented.
One of the best ever.
especially at the college level.
There was a game the other day between her team and LSU.
It was a rematch of the championship last year.
And of course, everybody had to make a racial incident out of it who wants to hustle on it because Kaitlin Clark happens to be white and the other team they played last year is led by a player, Angel Reese, who happens to be black.
They're both shit talkers.
I like shit talk in basketball because it makes rivalries interesting.
As you can see, the ratings were bananas.
I'll get to that in a second.
But a couple people were offended by Paul Pierce saying this.
I wasn't offended at all.
Give me your input.
Check this out.
It's beyond that, Keith.
I'm going to tell you.
I'm going to just keep it 100 with you.
We saw a white girl in Iowa do it to a bunch of black girls.
Well, of course.
That made it like, oh, that gave my respect.
That gave my respect.
I hear you.
You're right.
That's like, oh, she didn't do this to some other little white girls that was over here in Colorado, wherever.
She did it to some girls from LSU who we thought were some dogs.
Defending champs.
Defending champs and put them on her knee and spanked them.
Spanked them.
And so that...
I know, but I didn't expect...
Man, some people are all offended about that.
Listen, I don't have time to be getting offended about something.
What are you offended about?
Think about it.
I always ask myself a simple question.
Should I be offended or should I not?
I say, why would I be offended?
What do you think this guy's intentions were?
He's trying to compliment her.
Who cares?
Who cares?
He's trying to compliment her.
Not everything has to be a big controversy either.
I say that because this is super important.
Everybody wants to make a controversy out of everything to the point where sometimes we have to respond and create our own controversies.
Don't fall into that trap, okay?
Please don't.
There's a big thing with lefties who are haters and they're like, oh, you people don't want to watch women's sports.
Really?
Folks, I'll watch women's sports as long as it's interesting.
Okay?
I worked at the U.S. Open for years.
The women's semifinals and finals was always a huge draw.
Monica Seles, Stephanie Graff, Arantxa Sanchez-Vicario, Gabriela Sabatini, who I had a crush on at the time.
I was a young man.
Everybody loved Gabby Sabatini.
You remember?
Those places were packed.
People watch women's sports when there were rivalries and the personalities are interesting.
That's it.
This is not a complicated formula.
People watch women's UFC. They never thought that would be a thing.
People love it.
Turns out it is a thing.
People watch women's soccer, too, before they started kneeling, like a bunch of tools.
People enjoyed women's soccer before they started hating America, a lot of them.
So it shouldn't surprise anyone that this rivalry between Clark and Reese, despite the left trying to make some ridiculous racial thing about it, which has nothing to do with their argument, it shouldn't surprise anyone that according to the Hollywood Reporter, that NCAA game set an all-time record for women's basketball.
People will watch when the product is interesting.
It's really that simple, folks.
This formula is not complicated at all, not even a little bit.
Hey, one last thing.
I'm running out of time, but I'm going to squeeze this in.
You know what?
I've got to do it tomorrow.
I'm going to shortchange it.
You know what?
Let me just play it and I'll talk about it more tomorrow.
This RFK thing with the Secret Service, switching gears just a little bit, this RFK thing with the Secret Service is going to blow up.
It's going to cause a big problem.
He was on Fox and Friends the other day.
I want to talk about this, but I want to address it in detail, Mark, because this is a bigger scandal than you think.
But I'll give you a little tease now.
Check this out.
And in my case, I just say particularly, denying me Secret Service protection, that's never happened in history.
You think he's behind that?
What?
Do you think Joe Biden is behind the line?
Of course he is.
Does he know that your dad was assassinated?
He has a bust of my father behind him.
So how does he sleep at night?
Well, I don't know, but it's just not right.
You know, all of this, the use of the courts, the use of prosecutors, the use of all these federal agencies to change our political landscape is wrong, and we should be debating about it.
I'll go into a little more detail tomorrow because I never want to shortchange you on a story.
But withholding Secret Service protection from this guy, when I opened up the show talking about how he himself alone could flip the election in that one district in Nebraska, this guy could alter the entire course of the election.
It's a bigger decision than you think.
Someone has really got it in for this guy and the Democrats are terrified.
It's a scam withholding Secret Service from this guy.
All right, thanks again for tuning in, folks.
I deeply appreciate it.
