| A unanimous decision that the state of Colorado, in essence, cannot, per curiam, so it's pretty overwhelming, cannot kick Donald Trump off the ballot for being a fake insurrectionist. | |

| They said, you're never going to believe this, but we're hearing rumors that a guy who's been accused, accused, again, he's innocent until proven guilty, I get it, but accused of very serious crimes, including rape, is being detained in our county, in Martin County. | |
| He's believed to be illegal, in the country illegally, and they have to let him out. | |
| I was like, wait, what? | |
| Joe's like, wait, I live here. | |
| He's like, don't I live here? | |
| Wait, you're going to let him? | |
| And I heard also that this guy had an order for final removal, meaning he's supposed to be removed from the country, and he's wanted for a rape. | |
| And I'm like, wait, this can't be right. | |
| And then sure enough, hold, don't put it up yet. | |
| I see this message pop up on the Martin County Sheriff's Office Facebook page. | |
| I'm like, what? | |
| Before I get to that, I want to play this treacherous bullshit from our hack, tyrannical DHS secretary in name only, Alejandro Mayorkas. | |

| A guy who has personally overseen an invasion of the United States. | |

| Number two, and importantly, as a prosecutor, having prosecuted violent crime and other crimes for 12 years, one individual is responsible for the murder, and that is the murderer. | |
| And we work very closely with state and local law enforcement to ensure that individuals who pose a threat to public safety are indeed our highest priority for detention and removal. | |
