intelligence and military officials by testing a nuclear-capable hypersonic missile that traveled through low orbit in space, making a full circle around the globe before speeding towards its target.
A nuclear-capable hypersonic missile travels at five times the speed of sound, can evade our missile defenses, and can also evade radar.

Our foreign competitors and adversaries have already begun weaponizing space.
Developing new technologies to disrupt vital communications, blind satellites, and just, I mean, you look at what they're doing.
They've given me rundowns.
I've seen things that you don't even want to see, what they're doing and how advanced they are.

So just to be clear, while the intelligence community in the United States was busy spying on Donald Trump and trying to fabricate a pee-pee tape that didn't exist of prostitutes peeing on a bed that Obama slept in because it was a story told to them by some crazy person, some former foreign intelligence guy.
Yeah, the Chinese and the Russians were kicking our asses on technology and developing hypersonic nuclear weapons.

The intelligence community, you know, they didn't know anything about this.
You know, they just got, they crept, I saw that dreadful movie, Halloween Kills.

You may say to yourself, like in a movie, how do you not see him behind you?
So you may say to yourself, how did we, CIA, how did you not see China and Russia building a hypersonic weapon?
Well, here's a talking head on Squawk Box overseas talking about how the warning signs were everywhere.
But again, our intelligence community, guys, was too busy fabricating a massive systemic global white supremacist threat that's going to kill everyone and wipe them out.
It was also busy spying on Donald Trump, attempting to claim he colluded with Putin to interfere in an election.
They were too busy doing that.
They missed all of this stuff.

The Chinese looked at doing something like this in the 1970s, orbital bombardment.
They have published papers on doing this.
And honestly, the fundamental technology is pretty similar to the space plane they just put up.
And similar to, say, the U.S.
space shuttle, where you use a rocket, you put something in orbit, and then you bring it down and it kind of glides to its target.
So the Chinese have had these capabilities for a long time.
They've said it's something they're interested in.
They've done research.
I guess maybe they should have, you know, engraved it on a silver platter or something and set it in.
I think we had plenty of warning.
So they're writing papers about it.
They've been talking about it forever.
The Army, the Air Force, our Army and Air Force has been warned about this kind of stuff.
Oh, I'll get to that in a minute, Hillary Clinton's role and all that stuff.
So the warning signs have been there forever.
What's the CIA doing?
Well, I can tell you what they're not doing.
They're clearly not worried about hypersonic missiles in China or Russia because we were surprised yet again.

But we were surprised early in October about Russia using hypersonic missiles and testing them as well.

Again, that evades radar, travels five times the speed of sound, travels in low Earth orbit, and could be nuclear-tipped.
Should probably have one of those, right?

But where did China and Russia get the technology?

Here's an Army report from the Diana Wespeys in the Daily Caller.
An Army report written in 2012.
That's nine years ago.
It was released in 2013.
And it was to assess the implications for U.S.
policymakers.

This is an Army report written almost ten years ago.

Although military activities are not an official cluster of activity, the Skolkovo Foundation has in fact been involved in defense-related activities since December of 2011, when it approved the first weapons-related project, the development of a hypersonic cruise missile engine.
This is ten years ago.
It was a Russian technology project called Skolkovo.
They envisioned it as their version of Silicon Valley, the Russians.
What was the problem with Skolkovo?
The Skolkovo project in Russia, 10 years ago, almost 10 years ago, Our intelligence officials in the military and around the world knew it was a scam.
Skolkovo was not about technology.
It was about weapons technology.
And using a Silicon Valley type front model in Skolkovo in Russia to steal our technology and priority number one, create a hypersonic missile to kill us.
You think it was just the army who knew about Skolkovo and the Russians?
And creating a hypersonic weapon to wipe us out?
Oh no.
The Air Force issued a report too.
Quote, Fast forward to November of 2016, shortly after Donald Trump was elected President, when the U.S.
Air Force released a report on, no way, the Russian and Chinese hypersonic missile threat to the U.S.

What the hell was the intelligence community up to?
The answer?
They were busy spying on Donald Trump and leaking to the media to get Donald Trump out of office.
That's what they were busy doing.
This Skolkovo project in Russia was stealing our technology to develop weapons to kill us.

Here's the shocking plain language from the army, again, from 2012.
Skolkovo is an ambitious enterprise aiming to promote technology transfer, generally by inbound direct investment and occasionally through selected acquisitions.
As such, Skolkovo is arguably an overt alternative to clandestine industrial espionage, with the additional distinction that it can achieve such a transfer on a much larger scale and more efficiently.
Ladies and gentlemen, it is obvious the defense community was warning everyone in power.
Skolkovo in Russia, the project, was stealing our technology under the guise of some commercial technology enterprise likened to Silicon Valley in the United States.
Everybody knew it!

So what does Hillary Clinton have to do and Bill Clinton with Skolkovo?
I've been warning about this forever.
Skolkovo was an obvious project in Russia to steal our technology.
Here, back to the Diana West piece.
Starting in May of 2010, the Washington Examiner reported, drawing on emails obtained by Citizens United, that the Clinton Foundation staff pushed Hillary Clinton's State Department to approve a meeting between Bill Clinton and a powerful Russian oligarch as her agency, the State Department, lined up investors for a project under his purview.
His name was Viktor Vekselberg of Renova, a Clinton Foundation donor, and the project under his purview was the Skolkovo Innovation Center, which is being built near Moscow!
What?
What else do you need to hear?
Don't worry, I've got more.
Wait, this is a bad infomercial.
Wait, there's more.
So, just to be clear, Hillary Clinton, when she was the Secretary of State, The State Department was pushing for an okay to have Bill Clinton go over to give a speech for $500,000 in Russia, where he was going to meet with Viktor Vekselberg, who was the head of the Skolkovo Project, which we knew, we knew, was stealing our technology to create a hypersonic weapon to kill us, which we now claim we're surprised about.
Now the Intelligence Committee, what happened?
We didn't know!
Bill's meeting with the guy over in Russia while on a paid speech over there?
The guy running Skolkovo?
You may be saying to yourself, this story can't possibly get any worse.
Bill and Hillary Clinton are intimately involved with a guy heading a project, creating weapons and stealing our technology, weapons to kill us.
Oh, yeah!

And what do you know?
From the Daily Caller piece, 17 out of the 28 tech companies that hitched up with Skolkovo also contributed to the Clinton Foundation.
Just a big coinkydink, I'm sure.
Meanwhile, Barack Obama's support for Russian WTO, World Trade Organization membership, made the whole global flow.

Now all of a sudden, as if out of nowhere, Christopher Steele, who is part of the dossier and the famous pee-pee hoax and Donald Trump colluded with the Russians.
All of a sudden, as if out of nowhere, Christopher Steele resurfaces in interviews with a former Clinton operative, George Stephanopoulos.
All of a sudden, they're like, hey, pee-pee tape, man, this thing probably is real.

This hack resurfaces with a former Clinton operative conveniently right around now when the Durham report's about to break and the hypersonic missile story's about to break?
You think it's an accident that he resurfaces?
And again, check out The Independent, this article by John Bowden, that Christopher Steele is back defending the dossier and the PP tape, saying it, quote, probably exists.
Remember the PP tape?
The allegation that Trump was in a hotel in Russia and paid some Russian prostitutes to pee on a bed and he was on tape, caught on tape by the Russians doing it?
Ladies and gentlemen, the story is ridiculous.
There is no such tape.
Only idiots like Rachel Maddow talk about this.
This is for morons.
Here, just so you understand how discredited and debunked, the different layers of debunked-ness this thing's gone through.
Christopher Steele claimed he got the information about this tape from his primary subsource.
The primary subsource, who claims he heard about it, says he got it from Person 1.
The allegation surfaced in and around June, but the person that the source claimed he met with to get the pee tape information, he was still trying to make an introduction in July!
Listen, I need you two here as co-ombudsmen on this one.
Do you guys get what I'm saying?
Steele says, I heard about the pee pee tape from this primary subsource.
The primary subsource says, I heard it from person one.
Yet they know who all these people are.
Danchenko and all of these people.
The primary subsource, the information says it, they say it surfaced in June about the pee-pee tape.
But, the guy he says he heard it to, he's still trying to introduce himself to him in July!
A month after!
The whole story's made up!
The whole story, does that make sense?

The Washington Post reporter, was it Miller?
The Washington Post reporter said they sent reporters to every hotel.
Over in Prague and hotels, they can't verify any of the Cohen Prague story in the dossier.
Isikoff, Michael Isikoff, lefty nut, saying, listen, the dossier is probably going to turn out most of it to be false.
John Brennan asked on Rachel Maddow's show, hey, did you see any evidence of Russians colluding with the U.S.?
Says no.
Susan Rice, on a congressional hearing under oath, says no evidence of Russian collusion.
Sergey Millian denying every one of these allegations.

They rate this half true.
Then in the fact check, half true, Joe.

He goes through a litany of why it's true.
All of it's true.
So it's not half true.
Every one of it's true.
But in the fact check, he goes, well, listen, yeah, maybe true, but it may be this supply, all this stuff.
This is what these guys do.
They don't fact check Biden's claim.
That the 3.5 trillion dollar bill cost zero, which is hilarious on his face.
They fact check the obvious and then give an opinion check afterwards as to the reasons the facts he claims there are true.
Kircher, again, this man has, how does this guy's family, do they, have they disavowed knowing this guy yet?

Retail sales are through the roof, and if you think about those images of ships, for example, waiting at anchor on the West Coast, You know, every one of those ships is full of record amounts of goods that Americans are buying because demand is up, because income is up, because the president has successfully guided this economy out of the teeth of a terrifying recession.

When people demand stuff because you printed a bunch of money and pumped it into the economy to allow them the access to cash to go buy stuff, the way an economy, a functioning economy, accommodates people who demand things is to supply them!
The reason there's no supply is because you paid people not to work to build stuff!
Is that hard?
That's why they can't find truckers.
That's why they can't find ways around the longshoremen out in the west coast.
That's why they can't find additional ports.
That's why they can't find ships because of the Jones Act.
Because you created an artificial constraint.

Here is a portion of a video airing in 300 black churches this weekend in Virginia, where Kamala Harris, the sitting vice president of the United States, openly campaigns for Terry McAuliffe, running for governor in Virginia, and tells people to get out and vote for him.
As clear a violation as I've ever seen of the Johnson Amendment.
So the Johnson Amendment prohibiting direct campaigning in church is now out the window, so everybody should now use churches to campaign for people.
You should actually give out pamphlets right outside churches now, because it doesn't matter anymore.

Then remember when he admitted to lying about herd immunity?
He gave you a number and then the number mysteriously kept going up?

Do you remember last week when I was discussing with you how any first semester MBA student would know about what they call just-in-time inventory?
Just-in-time inventory is a modern inventory management approach where businesses that have, you know, heavy operating leverage, right?
They need a lot of materials.
Steel industry, uh, you know, Textiles, you're producing a lot of sneakers, you need a lot of rubber, a lot of fabric, a lot of thread, whatever it may be, right?
You need a lot of that stuff.
The problem is a lot of your money is tied up in inventory in those businesses.
And you may never, you may buy, I don't know, 10,000 pounds of rubber for a sole.
And then the sneaker bombs and then you have, you know, 8,000 pounds of rubber laying around.
So what businesses figured out is with the efficiencies in global supply chains and global technology and internet communications, that they could keep just enough, you know, rubber or thread or whatever it may be for the sneakers around.
We didn't have to tie up a lot of their money in inventory.
And they could make the sneakers just in time as people ordered them online.
Brilliant, right?
Smart idea.
Everyone knew that.
So whose stupid-ass idea was it to lock down the economy when we knew very little about the coronavirus, understanding nobody had inventory to open the economy up?
Again, who did that?
Idiots in government!
Yes, and some of them in the past administration, too, who recommended this stupid idea.

Well, what is the opening of the economy and the printing of trillions of dollars and flooding the economy with it, which the Biden administration thought was a great idea?
It's created the bullwhip effect that has pushed others to do the same.
Lean, just-in-time inventory management's been replaced by a just-in-case approach that's seen some buyers, especially in the U.S.
because of the scarcity of stuff, double or triple their inventory levels.
The exact opposite of just-in-time.
Shipping capacity can't keep up.
Logistics firm Flexport estimates, for example, that global demand for ocean cargo space is 20 to 30 percentage points higher than available capacity, even though ocean carriers have deployed every ship they have, including ones not even designed to carry containers.
Ladies and gentlemen, we're being governed by idiots.

My first semester in business school at Penn State, I learned about this.
How is it that the so-called smartest people on the planet, who were really the stupid smart people in government, didn't realize when they shut down the economy, And printed a bunch of money to give to people to spend on stuff that there was no stuff there and no stuff to build because there was no inventory of commodities and products to build the stuff.
