[00:04:34]  You would think that with a trifecta, with a landslide, that we would be able to do that because this other judge, and this is Patrick J. Schiltz of Minnesota.
[00:04:44]  He's a federal judge who is threatening to hold ICE director Todd Lyons in contempt of court.
[00:04:50]  He is ordering him to appear in court on Friday.
[00:04:53]  Well, he appears in a, this is a 2019 list of donors.
[00:05:01]  This is who he is, and volunteers for the Immigrant Law Center of Minnesota.
[00:05:07]  It's an organization that provides free legal advice and representation for illegal immigrants.
[00:05:14]  Judge Schiltz was appointed by President Bush in 2006.
[00:05:20]  There's his name.
[00:05:22]  He and his wife.
[00:05:23]  They are the donor and volunteer list, and he is the federal judge who is threatening to hold ICE Director Todd Lyons in contempt of court.
[00:05:32]  They are terrified about losing position.
[00:05:35]  It doesn't matter if they have an R or a D next to their name.
[00:05:38]  We've proven that time and time again.
[00:05:42]  Does not matter at all.
[00:05:44]  It's just a symbol.

[00:05:47]  In fact, they use that sometimes to say, hey, look, there's a Republican that disagrees with the Republican Party.
