[00:02:30]  John Brennan lied to Congress.
[00:02:32]  You've got Representative Jim Jordan.
[00:02:34]  He has referred him to the Department of Justice for Criminal Prosecution.
[00:02:39]  This is huge news.
[00:02:41]  Loving this.

[00:02:44]  They're going to get him.

[00:02:50]  This was a letter of recommendation.
[00:02:52]  Dear Attorney General Bondi, we write to refer significant evidence that former director of the Central Intelligence Agency, the CIA, John Brennan, knowingly made false statements during his transcribed interview before the committee on the judiciary on May 11, 2023.
[00:03:12]  While testifying, Brennan made numerous willfully and intentionally false statements of material fact contradicted by the record established by the House Permanent Select Committee on Intelligence and the CIA.
[00:03:27]  Under 18 USC, Section 1001, a witness commits a crime if he knowingly and willfully makes any materially false statement or representation representation with respect to any investigation or review conducted pursuant to the authority of any committee.
[00:03:52]  So he is in big trouble.
[00:03:54]  He has made false statements before Congress.
[00:03:57]  It is a crime that undermines the integrity of the committee's constitutional duty to conduct oversight.
[00:04:05]  The points below support an investigation into whether Brittany made false statements in his transcribed interview.
[00:04:13]  He falsely denied that the CIA relied on the discredited Steele dossier in drafting the post-election intelligence community assessment.
[00:04:25]  So this is a very big deal.
[00:04:27]  And this isn't the only thing.
[00:04:29]  This is just the beginning of a snowball effect into him.
[00:04:33]  You know that as well as I do.
[00:04:36]  This is going to be a lot of things.

[00:08:41]  Even though it's helping President Trump, you've got the Dems who are saying, oh, no, we're going to go ahead and continue to keep this thing shut.
