In the Litter Box - Jewels and Catturd - CORRUPTION - DISRUPTION | A Political Rendezvous - Ep. 140 Aired: 2025-10-11 Duration: 02:54:34 === A Light on Corruption (06:20) === [00:00:03] Welcome to Washington, D.C., a city of grandeur where marble monuments stand as silent witnesses to the ideals of our founding fathers. [00:00:14] A city where the whispers of law and order echo through the corridors of power, though too often drowned out by the corruption. [00:00:23] But today we tell a different story, a story of reckoning, a story of vindication, because for far too long the American people have watched as the powerful played by their own rules. [00:00:36] But now the tide has turned. [00:00:38] The wheels of justice are in motion and they are unstoppable. [00:00:43] Let us begin with Letitia James, once the self-proclaimed champion of justice. [00:00:49] She declared no one is above the law, and yet here she stands in the dock, charged with mortgage fraud. [00:00:57] The irony is as thick as marble columns of this city. [00:01:01] The evidence ironclad. [00:01:03] Her response, a desperate cry of weaponization, as if the very tools she wielded against her opponents have now turned on her. [00:01:13] The hypocrisy is staggering, but it is also poetic, because in America, the truth has a way of surfacing, no matter how deeply it's buried. [00:01:23] And then there's James Comey, the man who once held himself as the arbiter of truth, now ensnared in his own web of deceit. [00:01:33] Indicted for obstruction and lying to Congress, his fall from grace is a stark reminder that even the most powerful are not immune to accountability. [00:01:43] And yet the drama deepens. [00:01:45] A Biden-appointed judge with glaring conflicts of interest refuses to recuse himself. [00:01:51] The integrity of our judicial system hangs in the balance. [00:01:55] But the American people are watching. [00:01:58] They are awake. [00:02:00] The FBI, once a symbol of justice, now finds itself under fire. [00:02:06] Former Director Christopher Wray forces and faces a federal investigation for obstruction of justice. [00:02:14] Allegations of concealing documents targeting Catholics and undermining the very fabric of our democracy have come to light. [00:02:23] And let us not forget the agents fired for their roles in politically charged investigations. [00:02:29] These are not isolated incidents. [00:02:32] They are part of a broader pattern. [00:02:35] A pattern of weaponization that has eroded public trust in our institutions. [00:02:41] But trust, once lost, can be rebuilt. [00:02:44] And that is exactly what is happening. [00:02:47] The Trump administration, now back in power, has uncovered a scandal of staggering proportions. [00:02:55] Over $100 million in taxpayer dollars funded to Antifa-linked organizations. [00:03:03] Groups that have sown chaos in our streets, burned our businesses, and attacked law enforcement. [00:03:10] This is not speculation. [00:03:12] It is documented. [00:03:14] And now, with President Trump at the helm, justice will be served. [00:03:18] The American people deserve answers. [00:03:20] They deserve accountability. [00:03:22] And they will have it. [00:03:24] The Democrats, it seems, have created a monster they can no longer control. [00:03:30] Take the case of Jay Jones, a rising star in their party, exposed for sending violent and hateful text messages, messages so vile they defy comprehension. [00:03:42] And yet his endorsement remains? [00:03:45] Why? [00:03:46] Well, it's because the Democrats are beholden to their base, no matter how extreme. [00:03:52] This is not leadership. [00:03:54] This is cowardice. [00:03:56] And the American people see it for what it is. [00:04:00] From activist judges handing down lenient sentences to those who threaten our democracy to the tragic assassination of Charlie Kirk, the message is clear. [00:04:12] The rule of law is under siege. [00:04:16] But amidst the darkness, there is light. [00:04:19] President Trump is working to restore order, to dismantle the machine of corruption. [00:04:25] This is not vengeance. [00:04:26] This is justice. [00:04:28] And it is a reminder that in America, no one, not even the most powerful, is above the law. [00:04:36] So, let us remember, this is a nation of laws, not men. [00:04:41] A nation where truth matters, where justice prevails, and where the American spirit endures. [00:04:48] The road ahead will not be easy, but it is a road worth traveling. [00:04:53] Because in the end, corruption may disrupt, but it will never define us. [00:04:59] This is Washington, D.C. [00:05:02] This is America. [00:05:03] And this afternoon on a political rendezvous, we will shine a light on what we call corruption disruption. === Political Rendezvous Countdown (08:55) === [00:06:23] It's time for another political rendezvous. [00:06:27] Welcome to Tea Spilling Saturdays. [00:06:30] If you are new here, welcome to our tea room. [00:06:33] My name is Jules Jones, and on Saturdays, I go through the biggest political stories of the week. [00:06:39] If you are interested in news and politics, I recommend you follow our channel. [00:06:44] I throw a tea party every Saturday at 3 o'clock p.m. Eastern Time. [00:06:48] I also encourage you to visit my website, julesjoneslive.com, for updates. [00:06:56] Hello, gems. [00:06:58] I hope you are enjoying your Saturday. [00:07:00] This has been such a great week, really. [00:07:02] I mean, there's been so many things that have happened, but my goodness, even with the shutdown, President Trump just continues to move ahead stronger than ever before. [00:07:14] Welcome to day 11 of the shutdown, the Schumer shutdown. [00:07:19] For some strange reason, Schumer and the Democrats think they're actually winning public opinion by trying to blame Republicans, but actually they're not. [00:07:27] And they just look like fools. [00:07:29] That's why Senate Republicans keep taking votes to reopen the government with a clean CR. [00:07:36] With each vote, it's crystal clear that the Democrats are the ones denying the 60-vote total required to reopen. [00:07:44] Blaming Republicans is just absurd. [00:07:47] They look like complete and total fools. [00:07:50] And the Democrat approval keeps plummeting. [00:07:53] Great job, Chuck and Hakeem. [00:07:55] Keep it going. [00:07:56] Just keep going. [00:07:57] Keep doing what you're doing. [00:07:58] We're loving every minute of it. [00:08:00] Meanwhile, you've got President Trump, of course. [00:08:03] He just keeps rolling along, making major accomplishment after major accomplishment. [00:08:08] This first eight and a half months of his second term have been just completely phenomenal. [00:08:15] He continues to deliver on his promises, improving America's stature in the world, and he has made the world a much safer place. [00:08:25] This week, against all odds, he delivered a special peace deal between Israel and Hamas. [00:08:33] We look forward to the return of all hostages on Monday. [00:08:37] I know a few have been released already, but this is a great step for all of us. [00:08:43] And then, of course, the sombrero memes, they just keep getting better and better. [00:08:48] I can't wait to see what he does next week. [00:08:51] But have you noticed the change in the air? [00:08:54] It's not just the arrival of fall. [00:08:57] When the weather is about to change, you can feel it in the air. [00:09:00] In sports, they call it a change of momentum. [00:09:03] Not directly measurable, but it's real. [00:09:06] If you step back and get a sense of the direction things are heading, it's becoming clear that the corrupt leftist evil embedded deep in our government is feeling the heat. [00:09:18] The people who arrogantly tormented all of us for four long years are being exposed as the criminals they are, and I could not be more happy about it. [00:09:30] The corruption we endured is finally being exposed, called out, and undone, and that's why we named today's show Corruption Disruption. [00:09:40] We saw a preview of it last week when FBI Director Kash Patel fired back at Democrat senators who were attacking him, especially Adam's shifty shift. [00:09:51] As satisfying as it was, that was just a precursor to this week's fireworks. [00:09:56] Then you had Pam Bondi, who needs a lot, lot more indicting to do, charging and convicting, but her appearance this week at the Senate Oversight Committee hearing was nothing short of spectacular. [00:10:11] She took no nonsense from the Democrats and fired back, calling out their obvious hypocrisy. [00:10:18] It was fun to watch. [00:10:20] More and more confirmed, factual, evidence-based information is coming out about just how corrupt the entire Biden administration and especially Psycho Jack Smith were. [00:10:33] We knew it, but now it's officially confirmed. [00:10:37] We need more arrest than convictions and sentencing, but this is how the process begins. [00:10:44] Finally, this week, we learned of the arraignment of crooked cop James Comey and the indictment of Trump-hating Letitia James. [00:10:54] Can you feel it now? [00:10:55] The sanctimonious Comey is finally charged and the video evidence clearly shows he lied under oath. [00:11:04] And speaking of hypocrisy, can you imagine Letitia James, who campaigned on a platform promising to use lawfare to get Trump, is now complaining that her indictment is somehow politicized lawfare against her? [00:11:21] The difference is we've all seen the documents signed, which proved that she is beyond a doubt guilty, guilty, guilty. [00:11:34] The corruption and the hypocrisy is being exposed, and I can't wait to talk about this and more on corruption, disruption. [00:11:43] This is going to be fun. [00:11:46] But before we get into all of that, we will begin today's show with our four starter segments. [00:11:54] Our top news story countdown, which takes a more tongue-in-cheek approach to this week's mostly wonderful news stories. [00:12:02] We will also review our current breaking news and X news for today. [00:12:06] Our What is Wrong With these People segment, plenty, and we will show you how the left has dumbed down our society. [00:12:15] And then our case, our In Case You Missed It segment, which provides updates on past shows on stories that we have covered here on this show. [00:12:23] So I love having you all here at 3 o'clock p.m. Eastern Time every Saturday. [00:12:28] But if there is for some reason you can't be here, if you got something going on, or if you've missed any of our live shows, you can always check them out later. [00:12:37] You can just go to our website, julesjoneslive.com. [00:12:41] And for those of you that have made headway to new platforms, all of our refugees, thank you for finding your way there. [00:12:48] It truly is appreciated. [00:12:50] And we appreciate each and every single one of you. [00:12:53] I know it's a hassle to go from one platform to another. [00:12:56] We're still trying to find our way, but we've got it. [00:12:59] Then we'll spill the tea with this week's show, Corruption Disruption. [00:13:04] Following that, I will dish up some rumors from online chatter that you will not want to miss in our Daily Dish segment. [00:13:11] Then finally, we'll cover this week's question of the day, where you get to provide your answers in the show comments. [00:13:18] But for now, settle in, get comfortable with your beverage of choice as we begin this week's political rendezvous. [00:13:28] Let's spill some tea, shall we? [00:13:48] Into our top news story countdown for the week. [00:14:35] And here we go. [00:14:36] We've got a lot going on here, including the first one of our top 10. [00:14:42] So much happening. [00:14:43] I hope you all like the new intro. [00:14:45] I wanted to kind of surprise you today, give you something a little new, trying to keep you on your toes, but nothing's like our top 10. [00:14:53] So let's get started. [00:14:55] Here we go, coming in at number 10. [00:14:59] Radio transmissions revealed Democrat-controlled Chicago PD was ordered to stand down during ambush on federal agents. [00:15:08] The stand down order was given by Chicago PD's chief of police, and it was a complete disgrace. [00:15:16] This was the chief of patrol that put this whole thing out. === Signal Spinning Disrupted (07:55) === [00:15:19] Law enforcement officers always render aid to each other when needed. [00:15:24] This is a sure sign of just how far Chicago has fallen. [00:15:30] Coming in at number nine, and boy, this one really blew a lot of people away. [00:15:36] There was so much. [00:15:37] Rob said, Hey, you know what? [00:15:38] I have got 20 stories here to figure out. [00:15:41] What are we going to do with this mess? [00:15:42] Well, I don't know how he did it, but he got it in 10. [00:15:45] So you have Biden's FBI Jack Smith, who tracked private phone calls of several Republican senators during investigation into January 6th. [00:15:55] Republican senators were appropriately outraged by this. [00:16:00] Deranged Jack Smith would go to any links, legal or not, in his crazy quest to get Trump. [00:16:08] He trampled all over the law and the U.S. Constitution. [00:16:11] Disbarment is not enough. [00:16:14] Smith must be prosecuted for his crimes, or it will happen again someday. [00:16:20] In at number eight, you've got Eric Trump, who erupts on Chris Cuomo live on the air show. [00:16:27] He started dropping a truth bomb after truth bomb that leaves the disgraced ex-CNN host stunned. [00:16:35] Wow. [00:16:36] Talk about corruption disruption. [00:16:38] This is another excellent example of someone pushing back hard against the arrogant hypocrisy of the left. [00:16:45] Eric Trump didn't hold back and it was wonderful to watch. [00:16:49] Great job, Eric. [00:16:51] Then, of course, you have got Katie Porter. [00:16:54] She has a complete bizarre meltdown during California governor candidate interview. [00:16:59] As the week went on, more videos of Katie Porter suddenly emerged. [00:17:04] Katie Porter showed that she is arrogant, temperamental, stuck up, entitled, and manipulative. [00:17:10] In other words, she behaves just like Gavin Newscum. [00:17:13] California, please do not elect another disaster. [00:17:19] Thank you very much for your attention to this matter. [00:17:22] In at number six, you've got President Trump who holds roundtable on Antifa with journalists who were attacked in Portland. [00:17:30] As usual, President Trump goes directly at the problem. [00:17:34] While Democrats try to pretend that Antifa doesn't really exist, these journalists were more than happy to relay the facts of how they were physically attacked. [00:17:42] As President Trump said, get going, Pam Bondi. [00:17:46] You've got many criminals to lock up. [00:17:49] In at number five, you've got 64-year-old man who was beaten to death on New York subway by a sword-wielding monster with 33 prior arrests. [00:18:00] The blood of every one of these horrific murders is on the hands of Joe Biden and his corrupt administration. [00:18:08] They allowed millions of unvetted illegal aliens into this country, and innocent Americans are paying with their lives. [00:18:17] In at number four, CNBC's Joe Kernan humiliates Hakeem Jeffries with a few inconvenient facts after House Democrat leader tries to push his lies regarding government shutdown. [00:18:30] Hakeem Jeffries never bothers with truth or facts. [00:18:35] He lives in a world of, I'll be polite and say, gaslighting. [00:18:39] He deserves to be humiliated, and I'm glad he did. [00:18:43] It was a lot of fun to watch. [00:18:46] In at number three, you have Letitia James, who was indicted by federal grand jury in Eastern District of Virginia. [00:18:54] One count of bank fraud and false statements. [00:18:57] Big Tish is a sick, twisted abuser of lawfare. [00:19:02] She campaigned on a promise to get Trump. [00:19:05] She's guilty, and she deserves this. [00:19:07] And I can't wait until Jack Smith is indicted, too. [00:19:12] In at number two, you've got former FBI director Chris Wright under federal investigation. [00:19:19] Multiple former officials were hit with subpoenas in expanding the Ray inquiry. [00:19:25] As we mentioned, the good news just keeps rolling in this week. [00:19:29] We know corrupt Chris Ray intentionally misled Congress about the presence of FBI agents in the crowd on January 6th. [00:19:37] As JD Vance mentioned, there are plenty of investigations in grand juries that we won't hear about until their work is concluded. [00:19:46] I hope this is one of them. [00:19:48] This would be a great day to indict Chris Ray. [00:19:52] I'm rhyming again. [00:19:54] And our number one biggest story for this week. [00:20:01] President Trump announces phase one of peace deal between Israel and Hamas. [00:20:06] It is signed. [00:20:07] All 20 hostages to be released as Israel pulls back in Gaza. [00:20:13] For any other president, this would be the achievement of a lifetime. [00:20:18] For President Trump, it's just another week at work. [00:20:21] The significance of this cannot be overstated. [00:20:25] A ceasefire, the return of all hostages, and a plan for long-term peace in Gaza. [00:20:32] Without Hamas, all parties are saying it would not have happened without President Trump. [00:20:38] The WOK Nobel Peace Committee can keep their woke participation trophy. [00:20:44] President Trump deserves all the accolades for this one. [00:20:49] I am so proud of our president as I know you are too. [00:20:53] Great job, President Trump. [00:20:58] And there you have it. [00:20:59] Our top news stories for the week. [00:21:03] We're going to head right on into our X segment, see what's a buzzing over there. [00:21:06] Let's check it out. [00:21:12] It has been a week. [00:21:14] I mean, really seriously, honestly, unbelievable week. [00:21:17] One thing after another. [00:21:19] I want to make sure I've got my beautiful gems on the screen. [00:21:22] I can see what you all are saying and what you're all up to. [00:21:25] I can kind of see you in the corner of my eye when I'm reading some of these articles. [00:21:29] And I'd love to see what you're up to. [00:21:30] I love our chat rooms. [00:21:31] They're so much fun. [00:21:33] I wish I could engage more. [00:21:34] Honestly, you're on the right side of things over there. [00:21:37] But I want to start off with our question of the day because, of course, you have until the show ends, we will go through it, all of the different articles. [00:21:46] But I'm going to ask you the question up front, and hopefully you'll participate. [00:21:49] We've got the question. [00:21:51] Are you in favor of President Trump invoking the Insurrection Act? [00:21:55] Knowing what is going on in these Democrat blue cities, what are your thoughts? [00:22:01] Here's the question, and we're spinning. [00:22:12] Don't know. [00:22:13] Signal. [00:22:16] We're having signal problems. [00:22:18] Good thing I can read this stuff. [00:22:22] All right, looks like we're having some signal problems on that one. [00:22:25] It's time. [00:22:26] Okay, so I'm going to put you out of your misery and mine too and not even try to compete. [00:22:32] So the question is this. [00:22:33] Are you in favor of President Trump invoking the Insurrection Act? [00:22:37] Yes or no? [00:22:38] You can share your thoughts at the end of the show. [00:22:40] I'll go through all of your remarks, but I'm just curious to hear what you have to say. [00:22:44] All you have to do is visit my site, which is at JulesJonesLive on X, and give me your answer. [00:22:50] I also asked the question on YouTube, on Truth. [00:22:53] I have trouble retrieving on Getter and other platforms, but I normally will hit up YouTube and X just because it's easier for me, and it's Saturday, and I get a little lazy on Saturdays. [00:23:05] So if there was any question about it, President Trump has got a clean bill of health. [00:23:12] You'd have to to run the country the way he has. === Stand-Up Person Deserves It (10:16) === [00:23:14] Here you've got President Trump continues to demonstrate excellent overall health. [00:23:20] And this is a report from Captain Sean Barbabella, and he is the physician to the president. [00:23:26] Excellent health. [00:23:27] There you go. [00:23:29] You have our beautiful First Lady. [00:23:31] Oh my gosh, amazing. [00:23:33] Just absolutely amazing. [00:23:34] I just appreciate this woman more than you can possibly imagine. [00:23:38] At Eric L. Daw is reporting on it. [00:23:41] In an amazing development, First Lady Melania Trump announces that she has secured the reunification of eight children after her letter to President Putin. [00:23:52] She had pleaded with Putin to ensure lost children were returned, and they just were. [00:23:58] Is she amazing or what? [00:24:00] I mean, truly incredible. [00:24:01] Here's what she had to say: with each other for the benefit of all people involved in this war. [00:24:11] My representative has been working directly with President Putin's team to ensure the safe reunification of children with their families between Russia and Ukraine. [00:24:26] In fact, eight children have been rejoined with their families during the past 24 hours. [00:24:36] Each child has lived in turmoil because of the war in Ukraine. [00:24:42] Three were separated from their parents and displaced to the Russian Federation because of frontline fighting. [00:24:52] The other five were separated from family members across borders because of the conflict, including one young girl who has now been reunited from Ukraine to Russia. [00:25:08] I have learned a lot about this matter during the past three months. [00:25:13] Russia has demonstrated a willingness to disclose objective and detailed information reflective for the current situation. [00:25:26] The Russian Federation provided biographies and photographs of each child involved in this week's reunification, along with an overview of the social, medical, and psychological services afforded to the Ukrainian children. [00:25:45] She is just amazing. [00:25:47] I just think this woman is incredible. [00:25:49] And the way they have treated her is just beyond comprehension. [00:25:52] She is just in her own right, just a stand-up person. [00:25:57] And this was something that she worked on by herself and got it done. [00:26:03] Good for her. [00:26:04] I mean, eight kids are back with their families. [00:26:06] This is just amazing. [00:26:08] Just straight up awesome. [00:26:10] But I'll tell you something. [00:26:12] I know we were all really burned and bitter about the fact that the Nobel Peace Prize, that they overlooked President Trump. [00:26:21] But I will tell you, this Maria Karina Machado, she is without a doubt a class act. [00:26:29] And she has got the left completely just stifled and don't, they don't even know what to say. [00:26:35] She has made the Nobel Peace Prize Committee look like the dogs they are. [00:26:41] And I love dogs, by the way, but these are like the rabid terrible, but you know, put them in the corner, dogs. [00:26:46] This woman comes out and she says that President Trump deserves it. [00:26:51] Liberals are completely losing their minds. [00:26:54] Obviously, she was the right candidate. [00:26:56] She was the perfect choice as well as President Trump. [00:27:00] At least they were headed in the right direction because what a stand-up person. [00:27:04] Listen to what she had to say. [00:27:07] They decided to dedicate it to President Trump because he deserves it. [00:27:12] Because not only has he been involved in only a few months in solving eight wars, but his actions have been decisive to have Venezuela now at a threshold of freedom after 26 years of tyranny that have destroyed the lives of millions of Venezuela, destabilized the region, and undermined the institutions in the United States. [00:27:39] Because having Venezuela is a safe haven of the enemies of the United States and using our territory and our resources to hurt the American people and American institutions is certainly a threat to the national security of the United States and the security of the hemisphere. [00:27:58] President Trump has been very clear and courageous in terms of dismantling this criminal structure. [00:28:04] And on behalf of the Venezuelan people, I reaffirmed our gratitude and our commitment to this cause for the whole America. [00:28:14] So I insist he deserves it. [00:28:16] Wow. [00:28:17] I mean, seriously, this was the last thing the left wanted to see. [00:28:21] But this just confirms what everybody already knows. [00:28:24] And for them to even put her in this position, I mean, they gave it to Obama when he had zero record. [00:28:29] We're on President Trump's second term, and he is doing incredible things. [00:28:34] There is no reason why he shouldn't have gotten the Nobel Peace Prize by now. [00:28:38] There's no reason why he shouldn't have gotten it. [00:28:41] I get it. [00:28:42] He will be up next year or what have you, but they gave it to Obl, blah, blah, for nothing. [00:28:47] So as far as I'm concerned, it's just a trash. [00:28:51] You know, it's another example of the left awarding themselves politically and patting themselves and the people that they align themselves with together. [00:29:01] I mean, it's just, it's worthless. [00:29:03] It has no value. [00:29:04] And that's their own doing. [00:29:06] All right. [00:29:06] Well, get out and vote, Republicans. [00:29:08] I'll tell you something. [00:29:10] We, especially those in California, I'm in California. [00:29:13] We have got to get you to make sure that you get out there and vote no on Proposition 50. [00:29:20] California has been voting on Prop 50 for a full week. [00:29:24] So far, Democrats have got the early returns and they are leading Republican returns by 83,000 votes. [00:29:32] We still have over 5 million Republicans who haven't voted yet. [00:29:36] This is a big deal. [00:29:37] We've got to make sure that we get everybody out there and we get them to vote no on Prop 50. [00:29:44] Thomas Massey, what's up with this clown? [00:29:47] Honestly, this guy is so bad. [00:29:50] So anyway, I wanted to give you a heads up. [00:29:53] That was from at WiserOldGuy on X. Thank you for that post. [00:29:57] And it was from Elizabeth Barkohana, who put this one out, E underscore Barkohana. [00:30:02] So I wanted to let you know about the California 50. [00:30:05] Johnny MAGA, he announces this on Massey, and it's just really, it doesn't surprise me. [00:30:12] But he just came out in support of MIT refusing to ban men from women's bathrooms and refusing to restrict foreign students or teach them American civics. [00:30:23] You cannot make this up. [00:30:25] I know President Trump is working very hard to make sure that we can replace this guy in primary season. [00:30:31] And I hope we do because he's just, he's constantly, anything that President Trump does, he does the complete opposite. [00:30:38] You want to talk about TDS? [00:30:40] This clown in particular has got it. [00:30:43] So here he is. [00:30:44] He puts out this post. [00:30:45] This is after NBC posted. [00:30:47] MIT has become the first school to reject the Trump administration's proposal that offered a select few universities preferential access to federal funds in exchange for agreeing to a set of demands. [00:31:02] And Representative Thomas Massey doesn't miss the opportunity. [00:31:06] He says the surest way to screw up the world's best technical school is to let feds tell them how to run it. [00:31:12] Congrats to my alma mater for turning down a bribe to let the executive branch dictate what happens on its campus. [00:31:21] A lot of things are wrong in the U.S., but MIT is not one of them. [00:31:26] You can look over here. [00:31:28] They asked, barring the transgender people, barring them from using restrooms or playing in sports that align with their gender identities, and to provide instruction in American civics to all foreign students. [00:31:46] This is all in print, and he is just cheering it all on. [00:31:50] I don't know why a lot of these people just don't all of a sudden just go ahead and save us all the time and just become Democrats and run on the Democrat platform. [00:31:58] I mean, it's so much easier that way. [00:32:00] The problem is the Democrats wouldn't have them. [00:32:02] They would not have them, not even for a second. [00:32:04] So they can kiss up to them all day long, like you see with some of the ones in the Senate, Lisa Murkowski. [00:32:12] I mean, they were all just singing her praises, but the problem is she's already been tainted. [00:32:16] Once you're a Republican, you're a Republican. [00:32:18] That's it. [00:32:18] That's all the public will see you as. [00:32:21] So good luck keeping that seat. [00:32:24] This shocked me. [00:32:26] This one is from Brett Galazawinski, who, and that's at B Gals WI. [00:32:33] He says that another at TPUSA chapter has been denied in Wisconsin. [00:32:39] This time it's Lake Country Classical Academy. [00:32:42] This is at Classical Lake. [00:32:44] Multiple high-level legacy Republicans are apparently involved in this school, including the Wisconsin Supreme Court Justice, Judge Hagdorn. [00:32:56] His wife is the one who wrote this letter and rejected the chapter. [00:33:01] X, do your thing. [00:33:02] So they're asking for you all to make sure that you repost this. [00:33:06] Can you imagine? [00:33:08] And Andrew Colvay, he is saying, working on this one, but to say no to offering this as a chapter, it was really a surprise to me. [00:33:15] I would think that some of these schools, especially that are Christian schools that are aligned with the same principles and thought, would be more than happy to have TPUSA. [00:33:29] I mean, honestly, honored. === Another Conspiracy Revealed (03:19) === [00:33:31] But here we go. [00:33:32] Things get a little murky in those waters. [00:33:35] Julie Kelly put out this particular post at Julie underscore Kelly2. [00:33:40] When Merritt Garland and Lisa Monaco took over the DOJ, the first thing they did was open an investigation into the president for January 6th. [00:33:50] When Matthew Graves became DC U.S. Attorney, the first thing he did was indict Steve Bannon. [00:33:58] When Jack Smith became special counsel, the first thing he did was to get a search warrant to seize Trump's Twitter data. [00:34:07] There can be no foot dragging or stonewalling on prosecutions of Trump's lawfare accomplices. [00:34:14] Anyone in the way needs to go. [00:34:17] And I know a lot of people are pointing at fingers. [00:34:19] It starts with a T, ends with a B, Todd Blanch. [00:34:23] If somebody is standing in the way, then they need to be removed. [00:34:26] We have got way, way too much to do. [00:34:31] This is another one. [00:34:32] This one is from End Wokeness at End Wokeness. [00:34:36] Homicides per 100,000 in El Salvador. [00:34:40] Now, here's what happened when President Bukule took over. [00:34:45] In 2015, it was 103. [00:34:49] 2016, 81. [00:34:51] You have 2017, 60.2. [00:34:55] 2018, 50.4. [00:34:58] 2019, you had 35.8. [00:35:02] In 2020, you have 21.2. [00:35:06] Start looking how they start dropping. [00:35:08] In 2021, 18.1. [00:35:11] In 2022, 7.8. [00:35:15] In 2023, 2.4. [00:35:17] In 2024, 2.0. [00:35:20] And in 2025, 1.1. [00:35:24] How did President Bukule do this? [00:35:26] Well, step one, he removed corrupt judges. [00:35:30] Step two, he imprisoned criminals. [00:35:33] Amazing. [00:35:34] Take a page. [00:35:37] Then you've got Wall Street Apes at Wall Street Apes on X. [00:35:41] And of course, this should not surprise any one of you. [00:35:45] Not a single one of you should go, oh, wow, this is the first time I've ever seen something like this, because he's just saying exactly what we know. [00:35:51] And we know that he's also guilty of it, by the way. [00:35:54] But Senator John Kennedy admits U.S. Congress does play acting for the cameras. [00:36:00] So basically, he's just saying the obvious out loud, right? [00:36:03] They'll get out on the House floor, pretend to argue and fight, and then they'll vote like they pre-discussed it right before the session. [00:36:12] So then another conspiracy. [00:36:14] This is another conspiracy that we've all been talking about: how they're just B and C listed actors, probably a lot of D listers. [00:36:21] But Chuck Schumer, he says he's going to be forced to go to a six or an eight to get his Democrat Senate colleagues to say, look, I need a favor. [00:36:31] Here's what he had to say on this. [00:36:34] Here's how I predict Schumer's going to get out of it. [00:36:37] I could be wrong. [00:36:38] But I think we're not going to budge. [00:36:41] And he's going to be forced to go to six or eight of his Democratic Senate colleagues and saying, look, I need a favor. [00:36:47] Vote to get me out of this shutdown. === Rallying Around Talking Points (04:09) === [00:36:50] Now, he's going to tell them, now, look, I got to vote no. [00:36:53] And I got to dog cuss you a little bit. [00:36:55] We've got to make it. [00:36:56] We've got to have some play acting and make this look good. [00:37:00] And then we'll come out of the shutdown. [00:37:02] But Bernie, you know, he's tough. [00:37:05] But the danger for Bernie, I'm sure what he's got to watch. [00:37:09] He doesn't want to look like he's had a mutiny. [00:37:12] Because then he's weaker than when he went in. [00:37:15] And he wasn't strong then. [00:37:17] Here's how I predict so this is how it works. [00:37:20] And we know, I mean, this is Ugly Hollywood, right? [00:37:22] I mean, this is this should not be a surprise to anyone how the whole thing plays out. [00:37:28] But here you've got Tom Elliott, who puts together these amazing videos. [00:37:33] And actually, one of the people that does it for him is Maze Moore, who is one of my favorites on Twitter. [00:37:37] If you're not following, please make sure that you do because Maze is amazing. [00:37:40] He truly is. [00:37:41] Amazing is in his name. [00:37:42] But anyway, you've got all of these different talking points. [00:37:47] It's not just what you see from politicians that are set up, but it's also, of course, from the lamestream media. [00:37:54] So Antifa doesn't exist. [00:37:56] Well, this is their latest and greatest. [00:37:58] There's no Antifa. [00:38:00] This is an entirely imaginary organization. [00:38:02] There is not an Antifa. [00:38:03] Like, I don't even know what Antifa is. [00:38:05] There is no group. [00:38:06] It's not even like far-right groups like the Proud Boys and Oath Keepers compared to right-wing extremists. [00:38:11] Antifa-linked violence is rare and limited. [00:38:13] It isn't an organization. [00:38:15] It is, in many ways, mythology. [00:38:18] It's not like the Proud Boys or the Oath Keepers, you know, sort of defined terrorist organizations with leadership that leads violence. [00:38:29] It's not a highly organized movement. [00:38:31] It's a moniker. [00:38:33] It's not a unified group like the Proud Boys are. [00:38:36] Things like Antifa are things that are thought up. [00:38:38] It's all in this guise of going after Antifa, which is nothing. [00:38:42] There's no organization called Antifa. [00:38:44] Nobody's a member of Antifa because it doesn't exist. [00:38:47] They are just declaring into existence something that doesn't exist. [00:38:52] There is no Antifa organization. [00:38:55] So maybe that's good for social media, but it really is non-existent. [00:39:02] They exist on the internet and chat rooms and in 4chan and Discord and places like that where they run discussion boards, trade tactics, documents, things like that. [00:39:14] But none of them are called Antifa. [00:39:16] Yeah. [00:39:17] So there you go. [00:39:18] Interesting. [00:39:18] One of their latest and greatest talking points. [00:39:21] Because all they do is spin. [00:39:23] So now all of a sudden it doesn't exist. [00:39:24] It's just a figure of all of our imagination. [00:39:26] All those people in black that destroy, burn, loot, and steal. [00:39:29] Yep. [00:39:30] No, you're not supposed to trust your eyes, your ears, or anything else. [00:39:34] No, you're supposed to trust them. [00:39:37] Well, just to back all of this up, you've got Eric L. Daw, who is talking about Speaker Johnson, who is livid, as he should be, after learning that Schumer plans on keeping the government closed. [00:39:50] This is craziness. [00:39:51] He plans on keeping the government closed until after an Antifa-involved no kings rally in D. Sleas on October 18th. [00:40:00] There is a plan. [00:40:02] They want to keep the government shut down so that they can go ahead with this whole protest and make it look like it's the Republicans, right? [00:40:11] They want to try to sell that narrative. [00:40:13] But they look like fools because everybody knows that they are the ones that are holding out. [00:40:17] So here you've got Speaker Johnson, and he's speaking on it. [00:40:21] A very patient guy, but I have had it with these people. [00:40:24] They're playing games with real people's lives. [00:40:27] The theory we have right now, they have a Hate America rally that's scheduled for October 18th on the National Mall. [00:40:34] It's all the pro-Hamas wing and the Antifa people. [00:40:38] They're all coming out. [00:40:39] Some of the House Democrats are selling t-shirts for the event. [00:40:42] And it's being told to us that they won't be able to reopen the government until after that rally because they can't face their rabid base. [00:40:50] I mean, this is serious business hurting real people. [00:40:54] And I just, I'm beyond words. [00:40:56] I can't believe they're actually doing this. [00:40:58] Yeah, Mr. Speaker, you're talking about that no kings rally. === Medicaid Controversy: Payments for Illegal Aliens (08:25) === [00:41:00] Real quickly before we move on to another topic, a very patient guy. [00:41:05] Really? [00:41:06] Just amazing. [00:41:07] It truly is. [00:41:08] But all of this is planned just like January 6th was planned. [00:41:12] But yeah, you're not supposed to believe anything that you see or that you hear. [00:41:17] These people are just so predictable at this point. [00:41:21] It may have worked the first time around, but it's not working anymore. [00:41:25] I think most Americans are completely fed up with the whole thing. [00:41:28] I know even people here in Hollywood are. [00:41:31] They just have had about enough of it. [00:41:34] So President Trump is always 10 steps ahead. [00:41:38] This bold move, it carries a significant global implications. [00:41:43] It really does. [00:41:44] It'll be fascinating to see how it shapes international trade and relations. [00:41:48] So here you go. [00:41:49] I hope it works in everybody's favor. [00:41:51] But President Trump came out with this yesterday. [00:41:56] It has just been learned that China has taken an extraordinarily aggressive position on trade and sending an extremely hostile letter to the world stating that they were going to effective November 1st, 2025, impose large-scale export controls on virtually every product they make, and some not even made by them. [00:42:20] This affects all countries without exception and was obviously a plan devised by them years ago. [00:42:28] It is absolutely unheard of in an international trade and a moral disgrace in dealing with other nations. [00:42:37] Based on the fact that China has taken this unprecedented position and speaking only for the USA and not other nations who were similarly threatened, starting November 1st, 2025 or sooner, depending on any further actions or changes taken by China, the United States of America will impose a tariff of 100% on China over and above any tariff that they are currently paying. [00:43:05] Also, on November 1st, we will impose export controls on any and all critical software. [00:43:14] It is impossible to believe that China would have taken such an action, but they have, and the rest is history. [00:43:22] Thank you for your attention to this matter. [00:43:25] Donald J. Trump, President of the United States of America. [00:43:30] Wants to remind you that he is 10 steps ahead, and he is going to make sure that China starts to rethink this. [00:43:36] This is not Joe Biden's America anymore. [00:43:39] This place has changed in a big way in just the eight and a half months. [00:43:43] So yeah, expect more. [00:43:46] Then you find out that, of course, $7 billion. [00:43:50] Okay, let me repeat that. [00:43:52] $7 billion in Medicaid payments for illegal aliens. [00:43:55] Really? [00:43:56] It's a staggering number. [00:43:58] I mean, how does something like this slip through the cracks? [00:44:02] Well, somebody has got a lot of explaining to do. [00:44:05] There is a report out from the Gateway Pundit where you have got illegal aliens. [00:44:09] They collected $7 billion in Medicaid payments. [00:44:13] Doge was starting to find all of these nice little nuggets, but now all of a sudden you've got all of these other people that are looking into this, taking their lead, and they're following through. [00:44:24] I mean, Medicaid for illegal aliens was robbing the U.S. taxpayers blind, and they were. [00:44:33] Democrats are now demanding that you've got this, you know, for us to make sure that we take care of the health insurance for illegal aliens. [00:44:43] And that's another reason why we've got the standoff going on in the government right now. [00:44:48] So the fight began with the passage of the Big Beautiful bill, which happened earlier this year. [00:44:54] It was one of the most important provisions was closing the Medicaid loophole that allowed states to pass the costs of illegal immigrant health care into federal taxpayers. [00:45:07] That's you and me. [00:45:09] All right. [00:45:10] Our Republicans up there said, no, no, no, it's a no-go. [00:45:13] You've got the Democrats that are literally fighting for health care for illegal aliens. [00:45:20] So that reform required states to fund those services themselves instead of exporting the bill nationwide. [00:45:26] Democrats are now demanding that this provision be undone and their refusal to compromise has kept the government shut down. [00:45:34] That's at the core of the whole issue. [00:45:37] California illustrates how large the abuse has become. [00:45:42] My state, for example, in 2023, the state set aside $3.9 billion in Medicaid funds for medical services for illegal aliens, immigrants, aliens, whatever you want to call them. [00:45:54] But because the federal government typically reimburses around 70% of Medicaid, spending taxpayers across the country ended up footing most of that bill. [00:46:04] We were paying for it. [00:46:06] And then to squeeze even more money from Washington, D.C., California raised provider taxes on hospitals, nursing homes, and then cycled the revenue back through infiltrated, inflated Medicaid payments. [00:46:22] So on paper, the state appeared to be spending billions more, but in reality, it was a budgetary trick designed to capture federal dollars and shift the cost to the rest of the country. [00:46:33] So it wasn't just us paying for it. [00:46:34] It was you all. [00:46:36] What was happening over here in my state was affecting all of you. [00:46:40] Then New York followed the same playbook and they allocated $2.4 billion in 2024 to extend full Medicaid benefits to illegal immigrants under 65. [00:46:51] Illinois expanded the coverage to non-citizens over 42. [00:46:57] This is the same strategy. [00:46:58] They kept doing it over and over again. [00:47:00] I mean, Medicaid spending, collect federal reimbursements and redirect the money to many people who are not even eligible legally. [00:47:12] So citizens in states like Texas, Florida, and Ohio never voted for these policies, yet their taxpayers' dollars are being spent on them. [00:47:23] At the same time, Medicaid itself, it has been weighed down by fraud and abuse. [00:47:28] You've got federal data that is showing at least 5 million ineligible people remained enrolled. [00:47:35] Improper payments cost about $30 billion with a B every year and have totaled more than $1.1 trillion over the past decade. [00:47:46] This is insanity. [00:47:49] Between 2019 and 2021 alone, insurers collected $4.3 billion in duplicate payments for people enrolled in multiple states. [00:48:00] The Big Beautiful bill targeted these exact abuses by tightening eligibility checks, banning the recycling of provider taxes, and enforcing stricter reporting standards. [00:48:12] The goal was so, it was straightforward, and that was to preserve Medicaid for citizens and legal residents who qualify, not expand it into a hidden subsidy for those who broke the immigration laws. [00:48:25] I mean, that's the problem. [00:48:26] But of course, Democrats are saying, no, we're defending health care. [00:48:30] No, they're defending illegal alien health care. [00:48:34] The reality is they are defending the Medicaid access for illegal aliens at a time when the program already costs more than $800 billion a year. [00:48:45] So I don't think I need to pay for it here as a California resident, but I certainly don't think that the rest of the country has to pay for it. [00:48:53] So this is really at the root of the matter, and that is what we are getting to the bottom of right now. [00:48:59] But what a deal and what a fight it's been. [00:49:02] Golly, these Democrats are something. [00:49:06] Well, Russ Vault vote. [00:49:08] He is saying the RIS have begun, and this is great. [00:49:15] The reduction in force. [00:49:16] Well, Schumer is furious over this. [00:49:18] He says he's going to do the same thing to Russell Vogt, but he is doing the job that he has been hired to do. === What a Fight It's Been (15:00) === [00:49:26] And just so everybody knows what's at the head of this one, the OPM warned agencies to prep for workforce cuts if Congress failed to fund. [00:49:38] A January 2025 memo offered federal employees deferred resignations with pay and benefits if they waived their legal rights. [00:49:49] By mid-February, 75,000 exited, with 100,000 plus more expected to resign, of course, post-shutdown. [00:50:01] This is a historic workforce drop. [00:50:05] This is major. [00:50:07] So you have got the Office of Personnel Management that is saying, all right, you want to run? [00:50:13] Run like a gazelle. [00:50:14] Go on. [00:50:15] This is great. [00:50:16] And thank you, Democrats, for opening this door. [00:50:19] I want to thank Miss Jackie for introducing the show today. [00:50:23] This is adorable. [00:50:24] And I also, of course, Patriot underscore lioness. [00:50:28] She always does the first introduction for us, but this is so cute. [00:50:31] Thank you both for getting the word out on a political rendezvous at 3 p.m. every Saturday. [00:50:37] Check this out. [00:50:38] Happy Saturday. [00:50:39] It's me, your favorite president. [00:50:41] Join my friend Jules Jones today at 3 p.m. Eastern for a political rendezvous. [00:50:45] We are cleaning up corruption to make America great again. [00:50:49] Thank you for your attention to this matter. [00:50:55] And these are my little allies. [00:50:57] You've got, I believe this is going to be Mr. Handsome, and then this is Giorgio. [00:51:03] But yes, and they sit on my desk and they steal my Just Lippy from Kaylee while I'm drinking my blackout coffee. [00:51:09] I mean, every single detail Miss Jackie has picked up here, and I appreciate it more than you know. [00:51:15] This is great. [00:51:16] All right, everybody. [00:51:17] So we are going to head on into what's wrong with these people segment, which, as you all know, is plenty. [00:51:24] Gosh, there's what isn't wrong with them at this point. [00:51:27] But yes, there is a ton wrong with them. [00:51:29] Here we go. [00:51:48] So here we go. [00:51:50] Chicago Mayor Brandon Johnson. [00:51:53] He's got a 4%, by the way. [00:51:55] I mean, as far as favorability, likability is probably lower. [00:52:00] But anyway, he declares rebellion against feds, vows to lead a resistance against federal authorities. [00:52:07] I kid you not. [00:52:08] So the Chicago mayor, Brandon Johnson, he's doubling down on his commitment to fight for illegal aliens and lead a resistance against the federal government and federal authorities as violent mobs lay siege on his city. [00:52:21] So this was on an interview that he did on Tuesday. [00:52:25] He says this is not about immigration. [00:52:27] This is about a president who wants to enact authoritarianism in this country where the rule of law doesn't apply to him and one individual alone. [00:52:39] So here's the thing. [00:52:40] He doesn't want to do anything for his citizens. [00:52:42] You've got people that are being shot there all the time, constantly. [00:52:46] Crime is up way high. [00:52:48] You would think anybody that had any sense would say, oh, yes, please help me. [00:52:52] I want to make sure that my citizens are safe. [00:52:55] No. [00:52:55] Johnson actually went further than that. [00:52:58] He signed an executive order this week making Chicago an ice-free zone and prohibited the use of city property for federal immigration operations. [00:53:09] So this is his deal. [00:53:11] He wants to impede the federal government's lawful authority and shelter, harbor, and shield illegal aliens from deportation that are illegal. [00:53:20] Point blank. [00:53:22] Simple. [00:53:23] Just like all the other Democrats. [00:53:24] He is sticking to that playbook and he is not going to move. [00:53:28] He's not going to budge. [00:53:29] And this is how they think that they are going to win the next election. [00:53:32] This is how they've won previous elections. [00:53:35] Because as soon as you know what a Democrat actually does, you end up with the hippie mob, right? [00:53:40] The angry Karens and those that are over there with those ridiculous protests that are over there screaming and coming up with these crazy chants. [00:53:47] The old hippie group, not the cool hippie group, but like the really, you know, disturbed and angry group. [00:53:53] They're the Democrat Party base right now without the illegal aliens. [00:53:57] That's it. [00:53:57] You do not have young blood saying, sign me up, coach. [00:54:00] No. [00:54:01] So you've got this group that they're doing everything they can for the illegal alien, hoping that that is going to make sure that it puts them over on the next election. [00:54:14] And it also will help, they would count in the census. [00:54:18] That's the other part of this whole equation. [00:54:21] So you have Christy Noam who stepped up and she suggested on Wednesday during a roundtable on Antifa event that these leaders could face criminal charges for inciting violence against ICE and impeding federal immigration enforcement. [00:54:37] President Trump called for Brandon Johnson and J.B. Pritzker to be jailed on Truth Social. [00:54:44] He said the Chicago mayor should be in jail for failing to protect ICE officers, Governor Pritzker also. [00:54:52] Johnson now says, I'm doing everything in my power to defend the people of this city and lead a resistance that, quite frankly, is desperately needed to protect our democracy and our humanity. [00:55:03] That's why I loved using democracy in the first opening monologue because we are a constitutional republic. [00:55:09] But, you know, they talk about democracy and they talk about their freedoms, but they're not going to exercise that in a fair way. [00:55:15] No, this is the only voice they listen to. [00:55:17] And Johnson is obviously only listening to that voice of the Democrat Party that is trying desperately to keep their illegal voters on the voter rolls and in the census. [00:55:28] So his threats come as 500 National Guard troops have arrived in Chicago to assist and protect ICE officers who have faced attacks and threats in Chicago for attempting to enforce the law. [00:55:42] Imagine being on that side of things right now. [00:55:45] This is insane. [00:55:46] But what is wrong with these people? [00:55:48] I don't know. [00:55:49] You tell me. [00:55:49] There's plenty. [00:55:50] I mean, I don't even know where to start. [00:55:52] You've got a whole group of them here that we can discuss. [00:55:56] And of course, Katie, this Katie Porter, she's one of the worst of them all. [00:56:03] You can look at some of the different things that she's put out there in public before. [00:56:08] I'm going to put you off for a second so you can read them all. [00:56:12] Representative Katie Porter blamed staffer for infecting her with COVID-19. [00:56:17] This is from the Washington Examiner. [00:56:19] Fox News headline: Representative Katie Porter used racist language, ridiculed people for reporting sexual harassment. [00:56:27] This is an ex-staffer who claimed this one. [00:56:30] The Daily Mail reported that Democrat Representative and aspiring senator, this is when way back when January 14th, 2023, she is a rage-filled boss who racially abused staff, covered up sexual harassment, and fired worker for giving her COVID. [00:56:50] Then from the California Courier, Katie Porter's Senate run struck by domestic violence allegations from ex-husband. [00:56:59] I kid you not. [00:57:00] She, this is from 2023. [00:57:02] She made a bowl of mashed potatoes, you know, really hot. [00:57:06] You can imagine mashed potatoes melts butter and everything else, right? [00:57:10] And she poured it on her husband's head. [00:57:14] This is real. [00:57:15] She actually did that to somebody. [00:57:17] Not just somebody, somebody that she loved, somebody that she married. [00:57:20] Can you imagine what she would do to the citizens? [00:57:22] Oh my gosh. [00:57:23] New York Post, Representative Katie Porter scalded ex-husband. [00:57:27] Here it is. [00:57:28] His scalp with potatoes. [00:57:30] There are documents involved in this. [00:57:32] New York Post reported on it. [00:57:33] National Review. [00:57:35] In it for herself, former Katie Porter staffer says, California Dem Senate run motivated by fame and power. [00:57:43] That was January 12th, 2023. [00:57:45] This goes all the way back to 2022 when they started realizing what a monster this person is. [00:57:49] Come on, California. [00:57:51] You can do better. [00:57:52] I know you can do better. [00:57:53] I mean, New Scum was pretty low. [00:57:55] We can't keep dropping. [00:57:58] Well, apparently, her political rival, he put out that three-minute video and he made it as an ad showing her full-blown meltdown. [00:58:07] This woman is just horrible. [00:58:11] California Dreamin'. [00:58:12] This is from John Cramees, who says, and John Crameen's ex is his handle. [00:58:17] California Dreaming is this all the Democrats can offer, California. [00:58:23] You ought to be embarrassed. [00:58:24] California Democrat gubernatorial candidate Katie Porter lost her marbles way before she complained that she is being asked questions in an interview. [00:58:34] This is Porter. [00:58:35] She is also the same woman who claimed her 12-year-old daughter came home crying after Trump won because she wouldn't be able to get an abortion if she got raped. [00:58:44] There's no way she wins California. [00:58:46] You remember when she had the subtle art of not giving a F? [00:58:50] Uh-huh. [00:58:51] I believe that was during one of President Trump's speeches. [00:58:54] It's always in the eyes. [00:58:56] You know, the eyes always pretty much give it away. [00:58:58] This woman is unhinged for sure. [00:59:04] Plenty on her. [00:59:06] Plenty. [00:59:07] But she's a total psycho. [00:59:09] This is when she threw the hot mashed potatoes. [00:59:13] And you can watch this little bit, tidbit on her by the Rubin Report. [00:59:17] Check it out. [00:59:18] I'm running for governor because I'm a leader. [00:59:20] Louise. [00:59:22] Get out of my shots. [00:59:24] Because I'm a leader. [00:59:26] I need you to turn these off. [00:59:28] These that are killing me. [00:59:30] Yes. [00:59:31] Yes, we should have. [00:59:32] Yes. [00:59:33] Okay, everybody. [00:59:34] I'm not that dirt. [00:59:37] I'm running for governor because I'm a leader. [00:59:38] You know, this allegation of rumor and pedophile, it is alleging that a person is criminal somehow and engaged in criminal acts merely because of their identity, their sexual orientation, their gender identity, because I'm a leader. [00:59:53] So on election night, I went to pick up my daughter from Waterpolo Practice, and she's 12, and she got in the car and she was crying. [01:00:00] And I said, did someone punch you? [01:00:02] Like, Waterpolis are rough short. [01:00:03] I was like, did someone hit you? [01:00:04] Did the coach yell at you? [01:00:06] What happened? [01:00:06] And she said, Mom, Trump won. [01:00:10] Trump's going to win. [01:00:11] And what if I get raped and I need to have an abortion? [01:00:15] This is from a 12-year-old. [01:00:23] I'm running for governor because I'm a leader. [01:00:25] I don't want to keep doing this. [01:00:26] I'm going to call it. [01:00:27] Yeah. [01:00:30] But see, you know what? [01:00:31] This is the Democrat Party these days. [01:00:33] I mean, I hate to say it, but this is truly who they are. [01:00:35] It's sad, but it's really true. [01:00:37] I mean, this is what you are seeing. [01:00:39] And you're seeing it all over the party. [01:00:41] I want to just give a little shout out to the person that put this one together at Zhag. [01:00:45] Thank you, Nadine, for putting this little number out. [01:00:48] I try to give everybody credit when I see that they put together a post on here. [01:00:52] But it just keeps getting worse. [01:00:54] When we say what's wrong with these people, I mean, what isn't wrong with these people? [01:00:59] Jay Jones admitted to sending the text wishing death upon Virginia GOP Speaker of the House's children. [01:01:07] And guess what? [01:01:08] He hasn't lost a single endorsement. [01:01:11] The left does not just disagree with you. [01:01:13] They want you dead. [01:01:15] And they are now admitting it publicly. [01:01:17] All right. [01:01:18] This is at WC Dispatch underscore. [01:01:21] They are. [01:01:21] They're very obvious with their intentions. [01:01:24] We start with breaking news from the campaign trail. [01:01:26] Jay Jones is under fire. [01:01:28] Jay Jones is under fire. [01:01:29] Jay Jones is under fire after messages he sent in 2022 saying former Virginia House Speaker Todd Gilbert should be shot. [01:01:37] I'm excited about this to get to be out on the campaign trail with Jay Jones. [01:01:44] You said Gilbert's wife could watch her own child die in her arms so that Gilbert might reconsider his political views. [01:01:51] We deserve an attorney general who will stand up for the people of Virginia. [01:01:56] Jones said, quotes, Gilbert, Hitler, and Polpot. [01:02:00] Gilbert gets two bullets to the head. [01:02:05] Jones doubled down saying, quote, do I think Todd and Jennifer are evil and that they're breeding little fascists? [01:02:12] Yes. [01:02:12] How can Virginians trust a man who said something so horrific, so callously? [01:02:18] Only when people feel pain personally do they move on policy. [01:02:22] That's right. [01:02:24] My gosh, we have got a wonderful candidate for that spot. [01:02:28] Winsom Earl Sears is a wonderful candidate and you will learn more about her, but she's going to need your help and she's going to need it. [01:02:35] I mean, like I say, I am always participating in other races wherever I can, whether it be just in post or what have you, because California, it's going to take a while for California to get straight. [01:02:46] So when I see that there's a tight race that may need me, I'm like right there. [01:02:50] And that's why. [01:02:52] Because my gosh, can you imagine? [01:02:54] I mean, libs of TikTok put this little number up. [01:02:58] Trump calls on Jay Jones to drop out of the Virginia AG race after techs surface where he fantasized about killing a Republican lawmaker and his children. [01:03:09] So President Trump, he did not even waste a second to say, hey, guys, you don't want this. [01:03:14] He says it has come out, just come out, that the radical left lunatic Jay Jones, who is running against Jason Maraz, he's the great attorney general in Virginia, made a sick and demented joke, if they were jokes at all, which were not funny, and that he wrote down and sent around to people concerning the murdering of a Republican legislature, his wife and their children, Abigail Spanberger, who is running for governor. [01:03:44] She is weak and ineffective and refuses to acknowledge what this lunatic has done. [01:03:49] Even Democrats are saying it is resignation campaign territory. [01:03:54] Democrat Jay Jones should drop out of the race immediately. [01:03:59] And the people of Virginia must continue to have a great attorney general in Jason Myras, who, by the way, has my complete and total endorsement. [01:04:09] Jason will never let you down. [01:04:11] So, again, this is another one we all need to make sure that we participate in because it's scary stuff. [01:04:17] I mean, you've got a poll out at Wall Street Apes is reporting on it that this poll was sent out to Democrats, all right? === Scary Stuff Ahead (02:57) === [01:04:26] Democrat voters in Virginia. [01:04:28] The poll asked if the texts that were sent out by this Virginia Attorney General nominee, Jay Jones, that called for the murder of Republicans, their kids, and police, were disqualifying to run for AG. [01:04:42] You ready for the kicker? [01:04:45] 93% of Democrats responded no. [01:04:50] We obviously are not the same. [01:04:52] Okay, so this is scary. [01:04:54] When asked the question if the texts were disqualifying for your candidate for attorney general, only 7% of Virginia Democrats said yes. [01:05:04] 93% said no. [01:05:07] This is terrifying. [01:05:09] I mean, really, really terrifying. [01:05:12] 7% reject this. [01:05:15] But I'll tell you, Winsom Earl Sears, you've got somebody great here that is running against Abigail Spanberger, who was supporting Jay Jones, who refuses to call him out on all of that and ask him to step down. [01:05:29] No, in fact, she did quite the opposite. [01:05:32] But Winsom Earl Sears did not back down. [01:05:35] She used the opportunity to shine a light on this. [01:05:38] And here's what she had to say: I'm wondering why my opponent won't say beyond its abhorrent and disgusting, why she won't say it is not okay and that he must leave the race because Jay Jones advocated the murder, Abigail, the murder of a man, a former speaker, as well as his children who were two years, two and five years old. [01:06:05] You have little girls. [01:06:07] Would it take him pulling the trigger? [01:06:09] Is that what would do it? [01:06:11] And then you would say he needs to get out of the race, Abigail. [01:06:15] You have nothing to say, Abigail. [01:06:18] She's laughing. [01:06:19] What if he said it about your two children, your three children? [01:06:23] Is that when you would say he should get out of the race, Abigail? [01:06:28] She's laughing. [01:06:28] You're running to be governor. [01:06:30] I'm wondering why my opponent won't say beyond. [01:06:35] Right when you think it can't get any worse, the next minute happens. [01:06:39] But again, nothing is beyond these people. [01:06:43] They're so bad. [01:06:44] They really are bad. [01:06:45] And I'm just glad that people are watching this kind of behavior. [01:06:48] She was actually laughing during the whole thing. [01:06:51] My gosh. [01:06:52] So we got to get behind Winsom Earl Sears and make sure that we get these two positions. [01:06:59] These are great positions for Virginia. [01:07:00] Can you imagine how Virginia would change if you were to replace those two? [01:07:04] My gosh, it would be great. [01:07:06] Whole different place. [01:07:06] So get behind both of these candidates and do what you do best. [01:07:11] Truly will. [01:07:11] If you can reach anybody, whether it be family or friends, or just use your platform, your voices are bigger than you know. [01:07:19] All right, so we're going to head into our In Case You Missed It segment. === Soros And The Networks (10:47) === [01:07:23] This is where we go through stories, follow-up stories from past shows. [01:07:27] And we've got one right here. [01:07:34] This was a great roundtable, our amazing president. [01:07:38] The White House reveals that over $100 million in taxpayer cash and laundered Democrat donations were funneled to Antifa-linked organizations and protest networks. [01:07:50] Fabulous. [01:07:51] If you did not watch it, I believe on the White House site, you can go and watch this roundtable. [01:07:56] A lot was discussed about what has been going on in a lot of these cities. [01:08:01] But where is this money coming from? [01:08:02] Well, President Trump is getting to the bottom of it. [01:08:05] And that's a very good thing. [01:08:07] He has promised and he has alluded to the fact that he is going to start following not only who is doing the, who is hurting people and the death and the destruction, but also who's funding it. [01:08:19] He has made no secret about getting to the bottom of it. [01:08:21] So they are unleashing a full-scale crackdown on the financial pipelines that are popping up in America's radical left. [01:08:30] During this roundtable on Wednesday, you had President Trump who met with these incredibly brave independent journalists and researchers who have directly encountered Antifa's violence. [01:08:43] I mean, these are people that are on the ground that, let's say, some of these lamestream media networks will pay for their clip because they're not going to send anybody into these war zones. [01:08:53] I mean, you may have one guy from CNN who is standing a couple blocks away from a burning building saying, it's mostly peaceful around here. [01:08:59] I'm not seeing anything. [01:09:00] And then when they stop rolling the camera, he's choking on the smoke. [01:09:04] Yeah, we've seen all of that. [01:09:06] These are the people that actually get in there and they're the ones doing the filming and they're the ones that are getting punched and they are the ones that are being hit with flagpoles. [01:09:14] They're the ones that are being abused because they're trying to get this footage and showing how violent these protests are and who these people are. [01:09:24] You know, the ones that the lamestream media say do not exist, Antifa, right? [01:09:30] They don't exist. [01:09:32] That's their new boilerplate. [01:09:34] So during this roundtable, a lot was discussed. [01:09:38] And you've got among the panelists was a gentleman by the name of Seamus Bruner. [01:09:44] He is the research director at the Government Accountability Institute, GAI. [01:09:50] He described the administration's whole of government crackdown that it is now underway. [01:09:57] He laid out shocking findings from GAI's research, which revealed that over $100 million has flowed through radical networks connected to Antifa and similar groups, including at least $4 million in taxpayer cash. [01:10:13] He also noted that these networks, they bankrolled bail funds and activist legal groups that helped violent offenders return to the streets within hours of the arrest, perpetrating an endless protest cycle in Democrat-run cities like Portland and Seattle, Chicago. [01:10:31] So these investigations, they discovered a lot. [01:10:35] They uncovered patterns of paid transportation, coordinated logistics, and of course, exploitation of homeless individuals. [01:10:44] All were tied to left-wing funding pipelines that stretch across states. [01:10:51] Perhaps the most damning was that Bruner revealed that U.S. taxpayer funds that have been intertwined with these radical networks, they're either through grants to partner nonprofits or government-backed foundations. [01:11:05] This is huge news. [01:11:07] So we're getting to the root of the problem. [01:11:09] A lot of these are funded, as you know, by Soros and others. [01:11:13] He specifically cited the Stop Cop City riots in Atlanta, where more than 60 militants were charged with domestic terrorism, noting that several groups involved receive money from the same pool of left-wing foundations and government grants. [01:11:30] This was eye-opening for so many people, especially Democrats. [01:11:35] I've been talking about this stuff for a long time with people on the left, Democrats, my friends, you know, here in California. [01:11:42] There are a lot of Demps. [01:11:42] There are a lot of liberals out here in my land of worry. [01:11:47] And I have been very concerned about it. [01:11:49] And when I would talk about this, they would kind of, you know, dismiss it, like, whatever. [01:11:53] You know, people are out there to protest. [01:11:55] They, you know, have a right. [01:11:56] And I'm like, that's not what I'm talking about. [01:11:58] I'm talking about the fact that there are so many people that are being paid to be there by these organizations. [01:12:04] And they're all showing up because of the money. [01:12:08] They are being told they're given scripts and everything else. [01:12:11] I'll even take pictures of the group huddles where they get the scripts. [01:12:15] And it's all, you can see it. [01:12:17] It's all completely organized. [01:12:19] So they have found it. [01:12:22] Seamus Bruner also, remember there was a time we couldn't say the S-word. [01:12:26] You remember that? [01:12:27] We could not say Soros. [01:12:29] If we said Soros, oh, and even mainstream media like Fox Network, Fox News, they would never say Soros. [01:12:36] Nobody would ever say the man's name out loud. [01:12:39] I have no idea why, other than they were just terrified that they were going to be sued or that there was something on them or that it would be the next to be attacked with this incredible amount of funds and power and everything else that are behind this machine that they've allowed to grow into this monster. [01:12:55] But now people are starting to talk about it. [01:12:57] It is a name that people are very familiar with. [01:13:01] And so Seamus Bruner, he said, look, we found a network of NGOs, not just the Soros Network, the Open Society Network. [01:13:10] It's other funding networks, the Arabella funding network, the Tides Funding Network, Neville Roy Singam and his network, and Foreign Cash. [01:13:22] It is also big left-wing funders. [01:13:26] Some of them are not even citizens of this country. [01:13:29] I mean, Mr. Hans-Jorg Weiss of Switzerland is another one. [01:13:35] You remember Code Pink? [01:13:36] That was the group that surrounded President Trump at the restaurant. [01:13:40] Okay. [01:13:41] Well, they're pouring money into this entire ecosystem. [01:13:44] So here's the money facts about what they call Riot Inc. [01:13:49] Number one, like any corporation, Riot Inc. has many divisions. [01:13:54] It doesn't just have the Antifa boots on the ground division. [01:13:57] It has PR divisions, marketing divisions, and a very well-funded legal division to get these boots on the ground back on the streets as quickly as possible. [01:14:09] And all of these people know this. [01:14:11] All of them that sign up, they know that they've got legal behind them. [01:14:14] They've got all of these perks. [01:14:16] They're like, hey, this is better than a regular nine-to-five. [01:14:20] I mean, if I just go and get a regular nine-to-five job, how am I going to have legal and everything else backing me up? [01:14:26] And I can just sit there and carry out, like, carry on, like the domestic terrorists that I am. [01:14:31] So anyway, but this is the thing. [01:14:34] It's not just the investors. [01:14:36] I mean, they've got, they've identified dozens of radical organizations, not the decentralized Antifa groups, but dozens of radical organizations that have received more than $100 million from the Riot Inc. investors. [01:14:53] So these would be the lawyer groups, the advocacy groups, and that label good, honest Americans as fascists. [01:15:00] And then number three, the most shocking thing is that they found that more than $100 million in U.S. taxpayer funding has been flowing into these funding networks, including at least $4 million directly to these groups themselves. [01:15:15] So we're funding our own demise. [01:15:18] Not just Antifa types, but there was an event in Atlanta called the Stop Cop City. [01:15:25] Over 60 rioters were charged with domestic terrorism, and they received money for that from both the billionaire class and the taxpayer funds. [01:15:35] A lot of people are starting to realize there are plenty of Hollywood celebrities who are a part of Antifa, who are also in the crowds. [01:15:46] The other thing is that this money helps fund decentralized crowdfunding platforms. [01:15:52] Now, these are the ways that Antifa, the John Brown Gun Club of Elm Fork, which had links to the attack on the ICE facility and the Socialist Rifle Association, this is how they receive money. [01:16:05] And that's because they don't have LLCs or EIN numbers. [01:16:08] It doesn't mean that they don't get paid. [01:16:10] Just because they don't have this corporation or this shell, these crowdfunding platforms are funded by the network that they are referring to as Riot Inc. [01:16:22] This is how it has been done. [01:16:23] It's been very carefully organized. [01:16:26] So again, they are going to work on it. [01:16:29] You have Elon Musk who chimed in, blasting the report and declaring that it was way more than $100 million in taxpayer, U.S. taxpayer money. [01:16:38] Remember, when Elon Musk was up there, they were uncovering all this stuff. [01:16:41] They were finding all of this stuff. [01:16:43] Representative Anna Paulina Luna, she says the White House just announced they discovered over $100 million in taxpayer funds, plus laundered dim donations. [01:16:53] It went to Antifa-linked orgs and protest networks. [01:16:57] The funders include, again, funders are Soros Open Society, Arabella Advisors, Tides Network, Hans-Jorg Weiss, Neville Roy Singam, and this is not just a story about violence and chaos, as you alluded to, Mr. President. [01:17:16] This is a money story. [01:17:19] And at the Government Accountability Institute, my colleague and I, Peter Schweitzer and I, and our team, we follow the money and we followed it to the top of what we call the protest industrial complex, Riot Inc. [01:17:33] And we found a network of NGOs. [01:17:35] It's not just the Soros Network, the Open Society Network. [01:17:38] It's other funding networks, the Arabella Funding Network, the Tides Funding Network, Neville Roy Singham and his network, Foreign Cash. [01:17:47] And it's also big left-wing funders. [01:17:49] Some of them are not citizens of this country. [01:17:51] Mr. Hans-Jorg Wies of Switzerland. [01:17:54] They're pouring money into this entire ecosystem. [01:17:57] And so I want to share three money facts. [01:17:59] And those are the ones that I just shared with you. [01:18:01] But this was fantastic. [01:18:03] And if you can watch this entire thing from the beginning to the end, one lady, she actually had a black eye. === Phone Tapped Political Opponents (16:15) === [01:18:10] She was just attacked while she was on the ground. [01:18:13] But they are the ones that have been funding this entire thing. [01:18:16] This is eye-opening for sure. [01:18:19] All right, everybody. [01:18:20] Well, we are going to begin spilling the tea. [01:18:23] And by gosh, there's plenty to spill on the corruption destruction, disruption of the Democrats. [01:18:30] Thank goodness we've got President Trump in here doing his thing because honestly, what the Democrats have created, this monster, they are going to indefinitely have to feed. [01:18:43] This is their baby. [01:18:45] And I don't know how we would have all been saved from it if it weren't for President Trump and them uncovering all of the different groups. [01:18:53] Because just like the Middle East, this is how they are able to topple governments. [01:18:57] And I really do believe we were closer than we even realized. [01:19:01] All right, settle in. [01:19:02] we're going to spill it. [01:19:20] Okay, so I know we've been very hard on Pam Bonte, and I'm not going to let up any anytime soon, of course, because why would I do that? [01:19:30] I expect her to do a lot and a lot more, especially when you consider what the Democrats did when they got into power, especially with the January 6ers and everything else. [01:19:39] They were just waiting on the fence. [01:19:42] And hopefully, at this no-kings protest, we are going to be ready for that too. [01:19:48] Knowing that that's the reason that they are going to continue to keep the government shut down, hopefully, we've got the officers in place because I do expect for there to be violence. [01:19:58] I expect all of that from the left. [01:19:59] Nothing surprises me with them. [01:20:01] But Pam Bondi did. [01:20:02] She handled herself beautifully. [01:20:04] And you have to give credit where credit is due. [01:20:07] She destroyed Democrat Senator Dick Durbin during the fiery hearing after he tries to entrap her with a nosy question about the National Guard deployments. [01:20:16] She did a fabulous job. [01:20:18] So here she is. [01:20:21] Thanks, Mr. Chairman. [01:20:22] Madam Attorney General, let me ask you this question. [01:20:25] Were you consulted by the White House before they deployed National Guard troops to cities in the United States? [01:20:35] I am not going to discuss any internal conversations with the White House. [01:20:40] You won't even say whether you talk to the White House about this? [01:20:43] I am not going to discuss any internal conversations with the White House with you, Chair Ranking Member. [01:20:49] I noticed that. [01:20:50] What's the secret? [01:20:51] Why do you want to keep this secret? [01:20:53] The American people don't know the rationale behind the deployment of National Guard troops in my state. [01:20:59] The word is, and I think it's been confirmed by the White House, they are going to transfer Texas National Guard units to the state of Illinois. [01:21:07] What's the rationale for that? [01:21:08] Yeah, Chairman, as you shut down the government, you voted to shut down the government, and you're sitting here. [01:21:13] Our law enforcement officers aren't being paid. [01:21:15] They're out there working to protect you. [01:21:17] I wish you loved Chicago as much as you hate President Trump. [01:21:20] And currently, the National Guard are on the way to Chicago. [01:21:24] If you're not going to protect your citizens, President Trump will. [01:21:28] I've been on this committee for more than 20 years. [01:21:30] That's the kind of testimony you expect from this administration. [01:21:33] A simple question as to whether or not they had a legal rationale for deploying National Guard troops becomes grounds for personal attack. [01:21:41] I think it's a legitimate question. [01:21:42] It's my responsibility. [01:21:44] She refuses to answer as to whether she had any conversation with the White House about deploying national troops to my state. [01:21:51] That's an indication, I'm afraid, where we are politically in this place. [01:21:55] Golly, they tried. [01:21:57] She was ready for them. [01:21:58] But she should have been too, okay, because all of this stuff is old news, not new news. [01:22:05] I mean, we have seen all the posturing. [01:22:07] We've seen how the left tries to set up some of these gotcha questions. [01:22:11] We know that they are dirty as the day is long. [01:22:13] I mean, we have watched these people for quite some time. [01:22:17] But she's not letting them get away with it. [01:22:19] And so when you have Pam Bondi go berserk, she did on Senator Durbin. [01:22:26] The National Guard is on the way as we speak. [01:22:30] So is Director Patel and Deputy Todd Blanche. [01:22:34] This is the Deputy AG. [01:22:36] So here she is saying, look, we're doing something, whether you like it or not. [01:22:40] The National Guard is on the way right now as we speak. [01:22:43] Oh, by the way, so is Director Patel and Deputy Attorney General Todd Blanche. [01:22:47] You're sitting here grilling me, and they're on their way to Chicago to keep your state safe. [01:22:52] Madam Attorney General, it's my job to grill you. [01:22:57] I don't think they were expecting her to be so spicy this time, but she was. [01:23:02] Again, I mean, you've got Senator Josh Hawley. [01:23:05] He goes off on Democrats for accusing the Trump administration of the weaponization while ignoring the Biden regime, targeting, spying on political opponents, Republican senators. [01:23:16] Bondi confirms that there is an investigation on the way. [01:23:20] This was great news because we've all been spied on. [01:23:23] This is not news for us. [01:23:25] It's interesting to see how they responded to being spied on because this is like another day, any other day in our world. [01:23:32] So you have, of course, Senator Josh Hawley on Tuesday. [01:23:37] He torn to the Democrats on the Senate Judiciary Committee in response to the accusations towards Attorney General Pam Bondi about weaponization of the Department of Justice. [01:23:48] And she sat for the testimony. [01:23:51] And of course, you have the report, which Joe Biden's FBI and later Jack Smith, that they spied on eight Republican senators during the Arctic Frost investigation into January 6th. [01:24:05] This was in addition to the regime targeting of President Trump, the Catholic citizens, concerned parents, at school board meetings and conservative groups like Turning Point and others. [01:24:17] You had Republican Congress members and private citizens who were also targeted by Biden's Quiet Skies program, which used air marshals to track and observe suspicious passengers and subjects of open FBI terrorism investigations while they traveled by air. [01:24:35] You remember, Tulsi Gabbard was on that list, right? [01:24:38] They failed to mention that, but I remember that. [01:24:41] And they were doing it with everybody. [01:24:42] They were spying on your bank accounts. [01:24:44] They were spying in your DMs. [01:24:46] They were looking at your Twitter. [01:24:47] They weren't concerned about everything else that was going on around the world and all of the other threats. [01:24:52] They were concerned about you. [01:24:54] Why? [01:24:55] Because they just stole an election and they were wondering what and how you were going to respond to that. [01:25:01] They used January 6th to try to parade the January 6ers out there to say, see, look what will happen to you if you push back on stolen elections or if you push back on forced vaccinations. [01:25:17] If you push back on anything, you are supposed to serve us. [01:25:20] It is not us serving you. [01:25:21] Who do you think you are? [01:25:24] So they used that and paraded people, destroyed lives and everything else. [01:25:28] Trump's administration, his friends, his family, he couldn't even get lawyers. [01:25:33] There was a time when he was even having trouble getting people to represent him. [01:25:38] You had members of his own party. [01:25:40] It's interesting. [01:25:40] We know who those people are, right? [01:25:42] Who even turned their backs on him. [01:25:45] But he hasn't forgotten. [01:25:46] I'm sure of that. [01:25:48] But private citizens were also targeted. [01:25:51] And that's something that we felt the outrage for quite some time. [01:25:55] We were glad that they're catching up. [01:25:57] But sometimes it has to happen to them before they actually respond to it. [01:26:03] So you've got the freshman representative Abe Homeday, who recently revealed that he was even targeted as a candidate for Arizona Attorney General and a private citizen after he questioned and spoke out against his rigged midterm election. [01:26:20] I have spoken on this show to Abe Hamadai. [01:26:22] He is a fantastic guy. [01:26:24] We had a great interview on this show, and he was also a victim of this. [01:26:29] You can go back into the videos and you can find that interview. [01:26:33] That was a really good one. [01:26:34] We were talking a lot about weaponization and the fact that his election was stolen as well. [01:26:40] But you start talking about stolen elections and they go after you with a vengeance. [01:26:44] Well, fortunately, he was elected just like President Trump was. [01:26:47] Sometimes these things come back to bite them. [01:26:50] Then you have Holly, who slammed the Democrats for claiming that Biden never targeted political opponents, adding, that's interesting because I could have sworn that yesterday we learned that the FBI tapped my phone, tapped Lindsey Graham's phone, tapped Marsha Blackburn's phone, tapped five other phones from the U.S. senators. [01:27:10] Okay, again, and cat turtle. [01:27:12] Oh my gosh, my co-host, between him and me too, both of us have been attacked. [01:27:18] We lost our bank account for crying out loud with Bank of America. [01:27:21] When you saw hashtag Bank of America is call me trash, that came from Cat Turt because they're the ones that cut us off. [01:27:28] It was an unreal time of our lives. [01:27:31] And one day we'll be able to tell the story about how we were attacked too. [01:27:36] It won't be a happy story, but we will say, look, you have to realize how the government can act if it's allowed to. [01:27:43] I mean, they went full force on us. [01:27:45] He had all kinds of crazy things happen at the ranch. [01:27:48] I mean, he will tell you. [01:27:50] Heads of rabbits were tossed over his fence. [01:27:53] He has been threatened. [01:27:54] He has been swatted four times when he was on this show. [01:27:59] I mean, this stuff is real. [01:28:01] They use that. [01:28:02] They use fear and intimidation tactics to try to control people. [01:28:07] Well, now all of a sudden you've got the Senate. [01:28:10] They found out, ooh, my phone was tapped. [01:28:12] My phone was tapped. [01:28:13] Lindsey Graham even got a red face. [01:28:15] I don't know who he was talking to that he was kind of concerned about, but hey, you know, a lot of these people have been blackmailed for years. [01:28:21] So no telling what kind of dirt they have on him. [01:28:25] But anyway, it looks like, as he said, as Josh Hawley said, targeting political opponents to me. [01:28:32] And yet I haven't heard a word from this side of the dais about any concern whatsoever. [01:28:38] So then he went on to ask Bondi about the details on who ordered this weaponization, but she declined to comment for very good reason. [01:28:47] Later confirming that she and FBI Director Kash Patel were actively investigating the scandal. [01:28:54] So this was a great exchange. [01:28:56] You had Hawley who continued to highlight several more examples of Biden weaponization. [01:29:02] And of course, with the FBI, the DOJ against political opponents and dissidents of his regime in a scathing seven-minute speech. [01:29:10] He condemned Joe Biden, Jack Smith, and the Biden Department of Justice. [01:29:14] Bondi confirmed that Biden led the ultimate weaponization. [01:29:19] And under Donald Trump's watch, it has ended. [01:29:23] But here's the thing. [01:29:24] I mean, we know this goes further than Biden. [01:29:27] Potato Joe Biden, he only, Turnip Brain only could handle so much. [01:29:31] There was somebody else that was pulling those strings. [01:29:34] And we know it had a lot to do with Obama. [01:29:36] All of this started with Obama. [01:29:38] So whenever I slip and I call it O Biden, it's not really a slip. [01:29:44] No longer, Bondi went on and she said, you know, with President Trump, she says, no longer will parents who care about whether their elementary school children have to read a transgender book be targeted and told they cannot have a say in their child's education. [01:29:58] People can worship freely, whether they're Catholics at synagogues or Muslims. [01:30:03] Everyone can worship freely. [01:30:04] That was the ultimate weaponization. [01:30:06] They were targeting Catholics. [01:30:08] Well, no longer, she says. [01:30:10] They have been targeting so many American citizens throughout this country. [01:30:14] And it is true. [01:30:15] Again, you all were a victim of it too. [01:30:18] Many people don't know that they were, but you were. [01:30:22] If you were posting and if you were talking about stolen elections, mandated VACs, if you were talking about anything that was a hot topic at the time, if voter integrity, for example, example, voter ID, which is what landed me on the Mighty 200 list. [01:30:42] That was the first list of people that they targeted. [01:30:45] Politico and all of those different groups. [01:30:47] Hillary Clinton sent out a post saying that I was a Russian foreign agent, spy, what have you, just to go along with the whole Trump situation, the Russia, Russia, Russia narrative. [01:30:58] And then they had this fake study. [01:31:00] And then you could just, you could tap on my profile on X. [01:31:04] And so people would go straight to my account. [01:31:07] And my DMs were just covered in hate and love. [01:31:11] Hate and love. [01:31:12] It was the wildest thing. [01:31:13] Some people were like, I'm going to kill you. [01:31:15] And then some people were like, will you marry me? [01:31:17] It was the wildest thing I've ever experienced in my life. [01:31:21] And it's still kind of that day. [01:31:23] That way, even today, that's how divided this country is. [01:31:27] It's just bizarre. [01:31:29] But yeah, that's what's going on. [01:31:31] Then you have Senator Marsha Blackburn and A.G. Pam Bondi. [01:31:35] They tag teamed Senator Dick Durbin to remind him that he was the one that was blocking and still is the subpoena for the Epstein flight logs. [01:31:45] That's right. [01:31:45] We knew they were going to bring up Epstein. [01:31:49] Who didn't know they were going to bring up Epstein? [01:31:51] I mean, this is the one thing that they were really trying to sell, right? [01:31:54] President Trump is somehow connected to Epstein Island. [01:31:56] Well, he wasn't, and they know it. [01:31:58] But that kind of got old after a while. [01:32:00] So they had a nice little exchange here. [01:32:03] And you had Senator Marsha Blackburn of Republican of Tennessee and Attorney General Pam Bondi. [01:32:11] They went head to head with him because he was the one. [01:32:14] He refused to release the Epstein flight logs that could implicate some serious, some of the most powerful elites. [01:32:23] Bondi appearing before the Senate Judiciary Committee, she wasted no time calling him out on his obstruction and hypocrisy. [01:32:31] And of course, Durbin accused Bondi of misleading the public by claiming that she had access to the Epstein client files. [01:32:40] Bondi fired back, clarifying her statement. [01:32:44] So he was trying to get her. [01:32:46] Durbin, undeterred in his partisan witch hunt, he pivoted to wild claims about an anonymous whistleblower and alleged that Bondi ordered the FBI to flag Epstein records mentioning President Trump. [01:33:01] And she shut that down cold. [01:33:03] And she just said, look, bud, this is your own dirty hands. [01:33:07] She said you were the one that repeatedly refused to release those same flight logs. [01:33:12] Then when he tried to downplay Bondi's accusation and blame Republicans for not filing paperwork in writing, you had Senator Marcia Blackburn who jumped in and she said, look, I have called your office. [01:33:27] I have done everything that I can do to get that, and you refused. [01:33:32] So here it is. [01:33:34] February, you made a public claim that the Epstein client list was, quote, sitting on my desk right now for review, end of quote. [01:33:41] You then produced already public information and no client list at a major media event hosted at the White House. [01:33:47] Attorney General Bondi, why did you publicly claim to have the Epstein client list waiting for your review and then produced nothing relevant to that claim? [01:33:57] Senator Durbin, if you listened to my entire clip on that, I said I had not reviewed it yet, that it was sitting on my desk along with the JFK files, the Martin Luther King files, and I said I had not yet reviewed it. [01:34:12] And if you see our memo on Epstein, you will see, excuse me, our memo on Epstein clearly points out that there was no client list, our July 6th memo. [01:34:23] You also didn't let me respond to the Haida question. === Public Claims and Empty Promises (14:43) === [01:34:25] The budget transfers $196 million for high-intensity drug trafficking areas to the Office of Justice Programs, OJP. [01:34:36] The Justice Department will continue to administer those grants under OJP in 2026. [01:34:45] Going back to the Epstein files, according to another whistleblower who made a protected disclosure to my office, you pushed the FBI to review approximately 100,000 Epstein-related records on an arbitrarily short deadline in March, and the FBI was directed to flag any documents that mentioned President Trump. [01:35:04] Nothing came of that review until July when DOJ and FBI released an unsigned memo stating, quote, there's no incriminating client list. [01:35:12] Why was the July 7th memo unsigned? [01:35:16] The July 7th memo came from the FBI and the Department of Justice. [01:35:21] Director Patel answered those questions very clear. [01:35:24] And, you know, Senator Durbin, I find it very interesting that you refused repeated Republican requests to release the Epstein flight logs in 2023 and 2024. [01:35:35] You fought that. [01:35:37] Did you take money from Reed Hoffman, campaign donations, who was a huge Epstein friend? [01:35:43] Why did you fight for years? [01:35:46] Why did you fight to not disclose the flight logs, Senator Durbin? [01:35:52] I can tell you I did not refuse. [01:35:54] One of the senators here wished to produce those logs, and I asked her to put it in writing, and she never did. [01:35:59] Yeah, I think Senator Blackburn would quarrel with you on that. [01:36:02] I will quarrel with you as to read somebody that you mentioned I never heard of. [01:36:06] Reid Hoffman. [01:36:07] So, who gave the order to flag records related to President Trump? [01:36:14] To flag records for President Trump. [01:36:17] To flag any records which included his name. [01:36:21] I'm not going to discuss anything about that with you. [01:36:24] Eventually, you're going to have to answer for your conduct in this. [01:36:28] You won't do it today, but eventually you will. [01:36:30] I yield, Mr. Chairman. [01:36:32] I got something here. [01:36:34] Mr. Chairman. [01:36:36] Mr. Chairman, since Senator Durbin referred to me, I would really appreciate the opportunity to correct the record because Senator Durbin knows I repeatedly asked for those flight logs. [01:36:53] I brought up the subpoena. [01:36:55] You even shut down the committee because you didn't want that, and you know I submitted that in writing, and you continue to misrepresent that. [01:37:05] And I am not going to let that record stand. [01:37:08] Okay, Mr. Chairman, go ahead, Senator Durbin. [01:37:12] I just want to make it clear that the reason the committee business ended was that your side invoked the two-hour rule. [01:37:19] Point number two is: I asked you if you wanted any documents like flight logs to put it in writing. [01:37:24] You never did. [01:37:25] Yes, sir, I did. [01:37:26] And your staff knows that I did. [01:37:27] We'll submit once again the information to you. [01:37:31] We've done that several times, but we'll be happy to once again send it to you. [01:37:36] I think your staff doesn't show that to you. [01:37:40] Oh, no. [01:37:41] They show it to him. [01:37:43] He just waves it off. [01:37:44] A lot of people are saying, I see in chat, I don't know who said that in chat, that he was possibly on that list as well, but definitely Reed Hoffman. [01:37:53] You know who Reid Hoffman is, right? [01:37:54] He's the guy that owns LinkedIn, and he's the one that funded the lawsuit for EGE Carroll. [01:38:01] That's right. [01:38:02] Rape is sexy, gal. [01:38:04] The crazy-eyed woman, right? [01:38:06] Her. [01:38:06] Yeah, that's who he is. [01:38:08] Major TDSer. [01:38:10] And it has been reported that he is on that list. [01:38:13] And he is a huge Democrat and loves to support Democrats. [01:38:17] So I'm just repeating what I heard. [01:38:21] Then you really go. [01:38:23] This was a great exchange because a lot of people, I think, have been waiting for this moment because everybody knows about this clown, right? [01:38:30] You've got Senator Blumenthal. [01:38:33] I mean, she completely went off on him. [01:38:37] She says, I cannot believe that you would accuse me of impropriety when you lied about your military service. [01:38:43] How dare you? [01:38:44] She exploded on the Democrat senator after he accused her of corruption. [01:38:51] Could have happened to a worse guy. [01:38:54] I mean, this guy, she just went off on him. [01:38:57] Listen to it. [01:38:57] I do have a question. [01:39:00] In the merger that took place. [01:39:05] Which merger you've listed many involving American Express GBT. [01:39:12] I understand that Brian Ballard, longtime backer and head of the law firm where you work, was instrumental in lobbying the Justice Department to drop that lawsuit. [01:39:28] It was dismissed. [01:39:29] So it's not subject to a court review. [01:39:32] What conversations did you have with Mr. Ballard? [01:39:36] Senator Blumenthal, I cannot believe that you would accuse me of impropriety when you lied about your military service. [01:39:48] I am not afraid of you. [01:39:49] You lied. [01:39:49] You admitted you lied. [01:39:50] You're not accused of being a living. [01:39:51] You elected a U.S. Senator. [01:39:53] You lied. [01:39:54] How dare you? [01:39:55] I'm a career prosecutor. [01:39:56] Don't you ever challenge my integrity. [01:40:00] I have abided by every ethics standard. [01:40:03] Do not question my ability to be fair and impartial as Attorney General and anything to my former firm Ballard Partner. [01:40:11] Thank you. [01:40:13] Wow. [01:40:14] So I know a lot of people have been waiting for that. [01:40:17] See how he responds to that. [01:40:18] He just ignores it. [01:40:20] You know what? [01:40:21] He won, and he was able to use it, stolen valor, and he just puts it behind him. [01:40:27] He acts like he doesn't hear it. [01:40:28] But I'm glad that she brought it up, and especially in this setting, which is important to do. [01:40:33] So then she humiliates Democrat Adam Shifty Schiff, who I hope is going to be up there next to Letitia James in mortgage fraud. [01:40:42] I hope he's next. [01:40:43] I think we're going to see a lot of stuff happening next week, just by the way. [01:40:47] It's not going to be dull. [01:40:49] Just a little reminder, though, we're taking Monday off in celebration of Columbus Day. [01:40:54] Yes, we need a little tiny break. [01:40:57] We really do. [01:40:58] So we're going to take Monday off. [01:41:00] And I just thought I would mention that here. [01:41:02] In the litter box, it'll be off on Monday. [01:41:04] But she goes off on Democrat Adam Shifty Schiff, who is now, who got a promotion, if you can believe it. [01:41:11] He was my congressman. [01:41:12] Now he's my senator. [01:41:14] U.S. Attorney Pam Bondi, she just went off on him. [01:41:18] She says, you know, Schiff, if you worked for me, you would have been fired because you were censured by Congress for lying. [01:41:25] Was she if you worked for me? [01:41:28] You would have been fired because you were censured by Congress for lying. [01:41:34] You can stipulate to all your personal attacks on the Democratic members of the committee. [01:41:37] Personal attacks, you've been attacking my FBI director. [01:41:40] You've been attacking my office. [01:41:41] You've been attacking. [01:41:44] What we're interested in is the answer to these oversight questions. [01:41:47] I want your favorite. [01:41:48] So you were asked by my colleague. [01:41:50] You were asked by my colleague. [01:41:51] I was attacking good people. [01:41:52] A regular order, Madam Chair, so I can ask a question. [01:41:55] You were asked by my colleague from Vermont. [01:42:01] He's so bad. [01:42:02] Adam Shifty Schiff. [01:42:03] I cannot believe that he was able to get away with all that he was, truly. [01:42:09] So she called him a failed lawyer. [01:42:11] And then, you know, here you've got Adam Schiff, who says, this is supposed to be an oversight hearing where members of Congress can get serious answers about the cover-up of corruption, about the prosecution of the president's enemies. [01:42:25] And she says, I think you owe the president an apologize. [01:42:30] Clearly, you're a failed lawyer. [01:42:35] This is supposed to be an oversight hearing in which members of Congress can get serious answers to serious questions about the cover-up of corruption, about the prosecution of the president's enemies. [01:42:53] Can you believe this? [01:42:54] And when will it be? [01:42:59] When will it be that the members of this committee on a bipartisan basis demand answers to those questions and refuse to accept personal lawsuits? [01:43:11] Refuse to accept personal slander as an answer to those questions. [01:43:16] Personal slander. [01:43:17] Will you apologize to Donald Trump for slandering him? [01:43:20] Personal slander. [01:43:22] Oh my gosh, he can actually say these things with a straight face. [01:43:25] This is how corrupt these people are. [01:43:28] I mean, truly. [01:43:29] You hear this stuff and you just go, what? [01:43:32] Really? [01:43:34] I mean, they're all just a bunch of hypocrites. [01:43:38] Pam Bondi Schools, hypocrite, Democrat Senator Alex Padilla. [01:43:43] You want order here, yet you stormed Secretary of Homeland Security Christy Noam. [01:43:48] You sure didn't have ordered that day. [01:43:50] You remember when they took him to the ground, right? [01:43:52] That was just unreal. [01:43:54] He really thought he was so important that he could go and storm up the podium where Christy Noam was doing a speech and that no one would call him out for it. [01:44:06] So she shocked everybody with this one. [01:44:12] Director Patel was here before us just a few weeks ago. [01:44:17] Attorney General Bondi, you are the Attorney General of the United States. [01:44:20] Director Patel reports to you. [01:44:22] Do you believe he's doing a good job, yes or no? [01:44:26] I believe Director Patel is doing a great job. [01:44:29] You know where he is right now, Senator Padilla? [01:44:32] Right now, you asked me a question. [01:44:34] Director Patel right now is in Chicago, Senator Durham. [01:44:38] You said it earlier in the hearing, and yes, I have been paying attention to the public. [01:44:41] You know, you want order in here now, yet you stormed the Director of Homeland Security, Christy Noam. [01:44:47] You sure didn't have order that day, did you, Senator? [01:44:49] Attorney General, you are under oath. [01:44:50] I did not storm the Secretary, the video. [01:44:54] Oh, that was on video. [01:44:55] That video has been released, I believe. [01:44:57] Very good. [01:44:57] Mr. Chairman, recent actions raised serious concerns about Director Patel's judgment and politicization, including lawsuits from former FBI officials alleging retaliatory firings and his decision to cut off long-standing partnerships with civil rights organizations and his decision to fire an FBI agent for refusing to engage in a, quote, perp walk of James Comey. [01:45:22] And on top of all that, his preamaturely claiming that subjects were in custody after the shooting of Charlie Kirk. [01:45:30] I take Attorney General Bundy's endorsement today of his work as her support for those actions. [01:45:36] Thank you, Mr. Chair. [01:45:37] May I respond, Senator? [01:45:41] Under Director Patel, 23,000 violent criminals have been arrested, a 91% increase over last year. [01:45:52] More than 1,500 child predators have been arrested. [01:45:56] We are making cases in your jurisdiction constantly in California, and I wish you would care about those cases. [01:46:04] We have disrupted 1,600 gangs and criminal enterprises, 1,600 gangs within this country, thanks to Director Patel and the great men and women of the FBI. [01:46:17] Senator Schmidt. [01:46:18] Thank you, Mr. Chairman. [01:46:20] How are you today, Attorney General? [01:46:22] It's good to see you. [01:46:23] I have a rough voice. [01:46:26] I have to say, so there you have it. [01:46:29] Yep. [01:46:30] She knew she was going to land in the line of fire, and she was very prepared. [01:46:34] And I was glad that she handled it in the way that she did. [01:46:36] She aired their dirty laundry. [01:46:37] I thought that was very smart. [01:46:39] I really do, because she knows that we are watching her very closely, and we're watching how slowly this whole thing has been going. [01:46:46] It's really unacceptable on so many levels, but I thought she did a great job of exposing them for what they are. [01:46:54] Bunch of crooks, if you ask me. [01:46:56] And by the way, Alex Padilla, he was not initially appointed to the U.S. Senate. [01:47:01] He was appointed by Governor Gavin Newscomb to fill the remainder of Kamala Harris's term. [01:47:09] But they did, unfortunately, they were able to get the votes they needed in 2022 for him to serve a full term. [01:47:18] But yeah, he was just one of Newscomb's picks. [01:47:21] So you can imagine what we have there. [01:47:25] Americans want arrests, but everywhere the FBI and DOJ look, massive crimes are uncovered. [01:47:33] We're talking serious amount. [01:47:35] Every single time they look at one thing, they've got a whole bunch of other things that are coming out. [01:47:39] So the deep state against President Trump, you've got truth tellers that are coming out from everywhere. [01:47:45] You've got whistleblowers that are saying, okay, look, we have got to look at all of these criminal actions. [01:47:52] So, despite what is being done, the far left has criticized the FBI, the DOJ for partaking in retribution, trying to get back at Biden, Obama, and Hillary for their sinister crimes. [01:48:03] However, the problem that they are having right now is that these crimes are obvious. [01:48:10] They're all there. [01:48:11] People, the American people are not dumb. [01:48:13] They watched what they did with President Trump. [01:48:15] I think a lot of people that weren't going to vote for President Trump initially voted for him because he was attacked in the vicious way that he was. [01:48:22] And then, with two assassination attempts, you had that on top of it. [01:48:28] So, they know that this has been warfare on President Trump since the beginning. [01:48:32] And so, when Eric Trump went after Cuomo, I thought this was probably one of the best interviews Eric Trump has done, at least for me. [01:48:42] I was so proud of him when he did this. [01:48:44] I mean, he left Chris Cuomo in a state of shock, and Cuomo snapped. [01:48:51] It was a beauty. [01:48:52] So, watch this. [01:48:54] You've been on the receiving end of the very same people that I've been on the receiving end of. [01:48:58] And so, to play coy with me as if this isn't happening in the United States of America just seems ironic and foolish given what you've been through more so than anybody. [01:49:07] Hold on a second. === Biden's Provocation Strategy (11:03) === [01:49:09] What did you just say that you think I'm doing? [01:49:11] I'm asking you questions about whether or not if something is wrong, it is also wrong to do the same thing when you get back in power, which certainly happened the first time the administration came in. [01:49:23] You went right after Biden. [01:49:24] And I don't mean you. [01:49:24] You weren't part of the administration. [01:49:26] I'll get to you in a second in terms of what's going on right now. [01:49:29] But if you think I'm playing coy, you don't know me as well as you should. [01:49:34] I'm not playing coy. [01:49:35] I know what happened to me. [01:49:36] Did we? [01:49:37] I'm saying that. [01:49:37] And it was happening now. [01:49:39] Looks like what was done to you. [01:49:40] That's why I'm asking the question. [01:49:42] Did we raid Biden's home? [01:49:44] You know, did we, did we try and bankrupt Biden? [01:49:46] Did they come after us? [01:49:47] Did we weaponize every AG and DA against Biden? [01:49:51] Did we do that against Hunter Biden, who had a laptop from hell, pictures of cocaine, illicit drug use, prostitution? [01:49:59] Did we do that? [01:50:00] Did we make up a dirty dossier about Biden? [01:50:04] Did they try and destroy Biden's marriage? [01:50:07] Was any of that true? [01:50:08] I mean, did we make up stories that Biden had secret servers in the basement of his home communicating with the Kremlin in Russia? [01:50:15] Did we strip Biden off the ballot of multiple states? [01:50:19] Did we take Biden off of Twitter and Instagram and Facebook and try and silence his voice so he couldn't communicate? [01:50:25] Did we put Biden in a courtroom every single day? [01:50:28] 91 felony counts that have all been overturned for my father now, right? [01:50:33] For nonsense to try and keep him off of a campaign trail and to try and destroy his life. [01:50:38] Did we do any of that? [01:50:40] And the answer is no. [01:50:41] I mean, if Comey lied and Republicans want to prosecute him, okay, then you know how many people they went after for perjury? [01:50:49] Gosh, Mike Drop. [01:50:52] He is left just completely speechless because he tried to act all tough guy, right? [01:50:57] You've seen Cuomo. [01:50:58] You see how full of himself he is, right? [01:51:01] Well, he didn't expect Eric Trump to just be able to go boom, kaboom, kaboom, kaboom, and drop all of those truth bombs, which he did, and he did it beautifully. [01:51:11] I mean, he did not, he didn't miss a single thing. [01:51:16] He went down the list. [01:51:18] Good on him. [01:51:19] They need to be reminded more often of what we all endured and what his family endured, what his father endured these last 10 plus years. [01:51:28] I mean, this is crazy. [01:51:31] And also, when you talk about weaponization, and this is all they're screaming about, oh, is he trying to go back after us? [01:51:37] Oh my gosh, this is the narrative that they are spinning. [01:51:41] Well, FBI director Kash Patel found out about Biden's FBI and Jack Smith, and that they spied on these eight GOP senators during investigation into the J6. [01:51:55] And he is not holding back at all. [01:51:58] He put out a post and he said, Look, you know, these are the things that we are going to get straight. [01:52:05] He didn't waste any time about holding these corrupt actors accountable. [01:52:10] And he said, Look, we're going to get to the bottom of it all. [01:52:14] This all happened during Arctic Frost investigation into January 6th. [01:52:19] You had Republican senators Chuck Grassley, Ron Johnson. [01:52:24] They released new records detailing the FBI and DOJ sweeping investigation that formed the basis of Jack Smith's DC case against President Trump. [01:52:34] According to the documents released this year, the FBI and DOJ, of course, weaponized their power to target President Trump, former Vice President Mike Pence, and their allies through a probe dubbed Arctic Frost. [01:52:49] The Operation Arctic Frost was a taxpayer-funded witch hunt. [01:52:53] It was launched in April 2022 that seized the government-issued cell phones belonging to Trump and Pence while conducting a barrage of interviews across the country. [01:53:04] Now we know that Jack Smith tracked the private calls of eight GOP senators, Lindsey Graham of South Carolina, Marcia Blackburn of Tennessee, Ron Johnson of Wisconsin, Josh Hawley of Missouri, Cynthia Loomis of Wyoming, Bill Haggerty of Tennessee, Dan Sullivan of Alaska, and Tommy Tupperville of Alabama. [01:53:27] The Biden regime also spied on GOP Representative Mike Kelly of Pennsylvania. [01:53:34] So Patel vowed to end the abuse of this power. [01:53:39] And he went on to say, We recently uncovered proof that phone records of U.S. lawmakers were seized for political purposes. [01:53:48] That abuse of power ends now. [01:53:51] Under my leadership, the FBI will deliver truth and accountability and never again be weaponized against the American people. [01:54:00] This was all done on X. [01:54:02] Then he announced that he had undertaken several actions to clean up the FBI after Monday's revelation. [01:54:11] He said, and this was the firing of the employees. [01:54:14] He says, these actions include firing employees, abolishing the CR-15 squad, and initiating an investigation. [01:54:23] Transparency is important and accountability is critical. [01:54:27] We promised both, and this is what Promises Kept looks like. [01:54:32] The FBI is delivering. [01:54:35] As a result of our latest disclosure about the baseless monitoring of members of Congress by the prior leadership team of the FBI, we have already taken the following actions. [01:54:46] We terminated employees, we abolished the weaponized CR-15 squad, and we initiated an ongoing investigation with more accountability measures ahead. [01:54:57] And so we've got all of these things going, and he's not even making that a quiet thing that he's doing. [01:55:07] He's publishing this stuff on X. [01:55:09] He wants everybody to know what he is doing. [01:55:13] And he's making sure that everybody on X can see it. [01:55:17] So I am so happy that Cash is out there. [01:55:20] That's another interview that I had on Political Rendezvous on this show. [01:55:24] And then also Cat Turt and I had him on. [01:55:26] Great interviews. [01:55:27] More than once. [01:55:27] We had him on quite a few times. [01:55:29] But Cash is really great. [01:55:30] And I know he wants to get to the bottom of all of this. [01:55:33] And that's, it's going to take a cash. [01:55:35] It's going to take 10 cashes with all they're coming out with. [01:55:39] The truth is now coming out about the Russia president's special envoy. [01:55:45] Biden provoked the war in Ukraine to cover up his family's corruption. [01:55:50] This is huge. [01:55:51] The entire world knew that Joe Biden was corrupt and conflicted, of course. [01:55:57] And we've had it on tape. [01:55:58] He taunted people right there. [01:56:00] But now those that knew about this are starting to speak out, probably to cover for themselves because they know it's only not if, but when. [01:56:09] You have Russian President Vladimir Putin's envoy, Kirill Dmitriev. [01:56:14] I know I totally said his name wrong, but anyway, you can help me out with that later. [01:56:19] He told reporters, former U.S. President Joe Biden provoked the war in Ukraine to cover up for his family's corruption. [01:56:26] Does this surprise anybody? [01:56:28] Doesn't me. [01:56:30] The truth is coming out. [01:56:31] Justice must follow. [01:56:33] And so it is now something that people are just openly talking about. [01:56:39] Biden provoked the war in Ukraine to cover up for his family's corruption. [01:56:44] And he posted this also on X. [01:56:47] And he's got this here, interesting timing. [01:56:51] What happens if Biden became POTUS knowing he, through Hunter plus one, took massive amounts of bribes to change look the other way, U.S. policy towards Ukraine in favor of Ukraine? [01:57:07] Would Ukraine own and control the White House? [01:57:10] So this is wild. [01:57:13] This was posted exactly five years ago on Twitter, and then he reposted it. [01:57:20] The Russians knew about Joe Biden and his corruption. [01:57:23] This has never been a secret. [01:57:24] They knew exactly what was going on with all of that. [01:57:28] And of course, Hunter and everything else. [01:57:31] I mean, this corruption just runs as deep as it could. [01:57:36] And this is another reason they had the biggest crook in the Oval Office. [01:57:41] But everybody was partaking. [01:57:42] I mean, you remember the energy company. [01:57:44] You even had Pic Losi's son that was on that board. [01:57:48] CIA declassified report exposed Joe Biden's Ukraine trip as corrupt scheme to fulfill Hunter's burisma deal. [01:57:57] You remember the infamous Council on Foreign Relations panel where Joe Biden boasted that he was going to withhold a billion-dollar loan guarantee to Ukraine if the state prosecutor wasn't fired. [01:58:08] Do you remember that? [01:58:09] He said that, and he's just so smug about it. [01:58:12] While implying that Barack Obama was 100% in agreement with him, right? [01:58:16] They even asked him, they're like, what would Obama say? [01:58:21] Well, we know what he would say. [01:58:24] Well, of course, you have on Badlands Daily, they dissected the latest article. [01:58:29] It was a whole summary of what went down. [01:58:32] I mean, this is about as dark as it can get. [01:58:37] The newly declassified CIA information report, it sheds new light on the December 2015 trip that was taken by Vice President Biden, and it confirms the earlier reporting on Burisma contract that Hunter Biden entered into with Blue Star strategies. [01:58:55] And it came directly from the youngest Biden's emails. [01:58:59] So the contract proposal between Hunter Biden and Rosemont Seneca, the Clinton ally Sally Painter of Blue Star strategies, and Vedim Poroshenki of Burisma. [01:59:13] The emails began on October 31st with a message labeled forward revised burisma proposal, contract, and invoice. [01:59:21] The conversation was initiated a little more than a month before Joe Biden's December 7th trip to Ukraine. [01:59:28] Well, during the negotiations on November 2nd, you had Pozharsky who sent a reply that said the suggested scope of the work is largely lacking concrete, tangible results that we set out to achieve in the first place. [01:59:44] And that if it doesn't offer any names of top U.S. officials here in Ukraine, for instance, U.S. ambassador or Ukrainian officials, the president of Ukraine chief of staff, the prosecutor general, as key targets for improving Nicolay's case and his situation in Ukraine, Nicolay, he refers to Mykola Slovinsky. [02:00:09] This is the CEO of Burisma at the time. === Committing Mortgage Fraud Knowingly (15:19) === [02:00:12] So all of this is in writing. [02:00:14] They've got the whole thing wrapped up. [02:00:16] We've discussed this in depth. [02:00:19] I mean, you start, this is why I think a lot of people are frustrated. [02:00:23] We've had the Bill of Goods for quite some time. [02:00:26] We've had it for the longest time. [02:00:28] And the longer they hold on to it, the more these statute of limitations, as we see them, just one by one expire. [02:00:36] And so you've got the emails that continue on. [02:00:40] It's clear as day. [02:00:42] There was only one U.S. official at the time higher ranking than Joe Biden, and that was, of course, Joe Biden. [02:00:49] The withholding of a $1 billion loan guarantee to influence the case against Mykola Slovzinski was approved by Obama himself. [02:01:00] This all goes to the top. [02:01:03] This is not news. [02:01:05] And I think, you know, this is why everybody's going, hey, what is going on? [02:01:10] Finally, we have some arrests. [02:01:12] And that's what we're happy about here. [02:01:14] I mean, not, well, not real arrests, not like you saw the perp walk of President Trump, but you are starting to see some action, Jackson. [02:01:23] Thank goodness, because it's time. [02:01:26] But this is another thing. [02:01:27] By October 1st, this is where the frustration bowls. [02:01:32] 2021, the Biden administration had already arrested over 700 Trump supporters. [02:01:39] You can compare that to Pam Bondi and the Trump DOJ, who as of today have arrested zero deep state criminals. [02:01:49] So why is everybody on edge and furious and saying, Pam Bondi, get her out of there. [02:01:55] She's the weak link. [02:01:56] This is why. [02:01:57] Because when you start looking at all of the names here, I mean, these are all of the names. [02:02:04] This is a huge list. [02:02:05] And of course, Kat Turt earlier in the show this week, he read them all out. [02:02:10] But all of these people, I mean, if Republicans want people to support them in 2026, they better start acting like they care about the future of this country and start arresting people. [02:02:21] Now, everybody has a reason why they handed, you know, Comey this, you know, this great deal of the back door as he entered court. [02:02:32] But in all honesty, in my opinion, my opinion only, that's part of the gig. [02:02:38] You do something wrong and they parade you in front of the public. [02:02:42] I'm sorry. [02:02:43] I know they're trying to say, look, we're trying to put on this front that it's not a weaponized government, that we're not doing this for political posturing or what have you. [02:02:51] But hey, that's part of the punishment, in my opinion. [02:02:54] Maybe you wouldn't want to commit the crime if you know that you're going to be paraded in public that way. [02:03:00] They had no problem doing it to President Trump. [02:03:03] So to that, I say, nah. [02:03:05] They did it to President Trump. [02:03:06] They did that to his family. [02:03:08] They did it to Trump administration officials. [02:03:11] So I just think it's fair game, fair play. [02:03:14] I mean, really. [02:03:16] So you've got former FBI Director James Comey. [02:03:18] He was arraigned in Virginia court for lying to Congress. [02:03:22] Officials brought Comey in the back away from the cameras. [02:03:26] Comey has pled not guilty. [02:03:28] We all saw that one coming. [02:03:30] That infuriated us, of course. [02:03:33] But yeah, they put him into the back so that we didn't have to see his mug. [02:03:39] I mean, in some cases, they say that they spared us, but I would love to see that smile, that plastic smile wiped off his face. [02:03:47] That guy is about as bad as it gets. [02:03:52] And this is the thing. [02:03:53] When you start looking at all of these people and you start looking at, okay, who have we got locked up? [02:03:58] Julie Kelly's comment is perfect. [02:04:01] I mean, when Merritt Garland and Lisa Monaco, they took over the DOJ, the first thing they did was open an investigation into the president for January 6th. [02:04:11] When Matthew Graves became DC U.S. Attorney, first thing he did was indict Steve Bannon. [02:04:18] When Jack Smith became special counsel, the first thing he did was get a search warrant to seize Trump's Twitter data. [02:04:26] There can be no foot dragging, no stonewalling on prosecutions of Trump's lawfare accomplices. [02:04:33] Anyone in the way needs to go. [02:04:35] And it is so true. [02:04:36] Zeta Alicia says, and this is at Zeta underscore Alicia, she says, Julie, you're dead on. [02:04:42] Garland, Monaco, Graves, and Smith hit the ground running with a clear agenda. [02:04:48] Target Trump and his allies from the January 6th probe to Bannon's indictment and Smith's Twitter raid. [02:04:55] It's lawfare, not justice. [02:04:57] No delays. [02:04:57] Time to prosecute these accomplices and clear out anyone obstructing fair play. [02:05:04] And this is where Todd Blanche comes in. [02:05:07] Where Larry Brock for Texas, he has no problem saying the quiet part out loud. [02:05:13] Unfortunately, the person in the way is at DAG, Todd Blanch. [02:05:18] He is aiding and abetting those who conspired to create our current two-tier justice system, our two-tiered system of justice. [02:05:27] Even the charges against Comey are missing the usual lateral and vertical overcharging. [02:05:33] Where is the espionage charge? [02:05:35] Conspiracy charge. [02:05:37] We're ready. [02:05:38] We've been ready. [02:05:39] And then, of course, the Democrats, they start singing this crazy tune. [02:05:43] Okay, Western Linzman puts this one out for everybody to see. [02:05:47] Two Democrats same night. [02:05:49] Raskin, we can't have people prosecuting the person who persecuted them, who prosecuted them. [02:05:55] That would be an endless cycle of prosecutorial vengeance. [02:06:00] Look at this. [02:06:02] You know, if it's just like a question of everybody prosecuting the person who prosecuted them, we will be in endless cycles of political and prosecutorial vengeance. [02:06:13] There are so many different corrupt sycophants within the Trump administration, including but not limited to within the Department of Justice. [02:06:20] Now, these people don't have immunity. [02:06:22] And the reality is the statute of limitations is five years and there will be accountability with the next administration, if not before when Democrats take back control of the House of Representatives. [02:06:35] You know, if it's just. [02:06:37] OK, so this is they're not even on the same page, right? [02:06:40] They are speaking from both sides of their mouth because, see, that's what Democrats do. [02:06:44] But Hakeem Jeffries is putting out a warning to the Republicans. [02:06:48] We're not going to hesitate and pause like you did. [02:06:51] We're not going to let the statute of limitations run out like you did. [02:06:56] We're going to be ready on day one. [02:06:58] Period. [02:07:01] Period. [02:07:02] This is what he does. [02:07:04] They are going to be ready. [02:07:05] You take their word for it. [02:07:07] Believe me, they're going to be ready. [02:07:10] So anyway, they gave him the light treatment, which I expect. [02:07:13] But Letitia James, oh my gosh, they're trying to make her a martyr. [02:07:17] Gosh, down goes the statue with a thud. [02:07:20] Boom. [02:07:21] Well, major breaking update. [02:07:24] You have Letitia James indicted by federal grand jury in Eastern District of Virginia. [02:07:30] One count of bank fraud and false statements. [02:07:34] So this was a big deal. [02:07:36] We've been waiting for it. [02:07:37] We have seen the evidence. [02:07:38] I mean, it's an ironclad case. [02:07:40] It's about as great as it can be. [02:07:41] You had the federal grand jury. [02:07:44] They met in an Eastern District of Virginia court charging New York AG Letitia James with mortgage fraud. [02:07:52] And then they got her. [02:07:53] They all agreed. [02:07:55] So this is a very big deal. [02:07:56] You've got special prosecutor Ed Martin, who has been investigating Letitia James since August. [02:08:02] Even visited some of those homes of hers, right, with a picture of himself out there. [02:08:07] Lindsay Halligan, apparently, she is a star. [02:08:12] She is exactly what President Trump was posting about. [02:08:16] He did not want that rhino, and he let Pam Bondi know and put her on blast. [02:08:21] Look, I want Lindsay in here, and he got her. [02:08:24] She was appointed as the prosecutor in the Eastern District of Virginia. [02:08:28] He was not going to put up with one of these rhinos sitting there sidestepping the case. [02:08:32] He wanted somebody that was going to go after this woman. [02:08:35] The Trump administration, as we all do, right? [02:08:38] So I guess there was some mumbling that it may not have been Lindsay, but President Trump fixed that right away. [02:08:43] The Trump administration recently criminally referred to New York Attorney General Letitia James to the Justice Department over accusations of mortgage fraud. [02:08:54] And like I say, you know who's next? [02:08:57] That's right. [02:08:59] Hopefully, Adam Shifty Schiff. [02:09:02] That's the hope and the prayer, anyway. [02:09:05] But of course, what do they do? [02:09:08] And this is Amaze Moore. [02:09:10] In 2023, CNN fake journalist Laura Coates, she passionately explained why Trump's alleged mortgage fraud was not a victimless crime. [02:09:19] And this is what they do, right? [02:09:22] But now Coates is saying that Letitia James' little mistake, it didn't hurt anybody. [02:09:26] No, it didn't hurt anyone at all. [02:09:28] Watch the difference. [02:09:30] How about the people who don't get the same benefits based on inflated assets, or people who have tax that is owed, people who have to actually give the accurate assessment of the value of their property if they're lucky enough to own it, according to the so-called American dream, if they're able to secure a loan in an industry which oftentimes lays bare bias, whether it's implicit or otherwise, or you know, algorithm-based or otherwise. [02:09:55] What about those people who say, well, you know what? [02:09:58] All's well did not end well for me because I didn't have the benefit that perhaps Trump did. [02:10:02] I suspect on a jury of people who have either tried to get a loan, who have had to pay their taxes, who have had to do that which is required will look at it very differently. [02:10:12] But again, now it's just a judge ruling that who I'm sure I should pay his taxes as well. [02:10:16] I want to break down this indictment against James in plain English. [02:10:19] I want you to forget the legal codes. [02:10:21] Here it is. [02:10:23] They say that she bought a property. [02:10:26] She claimed it would be used for personal use only as a second home. [02:10:31] Instead, she rented it out to a family of three. [02:10:34] Now here's why the prosecutors want you to care. [02:10:37] Prosecutors say that the banks suffered because when she claimed it was for her, she got a note rate of 3% rather than 3.815%. [02:10:47] And between that and a seller credit, she probably saved $19,000 over the life of the loan. [02:10:54] The prosecutors say that her misrepresentations, they're saying it is, that it harmed the bank. [02:11:00] They don't allege how in this indictment. [02:11:03] They don't allege when they were harmed. [02:11:05] They don't allege why they were harmed. [02:11:07] Bank fraud starts with, quote, whoever knowingly executes or attempts to execute a scheme. [02:11:14] I'm sure you can guess what the key word there is. [02:11:16] By the way, I said knowingly, right? [02:11:19] And for false statements to a financial institution, quote, whoever knowingly makes a false statement or report, oh, there it is again, knowingly. [02:11:29] What does this mean? [02:11:30] That the prosecutors, Lindsay Halligan in her office, whoever ends up prosecuting this case, they got to prove that James had the intent to defraud and deliberately lie to the loan provider. [02:11:42] Not that it was a mistake or a typo. [02:11:45] Oh my gosh. [02:11:47] So you see how the spin works, right? [02:11:49] I mean, this is the same person arguing on both sides, just depending on which one suits her suitors. [02:11:58] Then, of course, when you thought things couldn't get any more ridiculous, boom, there it goes. [02:12:04] Yes, it does. [02:12:05] Alex Bruowitz, he Bruzowitz, he says, here is a clip of CNN's Casey Hunt alleging that everyone in America allegedly commits mortgage fraud, like Letitia James. [02:12:19] There is nothing wrong with what she did. [02:12:21] We're all committing mortgage fraud. [02:12:23] Okay, show of hands. [02:12:24] Are you guys committing mortgage fraud? [02:12:26] I mean, would you do something like that and just think that, hey, everybody else is doing it? [02:12:30] I'm going to get away with it too. [02:12:31] No, this is their argument. [02:12:33] This is the craziest thing I have ever seen. [02:12:35] But yes, they went there. [02:12:37] Aside for a second, what Tish James, and again, we're still getting the details, but if it's related to this mortgage issue, I mean, this is something that everyone in America, or many people at least, if you're lucky enough to be able to buy a house in America, you deal with this, right? [02:12:52] The federal government doesn't go after all of these people for doing this. [02:12:58] Does that aside for a second? [02:13:01] What? [02:13:01] This is the craziest argument I've ever seen in my life. [02:13:05] Yes. [02:13:05] She's actually saying that we're all committing mortgage fraud and that it's okay. [02:13:11] Yeah. [02:13:11] Now, compare that. [02:13:13] If President Trump would have done anything even remotely similar or any other Republican for that, for that matter. [02:13:20] Gosh, these people are so obvious. [02:13:23] It's not even funny. [02:13:24] But yeah, that's how, when you want to know how bad it's gotten for them, for the Dems, it's that bad. [02:13:29] They're having to spend this and it's not going well. [02:13:31] I don't think there's going to be any good news for Tish James in the near future. [02:13:37] But it looks like she's had a pattern of mortgage fraud. [02:13:41] There's more indictments that are coming, big development on, you know, is that she, is she guilty of mortgage fraud? [02:13:50] You know, did she marry her father? [02:13:53] New evidence against New York A.G. Letitia James, her Fichy, Virginia foreclosure purchase in Martinsville, warrants separate investigation. [02:14:03] All of these headlines. [02:14:05] New in the Letitia files, did New York AG James commit insurance fraud? [02:14:10] Two, it sure looks like it. [02:14:12] The legal risk facing Letitia James, mortgage fraud, campaign violations, non-profit misuse, and there's more. [02:14:20] Then you have the baseless charges. [02:14:22] Well, Letitia James attorney's letter is a PR stunt with no legal substance. [02:14:28] They're just putting out for the headlines. [02:14:30] Red flags in Letitia James' handling of her father's estate demands another investigation. [02:14:38] They just keep coming out. [02:14:40] And here's the thing: we did a whole thing on Letitia James, big tish. [02:14:45] So, if you want to go into the website, you can dig that one up, that little number, because we went through all of this, showed you her signature, showed you exactly what she is facing and is going to face in court. [02:14:58] It's going to be good. [02:15:00] I mean, this is wild. [02:15:01] But now she's trying to, you know, make it look like it's political warfare. [02:15:06] But the next thing they're going to pull out of their back hat, because it's always a for sure for them, they never cease to surprise or amaze, is they're all racist. [02:15:16] We're all racist, right? [02:15:17] We're picking on this woman who is black. [02:15:21] And oh my gosh, we're zeroing in on her, forgetting that she went after President Trump with a vengeance, said that she was going to take and that he and his family could never do business in New York again. === Trump's Columbus Day Proclamation (05:31) === [02:15:32] This woman campaigned on putting President Trump away. [02:15:38] So I'm looking for all the regular tactics that they normally try to pull here, but it's not going to be good for her. [02:15:47] I mean, lying, saying she only had four units. [02:15:50] I mean, she's not going to get out of any of this stuff. [02:15:52] She has lied. [02:15:53] She may have to cop a plea. [02:15:55] The indictments that are coming. [02:15:57] I mean, this is bad. [02:16:00] So I think she's, her goose is going to be cooked. [02:16:03] I'm certainly expecting it to. [02:16:06] But there have been so many, many accomplishments for President Trump. [02:16:11] I mean, this man has just been doing wonders all week. [02:16:15] He just, with all of these things going on, he's got many, many irons in the fire. [02:16:22] And so we're going to head on over to Trump's victory vault. [02:16:35] Okay, so President Trump announces phase one of a peace deal between Israel and Hamas. [02:16:42] It has been signed, all 20 hostages to be released as Israel pulls back in Gaza. [02:16:48] This is a huge deal, one that we definitely know is worthy of a Nobel Peace Prize. [02:16:55] Then you've got Senate Republicans who just confirmed more than 100 Trump nominees despite the Schumer shutdown. [02:17:02] The whole thing is just wild. [02:17:04] This whole Schumer shutdown, my gosh, what they're trying to pull here. [02:17:09] John Kennedy, it's Senator John Kennedy. [02:17:11] He says, Democrats say the shutdown is about extending Obamacare subsidies. [02:17:15] Subsidies are no subsidies. [02:17:17] The whole thing is broken. [02:17:19] We were told that if we passed Obamacare, health insurance would be cheaper and more accessible. [02:17:24] It's been neither of the two. [02:17:26] And then, of course, you have Senator Johnson who is saying, look, this, I mean, Senator Speaker, Speaker Johnson, who says, three weeks ago, House Republicans passed a clean, nonpartisan CR to keep the government open and pay our troops, TSA agents, Border Patrol, air traffic controllers, and federal workers. [02:17:49] Since then, you have Senate Democrats who have voted seven times to block those paychecks to hardworking Americans. [02:17:56] That's a record, and American people are the ones who suffer, of course. [02:18:00] I mean, they don't care what's going on in our friendly skies. [02:18:02] They don't care if the whole thing comes crashing down. [02:18:06] Quite literally, this is what we are dealing with with the Democrat Party. [02:18:10] They have now set a date for when they are going, and they want to make sure that they have the no kings protest. [02:18:17] They've got to make sure that they have that while the government is shut down, while all of the American people are not able to receive a paycheck. [02:18:26] This is beyond obnoxious. [02:18:28] This is horrible. [02:18:29] But they don't care. [02:18:30] Again, this is what you're dealing with with the Democrat Party. [02:18:34] And then, of course, you have got Columbus Day, what we are celebrating. [02:18:38] Hello, on Monday. [02:18:41] We're blaming Columbus anyway. [02:18:43] All right, so Columbus Day, we're back, Italians. [02:18:46] President Trump signs a powerful Columbus Day proclamation for the original American hero. [02:18:52] Proclamation slams the left vicious and merciless campaign against Columbus. [02:18:58] So President Trump, he opened his cabinet meeting on Thursdays by signing two proclamations honoring the legendary, you know, Norse Viking. [02:19:10] And he said, look, Christopher Columbus, who the proclamation describes as the original American hero, a giant of Western civilization, and one of the most gallant and visionary men to have ever walked the face of the earth. [02:19:26] So you have got Columbus Day on Monday, October 13th. [02:19:31] No longer will Columbus's memory be, you know, faltered with the Indigenous Peoples Day, which is what we always had wars with on X. If you're on social media, you would see that. [02:19:43] We would say, Happy Columbus Day, and they would be like, Happy Indigenous Day, and be like, What is that? [02:19:48] And it's like, okay. [02:19:50] Anyway, the left fell for that too. [02:19:52] But anyway, we're going to be celebrating that. [02:19:54] It's a wonderful proclamation. [02:19:57] That's why we won't be here on Monday. [02:19:59] Kat and I had fun with that little number because we both, he just got back from Turdstock and I've been running like crazy around here. [02:20:08] I just need a day to regroup, so I'm going to take it. [02:20:11] Columbus Day it is. [02:20:12] Then, of course, the majority of Americans believe that President Trump is delivering on what he promised. [02:20:19] Yes, he is too. [02:20:21] And it is wonderful to see. [02:20:23] CNN data analyst Harry Inkton, he recently suggested that a majority of Americans believe that Trump is delivering on the promises that he made. [02:20:32] I'd say, and then some. [02:20:35] He's doing everything that he can do. [02:20:37] So here you go. [02:20:37] You can look at the numbers. [02:20:39] They are in. [02:20:41] Oh, I don't think this can play. [02:20:43] Let's see. [02:20:43] Oh, it couldn't be played. [02:20:45] So I'll paraphrase for you. [02:20:47] Trump is the voters, the majority is 52% says that he has done what he promised to do. [02:20:54] His favorability rating is basically the same as it was a year ago, just before he won the reelection. [02:21:00] The generic ballot has barely moved from last year. === John Bolton Indicted? (13:26) === [02:21:03] So even though they've been trying to throw everything they can at President Trump, nothing is sticking. [02:21:11] Nothing at all. [02:21:13] So very, very glad to see all of this. [02:21:16] I mean, this is his efforts. [02:21:17] Like I said, he is stopping for no one. [02:21:20] So there you go. [02:21:21] Trump's victory vault. [02:21:42] So we're going to head on over to our, where are we now? [02:21:46] We're in case, wait, in case you missed it, which is good because there's a lot of things that have been happening while we've been distracted with all this other stuff that is dropping left, right, and center. [02:21:58] Literally, here is in case you missed it. [02:22:04] Former FBI director under in federal investigation. [02:22:07] Multiple former officials have been hit with subpoenas and expanding Ray inquiry. [02:22:13] This could not happen to a nicer fellow. [02:22:16] I'm being facetious. [02:22:18] This guy is going to have to answer. [02:22:21] So the inquiry reportedly involves multiple subpoenas issued to former senior officials in recent days. [02:22:29] And this is a report that says CIA Director John Brennan is also being investigated. [02:22:36] So there are two names you can be on the lookout for next week. [02:22:40] Brennan and Ray, both central figures in the intelligence, the establishment war against President Trump, they are now growing. [02:22:48] They're facing growing scrutiny. [02:22:50] It's going to be huge. [02:22:51] Their roles, it has all been politically motivated, witch hunts that corrupted the highest levels of government, and they are both in hot water. [02:23:01] Ray is under national security investigation for obstruction of justice, including efforts to obstruct the Durham investigation. [02:23:09] According to the sources, sensitive documents were allegedly concealed within Ray's personal office on the seventh floor of the FBI headquarters. [02:23:20] These files were later placed into burn bags. [02:23:24] Now, this was put inside restricted rooms, reportedly intended for destruction. [02:23:31] I think there's some pretty good players in the FBI that made sure they weren't destroyed and probably started pointing people in that direction. [02:23:40] So it's a big deal. [02:23:41] According to two people that are familiar with the investigation, this is from CNN. [02:23:47] The Western District of Virginia is leading the inquiry related to the alleged destruction or mishandling of documents connected with the Durham Special Counsel investigation. [02:23:57] The investigation is looking at multiple potential subjects from the top leadership from the FBI from 2020 through 2024. [02:24:05] At the time, Ray was the director. [02:24:08] Investigators have been seeking interviews in recent weeks and have spoken with staff who worked on the seventh floor of the FBI headquarters during Ray's tenure, where the leadership suite is. [02:24:20] And so he's in big trouble. [02:24:22] Multiple prosecutors are working on the investigation of the Ray-era FBI front office, which was of particular interest now that FBI Director Kash Patel from his first months on the job. [02:24:37] The investigation includes questions about documents that were stored in burn bags, which are often used to dispose of paper versions of classified records. [02:24:48] The investigation appears to be intersecting as well with the recent declassification of a part of the report that was written by special counsel John Durham, who examined investigators who handled the sensitive political investigations around President Trump and Hillary Clinton in 2016. [02:25:07] One of the sources said, I mean, this is big stuff. [02:25:11] They're finally getting around to this Russia, Russia, Russia hoax. [02:25:14] I cannot wait until I never have to say Russia, Russia, Russia again until we can actually have an ending to that story. [02:25:20] But in August, the Oversight Project criminally referred Christopher Wray to the Department of Justice, citing false statements to Congress and obstruction of an official proceeding. [02:25:32] And the referral, it detailed two incidents. [02:25:37] So the FBI's anti-Catholic Richmond memo scandal, and two, the FBI's obstruction of an investigation into a Chinese mail-in voting scam allegedly linked to the 2020 election. [02:25:52] Big stuff. [02:25:53] You've got whistleblowers that are coming out, and they are saying that the FBI blocked an investigation into claims that the Chinese Communist Party manufactured thousands of fake driver's licenses and shipped them to the U.S. to facilitate fraudulent mail-in voting operations benefiting Joe Biden. [02:26:12] Ray also lied under oath about both scandals in the mail-in voting cover-up and the Richmond memo. [02:26:19] The Richmond memo exposed by whistleblower Kyle Serafin revealed that the FBI targeted traditional Catholics as potential domestic terrorists and discussed using priest and parish staff as tripwires to spy on religious communities. [02:26:39] Ray later called the memo appalling and claimed it was immediately retracted, but it has been proven false. [02:26:48] That statement has been proven false. [02:26:51] So this is a huge reveal. [02:26:55] During the events of January 6th, hundreds more were previously disclosed that 274 plainclothes agents were embedded in the crowds. [02:27:06] It completely contradicts what Ray said during his sworn testimony before Congress, where he denied extensive FBI presence in the Capitol protest. [02:27:16] This is huge. [02:27:18] This guy is in big trouble and he knows it. [02:27:22] The walls are closing in. [02:27:24] You know, and they used to say that. [02:27:25] That's why I use that because I'm using their words. [02:27:27] I'm using CNN, MSNBC, all of those, you know, our version of the media terrorist, right? [02:27:35] The media operations that had the whole mocking burn scheme down, where it was like you were in this tub. [02:27:41] You would hear them say the exact walls are closing in. [02:27:44] The walls are closing in. [02:27:47] Yes. [02:27:48] Gosh, between that and some of the other things that they would say, it was just awful. [02:27:52] But there's more news. [02:27:53] You've got Trump's former National Security Advisor, John Bolton, who is expected to also face criminal charges for mishandling classified information in the coming days. [02:28:06] Big stuff. [02:28:07] I mean, I'm loving all this stuff. [02:28:09] Watching this is great. [02:28:10] In fact, there's one little thing I wanted to show you about Christopher Wray real quick. [02:28:14] Let me back up. [02:28:16] Because here is where he was on 60 minutes before we get into the other Mr. Mustache ma'am. [02:28:24] I wanted to follow up with this because here it is. [02:28:28] Christina Ray brought those cover sheets to the Mar-a-Lago raid with lethal force, no less, and attached them to files as part of a conspiracy to frame Donald J. Trump and overthrow the Republican Party, then lied to the court about when she got caught. [02:28:49] FBI sources say that Christopher Wray had to sign off on the spying on GOP senators along with Biden's A.G. Garland, since any investigation involving elected officials is a SIM case requiring their approval. [02:29:08] Also, a one-page predication is extremely rare, especially since the targets were senators. [02:29:15] That's according to Paul Sperry. [02:29:17] Christina Ray never told the judge who signed off on the search warrant on Mar-a-Lago Raid that President Trump had given FBI full consent to the search for Mar-a-Lago. [02:29:28] In other words, James Comey, he doesn't even come close to the Christina covered up the attempted overthrow in the 2016 and oversaw the overthrow in 2020. [02:29:42] So this is by real underscore Rob N. [02:29:45] And here is the clip. [02:29:49] Oh, media couldn't be played. [02:29:51] I'm having a problem on X right now. [02:29:54] I'm not sure if this will help. [02:29:56] Let's see. [02:29:57] Nope. [02:29:58] Media couldn't be played, but you get the gist of it. [02:30:01] And there's plenty of him on camera, on video. [02:30:05] You know, basically just lying to the American people. [02:30:09] He's dirty. [02:30:10] So on to Trump's former National Security Advisor, John Bolton. [02:30:15] Well, he's expected to face criminal charges for mishandling classified information in coming days. [02:30:22] This is going to be fabulous. [02:30:24] They're all nervous right now. [02:30:26] That's what's in the air. [02:30:27] This bombshell, you've got people saying, hey, his goose is cooked. [02:30:34] Prosecutors in Maryland are expected in the coming days to charge one of Trump's first-term national security advisors, John Bolton, now a top Trump critic with mishandling classified information. [02:30:46] This is according to people familiar with the matter. [02:30:49] In Virginia, prosecutors are expected to seek an indictment of New York Attorney General Letitia James, who won a civil fraud against President Trump. [02:30:59] This was a case that she brought against him on mortgage fraud charges that Siebert and others saw as a weak people familiar with the case said that James has denied wrongdoing. [02:31:10] Of course, she's sitting up there, you know, saying, it's not me, it's political warfare. [02:31:16] Other prosecutors are investigating former CIA director John Brennan, another prominent Trump critic and former FBI director Christopher Wray, who originally was appointed by Trump, but enraged conservatives who came to believe that he had wielded the Bureau's power against them. [02:31:33] Former officials have received subpoenas in recent days about the Ray inquiry, according to a person who has direct knowledge of this matter. [02:31:43] And this is the Wall Street Journal who is reporting all of this, just so everyone knows. [02:31:47] It's really kind of fun to watch the leftists have to report on all of this stuff now. [02:31:52] They have been scooping it under the carpet for so long and getting away with it. [02:31:56] But now it's all coming to fruition. [02:31:59] Loving watching what's happening. [02:32:01] Again, this was another one that they treated kindly. [02:32:06] Bolton, who spent I don't know how many hours attacking President Trump on CNN and his memoir, The Room Where It Happened, he has been accused of keeping notes, classified memos, digital files that National Security Council explicitly warned him to return. [02:32:24] You have investigators that are saying that he lied during his debriefing, claiming that he had no notes from his White House tenure, only for NSC to later discover otherwise. [02:32:35] On August 22nd, FBI agents executed a court-authorized search of Bolton's Maryland home and his Washington, D.C. office as part of an investigation into possible improper retention, transmission, or loss of classified information. [02:32:53] According to unsealed court documents, agents seized multiple devices, computers, tablets, iPads, flash drives, and cell phones, along with a box of documents that were labeled Trump and a binder titled Statements and Reflections to Allied Strikes. [02:33:11] The search warrant affidavit was partially redacted. [02:33:14] It references potential violations of the Espionage Act and statutes governing unauthorized transmission or retention of national defense information. [02:33:26] This is big stuff. [02:33:28] He should be a little concerned. [02:33:31] So I'm going to try to play you another video. [02:33:33] I don't know if I'll be able to or not, but this one is from the Calvin Kuhl I1 account. [02:33:40] Just in John Bolton is expected to be indicted next week over his possession of classified material. [02:33:47] You got to love this. [02:33:49] Bolton, former National Security Advisor, turned sharp critic of Donald Trump, is expected to be the subject of a complaint or even an indictment as early as next week. [02:34:00] MSNBC, citing two sources, is reporting exclusively that the acting U.S. attorney in Maryland is moving forward quickly to seek criminal charges against Bolton. [02:34:11] They reportedly relate to claims that he improperly kept classified national security information in his Maryland home. [02:34:18] His home was searched in August. [02:34:20] Bolton's lawyer insists that his client, John Bolton, did nothing improper. [02:34:25] It is the second instance of targeting a prominent Trump critic. [02:34:29] Bolton, former national security. === Yes, Deborah Says (13:29) === [02:34:30] Oh my gosh, I could just watch it forever because it's so fun to watch. [02:34:34] I mean, this whole coup that they orchestrated and launched against the president of the United States, not only while he was president, but then when they stole an election, and then when he came back, they tried to destroy him so that he wouldn't, so that we wouldn't be able to get him back in the Oval Office. [02:34:52] But like I say, and I say it a million times over, we are so fortunate to have President Trump in the position that he's in. [02:35:00] And back in the Oval Office, nobody else would have put up with any of this. [02:35:03] They would have just said, you know what? [02:35:05] Not going to go through this. [02:35:06] President Trump said, no, I'm going to double down. [02:35:09] I'm going to do this just right. [02:35:11] And that's exactly what he's done. [02:35:13] This is the man for our times. [02:35:15] There is no question about it. [02:35:18] So we're going to head on over to the question of the day. [02:35:22] I wasn't able to play that either today. [02:35:24] It's wild. [02:35:25] I've had some problems with some videos today, but that's okay. [02:35:29] Luckily, we've got all of the things that we need to carry on even without all that jazz. [02:35:35] But here we go. [02:35:36] Let me just get set up for you here. [02:35:39] Our question of the day was: Are you in favor of President Trump invoking the Insurrection Act? [02:35:45] Now, hopefully, you all have had a moment to respond to this. [02:35:49] And here is what you had to say. [02:35:52] Sig Tor YTTP, is it your birthday? [02:35:55] Did I read that in chat? [02:35:57] If it was, happy birthday. [02:35:58] And by the way, I wanted to thank you so much. [02:36:01] When you found out that I had shared all of my honey, you sent me another one. [02:36:07] Thank you so much for that. [02:36:08] I was really upset that I took that on my little boat trip, my boat outing, because I shared it all and I came back empty-handed. [02:36:14] And I was like, oh my gosh. [02:36:16] And you were so sweet to send me another bottle of honey. [02:36:20] So, honey, this one is for you. [02:36:22] Happy birthday if it is your birthday. [02:36:24] All right, she says, Julie, you're amazing. [02:36:26] And thank you for all you do for our beautiful USA. [02:36:29] Yes, is the answer to her question. [02:36:31] Winning MAGA. [02:36:32] All right. [02:36:33] So yes, is what she is saying. [02:36:34] If President Trump should invoke the Insurrection Act, then we've got Miss Molly McFrawley. [02:36:40] I owe you some pictures, girl. [02:36:42] I know. [02:36:42] I got to get the boys in good shape, though. [02:36:44] I got to take them in. [02:36:45] They've got to get their little, you know, Manny Patty and little do done. [02:36:50] My little two poodles, all four pounds of them. [02:36:53] She has been kind enough to possibly do a little drawing for them. [02:36:57] But I want them in good form. [02:36:59] And I want to get some new pictures for you. [02:37:00] So it's going to take me a minute to get all of that organized. [02:37:02] We're looking a little shabby around here. [02:37:04] Maybe I can do that on Monday, my Columbus Day holiday. [02:37:07] I'll do my best. [02:37:09] Anyway, she says, yes, we are a nation of law and order. [02:37:47] I'm sure there are things in the works as we speak. [02:37:50] But with that said, as a last resort, I will support him if and when he decides to invoke the Insurrection Act. [02:41:44] Let me do that again. [02:41:45] I screwed it up. [02:41:46] At hippie D 87544 says yes. [02:41:49] It's past time for him to do that. [02:41:51] If the Cameltae was photos and had done that, we'd all be in adjacent cells. [02:41:57] Trump is doing that to preserve freedom, not to take it away from law-abiding citizens. [02:42:04] Then you've got Kristen Kiefer who says yes, yes, and yes. [02:42:09] Make America safe again. [02:42:11] At BJ Colum 77570727, I believe President Trump will hold off on invoking the Insurrection Act until absolutely necessary, but I do favor it. [02:42:22] At my big block, FE1 says yes. [02:43:38] Okay, what's your solution? [02:43:40] Small caps today. [02:43:41] King Bob. [02:43:43] Thank you, King Bob. [02:43:45] Then you've got at Demick underscore Deborah who says, absolutely. [02:44:21] And he thinks that he's on his side, the Israeli side. [02:44:26] But anyway. [02:44:27] I think President Trump in doing the Middle East and his deal there proves that he is just a president for peace. [02:44:36] He wants peace around the world, and he has done an incredible job in eight months of getting to the bottom of eight wars. [02:44:44] I cannot even believe most people cannot even accomplish that in their entire term. [02:44:50] And in eight months, President Trump has done the absolute unthinkable. [02:44:54] Aaron at E. Maplehoff, and that's at E. Maplehoff, says yes. [02:44:59] Now we go over to YouTube. [02:45:13] So give me one little second. [02:45:15] Whenever I do a switcheroo, it's hard. [02:45:19] Let me just make sure that you're going to be able to do this. [02:45:20] There you go. [02:45:21] See, they're putting ads on this, and I don't know why, because we're not signed up for ads. [02:45:24] But anyway, I guess that's what YouTube does. [02:47:03] At Victo, Main Guy, 2407, who says yes. [02:47:08] At Jen S. It Broman, Jen Essett Broman, who says President Trump is required to invoke the Insurrection Act by law, and he is bound by his oath to uphold and defend the Constitution of the U.S. against all enemies, foreign and domestic. [02:47:23] That's a yes. [02:47:25] You have Nancy 9954, yes. [02:47:28] I don't think he has much of a choice not to. [02:47:29] When domestic terrorists attack people and their mayors and governors refuse to see the problem, then absolutely. [02:47:34] At Miss Florida Girl Peace says, you better believe it. [02:47:37] We're dealing with barbarians. [02:47:39] You have at USSCO, who says yes. [02:47:42] You have Ronnie J. Wade, 12, yes. [02:47:45] You've got Kathleen Christensen, 8654, yes. [02:48:02] Awesome. [02:48:03] Great. [02:48:04] So we hope to see that happen. [02:48:06] Especially when he's got all these crazy mayors and, you know, governors like Pritzker in Chicago. [02:48:12] People are dying. [02:48:13] This is serious. [02:48:14] Get on the stick. [02:48:16] All right, everybody. [02:48:17] This has been so much fun. [02:48:19] I enjoyed it today. [02:48:20] I hope you all did. [02:48:21] I hope you like my new opening. [02:48:22] I was so excited to show that to you. [02:48:24] It's going to take me some practice to get used to that because whenever you deliver something with music playing behind you, you can get a little distracted. [02:48:32] But I want to hear what you have to say about that. [02:48:35] If you noticed anyway, if you didn't notice, maybe that's good. [02:48:38] Maybe it just flowed the way it was supposed to. [02:48:41] But, you know, I'm a major critic of my own self, probably the biggest critic of them all. [02:48:46] And so if there's one little tiny thing, I notice. [02:48:48] And I noticed. [02:48:49] But anyway, we won't go into that. [02:48:52] I hope you all had a wonderful, wonderful rest of your day. [02:48:57] I hope you have a great Sunday. [02:48:58] I hope you miss us on Monday. [02:49:00] We will miss you. [02:49:01] We'll be back on Tuesday at 3 o'clock p.m. Eastern Time. [02:49:05] Just so you all know, we are taking Monday off. [02:49:07] We are Columbus enthusiasts. [02:49:10] So we'll be taking off. [02:49:12] We'll be, you know, skipping school on Monday, but I'm sure there's going to be a lot of news that is going to be dropping. [02:49:18] So we will definitely be keeping an eye over there on all of that and trying to keep you posted on what's going on on our X pages, of course, where all the news hits first, it seems these days. [02:49:28] I want to thank you all for being here so much. [02:49:30] Thank you for all of your support. [02:49:32] You're truly amazing. [02:49:33] I wanted to give a big shout out to my team. [02:49:36] A huge round of applause for the incredible team that works tirelessly behind the scenes. [02:49:41] You all know who they are. [02:49:43] Endless gratitude to the brilliant Patriot Penzy for crafting insightful articles and conducting meticulous research and to the storytelling virtuoso Rob Plegram Sr., who has delivered these engaging monologues and curating the top news stories. [02:49:58] Don't still know how he does it. [02:50:00] I don't know how he can whittle it down to 10 stories in a week. [02:50:02] It's an incredible, it's crazy good that he can do that. [02:50:05] I could not. [02:50:06] When he was on vacation, I was like, what am I supposed to do? [02:50:09] How do I even figure out what's going to make the top 10? [02:50:12] I mean, who's going to be number one? [02:50:14] It was a mess. [02:50:14] But anyway, Rob, I truly appreciate you. [02:50:17] Another reason why I'm taking Monday off. [02:50:19] I need to recover from that week. [02:50:22] Anyway, I also want to thank Fleet Admiral James, whose contributions enrich every aspect of what we do. [02:50:28] And thank you all for keeping him in your prayers. [02:50:31] He's doing really well. [02:50:32] He truly is. [02:50:33] But thank you for all of that. [02:50:35] And then MegaVolt007 for the invaluable ideas and countless efforts that helped drive us forward. [02:50:42] Finally, a standing ovation to all of you. [02:50:45] My gems, where would we be without you and to our amazing mods who foster a safe, welcoming space where we can all connect, share, and spill the tea. [02:50:55] We are so grateful for everything that you all do. [02:50:57] I know it can get a little rough in there. [02:50:59] You do a wonderful job. [02:51:00] Thank you. [02:51:01] I also want to mention that this stream, it showcases the music of Bobby Troop featuring the track Lemon Twist alongside additional selections by Julie London. [02:51:13] These timeless melodies have been generously shared by Nick Twit and Link London. [02:51:18] Our heartfelt thanks goes to them and their contributions. [02:51:22] Nick Twit is recovering as well. [02:51:24] Thank you so much for keeping him in your prayers. [02:51:28] Just a fabulous, wonderful person. [02:51:30] And he is just doing so well. [02:51:32] And in fact, when I was doing the monologue piece that I wanted to put some music behind, he is my music coordinator. [02:51:38] He is the best in the biz. [02:51:39] And I'm like, hey, what should I do? [02:51:41] And he's like, I got something for you. [02:51:43] So that was his idea. [02:51:44] So thank you, Nick. [02:51:45] I really appreciate you helping me out there. [02:51:46] I thought, hey, let's put some music behind it. [02:51:48] And he's like, hey, I got a solution. [02:51:50] So thanks for being there. [02:51:51] Appreciate you more than you know. [02:51:53] So for a complete playlist, you can check out the video description below.
