And the most explosive of all, Tulsi Gabbard released declassified documents and made a criminal referral to the DOJ against Obama, Brennan, Comey, Clapper, and others for a treasonous conspiracy.

This settlement can't change what happened at Columbia, but it corrects policy going forward and it sends a powerful message to other universities to not let these things happen ever again.
In at number two, you've got President Trump who visits the Federal Reserve to look at their now $3.1 billion plus construction project as Jerome Powell faces criminal referral.

We haven't spoken to the president or anybody about a pardon just yet.
And, you know, listen, the president this morning said he had the power to do so.
We hope he exercises that power in the right and just way.
CNN is having to report on this.
See, they thought they were going to be able to use all of this against President Trump, but it doesn't look like it's going to work out in their favor.
And he goes on.
She was asked maybe about 100 different people.
She answered questions about everybody and she didn't hold anything back.
She was asked dear in headlight moment for CNN because they know so many of the people that actually got on the Lolita Express and made many trips there.
Then you've got President Trump and he says, Look, he's allowed to pardon Ghelane Maxwell.
The only reason he'd do that is if she would expose the Epstein clients.

Well, I mean, I don't know if they haven't seen your questions yet, so we'll have to reserve that thought for now.
Says this was the first opportunity she's had ever been given the answer to questions about what happened.
And the truth will come out about what happened with Mr. Epstein.
And she's the person who's answering those questions.

I like to reveal my sources because they're really great.
I mean, people were working so hard on X to get these stories out because we are fighting an uphill battle, as you know.
The lamestream media is not going to tell you what is going on.

So Mike Lee is out there at based Mike Lee and he says the Senate shouldn't recess before clearing the 135 nominee confirmation backlog.
If the Senate recesses anyway, it should actually recess no pro forma sessions as their only purpose is to prevent, of course, President Trump from making recess appointments.
The Senate can't have it both ways.
So President Trump is out on Truth Social and he's like, Look, it is very important that Republicans must play to win.
Clear the 135 so badly needed.
And he's right.

These are the things that he needs to get done.
He's got to have the people in place to do them.

You remember all of that?
Well, it was a complete psyop.
They were all in on it.
Well, now you're starting to see all of these different, you know, podcasts and headline news agencies and websites.
Not only are they dropping in number, but they're folding tent.
You're not seeing near the amount that you once did in President Trump's first term.
And it's because a lot of this money has dried up thanks to President Trump.
So they come out with a story.
And here's their latest.
You've got David Kornball, so I'd like to call him.
It's David Corn DC.
He says, here's a new scandal bigger than the Epstein mess.
Trump's top intel officer is fabricating evidence so his DOJ can prosecute Obama and his aides with possible show trials.
As Trump says, whether it's right or wrong, it's time to go after people.
Oh, please, don't even bother.
Mother Jones, say no more.
This is the peak conspiracy theory territory.
We've all been through this one before.
Let me know when they start citing credible sources instead of spinning wild tales for clicks, because that's all this is about.
They just want to stay in business.

Well, Rob D. Martin has put together a wonderful thread, and of course, he's citing the sources of the CBO.

Reforming it could be the first domino in fixing the system.
So here you've got an explanation of why they're always wrong.
I'm sure you can answer the question yourselves, but the real reason Washington can't balance the budget.
Well, this is by at Rod D. Martin.

It's not the voters.
It's not even the politicians.
It's a broken, biased, unaccountable bureaucracy inside Congress.
The CBO is the biggest obstacle to real fiscal reform.
Here's how Trump can fix it.
So here's the case study.
They've got the CBO's failed track record, tax cuts and jobs act.
CBO estimated TCGJA would decrease revenue by $1.5 million.
Inflation Reduction Act, CBO estimated the IRA's energy provisions would cost $390 billion.
Then you've got the actual revenue that came through 2024 when they said that it was going to decrease by $1.5 trillion.
Well, the actual revenue in 2024, it came in at $1.5 trillion, higher than projected.
Then, when you have the CBO estimated the IRA's energy provision, that it would cost $390 billion, by late 2023, the updated projections indicated that energy provisions had grown to $660 billion in cost.
So, they're always wrong.
The Congressional Budget Office, the CBO, was created, just so everyone knows, in 1974 by Democrat Congress.
Imagine our surprise.
Its mission was to score every bill, to predict the cost of every tax cut and spending hike.
But there's a problem: it's always wrong, and it's always in the same direction.
So, you can see here from this chart, the CBO, JCT, the projection of capital gains tax revenue and actual tax revenues.
Here's the CBO, the capital gains tax projection in January 2004.
It's at 45.
The actual tax revenues is at 61.
The CBO always overstates the cost of tax cuts.
It understates the cost of new spending.
And then it treats growth like a myth.
It ignores real-world outcomes.
Its bogus numbers dominate every budget debate.
So, why?
It's a deep state front whose purpose is to grow the deep state.
I know, shocker, right?
Here are some examples.
The CBO said repealing the death tax would cost $600 billion.
Well, it only raises $34 billion a year.
The CBO said that the Trump tax cuts would cost $1.5 trillion.
They actually increase revenue by $1.5 trillion.
The CBO said that $80 billion for the IRS would bring in $200 billion.
It brought $1.3 billion.
The CBO's biggest failures: well, here's Obamacare.
You've got CBO estimate up to 25 million people will enroll in Obamacare plans, enrollment of roughly 12 million, less than 50%.
Inflation Reduction Act, you've got the CBO score was $58.1 billion in savings.
The reality is $428 billion in new deficit.
Then in 2023, you've got deficit spending and revenues.
The CBO projected relatively stable deficit for 2023.
It underestimated deficit by $1.41 trillion.
I mean, they're just wrong.
He goes on to say that these aren't just harmless errors.
They distort the debate by deceiving both lawmakers and the public.
Government should not be lying to push the interest of one party over the other.
It's beyond corrupt.
Yet the CBO lies more than Obama ICA.
And it's true.
They're just liars, thugs, and thieves.
The CBO acts like its scores are law, even settled science.
So does the media, the enemy media.
But Trump's economic advisor, Kevin Hassett, said they assume no growth, no change, no reality.
Stephen Moore said that a Ouija board would be more accurate.
And he's right.
The solution, you have to force transparency.
Make the CBO publish its methods and assumptions.
Hold hearings, document its worst mistakes, bring in outside experts, let Congress compare multiple models, not just the bureaucracies.

So I just thought I would bring that up because that's what they do a lot of the time is they'll say, oh, but the CBO says, and that's what they hang their hat on.
Well, when you start to realize they're always wrong and that it's a whole bunch of bureaucracy, red tape people that just want it to go their way and it's a deep state, yet again, running the show, it's good to know.

And you've got Devin Nunes, who explains that it wasn't just the Russia hoax.
There was the Ukraine impeachment hoax, the Hunter Biden laptop hoax, all orchestrated and coordinated by the same individuals.

And of course, he has now turned to Truth Social.
He's got a great gig over there.
He's out of the swamp for now.
I think he saw all that he wanted to see from them.
But here he is talking about it.
He knows.
How would you rate that criminal acuity with some of the top members of President Obama's team?
Well, you know, the one thing that I didn't have that Director Gabbard was able to acquire that was released about a week ago was the information of the Presidential Daily Brief, PDB, but I won't use the acronyms.
But basically, this is the briefing that the president's supposed to get.
Matt, one of the reasons I knew that the Russia hoax was a hoax right at the beginning is because right after the 2016 election, the House Intelligence Committee that I was chairing, we were one of the first to be briefed by the FBI and the intelligence agencies about election, about the election.
This is a common briefing.
It happens every election.
The House Intelligence Committee, Senate Intelligence Committee gets these briefings.
Well, at that briefing, we were told that Nothing unusual happened.
And in fact, when I read the PDB, it jogged my memory to say, wow, I heard that before.
I heard it actually right after the election around Thanksgiving.
And then now we know, leading up to December 9th, meetings occur.
Obama, and look, he was responsible.
He was in the meeting.
He was the president.
Now, who brought him the idea?
Who initiated it?
You know, I don't really care.
I just want to make sure that everyone is held accountable.
And hopefully, as they start to look at all of this, and I really see this as one giant hoax.
Okay, so it's not just about the Russia hoax.
You will remember well, the Ukraine impeachment hoax, the Hunter Biden laptop hoax.
I mean, we can go on and on about hoaxes.
These are all done by the same people, and they should all be held accountable.
And so it'll be interesting to see, and I say, you know, the biggest hoax of all, of all the things, there's lots of them, but of this giant hoax was the raid at Mar-a-Lago.
And I think that could hold some keys.
Whatever evidence can be found there and how it relates to all of this, which is essentially just a get Trump hoax all in one.
Hopefully they can find some information there and then everybody can, you can, you can lump all of this in.

Who knows what kinds of pathogens are in these labs, and if released, could create another COVID-like pandemic.

HRSA examined 351 cases where organ donation was authorized but ultimately not completed.
It found 103 cases, 29.3% showed concerning features, including 73 patients with neurological signs incompatible with organ donation.
These people were alive.
I mean, neurological signs.
Their brain was working.
At least 28 patients may not have been deceased at the time of organ procurement was initiated, raising serious ethical and legal questions.
Then you have the evidence pointing to poor neurologic assessments, lacks of coordination with medical teams, questionable consent practices, and misclassification of causes of death, particularly in overdose cases.
So the HHS has found systemic disregard for sanctity of life in organ transplant system.
This is the sickest thing I've ever read.
It is making me question whether I should be an organ donor anymore because I was and I am as we speak.

So Secretary Kennedy, he threatens closure of the organ procurement organization.

I mean, this whole thing, this whole probe covers RussiaGate election interference and DOJ weaponization all the way back to Hillary Clinton.

So an Obama spokesperson responds to Trump's assertion, Barack Obama was the ringleader of the Russia collusion hoax.

They go on to say that we assessed the foreign adversaries did not use cyber attacks on election infrastructure to alter the U.S. presidential election outcome this year.
We have no evidence of cyber manipulation of election infrastructure intended to alter results.

Then on Tuesday, President Trump said that Obama is guilty of treason.

And it was only after, substantially, like a month and a half after the election, that it got printed.
And it was a big wisp.

I feel like I'm just repeating myself because we've gone through this for so many years and now we're revisiting it.
But the difference is you've got the people in power who are going to do something about it.
So, on December 9th, 2016, you have Barack Obama, who ordered a new intelligence community assessment to find out what happened that election year.
New outlets within hours leaked the answer: Vladimir Putin, he aspired to help Donald Trump for whom he had a clear preference.
So, they went wild with it.
You see all of these different articles.
You can just check them all out.
All of this stuff was just running rampant.
President Trump was a product of Russia.
This is what they thought.
This is what they were going with.
The report totally, completely reveals that the conclusion was based on just four pieces of evidence: it was the Steele dossier.
Five people read it five ways.
It was scant, unclear, unverifiable fragment of one sentence that the report's five CIA authors read five ways and left out John Brennan, who ordered it back in.
Then you have implausible, if not ridiculous.
The third was an email with no date, no identified sender, no clear recipient, and no classification.
The fourth was an assertion supposedly corroborated by multiple sources, all absent.
The liaison reporting didn't mention Trump and was anyway from 2014 before he was a candidate.
So that was way before.
We don't have direct information.
The report was written by just five CIA analysts handpicked by Brennan.
We don't have direct information that Putin wanted to get Trump elected to pleaded.
We were to push this.
An analyst pleaded with the intelligence chiefs to leave out the steel material, but the orders were clear.
Our instructions were that anything we had was to be used.
Now, this is from an FBI source.
We were to push this.
Then when John Brennan was confronted with the steel dossier flaws, he replied, yes, but doesn't it ring true?
Gosh, what a creepo.
So that's what he had to say.

FBI Director James Comey said the dossier was important to keep in.
He thought for sure it should be included.

Brennan directed inclusion of a substandard reporting on December 9th, 2016.
This is after Obama Oval Office meeting, ignoring the standards because it was a presidential directive.
The report accuses Brennan of misleading lawmakers by denying dossier use in the ICA, though it was referenced in the text and annex.
The DNI revelations is that Brennan and IC leaders mischaracterized intelligence to create a contrived false narrative of Putin's Trump preference, suppressing all of this information that made the claim implausible, if not ridiculous.
Brennan overruled officers who noted we don't have direct information that Putin wanted to get Trump elected.
In December 2016 memo, Brennan stated that there is strong consensus among us on the scope, nature, and intent of Russian interference in our presidential election.
The ICA was unusually directed by senior officials like Brennan using just five analysts and one principal drafter.
The DNI revelations, Brennan attended a December 9th, 2016 White House meeting where Obama directed creation of the ICA to detail Russian tools influencing the election.

I'm asking you in the media to conduct honest journalism, and the American people want to see this all for themselves.

My role as the director of national intelligence, my job, again, as I said when I came into this role, was to make sure that we are telling the truth to the American people and that we are ensuring that the intelligence community is not being politicized.
So I'm not asking you to take my word for it.
I'm asking you and the media to conduct honest journalism and the American people to see for yourself in the documents that we've released now close to 200 pages that point in multiple references, multiple examples, to include comments that have been made by senior intelligence professionals who are some still working within these agencies today that confirm the conclusions that we have drawn.
That President Obama directed an intelligence community assessment to be created to further this contrived false narrative that ultimately led to a years-long coup to try to undermine President Trump's presidency.
Yep, and that's exactly what it was for.
And as a result, I mean, this is why I'm saying, hey, I would love to see President Trump get another term out of this because he should.
Then you've got fake news CNN that cuts away, right?

Multiple intelligence community assessments released in the months leading up to the November 2016 election concluded that Russia had neither the intent nor capability to impact the outcome of the U.S. election.
On December 5th.
We've been listening there to the Director of National Intelligence, Tulsi Gabbard, continuing on what has now been a multi-day effort, not only with public statements like this, but release of documents to attempt to back up the quite extreme allegation that President Obama is guilty of treason and that he worked in some sort of conspiracy with Hillary Clinton, etc., in the assessment by the intelligence community at the time that Russia interfered in the 2016 election.
This is the director of national intelligence speaking.
And this clown tries to reshape the narrative while she is speaking.
They cut out 20 seconds after she begins as soon as they heard exactly what she was accusing Obama of.

But there are going to be multiple drops.
And like I say, this is just the beginning.
I mean, there are going to be things that are going to come out now that you're not even going to be able to believe.
I mean, they say that it's going to be mind-blowing.
General Flynn, he torches Mike Pence, says that he must be questioned in the criminal probe over the Russia hoax setup.
Let me tell you, anybody that was close to President Trump back then were placed there on purpose.
All of those that were not invited back let you know that President Trump sees them for the traitors that they actually are.
They did nothing to help him, even though they knew better.
Pence was one of them.
Of course, you had Paul Ryan.
You had Mitt Romney.
You had all of the different players that were going after President Trump.
They were part of this.
I'm telling you what, especially Pence.
He was second in line to the presidency.
Should they take President Trump down?
Let that ring clear.
Was there a motivation there?
Absolutely there was.
He could have been president if they were able to take President Trump down.
That's what he was sitting on the fence hoping for.
He couldn't wait to be tapped for that position.
And then he just bided his time.
He was also involved in the January 6th coup.
Oh my gosh, that guy should absolutely just make you ill.
He needs to be investigated.
100% investigated, as do the others, because they were all in on it.
We still don't know what was in those envelopes during Bush Sr.'s funeral.
We still haven't gotten anywhere close to what that was.
But they all received a letter and they all had these crazy looks on their faces when they opened it.
We know that this was a coup.
We know that they all knew what was going down and they just played their parts and bided their time.
And then they were just the spokespeople, right?
They would get on any media program that would have them so that they could continue to talk up these allegations in one way or another.
But it's going to be interesting because there were plenty of Republicans, so-called Republicans involved in this thing than not.

Well, I'm sure by now, you've come to the conclusion that yes, most likely they did.
Anything that they could do to get President Trump, they used.

So new revelations connect Obama to the Russian gate hoax.

And of course, they're going to go after anybody and everybody that is talking about this.
Colbert ended up losing his show as a result.
But while all of this is going down, let me tell you what, President Trump, he's busy.
He's busy doing the work that presidents do because it's important that he gets all of those things done because that's what he promised the American people.
So he has got the right people in the right places this time around and they are doing the work that they need to do while President Trump is doing the work that he needs to do.
And boy, what a job he is doing.
You've got a huge win.
I mean, President Trump, the Supreme Court, allows Trump to fire three Biden-appointed Democrats on Consumer Product Safety Commission.
You've got President Trump who delivers remarks and signs executive orders at an AI summit.
You've got Trump announces a massive deal with Japan with 15% reciprocal tariffs, $550 billion to be invested with U.S. receiving 90% of the profits.
You've got Trump who announces $16 million settlement with CBS over fraudulent Kamala Harris interview.
That's right.
They even tried to fake an interview because she was so bad.
All other mainstream media liars are on notice.
They have all been given a warning.
You don't mess with Trump and you don't mess with the American people and you don't mess with our country.
No, sir.
You want to talk about a constitutional crisis that they were all warning us about for years?
They created it.
It originated with them.
These are the biggest group of traitors and they need to be treated as such.
All of them.
They must be brought to justice immediately.
And I want it to be painful.
I want them to be out in the public to explain this job, this hit job that they did on a duly elected president and on the American people themselves.
And we need to be in the front row because guess what?
We were the victims here and we deserve that right.
And we deserve to have our say in what happens to them because they did it to us.

But thank goodness, again, by miracle, President Trump, absolute divine intervention that he was able to survive those two assassination attempts because I'm sure over time we will find out who ordered those as well.
But he's here for a reason.
He's got a job to do.

I mean, they covered it up.
They sent the FBI into Epstein Island and they got anything and everything they could, and it was over.
Then you have a well-placed prosecutor, Jim Comey's daughter, Maureen Comey, who is put in charge to make sure that all of that information is suppressed.
This is what we actually have.
And then daddy is telling her exactly what to do with it.
Gosh, it's just so obvious of how this whole, the whole deck has been stacked and on purpose.
And well thought out, mind you.
I mean, they put all of these people in place to make sure that it goes the way they want it to.
Ghylaine Maxwell granted limited immunity while giving DOJ 100 different people linked to Jeffrey Epstein.

We can only just wait, bide our time, and see what comes out.

And we've got to just get to the bottom of it.

But we know the last administration.

Then you've got Tulsi Gabbard that is laying down the biggest crime of the century, which is where you have got a former president who did all of this, this complete hoax, and did everything that they could to get President Trump to undermine everything that he was doing, a treasonous conspiracy, and they want to talk about Epstein.
I mean, there's a time and a place, and we're going to get to it too, but you had CNN that even cut away from the story.
