Just in the past seven days, we had a drone attack by Ukraine, which destroyed a third of Russia's bomber fleet and undoubtedly prolonged the war.
A terrorist attack in Boulder, Colorado, in which a Jew-hating, pro-Hamas, illegal alien terrorist threw a Molotov cocktails at peaceful and defensive Jewish people while shouting, Free Palestine and lighting himself on fire.
Still more judicial tyranny by activist leftist judges, no surprises there.
And of course, the end of the bromance, the breakup of President Trump and Elon Musk.
Who saw that coming this week?
But in a week overflowing with shocking stories, among the most disturbing was the revelation that Biden's auto pen was clearly misused to usurp the authority of the President of the United States.
This heinous activity challenges the very foundation of our country.
That's why today's show will be all about that.
Biden's Autopen, the star of the show.
To put this issue in its proper context, let's talk about the utter lawlessness of the Biden administration, shall we?
From the earliest days of the Biden administration, the environment shifted to one of rampant lawfare, wide open borders with officials instructed to not enforce laws, relentless pushing of DEI initiatives to the point of absurdity, including the irreversible mutilation of children, selective enforcement of laws with conservatives routinely targeted, think of January 6th,
trespassers treated as terrorists, the political weaponization of government, and finally, the use of the auto pen to sign documents in place of an incompetent adult president.
It was all criminal.
Based on all of these outward characteristics, power was clearly in the hands of radical leftist extremists, and we couldn't understand how they wielded their corrupt power so easily.
Well, now we know.
They had a mentally adult puppet president who would say, do, or sign anything.
Joe Biden has been a chronic liar for 50 years, so he was the perfect puppet.
As their boldness increased, they utilized the auto pen so they didn't have to involve Joe at all.
This is so disturbing that it is no wonder that people like fake Jake Yapper and Karine Jean-Pierre are distancing themselves from the Joe Biden debacle.

And apparently, right now, as we speak, Elon Musk is going through all of his posts on social media and he's erasing them all, deleting everything.
And anything that has to do with President Trump, wouldn't you?

You've got a situation where there was just an immediate reaction and it played out for all to see.
But here you have the response from JD Vance.

Donald Trump didn't do anything wrong with Jeffrey Epstein.

My basic read on it.
First of all, I'm the vice president to President Trump.
My loyalties are always going to be with the president.
And I think that Elon, he's an incredible entrepreneur.
He's actually done, I think Doge was really good.
The sort of effort to root out waste, fraud, and abuse in our country was really good.
And look, man, I'm always going to be loyal to the president, and I hope that eventually Elon kind of comes back into the fold.
Maybe that's not possible now because he's gone so nuclear.
Well, it's feeling hard.
I hope it is because it gets.
It's feeling to hurt.
Why, though?
Do you know why?
Yeah, I mean, so, look, I think, number one, Elon's new to politics, right?
So his businesses are being attacked nonstop.
They're literally like firebombing some of his cars.
And by the way, we're looking into a lot of this stuff.
I mean, some of that stuff we're looking into is an act of terrorism at the Department of Justice because I think it is an act of terrorism.
So I think part of it is this guy got into politics and has suffered a lot for it.
But I mean, and I and I get the frustration there and I get the frustration that, I mean, look, Congress got the spending bill, but the main purpose of the bill is not actually spending or cutting spending, though it does cut a lot of spending.
The main purpose of the bill is to prevent the biggest tax increase.
But I understand, like, it's a good bill.
It's not a perfect bill.
Like, the process in D.C., if you're a business leader, you probably get frustrated with that process because it's more, you know, bureaucratic.
It's more slow moving.
So I think there's just some frustrations there.
But I really, man, I think it's a huge mistake for him to go after the president like that.
And I think that if he and the president are in some blood feud, most importantly, it's going to be bad for the country.
But I think it's going to be, I don't think it's going to be good for Elon either.
And it's not good for anybody.
It's really not.
We've got to focus on the issues at hand.
We have got so many enemies.
It's been proven time and time again.
We've got to get the agenda going.
We've got to get it approved.
And we need to turn this whole ship around.
As you all know, during the Biden years, it shows how fast we were being taken over by communists.
And they were going to control, take away your freedoms.
You saw it over and over again.
And we have got a lot of things to make right before they try to do it again.
We know that they're all sitting on the fence just hoping for their next shot.

But the Democrat Party, I cannot even imagine being on that side of the fence.

They have no idea what side they're on.
So, Hakeem Jeffries, he was confronted with the brutal Democrat polling numbers by CBS.
That's not exactly a ringing endorsement of the Democrat leadership, and they're talking about the numbers, which includes you.
So, how do you respond to something like that?
Well, of course, TDS rules the roost in all of their heads.
But if I were on the Republican side of things, I mean, you've got an opponent that was completely wiped out in the last election, right?
If you seriously wanted to win, you would just go ahead and stomp them on out, right?
Just go ahead and cut them at the root.
Instead, you've got Republicans that are trying to throw a wrench into everything this president is doing, even though we the people gave President Trump a complete landslide victory, a mandate, something of epic proportions.
Minorities, independents, all those people that were on the fence.
We're looking at you, Republicans, to make sure that President Trump's agenda gets passed so that people will go back to the polls and vote the way they did in the last election.
We need that in order to save this country and not revert back to what was going on in the Biden years.

And the fact that they were bold and brazen enough to put up Kamala Harris, thinking that they could just take that one too, oh my gosh, it lets you know their mentality.

Politics of the moment, Leader Jeffries, when it comes to Democratic Party voters, they are frustrated.
They want you all to have backbone.
They want you to have a spine.
CBS News polling shows 66% of them are frustrated by the way their party has handled the administration thus far.
50 plus percent say it makes them feel nervous.
86 percent say their party should be doing more to oppose the president.
That's not exactly a ringing endorsement of the Democratic leadership, which includes you.
So, how do you respond to all of that?
Well, one, people in this country are understandably frustrated because this is all unprecedented.
This daily outrage, the flooding the zone, the parade of horribles that Donald Trump and his minions in Congress have unleashed on the American people.
This is unprecedented.
And it is, of course, unsettling because it's all un-American.
And I think what we'll continue to do as Democrats is to show up and stand up and speak up.

For all Americans out there, you've got 190 representatives that are Democrats that wanted to use our taxpayer money to fund SBA loans to illegal aliens.

Our government presented El Salvador with an arrest warrant, and they agreed to return him to our country.
We're grateful to President Bukele for agreeing to return him to our country to face these very serious charges.
This is what American justice looks like.
Upon completion of his sentence, we anticipate he will be returned to his home country of El Salvador.
The grand jury found that over the past nine years, Abrego Garcia has played a significant role in an alien smuggling ring.
They found this was his full-time job, not a contractor.
He was a smuggler of humans and children and women.
He made over 100 trips, the grand jury found, smuggling people throughout our country.
MS-13 members, violent gang terrorist organization members throughout our country.
Thousands of illegal aliens were smuggled.
This is especially disturbing because Abrego Garcia is also alleged with transporting minor children.
The defendant traded the innocence of minor children for profit.
There are even more disturbing facts that the grand jury uncovered.
It is alleged this defendant is part of the same smuggling ring responsible for the death of more than 50 migrants in 2021 after the tractor trailer overturned in Mexico.
This is part of that same ring.
The defendant abused undocumented alien females according to co-conspirators who were under his control while transporting them throughout our country.
This defendant trafficked firearms and narcotics throughout our country on multiple occasions.
They were using vehicles, SUVs, with added seats in the back, floors that had been ripped out, guns, narcotics, children, women, MS-13 members.
That is what the grand jury found.
A co-conspirator alleged that the defendant solicited nude photographs and videos of a minor.
A co-conspirator also alleges the defendant played a role in the murder of a rival gang member's mother.
Unbelievable.
This is who the left has decided they want to defend, that they want back in this country.

Like I say, I mean, really, if you've got a person that you are playing in any sport and they are down this low, go ahead and finish it.
I mean, really, make them famous.
Show everybody exactly what they're for and what they stand for.

Gaines then burns Biles with a stinging reply.
This was absolutely incredible.
So of course, you've got Simone Biles, the most decorated U.S. gymnast in history.
She had a complete and total meltdown after the former NCAA champion swimmer and women's rights advocate Riley Gaines roasted a high school girls team for using a biological boy to win a state title.
So on Friday, you had 4A Champlain Park Rebel Girls softball team.
They won its first forever state championship by a 6-0 score because of a boy pretending to be a girl.
Marissa Rothenberger pitched a complete game, two-hit shutout to get the win.
And so Riley absolutely points out why it happened.
She says, comments off, LOL, as they made the announcement.
Meet Chaplin Park, the class AAA softball state champion for 2025.
And she says, the comments are off, of course.
To be expected when your star player is a boy.
Well, that didn't stop Simone Biles from saying, I mean, here she goes.
She says, Riley underscore Gaines underscore, you're truly sick.
All of this campaigning because you lost a race.
Straight up sore loser.
You should be uplifting the trans community and perhaps finding a way to make sports inclusive or creating a new avenue where trans feel safe in sports.
Maybe, and she goes on to defend this whole thing.
I mean, it is the wildest of all.
They went back and forth.
And of course, Riley, it did not stop her.
I mean, she was like, no.
So, so instead of take, she says, Riley goes, you were truly sick.
All of this campaigning because of your being a straight-up shower-loser, she said that you should be uplifting this.
But instead, you bully them.
One thing is for sure is that no one in sports is safe with you around.
Well, Biles later told Gaines, bully someone your own size, which would ironically be male.
Of course, given the fact that Biles stands at four feet eight inches tall, pretty much everyone looks like a giant to her.
But she wasn't expecting Gaines to fire back in the fashion that she did.
She says, this is so disappointing.
My take is the least controversial take on the planet.
Simone Biles, being a male apologist at the expense of young girls' dreams, she wrote, didn't have that on my bingo card.
Maybe she could complete in a pommel horse and rings in 2028.
Well, for those wondering who that was, a pommel horse is, it's a men's gymnastic equipment used in the artistic gymnastics events at the Olympics.
It's debatable whether Biles could even make it onto the apparatus.
But Gaines also added, no, hello, I'm 5'5, which is about an inch taller than the average female in America.
That's not exactly a giant.
So these two definitely had a brawl.

We have a shocking claim that FEMA and the Biden White House covered up an extent of dangers to East Palestine residents following a train derailment.

The Biden administration was slow to react after the 2023 derailment of Norfolk Southern Freight Train.
You all remember that?
Well, Biden never, they all forgot about it.
It took Pete Buttajudge the pressure from the public to show up, I don't know how many months later, for him to do a tour in his brand new safety vest and brand new hard hat that it just came right out of a packet, package, and new boots, brand new shiny boots.
Well, the Biden administration was slow to react after the 2023 derailment, and you had all of this carcinogenic chemicals near the small town of East Palestine, Ohio.
You had several influencers there on the ground that were offering help.
Benny Johnson was giving away money to some of these residents.
It was a horrible situation.
The air was filled with fumes of dangerous gas during the controlled release burn.
And despite the residents reporting mysterious rashes and headaches following the massive toxic chemical explosion, as well as the death of chickens and pets, marine life, and other wildlife, the Biden administration was slow to respond.
They were too busy sending money to foreign countries and worrying about what was going on overseas and their money laundering operations than they were about what was happening here in America.
Almost seven months later, Joe Biden finally decided to send FEMA executive Jim McPherson to assess the status and to address unmet needs.
In an exclusive from NewsNation, although the new documents from FEMA were obtained through the Freedom of Information Act, it revealed extensive coordination between FEMA, the White House, and other agencies, serious concerns about the impact on residents' health.
They were completely buried.
You had Leslie Pacey, an investigator with the Government Accountability Project, told NewsNation that FEMA knew health care was the number one issue.
They also knew that they called this plum a really toxic plume and that they knew that it would be the potential for cancer clusters.
They knew all of this.
Well, you all saw it, right?
You saw that big puff of black smoke.
The agency noted the occurrence of a cancer cluster in East Palestine is not zero and expressed the need for Tripwire to identify cancer clusters.
Pacey added it was only discussed internally and it actually was discussed all the way to the White House and they did absolutely nothing.
There's White House officials and National Security Council officials discussing the dangers of the cancer cluster potential and the health issues and discussing whether or not to release the unmet needs report to the public and to the media.
They buried this story completely, 100%, regardless of what the public should know, regardless of what they knew.
They were not going to disclose it to any of the residents.

In a fiery Fox business interview on Tuesday, President Trump's newly appointed crypto czar and AI czar, David Sachs, he pulled no punches, directly accusing radical leftist senator Elizabeth Warren, well, you may know her as Pocahontas, of running the Biden White House infamous auto pen and using it as a weapon to terrorize the crypto community.
Sachs, the Silicon Valley entrepreneur, turned pro-Trump policymaker, didn't mince words during the interview.
He accused Pocahontas Warren of waging a personal war against digital finance, calling her actions pathological hatred of crypto.
So he wasn't quiet about it either.

So here you've got, shh, don't tell Joe.
David Sachs just said Pocahontas had the auto pen and wasn't afraid to use it in that segment.

She wants to drive this community offshore.
She doesn't want it happening in the United States.
That's the wrong policy for the United States.

He was caught on an undercover video admitting that Joe Biden's chief of staff ran the Biden White House.

You're going to be running all right.
You're going to be running, hopefully, which would be to the dismay of many Democrats because here's the thing.
He's running for cover anywhere he can get it.
And this was their poster boy.
They honestly thought that David Hogg was going to be the guy for, you know, to take over the Democrat Party, that he was this young, fresh face.
Well, he's been doing absolutely everything they didn't want him to do.
So Project Veritas, they released part one of an explosive undercover investigation, revealing shocking truths about who truly controlled the Biden White House through a covert meeting with David Hogg.
You had vice chair of the Democrat National Committee, which they elected him to, and then they're now trying to use their DEI to remove him from.
You have the former staffer of the Biden White House Office of Digital Strategy.
Veritas uncovered a web of influence centered around Joe Biden's chief of staff, Anthony Bernal, and the tight-knit inner circle.
So in a candid on-camera interview, Hogg stated that Joe Biden's chief of staff, Anthony Bernal, he had enormous amount of power, emphasizing that the bigger issue was the inner circle that was around Biden.
Well, these revelations point to a hidden power structure that operated behind the scenes, raising questions about transparency and accountability in the Biden administration.
So Deterian Jones, who worked directly in the Biden White House, he described Bernal as a shadowy wizard of Oz type figure who wielded an enormous amount of power.
Jones admitted to avoiding Bernal, calling him scary and noting that his influence was an open secret among staff.
These statements expose a culture of fear and unchecked authority within the administration.
Well, we all knew something was wonky up in there.
I mean, seriously, we all watched it with our own eyes.
We knew that Joe Biden wasn't even capable of even putting out a speech.
He wasn't capable of answering any questions.
They were ushering reporters out as soon as they were ushered in.
He was only asking reporters and tapping on reporters that would ask him what his favorite ice cream was and hand him softball questions that he had on note cards, the answers.
This whole thing was completely orchestrated and they weren't even good at it.
So how corrupt is the DNC if so many knew about Biden?
I mean, you've got people that are openly asking the question, what is going to be done about it?
Well, the bigger issue is this inner circle that was around Biden.
And Joe Biden's chief of staff, he had enormous, enormous amounts of power.
So he just let it all spill.
And that was another slash in his armor because, of course, the Democrats are now watching everything that David Hogg says and does.
They certainly don't want him to be the vice chair of the Democrat National Committee now.

Well, you move on to the possible crimes that were committed by Joe Biden staffers who used the auto pen without presidential awareness.
You've got this whole thing lined out.
I mean, incredible stuff.
When you start talking about what these people can be charged with, well, don't hesitate.
Go ahead and throw the book at them.
They absolutely betrayed the will of the people right there.
This is treason of the highest level.
And so what would they be charged with?
I mean, when you talk about the fact that you have the auto pen by Biden staffers, an automated signature device that has been used to sign executive orders and potentially even pardons and even justices.
You know, I mean, look at what we got.
We got, I mean, my gosh, our Supreme Court has even been affected.
So you've got Jim Comer, Republican Kentucky, the House Oversight Chair.
He has said that a legislative subpoena, many of them, are being sent out.
But what crimes could they be pursuing?
Plenty.
And I'm going to give you the list right here.
18 USC, Section 471, forgery of United States documents.
That's one.
18 USC, Section 912, Impersonation of a Federal Officer.
That's another.
18 USC, Section 1001, False Statements.
18 USC, Section 371, Conspiracy to Defraud the United States.
18 USC, you have Section 1503, 1512, Obstruction of Justice.
18 USC, Section 1341, 1343, Wire or Mail Fraud.
You have got all of these charges that are going to be pursued.

If two or more persons conspire either to commit any offense against the United States or to defraud the United States and one or more of such persons to any act to the effect the to affect the object of the conspiracy.
Hello, this is big.
This statute, it doesn't just require someone to do the illegal act.
It criminalizes the agreement and the coordination to make it happen.
Even if one person presses the button, those who helped plan, cover up, or enable it are liable.
So here are a few of the people that are on the hook for that at different points.
And they could also be personally liable for these key staffers.
Definitely.
They were in a position of power and trust, and that particular section will apply to them.
White House legal counsels, Dana Ramos, Stuart DeLeary.
You have Ed Sickle.
They likely provided approval, even if informal, to the presidential staff as they wielded Biden's tremendous power.
You have the White House chief of staff.
You have Ron Klain and Jeff Zintz, who likely directed and at least knew of the use of the auto pen to approve the key documents.
You have the White House Communications Director.
You have Kate Beddingfield from 2021 to 2023.
You also have Ben LeBolt, who helped orchestrate the cover-up from the public, cabinet secretaries, and Congress.
So from this particular release from Project Veritas, it also appears that First Lady Jill Biden's chief of staff, of course, as you know, we just discussed him, Anthony Bernal, he also wielded this power to an authority in the Biden White House.
So it is definitely there.
This is a stain on our history, what they did to this country during those four years, these staffers and anybody else that could get near it.
Obama's name has not come up yet, but I'm sure it will.
All roads lead to the O'Biden administration, as we like to call it.
President Trump responds to potential Jill Biden testimony, signals that he knows who operated the auto pen.
It was actually more than one person.
Of course, it was.
It was a free-for-all.
So, President Trump responded to the Biden health cover-up and the auto pen scandal.
It was during a press conference in the Oval Office on Friday in response to whether or not he thinks Jill Biden could be called to testify on what she released in the White House.
And this was not this Friday, but Friday before.
And he said that he hates the idea of Jill Biden, the wife of a man who was going through a lot of problems, being called to testify before a congressional committee about her role in the cover-up.
Still, they have to do what's right, he told reporters.
And so, I fully expect that she's going to have a number of questions to answer.
So, you had White House press secretary Caroline Levitt, who responded to Jill Biden's possible testimony, saying that she thinks Jill should certainly speak up about what she saw in regards to her husband and when she saw and what she knew.
I mean, let's face it, Nurse Jill was basically handcuffed to Biden that entire time.
And there was a reason why Nurse Jill was there.
So, she definitely needs to answer for it.
And though I appreciate the fact that President Trump doesn't want the former first lady, if that's what you want to call her, the former first nurse, if you want to call her that, that's better, probably.
But when you have her running around part of the cover-up, making sure that when Biden does something, that she's there to distract or pull him away or pull him off stage or give him a cue of some sort.
Yes, she knew.
Of course, she knew.
We watched her.
We saw it with our own eyes.
So, President Trump then addressed Biden's rigged election and the scandals that followed.
He said, I think the auto pen is going to become one of the greatest scandals of all time.
And I agree.
I think it will as well.
He then explained the true purpose of the auto pen and how it could have been abused without Biden's knowledge.
It would be very hard, he said, if someone in the Trump administration for them to get away with signing something without President's knowledge, because the next day or sooner, I'd be reading about something that I knew nothing about, Trump said.
With Biden, however, they seemingly took advantage of his cognitive state.
Auto pens, President Trump said, to me, are used to sign letters to people because we get, I think they said, 20,000 letters a week.
And then he added that he prefers to sign every action or letter to a foreign dignitary by hand, of course.
And he said, I understand.
He signed almost everything with an auto pen.
It's a very dangerous thing.
It means you're not president.
And he said, we think we know who operated the pen and that it was multiple individuals, not just one.
So, of course, that is the biggest scandal of all.
And it's a question that has been asked time and time again.
Oh, it looks like we've got a little bit of white on X, but we're still blank, so that's okay.
We've got plenty in the bag, let me tell you.
Joe Biden has broken his silence.
This is after President Trump orders an investigation into who ran the White House while Joe was in office.

Now, think about this.
You've got all of these different newscasters on the left, including Jean-Pierre, who are distancing themselves and fake Yapper distancing themselves from what they knew, what they were reporting, and when they knew it.
In fact, you have Jean-Pierre, who has now written a book called Independent, because she's leaving the Democrat Party, because she's so upset that she didn't get it offered a position on The View, and because she was the biggest liar of them all.
So now she thinks that if she were to divorce the party completely and separate herself from Joe Biden, all will be forgiven and forgotten.
Not the case.
Same thing with Paskenki.
You know, her ratings just completely went into the tank, right?
They're running reruns now of her show because no one believes these people anymore.
It's been proven the whole thing was a farce.
Okay, you don't pull something like that on a country, especially the United States.
You don't do something like that and get away with it.
And we need the Trump administration to absolutely hammer this one home.
I mean, we need one home run after another.
We need perps.

We need reporters in the bushes, even if it's our own reporters in the bushes getting shots of all of this.
We need these criminals brought to justice.
So in recent months, it has been increasingly apparent that former President Biden aides abused the power of the presidential signatures through the use of the auto pen to conceal Biden's cognitive decline and assert Article II authority.
Now this is what President Trump wrote in a memo.
This conspiracy marks one of the most dangerous and concerning scandals in American history.
The American public was purposefully shielded from discovering who wielded the executive power all while Biden's signature was deployed across thousands of documents to effect radical policy shifts.
So they could always blame the old guy, right?
And they were going to get their agenda done regardless.
Clear, given clear indications that President Biden lacked the capacity to exercise his presidential authority if his advisors secretly use the mechanical signature pen to conceal this incapacity while taking radical executive actions,
all in his name, that would constitute an unconstitutional wielding of the power of the presidency and circumstance that would have implications for the legality and validity of numerous executive actions undertaken in Biden's name.

Well, Biden released a statement on late Wednesday saying that the investigation by Trump was a major distraction and that he made all of the decisions.
This is a quote from him.
I made all of the decisions about the pardons, executive orders, legislation, and proclamations.
Any suggestion that I didn't is ridiculous and false.
This is nothing but more than a distraction by Donald Trump and congressional Republicans who are working to push a disastrous legislation that would cut essential programs like Medicaid and rage costs on American families, all to pay for tax breaks for the ultra-wealthy and big corporations, he added.
Well, Biden absolutely had no clue, certainly, of what was going on.
I mean, here's the deal.
You have Reuters who obtained an email from Ed Martin, the Justice Department's pardon attorney.
Ed Martin telling staff that he has been ordered to investigate clemency allegedly granted by Biden in the final of his time in the office to his family members and death row inmates.
Martin identified the gatekeepers involved in the auto pin scandal late last month.
He said, I had a whistleblower in my office 10 days ago, senior, senior Democrat saying, look, it was these three people that had controlled access and they were making money off of it, Martin told Mark Halperin.
I don't know if I believe it yet, but the point is I think we have got to get to the bottom of it for the American people and to protect the process.
And that's what we're doing.
Although Martin couldn't name names, he said the senior Democrat whistleblower worked as a high-level advisor in Joe Biden's 2020 campaign.
Three gatekeepers who were allegedly selling access to the auto pen were Biden's chief of staff, Ron Klan, Mao lover and senior White House advisor, Anita Dunn, and Biden attorney Bob Bauer.
So Martin said former Biden counsel Steve Roschetti and Jill Biden were also lead characters in the Biden White House.
I mean, you can basically see who was doing what.
Really, really something else that they were able to get away with it, but they're not.

We're not going to let them get away with it.

And that's another reason why I always start my morning whenever I am on X or Truth, and I always search for what President Trump is doing.
First, I always hit truth because I want to see exactly what President Trump is saying and how he's saying it.
It's coming right from him.
And you know that he has got a message.
So when he starts talking about the auto pen, and he's been doing it a lot lately, you know that that is something that he's hammering.
And so I always get on board with that because the more pressure we put on the government to say, oh, yes, we are very interested in that story, the more we're going to see the results of that.
So he responded, President Trump did, and he said, you know, on Thursday, the scandal, he was like, it's nothing more than a distraction.
He responded to Biden's statement and the auto pen scandal.
He recently directed his White House counsel, David Warrington, in a consultation with Attorney General Pam Bondi to investigate whether certain individuals conspired to deceive the public.
And of course they did.
President Trump absolutely is on it.
He knows exactly.
He said, I'm sure he didn't know that it is wrong.
It is illegal.
It's so bad.
I mean, he's really kind of giving Joe Biden, look, this guy is a victim.
I mean, this is elderly abuse, right?
They were taking advantage of this guy.
Yes, he's a crook.
Yes, he's been in politics forever.
He's one of the biggest liars of them all.
I mean, he's run for office before and couldn't get elected based on all of the nonsense that he was spewing during elections.

He'd fall over.
He couldn't even stand up at a podium.

Well, President Trump orders the investigation on who ran the United States while President Biden was in office amid the growing Autopen scandal.
I remember way back when President Trump, even before he was elected, he was asking on truth, who's running the White House?
Who's running the country?
He did that over and over again.
President Trump knew.
He knew way back when.
He's 10 steps ahead of these fools.
You have Representative James Comer who predicts Biden's Autopen executive orders could be easily thrown out in court.
Okay, hello.
This was a jaw-dropping interview on Fox News Sunday Morning Futures.
House Oversight Chairman James Comer laid out a stunning prediction.
If evidence proves Joe Biden had no knowledge of the executive orders being signed in his name via Autopen, then it could be completely invalidated in court.
That absolutely could happen.
To this dismay of many Democrats, that would mean two things.
Not only would they be reversed, but they would absolutely be involved and would be prosecuted as a result.
So you had this exchange.
The cover-up of President Biden's obvious mental decline is a historic scandal.
The American people deserve to know when this decline began, how far it progressed, and who was making critical decisions on his behalf.
Key executive actions signed by the Autopen, such as sweeping pardons for the Biden crime family, must be examined, considering President Biden's diminished capacity.
Today, we are calling on President Biden's physician and former White House advisors to participate in transcribed interviews so that we can begin to uncover the truth.
In the last Congress, the Biden White House blocked these individuals from providing testimony to the Oversight Committee as part of the effort to cover up Biden's declining health.
Any continued obstruction will be met with swift and decisive action.
The American people demand transparency and accountability now.
But the committee's concern, it runs far deeper.
Did Biden even know these orders were being signed?
And if not, who was in charge?
Well, when you talk about using the AutoPen to sign these executive orders, these executive orders were meant to Trump-proof this White House.
And if we can find information that would lead us to believe that Joe Biden had no knowledge of those executive orders being signed in his name, then I think that the Trump administration could get them thrown out in court.
And then Trump would be able to execute his agenda a whole lot easier without all of the Trump proofing that happened with the AutoPen at the end of the Biden administration.
You see the damage that they did.
They were sitting there saying, okay, when President Trump gets back into this office, and of course at that time, they knew they started signing all of these executive orders like crazy.
Of course they were.
So the Biden Autopin scandal, here is an analysis of Joe Biden's location and schedule while the Autopen signed pardons and commutations.
He wasn't there.
Joe Biden was not there.
The Oversight Project released part three of their analysis of the AutoPen scandal.
Amid the DOJ investigation, the Oversight Project, it previously determined that all of the pardons issued on January 19th had the exact same auto pen signature.
They gathered every document they could find with Biden's signature, all used the same, except for the announcement that he was dropping out of the 2024 election.
Let's see what's happening on the X, and it's working, looks like.
So you can see exactly how this thing, they're exactly the same.
Exactly the same.
This is how it was done, folks.
Absolutely criminal, criminal behavior.
So Comer, he has expanded the investigation into Biden's health cover-up.
And of course, you've got all of these people that are saying, okay, what is going on here?
Who is responsible?
And he has had to get these letters out.
The letters were sent today to Michael Donnellin, former senior advisor to the president, Anita Dunn, former senior advisor to the president for communications, Ronald Klan, former chief of staff, Bruce Reed, who is the former deputy chief of staff for policy.
Steve Roschetti, the former counselor to the president.
The people deserved full transparency, and the House Oversight Committee is conducting a thorough investigation to provide answers and accountability.
The cover-up of President Joe Biden's mental decline is one of the greatest scandals in our nation's history.
Well, I mean, I would kind of argue with that because, I mean, they put him up there regardless.
They installed him.
You all remember when they stopped counting the votes and President Trump was in the lead?
I mean, stealing an election is pretty high up there on my list as well.
And the fact that they persecuted January 6ers, American people.
I mean, Joe Biden actually had speeches where he was condemning MAGA and basically making sure that he weaponized the entire government against conservatives.
They were watching your bank accounts to see if you were purchasing flags or Bibles.
I mean, that was a clear indicator that you were conservative.
They were putting FBI in Catholic churches, right, so that they could have some direct involvement in all of that.
I mean, this weaponization doesn't even scratch the surface.
You, if you are an American citizen, you were affected by this regime in one way or another, especially when you talk about the fact that Joe Biden was up there, right?
And he shouldn't have been.
Huge scandals among us.
So he used the auto pen to sign all pardons during his final week, with one glaring exception.

And of course, the glaring exception is Hunter Biden.
He signed that one personally.
So the executive grant of clemency, Joseph R. Biden Jr., President of the United States, to all whom these present shall come, greeting.
But let it be known that this day, I, Joseph R. Biden Jr., President of the United States, pursuant to my powers under Article 2, Section 2, Clause 1 of the Constitution, have granted onto Hunter, Robert Hunter Biden, a full and unconditional pardon.
There you have it.
That's Joe Biden's signature.
Unbelievable.
Now, this is after he said that he was not going to pardon Hunter.
You remember all of those interviews?
He was a parrot.
He was going around and around from one interview to the next.
And there were all kinds of things in this whole thing with Joe, with Hunter Biden.
I mean, they let the statute of limitations pass on some charges.
Hunter got a sweetheart deal that, you know, you have a federal judge in Delaware who ultimately rejected it.
You had both sides that were working to make sure that Hunter Biden got away with it.
It resulted in Attorney General Merrick Garland appointing a special counsel in the case.
Incredibly, Garland appointed Robert Weiss, the same federal prosecutor who sabotaged the Hunter case.
The pardon absolves Hunter of any possible drug involvement, sex trafficking, lobbying, bribery, foreign agent, or other crimes involving Ukraine and several other foreign governments or companies, including China.
I mean, when you start the date of 2014, it coincides with the year Hunter joined the board of the Ukrainian energy firm Burisma, an influence peddling scheme alleged to have involved Joe Biden.
Alleged, let's toss that word.
Let's call it for what it is.
It absolutely was, and he absolutely was involved.
Joe Biden, Hunter Biden, the entire Biden family were absolutely in on all of it.
This is how politicians, especially the dirty ones, make their money, folks.
It's not from the salaries that we give them.
There's all kinds of opportunities.
There's all kinds of moons and methods in which they make their do-re-me, and this was one.
So Hunter was later convicted of three felony charges that related to the purchase of a gun in June of 2024.
He faced sentencing in the gun case on December 12th and in the tax case on December 16th.
So of course, the mystery surrounding Hunter Biden has not been solved.
America still does not know who ultimately had Biden sign the remaining ones.
Hopefully the Justice Department will provide America with answers soon.
I know most people absolutely are curious.
So who is winning?
President Trump is winning, regardless of what is happening on X or these feuds or these fallouts or what have you.
The American people know that this president is here for them.
Absolutely.
And he is.
I've never seen a president like this.
And we will probably never have one again, like President Trump.
The Ras Mussen poll on optimism for the future hits an all-time high under President Trump.
The majority of Americans now believe the country is absolutely on the right track, a development which the White House celebrated and attributed to the leadership of President Donald Trump.
Here you go.
You have got right direction just in rolling average of last night and prior four nights, unchartered territory.
Here you've got the GOP with 75% to the Dems at 31%.
To others, 45%.
The U.S. voters are increasingly optimistic.
It is huge.
People are seeing the efforts made by President Trump and his efforts alone, his close administration, they are working hand over fist night and day to make sure that we get everything right.
President Trump's approval rating higher now than Obama and Bush at the same time in second terms.
I mean, here it is.
The full approval.
President Trump has got more power, but it's earned.
It's deserved because he's doing exactly what he campaigned for.
So as of two days ago, Trump's approval rating in the RCP average, 47.5%, is higher than Obama's and Bush's at this point in their second term.
It's amazing what is happening.
The country is wide awake.
We should be absolutely celebrating all of this.

Shocked by the new poll that demolishes Democrats.
They say that just 16% Dems have strong leaders.
There you have it.
While discussing it, you've got, you know, them saying, wow, wow, wow.
16 of Americans say Democrats, 40% say the Republican Party.
Now, overall, no party is doing great.
Lots of Americans say neither of these qualities apply to either party.
Now, this is CNN.
But only 19 of Americans say that about the Democrats, but 36 is saying that about Republicans, that the Republicans are the party that gets things done.
Well, we would certainly be able to get a lot more done if you had Speaker Mike Johnson stop taking vacations and start working for a change, because there is a lot to do.

Apparently, there's a rumor on X right now that is floating about where they're saying that Scott Pescent and Besant and Elon Musk got into it pretty heavy.
And so we're starting to find out the details of all of that.
You know, they're first with these stories.
And for some reason, I'm still having my trouble with, of course, X.
But believe it or not, I took a little snapshot of this little number so you know what everybody's talking about.
Scott said, you're a fraud.
You're a total fraud, Bannon said in an interview.
Musk then rammed his shoulder into Besant's rib cage like a rugby player, Bannon said.
And Besant hit him back.
Multiple people stepped in to break up the scrum as the two men reached the National Security Advisor's office and Musk was shuffled out of the West Wing.
President Trump heard about it and said, this is too much.
And this is according to Steve Bannon.
Take that for what you will.
And because this is a story that is all around right now.
And a lot of people are hesitant, like Kat, my co-host, who is saying, hey, you know what?
Wait on those stories because the truth definitely has not completely come out yet.
And we don't trust these media outlets.
I mean, they've lied to us all this time.
There's no way we're going to listen to them now.
Why would we?
They have lied and lied and continue to lie.
So, of course, we're a little hesitant.
Not just a little, a lot.
A lot hesitant about what they say on these platforms.
So we're going to head right back into our question of the day because there's a lot that is going on with that.
And it's that big, beautiful bill.
It is what caused the chaos.
