The Supreme Court has weighed in.
They will allow the Trump administration transgender military ban to take effect.
President Trump asked them last month to intervene after a lower court temporarily blocked his ban on transgender groups.
And Levine also lost his position in this fight, which goes right along with all of this.
This is huge.
I'm so glad.
Yeah, that Levine, who's a guy who dresses up like a girl, and the only reason he got his job in Pennsylvania, and then the only reason he got his job there, and then they make him an admirable.
You know what a kick in the nuts that is?

To all the people who've worked and all the, think about somebody that's enlisted and, you know, they get up to be, you know, Sergeant first class, or something, or you know, you spend your whole life in the Navy.

You know, an Army guy, but let's say Army and you're a Fulbright colonel or you work a one-star general or two-star or you know, a lieutenant general.
And then, um, so and then here comes this uh transgender that they just throw in there and give her admiral rank.

It's horseshit and it spits on everybody that's worked their butt off and from basic training on, worked their way up the ladder over 30 years to get where they're at.

And that's to purge senior Pentagon leadership, demanding a 20% reduction in four-star generals and admirals across all branches as well.
This is according to a memo that was obtained by no less than CNN.
So he's very serious about the work that he's doing because he knows that the military itself, just like education, has been infiltrated, right?
It's been infiltrated by all of these different entities.
One of the main reasons that Pete's, they're number one on their I gotta get him out list for the left is because of this transgender policy.
Don't doubt me.

Because they're transgender everything all the time.
Transgenders rule the world, according to Democrats.
They're on top.
They're more important than everybody else.
They need all the attention.

On May 5th, the Defense Secretary, Pete Hegseth, he ordered a 20% cut, which would reduce this number to about 30.
This order has not yet been implemented, so the current count remains at 38.
They're shrinking this stuff.
They're going to bring it in.
They're not just going to give a huge sweep of power all across.
They're going to tighten it.
The three liberal ladies is the one that voted against it.

So accordingly, this lawsuit accuses the powerful duo of running what ALF describes as an unconstitutional shadow agency and violating federal transparency laws.
The lawsuit was filed on April 22nd, and it slammed the Judicial Conference of the United States and its administrative arm, both overseen by Chief Justice Roberts as rogue executive agencies that have collaborated with the far-left lawmakers to wage lawfare against conservative Supreme Court justices.
So you've got the complaint.
It is a huge one.
It's been filed.
And of course, this has to do with the fact that they have tried to exempt themselves from the Freedom of Information Act, FOIA.
They have functioned more like an executive agency rather than neutral arms of the judiciary.
The AFL argues that these entities must comply with FOIA because they exercise executive powers, which makes sense completely.
And so you've got, it's including people on the left that have been asking about certain communications, White House and Johnson, two of the most vocal Democrats.
They've been saying, hey, you know what?
We can't get information out of this group.
So they have filed this lawsuit.
And we're looking for transparency.
And I think this is fantastic that AFL has taken them to court.
It needed to happen.
No one's above the law.

I mean, you may have an R next to your name, Chief Justice Roberts, but that doesn't mean that you just get to know.
He's never been an R. He's not.

He tells the story of how America came to fund gain of function research in Wuhan in all of the history of gain of function research.
We cannot point to a single good thing that has come of it, is what President Trump said.
And it's true.
What good has happened as a result of this stuff?
Nothing.
Mr. President, a gain of function, this is an historic day, the end of gain of function research funding by the federal government and also controls by private corporations on gain of function studies.
This was the kind of study that was engaged in by the United States military and intelligence agencies beginning in 1947.
By 1969, the CIA said that they had reached nuclear equivalency, that they could kill the entire U.S. population for 29 cents a person.
That year, President Nixon went to Fort Dietrich and announced a unilateral end to this kind of research, what they called dual-use research, research that was for vaccination and also for military purposes.
He then persuaded over 180 countries to sign the bioweapons charter in 1973.
That basically ended gain of function research around the globe until 2002.
Or 2001, after the anthrax attacks, we passed the Patriot Act.
And the Patriot Act had a provision, a little known provision in it, that said that although the bioweapons charter is still in effect and the Geneva Convention is still in effect, U.S. federal officials who violate it cannot be prosecuted.
And that relaunched a bioweapons arms race, and that was driven by gain of function research.
In 2014, three of those bugs escaped from U.S. labs, and President Obama declared a moratorium on future use.
And instead, a lot of that research was moved offshore to the Wuhan lab.
We have launched bioweapons arms race all around the country, all around the world, so that China is engaged in it, developing all kinds of weapons using AI and CRISPR technologies that are really devastating.
Russia is deeply engaged in it, Iran, and many other countries.
It's a kind of weapon that always has blowback.
There's always bad news.
And the justification for this kind of weaponry was, and these kinds of research was always that we have to do this, develop vaccines to counter a future pandemic.
In all of the history of gain of function research, we can't point to a single good thing that's come from it.
And today I commend President Trump for his courage and his vision in ending U.S. bioweapons research in China.

It's a historic day for him to do this because it needed to happen a long time ago.
So I'm glad to see President Trump on this.
I mean, when you think about this, back in 2014, Dr. Anthony Fauci's National Institute of Allergy and Infection Diseases funneled a $3.7 million grant through EcoHealth with nearly $600,000 sent to WIV for bat coronavirus studies, research many Republicans slam as dangerous gain of function experiments that could have sparked a pandemic.
So, of course, President Trump unveiled a new revamped C-19 website, and it's titled Lab Leak: The True Origins of COVID-19, replacing the previous COVID.gov site that provided public health resources.
The new site strongly endorses the lab leak theory, asserting that SARS-CoV-2 virus likely originated from a laboratory incident at the Wuhan Institute of Virology in China involving the gain of function research.
So, of course, you had in the final days of his presidency, who does Joe Biden pardon? Fauci, shielding him from potential prosecution over allegations he misled Congress about the research.

When you talk about China and what a stronghold they have on America, they do.
This is another reason why President Trump had to do this action: imposing duties to address the synthetic opioid supply chain in the People's Republic of China.
