You've got the House that passed a bill to renew FISA warrantless spy program by 273 to 147.
Here are 126 Republicans who voted yes to snoop on Americans without meaningful terms and without meaningful limits on them.

The story today is Andy Biggs put a standalone bill that just said basically this.
The FBI has to get a warrant to spy on Americans.
End of story.
And it tied and Speaker Johnson did the tiebreaker and voted with the FBI and Joe Biden and Merrick Garland.
Oh boy, it is so true.
But not only that, you had Speaker Johnson.
Not only did he break the tie, but this clown, he took the orders of Biden because the Biden administration and Merrick Garland were the ones making the calls to Congress ahead of time in order to sway the vote, which they did when President Trump said specifically yesterday, kill the bill.
They went wrong.
For what Biden and the Biden regime was saying, not what President Trump was saying.
Now you know who they are.
Welcome to the Democrat Party.
That's what we have.
And a lot of Democrats voted.
I mean, it was a split vote, but think about that.
You claim, these scumbags, that's all they have, they're lowlifes.
They claim to represent, you put them in there, and you're in a district, You vote them in as a Republican to represent you.
And they go up there on a standalone bill like that and they vote that the FBI can spy on all you people that voted for me in Congress without a warrant.
But not me because I exempted myself.

And then first thing he does is talk about Ukraine.
And then he goes and gets in a little circle.

I never trust them when they do that.
And I'm a Christian.
I don't trust that at all.
You're not going to fool me with that stuff, man.

And then, of course, you know, there was a lot of people that were really rallying for Stefanik to be VP. You can go ahead and take her off that list because her name is right here along with them all.
And then you've got another Pence up here.
And then when you complain about them on Twitter, they go, you just don't understand.
You're not in the top security briefings.

Why don't we get to hear anything?
We pay you to watch the FBI, and then you won't even tell us what they're doing.

And then, of course, now you've got the FBI, the former FBI director, right?
You have Andrew McCabe, who admitted on CNN that the FISA application he authorized to spy on Trump advisor Carter Page was wrong.
There were so many mistakes in that.

Back to Trump's post on Truth Social, Andrew, he's calling on House Republicans to block reauthorizing it, saying, quote, kill FISA. It was used illegally against my campaign.
They spied on my campaign, end quote.
Is there any truth to this?
I know we're kind of going back over, relatively speaking, some ancient history.
And one of Trump's old complaints dating back to the 2016 campaign.
He may be referring to the FISA that was used, that was obtained to surveil Carter Page.
We now know there were many mistakes in that FISA. Those are all regrettable.
It was on purpose.
There wasn't mistakes.
They were on purpose.
Y'all were trying to get down a sitting president by any means possible.
The lawyer who got eight months at house arrest and then got his license back was his punishment for treason.
He went in there and he changed a no to a yes in one of the forms.
Unbelievable.
I mean, this has been going long.
Mistakes were made.

That's all you need to do.

And the cops need to remove them because they are not warranted to be there.
So they're targeting your right to speak freely and trying to intimidate you.

And you have Jalen Lobel, who is 18 years old, and another thug shot him and killed him.

Without bond.
They release him back onto the streets.
They are doing nothing with the criminals that are killing people, including police officers.

No, he'd done another big crime and they released him off the street.
Then he killed a duck cop.

Okay, then I read that wrong, because what I was thinking was that they released him after this, and I was completely outraged.
Some liberal judge, he had another violent crime, and they released him with no bail, and then he went right out and killed a cop.
So he was previously arrested by Memphis police in March for an illegal modified semi-automatic weapon with a Glock switch attached and also charged in connection with two stolen vehicles and having a programming device commonly used to steal cars.
He was released at that time without bond.
The media won't schedule an interview with Officer McKinney's mother or family because it doesn't fit the narrative.
He went in there with stolen property, with devices to steal cars, with something that looked like you're going to war in World War II with, and weapons and things to kill people, and this liberal, wacko judge.
No bond!
Do you think that they went and they talked to this gentleman to find out who was in his Facebook group or any of his friends that had him in his Facebook group?

He has to be out.

This is just an example of what's happening.
You've got NBC News, who is reporting that an Afghan over on the FBI terror watch list has spent almost a year in the U.S. after he was caught and released by Border Patrol at the California border in March 2023.
NBC News reports the watch list shows that he's a member of NBC reports that in February, the FBI tipped off ICE, that he may be a national security threat, and ICE later arrested him in San Antonio, Texas.
He was held in ICE detention until his court hearing two weeks ago when a federal immigration judge ordered him to be released on bond despite ICE prosecutors arguing that he's a flight risk.
Now he's out on bond able to roam the U.S. with another court date next year.
This is unbelievable to me.
2025?
That's when he has his next court date?
He's responsible for the deaths of American citizens, and he is here?
He's on an FBI terror watch list?
The FBI don't care about that.
They've got thousands of people knocking on people with Twitter accounts and Instagram accounts who said the wrong thing about Joe Biden.
They got serious work to do.
We got to fund them.
We got to let them spy on us.
My gosh.
This is so, so bad.
This is exactly what's happening.
But yet you've got them wanting to investigate and spy on you rather than taking care of an open border.
They've done nothing with the border.
Absolutely nothing.
I don't want to ever hear, you know, Speaker Johnson saying, oh, it's for the better good and all that nonsense.
I never want to hear that again when they've got an open border.
All these pro-life clinics, remember we're getting burned down?

They passed the bill 273 to 147 here, but there was a motion made by Anna Paulina Luna, Republican from Florida, that's going to hold this up, and there's going to have to be another vote to kind of discharge this to get this over to the Senate.
We don't see this very often.
All that is is a delaying tactic, but they have passed the bill.
The bill is in fact passed, but they can't send it across to the Senate.
Keep in mind that there is a deadline here in about a week and a half where the Senate has to sync up with the House or the House has to align with the Senate to make sure that these programs don't go dark.
But they have passed the bill today, two-year reauthorization through 2026.

All right, so Kelly Ferris says that they have to take another vote next week on a motion to table on the motion to reconsider.
Can you put that in English for us?
Reconsider is basically saying we're going to vote again, okay?
And what you can do to euthanize that, to terminate that, is table it.
That kills it.
So we don't see that very often where somebody demands a roll call vote on that very arcane piece of parliamentary procedure, but basically you hear this at the end of every roll call vote where they move to reconsider and then somebody says they move to table and that's it.
That didn't happen today and that's the holdup that would delay it getting to the Senate, John.

I didn't get any followers for like eight.

I think I had like 680,000 when they did that.
And I went down to 400,000 followers.
And then they just didn't let my account grow for two years.

Well, it couldn't grow.
It couldn't grow because you didn't have conservatives on the platform.
They got rid of all of us and those followers that you lost, that was all of us.

Okay, and so Chief Nerd looked into what the report said, and so this is the report.
Gosh.
Their report, out of 40 deaths, they did the report on three that occurred within the time frame.
So this is only a study of three people.
And then the medical examiner could neither conform nor exclude COVID vaccine as the cause of death on the three people that's in that report.
It's just, you know what, it's just more of a thing.
And then they put out the headline, hey, it's debunking all you misinformation.
It doesn't do that.
Man, we're watching them drop dead doing comedy.
I mean, I don't, every, do a tweet about it.
I know 18 people that died.
Everybody knows a vaccine-injured people.
I do.
I know a bunch of them.
Everybody knows them.
We know it's happening.
You can't lie your way through this.

It's around the clock.
Crime is way high.
And then you've got them not even reporting their statistics.
So in cities like mine, they're not even reporting them.
So they don't even count.

When you end up standing up there with your wallet open paying for your groceries, you realize that no, it's not better under Biden.
And no fool would tell you that it was.
