And it's just, man, it was hard enough for me already.

Everybody does.
It has been one of those things where everybody's like, my gosh, I did not know how valuable that hour was until they took it away.
I know.
It's hard to do everything as it is.
And it's just like, oh man, it's like an hour.
I know.
It hits everybody.
It really does.
Oh my gosh.
Well, it has been a wild couple of hours.
Everybody's weighing in on all of this stuff with TikTok and everything else.
And I know a lot of people read it.
It was only 12 pages.
So I hope everybody got a minute to read it.
They're really great arguments.
And there's a lot of things that are happening as a result of all of the whole thing.
I mean, you now have...
a situation where you've got take down the CCP, you've got the Republicans, the GOP, who now want stronger sanctions for Chinese entities hostile to the U.S.
So now they've pulled out legislation that is aimed at strengthening sanctions against Chinese companies and individuals that have engaged in acts of political warfare against the United States.
It was introduced by the House and Senate Republicans on Wednesday.
The Countering China's Political Warfare Act, and it was sponsored by Tom Cotton, Republican Arizona and Representative Jim Banks.
It would require the Biden government identify and sanction Chinese aligned foreign actors who take hostile action against the U.S. national security interest, which is really interesting.
They're really starting to understand the influence and that we know about the influence between the balloons, between the election interference, between platform manipulation, all of it.
The Chinese are buying our farmland and all of this, our border invasion.
They own 140,000 acres.
Not to mention our politicians.
They own everything.
And all of a sudden they care about it.
I'm not buying it.
I'm not buying it one bit.
It don't make any sense.
When stuff don't make no sense, it don't make no sense.
It is the wildest thing.
And yet they allowed all of this to continue and sat on their heels the entire time.
During all of the social media platform manipulation, the stealing of the 2020 election, all of that stuff, nobody said a word, and now it is the number one topic.
If you think Nancy Pelosi sitting up there, which I've never seen her this giddy, by far, they're like, this and Obamacare is making her happier than anything I've ever seen, and it's not even close.
So if you want to know what we're dealing with, that's it.
But they don't care.
They don't care about China or TikTok.
They don't care about none of it.
They want a power grab.
And this is how they did the Patriot Act.
I don't care what the bill says.
I don't care.
I know liberals.
That's all I need to know is liberals.
And do they care what the bill says five years from now?
Oh, they'll twist it in a million different ways and have a lawyer say, well, that's not what Article 1, page 2 says.
I don't say that.
We got complete power over it.
And that's how they do it.
That's what they did with the Patriot Act.
The Patriot Act comes out and they always use something that everybody hates to start it.
You know, oh my God, 2001 just happened.
Everybody hates terrorists, right?
Let's do the Patriot Act.
It literally said in the bill that they cannot wiretop Americans without warrants.
That was in the bill.
And I remember, everybody, read the bill.
Read the bill.
Read the bill.
It says it right there on paragraph three.
Yeah, we'll see what happens.
Five years later, they're spying on every single American behind the scenes and not telling them.
And this is how this works.
They get their little toe in.
All they want on this is a framework.
They want a framework that says, I have a framework that I can control a social media company.
That's all they need.
And they will twist, turn, get a lawyer, take one paragraph, use the word of the.
Twist it.
Just ignore what's in the bill altogether and say it's not that and make somebody overturn what they're saying.
But all they need is a framework.
Once they get that framework, they turn it against you.
There is so much going on here.
And the prize of the whole thing is who is going to own it predominantly, right?
Ding, ding.
Now you're talking.
So this is what it's really all about.
And when you look at this interview with Mnuchin, you can see that Rumble put out a letter a couple of days ago.
They had put in an offer to buy TikTok.
Okay, you have Mnuchin, who is, of course, saying that he has talked to several investors.
I'm going to play that clip for you.
I bet he has!
Stop this.
Okay, so everybody's all excited about that, right?
Oh, Rumble could get it.
But guess what?
On the other side, you've got Pigelosi and her group.
You've got Gates.
You've got Lauren Powell Jobs.
You've got Hillary Clinton, Soros.
So when you start thinking about...

Zucker smirk.

Him as well.
When you start looking...
Well, he was the number one lobbyist of this, so everybody knows.
He's the number one lobbyist pushing this.
That's why Nancy Pelosi and all of them are happy.
They're as giddy as they can possibly be, and it's because they have an opportunity to buy a platform like this.
Much like Elon Musk bought the Twitter platform, basically, and freed us all, and we got our freedom of speech back.
Well, sort of.
Not entirely, but sort of.
It's a lot different and a lot better than it was when we were all kicked off at that last go around.
But now it's all about power and control and who has the most money to win this fight.
So here is Mnuchin and he's talking about it and very cleverly is throwing out the fact that He's got some bids out there, which is really interesting that he would even do this on MSNBC. But I guess he's trying to put a claim in.

I understand the technology.
It's a great business, and I'm going to put together a group to buy TikTok.
You're trying to buy TikTok?
I am, because this should be owned by U.S. businesses.
There's no way that the Chinese would ever let a U.S. company own something like this in China.

So, you've got all of that happening.

It's Mark Zuckerberg.
It's the Apple guy.
This is a power play, guys.
Nothing more.
Do not trust this.

And if you think that they don't already have your information right now, you're absolutely wrong.
They've been spying on you this entire time if you learned nothing from the TikTok.
I mean, from Twitter and from Facebook and all of the different discoveries.
Facebook, Wikipedia, YouTube, Apple.
Everybody's known about it.
Google is a million times more dangerous to your freedom than TikTok ever will be.
Believe me.
Just the Google searches.
Just how they manipulate that.
Just how Facebook manipulates elections.
And why aren't they going after them companies?
Well, they will.
Don't worry.
They got their little tall.
He needs a bill.
They just need the framework.
And it don't matter what it says in there.
It doesn't matter.
It could be the perfect bill.
And that's why these people are going, oh, you just hadn't read the bill.
Read the bill.
And I'm just like, okay, I read it.
It sucks.
And they're like, well, it gives power to the current president to say who's the threat.
And then that, well, no, there's four things over here before that that say they can only be these four things.
Okay, they're not going to care about that page when they do it in the future.
They're only going to care about that one sentence, and they're going to use that to do what they want.
If you've learned nothing about this government, and I'm just talking in general terms, you will know that they will break every single law, whether it's registered in the books, whether it's, it doesn't matter.
We are dealing with a CIA operation and the psyop on this whole thing is incredible because I don't know if a lot of people know this, but TikTok on their platform, they told users, they actually had a button on their platform to contact their representatives.
So here you've got the CCP that are actively getting their users engaged in calling their representatives and lawmakers to go on this whole entire PSYOP so that they can get exactly what they want.
They've got, you know, the rhinos and the dinos, proud of me, that are fighting back and forth and saying, Oh, well, you know, you don't believe in free speech and you don't believe in free speech.
How could you allow this to happen?
Oh, we have balloons.
Oh, we have election interference.
Oh, they're buying up our farmland.
Nobody said anything until now.
And here it is.
We're looking at an election year and it is a power grab.
And if you think they're not going to use and manipulate Facebook and TikTok like they have all the other social media companies, you're wrong.
They plan on it.
They have a huge plan for all of it.
You just have to know liberals.
You just have to know the Union Party.
You don't have to even know that.
They need a framework like the Patriot Act.
All they need is that framework and that bill sign and they're going to be giddy.
They're doing things without it.
I know.
They don't need it.
Everybody's like, you know, and I got these young people on conservative sides saying, you just don't understand how good this is.
Read the bill.
And they're DMing me.
I say, you don't understand liberals because you're too young, I guess.
You don't understand liberalism and you don't understand nothing if you don't get this.
And then I did a tweet yesterday that got well over a million views.
It's just like, you know, they bought up 140,000 acres of farmland.
Nothing.
All of our jobs got shipped over.
We quit manufacturing.
They took all of our manufacturing.
Nobody said anything but Trump.
They're putting balloons.
Nobody says anything.
They're buying up land next to our military.
Nobody says anything.
95% of all pharmaceuticals are now made In China, nobody says anything.
And then, you know, they release a virus on the world, a man-made virus.
Nobody says anything in Congress.
And here it is.
They're finally mad at what?
TikTok.
The next day, all these big players, we're going to own TikTok.
We're going to own TikTok.
And the only way it's going to be free is if Rumble owns it.
All the other players, I guarantee, are going to suck.
And they're the ones that's going to get it.
Well, and that's exactly what they're going to avoid.
I mean, Rumble put in an offer letter and said, hey, we're interested.
Let's do this.
But then don't think that you're not going to have offers from all over the place, especially the left, because they would love a scenario like this.
Understand, they're already owned by China anyway.
Okay?
So it really wouldn't operate any differently.
These people...
These people are the biggest China-loving people I've ever seen in my life.
Talking about TikTok.
Oh, yeah.
And they have slave labor for Nikes.
And they have slave labor over there for the NBA products.
And nobody says anything.
But all of a sudden, out of the blue, yesterday, the most important thing to all the rhinos and Mike Pence and Nancy Pelosi and all these people I can't stand, the most important.
And I went off last night.
I don't care who on our side likes it.
I don't care.
They can message me all they want.
I'm not budging an inch.
I know what I'm talking about.
Because like Rush Limbaugh said, I know liberals like every inch of my glorious naked body.
He said that all the time.
That's all you need to know.
All you need to know is they need a framework sign that they can control any social media company, and they will get a can opener, and they will get lawyers, and they'll get a flamethrower, and they'll burn it all down from there and rewrite it in their own heads and their minds and twist it like a pretzel until they start taking your account on X. And that's what this is all about.
Nobody's going to convince me otherwise because I know liberals.
I just think it's posturing, really, because they do all of this stuff anyway, whether they agree to it or not.
They're doing it behind the scenes.
The CIA has complete and total access.
They always have.
They can use China as a vessel.
They can use and hide behind Facebook.
They can use and hide behind X or any of the other social media platforms.
They're doing whatever it is that they want to do no matter what.
As it is.
But right now, they're grandstanding and saying, oh, look at us.
Look what we're going to do.
Look at how we're going to solve the problem.
Oh, we're interested.
We've taken an interest.
Isn't that what you all wanted?
And they're posturing.
It's an election year.
And now, all of a sudden, they've got a power grab situation where they could easily power from one side to the other.
But you won't hear them talk about...
I mean, if you were to have a bill, right, that came out...
And they were to say, okay, are you for China buying farmland?
Would you vote for it?
I mean, come on.
And they don't care about that because they're all making money off that.
That's right.
And they want me to sit here and jump up and down and say, oh my God, look at this cool ticket.
Are you kidding me?
Can you imagine getting 354 votes on securing our own damn border?
I mean, what's more dangerous, 12 million unvetted people coming on in the last three years, or some 12-year-old on TikTok right now?
Which one was dangerous?
And they want you to think yesterday that this is a 12-year-old on TikTok.
By God, that's the danger.
It's dangerous.
It ain't near as dangerous as Facebook, I'll tell you that.
They're scum of the earth.
It's a big eye-opener on how this whole thing works and how DeSleaze, how it operates with the money that changes hands and everything else.
There were a lot of receipts that were put out there yesterday.
And seriously, I mean, when you start looking at how big this whole thing is, it really is.
You've got all kinds of lobbyists.
Everybody's pushing for one thing or another.
And it is just a, you know, it's a chef show.
Yeah.
But why?
Why all of a sudden?
Well, because they want to put it out on display for everybody to see.
That's all this is about.
Tugger just put out a video, and I love the headline of this.
The people who've handed our country to China are blaming TikTok.
Are banning TikTok to protect you from China.
The people who've handed our country to China are banning TikTok to protect you from China.
That's exactly what's going on right now.
That's why I don't very seldom throw fits on Twitter, but I was going off last night and I didn't stop because I'm that man.
This is insane.
I looked at some of the people on our side supporting this bill and I'm like, are y'all nuts?
Have y'all gone insane?
Did you not see the Patriot Act?
My God, they're like, well, it reads good.
It reads good.
It doesn't matter.
It could read terrible or the best bill you've ever read in your life.
But they're doing it no matter what.
They're doing it no matter what.
They're doing it anyway.
They want TikTok.
They want TikTok.
They're going to get all their Betos and Zuckerbergs together, and they're going to try to own TikTok in the United States.
This is a hostile takeover.
That's what they want.
It is really wild.
And you know what was really interesting is that they're all talking the same language, too.
I mean, they're all very much aware.
I was watching Laura Loomer when she did a clip over there on Steve Bannon's War Room, and she articulated it beautifully.
Hey, look, where was everybody in this last go-around, this last election, when this whole thing was stolen, when they were obviously interfering in our elections?
Zuckerberg is living his very best life, building bunkers underground, owning half of Hawaii and everything else.
He's buying up everything he possibly can.
No one said a word.
Now all of a sudden they're saying, oh, let's get this side against that side and let's get them all rubbed up about our freedom of speech.
You know what?
We're still banned on platforms.
They're still doing that to this minute, to this day.
Constant.
That's what I was trying to get.
And I talked a little bit to Greenlaw today.
And, I mean, he was saying it.
I mean, he was saying as good as anybody, Glenn Greenwald.
And he had some great tweets.
And I mean, this guy used to be a mega liberal.
He was on Tucker a lot, kind of in the end, Glenn Greenwald.
Oh, okay.
Yeah, so he put out some great tweets about this today.
I like that guy.
He's a liberal, and I talk to him on DMs a good bit when I can, because I just like the guy.
He actually aligns with us a lot.
I mean, he used to be a liberal, but he's like...
He's kind of like us, speaks truth to power now.
He don't care about the left or the right or Democrat or anything like that.
That's the new way, Kat.
I mean, no one is party-affiliated anymore because you see exactly what kind of road they lead you down.
I mean, that's why I left the Republican Party.

It's L.A. I'm sure you saw that.
It's been like this nonstop.
They're going to an ambulance that got stolen.
It's probably a stolen ambulance and the police are behind you.
You know, that is so wild that you say that because, you know, everybody's talking about that one post that was put out about what's happening in Canada.
And I responded to that.
It is not unusual in parts of L.A. where people just leave keys in their front seat of their car and say, please don't break my window.
You can have the car open.
Please just don't do any damage.
If you need it, if you want to, you know, steal the radio or what have you, then do it.
But, oh yeah.
Well, I mean, this is no different.
I mean, here you've got it.
Yeah, I saw a story from Canada today where the police was going, could you just leave your keys in the car so you don't have to confrontate you?
Well, I mean, I would say that to people that live in other states and they would say, no.
And I would take a picture.
I would say, look, here's a note that says, please do not break a window.
The car is open.
Take whatever it is you want.
That's just the way it goes.

So I want to go back to Glenn Greenwood.
This is one of his tweets.
He's a guy that's written a lot of articles in kind of a real professional journal.
He says things real simple and to the point.
He said, exactly, the TikTok bill.
It's how rights erosions always, always, always work.
Pick a target to start with that everyone hates or fears so that everyone unites in support.
Nobody wants to defend.
Then the president is set.
That's what I'm saying.
Just get it in there.
So when it expands inward, nobody can object any longer because the bill's already written.
They're lawless as it is, though.
I mean, these bills, you know, it's just for show.
Nobody's enforcing them.
You see exactly what happened with the FISA documents.
I mean, you saw exactly what happened with FISA courts.
They were relying 100% on articles that were published in newspapers and saying, hey, judge, we get to spy, right?
Look at this article that was written.
Look at all this clickbait.
And that's what they were using to spy on the president and his administration and everybody else.
They didn't need anything other than that.
They're lawless.
That's what we have.
I mean, it's really kind of scary when you start thinking about the fact, okay, who do you trust more?
Do you trust the CCP or do you trust a politician who is owned by the CCP? When you have that as your crossroads, that's a pretty scary place for this to be in.
And that's how out of control it's gotten.
That's truly how bad it's gotten here.
They're not even going by the Constitution anymore.
That's been toast.
They threw that way out.
When you talk about the fact that you've got AI and the Apple phones and everything else that are spying on you on the regular, like we talked about yesterday, you say pillow and you'll get all these different pillow ads and everything else.
I mean, yeah.
They know exactly what you're doing.
They're not going to shut that off.
In fact, there was a really interesting exchange between Joe Rogan and the AI researcher Ray Kurzweil.
And it was the topic of protecting data from intelligence agencies.
And it was actually very awkward.

Yes, we can create privacy that's virtually unbreakable, and you could keep the privacy to yourselves.
But can you do that as technology scales upward, if it continues to move?
I mean, it's difficult.
Like, your phone.
Like, anyone can listen to you on your phone.
I mean, anyone who has a significant technology.
No, actually, it has pretty good technology already.
You can't really read someone else's phone.
You definitely could.
Yeah, if you have Pegasus, you could hack into your phone easily.
Not hard at all.
The new software that they have, all they need is your phone number.
All they need is your phone number, and they can look at every text message you send, every email you send, they can look at your camera, they can turn on your microphone.
Easy.
We have ways of keeping total privacy, and if it's not built into your phone now, it will be.
Right, but it's definitely not built into your phone now.
The security people that really understand the capabilities of intelligence agencies, they 100% can listen to your phone.
100% can turn on your camera.
100% can record your voice.
Yes and no.
I mean, we have an ability to keep total privacy in a device.
But from who?
You can keep privacy from me because I don't have access to your device.
But if I was working for an intelligence agency and I had access to a Pegasus program, I am in your device.
I've talked to people...
Only because it's not perfect.
We can actually build much better privacy than exists today.
But the privacy that we have today is far less than the privacy that we had before we had phones.
I don't really quite agree with that.
How so?
If you didn't have a phone, okay, and you were at home having a conversation, a sensitive conversation about maybe you didn't pay as much taxes as you should, there's no way anybody would hear that.
But now your phone hears that.
If you have an Alexa in your home, your Alexa hears you say that.
People have been charged with crimes because Alexa heard them committing murder.
We actually know how to create perfect privacy in your phone.
But they don't.
If your phone doesn't have that, that's just an imperfection in the way we're building these things now.
But it's not just an imperfection.
It's sort of built into the program itself.
That's what fuels the algorithm, is that it has access to all of your data.
It has access to all of what you're interested in, what you like, what you don't like.
You can't opt out of it, especially you.
You've got a Google phone.
That thing is just a net scooping up information.
We know how to build perfect privacy.
How did we do it?
Uh-huh.
Who is this, idiot?
AI builder.
Builder of the AI. Absolutely.
I mean, if it's not built into your phone now, it should be.
Unless they don't want it to be built in there, because there's an actual business model in it not being built in there.

That the Gateway Pundit that they obtained, so you have Chairman Jordan's office announced that the House Judiciary Committee will, they sent a letter to Fulton County DA, Attorney Fannie Willis, threatening to begin contempt of Congress proceedings for Willis' failure to comply with the committee's subpoena and document requests.
So that's happening.
You know this goes all the way up to the White House.
That's what's so incredible about this.
There was full-blown communication, coordination and everything else that was going on.
That's why I'm saying, I mean, you know, they can talk about bills all day long.
