Breaking in a win for Trump, the Supreme Court declines the fast-track presidential immunity arguments likely delaying the March election supervision trial.

I mean, really, this is exactly, this is a huge argument that everybody, they're talking about this too, because how it affects President Trump going forward, this is obviously election interference.
It's all a scam.
And everybody knows what the left is up to.
And now it's just plain ridiculous.
And when you start talking about taking President Trump off the ballot, I'm just glad that you have got a whole bunch of Republicans that are threatening to do the exact same thing with Biden.
I mean, come on!
That's exactly what needs to happen.
You've got to fight fire with fire.
So you have got GOP state lawmakers.
They have drafted a bill to remove Joe Biden from the 2024 ballots in three swing states.
So that's really great news for us all.
And so Pennsylvania Rep Aaron Bernstein, and then you have Georgia Rep Charlize Byrd and Arizona Rep Corey McGarr.
They announced legislation to remove Joe Biden from the ballot.
So that's happening.
This is great.
You know, if they're going to play like that, then we should be able to hit back with fire, too.
You have to.
How much have we been saying?
That Republicans don't know how to fight.
That you do exactly what they did to you, but twice as bad and make it stop.
Certainly.
Don't worry about your principles that we all know are fake and just for the cameras.
Don't worry about this.
Don't worry about trying to be a constitutional scholar all the time.
They're taking the country over and there's not going to be a constitution in a few years, is what you don't understand.
You want to protect the constitution?
You better fight exactly the way they fight, except twice as hard.

You've got all of these different groups.
You've got this whole, the 16 other states that have pending legal challenges to the 45th president's eligibility for office under the 14th Amendment.
You've got Colorado, the lawsuits, they're claiming that Trump is barred because he engaged in an insurrection with his so-called actions during the Capitol Hill protest on January 6, 2021.

You've got Amazing, isn't it?
So, the New York Times, or SLIMES, reports four of these lawsuits in Michigan, Oregon, New Jersey, and Wisconsin have been filed in state courts.
Eleven lawsuits in Alaska, Arizona, Nevada, New York, New Mexico, South Carolina, Texas, Vermont, Virginia, West Virginia, and Wyoming have They have been filed in federal district courts.
The paper also notes that while a federal case in Maine fell by the wayside, then you have got, it still has another challenge to Trump pending.
You want to talk about an establishment.
That's what this is.
I mean, really.
And Murkowski doesn't do anybody any favors over there in Alaska.
She's just as horrible as horrible can be.
She's a cheater to win every time she's ever been in an election.

So don't expect much from her end, or anybody else in the Senate for that matter.

Left out of everything in the Senate because of the Epstein client list.
This is what terrifies them all.

They have been blackmailed.

This whole time we've been talking about blackmail, how the government gets its way, how it gets a lot of these politicians in their pockets to do their own bidding.

Congressman, you represent the state of Tennessee.
Marsha Blackburn has been completely blackballed in the Senate for asking for these flight logs to be released and for this client list to be released.
It seems like now you are fighting with her in the House.
Why the protection mechanism?
And more importantly...
You mentioned recently in an interview that there may be some members of Congress who are personally compromised by this, and they don't want the truth to get out.
Can you expound on that?
Yeah, 100%.
You got powerful people, and they write the big checks.
Well, let's be honest.
And powerful people in this country, they write the big checks.
And they, you know, they're the ones out on the tarmac when the president comes and visits, whichever party they're in.
They always either are out on the tarmac or in the private room.
They're the ones that write the big checks.
They don't care who's in it.
They hate this country.
They hate what we're about.
But they love their portfolios and they love their money more than they do anything else.
And they protect it.
And they protect the people that do that.
And by doing so, you know, the old honeypot.
The Russians do that.
And I'm sure members of Congress have been caught up.
Why in the world would good conservatives vote for crazy stuff like what we've been seeing out of Congress?
It's how it works.
You're out of the country or out of town or you're in a motel or bar in D.C. and whatever you're into, women or men or whatever, comes up and they're very attractive and they're laughing at your jokes and you're buying them a drink.
Next thing you know, you're in the motel room with them naked and next thing you know, you're about to make a key vote and what happens?
Some well-dressed person comes up and whispers in your ear, hey, man, there's tapes out on you.
Were you in a motel room on whatever with whoever?
And then you're like, uh-oh, and said, you really ought not be voting for this thing.
I mean, you know, and what do they do?
It's human nature.
And, you know, no man or no woman actually is an island, and they know what to get at.
You know, if it's women, drugs, booze, it'll find you in DC and in most elected offices.
And that's what people of power and influence do.
And it's just, you know, I've been in this game my whole life.
I spent 16 years in the state legislature in Tennessee and eight years as county mayor.
And now I'm in my fifth year of Congress.
But it's just, the stakes are higher, but the game is still the same.
And that's how it's played.
That's how it's played.
We've been saying that.
We've been saying it for years now.
I mean, even before Epstein.
We knew it was all going on.
We knew what was happening.
So I'm glad that we're having an outright discussion on it all.

This is a very big deal.
So the close relationship between Bill Clinton and the King of Pedophiles is disturbing for all, but the most dedicated DNC shills, I mean, they know exactly who's on that list and I'm sure they are very nervous right now.
So, in the run-up of unsealing the list of 170 high-profile associates of Jeffrey Epstein, it surfaced that there's a former president on that list.
Who could it be?
Yeah.
Is it the guy who's got 19 people, he's raping, called Bill Clinton?
Sleeping with the interns in the White House?
Mm-hmm.
Yes, that would be him.
So, of course, they're all getting a little uncomfortable.
You know, Ghislaine Maxwell was at his daughter's wedding.
So they are thick as thieves.
They're very good friends, apparently.
I mean, you don't invite just somebody to your daughter's wedding.
These are close members of your inner circle.
So...
It shouldn't surprise anybody that all of this is going on.
So you've got Vanity Fair in 2003 reported Epstein is known about town as a man who loves women, lots of them mostly young.
This is how they report the relationships.

But they're nervous and that makes me happy.
So, Prince Andrew's cousin said, friends don't tape friends.
This is Christina Oxenberg.
She made the point to remind us, but Epstein and Maxwell did tape, including her royal cousin.
There's all kinds of pictures.
We've seen them together with these young girls.
This is what kills me every time, though.
They're like, okay, in three and a half weeks, we're going to release 150 people from the Epstein client list.
You know what can happen in three and a half weeks because you said that?
All these people are scrambling.
They're using their power.
They're going to try to get off the list.
You just release it.
You just say, we have been approved to release this and we're releasing it now.
And then it's over.
Nobody can do anything about it.
That's the only way to do this crap.
That's how all these people who commit suicide with 10 shotguns in the back of the head leave a suicide note.
Absolutely.
I mean, if I were anyone that should be nervous right now, it would be Madame Maxwell.
Because seriously, look at what happened to Epstein and she has got a lot of things that she could say.
And she is not able to protect herself.
As everybody knows, she's in custody.
When the cameras quit working, she's in trouble.
Exactly.
That's what I'm saying.
And I don't wish that on anybody.
But, I mean, even though she is the worst of the worst, but here's the deal.
I mean, she is basically a ward of that system.
And just like Epstein, I don't see it turning out very well for her either.
In any case...
So in 1993, you have Epstein and Maxwell who attend a White House dinner.
Epstein makes a $10,000 donation to the White House Foundation.
In September 28, 1993, Epstein and Maxwell are documented to be attending a White House donor party with the Clintons.
So this is how these favors in this operation works.
A few days later, on October 4th, there is documentation of Epstein making this $10,000 donation, and it's to the foundation.
1994, Epstein is cleared from investigations around Hoffenberger, coincidence or not, right after making his donation to the White House Foundation.
Epstein gets out of the focus of Tower Financial Ponzi scheme prosecution.
So all of these different donations, this is how it all goes down.
So $10,000 here, $10,000 there.
They start getting on the guest list.
They start being invited to a lot of these parties where they are raising funds for campaigns.
This is how the game is played.
Before you know it, they're best friends and they're going to take you out on a boat to an island in the remote, you know, wherever.
And that's it.
They own you.
Yep.
That's why the FBI, instead of him blackmailing everybody and everybody that has anything to do with Epstein, now the FBI raised their, you know, nothing happened.
They never listed one name on there.
They never arrested anybody but the Johns.
I mean, everybody but the Johns.
And so they go, now the FBI gets all those tapes and now they can control everybody.
It's incredible.
I mean, man, you can't even make a bad espionage movie about this shit if you try.
Well, I mean, when you think about it, Epstein absolutely knew what he was doing.
In 1995, Epstein is made director of the Wexner Foundation and Wexner Heritage Foundation.
Epstein made millions in fees by managing Wexner's financial affairs.
Epstein often attended Victoria's Secret fashion shows and hosted the models at his New York City home, as well as helping aspiring models get work with the company.
He's no dummy. - Oh.
He went straight for the Victoria's Secret models, just like they go after the actresses here in Hollywood.
It's the exact same thing.
I mean, you remember Harvey?
I mean, Harvey, you know, he's finally caught up with him.
But at the same time, you had everybody, including Michael Obama, who was glorifying him, saying how wonderful he was.
That's what we're dealing with here.
The worst, most crooked characters of the bunch.
That's who's running our country.
That's who's making decisions on who comes in and who they're going to attack.
So they're attacking all of us, right, for going into the Capitol, trespassing.
That's what they're doing.
They're attacking us, and I was in Florida.
You were in California.
They're still attacking us, saying we did it.
Isn't that the wildest thing?

I don't even know what to say about it.
But something has got to be done.
And then all of a sudden, you've got Trump, who all of the stuff, he's just surging.

So this is something that we should all be very, very concerned about.

You have got Joe Biden's challenger.
Marianne Williamson, she explodes and says the primaries are being rigged, says Florida, Tennessee, North Carolina, now Massachusetts, are four states that have decided to only have Joe Biden on the ballot.
She says she's complied with all of the rules, but that they are robbing people of their voices.
They want Joe and nobody else.
Absolutely no one else on the ballot.
So this is what she says here.
Where is democracy in the Democrat Party in the great United States of America?
Where is we respect the rule of law?
Where is democracy?
It's at the stake and we must save it.
Where is all the talk about Trump being the one trying to end America's democracy?
This is exactly what they're doing to candidates on their own team, part of the Democrat Party.
This is an establishment control that has gone completely rogue, and they don't want people like Marianne Williamson to take votes away from Joe Biden.
That's what this is all about.
So they're going to take her off the ballot.
They are going to decide, much like they did, and I remind my friends on the left, Do you remember what they did to Bernie Sanders?
He was way up in the polls.
He was absolutely ruling and killing it against Hillary Clinton.
And yet they were not going to let him win.
They wanted her to win at any and every cost.
They did not care.
So all of those nickel and dime donations, which far exceeded even that that the lobbyists were putting out there because people, Bernie bros wanted Bernie.
There you go.
It's a perfect example of how the establishment completely wiped that out of the way and said, no, we're going to do something else.
Here's our candidate.
It's going to be Hillary Clinton.
So if you think President Trump won by a landslide against Hillary, guess what?
You can double that number because they thought they had that one in the bag too.
They were going to cheat at all costs, but they weren't expecting you.
They absolutely were not expecting you to show up.
And that's what we are going to have to do during this election.
I know how we all feel about the GOP. I know how we do.
I do not like the Republican Party right now.
But when Scott Pressler told me that I needed to go from being an independent, because I had switched from being a Republican, back to being a Republican so I can support the greatest president of my lifetime, President Donald J. Trump, then you know what?
I did it.
So we've all got to do that.
We're just going to have to switch back over if you're an independent and make sure that you get involved in the primary because that's what we need to win.
We need you out there and we need you working on his behalf.
He has even the party working against him, as you know.
And now they're going after people like Cat Turd, personally, our podcast and everything else.
And they're not going to stop.
For example, you've got the Supreme Court.
They send Jack Smith packing, denies his request for ruling on Trump immunity argument.
So it was breaking news.
They denied Jack Smith request for ruling on Trump's immunity argument.
Jack Smith last Monday asked the U.S. Supreme Court to weigh in on Trump's immunity claims.
Well, you have President Trump saying, He urged the Supreme Court to reject Jack Smith's request to expedite the ruling on his immunity agreement.
Trump's lawyers argued that Trump is immune from federal prosecution for alleged crimes committed while he served as U.S. President.
So, in 234 years of American history, no president ever faced criminal prosecution for his official acts.
Until 19 days ago, no court had ever addressed whether immunity from such a prosecution exists.
Trump's lawyers wrote in Wednesday's filing, according to CBS News, to this day, no appellate court has addressed it.
The question stands among the most complex, intricate, and momentous issues that this court will be allowed to call and called to decide.
Well, a lot of people are saying, hey, you know what?
There is so much that is not right with this.
And a lot of people don't even think...
That, with Jack Smith, that he even has that kind of power to be able to do something like that.
That he shouldn't even have that in his bag of tricks.
So people are starting to really question him and how he has been able just to basically go rogue.
A lot of people are asking about the whole thing.
So we're going to see where this leads because it's an interesting state of affairs, but they're not going to slow down on attacking President Trump.
They're not going to slow down on attacking any of us because it's not working.
I mean, you've got people like P. Diddy.
He's the latest rapper fan of Donald Trump all of a sudden.
So you've got GOP presidential candidate of his list of friends who are famous rappers.
It's growing.
P. Diddy is the latest to count himself among him.
Donald Trump is a friend of mine and he works very hard.

Who was born Sean Combs says that Trump is just one good example of a high profile businessman.
Trump is not the only person who is a model mogul.
That doesn't need to be like the only picture of what an American mogul looks like.
Diddy isn't only an entertainer Trump has in his friend zone.
The former reality TV personality told Tonight Show host Jimmy Fallon in an interview last month that he and Kanye West are practically buddies.
Kanye has been nice to me, Trump said of West, who announced last month that he intended to make a White House in 2020, saying he knows that It's going to be a time of great excitement, no doubt.
But this is what everybody's talking about, too.
You can't ignore why the support for President Trump is growing.
It's because we're not going to be able to even recognize our country if we don't get a hold of it.
So that is what we're all concerned about, no doubt.
Here we've got the last time that a Democrat took a GOP candidate off the ballot was in 1860.
They would not allow Abraham Lincoln's name on the ballot in their slave states.
This is a fact.
This is why everybody now is starting to look at President Trump and saying, ooh, how did that end up for Abraham Lincoln?
You know, that horrible joke.
Well, Mrs.
Lincoln, how was the play?
That's why we need you all to keep President Trump in your prayers constantly.
Because they are not able to beat this man.
They are not able to beat us.
So my concern for his safety and for his welfare, just like my concern with Cat Turd and everybody else who has become a target, whether it's a January Sixer, whether it be anybody else in our movement, people have been absolutely shamelessly attacked.
And it isn't just of recent.
It has been going on for years.
Ever since we decided to go against the establishment and pick somebody outside of their clan, whether it be the Bush dynasty, the Obama, the Clinton, that whole group, guess what?
They turned against we.
All of us.
And I say we, the American people.
That's exactly what happened.
And now they're trying to punish us for it because they know exactly what's going to happen.
President Trump is going to be completely elected in an absolute landslide.
You wonder why our borders are open.
You wonder why there's all this chaos and confusion.
You wonder why we're constantly breaking news every single minute.
It's to keep your eyes off the prize.
That's why I always try to bring in the Epstein story because there is so much There.
So much there.
And how we got to the point where we are now is the example.
That is the result.
So you've got Democrats in the Colorado Supreme Court.
They ruled last night that President Trump's name, that it would not be listed on the Colorado ballot in 2024.
The far-left judges, they started this whole thing.
They used a post-Civil War amendment that no Democrats voted for at the time to block the leading opposition candidate from the ballot.
This was not the first time they pulled this trick during a national election.
They did so also with Abraham Lincoln.
So it's the same playbook.
And again, we don't want things to end like it did for Lincoln.
And I'm Just absolutely concerned to the core that it could.

And the writing is on the wall because you've got Bobby Kennedy Jr.
Now, nobody should know better than him about the deep state and about the establishment.
Look at what they did to his family.
He shows true character and he condemns Colorado's move to block Trump from the ballot, something DeSantis, Haley, and Joe Biden refused to do.
So on Tuesday night, you have Colorado Supreme Court of the Democrat-appointed justices.
They ruled that the state will not allow president's name to stay on the state's ballot for 2024.
They claim that this is due to incitement of the January 6, 2021 U.S. Capitol riot, something that he has never, ever been charged of or convicted of.
So Trump hasn't been charged of engaging in an insurrection or a rebellion against the United States.
This undemocratic move is unprecedented in the history of the United States, except for the other time that we mentioned, of course, Abraham Lincoln.
And now this is the conversation that everybody's having.
And when we talk about Jack Smith, and when we talk about the fact that you've got all of these nefarious players involved, my goodness, you've got former Reagan AG, Edwin Meese, who claims in a legal filing, Jack Smith has no more authority to represent the U.S. in Supreme Court than Bryce Harper, Taylor Swift, or Jeff Bezos.
And a lot of people are saying, That this is really the case.
And that's why he's trying to hurry all of this stuff up.
So, earlier today, you had Attorney General for 19 states.
They filed a brief at the United States Supreme Court to halt Jack Smith's move to circumvent the appeals process in his prosecution of President Trump.
Missouri Attorney, you have Andrew Bailey.
He posted on News on X. Now he says...

The DOJ's attempt to accelerate this prosecution is blatantly partisan and SCOTUS must reject it.
But here you've got all kinds of people that are basically saying that Smith is a modern example of the naked emperor, improperly appointed.
He has no more authority to represent the United States in this court than Bryce Harper, Taylor Swift, or Jeff Bezos.
The fact is sufficient to sink Smith's petition, and the court should deny the review.
And this is huge.
They're all saying it.
He has completely been illegally appointed.
They just wanted to rush all of this stuff past and make sure that nobody even knew the wiser.
That was the goal.
That's how sneaky these people are.
Nothing is beneath them.
This is lawfare.
They are using our own laws against we the people.

They do not care about the American people.
They do not care about the rule of law.
They are doing everything to break us completely.

They sent him packing.

This is the thing.
They're not going to stop.
You also know about Rudy Giuliani filing Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection following the $148 million defamation judgment.
This is another person they have gone after.
Relentlessly.
So when we talk about all the people that have been targeted, that's exactly what we have.
That's what we know.
If you are a Republican, if you are a conservative to the core, if you believe that President Trump was a great president and if you are pro-Trump, they're coming after you.
They are going to look and see where you're flying.
They're going to look at your telephones and find out who you've been calling, who you've been in contact with.
They're going to spy on you on social media.
They did that with me.
They did that with Kat.
They continue to do that with Kat.
They dox you.
They harass you.
We even had our bank account shut down for crying out loud.
And believe me, we don't make enough on this show to be anything that anybody would want to target.
So as far as that's concerned, it's not like we're high rollers over here or anything.
They went after us because of our speech, because we believe that The election was stolen.
We believe that there's a high probability that it will be stolen again.
We believe that basically COVID was a plandemic in order to make sure that they could harvest those votes.
And it was the timing and everything else.
We know that the FBI has been engaged in all kinds of lawfare against the American people.
We speak out about all of those things and more on this show.
That's what makes us a target.
We don't hold back.
I've been kicked off of every single platform.
Okay, here's somebody that doesn't even have a parking ticket, right?
I try to follow the rules.
But because I expressed my opinion early on, I got on list and had to start all over with my accounts.
