So why don't you tell everybody what happened yesterday during our show?
Yeah, so I do have some people that help me watch the dogs every now and then.
So one of them was home.
And so they had called the cops and said that I had It pretended to be me, said I had caught my wife in bed, which I'm not married, and with another man.
I killed them both, and I was going to go into town and kill some more people, or I was going to kill the cops, or something like that.
I can't remember the exact one.
So, a lot of the cops around here already know from the first SWAT, but they didn't cover all of them.
So, oh yeah, they come into the...
They come in there and open the gate, the dogs were out, and there's like four or five cops slid up there, all the way up to the property, slid sideways, and then the poor persons watching my dogs was, you know, rifles were pulled on them, and hands in the air, and all that stuff.
And then luckily, like, the fourth cop car to come in was there last time.
So, hey, hey, hey, hey, I know what this is.
So it diffused in like a minute, but still, And the weirdest thing happened was because the front gate is right by that highway that's dangerous, that two-lane, 65-mile-an-hour highway.
When I found Sweetie and Petey two years ago, they'd been dumped with a bunch of garbage on the side of the road.
I was just out running around with my other dogs in the back roads, and it was supposed to get like 23 degrees that night or something.
And that's when I saw them just...
Laying on an old car seat in the woods.
And another guy pulled up and I said, look, if you can just help me lift them or catch them and get them in my truck and get them in my house.
I said, I'll make sure that at least for one night or two nights, they at least, you know, save them from this freezing weather.
So they're going to die.
They were already shivering during the day.
And they hadn't ate in a while.
So that guy helped me over there.
And I hadn't seen that guy in two years.
Right.
And here's the point.
So, Sweetie and Petey and Miles, they were running out.
They were going to run out of the gate.
Because if they see it open, they run out.
And he happened to be driving by, and he recognized them, and he just pulled his Jeep in and closed the gate right when they were about to get out.
That was like a miracle.
Oh my gosh.
But he stuck around.
I talked to him for a pretty long time.
Yeah, that was just lucky.
There has got to be a price that people pay for endangering everyone.
It's attempted murder.
It is.
It absolutely is.
And it's happened time and time again.
And people are able to just get away with it.
And it shouldn't be that way.
Congress needs to do something about it.
This is so scary.
It's frightening.
And you're helpless.
You really are.
Like you said, I mean, you have somebody that's just helping you out because you do a podcast every day.
They're going, they're hanging out with the dogs, and then all of a sudden, what?
They've got all these guns drawn on them?
How do you respond in a situation like that?
Who knows the protocol when somebody throws a gun, you know, points guns at you from every direction?
I cannot imagine how that person must feel.
They must be completely rattled to the core.
I don't blame them.
And you know what?
You may be out of a sitter as a result, and I wouldn't blame them for that.
The hardest sitter in the world.
A lot of times, you know, a lot of times they're just in the rooms, the dogs, so...
Anyway, it's something else.
You were lucky that you had somebody there, and you were very lucky that the neighbor that you saw was able to kind of put things together and know that that gate needed to be shut.
I mean, really.
He's like, man, we saved these dogs two years ago.
You didn't tell me he was cat turd.

Well, we're just all glad that you're okay.
I will tell you one thing.
That was a rough show because I didn't hear anything from you until you called me after the show yesterday.
And then you had already put out a statement, thank goodness.
But everybody had you in their prayers.
Everyone was so concerned.
They know the dangers that are involved in something like that.
And just know how loved you are and how many people were praying for you because I've never seen such an outcry of support for you or for anybody else for that matter when something like this happens.
And we're just all glad that you're okay.
That's dangerous.

People are crazy.

They don't want you just silenced.

They preach love and they practice hate and violence.

And then you started trending.
Well, of course, you've got a story by the New York Slimes, as I like to call it.
And Live PD Dave, he is reporting here.
The fake news, New York Times smeared cat turd this morning as an internet troll.
They're just jealous he gets more traction and engagement with his two million follows.
Followers than they get with their 55.1 million.
So he posts this particular piece of this article.
And here it is.
It goes, Saying that he had changed the course of history in this country.
The right-wing podcaster Jack Posobiec and the internet troll known as Cat Turd.
Internet troll.
Who each have more than 2 million followers on X regularly share the group's work.
So we're talking about what happened with the Dilley meme team.
Meme team.
Yes.
Tell us about that, Cat.
Oh, well, you know Dilly Meme Team, Brandon Dilly, you know, they don't pull no punches.
There's a bunch of them, and they have a meme team, and they just can destroy people.
So, New York Times did a hit piece on him, and just like all the hit pieces they do on me, I don't respond either.
They actually didn't reach out to me on this.
They usually, even if they mention my name, at least I get an email.
I think they all realize it's a waste of time.
I don't care what they have to say.
So anyway, I just find it fun.
The funniest thing about the article is they say he's just a little-known podcaster.
Nobody knows who he is.
Then why are you writing a 10-page New York Times article on him?
Right.
Or them, you know, the whole team.
But, yeah, nobody knows who they are.
Nobody, you know, you just did two months of research to write a big heat piece article, so believe me, you know who they are.

And the complaint was that they're effective, that President Trump and his inner circle, right, they communicate and they have a relationship and that they're gaining ground and gaining traction.
I know several of the members of Dilley meme team and they are incredible.
I mean, you want to talk about a talented group of people.
That really expose these fools up there in leadership for what they actually are.
And they're always on top of it.
So something, a story could break, and I don't know how they do it, but magically, Zoom.
All of a sudden, you've got memes everywhere.
From every direction, they are on the pulse of what is happening at that particular moment.
And it's amazing to watch.
It catches traction.
It just goes on.
And it's just something we've always teased that the left can't meme.
But my goodness, you put them against somebody like the Dilly meme team, and then you get to see that there's a huge difference between just a meme and then a meme slash video, everything else that goes into this whole thing.
They're really, really talented.
Just great job, you guys.
It's funny that there's not a liberal publication, including the New York Times or Washington Post or any of them, Rolling Stones, all the people that write articles about me.
They can never say my name without a comma after it.
And he's a piece of shit.

He's already talking about it.
Former President Trump headlined the New York Young Republicans Club annual gala on the evening of December 9th, telling the cheering audience that so many had come out to support him that he had seen a spillover crowd on his drive to the Wall Street location.
So he predicts That he can win a deep blue state, and I believe so.
I believe he can win every state if people are aware of what's happening here.
He thinks that we can win in these blue states, especially New York, and I don't see why we wouldn't.
I mean, think about it.
When you talk about all of the illegal aliens that are in our country, they're going to New York, they are being treated with What are the Democrats in these Democrat-controlled cities doing for the people, the citizens, their constituents of these areas?
Nothing.
They're doing everything for illegal aliens.
Not for us.
Not at all.
I see it here in LA all the time.
I'm stepping over people.
Veterans that are on the street because they won't put them in a posh hotel.
And these are veterans that served our country.
They take the black vote so much for granted that they think they can just bring all these illegals in to take everybody's jobs and they'll still vote for them.

They know what their accounts looked like under Trump versus what it looks like today.

But they don't really mean anything.

Nikki Haley and the New Age governor calling for Democrats to vote in the Republican primary.
This was the plan all along.
So sure, you've got all of this happening in Concord, New Hampshire.

Okay, and Governor Sununu, when you look at the polls, you know that Donald Trump is way ahead in your state.
But what you are doing, because you have been a very popular governor in New Hampshire, particularly with independents, you are essentially asking independents who can vote in this primary to throw their support behind the woman sitting next to you, right?
I'm asking everyone to come out.
If you're a Republican, a conservative, an independent, conservative Democrat, I don't care.
The fact is we're going to have a record turnout here.

Where are you actually doing?

I mean, they announced plans, but hey, I want to hear after you've done it.

I want to hear after it's done.
I've told y'all for years, and it's always true, Republicans will yap and go in handy, and they'll cry, and they'll tweet, and they'll do this, and they'll get to the microphones, they'll yell and scream, but when it comes time for punishment, When it comes time to impeach somebody or when it comes time to fine Adam Schiff for all of his treason and lies, they'll never punish a Democrat ever.
So that's what happened today.
They were like, we'll give him a second chance to do.

Here's what you do.
You have him in contempt.
You recommend to prosecute him through the DOJ. If Gordon don't prosecute him and refuses to prosecute him, you hold him in contempt and you impeach him the next day with a unanimous vote.

So Representative James Comer, he's saying,"...hunter Biden today defied lawful subpoenas, and we will now initiate contempt of Congress proceedings." We will not provide special treatment because his last name is Biden.
And so he has a full statement that he's put out here again.

And during that same period of time, he hired million-dollar lawyers to fight paying child support to his own damn kid.
But he had plenty of money for $1.6 million out of an ATM, plenty of money for $800,000 worth of strippers and hookers.
But he didn't have no money for that little girl.
He didn't owe any money to her and fought it and fought it and said he was broke and hired enough lawyers that he could have paid her for the rest of her life and set her up for life.
That's what kind of a scumbag this guy is.
Well, and it's not just him.
It's his entire family.
I'll tell you something right now.
If something like this happened in my family, okay, and if there was a child, my parents would be the very first people in the world to step up and say, give me the baby.
I'm going to take care of that child.
Not ignore it.
Not act like it's not and not give it a stocking for Christmas and everything else.

I mean, how much it costs to put food on your table.

They have ridiculed my struggle with addiction, they have belittled my recovery, and they have tried to dehumanize me, all to embarrass and damage my father, who has devoted his entire public life to service.
No, you did that.
You exposed everything about your life on that laptop of yours.

So, the Supreme Court will hear a lawsuit involving unconstitutional DOJ 1512C2 charges used to abuse Trump supporters after January 6 protests.

So SCOTUS will hear Fisher v.
United States, the lawsuit that is questioning the unconstitutional 1512C2 charges used by the Biden Department of Justice to abuse and punish January 6 protesters who came to Washington, D.C. to protest the stolen 2020 election.
The case involves three J6 defendants.
You have Jake Ling, who the Gateway Pundit has written a ton of articles about.
Garrett Miller, who pleaded guilty to 11 other criminal charges and was sentenced in February, and Joseph Fisher, who, like Lang, continues to await trial.
So this is big news.
It is something that really has heads turning right now.
The court will hear Fisher v.
United States, a January 6 case challenging the scope of Section 1512C2, which criminalizes obstruction of an official proceeding, two of the four charges President Trump faces in his Washington, D.C. case.
So they've opened the door now.
And apparently there are a lot of J6ers that some are happy about this, some are really angry because they realize how bad this whole thing was.
They've known, but now you've got the spotlight on it and so they are reacting.
So this is the exact same two of the four charges that President Trump is facing in his DC case.
That section first passed as part of the Sarbanes Oxley in 2004.
It has typically been used to prosecute destruction of evidence or similar conduct.
It's applicable to alleged obstruction of the electoral count process and has been hotly contested since the start of January 6th prosecutions and the D.C. Circuit split sharply on the issue.
It's a huge deal with potentially major ramifications for many January 6th defendants as well as for President Trump.
This is big.

Big stuff.
And thanks to having President Trump as president, we own the court, or at least so far.
It looks good for us.
We'll see what happens when, of course, it gets before the justices, but this is big.

Well, the whole notion that the U.S. attorneys was arguing is that somehow I was behind the entire event that day.
That's what their whole notion is, is that somehow I led the charge for what resulted in January 6th and people going into the Capitol and everything else.
And I wanted to prove beyond a reasonable doubt, look, here's all my communications.
That was never anybody's plan.
I had nothing to do with that.
I never went in the building.
And they acknowledged that.
They acknowledged that.
And they still decided to come down heavy-handed on me.
But it's worth mentioning too, Tucker, part of the process here, with me turning all of this over and cooperating, my attorney and my understanding was that they weren't going to press For jail time.
That was the mutual understanding that we had here.
And then they tried to hit me with 120 days.
And I'm not curious if that didn't come from the minds of the U.S. attorneys, but perhaps someone higher up at the DOJ. I might even believe it's at the very top of the DOJ. Maybe Merrick Garland is the one who's trying to put me behind bars and make an example out of me.
Gosh, it's so true.
I mean, this is coming from the top tier.
And then he goes on and he talks about what his stay was like.
He says, I think God wanted me to experience this for multiple reasons.
I mean, that's a really nice kind of way of saying that.
Well, I hope God don't want me to experience it.
I know, that's what I'm thinking.

I don't want you to experience that.
Oh my gosh, we can laugh now, but really, I mean, this is terrifying what he actually had to go through.

So what was prison like?
Well, I will tell you, I think, and this is kind of not something I would have expected to have said in this interview, but it's just true.
I think God wanted me to experience this for multiple reasons, Tucker.
I'm a big believer in God, and I think everything that happens in our life is for a reason.
And I believe God wanted me to go through this experience because...
Not just the obvious example of speech imprisonment that I had to face or a speech crime that is now potentially a precedent that could be used against any journalist which puts fear in my heart not just for me in the present day but for future Americans that they have to be afraid to speak And to do work, honest work, as a journalist.
But, you know, there was an unexpected issue that was clearly shown to me through this process, and that's that the Justice Department and the incentive behind imprisonment is wrong.
I mean, I can tell you the details of my stay, they're pretty much horrific, Tucker.
I spent the majority of the time in lockdown.
I went right out of solitary confinement into what's called a special housing unit for a phone call I made thanking people for sending me mail.
People that were in jail for decades, some of the people that worked inside the prison for decades, when they saw that, what's called a shot in the prisons, they said, I've never seen anybody get punished for this before.
So I got sent to prison as a speech prisoner, and then I got sent to the prison inside the prison For my speech.
And, you know, I had a couple off-the-record conversations with people while I was in there, and basically they were saying the same thing like, look, Owen, we don't like what's been done to you here, but these are orders coming from the very top.
Your beef isn't with us here at this prison.
Your beef is with the people at the top.
They're the ones still coming after you even when you're in here, and I'll leave it at that.
So nobody's ever heard of a misdemeanor in a federal prison until me.
Nobody's ever heard of somebody going to the special housing unit for making a phone call thanking people for mail until me.
And so I don't know why they want to make an example of me so much except that I just speak the truth and I'll say it right to their face if I'm given the opportunity.
But we need prison reform in this country badly, Tucker.
Most of the people that are in that prison, not just me, do not belong there.
And there are way more political prisoners outside the realm of what you and I might think.
You go after corrupt lawyers, judges, insurance companies.
You go after the corruption in Medicare and Medicaid.
They lock you up and throw away the key.
I couldn't believe some of the stories.
And while I'm in there, the Bureau of Prison wants $2 billion.
Matt Gaetz brought my name up during that hearing.
The Bureau of Prisons doesn't need $2 billion more annually.
They need to release $2 billion worth of prisoners because we have a prison industrial complex in this country and we have a justice department that is not incentivized by justice.
This is going to shine light on all of that, too.
So, you know what?
Honestly, things happen for a reason.
But this all has to do, and it stemmed from your speech, your freedom of speech.
That's why they're going after everybody.
That's how dangerous they think we are because of our right to speak freely, our God-given right.
They want you dead.
