We're in good shape.

So, McCarthy is out, O-U-T. Yeah, he's gone.
I'm so glad.

I am thrilled over the whole thing.
Of course, we were on our extra show over on Locals yesterday, and we decided to stay on it for half an hour, and we decided to stay 15 minutes extra until the vote was over, so we were counting the votes live.
Oh, it was wonderful.
It was glorious.
And, you know, here's the thing.
It's going to show everybody going forward, look, if you don't keep your promises, there's not impeachment on the table.
An inquiry isn't going to do it.
We're not going to be bumboozled by you people any longer.
You're going to do the job that we, you know, voted you to do, voted you in to do, or don't do anything at all, and you'll lose your spot.
It can happen to any single one of you.
It can be a deal-breaker for the American people.
It's...
It kills me that, you know, all these people that's a long-time host on radios, all the popular names and Fox News and all these people on Twitter, all the rhinos and the neocons, they're just freaking out.
Oh my God, this is the worst thing.
It's separated who's who.
This is a miracle.
We've been fighting this swamp, both parties.
Really hardcore since Obama, 2012.
So, for 12 years, a dozen years, and not one person has been fired.
Not one person has been held accountable on either side.
And it's just that the next swamp monster gets in, and it just continues and continues, and it never ends.
And yesterday, for the first time, we got one of them stupid-ass swamp monster, do-nothing liars, out.
And everybody, what do we do next?
Hey, it can't be any worse than the biggest rhino in history as the Speaker.
It can't get any worse.
They've got them eight votes.
They're not going to vote anybody in that's worse than him or liking.
They're not going to.
Well, and it's time for other Republicans to step up to the plate, show us what your value is, because you know what, at this point, as far as I can tell, I'd left the party anyway.
So if there's something to save, let's see it.
Let's see what you're made of.
This is the time that we're going to see who is willing to, you know, go to go to bat for us.
And the thing about it is, is that the people that voted to make sure that McCarthy lost his seat to vacate the seat were the ones that were listening to their constituents.
So they are really owed, you know, a ton of gratitude.
Seven of them.
I mean, come on.
Seven of the eight.
Just really thrilled.

He just, he sold out to the Democrats.
He just voted because that's what the Democrats wanted.
Well, I'm very thrilled.
He's the one that don't want to impeach Biden because he said there's no evidence.
I'm glad he voted, but he just voted.
The other ones voted to get rid of McCarthy.
He voted to get rid of McCarthy for the Democrats.
Isn't that ridiculous that he would even have a seat up there?
I mean, that's the thing, though.
All of these people are being exposed.
We got what we asked for.
And all of you, the listeners, you're the ones that did it.
You've been putting pressure on your representatives.
They know that you are keeping up on everything that's going on in Washington, D. Sleaze, and you're not going to stand for it.
I mean, funding all of these trials against President Trump, that's what these people are doing, these special people.
Nothing.
Zero for us.
Here's the bottom line.
Nine months ago, Kevin McCarthy wanted to get speaker.
He didn't have the votes.
He wasn't going to get the votes.
They were counting and counting for days.
Everybody was freaking out.
So he went to the people like Matt Gaetz and a lot of the ones that voted against him, and he made a deal with them.
Okay, they say, we'll vote for you, but you have to do these things.
We want single items.
To vote for, blah, blah, blah.
And they wanted eight or nine things and listed them.
All the things that we want.
Okay, you vote for me and get me in, I'll do them.
He got in, they voted for him nine months later.
He didn't do any of them.
He's a liar.
He broke his promises.
We've said on the show many times exactly how he was going to throw the red meat to everybody and what was going to happen.
And so that's what happened, and that's why he's out.
He's not out because of Matt Gaetz.
He's out because he's a liar, and he lied to Matt Gaetz.
And Matt Gaetz called him out on it.
That's right, and the only person he has to blame is himself.
That's it.
He couldn't figure out which side of the fence he was going to get on.
He was making all these backdoor deals.
I mean, Piglosie still had her office up until yesterday.
She still had her office in nine months, and he wouldn't kick her out of her office.
She's talking about a wimp.
My gosh.
That's just ridiculous.
Out of his office, not her office.
Mm-hmm.
Mm-hmm.
So I'm very grateful to those that voted to make sure that we have somebody in there representing we the people, and here are the eight.
Now, like you said, Buck is completely different, but you know what?
We achieved our goal.
I think this is a great step for us.
It lets everybody else know.
And no Bovert, no Marjorie Taylor Greene.
How do they feel now?
Look at this.
Their careers are destroyed.
And they're both out there acting like, tweeting just almost like they voted against it today.
What do you expect them to do?
They're in complete panic meltdown mode.
I tried to tell yesterday, I think it might be on a local show, but what are they going to do when he loses?
And they pushed him this hard, and it ain't going to matter that they pushed him, and they're going to lose their base.
Well, there have been a lot of uncoverings, like, for example...
I blasted them like I told you I was going to do, too, and I got like 3 million views on it.
Well, it needs to happen, and that's what they're looking at, too.
The American people are watching, and for them to flip-flop is ridiculous.
You're two-time Congresswomen for one reason.
Okay?
And Marjorie Taylor Greene went by 40 points.
And, of course, it's harder for Bober to win in Colorado than North Georgia.
I mean, come on.
So, you've always been in there saying you're going to fight the swamp.
I'm fighting the swamp.
I'm going to fight the swamp.
You have your first real chance.
I mean, a good one.
You have a real honest chance that worked to get rid of the biggest swamp monster, another Paul Ryan, another Boehner, another Mitch McConnell, another Mitt Romney.
You have this chance to vote and you bail on it?
I mean, what the hell?
They're not representing us.
They haven't been.
This is all about the money, and Laura Loomer is doing an amazing job of exposing that.
She's got Lauren Boebert was given $31,000 in June of 2023 by Speaker McCarthy-controlled Protect the House 2024 Joint Fundraising Committee in exchange for never supporting a motion to vacate Speaker McCarthy's Speaker Chair.
Starting to make sense now?
That's exactly what has been going on.
Kevin McCarthy's personal campaign committee also donated $2,000 to Lauren Boebert in June 2023.
When are you going to come clean about why you sold out yesterday and voted against the motion to vacate Speaker McCarthy?
You sold out because Kevin loaded up your Plague 2024 reelection campaign with money in June this year.
I checked the FEC records.
That's why you went from voting against him in January to running cover for him yesterday.
At Lauren Boebert.
Make other plans for 2024.
You're done.
And she's going to do this with every single one of them.
She's made that promise.
All they do when they get in there, all they do is to position themselves and make trades and deals with lobbyists, donors, and other congressmen members and to the leadership to try to get more money and try to get re-elected again.
If all them people up there worked as hard On securing the border and actually serving the American people as they do, trying to get re-elected?
This is what it's all about.
It's all about the money.
It's all about the favors.
And so Laura goes on to say, I will be releasing exposés on many of the GOP reps who voted to protect McCarthy 2024.
Will be hard for many.
We cannot tolerate excuses anymore.
We cannot tolerate lawsuits.
Liars anymore.
She's absolutely right.
This needs to be on the table before anything else.
We need to know exactly how they have been selling us out, who their sugar daddies are, and why they are doing what they do.
And it's because of the money.
It's because of the power.
It's because they get seated on all of these different committees.
It's for that prestige.
They're doing it for themselves.
They have forgotten about We the People.
And I am thrilled that we have got fighters like Laura Loomer out there exposing these people for what they actually are.
Keep going, Laura.
I mean, it should always be in front of everybody's mind who they belong to really.
It's not the voter.
I mean, when it comes around to voting for them during election campaigns, oh, they'll tell you anything you want to hear.
I mean, they are the biggest liars I've ever seen in my life.
You don't even recognize them when they're off to Washington.
You think that you have a good candidate and poof.
The only person that hasn't disappointed us has been Donald Trump.
I'm not kidding.
He has been absolutely fantastic.
He even gave up his salary.
All these people are looking for ways to get more money into their campaigns, into their coffers, more prestige.
He's not looking for that.
He wants to make this country great.
The end.
That's all.
And they're attacking him at every single angle.
And it just makes him stronger.
You can look at the polls and see.
The American people are absolutely taking our country back, and they know it.
The swamp is terrified.
That's why they've got the talking heads, people that you thought that you trusted.
Ooh, they're over there making the rounds, right?

They haven't been on our side the last couple of years.
They've just been a lot more subtle about it.
They thought they were winning anyway when they had somebody like Kevin McCarthy at the helm.
They didn't have anything to worry about.
Now they have something to worry about.
And they are worried about it.
Because we're going to have to hold the next speaker to the exact same things that we held McCarthy to.
And if he doesn't work out, he's gone.
I'm telling you.
We are.
It's a hard road and it's hard to see sometimes.
I think D.C. Drano had a really good tweet today.
Oh, he's fabulous.

He said, We primaried 9 out of 10 congressional rhinos who voted to impeach President Trump.
We made Ukraine funding toxic.
We censored Adam Schiff, should have found him.
We made open borders and election fraud top voter issues.
Mitt Romney isn't running for re-election.
We built an entire MAGA media ecosystem outside of Fox.
And now we just booted the most powerful established figure in the GOP for Speaker in the House.
MAG is on the march and we will never go back to the party of controlled opposition losers.

I mean, this is the thing.

Well, I mean, the people that were absolutely against President Trump from the beginning, they're all gone.
I mean, I loved that you put up this particular post on the young gun Republicans, because guess what?

You want to talk about a completely different party that has emerged, and this is why the swamp is freaking out.
All of these people that they had promise in, this is a whole new party.
This is a groundswell.
The American people are saying no to all of this.
They are rejecting this.
We don't care how you...

We don't care how you slick it back.
We don't care about any of that stuff.
You're gone.
This new generation of conservative leaders, they were really, you know, Democrats in disguise.
This is Uniparty.
This was the future that they were banking on.
Paul Ryan, he's over at Fox.
You wonder why Fox is doing what Fox does?
And they're sitting there carrying on, acting like this is a complete crisis?
It's because they're losing politics.
All of the weight that they once had.
All of the clout and everything else.
They'll all end up going and being lobbyists, but you know what?
They're still going to have to carry that.
They lost.
They lost big.
Big time.
The swamp is absolutely being drained.
We've heard about it.
We've witnessed it.
We've been waiting for heroes to emerge.
They didn't.
They didn't keep their promises.
They have relentlessly attacked the head of our party, which is President Trump.
You can look at any poll and try to deny it.
This is the party of Trump.
That's who it is.
All of these other clowns and fools, they just need to get out of the way and let us do what needs to be done for our country.
We're going to stop focusing on Ukraine.
We're going to start focusing on our border.
That's what everybody wants here in this country.
This has become an invasion like nothing we've ever seen before.
It's time that it stops.
And we need the people that can do it.

Trump's comments were offensive.
They were baseless.
They were void of any facts and or any evidence.
What they were were comments that, unfortunately, fomented violence, comments that I would describe as race-baiting, and comments, unfortunately, that appeals to the bottom of our humanity.
This case was brought simply because it was a case where individuals have engaged in a pattern and practice of fraud.
And I will not sit idly by and allow anyone to subvert the law.
And lastly, I will not be bullied.
And so Mr.
Trump is no longer here.
The Donald Trump show is over.
This was nothing more than a political stunt.
Please.
You know what?
This is ridiculous.
It's just more of the same from these losers.
This was nothing more than a political stunt than exactly what she did.
Well, it's really true.
President Trump has been very, you know, he's been very vocal about what they have been trying to do to him.
And it has been ridiculous.
Absolutely ridiculous.
They're creating things just to go after him for, just like they did when he was president.
We know exactly what they have been doing.
It's sad to watch.
It really is.
I mean, he would much rather be campaigning in other places.
He came out in a press conference and said exactly that.
He said, my gosh, I would rather be anywhere but here.
This is ridiculous.
This is a waste of time and resources.
However, he also will seize an opportunity.
He knows that he is getting more attention from the media right now than he would if he were doing a campaign speech or anything else.
He's getting what he wants.
He's the first one that can flip a headline in two seconds, even a negative one.
The attention is fantastic.
And he's capitalizing on it, and I hope that he continues to.
This is a clown show.
This is a circus.
It really is.
And we're winning this just like we win everything else.
I mean, it's...
Their own undoing.
I mean, in fact, when he talked about it this morning, he said, just arrived at the witch hunt trial taking place in the very badly failing, so sadly, state of New York, where people and companies are fleeing by the thousands.
Corrupt Attorney General Leticia James is a big reason for this.
Statute 6312 is meant to be used for consumer fraud.
It has never been used before on a case such as this, especially since I did absolutely nothing wrong.
I borrowed money, paid it back in full, and got sued years later with a trial right in the middle of my campaign.
I am not even entitled under any circumstances to a jury.
This witch hunt cannot be allowed to continue.
It is election interference and the start of communism right here in America.
He knows exactly what this is and it is a warning to everybody else because if you think they're gonna stop with him, you're wrong.
They're gonna keep going until it hits all of you.
We've seen it.
We've been attacked relentlessly.
As a result of our support for the Constitution and for a duly elected president.
That is the results of everything.
And we don't care.
It only doubles our support and our efforts.
It only makes us stronger.
I am thrilled.
We made it.
We all survived the night without Kevin McCarthy.
Guess what?
We're going to survive without him going forward.
It's a new day.
And everybody else that is thinking about taking that seat Are thinking to themselves, my goodness, I could end up, if I don't do exactly what my constituents want and what the people have elected me to do, I'm going to leave too.
I don't know what kind of future Kevin McCarthy has.
I really do not.
This was a complete disaster for him.
This hurt him in big ways, big ways, especially down the road.
So it's over.
So now we move forward.
We collect everything.
We figure out who is going to represent us the best.
A lot of people are throwing President Trump's name out there.
A lot of people are talking about Jim Jordan.
I know that there are a few others that are considering running as well.
I think the top two are the two I just said, Trump or Jordan.
Trump said he would take it, but you don't want to be Speaker.
You want to run for President.
That's beneath his pay grade.
Yeah, so realistically, it's going to be Donald, Scalise, or Jordan.
And all three of them are a million times better than Kevin McCarthy.
Yeah.
So what did you lose?
Well, I mean, this is the thing.
I think it's a great opportunity for everybody.
I really do.
Jordan or Scalise is going to get it.
I'm not as happy about Scalise as I am for Jordan.
I'm really sorry to hear about what's going on with Scalise and his health.
I mean, that kind of concerns me.
He's got a lot of situations that he's got going on right now.
That poor guy.
It's sad as ever.
It's horrible.
Horrible.
He got gunned down by a crazy leftist.
And now he's got cancer.
I mean, he's young, too.
I don't know how old he is, but he's young.
I know.
Since you brought up D.C. Drano, I'm going to bring up this that he wrote about Trump.
And it really kind of is a checkmate.
He says,"...if Trump was Speaker, he'd be able to subpoena the DOJ crooks persecuting him." He could cut off the funding for the FBI that raided his house.
He'd impeach Joe Biden.
He'd cut off Ukraine funding.
He'd impeach Mayorkas, Garland, and Ray.
He'd be the most powerful man in America.
Now, I don't know, based on when he answered the question, if that's really where his heart is.
Like you said, there are plenty others.
But these are the kinds of things that could happen.
Plus, it would force some of the rhinos to vote.
Yay or nay for President Trump, who is obviously leading the party.
So would it be such a bad thing?
No.
But I don't think President Trump wants to spend his time on all of this.
He wants to campaign, and he wants to go ahead and take back the Oval Office.
And he needs to be able to do that.
He's not a procedural guy either.
This is procedural work.
It really is.
Jim Jordan would be fabulous.
I mean, I would not be disappointed at all with Jim Jordan.
It's real easy.
Just go in there and be Nancy Pelosi, a version of the Republicans.
Don't care what anybody says.
First day, subpoena Hunter.
Subpoena all their family that's been taking all this money.
Get them all in there.
Subpoena Joe Biden.
Garland's the one that needs to be impeached.
Way worse than Joe Biden.
Be aggressive.
Get in there and do something.
That's why we got rid of that guy.
He allowed it to happen.
And boy, you see the people that are blowing their A gasket about this happening.
This ain't fair, eight people.
Again, he promised that he wouldn't have been Speaker without promising these people these items, and he didn't give them any of them.
He lied.
He's a liar.
He always has been.
He's one of the biggest rhinos ever.
He's everything that's wrong in Washington.
Mitch McConnell's everything that's wrong in Washington.
So is Nancy Pelosi, Chuck Schumer.
All these people that's been up there forever.
And it was just like, his turn's next.
He's the next exact guy, the guy we had before.
Here's another guy, the exact guy we had before.
It's just the same person over and over and over.
And you can't shake things up unless you shake things up.
I said it yesterday.
Gosh, everybody, let's shake it up.
Let's shake up Washington.
Let's drain the swamp.
Let's shake it up.
And as soon as they shake it up, half the Republicans go, oh, I'm scared.
There's plenty of work that needs to be done.
And taking a break right now is the wrong thing to do.
We need to go ahead.
I have no idea.
This is so they can make their phone calls, right?
They can get people on their side.
They can posture.
They can promise.
They can do all of these things.
No, we need you to get to work.
We don't need you securing your fate, right?
We need you to actually do the work of the American people.
They need to not take a break.
They need to keep going forward.
And I know you all have been doing it anyway because I've seen you out there on social media, but you're doing a tremendous job of giving credit to those that made sure that this happened.
To get rid of this swamp creature.
Great job letting your representatives know and those that voted for it that they're on the right page and that you support what they did.
Because they're getting it from all over the place.
Negativities, right?
They want to just scare these people and think, you know, no.
The people that should be afraid are the people that talked a big game and then did not deliver.
Those are the ones.
Yeah.
Look, you get in there, and if you stay in there two years, and you don't have enough money to do one ad, that's okay.
You go in there, and you do everything you promised everybody, and if you've got a nickel, the people will support you, I promise.
They'll give you $5 donations, $1, $10, $100, $30, and they'll pour in like rain.
Mm-hmm.
And you'll be able to run your campaign.
Don't worry about the donors, big donors and stuff.
Don't worry about getting re-elected.
Do the right thing by the people that put you in.
Do everything you promise.
And I promise you'll win re-election again.
Oh, absolutely.
With a quarter of the money as your opponent.
There are a lot of people that won't, though.
I mean, Lauren Boebert, I don't see her returning.
I really do not.
With a mistake she made, rubbing against that Democrat, and then this, back to back.
I mean, she could have totally redeemed herself here.
There are a lot that will not return as a result of this.
Because they really, I mean, they had this love affair going on.
They were on committees for the first time.
And they were enjoying it.
Their campaigns were being funded.
They were in the spotlight.
They felt like they were the bell of the ball.
They are not the bell of the ball.
Not at all.
They have been completely knocked down.
Everybody sees exactly who they are now.
And they can be bought.
And that's, you know, it's good for us.
Because now we know who they are.
But wow, what a historical time.
I mean, really great stuff.
We wanted this.
It took a while to get.
You all should be celebrating because this is exactly what we were hoping to have happen.
I mean, truly.
Now if McConnell will retire.
Yes.
Yes, but that's not going to happen.
They want to keep him there.
They're going to worry about it, though.
I mean, to get rid of him, now, you know...
Now I'm thinking it's maybe good we didn't win by so many votes to get rid of McCarthy.
This guy has been groomed, not that kind of groomed, but he's been groomed since he got up there, and they started writing articles about him years and years and years ago to be the next, to get Speaker one day in a decade or more from now.
He was groomed for this position.
They want him in there.
They're all buddies with him now.
All the people got Mark Levin's throwing a fit.
New Gringer's throwing a fit.
Everybody's throwing a fit.
They're just fit to be tied.
Fox News is throwing a fit.
For what?
All you people talk about on your talk shows and your big million dollar radio shows all the time is draining the swamp.
And then you start crying when the biggest swamp creature in history gets tossed out.
You're all phony.
Yeah, I don't even care.
I mean, everybody's entitled to their own opinion.
Okay, if you really feel like Kevin was doing the great job, then you tell us how.
You tell us what we got out of the deal.
You tell us how he made us stronger.
You tell us what he did to make this country better.
You tell us why all of these people are still walking around with their security clearances when you know that they have been doing everything that they possibly can to go after President Trump.
They've been using witch hunts and You know, election interference.
They continue to fund them.
You've got open borders.
They're not doing the work of the people.
They're playing games.
And we're tired of it.
They're using our taxpayer money to fund all of these different things so that they can get kickbacks, all right?
And they can get slap on the backs from each other and promise positions on this team, that team.
You know what?
No more of that.
No.
You're going to do the work of we the people or you're not going to be up there.
But for all of those, I challenge you to tell us what exactly did Kevin McCarthy do for you?
What did they do?
Do you really think the people of this country are going to vote for Republicans to have the gavel again under what we just saw?
It's no different than any Democrat up there.
No.
We need somebody to do a lot more for us, and Kevin was not it.
He wasn't the answer then, he's not the answer now.
But we should relive this incredible moment because it's not going to be one like it, I don't believe anyway, for a while.

And what I think is really great is that he went ahead and removed Nancy Piglosi from that office.
What was she doing up in there anyway?

That's how mad we are every day when y'all sell us out and send money to Ukraine.

Here's the guy.
So as his first act as acting speaker you have Representative Patrick McHenry.
He ordered Nancy Piglosi to vacate her Capitol Hideaway office by Wednesday and he was appointed as acting speaker and Nancy Piglosi threw a fit.
Now first off do not think for one second that Nancy is going to get her fingernails hurt bent or out of shape in any way shape or form.

So you had Politico reporting on this as one of his first acts as the acting speaker.
You have Representative Patrick McHenry, he ordered former Nancy Piglosi to vacate her Capitol Hideaway office by Wednesday, according to an email sent to her office viewed by Politico.
The room was being reassigned by acting speaker for speaker office use, the email said.
McHenry, a close McCarthy ally, was first on his list to become acting speaker after the Californian was booted in a Tuesday afternoon vote.
Only a select few House lawmakers get hideaway offices in the Capitol compared to their commonplace presence in the Senate.

And why didn't McCarthy do that for nine months?

As soon as I swap this thing out, you're going to have your podcast, but it's been delayed.
And it was delayed a couple of hours.
I do all of that.
I do all the uploading for the show.
I do, you know, any of the other things that you see, the production aspect, the engineering aspect, all that stuff I do.
And it takes time.
I am working on this thing about 15 hours a day sometimes.
Trying to get it right.
And if I can't fix a problem, I have to call in an IT guy to help me with it.
And that always takes time too.
But we've really, it's been grassroots.
And that's what is so great about what's happening now in the United States.
People are paying attention.
It is not going to be easy.

You are going to have to work hard.

It could be anything.
You can't get to it.
You have to ask for assistance.
So make sure that you add that into your day to wait for somebody to help you.

I listen to Dan Bongino's show sometimes, and he was talking today about a really good point.

So California has lost congressmen, right?
So you get signed by the population, and they've lost, like, whatever.

But in Florida and Texas, it's gaining them.

The blue states and cities are losing them.

So that's one reason they're pushing all these migrants to the blue areas, so they can replace everybody that's leaving and say, yeah, here's our population now, and we keep our congressmen.

That's exactly what they want to do.
That's why they are packing the cities the way that they are.
That's why New York is looking the way it is.
Because, hey, they want to have bodies there so that they can continue to keep those seats.
Americans have moved to other cities and states.
They just have.
I mean, this is just the way it's been going.
I mean, you look at the exodus from California alone.
No one ever would want Gavin Newsom to be president of the United States if you actually lived in a state where he was governor.
I can promise you that.
I live it every single day.
His policies have destroyed one of the most beautiful places in the world.

When you talk about some of our views and the fact that you can go to the beaches, the mountains, the desert, you can go and ski one minute, a couple hours later be in the middle of a desert.
You can do all of that in California.
There's so much promise.

I have no advice to give to House Republicans except one.
I hope whoever the next speaker is gets rid of the motion to vacate.

On the Senate side, we need to get as many appropriation bills passed as possible.
The Majority Leader has indicated that's what he would like to do as well.
And he'll have plenty of cooperation from us in trying to achieve as close to a regular appropriations process as we possibly can.
All of these people need to just go ahead and become Democrats.
