This is a criminal enterprise like nothing we've ever seen before.

But it's a new system that we're trying out this week, and it's thrown a lot of people off because the intro music keeps repeating over and over again.

I mean, seriously, this whole Weiss thing has gotten everybody...

The Republicans have uncovered all this, not only uncovered all this treason, And payments and payment bribery schemes from the Bidens.
You know, the big guys that's running it all, of course, is Joe.
And he's putting his crack-out son out front to take payments of it.
And then when they get the payments on these accounts, they spread it all among their families.
So the whole family's garbage.
The whole family's doing the trees.
And they're all getting the millions.
And so the Republicans have uncovered all this and they're caught dead to rights.
And they also uncovered that Weiss and Garland has been lying under oath to Congress.
So they've subpoenaed this Weiss.
They've been trying to get him to go for two months.
Now, Weiss is the guy who was supposed to be investigating this, who has not did anything for years.
He's also the guy who gave him the sweetheart deal.
He's also the guy who put in the deal that he could never be convicted from anything again.
He's also the guy that even hid the laptop.
And lied to Congress about it.
So now they can't even call it.
So he appoints a special counsel.
And who is it?
The guy that's been covering for Hunter Biden the whole time.
Weiss.
The guy that did the special sweetheart deal.
The guy that the Congress that had been lying to Congress.
Him and Merrick Garland.
So now he did a special counsel, not an independent counsel.
If he did an independent counsel, okay, an independent counsel is independent.
They don't answer to nobody.
And if you really wanted to get to the bottom of this, you'd do an independent counsel and you'd make them a neutral person, not a left-wing, not the very left-wing fanatic hack that's been covering for Biden.
But the difference is, now that it's a special counsel, okay, he reports to Merrick Garland, and Merrick Garland reports to Joe Biden.
So basically, Joe Biden is a special counsel to investigate Hunter, and they're doing this to bury it.
They've got them dead to rights to treason, so they're going to This way, they can go up there every time they talk to the press.
You'll have to ask.
We can't comment.
There's a special counsel going, an investigation.
Now, this investigation is going to be exactly like the Biden documents case, where they appoint him the same week, but that one guy's throwing the book at Trump, and nobody's ever even heard of the other guy.
So he's not going to do anything.
He's going to sit on it for years.
The gun The gun charge of the statute of limitations is going to be gone October the 23rd of this year.
And that's all they're going to do.
They're going to run it out.
They're not going to investigate.
They're going to try to hide it and hide it and hide it and hope it goes away.
So this was just a smokescreen to try to...
And then they're going to say, well, you can't subpoena him.
He's the special counsel.
You can't subpoena this because, you know...
And they're going to try to shut down the investigation is all this is about.
The fix is in.
The big unanswered question is if Weiss had the authority all along to charge Hunter in any jurisdiction, as Garland testified under oath, why would he need special counsel status now?
He wouldn't.
Garland lied.
Period.
I mean, this is exactly like you described, nothing more than a cover-up.
This is a delay, so the statute of limitations runs out, and a cover-up.
And anybody that cannot see through all of this nonsense, I beg your pardon, because here's the thing.
People are saying, oh, they can't do that.
Oh, they can't do that.
It's against the law.
Oh, no.
It's against the law.
It is very much lawful from the way they have this thing orchestrated.
Garland's appointment of David Weiss as special counsel in Hunter Biden investigation appears to be illegal per statute 600.3, which states the special counsel shall be selected from outside the United States government.
Now, here's the thing.
They have to be.
Spinning it, spinning it, spinning it.

This is true.
So they're illegally doing it already because you can't do a special counsel from somebody that's inside your basic administration.

He's good friends with the Biden and Hunter.
That's the guy they picked.
Well, and also, you have to understand what else this does.
This will stop him from having to testify, because he was supposed to testify before Congress.
And they've got him busted rights.
Yeah, that stops the whole thing.
He can spin this thing out that it is part of an investigation that he is currently working on, so he will not have to testify.
That's where we are.
It's an illegal appointment, though.
Well, everything's been illegal lately, but who's going to stop it is the question.
Think about Mueller.
Mueller had been retired for 15 years.
He was retired.
Jack Smith, he retired in shame, and he's living in Europe.
He wasn't even living in the United States.
He wasn't inside the government.
But this guy, they just appointed the guy who gave the sweetheart deal, who lied about a hunter's laptop under oath and lied many times about it, gave him the sweetheart deal, gave him immunity in perpetuity forever on any crimes he could ever commit.
He's completely absolved of them.
And then has been covering for the Biden family, a Delaware friend, Well, again, who is going to stop them?
The Republicans have had their chance to impeach Garland.
They have sat on their heels.
They have done nothing about it.
When you look at the order of succession, which is exactly what you brought up, You would have Weiss, who reports to Garland, who reports to Biden.
Do you really think they're going to do anything about that succession?
No.
So, onward forward.
They're just going to go ahead and dupe the American people again and give each other a pass.
That's exactly what's happening.
We have got an infiltrated government at the highest degree, and the Republicans better do something about it.
Honestly.
This is so unbelievable that they would not Right out of the gates with what they already know about Garland.
The fact that Garland lied, okay, should be reason for impeachment right there.
All the different things he's been involved in.
So it's going to be an interesting saga.
I mean, they're going to spin it every way till Sunday, as they always do.
They've got the help of the media.
They've got help of social media, corporate, the whole deal, all the lawyers and de-sleeves that are going to be very hard to You know, they're just going to be like, oh, can't wait to get him.
Because that's exactly what they're going to do.
They are going to pardon Hunter Biden.
He is going to remain in that sweetheart deal position where he has got, you know, all of these people protecting him.
Doesn't matter what he does.
Doesn't matter.
But that's not going to stop America for seeing what this administration is all about.
And when they show up to vote, this is going to be one of the things that they consider.

When CNN asked a panel about how they felt about money going to Ukraine, not a single person raised their hand.
If you think the United States should be Supporting Ukraine in the fight against Putin.

They aren't listening to the American people at all.
You want to talk about tone deaf, that is a perfect example of it right there.
They know the optics are bad.
They are going to proceed anyway because they have got to pardon each other and they have got to pardon themselves somehow because they know that we are completely against the way this government is being run.
There's no way to hide it anymore.

They are breaking laws.
Flagrantly, right in front of everybody.
It's the worst thing I've ever seen in the United States to see something like this, to see such a corrupt government.
But it didn't just start here.
I mean, when President Trump was president, you had people like William Barr.
I mean, he was calling the shots and he was doing the cover-up.
Don't forget that Epstein died on his watch.
That's a biggie.
So he, of course, didn't answer any questions.

And Garland's the first person you've got to impeach.

This is a turning point in our country, and it's not looking favorable to the citizens of the United States.
It looks like we have got a coup in our government, and we do.
It's a cartel, is what it is, and they are on both sides of the aisle.
That's exactly what has happened.
Because they have never had term limits, that's exactly what has happened to this country.
It is a sad day indeed.
Now, the saddest thing, these stories coming out of Hawaii are horrific.
I mean, awful.
The death toll in Hawaii, hell is what they're calling it, rises to 55.
They are missing up to a thousand people that are unaccounted for as residents are forced into water after heat from wildfire flames began burning their skin on land.
Think about that for a second.
I mean, that is the most harrowing thing anybody could ever go through to think that you could actually be burning alive on land and you jump into the ocean and you have to wait for the patrol to come by and pick you up.
Apparently there were quite a few people that were in the water for a half hour to an hour, maybe even longer.
A few people, of course, didn't make it.
But that's the scene in Hawaii right now.
Please send your prayers to them.
This is a horrible thing that we've heard about.
And entire neighborhoods.
So once they get out of this, if they're able to get out of this, some of them if they recover, their entire neighborhood, their entire way of life, everything is gone.
Completely gone.
It has been reduced to absolute ashes.
And so, I don't know, the officials are still surveying the extensive damage, but already expect the tragedy to become the state's deadliest natural disaster since 1961, when a tsunami killed 61 people on the Big Island.
This is horrible.
I mean, the stories coming out of there right now are like Joe Biden said he's not going to visit.
No, he and Kamala Harris said they're not going to visit because they don't want to interfere in the investigations and the rescue efforts.
In the investigations.
Really?
Well, just take a page from the train accident over there in Ohio.
Joe never made it over there either.
Okay?
Still, to this day, he never did as he promised he would do, and that is visit Ohio.
This is what we have at the helm.
These are the people in charge right now.
Or so they say.
You see these pictures and you just go, oh no.

The before and after pictures and then what's happening.
Like this video was one of them.
I'm glad they had the ocean there.

I'm going to have me hundreds of lives it saved because you saw the videos of them jumping in and going to waist high or whatever.
But at least they had that ocean to jump in.

I mean, when it's coming at you like that, and you have these unbelievable, almost hurricane-force winds coming off the ocean and fueling this thing, I mean, it can go 100 yards in a second, and it can just get on you.

At least they were able to jump in the ocean.
I mean, that saved their lives.

And a lot of people are saying, hey, this could have been started intentionally.
There's a lot of rumors that are running around.
Right now, the only thing I'm concerned about is getting people safety and getting them housed, getting them in a safe situation, and making sure that their family members know that they are safe, if they are, and then the victims, of course, those that are in pain and are suffering.
This is so awful.
It should just send chills on everybody because that's exactly how bad it is.
And of course, you've got desperate Hawaiians begging billionaire residents, Oprah, Bezos, Larry Ellison, for help as wildfire devastates Maui.
They're saying, hey, guys, come on, do you want to help us out here?
The billionaire class, they're begging them.
Obama, all of them saying, hey, what can you do?
You've got plenty over there.
What are you doing to help?
So they're begging them.
You've got Lauren Sanchez and Jeff Bezos, who owns a $78 million property on Hawaii.
They issued a statement on her social media account in which she called the tragedy heartbreaking while thanking people for helping out in the recovery efforts.
It would be nice to see this billionaire class get together and start helping some of these people that have been horribly affected by this.

An awful situation over there.
When you see that it has been completely reduced to rubble and ash, it makes it real.
And then the stories of people just jumping into the water because their skin was burning.
Their skin was on fire.
That's what we're dealing with here.

Southern California, that's the thing.
People don't recognize that it's not just an ocean right there.
When we have a wildfire and it spreads the way it does, you're not near the ocean to jump in.

I've seen people save their lives.

For real, especially when it's going fast and it burns quick.

If you know you can't make it, what are you going to do?

Am I going to run down the street and get burned up alive, or am I going to just put some water in and hope I just don't boil in here?

So I can't imagine anything worse, and I am just praying for the victims and their families.
Speaking of victims breaking, the family of the Utah man killed in the FBI during the raid over anti-Biden Facebook post releases a statement.
They said it was senseless and tragic.

And they said we the family of Craig DeLoe Robinson are shocked and devastated by the senseless and tragic killing of our beloved father and brother.
So they are speaking out with and we talked about it yesterday.
Did they have to kill him?
He's 75 years old.
He was overweight, and he may have had a gun under his pillow, but let him register.
Hey, you know, they've got protective gear and everything else.
They could have used, you know, said, hey, come out with your hands up, whatever.
They didn't have to kill the man.
And that's exactly what they did.

They could have took him any time with one officer.

In the past, Oliver struggled with mental health and coping with alcohol.
In the depths of despair, just about a month ago, Oliver got to his knees and broke down in tears.
Though he wasn't a religious man, he promised God to get sober if he'd help him with his dream, and it just keeps going.
He's been sober for 30 days, and he put out this song.
In the meantime, John Rich saw it, and I talked to John Rich today, and he wants to produce him.
I mean, get him in his studio.
He's fabulous.
I mean, no telling.
We're all jumping on that, you know?
I mean, this guy's amazing.
I see myself in this guy so much, because...
You know, I struggled with alcohol.
Also, you know, when you pour your heart out and you're a singer-songwriter, which I was for years, and then nobody's really, you know, you got a group of people.
But when I played, I mean, it did pack in these small venues.
But it's just to pour your heart out.
I mean, I wrote one song after another for years and just guitar playing and singing like that.
And I mean, it is.

You turn to alcohol just to bare your soul all the time.
