I've been laughing for an hour straight.

It's like watching a tennis match.
I mean, they are juggling a hot tamale here.
Nobody wants it.
It's the most incredible thing anybody has ever seen.
You know, you just posted something, the terms of this agreement.
We were watching this whole thing play out.
Today's show is no deal, okay?
And it truly is.
Hunter's Plea Deal falls apart.
We had to change it, by the way.
Yes!
You want to explain that one?
Okay, so we had named it.
Oh yeah, so she calls me about, or she texts me about 10 to name the show, and I said, Hunter's Sweetheart Deal.
And so, two hours later, I said, you're going to have to change this.
Yes!
Like five seconds ago, the whole thing fell apart.
You're going to have to change the name of the show, like if you can, and do everything all over again, unfortunately.
I had to delete the show.
A lot of people were contacting me and they're like, hey, what's up with you?
What's wrong with the show?
And I'm like, nothing's wrong with the show.
The title don't make any sense no more.
That's over.
It's the opposite.
Yeah, exactly.
So we've got all of this stuff rallying around us.
No deal.
Hunter plea deal falls apart.
According to prosecutors, the agreement is null and void.
Investigation is ongoing.
This is huge.
Let me try to explain what happened today.
So...
Nobody's ever got a sweetheart deal like this in their lives, and of course it stinks.
So the prosecution and the Democrats, what you've got to understand, the prosecution and the defense are on the same team.
So the DOJ, which is giving him the sweetheart deal, and the defense, they're the same person.
Mm-hmm.
So, I mean, they're not the same person, literally, but they are the same person.
So they're all going in there in their sweetheart deal.
And what do they put in there?
The judge finds a provision they put in there where Hunter would be immune from prosecution for other possible crimes, including those related to representing foreign governments.
So all this stuff, all this treason they did that they're investigating the House, they put in the prosecution.
The prosecution.
Put in, which is like what a defense would do in their dreams.
They put in a provision where, hey, now he's going to get this sweetheart deal and get a slap on the wrist.
But he's going to be immune from all further prosecution.
And the judge said, let me...
Okay, before the deal, the judge asked the prosecutor if that was true, if Hunter would be immune from prosecution, because it's right there in writing.
The prosecutor said no, which fired up the defense, who jumped out of the chair and said, so there's no deal?
Oh my gosh.
So there's no deal.
They had a deal with each other.
And he just jumped up and said it.
Absolutely.
So the judge found this deal.
And she's like, I'm not signing off on this.
And then she asked the prosecutor, is he being looked in for other crimes?
And they go, yes.
We're not signing this deal.
So the whole thing fell apart.
Everybody started panicking.
I'm sure Hunter called him.
Help, Daddy!

Like he always does his whole life.
Help me, Daddy!
This is bad!
And so, then they ended up...
And then they ended up pleading not guilty.
Because if he pled guilty, there was no plea deal.
So he'd probably end up having to go to prison.
So they had to.
And they had to do it right then.
And then you can read the list.
So they give him this list now that he has to abide by or he'll be arrested.
I'll let you read it.
This is the most incredible thing ever.
So the new conditions of release, right?
Right.
For Hunter Biden have just hit the docket.
It was signed by the judge who shelved Hunter's plea deal today.
If Hunter does not comply with any part of the order, he could be immediately arrested.
So while they are investigating him with all of these other crimes that are now up there, he's far from out of the woods, by the way.
Hunter is required to not possess a firearm, not use or possess any controlled substances, including marijuana, unless prescribed.
Subscribe to a full federal suspension.
No use of alcohol at all.
Seek active employment.
That's going to be the hardest one, I think, of all.
That's my favorite.
Seek active employment.
Dude hasn't had an honest job in his life.
Oh my gosh.
Submit to testing for prohibited substances.
Participate in substance abuse therapy.
The penalties for violating could include immediate issuance of an arrest warrant, revocation of release, forfeiture of bond, prosecution for contempt of court.
So here's the thing.
I like that sink.
He can't even drink.
No, I seriously doubt he's going to be able to do any number of any of these things, including employment.
Okay, let's go over them and we'll see.

Not possess a firearm.
I'll give him that one.
He'll probably, you know, he never knows.
And if he does, we'll know because he'll put it on video.
But not use or possess any controlled substance.
Never going to happen.
Unless he gets a doctor's note.
Unless he gets a doctor's note, right?
Then he can use marijuana.
Oh, believe me, that's the first thing.
Hey, to his personnel, get me a prescription to weed immediately.
Okay.
And then, no use of alcohol at all.
Never going to happen.
Seek active employment.

That's all that's going to be.
Well, his lawyer's out, because this is the bong-toting, toking lawyer, right?
That was right by his side the entire time.
So he can't use him for that.
And then he has to participate in substance abuse therapy.
Now, we know what kind of drug problem that Hunter Biden has.
Everybody knows.
You can see it.
Even when they swear he's not on drugs, you've seen him on the balcony at the White House, and he's sniffing and snorting and doing everything that he possibly can, wild-eyed and everything else.
So if you really think that there is a chance of him staying clean, the thing about it is, is he going to get away with it?
Like he does everything else.
Probably.
Probably.
Oh, there's going to be all kinds of threats behind the scenes where the judge is no telling what they're going to try to do.
This judge, poor thing.
She better get ready.
She had no idea.
Well, you pointed something out that was very important.
You have to understand that the prosecution and the defense are on the same side.
This is the DOJ that has been protecting the Bidens the entire time.
So while they had a deal...
Together, the prosecution and the defense, the judge intervened because there is all kinds of evidence that is coming out.
The business deals with China and Ukraine.
I mean, this is huge.
They tried to sneak it in.
Yes, they did.
And so if a prosecutor tries to sneak something in, the defense catches it.
If the defense tries to sneak something in, the prosecutors always catch it.
So when you have them both on the same team, which is what's happening right now, they can put in anything.
So they tried to sneak in that he's going to be immune for all crimes in the future.
And the judge was like, what?
And then when she told the prosecutor, the prosecutor couldn't admit it.
So when he said no, then the defense knew they were lying and he jumps up.
So we don't have a deal now?
Oh my God.
What a train wreck.
The whole thing is about as crooked as the day is long.
And you're watching it play out in real time.
That's what's so much fun about all of this.
So this, it goes on top of what happened last night where you had Hunter Biden's attorneys.
Now they have responded to the allegations that they lied to a Delaware clerk to get key documents against Hunter Biden retracted.
Hunter's plea deal is now in jeopardy.
Now he has pled not guilty.
It's over.
There is no more plea deal, just so everyone knows.
And here you go.
You've got, we stand prepared to address any inquiries of the court to rectify this misunderstanding should the court consider this letter.
And the accompanying materials to be an insufficient explanation for this misunderstanding.
We request an opportunity to more fully brief and be heard on the issue of concern to the court.
There's no misunderstanding.
No, there isn't.
We understand it 100% exactly what happened.
You little low-lives tried to sneak in immunity for him for the rest of his life and do anything so he can go back on and do whatever he wants.
The man now, oh my god, and he's still on drugs.
Remember the video we played of him at the White House, sweating and rubbing his nose and his eyes like they were in cuckoo land?
Oh, he was completely out of it.
And that's the whole thing.
It's not going to go away overnight.
But this little number that they tried to pull last night was unbelievable.
I mean, they truly did.
They tried to sneak all of this in when nobody was looking.
You have them actually facing sanctions because they are accused of lying in the tax case.
The legal team has until 9, that was of last night, to respond to the whole thing basically they lied the her name is Jessica Bingles and she's with Latham Watkins she lied about who she worked for for alleging that she was with amicus to get documents taken off the dot the docket So she pretended to be of opposing counsel, right?
And said, okay, we need to withdraw these documents that have been filed so that the judge didn't see it.
They didn't want the judge to see them.
And whoever that is should automatically be barred for life.
100%.
I mean, the bar should—the lawyer's license, gone.
So they knew this was going to happen.
It all started with that.
They're like, we're going to fix it where the judge don't even see it, and she's going to sign it, and they're going to be missing documents she don't even read.
Man, the judge should haul that.
If it was a real legal system, they would haul that— A lawyer who did that in handcuffs up there and say, you are, I am, you know, you are going to be disbarred.
I'm recommending you to be disbarred.
I'm going to ever see you in my court again, practicing law.
I mean, you should have got a tongue lashing.
Oh, absolutely.
Worse than that.
And arrested.
100%.
You don't do things like this in a court of law, ever.
I mean, this is disbarment, easily.
And yet they're talking about investigating it.
Oh, it was a complete misunderstanding.

Sounds like Kevin McCarthy.
It's the same thing.
Over and over and over again.
I've never seen anything like it.
Yeah.
The judge basically said that the caller misrepresented her identity and who she worked for for an attempt to improperly convince the clerk's office to remove the amicus materials from the docket.
This is what the judge added.
The court will temporarily place the document under seal until close of business on July 26, 2023 to afford the defendant the opportunity to try to make the requisite showing the order read.
So there was all kinds of shenanigans that were playing out in court today.
It was like watching, like I said, a tennis match.
The whole thing.
This has been totally rigged.
The judge had to be the prosecution today.
Couldn't believe it.
She had to be the prosecutor and the judge because the prosecutor and the defense are on the same team.
God, this rotten justice system we got, these Democrats have just destroyed it.
They absolutely have.
But I have to say, honestly, we have pierced the veil because now everybody is watching this whole thing play out.
This works in our favor.
Whether you see it or not, you probably can now because even the news media, even though they were trying to sweep that under the carpet, they can't any longer because this was so messed up.
No one can even believe it.
Him and his pot roast brain dad.
They were bribing enemy countries, nuclear power countries.
Oh my word.
These treasonous tools.
Hunter belongs in prison for the rest of his life on a thousand different ways.
A thousand different ways.
It doesn't matter who you are to watch something this crazy play out in front of everyone in court.
You want to talk about the fact that we've been saying, hey, there's a two-tier justice system.
This is a kangaroo court, okay, a banana republic.
This is exactly what one looks like.
When you've got the DOJ protecting the defendant that they're supposedly trying to go after, they set up a deal.
They should just all go to the left side of the court and just all sit together and get it over with.

Why are y'all even sitting on opposite sides of the room?
Just everybody go over there and sit with Hunter, because that's what you're doing anyway.
We all know it.
Oh my gosh.
It is so true.
But like I said, I mean, we couldn't have really asked for a better outcome.
I was shocked.
Because it never happens.
Right.
We thought for sure he's going to get a sweetheart deal.
It's over.
It works for him.
But then, based on this one-liner about his FARA dealings, right?
And for those that don't know, it's the Foreign Agents Registration Act of 1938.
Which he never registered.
He never registered.
He's been doing all of these deals that everybody knows about with Ukraine, China, Romania...
What they gave Paul Manafort a prison for 15 years before he got pardoned.
Exactly.
The exact same thing.
Exactly.
This is going to get all kinds of attention today, and I could not be more delighted.
They got greedy.
They got greedy.
They had the sweetheart deal of a lifetime.
All they had to do was go in there and just take it.
He got slapped on the wrist, but they couldn't do it because they're that arrogant and they're that confident that they can do anything.
So they try to sneak in.
A provision that gave him immunity forever on future crimes they're going right now.
And then not only that, they tried to get one of their flunkies to call in there and act like somebody else to try to get where the judge couldn't even see it.
They got greedy and they just got...
They just got the big butt kick right out of court.
It's a big win for us.
I mean, this is what I'm trying to tell everybody.
This is like a big win because regardless of the outcome, I mean, he had to plead not guilty.
That's what he entered in court.
They had to.
All kinds of terms.
Right.
Or else he would have had to have been arrested.
Yeah.
So they gave him terms in order to stay free.
However, it lets you know that this is progressing at a rapid pace.
And should the one thing happen that everybody knows can is that he gets a pardon from his dad.
We're in election season, folks, okay?
This isn't a good look for the privileged group.
It's not a good look.
They're going to get them for treason, and Biden's going to pardon himself, and he's going to pardon Hunter.
You wait and see.
Mm-hmm.
I mean, this is really something.
But the American people are wide awake.
The world is wide awake.
This looked like something out of a movie today.
This is not the way it was supposed to go down, but it played out for all to see.
Daddy, help!

Daddy, we got a problem down here.
Boy, do they have a problem.
Every single one of these people.
That judge was like, not today, Satan.
Right.
It's so true.
But I mean, every single one, whether you're on the prosecution or the defense, they need to be looked at.
They need to be investigated.
Those are the people that you want to look at now.
Because in real life scenarios, if that were you, if that were me, nothing like this would have ever happened.
They would have thrown away the key with us.
It would have been over a long time ago.
Would have never even made it to this stage.
But the fact that it did is a good thing.
It shows how they are playing in court.
And they're not playing fairly.
And that goes for both the prosecution and the defense.
I couldn't be happier with what happened today.
I think it's fantastic.
I absolutely think it's one of the best outcomes.
Because we would have had this sweetheart deal.
They would have said, okay, that's been settled.
Move on with your lives.
No.
They got greedy.
They couldn't do that.
They got greedy because they were like, well...
We got the prosecution and we're all on the same team.
We can do anything we want.

So this is a really big, big situation we've got in front of us.

Well, and we know what's happening in our Senate as it is.
I mean, this is the worst Senate we've ever seen.

I want him out because he doesn't do our country any good.

They try to do a story about it like I'm a kook, and then they lie in the next paragraph about reaching out to me, which they never did.
