I've been watching this trial a little bit of this guy's IRS whistleblowers.
These two guys are taking a huge jump bite under Joe's asses.
Oh boy.
Well, it definitely is showing.
I mean, when you start talking about the fact that they've got, you know, we've got a person up there that is testifying who is a Democrat and who is also gay.
You want to talk about the left not suiting their narrative.
They'll just say he's not trans.
You're not trans though!
Yeah, you're not gay enough.
Yeah, we're not near gay enough, non-gay.
Oh my gosh, it's so true.
So today's show is titled IRS Whistleblower X is what they are referring to this whistleblower as and there's going to be quite a day of testimony.
I don't think there's anybody in the entire world that doesn't understand what's actually going on here with the left.
And I know that these things take time, testimony and hearings and all of these things, but they They have taken it way too far.
They have been selling out our country.
There are actual crimes that have been committed here, treasonous crimes, felonies.
Yeah, not paperwork errors.
Right.
And they need to absolutely, you know, they need to be looked into and also prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Otherwise, we don't have a country.
We really do not.
Our country was built on law and order.
And to think that we're here and even having these discussions, that Hillary Clinton basically got a pass with her election interference, and now they're going after people left, right, and center.
It's gone too far.
It's beyond that.
And I really blame the Republican Party because they have taken way too long.
They should have had impeachments out there already.
They absolutely should have.
They shouldn't be gaining any more traction or having any more debates without impeachment on the table.
Every time they tweet, I'm telling you, it makes me so mad to read another Kevin McCarthy.
This is terrible.
This is horrible.
If only we could do something about it.

I mean, all they're doing is tweeting.
I mean, this is the problem.

It's not like I didn't have fun.
I had fun and laughed all the way through it, all the way to screw-ups, everything.
Well, that's what makes us all human.
I mean, nobody has had a perfect ride for sure, and we just want you to take care of yourself.
It wasn't so long ago that you ended up in the hospital, and so I think everybody was saying, okay, so what can we do to make sure that you're okay?
Because you're a national treasure, and we don't want anything to happen to you, and we don't want you to overexert yourself.
I mean, speaking of which, okay, we can go into this now.
Are you eating well?
You started this diet.
You started all of this stuff.
Do you think that has something to do?
Yeah.

I mean, you know, I do a lot anyway, so I'm physically active for an old guy.
But no, I'm doing good.
I started kind of a health kick almost a week ago.
I lost eight pounds.
My target is 30, so I got 22 more to go.
Then that's pretty much my high school weight.
But, yeah, I've been just doing the greens, the superfood that sponsored us.

And they have a right to be concerned about AI. I'm concerned about AI. Most people should be.

But, you know, not as weary as Joe Biden should be with this whistleblower testimony.
Let me tell you, you've got anonymous IRS whistleblower, brave opening statement revealed.
He's got a huge statement here that he released.
He's extremely concerned about the truth getting out there.
And here is some of the things that he said.
Two whistleblowers will testify to Congress today at 1 p.m.
Eastern Time after revealing that Joe Biden's Department of Injustice and the FBI urged them to end the investigation of Joe and Hunter Biden.
The Gateway Pundit has previously reported that the two courageous truth-tellers are former IRS investigation supervisor Gary Shapely and the anonymous whistleblower X, who is a 13-year special agent of the IRS. X will shed his anonymity in public for the first time during the hearing, and which you have since learned that that he is a democrat and also gay
the irs agents were assigned to the federal investigation into hunter biden's tax and gun charges you have the opening statement and it is quite a sight to behold he He came straight out just basically saying...
Yeah, I have witnessed the corrosion of ethical standards and the abuse of power that threatened our nation.
It is within this context that I have chosen to shed light on these actions and expose those responsible.
I recognize that while I was present at the start of this investigation and was closely involved with the investigation for roughly five years, that I am just part of the story.
My aim is to address systematic problems that have allowed misconduct to flourish.
It is not a call for blame, but a call for accountability and reform.
Transparency is the foundation of our democracy.
Without it, people lose their trust in institutions and the bonds that tie the fabric of our nation start to fray.
The American people deserve to know the truth, no matter how uncomfortable or inconvenient it may be for either political party.
So, he's out there swinging.
He's putting it all out there on the line and letting them know what he needs.
They can't get him.
He's destroying the Democrats.

I mean, were you scared of that little nerd?
Man, go out there and hammer him.
Said he's the worst AG, the most rotten AG. He's going after political opponents.
He's trying to jail political opponents.
This guy belongs in communist China.
I can't believe he's even American.
We're going to impeach the hell out of him.
He's crooked.
We're going to call so many witnesses.

You've got Democrat representative Daniel Goldman, who claims our justice system is playing favorites and pinning Hunter Biden as a two-tiered system of justice, right?
Like, he's the one that's suffering from all of this.
To add more fuel to the fire, an anonymous, of course, the IRS whistleblower is all set to spill the tea.
So that didn't stop.
The Democrats from going out there and putting on this whole front that Hunter Biden is actually the victim here.
I couldn't even believe it.
When he started going, I was like, are you kidding?

I want to take a half step back here and connect it to the other topic this morning, which of course is the looming federal indictment of Donald Trump, because we're hearing the same argument.
We're hearing Republicans say, both there on the Hill, but also presidential candidates, that the blame lies with the Department of Justice, that it has been weaponized by this White House.
Just speak to us, as someone who obviously has great experience in this matter, as to how dangerous that is.
Also, frankly, impacting Americans' faith in their institutions.
I think that last point, John, is the exact correct one, which is that the House Republicans, with Donald Trump's leadership, have been trying to undermine the institutions that hold the powerful accountable.
And they're doing that because they have no defense to the criminal activity of the president.
And he is the leader of their party.
And in reality, that's why they are trying to attack the Hunter Biden investigation, which was an exhaustive investigation done by a Trump-appointed US attorney.
And now we have a special counsel who's on the precipice of charging Donald Trump with another indictment.
But the special counsel, by regulation, is completely independent from the Biden Justice Department, which is exactly the point of it.
So there is actually no basis to say that this is somehow a political interference or a weaponization, as they say, of the Department of Justice.
In fact, based on my experience, I'm shocked that Hunter Biden was even charged with these crimes.
If you look at the history of civil and criminal enforcement of tax issues and just look at Roger Stone's case, He effectively did the same thing as Hunter Biden and he simply paid a fine.
So the fact that he's even taking a plea deal, in my mind, demonstrates a two-tiered system of justice against Hunter Biden, not at all in favor of Donald Trump or the Republicans.
Isn't that incredible?
Yeah, please shut that idiot off.
Well, it's fun because here's the thing.
They are absolutely doing exactly what you would expect.
They are making Hunter Biden the victim of this whole story.
He is innocent, right?
I mean, they're just going after him.
He should have never, ever agreed to this deal.

Not paying $8 million in taxes?
Really?
Can you imagine what would happen if you would have done that?
You'd be in prison for 15 years if you did everything he did.
You got that right.
And that was just to divert from his real crimes the treason.
That was just a slap on the wrist to try to get some kind of deal and say, hey, we've investigated Hunter, it's over.
So you don't investigate them girls who look 12 years old, thousands of them all over his wet laptop naked.
Absolutely.
This is crazy.
This is only another deterrent to try to get you off of what's happening and what they're doing to President Trump.
But he's not the only one that's suffering either.
I mean, they're going after everybody.
Look at what they did to the January Sixers.
These people are ruthless.
They are the worst I've ever seen.

Director Wray, FBI's mission is to protect the American people and uphold the U.S. Constitution, correct?

So we had, a couple years ago, it was an hearing, and I actually, looking on all of the concerns that I've seen with really warrantless surveillance and abuses of Section 702 of FISA, I compare your agency to KGB,
and spending two years in this community reading a lot of reports now, doing a lot of hearings, I am really shocked that your agency is involved, not just Unlawful surveillance of American citizens, intimidation of American citizens, censorship of American citizens, potential cover-ups of convenient political figures and potential setups of inconvenient political figures.
And a lot of my colleagues ask a lot of questions, but I think when we look at that, and unfortunately we haven't been doing our job authorizing spending, which was not authorized by our committee already for over a decade, we're going to have this serious conversation and include in reauthorization of Section 702.
But I want to talk about, follow up on some other issues that you mentioned about that my colleagues was talking about, and you mentioned that you focus on malign foreign actors.
So in Durham's report, which describes 2020, he states, and this is a quote, still subsources could have been compromised by the Russians.
FBI never gave appropriate consideration to the possibility that this still report was Russian disinformation.
No vetted happened.
You have some falsified FISA court application.
You have some very shady, you know, confidential human sources that you kept paying for them.
Nothing was vetted.
Some of your head of counterintelligence division was accused of taking money from Russian oligarchs just recently this year.
So you said it all was bad.
Now we go to 2022.
Your agency is involved with SBU, Security Service of Ukraine.
You know, to actually provide information, to big tap, to censor just views of American people.
No wedding seems as happening.
You know, this is information.
Actually, a lot of this information was pro-Russian against Ukraine and pro-Putin.
You agents just pass it along.
It seems like nothing happened.
And it's interesting for me that, you know, when I raised some issue, actually, beginning of July, in what's happening in Ukraine, I don't have any confidential human sources, just using some sense and intelligence that something is wrong happening in Ukraine.
It seems like there is a lot of infiltration.
I was attacked.
Oh my gosh, how can you question?
Well, strangely enough, You know, after me raising this question, in the middle of July, President Zelensky fired his SBU top guy, opens over 600 investigations, is potentially infiltration by Russians, and then fired a lot of other people for corruption.
And anti-corruption prosecutor was suddenly installed.
But what is really interesting for me, you know, how could you have these processes and are you doing actually any investigation to look?
Because it seems to me, as I understand you still have our agencies working with SBU with, you know, coming from KGB time and FSB time has a lot of potential to have this infiltration.
Are you doing any investigations on these issues?
Doing investigations on...
Yeah, to look at that, why we're doing that information, we're taking from SBU, which actually was infiltrated and given to sense Americans to our big tech companies.
Are you looking into that as an agency?
I'm not sure there's an investigation that is directly on point to what you're saying.
I mean, certainly the SBU is an agency that we work with for a long time.
So did we change the processes now, since we know your guys work with SBU, SBU was infiltrated by Russians, and, you know, big tech was censoring American citizens with this unvetting information that actually was provided by Russians.
So we're not doing an investigation.
Do you change any processes?
Are you still happening?
You have the same processes that happen.
Is this still happening now?
Well, the engagement that we had with SBU was during...
But I'm talking right now.
Yeah.
Because recently, some of your agents had actually, you know, a joint meeting, and they were bragging how they're top corporations with SBU. Did you change processes?
I'm not sure what processes you're talking about.
To vet information.
Yeah.
What's happening?
Again, during the period and the beginning of the invasion — No, no, I'm talking right now.
Do you change — do you vet information that you get from agencies like SBU? I mean, I don't know if we're trying to — are we being, like, stupid?

Are we being infiltrated by Russians or corrupt?
I don't understand why we're not vet information with such a really challenging agency.
So are you changing anything of that?
I would like to have a briefing or something on this, because if you're not looking at it, I have a huge problem with that.
I'm happy to try to see if we can arrange to get you a better briefing on the subject.
Because this is a serious national security issue.

She really knows.
I mean, firsthand.
This is the thing.
I mean, she absolutely knows what it is like when you have got people, communists, that are taking over this country.
And this is how this FBI is running, like a KGB. That's what it is.
Definitely.
It's just so far gone.
It's hard to even keep talking about it.
They're just gone.
You can't.
I mean, you absolutely can't.
That guy right there, you look at him and Merrick Garland, two of the most just treasonous traitors this country's ever known.
They're just absolutely destroying everything.
Everybody's faith.
There's nobody that believes in the DOJ. You can't run a country like that.
Or the FBI. They've destroyed it, and they don't care as long as it favors whoever over here.
Oh, it's true.
I mean, this has gotten so bad.
It's not fixable.
It really isn't.
They're going to just have to completely defund the agency, completely just knock it down and start all over again or not.
We have enough law enforcement agencies that can take care of the problems in their own states.
We absolutely do.
But this agency is geared to get rid of political opponents and those that are voting for them.
When you look at how they have infiltrated Catholic churches, when they have infiltrated the schools, when you've got mama bears and papa bears that are up there saying, hey, you know what?
We want to see what you're teaching our children.
And when they are going after January Sixers for using their free speech and using a free speech platform to protest, and they can't even do that without facing years and years in jail and being denied their civil liberties, we've got a problem here.
And the problem, the domestic terrorist Is the FBI itself.
And the DOJ. Especially when it's being run by Ray and Garland.
I cannot believe these two still have a position in government at this point.
They don't care who's president or whatever.
They're the head of the FBI and they're not going to charge anybody with nothing.
And they say we're going to kill this investigation like they're doing Hunter.
And we're going to make this investigation.
We're going to make sure they're charged over nothing.
And it just goes on and on and on.
My goodness.
And then the Republicans won't do nothing.
They know for a fact, no matter what, the Republicans are not going to do anything.
They know that for a fact.
Wow.
Well, you know, then there has to be something done about the Republicans, and that's exactly what's going to happen.
It's going to be a primary season, and we're going to make sure that we replace all of those that weren't able to complete their tasks.
We're not into the show business part of this anymore.
We're tired of Of the Kabuki theater.
We want results.
We're tired of the whole headline, you know, chasing situation.
We want to actually see results.
That's why people are getting so angry when you've got McCarthy up there tweeting nonstop and you've got Jim Jordan who's posting and tweeting.
We want to see results from what your investigation are revealing.
We already have known a lot of these things that are coming to light.
We've known it for years.
We know how they interfered in 2016.
They tried to steal that as well.
We know how they interfered in 2020.
We know what happened with COVID. We know it didn't come out of a wet market.
We know it came from a lab.
We've known that for years now.
No, no, no, no, no.
Ridiculous.
Yeah.
It didn't come from the number one place that they test coronaviruses in the world in China.
It did not come there.
It came 20 miles away.
Somebody ate a, you know, some kangaroo soup and a snake screwed a snail and then that's how it came.
Not the other place 20 miles away.
It was absurd.
It has gotten so bad, and they just keep drawing it out.
But see, that's what bureaucrats do.
They sit on things or they speed them up, depending on what side of the fence they are on politically.
So that's why...

99% of Washington, D.C. is Democrats.

Look at the FBI. I knew the FBI was over when Black Lives Matter and Antifa were burning down cities, causing $2 billion worth of damage, killing 20 people, burning neighborhoods, burning every city.
And they came out there and kneeled down to them on their knees.
I'm like, you're talking about no respect.
Well, we knew at that point what had happened.
It had been completely infiltrated.
You've got Black Lives Matter that ends up being the biggest scam of all.
And so what do they do?
They shift and they pivot.

I mean, he says there is nothing that indicates Hunter Biden will be required to amend his false tax return for 2018, a false tax return that includes improper deductions for prostitutes, sex clubs, and his adult children's tuition.
Deducting prostitutes.
This is all at our expense.
We are paying for all of this nonsense, even the hearings we are paying for.
So here he goes.
Thus, as I read the public documents as the Department of Justice action against Hunter Biden, there is nothing that indicates Hunter Biden will be required to amend his false tax return for 2018.
A false tax return that includes improper deductions for prostitutes, sex clubs, and his adult children's tuition.
I mean, come on.
They're not even trying to hide it.
He's working on this as, you know, an IRS agent.
This is what his job is.
They're like, he's probably trying to trick them, you know.

But he ain't got no money for that little girl he had.

Including forgery and conspiracy, some of these charges could lead to a prison term of up to 14 years.
This is nothing more than an intimidation tactic, and it's right in time for the 2024 election.
If you say anything about it, we're going to try to put you in prison.
We're going to cheat right in front of your eyes.
We're going to shut down voting in the middle of the night.
We're going to count and count and count for weeks until we get the number we need.
We don't care if there's videos.
We don't care about the 2,000 mule videos.
We don't care what you see.
Complain about it or legally complain about it.
If you're in a position, then we're going to put you in jail.

And conveniently they took away his account as soon as he put these messages out there where he was asking for peace and telling everybody to go home and he was putting out videos.

I know exactly what happened that day.
And they also wanted to stop the videos of all these January Sixers and these events and what actually was happening at the Capitol not to be revealed.
They're still holding on to this video footage.
That's what's so incredible to me.
I can't even believe it.
Now you got John Solomon who is talking about these bags that they just figured out.
They were these yellow bags.
And they were basically just abandoned for anybody and everybody to pick them up and run away with them.
I couldn't even believe it.
And so that's on them.

You had major security failures.

In fact, it even surprised some of the veteran people in the Capitol Police and others that we showed it to over the last few days.
It occurred on the afternoon of January 6, 2021.
There was, at that moment, a breach in the Capitol.
Police were scrambling around and something unusual happened.
We've heard about this incident.
It's been rumored for months that there was what they call the yellow bag incident.
That a bag of gear, police gear, was brought into the Capitol by police.
They lost track of it and they allowed some of the bad guys to get a hold of it.

This is a door on the Lower East Side of the Capitol.
You're going to see some Capitol Police officers coming in.
It's right after the breach.
There's two of them.
There's the third one.

There are plastic handcuffs in it.
They fall on the ground.
Two pairs of them.
They didn't even bother to pick them up.

I mean, the judge hinted at a possible delay in the trial reaching the year 2024.
Trump's legal battles remained at the forefront of his day.
He even confessed to anticipating charges in a third criminal case during an interview last night with Sean Hannity.
I mean, he knows exactly what he's up against.
It's so hard to listen to.

But he knows exactly what he's got here.
And this judge knows that this is absolutely, this is a, they're trying to weaponize against their opponent.
So Trump slammed them all.
And he wouldn't even let him get a word in edgewise.
He doesn't let anybody talk, from what I understand.

I don't watch Fox.
I don't watch any cable at all.
Well, they reshuffled their lineup after Fox, and guess what?
