Somebody was like, you seem distracted the other day when you're on the show.
That's because I'm in a car and it's raining, almost helling, and the wind's blowing 80 miles an hour.
I'm in a storm.
And I have to drive and talk on this microphone and hold it and drive over underneath this awning of this place out here in the middle of nowhere.

Yeah, I was distracted all right.
I'm just trying not to die.

Well, and not only that, you can't hear me when you have a storm.

Yeah, so it's really an interesting situation.
We do this redneck style.
We're both from the South, so relax, enjoy yourselves.
We never know what's going to happen on this show.
I'll tell you what, it's really been something.
But we have got the whistleblowers that are out, and my goodness, bless them all.

I will tell you something.
If you don't know by now that we are living in a banana republic, welcome.

It is so horrible to hear it.
And they are nothing but courageous in my book.
I am so thrilled that we have got solid people out there.
It has nothing to do with their political persuasions.
And it's almost like they had to remind everyone of that.
Is that it has to do with this country.
And then what happened as a result of it was just atrocious, treating people like that.
They went through all the protocols to try to alert and use the system, and yet it was used against them.
So that is the name of today's show, FBI Whistleblowers.

Democrats interrupt, smear witnesses, run cover for the FBI. It was absurd.
Absolutely absurd what they were doing.
I couldn't even believe what I was hearing from them.
I mean, here's the thing.
If the Republicans don't do something about this, then we're in trouble because you even have Joe Biden, as crazy and out there as he is, that is absolutely trying to make America First patriots into enemies of this country.
Domestic terrorists.
So if the right doesn't stand up for us, then that narrative is going to continue to live on.
And we can't allow that to happen.
So the Republicans don't have a choice.
But Kevin McCarthy, go ahead and release that footage from January 6th.
And go ahead and start compiling how this government was weaponized against we the people.
It's just got to happen.
It's everything the FBI touches is just rotten.
They hide things.
They're literally, if you're a Christian, they're coming after you.
If you believe in a constitution, the FBI will come after you.
If you see Amazing Grace in front of an abortion client, they're coming for you.
They're coming after you.
If you don't want your kids to have illustrations of a gay blowjob at six years old, the FBI is coming for you.
This FBI, they don't deserve to exist as an institution anymore.
They need to be disbanded and all the buildings sold.
And I don't, you know, Kash Patel saying we should do this and do that.
I'm for just disband.
I don't see how it's salvageable.
The country has lost faith in it to the point of it's just a joke now.
And, you know, look at Christopher LeRae, him, James Comey, Mueller, they're all to blame.
Merrick Garland, who's nothing more than just, I mean, just an absolute Nazi AG. I mean, he literally is just up there to punish his political opponents.
Name one time he sat up there and said, hey, we have got a special announcement.
We just had 2,857 people, a child...
You know, kidnapping ring.
Have you ever said anything?
Of course not.
I mean, think about all the gymnasts that were hurt so terribly against their coach.
And what did the FBI do?
They sat idly by and allowed it to happen even though they knew what was going on.
Look at Epstein.
Look at Epstein Island.
They used that as a cover-up operation.
They were on the scene and we all just said, okay, there goes all the evidence.
That's all they are.
They're there to clean up.
When they say the FBI is on the scene, yep, they're there if they can blame it on their political opponent, to blame it.
And if it's a Democrat or a Democrat associate, if it's transgender, look, they won't show the manifesto.
Anything in one of their groups, they're there to wipe it clean.
That's exactly right.
And you can't exist like that.
Why are we paying taxes to this organization?
Why are they receiving money?
They're knocking on the doors.
I mean, all the good people are terrorists to them, and the real terrorists are good people.
Well, and it's true.
It's ass backwards.
Well, and we also need to start probably absolutely pulling the financials.
I mean, they had no problem doing that with the sitting presidents.
Surely they shouldn't have a problem doing that with Christopher Wray.
Mayorkas and some of the others.
They are absolutely on the hot seat.
And thank goodness we've got somebody like Marjorie Taylor Greene who is up there fighting, wanting to get to the bottom of it.

The Constitution was written by men who believed in a God-fearing nation.
It provides the ultimate guide on how to govern a civil society.
Every word was carefully chosen to give each branch of government the power to check and temper the other.
These men knew that with unchecked power, any branch of government could lose sight of the job they were hired to do and become beholden solely to the power they wield.
This is what has happened in America today.
Power corrupts.
The Biden administration is proof of it.
From the top down, virtually every person involved in this disturbing America last executive branch has weaponized their office to target their political opponents.
It's unprecedented and it's not the American way.
This week I've solemnly and soberly chosen to use the powers that the founders provided and issue a check against what the Biden administration thinks are unfettered powers.
It's something I don't take lightly.
On Tuesday, I submitted articles of impeachment against the U.S. Attorney for the District of Columbia, Matthew Graves.
Mr.
Graves is derelict in his duty as the Chief Prosecutor for Washington, D.C. He is in a unique position of the top law enforcement officer for both federal and local crimes, but he's refusing to do his job.
Under his watch, 67% of arrests have gone unprosecuted.
Many of these are violent crimes where the victims are left wondering, where has justice gone?
It's no wonder that he is ignoring these acts that destroy the lives of residents of our nation's capital because he is solely focused on a three-hour event that happened on January 6, 2021.
He is devoting his entire office to maliciously prosecuting as many people as he possibly can, including nonviolent, peaceful protesters.
Graves is refusing to do his job.
He must be impeached.
On Tuesday, I also submitted articles of impeachment.
against FBI Director Christopher Wray.
Director Wray has turned the Federal Bureau of Investigation into the personal police force of Joe Biden and Attorney General Merrick Garland.
It is wholly unacceptable for the FBI director or any civil officer to use their power in a way that targets one political class and favors another.
Wray has used Soviet-style tactics in his targeting of average Americans and placed threat tags on everyone from pro-life groups to traditional Catholics.
He even sent armed agents to the home of President Donald Trump, who is also the current front-runner in the Republican presidential election, in a politically motivated raid to influence an upcoming election.
All while shielding the current Democrat president's vile son from a criminal probe.
Ray is using his extremely powerful law enforcement role for political purposes.
He must be impeached.
Yesterday morning, I introduced articles of impeachment against Attorney General Merrick Garland.
Since Merrick Garland took over as Attorney General, he has completely weaponized the Department of Justice to the point under his control it has become the Department of Injustice.
The politicization of the DOJ has resulted in the persecution of the left's political enemies and a two-tiered justice system.
Garland is using the FBI as the personal police force for his boss, Joe Biden.
He has launched investigations into everyone, from parents who protest their local school boards to former and future President Donald J. Trump.
Nothing short of election interference.
His corruption knows no bounds.
While Antifa and BLM terrorists have caused billions of dollars in property damage and taken lives, Garland instead persecutes Americans who engaged in legitimate political protest, people who were overwhelmingly nonviolent, many of them just walking through the Capitol.
Garland's total politicization and perversion of the American justice system has only one remedy, impeachment.
Yesterday, I also introduced articles of impeachment against Department of Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas.
Since assuming office, Secretary Mayorkas has aided and abetted the complete invasion of our country by deliberately flooding our nation with drugs, terrorists, and illegal aliens.
Mayorkas has allowed approximately 6 million illegal border encounters and 1.4 million known gotaways.
But how many more don't we even know about?
He has intentionally diverted resources, Away from our borders, stopped construction of the border wall, and broke existing laws by allowing mass parole for illegal aliens.
Mayorkas ended President Trump's Remain in Mexico policy, and we are back to the days of catching and releasing illegal aliens directly into the United States.
Mayorkas stated under oath that we have operational control of our borders.
He lied to the American people, he lied under oath, and he has blatantly violated his oath of office.
Secretary Mayorkas must be impeached.
It is with the highest amount of solemnity that I announce my intention to introduce articles of impeachment today on the head of this America at Last executive branch that has been working since January 20, 2021, to systematically destroy this country.
The President of the United States, Joseph Robinette Biden.
Joe Biden has deliberately compromised our national security by refusing to enforce immigration laws and secure our border, allowed approximately 6 million illegals from over 170 countries to invade our country, deprived Border Patrol of the necessary resources and policies Sufficient to protect our country.
And his administration has willfully refused to maintain operational control as required by the law.
He has allowed fentanyl, the number one killer of Americans between the age of 18 and 45, to overwhelmingly flood into our country and kill around 300 Americans every single day.
These aren't just Americans.
These are people's family members.
These are their sons, their daughters, their brothers, their sisters, their mothers, their fathers, their cousins, aunts and uncles.
These are American families.
His administration has lost complete contact with approximately 85,000 unaccompanied illegal alien children.
And his policies have forced tens of thousands of illegal children into slave labor.
Where are these kids?
No one even knows.
It's horrible.
Joe Biden has reinstated catastrophic and disastrous catch-and-release policies which have allowed illegals to flood our country and our communities.
He ended Remain in Mexico and reinstated catch-and-release.
Under Biden's command, the Secretary of Homeland Security has illegally granted mass parole to aliens when U.S. federal law only permits parole to be granted on a specific case-by-case basis.
He endangered the lives of Americans by allowing illegal aliens who had tested positive for COVID-19 to enter our country and infect American citizens, yet while enforcing strict COVID policies on American citizens.
His policies, directives, and statements surrounding the southern border have violated our laws and destroyed our country.
Biden has blatantly violated his constitutional duty.
And he is a direct threat to our national security.
Therefore, Joseph Robinette Biden is unfit to serve as the President of the United States and must be impeached.
Out in the real world, where American taxpayers live, employees are fired when they are corrupt or aren't adequately serving their employer or purposely destroying a company.
In this case, the employer is the American people because they pay the salaries.
They pay the salaries of everyone in the federal government.
The Constitution outlines a very simple process to fire the corrupt officials serving in the federal government.
Impeachment.
Matthew Graves, Christopher Wray, Merrick Garland, Alejandro Mayorkas, and Joe Biden are all corrupt and unfit to hold office, and they all must be impeached.
This concludes Impeachment Week.
That is absolutely necessary.
I am so happy she did that.
Yeah, and every Republican should vote for it, and they should put on a vote by the beginning of next week, and then every one of them should have an impeachment trial.
That's how you play aggressive.
This is how you win.
But nobody will do it because Kevin McCarthy won't even let it come to a vote, guaranteed.
Because he's a rhino, just like Mitch McConnell.
That will warn you.

She is going to force them to show their hands, all of the rhinos, because knowing what Americans know now, they know that this government is corrupt to the core.
And things can't continue on this way.
And if they do, everyone is going to turn their back on the system and it's going to basically implode on itself.
That's what you have.
But she is the one that is out there in the front and she is asking for your help.

Now, you know, there was only one party that was talking about defunding the police.
And they used every excuse they possibly could, including George Floyd, to make sure that that happened.
Well, now all of a sudden, because crime is so high around the rest of the country...
It's not such a good idea.
So what do they do?
They blame Republicans for all of this.

The real thing that Americans need to be focused on is why.
My Republican colleagues would like me and others to believe that they've suddenly found religion when it comes to misconduct in law enforcement.

When the FBI is rifling through personal correspondence of people of color, when law enforcement tries to push policies to limit the freedom of people practicing a different religion, or unjustly pursuing people in cars who look like Philando Castile or my children, or who are just going about their business, or breaking down the doors of people's homes like Breonna Taylor, do you think my Republican colleagues care about that?
They don't bat an eye.
But when the FBI investigates conservative Christian white men who are actually threatening violence, suddenly my Republican colleagues are rushing to defund the police.
The reason we're here today is because Chairman Jordan wants to make America Trump again.
My Republican colleagues aren't here representing their constituents, not my constituents.
They're representing Donald Trump.
They're acting as his defense attorney, his campaign operative, and everything in between.
This committee, this select committee, is a clearinghouse for testing conspiracy theories for Donald Trump to use in his 2024 presidential campaign.
What's clear from these hearings is that Donald Trump knows just as well as I do that the danger to him And his MAGA movement is the rule of law.
That's why this committee is working so hard to undermine the rule of law.
That's why Donald Trump asked Jordan and others on this committee to waste our time and taxpayer money, asked the Speaker of the House to attack the Manhattan District Attorney, Alvin Bragg, for having the audacity to indict the former president On 34 counts of fraud.
And that's why this committee hasn't given up its stolen election talking points.
They know we won.

And they need to be investigated and they need to be held accountable and they need to be tried for treason.
And that means the highest extent of the law.
That's why those policies were put in place.
And that's what our country was built on.
So here you've got this banana republic that is running around and has been for years.
We've all witnessed it.
Some of us have been an actual victim of it.
Whether directly or indirectly, by supporting President Trump.
I mean, all of a sudden, you have a target on your back if that's who you support, which is incredible to me.
But here you've got FBI employees.
They had security clearances revoked after speaking out against politicized rot.
This is according to the House report.
The FBI defends suspension, saying that one employee refused to participate in an arrest and another took part in unapproved interviews with a Russian government news outlet.
All right.
Now, here is the real story.
There were a lot of people that were up there today that were actually talking about the fact that they went through all of the different protocols that they were supposed to.
And their story is absolutely harrowing, honestly, when you think about what they actually had to go through.
I mean, they were testing, they were testifying that, you know, basically...
These people were going after them.
I mean, one of them comes out and says, you may think I'm a political partisan, a grifter, or a conspiracy theorist.
You gotta listen to his message, because it's not that.
You actually have to hear what happened to them.
You may think I'm a political partisan.
You may think I'm a grifter.
You may think I'm a conspiracy theorist.
It does not matter.
Simply put, this committee should avoid the temptation to impugn the character I mean, and it's true.
They have already smeared these people.
They have smeared them in every single way they possibly can.
And the stories are horrible.
It was heartbreaking to hear Mr.
O'Boll, who basically ended with, he warned his colleagues to pray about exposure and exposing this government because of the ramifications that it has.
Listen to this.
All of the hardships you've gone through.
If one of your really good friends, your former colleagues, came to you and said, I have this thing that is being covered up, and I think the American people need to know about it, what advice would you give them?
I would tell them first to pray about it, long and hard. - Yeah.
And I would tell them I could take it to Congress for them, or I could put them in touch with Congress, but I would advise them not to do it.
So you would legitimately try to protect one of your colleagues from doing what you have done?
Absolutely.
And how do you think that solves being able to shine light on corruption, weaponization, any kind of misconduct that exists with the American people?
It doesn't solve it.
But the FBI will crush you.
This government will crush you and your family if you try to expose the truth about things that they are doing that are wrong.
And we are all examples of that.
I can't think of a more sobering way to end the hearing.
I mean, think about that.
Disgusting.
Think about what they have actually gone through.
We've been saying it on the show forever.
Try to speak the truth.
Yeah.

You're a Christian.
If you speak the truth, if you speak truth to power, the FBI is coming for you.
They are.
They will frame you.
They will make up stuff.
They'll do whatever kid.
They will try to entrap you.
They framed General Flynn.
They framed President Trump.
They entrapped General Flynn.
You think they will do it?
A four-star general and the President of the United States, if you don't think they're going to frame them, you don't think they're going to come frame you and put whatever on your computer?
Or just say, hey, he killed five people.
You know, just make it up.
Oh boy, this is so awful.
Well, they absolutely spoke out against this corrupt regime.
You have FBI employees who spoke out against the politicized rot within the Bureau, were suspended, or had their security clearances revoked.
This is all coming out in this hearing and the bravery of these people, I honestly, they go unmatched because when you hear the stories about how they were transferred right afterwards only to be suspended On their first day, how their family were, you know, they took all of their belongings, put it in an FBI storage facility.
I mean, they were treated horribly.
As soon as the FBI got wind that they most likely will be blowing that whistle, then all of this occurs.
Here you've got Mr.
O'Boyle, who is talking about more of it.
Chairman Jordan, members of the committee, thank you for addressing FBI malfeasance and allowing me to speak today.
Aside from that point of gratitude, I'm sad, I'm disappointed, and I'm angry that I have to be here to testify about the weaponization of the FBI and DOJ. Weaponization against not only its own employees, but against those institutions and individuals that are supposed to protect the American people.
I am here today because even though I am wrongfully suspended from the FBI, I remain duty-bound to the American people to play my small role in rectifying these issues.
After all, I never swore an oath to the FBI. I swore an oath to the Constitution.
I've served my nation and community my entire adult life, first in the United States Army, then as a police officer, and lastly as an FBI Special Agent.
Shortly after high school, I joined the United States Army where I served in the infantry and I was quickly promoted through the ranks.
I deployed to both Iraq and Afghanistan in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom.
I served in the historic 101st Airborne Division.
I received the Combat Infantryman's Badge, which is awarded to those infantrymen who engage in ground combat with our nation's enemies.
The Army's official motto is, this will defend.
Along with numerous others, I volunteered to serve this nation, risking my life in combat to protect America and her values.
I know some of the best men and women this country has to offer.
They come from all backgrounds, races, and creeds.
They helped mold me into the person I am today.
Each was willing to sacrifice, and many did, to protect this great nation.
It is our duty to honor their sacrifices by standing up for what is right, regardless of the difficulty.
After serving in the Army, I became a police officer.
Police officers, like me, are imperfect beings, but we strive to uphold the law and the Constitution.
People who go to work every day trying to make their communities better, yet who nonetheless are faced with budget cuts and calls for defunding as we continue spiraling away from law and order as a nation.
While serving as a police officer, I finished my bachelor's degree graduating with honors in criminology and law studies.
Shortly thereafter, I began the long road to becoming an FBI Special Agent.
A position I once understood to be the pinnacle of law enforcement and a way to continue to serve this nation and protect and defend the Constitution.
During my four years as a Special Agent, I received the highest annual review an employee can receive.
I volunteered for, tried out for, and was selected for an FBI SWAT team.
I also volunteered for, tried out for, and was selected for a new unit the FBI created.
I also received an award for my work on an anti-abortion extremism case.
I've been smeared as a malcontent and subpar FBI employee.
This smear stands in stark contrast to my life in public service.
This smear campaign, disgusting as it is, is unsurprising.
Despite our oath to uphold the Constitution, too many in the FBI aren't willing to sacrifice for the hard right over the easy wrong.
They see what becomes of whistleblowers.
How the FBI destroys their careers, suspends them under false pretenses, takes their security clearances and pay with no true options for real recourse or remedy.
This is by design.
It creates an Orwellian atmosphere that silences opposition and discussion.
We know what is right to do, yet we too often refuse to do what is right because of the difficulty and suffering it incurs.
I couldn't knowingly continue on this path silently without speaking out against the weaponization I witnessed, even if it meant losing my job, my career, my livelihood, my family's home, and now my anonymity.
It's up to members of this committee, current and former FBI employees, and indeed all Americans to ensure that the weaponization of our own government against the people comes to an end, no matter the personal cost.
As James Madison prudently opined, in framing a government which is to be administered by men over men, the great difficulty lies in this.
You must first enable the government to control the governed, and the next place, oblige it to control itself.
The safeguards currently in place at the FBI are clearly inadequate and must be reworked to protect whistleblowers and others who are inappropriately targeted.
The FBI can extract whatever they want from me.
I'm willing to bear that burden.
I've sworn to defend this country from enemies, both foreign and domestic, even if that means sacrificing my life.
I've lived that oath out since first enlisting in the Army, consistently saying, here am I, send me.
My oath, however, did not include sacrificing the hopes, dreams, and livelihood of my family, my strong, beautiful, and courageous wife, and our four sweet and beautiful daughters who have endured this process along with me.
In weaponized fashion, the FBI allowed me to accept orders to a new position halfway across the country.
They allowed us to sell my family's home.
They ordered me to report to the new unit when our youngest daughter was two weeks old.
Then, on my first day on the new assignment, they suspended me, rendering my family homeless.
They refused to release our goods, including our clothes, for weeks.
All I wanted to do was serve my country by stopping bad guys and protecting the innocent.
To my chagrin, bad guys have begun running parts of the government.
Making it difficult to continue to serve this nation and protect the innocent.
But I, for one, will never stop trying.
And I'll never forget my oath.

If only all of them were like that.

These are patriotic Americans.
Yeah, they know he's a whistleblower, so they sent him across the country, and then they fire him when he gets there, so it'll really hurt.
And then they won't give him none of the stuff, even their clothes or anything.
He's got a two-week-old kid.
That is so sick.
I mean, that is absolutely so sick.

And that's why I am asking.
You think they care?

They framed a sitting president.

When you lie to a court to try to get a president elected, and look what they did to them.
Every single person, from Rod Rosenstein to McCabe to Nellie Orr, all of them, they're all treasonous traitors to this country, and they need to be arrested, but it's never going to happen.
It has got to happen, and that's why I'm asking everybody to please help Marjorie Taylor Greene.
When she's been on the show before, she said there's nothing like calling her offices, calling Kevin McCarthy, sending them emails.
Now, here's the thing.
When you actually make a telephone call, when you send an email...

It's great to get on social media too and show that kind of support and everybody banning together.
But you also need to do your due diligence on top of all of that.

So watch what you say.
Don't threaten.
Just let them know that you are very concerned about what is happening in this country and that you stand and support them in their efforts of making sure that none of these people continue to hold security clearances or ever have a place in government again and that they need to be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
That's all you have to say.
But we need you to be active.
We need you to be calling Kevin McCarthy.
We need you to be supporting Marjorie Taylor Greene and others in their efforts.
Or otherwise, you know what?
We're silent just like the lamestream media is.
Where no one gets the word out.

They allegedly benefited from human trafficking with Jeffrey Epstein.
But they agreed to pay $75 million to settle with one of his victims?
I mean, there are three ongoing cases with the plaintiffs.
And the plaintiff's lawyer said, We are proud to have achieved such a great result for victims who deserve justice from all who played a real role in their absence.
Deutsche Bank tried to dismiss the case, claiming that a $7.4 million payout From Epstein's estate covered their liability as well.
And they just wanted to wash their hands of the whole deal.
But no, no, they weren't able to.
There is hundreds, if not thousands, of people that are kings, princes, presidents, judges, senators, house members, and half of Hollywood that went to that rape island, and what do you think they did there?
Did you not hear the testimony of them girls?
The five girls that were up there.
Some of them were there when they were 12, when they were 11.
And they were getting raped over and over by these men.
What do you think they went there for?
They didn't go there to have a Hawaiian luau and cook a whole pig in the ground and cook some black and red snapper.

Ten have been sacked, but the remainders are still up there working business as usual.
It is corrupt to the core.
So Seymour Hersh is absolutely saying, hey, look, you got to call it quit.

The whole Russia thing, this whole scam has got to end because there is nothing there.
They're using our money, of course.
We've all known what was going on in the Ukraine, that it was a money laundering operation, but they've been caught absolutely cold-handed.
