We've been living it.
And we know that they have overstepped their bounds.

It's because these rotten DOJ skunks, they're up there lying, and they won't let anybody see the evidence.
They won't let the defense see the evidence.
They won't let them have any of the evidence.
They've had this evidence.
So the judge saw, hey, look, he's getting escorted.
The defense showed the judge the tape, and he just let him go.
That's right.
That is exactly right.
Because he didn't do nothing.
As he should have.
I mean, this has been going on for so long.
And you've got Merrick Garland.
And when you talk about civil rights violations, think about what these prisoners have actually gone through, all right?
Two years without a trial.
Sixth Amendment completely violated.
Listen to this exchange.
Last week, I visited the D.C. Department of Corrections and met with some of the 20 prisoners who were arrested in connection to the events at the Capitol on January the 6th.
According to a Just Security article that came out on March the 20th, 11 of the 20 have not accepted a plea deal, nor have they even been brought to trial.
Today is March the 29th, 2023.
Attorney General Garland, is it correct that since their arrest, some of these individuals have been waiting approximately two years for their trial?
I don't know the specifics of individual cases.
The beauty of the Sixth Amendment is that each of those people is entitled to a lawyer, has a lawyer, who can make a speedy trial argument in the court.
Oftentimes lawyers ask for more time.
Oftentimes they ask for exceptions for discovery.
There was an enormous amount of discovery in those cases.
But I don't know anything about particular cases.
Does waiting two years for a trial meet the speedy trial clause of the Sixth Amendment?
It can if...
The exceptions to the Speedy Trial Act are met.
Those are the responsibility of the lawyers for those defendants to bring to the court.
Well, I would like you to look into that, because to me, I don't think waiting two years for your trial complies with the Sixth Amendment of the Constitution.
This is an argument to be made before the judge.
The judge has the authority to dismiss a case for a violation of the Speedy Trial Act.
You're absolutely correct.
A judge does have that authority.
You know, like you said in your opening statement, you work to uphold the civil rights of all Americans.
I think in this case, their civil rights are being violated, and I would appreciate you looking into that.

And then they can wait in jail for two years and they can, you know, forget about a speedy trial or the Sixth Amendment.
They obviously don't care too much about it and just see how they feel about that.
It's crazy!

And the fact that a lot of these people are still there without going before a judge at this point is absurd.
It is criminal at this point.
And even judges that are presiding over these cases that have them, I mean, they've got a lot to answer to as far as I'm concerned.
It can't just stop here.
We can't just acknowledge it and then move on.
This was a violation of a person's rights.
And it played out right in front.
And they know it.
The left knows it.
Meanwhile, they're having their own transurrection over there in Tennessee.
That has become quite the thing.
That's going on right now.

Are they going to make room in their prisons and their jails for these people that are in the Capitol?

Of Tennessee and storm in, take over the podium and everything else, and not have the exact same repercussions as those January 6th prisoners.
That's a problem.

Because now they have to do something.

Well, you've got Matt Gaetz, who grilled the military brass on drag shows and racism.
This was interesting.
General Milley was up there.
He had to, you know, basically end Drag Queen Story Hour on U.S. military bases.
They, of course, claim like they have no idea this is going on.
But they do.
Of course they do.
So this exchange was fantastic.
I don't know if you've seen it or not, but Matt Gaetz.
You know I watch everything.

He did really well.
You know, he's fearless.
We need a lot more of them, but this is how the exchange went.
Matt said, Lloyd Austin says, Matt says, Who funded these things?
All they do is lie.
They get under the oath and they just lie, lie, lie, lie, deny.

And that's why I love a transcript even more than, in some cases, a video, because it spells it out.
So, Secretary Austin says, listen, drag shows, it is not something that the Department of Defense supports or funds.
And then Matt says, then why are they having them on military bases?
He says, I showed you the evidence.
Why are they happening?
Secretary Austin says, I will say again, this is not something we support or fund.
Well, I think that they should definitely make sure that the trans community hears that so maybe they can storm in there and see how far that gets them.
I mean, you know, this would be something that they would object to, I'm sure.
Matt goes on to say, So you think hosting a drag queen story hour on military bases is not supporting a drag queen story hour?
Secretary Austin says, Well, I stand by what I just said.
And Matt says, You might stand by it, but it belies the evidence.
So, there you go.
I mean, conversation is being had.

And they wonder how come people aren't signing up in droves for the military.

And they really are.

Yeah, well, the trans community, they talk out of their mouth about love, and do you ever see any of them on any protest?
Like I said yesterday, they're screaming, they're shouting you down, they're pushing elderlies down to the ground, now they're shooting up schools, they're blowing whistles in your face.
Look at the TikTok.
They've got steam coming out of their ears.
They're so mad.
Why are you so mad about it?
And they're like, trans rights, we need trans rights.
What right do you not have?
Just tell me one you have that I don't have.
Or I have that you don't have.
Just name one.

They don't even know what to protest.
They're angry.
The people on the left, these woke idiots, they were born born to cry and bitch moan and groan.

There's nothing about this movement that has anything to do with love, understanding.

You're the one with the problem.
And this is where people are starting to recognize that mental illness does play a major part in all of this.
It does not only in the trans community.
Look at one of their rallies or protests.
Just watch them.
Watch them screaming.
They're crazy people.
It's true, but it's also in the homeless community, too.
There is so much mental illness that isn't being addressed.
It's in both areas.
And they want to just pass it off as if it's a homeless problem or it's a problem with gay people because they're gay.
No, no, it's not.
It's a much bigger problem than that.
They used to have this big saying, you know, stay out of my bedroom.
They used to shout it on all the protests a while back.
Stay out of our bedroom.

You know, keep it in your bedroom.
I'll stay out of your bedroom, but you keep it in your bedroom.

Man, nobody cares is the thing about it.
Nobody cares if you're an adult.
Now, the problem is they're here to groom your children.
And if you don't think they're grooming your children, just look at any TikTok video.
Look at all these TikTok.

If you don't think they're trying to groom your children, they can't leave children alone.
They can't keep trying to sexualize their kids.
They can't keep trying to mutilate kids.
They won't leave kids alone.

But when you're an adult, have at it.

And you have ever been right, as everybody in this country, and know there's no, you know, stop transgenocide.

That's exactly what happened because both sides wanted to discuss it and they didn't want anything to do with it.
Basically, Ella Irwin, Twitter's head of trust and safety, said in a tweet Wednesday that the company automatically removed upwards of 5,000 tweets and retweets of a poster promoting the event.
And this was her question.
That's a lie.
We're not promoting the event.

You had an opinion on it that's different from promoting it.
And she said here, we do not support tweets that incite violence, irrespective of who posts them.
Vengeance does not imply peaceful protest.
Organizing or support for peaceful protest is OK, Irwin wrote.

If you use that policy, then if anybody wants to warn, hey, look at this guy.

And then Lindsey Graham's sitting up there and he's up there.

There are two bills.
There is a Senate bill versus the House bill.
The one that Lindsey Graham Cracker sponsored is the Restrict Act, which his name was actually listed on.
And it's a Digital Patriot Act.
And you all did an amazing job.
Let me tell you something.
They are walking this whole thing back as a result of you calling and tagging people on social media.
They are having to answer for all of the things that they were trying to put into this bill and thought that they could just get away with, thinking they could confuse you on the no TikTok on the U.S. device.
That's what they always do.

They dangle a carrot in front of you and they call it that.
Hey, this bill right here, it makes murder illegal.
Everybody's like, well, we support that bill, man.
We don't want murder to be legal.

And then, oh, yeah, well, down here, you just signed your property over to the United States government.

That's how they do it every time.
And they can't write a dishonest bill if they tried, Republicans or Democrats.
They dangle the carrot.
They call the bill the opposite of what it is by name.
