Trump has released a statement after the jury stacked with DNC activists finds Hillary Clinton lawyer Sussman not guilty.

You got a rotten judge, is what you got, who married, what, Lisa Page's lawyer or something?
And then Garland was the one that did the wedding.

So they were calling jurors up there.
And when you're a prosecutor in defense, you get to so many people, you can just say, I'm not choosing that person.
And it never goes with questions.
So these people were saying, I'm a Clinton donor.
They're like, you're dismissed.
Nope.
I'm accepting it, the judge says.
They got three Clinton donors, an AOC donor.
They got one Clinton donor that said they'll try to be impartial, but they can't promise anything.
Think about that.
Yep, you're still on it.
They wouldn't let them dismiss it.
They got somebody else that's on Sussman's, their daughter's on Sussman's ball team with their daughter.
Exactly.
That's how crooked this is.
There's no way.
This is exactly what I said last week.
It's rigged.
It's a padded jury with a rotten judge, just like it always is.
And if it was the other way around, let's just say this was Trump's lawyer on trial.
They would be doing everything they could to prosecute and throw him under the bus and to silence him and put gag orders on him.

Well, they just went through the motions.

Durham just went through the motions so we can, you know, do what he does.
And he presented his evidence, which was plenty.

But this is just so bad.
To see, because it honestly, if you even had any kind of holdout of faith in our justice system, you don't have any anymore.
I've lost it, and I've been without it for a long time.
I know how they've treated January Sixers.
I see exactly how they treated President Trump and continue to.
I know exactly what we're dealing with here, but there are a lot of people that were looking at the evidence, just the evidence alone and what was coming out in the trial and saying, oh my gosh, this is a slam dunk.
This is the OJ jury all over again.

And okay, the judge, I mean, what would you do if you were a prosecutor, a real prosecutor, and the judge was overruling you and putting all the Clinton donors?
You'd You'd hit the microphone.
You'd be raising hell, saying, hey, this judge right here, and it carries a lot of weight.
A prosecutor as big as him comes out to the microphones and says, hey, we can't get a fair trial in here.
We got three donors.
And for God's sakes, one of the people that he wouldn't let me toss has a daughter on the same sports team as the guy we're convicting.
And he don't never say anything.
They didn't fight for it.
He didn't try to get the judge recused.
He didn't do anything.
He just accepted whatever.

I'm tired of it.
Everybody's tired of it.

And we've been through it over and over again.
The thing about it is, too, is that, you know, regardless, you've got a Biden administration.
You have got nothing but Democrats.
They've got a stronghold in every single branch.
So we've got to root out the corruption, and the only way to do that is to take over in the midterms and also to make sure that we win the presidency in 2024.
The presidency has to clean the house.
You can't do what Trump did last time and try to take the next guy down in the swamp.

I'll get Bill Barr, George Bush's seniors, you know, attorney general.
Everywhere, from the ATF to everywhere, it was the next person in line to the CIA. It was the next person in line that was good friends with Brennan and Clapper, that were good friends with Comey, that were good friends with Mueller.
That can't happen this time.
You have to go in there and do what DeSantis has done in Florida and just fire everybody and don't care what the liberals say.
You have to dismantle these groups because they're rotten.
You have to go in there and fire the top 1,000 and everything nationwide.
You just got to get rid of them.

Okay, the director there by, the assistant director, the blah blah blah director, all the way down to the field agents and get rid of all of them.
They're rotten.
Well, President Trump has definitely, he's weighed in, of course, as you knew that he would.
I haven't seen it, so I'm curious what he said.
So this is what he said.
He said, our legal system is corrupt.
Our judges and justices are highly partisan, compromised, or just plain scared.
Our borders are open.
Our elections are rigged.
Inflation is rampant.
Gas prices and food costs are through the roof.
Our military leadership is woke.
Our country is going to hell.
And Michael Sussman is not guilty.
How's everything else doing?

I mean, this is really how we all feel right now, right?
I mean, this is another day in the life.
Of what we're living and the corruption is so bad.
They don't even care.
That's the whole thing.
They're not even trying to cover up.
They laugh in your face after it's over too.

We have a verdict.

But remember, They are probably going to keep a couple of these things that they still have close to their vest, providing that you have something like a Trump presidency again, the midterms, and all of the investigations that we will be calling for.
Because you know the American people, we are angry about all of this.
We know it's been a two-tiered system.
It happened just one more time in front of us.
And so there are probably going to be a lot of things that happen as a result.
I don't think he's going to throw all of his cards on the table.
I'm sure he has some more.
I don't feel like he's on our side.
I don't feel like he's on their side.
I just think that he's just a prosecutor and he had some really great evidence and he went through the motions knowing who he was up against.
And of course, the jury was stacked against him.
It should have never been in Washington, D.C. He didn't fight it.
It should have been completely removed from Washington, D.C. A change of venue should have been the first thing that they did.
Didn't ask for it.
Didn't ask for it.
That's what I'm saying.
Allowed the jurors to sit there with all of their close relationships.
The judge should have recused themselves.
They did not.
If anything, there should absolutely be an investigation over that and look at the judge and his relationships and send it to the bar.
Not that that's really going to matter, considering you're still in Washington, D.C. Every case that has to do with Trump supporters or the people that spied on him always comes up.
Not one time does it come up.
With a Trump judge or anything.
It's always an Obama judge.
And they don't pick judges like we do.
We pick judges that, hey, we want them to be, you know, originalists that go strictly by the Constitution.
And they pick judges who are just completely fanatical George Soros freak loony left activists that are going to vote for the Democrat Party.
And they don't give a damn about the Constitution.
They don't care about anything.
They don't care about the rule of law.
They could care less.
They don't care.
Absolutely.
This is really such a disappointment, especially when you looked at the evidence.
And if any of you were watching Technofog, you would see how much evidence there was that Sussman was definitely guilty.
They could have had him on tape.

They could have had him on tape giving money and saying, this is to frame President Trump, and that jury they just picked would have let him off the hook.
Completely.
I said it on the podcast last week.
The minute they picked that jury, that was over.

You can't have a jury like that.
One of the juries, like, I'll try to be impartial if I can.
A mega Clinton donor.
You just can't have it.
You can't have one.
I mean, in a regular trial, there was no way a Clinton donor, if they asked that question, would be on it.

Pals and friends and colleagues with a daughter playing on the same team and the jury as the guy getting convicted.
I've never even heard of that.
I've never even seen that on TV in a crazy movie.
That's how bad it is.

And like I said, they're just going through the motions of this thing now without any consequences.
Special Counsel John Durham, he released a statement right after the D.C. jury acquitted Hillary Clinton's attorney Sussman for lying to the FBI. So, as all of you know, Michael Sussman was not guilty of lying to the FBI, and this was despite all of the overwhelming proof that Sussman falsely told James Baker he wasn't doing work for any client when he asked for a meeting with the FBI where he presented bogus evidence the Trump Tower was secretly communicating
with the Kremlin Tide Alpha Bank.
Okay, we all lived through this.
Okay.
We know exactly the rumors and the lies that were spread and that they had a propaganda machine of the mainstream media behind them echoing these lies.
Right?
Weakening our country.
Get the microphones.
Weakening our president.
All of it.
You hit the microphones and you say, look, this guy's guilty of sin.
The judge is crooked as hell.
You just have to do it.
I mean, if you believe in the rule of law, who's going to step up?
He's definitely not.
He's wussing out.
Barr was a joke.
Sessions hit under his desk and recused himself just as soon as they got a little bit pressure on him.

Who's going to do it?

You even had Barr who was trying to weigh in to try to curry favor with Republicans saying, yes, he should definitely, definitely be indicted for, you know, sedition and all of that stuff.

But for you to put in your two cents after the fact when you were in charge of the whole operation, you had that position and did absolutely nothing...
Not only did you do nothing and lie that you came back into this because you wanted to see people didn't have faith in the justice system.
And then not only did you do nothing, but you sided with the Democrats when it counted every time on the microphone.

And then continue.
You're a fraud.
You're a piece of shit, I'll say it.

You come in there lying like he's going to do something and did the opposite.
You didn't care about restoring justice like you said.
You just was in there to, you know, to do the Democrats' will as they all are.
That's their job.
I mean, that is what they are there to do.
They are the protectors of the Democrats that get in trouble.
So here you go with Durham's statement.
He says, I also want to recognize and thank the investigators and the prosecution team for their dedicated efforts in seeking truth and justice in this case.
Okay, so like I said, a blanket statement for a blanket job.
Sure Jeb Bush didn't write that statement.

Yeah, he's not prosecuting.
He's not prosecuting.
Believe me, in any case this big that's literally treason, you get out there on the microphones if you're a serious prosecutor, and you prosecute it not only in the court but in the public eye too because you have to or you're going to lose or you get walked on just like you got.
You have to.
If he's serious about taking these people down and you're serious about justice and them framing a president and treason in this country, you can't have any passion or just go beyond.
As soon as they picked that judge, started throwing his buddies in there.
All Sussman's friends in there on the jury, I'd been on the microphone.
I would have been screaming to the top of my lungs.
There's no way they could have not played it with Durham talking.
I said, this is ridiculous.
This is not going to stand.
I've been, you know, blah, blah, blah for 40 years.
I've never seen anything like it, which I'm sure he hasn't.
No, just take every bit of it with a grain of salt, lose the case to the biased juries and the fake judge, and then at the end, do a statement.
We just want to thank all the investigators.

I mean, somebody messed up and was an honest cop and, you know, didn't get the phone call from Pelosi.

C. Paul Pelosi, attorney says, after stopping at the intersection of Walnut Drive and Highway 29 and proceeding across Highway 29 to Oakville Cross Road, his car was hit on the back fender by a Jeep heading southbound on Highway 29. his car was hit on the back fender by a Why was it hit?

A prior driving offense erroneously attributed to Mr.
Pelosi is untrue and likely refers to another person with the same name.
And then you have Paul Pelosi's attorney saying this error must be corrected.
There are also incorrect reports.

And when you think about the amount of drunk driving accidents that happen versus gun accidents in a year, right?

So this is a very serious thing.
And his content level of 0.08 or higher, that was the second thing that he was charged with.

These guys are in solitary confinement for a year and a half, waiting on trial for misdemeanor trespassing.
Never happened in the history of our country.
This justice system is so rotten, and these people all deserve, all of them, they all deserve to be in prison the rest of their life.
They're all traitors.
All they do is frame, I mean, you know, if you hear something bad about me soon, they frame me, trust me.
They want me to get me just as bad because I speak out on them.
That's why they work.
I mean, you know, people say you shouldn't say they plant evidence.

Did Cheryl Atkinson not just testify that they planted child porn on her husband's thing to try to get her and she's a journalist?

There is new footage revealed that the cops knew that injured children were alive inside the Texas elementary school classroom where 18-year-old gunman Salvador Ramos opened fire and killed 21.
According to CNN, which made the clip public on Tuesday, the video was originally shared on Facebook Live and showed the chaotic scene outside Robb Elementary School as Customs and Border Protection CBP agents spoke to an injured child during the shooting.
It is unclear why CBP agents were able to hear the police chatter in the radio feed, but what is heard is disturbing.

We obtained this video from an individual who did not want to be identified, but says that he began recording it on his Facebook Live.
And you could hear in this recording a clip Of an adult being told by a child that they had been shot.
Now, according to this individual that was part of radio traffic of Customs and Border Protection, it is unclear why that would be on the radio traffic between CBP agents, but the individual who recorded the video said as soon as agents realized he could overhear, they turned down that video, or that radio call.
Now before we show you this video, we want to warn you that this could be very difficult for some of our viewers to watch.
