[00:00:00]  Before we begin, I want to express the anguish and the horror of our entire nation at the terrorist attack yesterday in our nation's capital, in which a savage monster gunned down two service members in the West Virginia National Guard who were deployed as part of the DC task force, which has done such an incredible job.
[00:00:21]  I mean, until yesterday, we literally had no incidents for many months.
[00:00:25]  It was the safest place imaginable, and this is a different kind of crime.
[00:00:30]  This is a really bad crime.
[00:00:32]  Millions of Americans are praying for those heroes and their families.
[00:00:36]  And I must unfortunately tell you that just seconds before I went on, right now, I heard that Sarah Beckstrom of West Virginia, one of the guardsmen that we're talking about, highly respected, young, magnificent person, started service in June of 2023, outstanding in every way.
[00:01:00]  She's just passed away.
[00:01:02]  She's no longer with us.
[00:01:04]  She's looking down at us right now.
[00:01:07]  Her parents are with her.
[00:01:09]  It's just happened.
[00:01:11]  She was savagely attacked.
[00:01:13]  She's dead.
[00:01:14]  She's now with us.
[00:01:15]  Incredible person.
[00:01:17]  Outstanding in every single way in every department.
[00:01:22]  That's horrible.
[00:01:24]  As you know, the other young man is fighting for his life.
[00:01:28]  He's in very bad shape.
[00:01:29]  He's fighting for his life, and hopefully, we'll get better news with respect to him.
[00:01:35]  And the monster that did this is also in serious condition.
[00:01:44]  But we won't even talk about him.
[00:01:46]  As you may know, DHS has confirmed that the suspect is an Afghan national flown here by the previous administration, who was such a bad administration.
[00:01:59]  And I have a picture of a plane.
[00:02:03]  This is what it looked like when they came in with total bedlam.
[00:02:06]  Do you remember that period of time?
[00:02:08]  Total bedlam.
[00:02:09]  People crammed onto the plane.
[00:02:12]  And the toughest, meanest, most capable physically got on the plane.
[00:02:18]  Not the people that we were looking for or that they wanted to bring in.

[00:02:23]  Just take a look at that plane standing on top of each other, sitting on top of each other.
[00:02:29]  This is what we had under the Biden administration.
[00:02:31]  That whole thing should have never, ever happened.
[00:02:35]  And with that, President Trump announced that he will, that the U.S. will permanently pause some migration from poorer countries after the D.C. National Guard shootings.
