[00:01:25] Yes, we could probably start with the Republicans' moves over the last couple of weeks. [00:01:30] So Texas, like every other state, drew new maps in 2021 after the census. [00:01:36] The Supreme Court had determined 20 years ago that states, starting with Texas, can redraw their maps mid-decade. [00:01:43] But the Trump administration wanted Texas to draw new maps.
