[00:00:17]  Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney responded to President Trump's announcement about new U.S. tariffs, saying Canada will act with purpose and with force to fight new U.S. tariffs.
[00:00:27]  President Donald Trump imposed a new 25% tariff on foreign-made cars, but spared Canada from the 10% reciprocal tariffs applied to many other countries.
