Candace Owens - Red Sparrow: When Erika Met Charlie… Aired: 2026-03-18 Duration: 52:55 === Questionable Catholics and Scams (15:27) === [00:02:59] All right, you guys, happy Wednesday to everyone except Andrew Colvet. [00:03:05] Yeah, because yesterday he went on to Dave Rubin show and he said that Erica was not seeking the spotlight. [00:03:12] Take a listen to this. [00:03:14] Erica has always been tremendous and she never sought the limelight. [00:03:18] She was always very happy to sort of be doing her own thing and just be supportive of Charlie. [00:03:26] I gasped when I heard that. [00:03:28] What? [00:03:29] Wild, that is wild. [00:03:31] I mean, at this stage, I could probably write a biography on Erica's life. [00:03:34] And my conclusion thereafter would be that I have never seen someone throughout their life demonstrate such a consistent interest and make such a concerted effort to become famous. [00:03:45] I say that truly. [00:03:47] And you know what? [00:03:48] We just now have to get back into their story, Charlie and Erica's story. [00:03:52] You should know more about how they met. [00:03:56] Plus, later on on that same topic, Matt Walsh tweeted a thing. [00:04:00] He's a staunch defender of Erica, which made the thing that he tweeted last night ironic to say the least. [00:04:06] Welcome back to Pride of Charlie. [00:04:09] we have nothing to hide. [00:04:20] Okay, so first thing I want to say at the top here is that this Erica Kirk story would not be complete if it did not also feature a few questionable Catholics, right? [00:04:30] I'm sorry, Catholics, but it does. [00:04:32] We cannot deny the facts here and it tracks. [00:04:34] I mean, we've been going through this journey. [00:04:36] We've got filthy evangelical pastors. [00:04:38] We've got shady Mormons. [00:04:40] We've got terrible Jews. [00:04:42] This is like a game of Pokemon at this point. [00:04:43] We have to catch them all. [00:04:45] Anyway, we had explained to you guys in a previous episode that wherever Erica and Lori go, accusations of financial fraud tend to follow, right? [00:04:54] Throwing it back to the Urpenbeck brothers, Uncle Rick, Uncle Rick Urpenbeck, that brand new glossy Tesseract school, ultimately a charter scam in which money inexplicably vanished, just evaporated into thin air. [00:05:11] The school went bankrupt. [00:05:13] And that's where Erica went for elementary school. [00:05:16] So it's like literally Ohio. [00:05:18] And then she goes to Arizona and it's got these financial things kind of just surrounding them. [00:05:23] And then we happened upon some interesting information. [00:05:27] We learned that Tesseract afterward became Notre Dame Prep. [00:05:33] And I was like, well, how? [00:05:35] Well, it turns out, and I was asking, like, how did the Catholics get involved with that? [00:05:40] Tesseract school was definitely a very Jewish school in general. [00:05:44] Well, it makes sense because I guess in this story, because Erica can be at various times Catholic, evangelical, or Jewish. [00:05:52] It just depends on the audience that she's trying to get a check from. [00:05:55] But there we have seen there is a current of Catholicism that is floating in this story. [00:05:59] Obviously, as I told you, the church that Charlie was attending, the priest that she takes with her everywhere, despite denying that she's Catholic or whatever, she took him with her to Utah when Charlie died. [00:06:13] Well, the story goes regarding Tesseract that after they filed for bankruptcy in 2001, they put their old campus up for sale and it was purchased by the Diocese of Phoenix when they then turned it into Notre Dame Prep, where Erica then enrolls for high school. [00:06:31] Now, this decision and the process was overseen by Bishop Thomas J. O'Brien. [00:06:37] I was like, oh, this is interesting. [00:06:38] I want to learn more about this. [00:06:40] And I should note that he was very significant in building up the Catholic community in Phoenix. [00:06:47] I mean, under his leadership, which began in 1982, 15 additional parishes were founded, including the one that Erica is very close to today, but, you know, not close enough to publicly acknowledge in front of the evangelical donors. [00:07:03] You know, we got to, Charlie was evangelical. [00:07:05] It doesn't matter if he was going to mass every day. [00:07:07] Go after Candice for telling the truth because donors, okay, weird. [00:07:11] Anyway, he was the bishop until 2003 when he received the distinct honor of becoming the very first Catholic bishop in America to ever be charged with a felony. [00:07:26] I was just like, how could this be possible? [00:07:27] I'm just doing a little bit of research. [00:07:28] How is everybody just going to be involved in scandals? [00:07:31] You're wondering what he did. [00:07:32] He killed somebody accidentally, he says. [00:07:35] He was arrested for a hit and run in 2003 that killed Jim Lee Reed. [00:07:40] But by a hit and run, I mean that he did not bother stopping or calling the police. [00:07:44] He went home, had some dinner, had a sleep, went to his sister's house the following day. [00:07:50] The police were able to capture him because of the very obvious damage that was done to his car, which included a cracked windshield. [00:07:57] And when he was discovered, he said that, well, I didn't report the accident because I thought I hit a cat or a dog. [00:08:06] For clarity, the person that he hit was 240 pounds and over six feet. [00:08:11] So big cat or a big dog. [00:08:14] Remarkably, Thomas O'Brien only got four years of probation for this. [00:08:18] The Vatican, of course, then accepted his resignation. [00:08:20] He staffs, though, the school that Erica then attends. [00:08:24] And that's, by the way, is not going to spell the end of his legal trouble because then in 2002, this is Maricopa County, you guys. [00:08:31] I just, I'm going to just assume everything that happens in Maricopa County is problematic at this point. [00:08:35] But in 2002, prosecutors initiated a grand jury investigation into charges of sexual abuse by Catholic priests, priests in potential, that were staffed by O'Brien. [00:08:46] He became a target of the investigation for allegedly covering up the allegations of the priests who he had staffed. [00:08:53] It's sounding a bit reminiscent of when we talked about Calvary Chapel and how they were kind of intentionally going around and finding these pastors and rehabilitating them and moving them around who had connections to sex abuse, right? [00:09:06] Well, he doesn't want to go to prison again. [00:09:09] He didn't go the first time, but like he's worried. [00:09:11] And in exchange for immunity, he just comes clean. [00:09:13] He admits that several times during his 22-year tenure, he had placed children in harm's way by transferring priests who had been accused of abuse to his parishes and that he did not form the parishioners of doing that or his new superiors. [00:09:32] So again, I will ask the question, what goes on in Maricopa County? [00:09:37] It's obviously not anything good. [00:09:39] Why does it seem to me that there happens to be so much corruption? [00:09:44] Like it's just like an established colony of corruption. [00:09:46] It is, I believe, factually the most corrupt county I'm talking about in politics in America. [00:09:52] Who is driving that corruption? [00:09:54] We get closer throughout this series. [00:09:56] Anyway, I wanted to just pop that in and tell you that because it's just remarkable that the most basic fact checks, you just, you're in Arizona, you land upon these things nonstop. [00:10:07] Now we're going to jump right back into our Erica timeline because, woo, boy, do I have something to share with you regarding 2018. [00:10:14] Let's jump in where we left off. [00:10:16] So in 2015, Erica is 27 years old. [00:10:20] Okay. [00:10:21] It is entirely unclear what she is doing for work. [00:10:23] It's important to stress she's 27 years old. [00:10:26] This is not 18, 19, just got out of the house. [00:10:28] Don't know what I'm doing. [00:10:29] I'm just wondering, how is she affording to live? [00:10:32] Okay. [00:10:32] She's still dating JT Massey during this time. [00:10:37] We also have that on July 11th, Lori Francé and Tyler Boyer and Erica are going to be behind Donald Trump for his presidential campaign rally. [00:10:50] Now, you'll recall, this is when the story gets pretty fuzzy. [00:10:53] Erica thinks that she met Tyler at that rally, but Tyler tells the story that she called him up before that rally and offered to help. [00:11:01] So the details get murky. [00:11:03] She can't remember how she met him, kind of thinking it was years earlier when her mother was doing deals with the Farnsworth family for EMPs and getting money again from the government for fear mongering. [00:11:19] There's going to be these EMP attacks. [00:11:21] Anyway, in mid-August of that year, Erica goes to Canada. [00:11:24] She travels to Montreal through to Estral, Quebec, again, not knowing how she is affording this lifestyle. [00:11:34] She is traveling with Nicole Rothstein. [00:11:38] We have that in November. [00:11:40] Her mother establishes G-Tech Industries, LLC. [00:11:44] I know you're going to say, what does it do? [00:11:47] You know, it's Lori. [00:11:48] So it's like this, she's doing this whole EMP thing and she's getting money and she's saying this is the threat and she's working with people that she knows and she's going to get your tax dollars for doing that. [00:11:57] And so that's what she's doing with G-Tech. [00:12:01] We have then thereafter that Erica Soft launches another charity that's called For the Cause in Phoenix. [00:12:10] And yes, the cause is always going to be children. [00:12:14] It has something to do with children at a hospital, but it never looks like it never really gets out of the gate. [00:12:22] I mean, that's today. [00:12:24] It says coming fall of 2015. [00:12:26] It looks like it never did arrive, but she was associated with that project. [00:12:31] That is all that we can find in terms of what Erica was doing for work in that year. [00:12:37] We jump into 2016, and now you should know that Erica is 28. [00:12:43] She's going to be 28 years old, and we still have no idea what she is doing for work. [00:12:47] And now she's living in New York City, one of the most expensive cities in the world. [00:12:52] So the question you should ask yourself is, how is she making money to afford this lifestyle? [00:12:56] And I'm going to remind you that these are the years that the people at Next Model Management remember that she was at Next Model Management and she was in charge or the point person for the quote unquote model apartments where they put the models that were coming from Eastern Europe and that she was attached in particular to a building on the Upper East Side. [00:13:23] So that would track if she was getting paid that way. [00:13:26] Otherwise, I can't figure out what she's doing. [00:13:29] On May 9th, she shares that she's location scouting in Williamsburg, Brooklyn. [00:13:34] For what? [00:13:35] It is unclear. [00:13:37] You know, in the past, she's made statements that she was a casting director. [00:13:41] Casting directors are not the same as location scouts. [00:13:46] So this is kind of the Jane of all trades thing that she is consistently selling. [00:13:51] Later on in the future, she's going to claim that this is the year that she launched Bible in 365 on a future post. [00:13:58] She says, in 2016, I started Bybelin 365 in my New York City apartment. [00:14:03] That is objectively untrue according to corporate filings. [00:14:07] Okay. [00:14:08] That just did not happen, but she alleges that in a future post. [00:14:14] This is also a year that her mother is just going to receive an honorary degree conferred upon her at a university I've never heard of, AATC University Graduation Program. [00:14:25] That is Lori, not Erica. [00:14:27] To be clear, the picture is a little blurry, but they just get things. [00:14:32] They just get things handed out. [00:14:33] And it's AATC, to be clear, stands for Advancing Achievers Technology and Cybersecurity University. [00:14:41] In August, Lori will then go to Utah and attend an expo, Utah of all places, for G-Tech industry. [00:14:48] So she's kind of looking for people to buy into what looks to me to be a scam. [00:14:52] Okay. [00:14:53] Protect yourself from an EMP attack. [00:14:56] It's this constant fear-mongering that she's going to do. [00:15:00] I've said my feelings about Lori Francé, so I will leave that alone. [00:15:04] But that's what she is doing. [00:15:07] And in August, we find Erica somewhere in the Mediterranean. [00:15:10] I could not figure out where she was. [00:15:12] My guess would be Croatia or Italy based on the water that certainly is the Mediterranean Sea. [00:15:17] Again, unclear how she's affording this lifestyle to be able to travel the world and do these sorts of things while living in New York City and not having a job that is apparent to us. [00:15:30] In Lori then releases an intent to sell G-Tech Industries to Saxon Capital Group. [00:15:37] A little fun fact here, Saxon Capital Group is actually Lori. [00:15:40] Lori is an 86% owner of Saxon Capital Group. [00:15:44] They release this onto PR Newswire. [00:15:47] And then it turns out that years later, Saxon Capital Group, with Lori as a minor partner, they're going to file for an IPO. [00:15:54] And they're like, yeah, no, we actually never did that deal. [00:15:57] So just a little bit more of like, you know, Lori trickery, like, oh, I'm selling my cup. [00:16:01] And then she doesn't actually sell it to them, according to them. [00:16:05] In 2017, Erica is going to get busy. [00:16:07] But once again, we're not going to really understand what she's actually doing. [00:16:12] Okay. [00:16:13] She's doing everything and nothing at the same time always. [00:16:15] Reminding you, this is a 29-year-old woman. [00:16:17] She's about to be 30. [00:16:19] You can't just like not do something in life unless you're unspeakably wealthy. [00:16:24] I guess that that could be the lifestyle, but that's not the circumstance for Erica Kirk. [00:16:30] On January 12th, she establishes the Elm Group LLC. [00:16:35] Okay. [00:16:36] No idea what this company does. [00:16:40] Nothing makes sense in terms of what this company does. [00:16:42] I could not figure out what this company does. [00:16:44] If you know, please let me know. [00:16:46] Maybe you've worked with the Elm Group. [00:16:48] I'm going to go with Erica's kind of doing what her mom does and just creating a lot of LLCs. [00:16:52] There's no description that is offered on those documents. [00:16:54] On February 1st, as you guys may have seen, she then appears in this documentary that's called Blackstart by Patria Patrick. [00:17:02] The documentary also features the CIA director, James Woolsey. [00:17:07] Now, I want to say this documentary is about EMP attacks, right? [00:17:11] How the government needs to prepare for them. [00:17:13] So it's a bit more of her mother's propaganda, so to speak. [00:17:16] And she is going to present her mother's business model. [00:17:20] I'll let you take a listen to a quick clip of this. [00:17:24] We have five major threats that make our grid extremely vulnerable that we've presented to congressional officials. [00:17:30] One being cyber, two being hackers, three being physical threats. [00:17:36] Fourth one is solar EMP. [00:17:38] And the fifth one is man-made EMP. [00:17:40] So the concern that we have is that we put out this critical information. [00:17:44] And when we go over this risk analysis, they hear what we're saying, but they don't want to take action. [00:17:52] When she says we, I don't know who she's speaking about. [00:17:54] I don't know why she has the background to be featuring this documentary. [00:17:57] You know, there are a lot of people online that were kind of trying to minimize this and be like, oh, well, it's not, the CIA is not involved in this. [00:18:04] It's just the director is featured in the documentary. [00:18:07] You can't just like ring up the CIA and ask them to be in your documentary. [00:18:11] I want you to know that's not a thing. [00:18:12] So think through the common sense there. [00:18:14] If I want to do a documentary on EMPs and I'm just a random girl that is like in pageant world, that's pretty much all she's accomplished at this point in her life, right? [00:18:25] How am I getting the CIA involved in that? === The Real Estate Connection (13:26) === [00:18:27] Like there's obviously a connection there and it just annoys me when people are constantly trying to offend us. [00:18:34] Like we're like, we're just so stupid that, no, nothing to see here ever. [00:18:38] That's just the CIA director just normally does that. [00:18:40] He's got to hit him up, call a 1-800 number and he'll be featured in your random documentary too. [00:18:46] And again, what qualifies her for that? [00:18:47] Nobody knows. [00:18:48] On July 24th, her mother then opens that mysterious LLC, Desert Spirit Tech LLC. [00:18:55] That is the one that should not especially be ignored. [00:18:59] Opening up tech in the middle of the, and I hope I'm saying this right, the Tojono Odom Reservation, Indian Reservation. [00:19:07] Nothing good happens on Indian reservations that Americans get involved in. [00:19:11] Okay. [00:19:11] It's basically you can do whatever you want. [00:19:14] No rules apply. [00:19:16] People are trafficked. [00:19:17] There's drugs trafficking. [00:19:18] In fact, when she gets involved, I think they had just shut down. [00:19:23] It passes to Mexico. [00:19:24] They had the San Miguel Gate on the Tojono Reservation, which passed through to Mexico. [00:19:30] And there's nothing the feds can do. [00:19:32] Like, what is Lori doing with a Native American reservation? [00:19:36] Can anybody tell me what tech she's doing that she's involving herself there? [00:19:40] Is she involved with casinos? [00:19:41] Is desert spirit tech casino stuff? [00:19:44] I don't know. [00:19:45] The fact that she has all of these LLCs and we don't know what she is, I would like to continue to stress, is exceedingly problematic, especially given her relationships with the government. [00:19:55] Okay. [00:19:55] I don't like this area. [00:19:57] I don't like what goes on in Arizona down by the border and the people that Laurie Franc Fay involves herself with. [00:20:04] This year, Erica is dating Cabot Phillips, by the way. [00:20:08] I told you she has a boyfriend every single year. [00:20:10] Cabot Phillips is her boyfriend. [00:20:12] At this time, they're painting together. [00:20:15] Cute, very cute. [00:20:18] Yeah, anyway. [00:20:19] And per her LinkedIn, she begins attending Liberty University for her master's degree. [00:20:25] So you can see that there. [00:20:27] Again, she's going to say she attends for two years. [00:20:30] Obviously, it's online, her attendance. [00:20:33] And she is randomly pictured at a celebrity dentist this year as well, Dr. V. And Dr. V says she's gorgeous and that she's going to be in the Oceans 8 movie. [00:20:51] That she got cast in there. [00:20:52] Erica was not in the Ocean's 8 movie as far as I could see. [00:20:56] She was not in the credits, but that is what this post says. [00:21:00] And that is that. [00:21:02] Just sharing that with you. [00:21:03] Again, we reflect on that year and we have no idea what the heck Erica Kirk does for a living. [00:21:12] Okay. [00:21:12] What is she doing for a living? [00:21:13] Who's paying her? [00:21:14] How is she getting paid? [00:21:15] What is she doing? [00:21:15] The only clue that we have is that she's involved with next model management, managing, perhaps managing apartments for Eastern European models. [00:21:28] And I'm not entirely sure what qualifies her to do that, even. [00:21:31] Again, we went out and did not get an answer for that. [00:21:34] 2018, we have got to talk about because I actually had to calm down after learning this because it's okay. [00:21:46] I'm going to calm down again. [00:21:48] 2018 begins with Erica ringing the new year with Cabot Phillips. [00:21:52] Her boyfriend and Lori are going to ring in the new year together. [00:21:56] So they are, it's just stunning when you just consider her saying she never dated while she was in New York. [00:22:00] It's like, you mean somebody I think made actually the joke, like she never dated, you know, somebody who wasn't famous or somebody who didn't have a platform. [00:22:09] Like she wasn't dating no bodies, you know what I mean? [00:22:12] Which I thought was hilarious. [00:22:14] Anyway, I wanted to jump this, put this into the timeline that it's on April 7th that Charlie predicts his own death and says that he knows that it is going to be associated with Turning Point USA. [00:22:27] I just find that point to be very interesting. [00:22:31] And he says, if I tell you the true prophecy, I know in my gut, it's really sad. [00:22:37] I hope it's wrong. [00:22:39] He goes on to say, I'm not sure I am going, I will live to see the end of this revolution. [00:22:44] I believe you were the peace that God meant for me to meet that will finish the fight. [00:22:49] Since the beginning of TPUSA, I knew in my gut that I might get wiped out at any time. [00:22:54] I cannot explain it, but I dream about it all the time, like all the time. [00:22:57] Anyway, that's depressing combo for another time. [00:23:01] And then he says, I'm not really afraid of it, but I'm just telling you what I know to be true. [00:23:06] There's something sobering to me when I look at that on the timeline and realize that he messages that to me on April 7th, 2018. [00:23:13] And then so much happens. [00:23:15] I told you, I said to you that there was something about Kanye's tweet that sort of ripped a hole in reality. [00:23:20] And I felt like agents were suddenly sent to us. [00:23:23] That was me just explaining to you how I felt things changed. [00:23:26] A lot of fake people started surrounding us and it felt like they were trying to artificially pull us apart. [00:23:31] It is then just a couple of weeks later after predicting his death that Kanye tweets, I love the way Candace Owens thinks, Which, like I said, you had to be there because we were just kind of rapping. [00:23:42] And I kept telling him that he was going to, Kanye was going to come over. [00:23:46] I'm telling you, I think he's conservative. [00:23:48] And then we learn from Erica that her and her mother go to Israel on pilgrimage or in Jerusalem and they see Charlie at the airport. [00:24:02] Like that was just a natural thing. [00:24:03] And her mother says, well, you should go up to him and you should say something. [00:24:07] And then Erica ultimately decides not to. [00:24:10] And, you know, I always thought that story was interesting because I was with Charlie at the airport. [00:24:14] And I don't remember her mentioning that. [00:24:19] She saw Charlie just what by himself at the airport. [00:24:22] Anyway, yeah, that timeline is interesting to me. [00:24:25] On August 10th, Erica is then, well, just saw him in May, but then she's going to see him again at Turning Point USA's office opening. [00:24:33] She gets invited by Tyler, who she doesn't know how she knows, but he introduces her very quickly to Charlie. [00:24:41] I am there. [00:24:42] I am there for the grand opening. [00:24:44] I think I remember quickly meeting her at some point. [00:24:48] And we don't really know why she's there because remember, she's living in New York. [00:24:54] I guess her family's there. [00:24:55] You go back home, but don't you have a job? [00:24:57] What is your job? [00:24:58] What do you do for a living? [00:25:00] And this is around the same time that Erica is communicating that she's doing deals, real estate deals with her family to various people. [00:25:11] Then comes September, where once again, it is arranged by Tyler Boyer for Erica to meet Charlie, this time one-on-one for a job. [00:25:20] And in retrospect, this really bothers me because that's not how job interviews happened at Turning Point USA. [00:25:27] You were not taken to meet the CEO of the company at a restaurant in New York. [00:25:32] That's just not how job interviews work at all, actually. [00:25:35] Like, why would you do that? [00:25:37] Like, okay. [00:25:39] And they sit down and Erica says everything perfect and amazing and exactly the things that Charlie wants to hear. [00:25:48] And there begins their relationship, you could say, right in September when they meet at that restaurant. [00:25:56] Then comes October 24th, and Erica somehow becomes a licensed real estate agent in New York and is immediately employed by Corcoran Real Estate Group. [00:26:06] And we went back and people have reached out to us. [00:26:08] Erica, it looks like, did a total of three possible rentals under somebody else. [00:26:16] Like she wasn't even the main realtor. [00:26:21] I don't understand that. [00:26:22] I don't understand how she's working for Corcoran Real Estate and doing real estate deals. [00:26:27] And she does this on October 24th. [00:26:30] I want to point to October 30th. [00:26:33] I told you that suddenly people were trying to pull me and Kanye and Charlie apart. [00:26:37] You just felt it. [00:26:38] Okay. [00:26:39] And out of nowhere, Kanye, who did actually help me design the Blexit logo in Chicago, he was getting an insane amount of pressure and told that he could not get involved in politics. [00:26:53] He was putting on the MAGA hat. [00:26:54] Things are going crazy. [00:26:55] I think Kim was threatening divorce at some point, if I recall correctly. [00:26:59] And Kanye cracks and he tweets a series of tweets. [00:27:03] He writes, I introduced Candace to the person who made the logo and they didn't want their name on it. [00:27:07] So she used mine. [00:27:09] I never wanted any association with Blexit. [00:27:11] I have nothing to do with it. [00:27:12] He then follows that up by saying, My eyes are now wide open and now realize that I have been used to spread messages that I don't believe in. [00:27:18] I am distancing myself from politics and completely focusing on being creative. [00:27:23] And let me tell you, this was one of the hardest things for me to go through. [00:27:27] I mean, I love, love Ye, love him now, but like it was just, A, it was untrue, and it allowed people to then, I mean, every single article, Candace lied, you know, and I actually have a photo of me and Kanye in a Trump hotel in Chicago, and I didn't know what was happening. [00:27:45] And I, you know, at the time called a friend, and they were like, you don't know what he's going through and what sort of pressure he's going through. [00:27:50] And Charlie and me were just devastated. [00:27:53] We were devastated by this because it made us look like we were liars. [00:27:57] Okay. [00:27:58] And we were in a position where people wanted to see us fall. [00:28:01] Okay. [00:28:01] Why am I telling you this? [00:28:04] I get reached out. [00:28:05] I mean, somebody reached out to me. [00:28:07] I get reached out to by a young woman in New York. [00:28:11] And she says to me that at this time, she said, Oh, you know, Erica knew Kanye. [00:28:18] And I said, Erica didn't know Kanye. [00:28:20] What are you talking about? [00:28:20] Erica never knew Kanye. [00:28:21] She said, no, Erica knew Kanye. [00:28:25] And I said, Nope, she wasn't even in the picture in April when Charlie and I were doing all the Kanye stuff. [00:28:29] She's never been with Amazon Pictures, whatever. [00:28:31] What are you referring to? [00:28:33] And I just assumed that this was like maybe something that Erica said. [00:28:36] You know, she lies all the time. [00:28:37] Maybe she was just like, oh, now I date this guy now, whatever. [00:28:40] And then she says, no, I have like actual proof that when all that stuff was going down with you and Kanye and Charlie, that Erica was backdialing and telling people that she knew the people that were around Kanye, that she had family that was around Kanye and pushed for that tweet to go out. [00:29:08] Okay. [00:29:10] So I said, Can you get me some proof of that? [00:29:14] And this young woman in New York got me the proof of that proof that at the very least, Erica was making that claim. [00:29:28] What I can tell you is that neither me nor Charlie nor Kanye knew that Erica knew someone on Kanye's team that, and now who knows if it's her real family or her Nicole Rothstein family, or she just calls everybody family. [00:29:46] But you're telling me she's playing like she's some cute new girlfriend watching us go through this entire thing being absolutely heartbroken. [00:29:54] And yet she's like on the side telling people that she knows like why that went out. [00:30:01] She knows why Kanye, like, his hand was forced. [00:30:06] Let me tell you guys right now. [00:30:07] I'll tell you something right now. [00:30:09] I will find out who in Kanye's circle knew Erica when that tweet went out. [00:30:13] I will find out. [00:30:14] I will, I will call Ye and I will find out. [00:30:16] I will figure out who, how duplicitous this woman is. [00:30:22] That she is playing the role of, oh my gosh, I'm so sorry that this is happening to you while telling people that she's playing, she knows the other side of it, people that are pressuring Ye to do this. [00:30:36] Okay. [00:30:36] It took me a lot to process that. [00:30:39] Like I said, I would not put this out here unless I was 100% certain of it. [00:30:46] I am at 100% certainty that that is what Erica told. [00:30:55] This young woman had receipts. [00:30:58] So she, in my book, Erica, is a whole fraud, just a whole fraud. [00:31:03] And then to jump back into this timeline, look at this. [00:31:06] We don't know what she's doing. [00:31:07] Suddenly, she gets her real estate license. [00:31:09] And I'm just going to say that it's long been understood that real estate is a really easy way, a really easy means to move money. [00:31:18] Okay. [00:31:19] So she sits down with Charlie. [00:31:21] Suddenly she gets her real estate license. [00:31:26] Kanye's tweeting, peace out, Blexit. [00:31:28] Erica then filmed Summerhouse. [00:31:31] But look at December 31st, though. [00:31:33] December 31st, at the end of the year, Feed Me Incorporated is formed. [00:31:39] Feed Me Incorporated will eventually become Superfeed Technologies. [00:31:45] Superfeed Technologies is the company that both Erica's mother and Tyler Boyer are on the board of. === Feed Me Becomes Superfeed (02:28) === [00:31:53] Okay. [00:31:54] So that's interesting that that company gets formed as Erica starts dating Charlie. [00:32:02] That company is formed. [00:32:03] And these people know each other. [00:32:05] These people all know each other. [00:32:08] It's her one blind spot. [00:32:10] She just can't, that's her one category if she can't remember is how she knows Tyler Boyer, even though he is in business with her mother and has her behind Trump in 2015. [00:32:21] It is my personal opinion that a deal was done. [00:32:26] When I look at the evidence, when I look at everything I'm looking at, when I see how duplicitous she was, and I know that Charlie did not know these things because I was there. [00:32:35] I was the closest person to Charlie while he was date, while he was beginning to date Erica. [00:32:41] Okay. [00:32:42] No one spent more time with him or spoke to him more. [00:32:44] He did not know these things about Erica Kirk or Erica Franfe was her name at the time. [00:32:49] We had no idea that she was telling people that she knew the people that were in Kanye's orbit when he sent that tweet out. [00:33:00] Something is not right. [00:33:01] We all know something is not right. [00:33:02] And I am just aghast at the people who are going to pretend, continue to pretend like all of this is perfectly normal. [00:33:12] Anyway, we should take a brief pause before we continue. [00:33:15] We'll be right back. [00:33:16] All right, you guys, if you've been following me for a while, then you know how much I love Riverbend Ranch steaks. [00:33:21] If you have not tried them yet, now is the perfect time because not only are they delicious, but beef has just been placed on the top of the food pyramid by the USDA. [00:33:28] Beef is a complete protein and it contains all nine essential amino acids that your body needs to function. [00:33:34] It also keeps you fuller for longer, reducing cravings and snacking. [00:33:37] It is one of the most nutrient-dense foods out there, packed with protein, iron, zinc, and B vitamins that help support energy, strength, and overall health. [00:33:45] So if you're looking to make smarter choices for your health this year, Riverbend Ranch is the perfect place to start. [00:33:50] For the last 35 years, Riverbend Ranch has been creating an elite Angus herd by using ultrasound technology to select genetically superior cattle with a focus on flavor and tenderness. [00:33:59] They only use the top 1 or 2% of the entire Angus population as their breeding stock, producing beef that has much more flavor and tenderness than your average Angus beef. [00:34:08] All Riverbend Ranch cattle are born and raised in the USA. [00:34:11] They never use growth hormones or antibiotics. [00:34:14] You can taste the difference yourself. [00:34:29] You're working 40, 50 hours a week just to buy groceries and gas, things that you used to be able to just afford. [00:34:35] And the banks are charging you over 20% interest for the privilege. [00:34:38] I mean, really think about that. [00:34:39] It's designed to keep us underwater. [00:34:41] American Financing is doing something that big banks hate. [00:34:44] They're actually helping people. [00:34:46] They have mortgage rates in the fives and they are showing homeowners how to take their hard-earned equity to wipe out that high interest debt. [00:34:52] The average savings is $800 a month. [00:34:55] So talk to one of their salary-based mortgage consultants. [00:34:58] There are no upfront fees and no obligation to see how much you could be saving. [00:35:02] And if you start today, you could delay two mortgage payments. [00:35:05] Call American Financing today at 800-795-1210. [00:35:09] Again, that's 800-795-1210 or visit AmericanFinancing.net slash Owens. [00:35:15] Again, that's Americanfinancing.net slash Owens. [00:35:19] Okay, so I absolutely have to comment on Matt Walsh for a tweet that he put out yesterday. [00:35:26] I just, cause I was like, hmm, question mark here. [00:35:29] So he has very much been on the side of how dare you, how dare you attack in a grieving widow, kind of making claims that various data points being introduced, like, oh, Erica lied pathologically. [00:35:41] There may have been this billion dollar motive to have Charlie Kirk killed, that Erica lied about the fact that her husband texted multiple people the night before he said he feared he was going to be killed. [00:35:51] His overriding point is that these various points are not evidence, right? [00:35:57] How a widow is behaving, whether she's grieving correctly, these things cannot be introduced in court. [00:36:03] And yet yesterday, he tweeted this regarding a murder that took place in Utah. [00:36:09] I was just very interested. [00:36:11] He wrote, and this is regarding Corey Richens, a New York Post article that said grief author Corey Richens found guilty of fatally poisoning her husband for his $4 million estate. [00:36:22] Matt Walsh comments and writes, there's no good moral reason why she should not simply be taken outside the morning after her conviction and hanged. [00:36:31] This woman has lost her right to exist. [00:36:34] Okay, that's strong words. [00:36:37] So I was just stunned by it because I have to assume he did exactly zero due diligence on this case, a case that I actually followed because it was completely nutty. [00:36:46] Now, I'm assuming he was not aware that after Corey Richens murdered her husband, fentanyl overdose, she at first played the role of a grieving widow for an entire year. [00:37:00] She was not arrested, suspected in her husband's death initially at all because you, you know, she's crying. [00:37:08] She called 911. [00:37:09] In fact, she was so bold in her grieving widow stage that she wrote a book, a children's book regarding grieving. [00:37:17] And she did a little local book tour where she actually repeats some of the things that we've heard Erica say, like, you know, the nights are the hardest. [00:37:24] Take a listen to this ABC clip of Corey Richens, who had not yet been arrested a year later promoting her book. [00:37:36] Joining us now is author of Are You With Me, Corey Richens, to share her three C's to helping kids cope with grief. [00:37:44] And Corey, I want to start with your story. [00:37:46] What happened in your personal life? [00:37:49] So my husband passed away unexpectedly last year. [00:37:52] So it's March 4th was a one-year anniversary for us. [00:37:56] And he was 39. [00:37:58] It completely took us all by shock. [00:38:02] And we have three little boys, 10, 9, and 6. [00:38:06] And, you know, we kind of, my kids and I kind of wrote this book on the different emotions and grieving processes that we've experienced last year. [00:38:17] And, you know, hoping that it can kind of help other kids, you know, deal with this and kind of, you know, find happiness some way or another. [00:38:28] So you actually wrote this book with your children. [00:38:31] I did. [00:38:32] And it's only been a year. [00:38:33] How did you process and say you go from processing death to I need to write a book and help others? [00:38:40] You know, I just watched the struggle that my kids were going through. [00:38:44] And I actually, you know, I went on Amazon and Barnes and Noble and trying to find something that we could use to cope at night. [00:38:51] Nights are the hardest, it seems like, for everybody when, you know, dealing with anything. [00:38:55] But I just wanted some story to read to my kids at night. [00:38:59] And I just could not find anything. [00:39:01] I couldn't find anything that really, you know, suited them or helped them find comfort and peace. [00:39:05] And so, you know, I was like, let's just write one. [00:39:09] And so, you know, I took things that my kids have said to me this last year and we kind of articulated it and put it into a story and, you know, just have hopes that it will help other kids. [00:39:23] I mean, I'll tell you guys, in short, this woman was not actually a grieving widow. [00:39:28] She wasn't a grieving widow. [00:39:29] Matt, actually, one could argue that she may have even been a psychopath for doing this, being able to do this after she killed her husband. [00:39:36] March 4th, 2002 is when her husband, Eric Richens, was murdered. [00:39:41] And it took them until May of 2023 to bring charges against her. [00:39:45] So more than a year to build a case. [00:39:48] And do you know how they built that case? [00:39:51] People who actually cared about Eric and offered various details and to the point that, well, none of these points and various details about how Erica is grieving would ever survive in the court of law. [00:40:04] Ironically, in this case against Corey Richens, for which she was ultimately found guilty, the prosecutors played the 911 call and said explicitly that it didn't sound like a grieving widow. [00:40:16] Okay, take a listen. [00:40:18] We're going to listen to the first part, actually, most of the 911 call again. [00:40:24] I ask that as you listen to it, you'll hear the first minute. [00:40:31] The first minute is not the sound of a wife becoming a widow. [00:40:36] To echo her friend Chelsea Barney, the first minute is the sound of a wife becoming a black widow. [00:40:47] Her own friend said she's not grieving right. [00:40:52] She sounds like she's become a black widow, not a widow. [00:40:55] And it gets even crazier. [00:40:57] They weren't even able to prove how she poisoned her husband. [00:41:01] Check out this headline. [00:41:02] Okay. [00:41:03] Prosecutors in Corey Richens' murder trial could not prove how she poisoned her husband. [00:41:08] They didn't need to. [00:41:09] So they literally did not know how the fentanyl got into her husband's body. [00:41:14] The article tells us, quote, to prove their case, prosecutors relied largely on circumstantial evidence to tie her to Eric Richens' death. [00:41:22] Cases based on direct evidence are not necessarily stronger than those that rely on circumstantial evidence, legal experts say. [00:41:28] Unlike direct evidence, such as eyewitnesses or recordings of a crime, circumstantial cases require jurors to determine a defendant's guilt by weaving together indirect evidence. [00:41:38] In Corey Richens' case, in Corey Richens' case, prosecutors focused on potential motives for Corey Richens to kill her husband and the actions they said show that she had a guilty conscience after his death, both elements that can illustrate a defendant's state of mind. [00:41:52] They also used digital records to corroborate key witness testimony, which strengthened their circumstantial case. [00:41:59] Quote, all of these things together start to add up and the prosecution builds this huge mountain, end quote. [00:42:06] And you should know that in this particular case, they relied on things like the fact that she was in financial distress, that she had been having an affair, that he apparently wanted a divorce, that she was, as you heard, grieving differently or not at all. [00:42:20] They also found a life insurance policy that they deemed to be fraudulent. [00:42:25] Now, I'm sure her attorney argued that it was just a clerical error or whatever, but they found it to be fraudulent. [00:42:31] And of course, she was set to inherit millions with him gone. [00:42:36] The star witness of the case was actually a housekeeper named Carmen who testified how Corey would come to her and ask her to buy drugs on her behalf, which allowed them to then speculate that this is how she got her hands on an illicit street drug. [00:42:51] Now, all that is not to suggest that Erica directly murdered Charlie, but it is to say that were it not for Eric Richens' actual friends, siblings, the housekeeper, even Corey Richens' friends who turned on her and said, no, something is not right. [00:43:05] She's not behaving correctly. [00:43:07] Something is off. [00:43:08] People who were willing to stand up and do what you guys describe as immoral or evil and demanding a further investigation when nothing makes sense. [00:43:18] If they hadn't compiled those other facts, were it not for their willingness to show text messages, private correspondences from Eric, showing those messages to the public, to the investigative team, and to refuse some foregone conclusion that spouses simply would never have a hand in the murder of one another, which actually flies in the face of reality. [00:43:37] The reality is that you're most likely to be murdered by someone you know. === Exposing Big Pharma Lies (03:15) === [00:43:42] That's just a fact of life. [00:43:44] But were it not for those people who did not accept the narrative of his accidental ingestion of fentanyl, Corey Richens, the woman that you believe should be hanged for poisoning her husband on the basis of circumstantial evidence, would probably today be considered a brave single mother trying to clean up the mess left behind by her husband's untimely death. [00:44:09] And so, what I would say is: here is what I know: grieving widows do not lie about threats that their husbands were facing the night before their deaths. [00:44:19] They don't lie about that stuff. [00:44:20] Grieving widows do not make up quotations that the surgeon never said about a superman neck to manage PR, least of all on the day that they're burying their husbands. [00:44:31] I know enough to know that those things simply don't make sense, and I refuse to pretend otherwise. [00:44:37] So, since you are now in the habit of calling people out publicly for caring, I thought that I should respond and encourage those people to keep going. [00:44:44] It's okay if you get some things wrong, but keep going. [00:44:46] Go Max, do it for Charlie. [00:44:47] Believe me when I say that Charlie would want you guys to. [00:44:51] We'll be right back after a break. [00:44:53] All right, you guys, this episode is brought to you by Native Path Grass-Fed Collagen for better bones, joints, skin, hair, and nails. [00:45:50] Just last week, in case you didn't know, declassified CIA documents caused national outrage after revealing the connections between parasites and cancer that has been intentionally hidden for decades. [00:46:00] Big Pharma doesn't want you to know that simple, effective anti-parasitics are a massive threat to their bottom line. [00:46:06] They'd rather treat your individual symptoms for years with pharmaceuticals rather than address the parasitic root that's causing and actually driving the chronic illness crisis. [00:46:16] This discovery proves that a parasite infestation is not just a small issue, it is actually the root cause for a plethora of chronic ailments. [00:46:23] When these invaders stay in your body, they trigger the kind of deep-seated inflammation and cellular damage that leads to long-term illness. [00:46:29] It is time to stop being a profit center for Big Pharma and start taking your terrain back with Purge Advanced Parasite Cleanse. [00:47:01] Number one, I loved this. [00:47:03] Someone wrote, so we are not supposed to attack Erica Kirk because she's a widow, but even though Joe Kent is a widow, we can attack him because he is anti-war. [00:47:12] Got it. [00:47:14] Look, I don't write the rules, but yeah, they are this ridiculous. [00:47:17] Just make them up as they go along. [00:47:19] And Lady Ray Perland writes, the notion of being called a Nazi because you don't want to go to war is wild. [00:47:25] Yeah, Nazi just has no meaning. [00:47:27] It's like, everybody, okay, we're all Nazis. [00:47:29] Okay, cool. [00:47:30] Give us our Hugo boss. [00:47:32] Like, it's just so ridiculous. [00:47:33] Nazi, Nazi. [00:47:34] It has no meaning. [00:47:35] It doesn't land. [00:47:36] Nobody cares anymore. [00:47:38] Like, there is just no appetite for being shocked when someone is called a Nazi anymore. [00:47:44] Also, jumping into comments for this episode, actually, I do want to shout out some people. [00:47:48] I want to say that this series has been made possible by just so many people around the world that have given us little tidbits, people online who have similarly been fighting for justice for Charlie. [00:47:57] And all of these small accounts, I just bet they're never going to get a ton of credit for the things that they have done and how they have assisted various things. [00:48:03] So today I just wanted to shout out, and I should be doing more shout outs, but underscore Lynn's Mac on Twitter goes by Real Truth, Real Justice. [00:48:12] I just wanted to shout her out in particular for the hashtag, hashtag Justice4Chli. [00:48:18] There are so many accounts that are like this. [00:48:20] And Lynn's Mac is a real one. [00:48:22] I will leave it at that. [00:48:24] And to get into today's comments, after Mrs. W writes, after the last two episodes, I'm starting to wonder if you're pregnant again. [00:48:33] Pregnant Candace is fire. [00:48:34] And I'm so here for it. [00:48:35] Love you so much. [00:48:36] Go, Max. [00:48:36] That's so funny. [00:48:37] My PR person called me and told me that he said the exact same thing this morning. [00:48:41] And I was like, man, I really have a pregnant reputation. [00:48:44] Like if I'm, I'm just getting, I have been fired up lately. [00:48:47] Seriously, I feel you guys. [00:48:49] Everyone saying that is so funny, though. [00:48:50] I see you guys in the comments. [00:48:51] She must be pregnant. [00:48:52] She must be pregnant. [00:48:53] Jenna Ped writes, I so wish I could hear you speak and pray tomorrow at the Catholic for Catholics event. [00:48:58] I have been offering my daily masses for you and your family, offering my mass for you tomorrow on the feast of St. Joseph, Truth Winds, Christ is King, Mary is queen of heaven and earth. [00:49:07] Keep going, Max. [00:49:08] Thank you so much. [00:49:09] And also all of the emails from Catholic World make me so happy. [00:49:14] I did want to show this email, not the email, but the picture, because it made me really happy. [00:49:18] I hope she doesn't mind. [00:49:19] It was just one of our fans, Krato Catholic. [00:49:21] She purchased our, I told my priest I would chill a sweatshirt and then like snapped a picture with her priest and it's just adorable. [00:49:27] So I just wanted to show that. [00:49:30] And she's like, I'm like you. [00:49:31] I'm super feisty. [00:49:32] And they just look very happy here. [00:49:34] It just was a bright spot in my morning. [00:49:37] So there you have it. [00:49:38] Speaking of which, if you would like to get your own gear or your own kit, we've actually just dropped our make him a sandwich line and all of our gear, which looks really good, by the way. [00:49:46] Look at online. [00:49:46] That's a good gear. [00:49:47] Got that. [00:49:48] For the people that actually cook like I do. [00:49:51] Look at that. [00:49:52] Look, it's very good quality. [00:49:53] We are stepping the game up. [00:49:55] Look at that. [00:49:57] You guys can head to CandiceOwens.com. [00:49:59] And yeah, there's a lot of great stuff. [00:50:01] We are really trying to step it up, step up the merch game this year. [00:50:05] So I hope you guys enjoy that. [00:50:07] Josie writes, oh, I'm sorry, James first. [00:50:10] James the Least writes, Joe Kent, Carrie, Prejean Bowler, Candace, and others are going to witness for faith tomorrow on enemy territory. [00:50:16] Surround and protect them with your prayers. [00:50:17] Christ is king. [00:50:18] Truly do pray. [00:50:20] I mean, it's just, like I said, so crazy the way that they have attacked this event. [00:50:23] And it's always the gang stalking. [00:50:25] It's the phone calls. [00:50:26] It's like, why are Catholics not allowed to meet and pray? [00:50:29] This is not a political event. [00:50:31] We were not billing this as like an anti-Israel event. [00:50:34] This is not, you know, Candace giving up, getting up and giving her usual political speech anywhere. [00:50:41] And it's been just particularly vicious toward Catholics, actually. [00:50:44] General Flynn is also speaking and he wrote a sub stack yesterday about how Catholics have been under attack. [00:50:50] And it's despicable. [00:50:51] It really is despicable. [00:50:53] Catholics can meet and get together. [00:50:54] And by the way, I want to say that for everyone who's not a Zionist, like there are also a ton of Jewish people who are not Zionists. [00:50:59] I've been getting definitely an increase in emails from Jewish people who are getting it. [00:51:04] They're just like, why are we attached to Israel? [00:51:06] Like, what is this? [00:51:07] Like, why do we have to account for what Bibi Netanyahu is doing? [00:51:11] He's a criminal and he doesn't, he's not even practicing Jew. [00:51:15] It's completely absurd. [00:51:16] And all that stuff is just meant to divide us. [00:51:20] Eamon Colin writes, Romans 12, 2 is such a powerful passage. [00:51:23] Now it's time we all let the word of Lord Jesus Christ renew our minds and stop being led by the ways of the world. [00:51:29] I think that's happening. [00:51:30] I'm super optimistic. [00:51:31] I think we all are sort of waking up and realizing that fighting each other only benefits the elite, the Epstein class, so to speak. [00:51:39] This user writes, remember the note that Erica found on Charlie's desk? [00:51:42] Read how it said loneliness. [00:51:44] It makes you wonder if something must have been happening behind closed doors. [00:51:48] I mean, I've told you guys the truth, which is that they did not have this, how she bills it as this like super happy marriage. [00:51:52] And whenever he wanted to go, I was fine with it. [00:51:54] And I just, that's, that's fake. [00:51:57] Okay. [00:51:57] I didn't say it when it was first going down, but like it now that I'm just seeing how she lies and having learned about the Kanye thing, I can't. [00:52:05] I can't even go halfway. [00:52:06] I can't even, I can't even go 10% with the fakeness. [00:52:09] And she's just a fundamentally dishonest person who should not be at the helm of that company or any company, actually. [00:52:15] I don't even know what she's ever done in life. [00:52:16] I can't figure out. [00:52:17] I don't know how timeline. [00:52:19] Who is Erica Kirk? [00:52:20] Couldn't tell you. [00:52:22] Honestly, couldn't tell you. [00:52:24] Anything other than the fact that there are a lot of problems with her alibi on September 8th and on September 10th, what she says that she was doing. === The Fake Marriage Finale (00:21) === [00:52:34] And that will be our series finale on this, you know, the Eric Kirk series, The Bride of Charlie. [00:52:42] We're not going to see you guys because I'm doing this Catholic event. [00:52:44] We will not see you guys tomorrow. [00:52:47] We will also not see you guys on Friday because we don't do Fridays. [00:52:50] So we will see you on Monday for that series finale. [00:52:54] We'll see you guys then.
