I think it's fair to say that there is nothing that I have given more of an effort to than exposing the fraudulence of Black Lives Matter.
I think that that is pretty much what I am known for, standing up and saying that this movement is a lie and that most of the stories that we get regarding Black Lives Matter is a lie, the biggest, of course, being George Floyd, the manner in which he died, the storyline around how he died, people talking about it being racism when there was nothing racist that appeared on that day.
This is a man that had a very long record.
But there's been an update in that case, and you need to know about it.
It is an update regarding a man named Tutow, one of the police officers that was there that day,
had no physical interaction with George Floyd, and yet has been sentenced for aiding and abetting
a manslaughter. Let's talk about that. Is that justice?
Plus, in that same vein, Tory Lanez has also been sentenced to 10 years in prison
for shooting Megan Thee Stallion.
Is that a version of justice?
What is justice today in America?
That is the question of today.
All that and more coming up on Candace Owens.
So imagine you are a police officer.
You get a call that somebody is using counterfeit bills at a local market.
You show up there with some other police officers and you're just trying to arrest this guy civilly.
You know, please, sir, get into the car.
You are under arrest. He starts acting erratically.
You're asking him why he's acting erratically.
He's not really giving you an answer.
You're asking his companion that's in the car why he's acting so erratically.
He's not giving an answer. You try to put him into a police vehicle calmly, and he says, oh, no, I don't want to be a police vehicle.
I can't breathe. I can't breathe.
This is before he's ever put onto the ground.
In fact, the suspect in question, named George Floyd, specifically asks you guys, the police officers, to put him onto the ground.
Again, you don't know why he's at him so erratically.
Later on, his test results will show after his death that he had four times the lethal amount of fentanyl in his system.
It's no wonder he could not breathe because that's exactly what fentanyl does to somebody.
When it's working, it stops your ability to breathe.
Now, at the time that he is on the ground after behaving erratically and another police officer by the name of Derek Chauvin putting a knee to what turns out to be his top shoulder blade, right, where his shoulder blade meets his neck, despite all of this, a crowd begins to gather.
A crowd begins to gather and you are an officer named Tutau.
And your job, when a crowd gathers, is to make sure that the crowd stands back because you have a suspect that is being apprehended.
People that are recording, people that are being nosy, people that are screaming things because they simply hate the police in general.
One woman who's recording people that are saying, get off of him!
Get off of him! Why? Not because they think that he can't breathe, but because in reality they just think that black men can do no wrong.
The police officers are always in the wrong.
So you, Tutau, are just saying, hey, guys, get back.
You are not allowed to cross where I am.
This is where the police line is being established here.
We have an incident going on.
You are doing exactly what you are supposed to be doing as a police officer.
Lo and behold, that suspect winds up dying because that's what happens when we have four times the lethal limit of fentanyl in our system.
It's enough fentanyl to kill a horse.
So that suspect dies and a movement is started, a movement is launched, a social justice movement.
This is about race. Nobody called this man the N-word.
The cops didn't show up by themselves.
The cops were called because he was trying to use a counterfeit bill.
How did this become about race? Does it matter?
Does black lives matter? And we're going to burn down America.
Every major city is going to suffer because we don't even know the facts.
We don't care. We just protect black men.
And when I say protect black men, I mean also black criminals.
I mean also people like George Floyd who had an astoundingly long criminal record, a life that was riddled with addiction.
We don't care. We're going to stand by him.
So Derek Chauvin, they've locked up and thrown the key, and now you're Tutau, and of course you're thinking, there's no way I'm going to get sentenced.
I was nowhere near George Floyd.
I was keeping the crowd back.
Tutau has just been sentenced for aiding and abetting second-degree manslaughter.
Tutau is going to serve four years and nine months in prison.
He's already been in prison, by the way, for almost a year, 340 days.
This is apparently justice, because this is what social justice is.
It's about what feels good, not what's actually right, not what's actually moral.
It's not about the facts. It's about what feels good.
And right now, we live in a climate where people believe that there is nothing that a black criminal can do that would justify his own death, including taking 11 times the lethal amount of fentanyl.
You're the last person that touched him.
You're going to go to prison. You were holding back the crowd.
Well, somehow you're guilty.
So what did Tutau do when he had an opportunity to speak in front of the court?
What would you do if you were sentenced to four years and nine months in prison for holding back the crowd, which was exactly your assignment, exactly your job as a police officer?
Well, the only thing that you can do with a system that is this corrupt and this obsessed with satisfying a narrative is to keep your dignity intact.
To refuse to apologize for something that you did not do.
Here is what Tu Tao said to the judge.
Take a listen. The scripture tells us that it is not good to go against your conscience.
And despite what this court has ruled, I know we cannot hide our thoughts or intent from God, for we must give an account on the day we appear before God.
Therefore, I must obey and hold on to the truth that I did not commit these crimes.
My conscience is clear.
His conscience is clear, as it should be.
That was the right thing to say.
You don't kowtow to the narrative.
You don't pretend that you're guilty.
You stand up like a man even when everything is being taken away from you because you showed up to work that day and you did your actual job.
You look the system in the face, you look the judge in the face, and you say, My conscience is clear.
Because the truth is, as he mentioned, one day we are all going to have to count in front of God and he's not going to have to account for something that he didn't do.
But the judge, the despicable, liberal, Democrat-leaning judge who is doing this because he knows there's news cameras that are following his every move, the judge who wants to satisfy social justice, who wants to deliver social justice and not actual justice, Yeah, I wouldn't want to be him when you have to account in front of God.
You want to know why? Because this is what he had to say when he heard that man who was having his life taken away from him for no reason.
Take a listen. To be perfectly honest, after three years of reflection, I was hoping for a little more remorse, regret, acknowledgement of some responsibility, and less preaching.
And I'm not going to rehash all the facts from my order, which I found the things you did and the things you didn't do make you guilty of this crime.
I'm not going to rehash all that.
Suffice it to say that I think your culpability is less than Mr.
Chauvin, but well above Mr.
King and Mr.
Lane. As an experienced senior officer who was in the best position to save George Floyd.
So what you are looking at is a coward.
That judge is a coward.
He should not be sitting in that position.
And he better hope that the concept of karma is not real.
Because I would never want to be looking at a man and locking him up in a prison.
A prison where, by the way, they will try to kill him.
Because that's what happens. That's how it works in prisons.
When you are a police officer or you are a pedophile, you have to be isolated away from the other prisoners who will try to kill you.
So for the next four years and nine months...
That young officer, for doing his job, is going to have to try to simply escape the prison ward with his life.
And that judge is satisfied with that.
Yeah, as I said, he better hope that karma's not real.
But apparently that's justice.
At least that's justice here in America today.
because somehow that Asian man is guilty of the racism that didn't happen against George Floyd.
So let's take a look at something that's going on at the exact same time that is considered not justice,
according to the public. Justice served the matter of George Floyd. Justice not served, apparently, in the matter
of Tory Lanez.
Now, let me quickly jog your memory for those of you that do not follow hip-hop culture.
I did bring the story to you many months ago because I was shocked and floored that
this individual was being celebrated by so many black Americans who were saying that he wasn't guilty when he so
clearly was.
So Tory Lanez is a rapper.
He was at one point dating another rapper named Megan Thee Stallion.
Now, to make it clear, I'm not a fan of Megan Thee Stallion's music.
She is one half of the WAP duo with Cardi B, but right is right and wrong is wrong.
So Tory Lanez, as a fact that is appropriate for you to know, is not a citizen.
He's not an American. He's not a United States citizen.
He's actually a Canadian.
Well, he has just been sentenced to 10 years in prison on Tuesday in Los Angeles County Superior Court for assaulting Megan Thee Stallion.
Now, I'm not talking about just punching her.
I'm talking about the fact that he shot her.
So if you're wondering, how on earth could the crowd be sympathetic to someone that just shot a black woman?
The same people that are talking about injustice, things that are being wrong to black people.
How could they possibly stand behind him?
Well, the story went like this. They left a party at Kylie Jenner's house.
They were in a car. I think that everybody was inebriated in the car.
It was Tory Lanez. It was also Megan Thee Stallion's best friend.
Her name was Kelsey Harris, along with another individual, a bodyguard that was in the car.
Tory Lanez and Megan Thee Stallion got into a fight, a verbal dispute.
He then pulled out a firearm as she was getting out of the car and he said dance
And began firing at her feet. He got her she got shot in the foot
One of the things that happened was Kelsey Harris immediately texted somebody and she said help Tori shot Meg
He's closed Until of course it was time for him to face his trial
despite Megan the stallion having been hospitalized for four days and undergoing surgery and
Tori door throughout that period texting Megan the stallion and offering her hush money
Yeah, he actually wrote her a text message that read, I'm so sorry, please don't tell nobody.
I'll give y'all a million dollars if y'all don't say nothing.
He's offering hush money. Despite all of that, When the time came for him to face trial, he pled not guilty.
Not only did he plead not guilty, he then decided to essentially have everybody engage in a conspiracy theory that she was lying about being shot.
He started trolling her in his music.
He had a line in one of his songs that said, how the F you get shot in the foot and it didn't hit no bones or tendons.
That's not what the doctors testified throughout this trial, but she was very clearly shot.
They were pulling out bullet fragments in her foot.
She had to go through physical therapy to learn how to walk again.
And then on top of that, when she got home, she had to face the masses of people who were convinced that she had lied because black men can do no wrong.
Even when they literally shoot somebody when they're upset.
Right? So that's the reason, by the way, him pleading not guilty, also harassing her in public.
That's the reason that prosecutors sought a very hefty sentence for the rapper.
They were going for 23 years.
He only got 10.
Because after the shooting, he launched a campaign to humiliate her and to re-traumatize her.
And they believe that he weaponized misinformation on social media to turn public opinion against Megan Thee Stallion.
They are correct. Now, if you're thinking, that sounds like justice, then you just haven't been breathing air in America lately.
Did you hear me? Black men can do no wrong, even when they shoot someone.
So when his sentence, which was remarkably reduced to 10 years because of some ridiculous Californian incentive not to keep criminals in prison, instead of being 23 years, it was 10 years.
And here are just a few of the social media comments after people found out that he was going to prison for 10 years.
This woman writes, 10 years?
No effing way. She was so distraught but went out the following night?
That's the role her lawyers told her to play.
The entire situation is effed up.
I don't know if he did or didn't, but 10 years is crazy.
I know manslaughter cases that didn't get 10 years.
The officer who killed Breonna Taylor got no time.
But that goes to show you money holds the power to everything, and that rock nation money long.
So that's just a woman saying, F you, Megan.
What's the big deal? You just got shot in the foot.
What are you complaining about?
I mean, I don't know if he did or didn't do it, but all I know is that we better not be locking up a black man for 10 years.
Great take. Next individual, same sentiment.
Virtually no evidence.
No gun residue.
I would just like to pause and remind you, she went immediately to the hospital and she had to have surgery and had to have fragments of a bullet removed from her.
Then she had to go through physical therapy to learn to walk again.
But this woman says virtually none of that is evidence.
She goes on to say, Yes, thank you. Welcome to the life of black men.
It's horrible. Imagine being a black man.
You can't even shoot somebody and get away with it.
It's very stressful. Very, very stressful.
This next guy, this has got to be the craziest comment of them all, writes, Y'all put a killer behind bars for six years in some cases, but y'all will lock a brother up for 13 years for shooting her in the foot?
She lucky he ain't cap her right then and there.
Tory don't deserve no damn 13 years in state for a shot to the foot.
Sensitive mofos everywhere nowadays.
Like y'all have to cry about every little thing.
I fought my cousin and literally got stabbed in the back, but I didn't cry.
Or did I call the police because I'm not sensitive.
Closed and healed up in like four days.
You're being sensitive. Guys, why are we being sensitive?
You just shot her in the foot.
You're a big crybaby.
Ooh, ooh, you got shot in the foot.
So what? I got stabbed in the back.
I didn't say anything. That's his take.
Yeah. You're just a sensitive person if you get shot and you're upset about it.
So if you're wondering about the state of Black America, that's where that is.
Finally, we have Kim Marie Alexis.
She writes, We didn't get justice for a black woman.
We just convicted another black man.
There are worser things going on and that have happened to other brown people that really deserve 10 to 20 years.
For real. Megan was still dancing.
She ain't missed a beat.
So not only was Megan re-traumatized after having been shot, being offered hush money, having her best friend Kelsey Harris refuse to give any testimony at trial, even though she texted a person that night and said, Tori shot Meg.
She then decided, snitches get stitches, and she decided to say nothing to help her.
Not only did they go through losing a friend that way, a friend that won't even speak for you when you are shot, but Now she has to deal with the fact that after he gets his sentence for shooting her, people still don't believe her.
Because according to them, what's happened to Tory Lanez is not justice.
He's just a brother that was having a good time, threw a couple of shots, shot one person, and should be allowed to roam the streets free.
And it is kind of shocking. I mean, it is Los Angeles.
They do typically allow these individuals to roam the streets free, right?
You have to literally kill someone to be locked up into prison in places like New York and in Los Angeles.
So what is the state of justice in America today?
I don't know, but I'm going to have to agree with people that if you live in inner city communities, just move out, right?
Because there is no such thing as justice.
It's completely and utterly warped because there is some higher pursuit of social justice, which as it turns out, isn't justice at all.
And that's all I have to say about that.
We are days away from the Durban Accords, the greatest threat to the United States dollar global dominance in the past 80 years.
On August 22nd, BRICS nations, that's Brazil, Russia, India, China, and South Africa, are expected to announce the launch of a new international super currency, fully backed by gold or other commodities.
This is part of their long-term plan to supplant the U.S. and the dollar as cornerstones of the global financial system.
You can protect your IRA or 401k from the fallout from this landmark announcement by diversifying with gold from Birch Gold.
Historically, gold has been a safe haven in times of high uncertainty, which it is right now.
When currencies fail, gold is a safe haven.

Okay, now it's time for some Topics du Jour.
So the rise of black supremacy is a thing.
You always hear about the rise of white supremacy.
In fact, I actually once testified in front of Congress over the rise of white supremacy.
I'm going to be very much actually willing to bet that there's no such thing as a hearing on the whys of black supremacy, even though it's surrounding us.
What is black supremacy?
Well, as we just discussed in monologue, the idea that you should literally be able to go out
as a black person, shoot somebody, and you shouldn't have to face any consequences.
Or you should maybe, at most, a couple of years in prison.
Why on earth would you have to face 10 years in prison?
That's ridiculous.
Why on earth?
If you're a dad, that seems completely wrong.
Black supremacy is the idea that an Asian officer, as we just discussed, should have to go to prison
for four years and nine months because he did his job by holding the crowd back.
The idea of black supremacy is the idea that George Floyd, after taking four times
the lethal amount of fentanyl, should still be alive and walking around.
And even though he died, that he belongs on murals and that children should be wearing his face on t-shirts despite what he's done to people in the past.
What are some things that he's done? Oh, well, remember the time that he held a gun to a woman's abdomen while her young child was in the room and robbed her place?
nobody cares, doesn't matter, because the concept of black supremacy, which is rotting
people's minds at this moment, has been created by a consistent and insistent mainstream media
narrative that actually white supremacy is everywhere and black Americans therefore can
act however they want to deal with these trying times.
So we talked about that yesterday, a stunning example.
I basically put a challenge to you guys.
I said, somebody find me a video that is more racist than the one that I'm about to show you.
And I showed you an example of a teacher, turns out a first grade teacher in Texas,
who just boldly went on the internet and started recording videos of herself
and sharing screenshots of her speaking with her sister and her boyfriend about her being openly racist
because she walked into her house and saw that her sister was laying up with a white man.
She was literally a white arm.
She actually took a screenshot and put it on the internet.
Just a white arm over her black sister sent her on a steep racist spiral.
And she didn't care. She didn't quit. She openly told people in a video that she was going to do everything she could to break up their relationship.
I showed you her bio yesterday where she called herself A black supremacist, proudly, out in the open.
Now, to be clear, she obscured her name, right?
She was going on Twitter as Claire Kyle, the Claire Kyle.
And what is so remarkably stupid about that is that although she changed her name, she didn't change her photo.
It was a real picture of her.
Using the pseudonym, declare Kyle G., as if the Internet was not going to be able to figure out who she was.
She was confident, actually, that the Internet was not going to be able to figure out who she was.
She was also confident that even if they did, she wasn't going to get fired.
Here's what she tweeted when people started saying, I know who you are.
I know where you work. She wrote this.
Yes, y'all have found my job.
They told me to delete the post, but my job is safe since I did not directly wish harm on all white people.
They laughed and told me to watch what I say and I'll be good to go.
Being a great teacher pays off very well when they know your true self.
She followed it up with, just talk to the school board and my job is safe.
Cry in the corner. I told them it was a joke and they know that I'm not racist, so have fun.
So, despite the fact what she called...
This person a cave dweller, despite the fact that she had a past of tweeting about white people and that she called this person pasty.
She's saying, well, I didn't say it to all white people.
I didn't say it to every white person in America, so it's totally fine as long as I'm only being racist towards one white person.
And of course, this was not enough for people that discovered who she was.
By the way, her real name is Danielle Allen.
They began to insist that something be done.
But she was still confident nothing would be done.
That's how it started.
Here's how it's going, folks.
Turns out we actually can call her unemployed because the school district got wind of this and they posted this all across their socials.
This is again in Mesquite, Texas.
They post this all across their socials and as well as on the actual school website for the district.
They wrote this, At approximately 4 p.m.
yesterday, Mesquite ISD, Independent School District, became aware of a series of alarming racist statements posted to the ex, formerly Twitter account, of a teacher at Thompson Elementary.
Upon learning of the situation, our personnel staff began an immediate investigation.
As of this morning, the employee is no longer a part of the Mesquite So, yeah, she is unemployed.
And it's just really, take a second, actually step back and think about this.
She got triggered by a white arm and lost her entire job.
It wasn't even like a sexy pose, it was just a white guy's arm that was around her sister.
And she got so triggered that she went on a racist rant, texted her boyfriend, was willing
to lose her job.
She's now lost her job.
She couldn't stop herself, right?
She could have instantly realized she could have started deleting things.
And she involved the school district by saying, they said my job's fine, which obviously only
enraged people further.
And all of this because she couldn't bear looking at a white arm.
It's the truth.
And I have more questions.
I want to know, personally, what her sister is thinking.
Can you imagine? You probably are finding out everything that's happening secondhand and going, are you good?
Did you just actually lose it all over a white arm?
Because it sounds like her sister, and obviously...
Given the fact that her sister was with a white man, she does not hold the same racist perspectives as her sister does.
And she's probably thinking, what did you just do?
Because her life is blown up. Make no mistake, she's not hireable.
Everybody knows who Danielle Allen is now in the state of Texas.
When she goes to apply for a job and people look her up, they're going to see her face associated with the story.
No matter where you work, whether you're talking about McDonald's or any other corporation, she is now unable to be hired as a teacher anywhere.
She's done being a teacher. Maybe McDonald's will hire her Maybe Burger King will hire her, and people will walk in, they'll get their Big Macs, they'll get their Whoppers, and they'll think, pretty sure that's the girl that said she was a black supremacist, right?
That is actually, her life has blown up.
That's all that is left for her, because she couldn't help but be racist.
She got exactly what she deserved.
But I gotta get involved in this family drama.
So if you are her sister and you are watching this, we will pay you $500 to give us the exclusive
to sit down with us and talk to us about what your sister just did blowing up her own life.
And if you are the white arm, just the white arm, we will give you $400 to sit down with us
and give us the exclusive interview about what happened, what it felt like as the white arm in that scenario,
and to realize that your white arm is now basically famous on the internet.
So ladies and gentlemen, the lesson to be learned is that America is beginning to stand up to racism
in all of its forms, not just racism that is being directed in one direction.

Alright guys, let's get into some of your comments.
Regarding Ms.
Danielle Allen, Jessica writes, This is not shocking to me.
I taught at a school where the population was 99% Black.
The teachers confused me.
For the only other Hispanic woman who worked there, they called me Dora the Explorer.
I'm so sorry to laugh at that.
To the other teachers and students, they didn't help me when a student physically hurt me with a milk crate.
The student sat around taking turns talking about how they would kill me in the parking lot.
I told my principal about the milk crate incident and she asked if I needed to go to the doctor and I said, not for bruises.
She said, the student just wanted to get to where he was going and you got in the way.
Then I had a student come up to me before class started and told me, you know why I hate you, Miss?
because you're white and I hate all white people.
I hate anyone who isn't black.
I made the mistaken thinking that I would be helped and are welcomed into a community that I came to serve.
If I knew then what I know now, I would have sought a lawyer and pressed charges.
That was my first year of teaching.
I did not stay there.
I'm not angry over this experience, but it opened my eyes.
I didn't know at the time that people existed like that who would just hate me because I wasn't black
and openly act like it.
I forgive everyone involved and I feel sorry for those kids and teachers
because that mindset keeps you angry and keeps you down.
And as I said yesterday, you should pity these students because it's not their fault.
This is actually a simulation.
and this is what has happened, I would say spanning over this last decade,
there has been a very systematic brainwashing of black children that's happening.
They want to take it a step further, which is why they're trying to pass critical race theory.
They want them all focused on emotional engineering, believing that not just black people,
but Hispanic people, Asian people, these are all your enemies.
Anything that happens to you, every bad feeling you have, it's because of the color of your skin.
And these children, of course, are the most privileged black people
that have ever lived anywhere on the face of the planet in the history of humanity,
but they don't know that because they don't want them to know that.
They want them to be conditioned to believe otherwise.
Little Reg writes, I was raised in Mesquite, Texas for the majority of my life.
I went to Thompson Elementary.
I want to say I'm surprised at this behavior, but the murders, the robberies, all of the crime that now runs rampant there is exactly why no one I grew up with lives there.
Generational families up and moved to avoid the tensions of what social media has created and I am so thankful to have escaped with my morals and values intact.
I am disgusted beyond words and heartbroken to hear a place I called home could host such disgusting bigoted people.
It goes back to what I said earlier.
If you are growing up in any city that is like this, you should move.
We're going to have to pick up and move to a place that reflects your actual morals because it is not going to get better.
It is only going to get worse.
I mean, in this situation, I'm sure there have been situations like this happening in that town and there was no accounting for it because it wasn't public.
Fortunately, this one was made public and they responded.
But I am sure, just as the prior commenter alleges, that this takes place all across the country and there are no consequences that are faced.
Couple more comments.
Chris May writes, Yeah, it's disgusting because it's permitted.
And so there's no reason for people to correct course on their behavior when you're being told by the media that it's perfectly permissible.
Yeah, it's difficult to understand how exactly we put the genie back into the bottle when we've gone this far.
Adam writes, To be clear, that's what I have been saying for years, is that black people are now arguing for segregation.
They want black-only graduations.
They want black-only dorms.
They want black-only spaces.
This is just Jim Crow.
Why on earth did we get rid of Jim Crow if only to have black Americans fighting for the exact same again?
Getting angry when white people move to their neighborhoods.
Oh, it's gentrification.
White people move out of their neighborhoods.
Oh, it's the white flight. There's nothing right that a white person can do that is not castigated as being some form of racism.
So again, I ask, what is the point?
What are you actually after?
What is it that Black America is trying to achieve with such distaste and hatred toward white Americans?
I mean, I see it every single day in my life.
I mean, you should see the comments.
Married to a white man, right?
I have biracial children.
That should be considered the dream.
That should mean, oh my God, we actually got ahead of society when Black and Black people get married.
Nope. Look at the comments anytime a Black person marries a white person and see who it's coming from.
It's coming from Black people.
Oh, married to the white man.
Oh, selling out your soul.
So you're arguing actually for marriage segregation.
You're basically saying that the Supreme Court case, Virginia v.
Love, should have never happened.
That it should still be illegal for blacks and whites to marry.
