The Charlie Kirk Show - How the Trump Admin Is Like the New England Patriots Aired: 2026-01-28 Duration: 38:05 === College Is A Scam (15:03) === [00:00:03] My name is Charlie Kirk. [00:00:05] I run the largest pro American student organization in the country fighting for the future of our republic. [00:00:11] My call is to fight evil and to proclaim truth. [00:00:14] If the most important thing for you is just feeling good, you're going to end up miserable. [00:00:19] But if the most important thing is doing good, you will end up purposeful. [00:00:24] College is a scam, everybody. [00:00:26] You got to stop sending your kids to college. [00:00:28] You should get married as young as possible and have as many kids as possible. [00:00:31] Go start a turning point USA college chapter. [00:00:33] Go start a turning point USA high school chapter. [00:00:35] Go find out how your church can get involved. [00:00:37] Sign up and become an activist. [00:00:38] I gave my life to the Lord in fifth grade. [00:00:41] Most important decision I ever made in my life, and I encourage you to do the same. [00:00:45] Here I am. [00:00:46] Lord, use me. [00:00:48] Buckle up, everybody. [00:00:49] Here we go. [00:00:56] The Charlie Kirk Show is proudly sponsored by Preserve Gold, the leading gold and silver experts, and the only precious metals company I recommend to my family, friends, and viewers. [00:01:09] All right. [00:01:10] Welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show. [00:01:11] It is January 28th, 2026. [00:01:14] Blake, how are you doing? [00:01:15] How are we doing this morning? [00:01:19] For those who don't personally know Blake, that's usually my answer to that question. [00:01:22] Basically, Blake will absolutely rip your heart out in the morning when you come in. [00:01:27] They're like, hey, Blake, good morning. [00:01:28] How are you doing? [00:01:29] He's like, how are you doing? [00:01:32] You want to feel good. [00:01:34] President Trump's talking about the Trump accounts, which is a big thing. [00:01:38] Charlie loved those. [00:01:39] And we've got some announcements even on the turning point side. [00:01:42] Coming soon on those. [00:01:44] Those are a great way to make sure young people have skin in the game. [00:01:47] You got Michael Dell donating over $6 billion. [00:01:50] Every child in America gets $250 in their Trump account. [00:01:53] So if you have family members, make sure they're taking advantage of that. [00:01:56] Invest in it, pour into it. [00:01:59] By the time a young person is 18, 21, they could have hundreds of thousands of dollars in that account. [00:02:04] Yeah. [00:02:04] Huge, huge. [00:02:05] And having skin in the game, a stake in the economy, is a huge way to make sure the next generation doesn't become radicalized. [00:02:13] And so I want to give a shout out to the president there and the team. [00:02:16] It's a great piece. [00:02:17] That was inside the one big beautiful bill. [00:02:19] All right, I want to get to a couple things here right off the top. [00:02:22] We've got a jam packed show, so you're going to want to stay tuned for the entire thing. [00:02:26] Lots of amazing guests. [00:02:27] Kelly Leffler's coming in with 8A. [00:02:29] But first up, Ilhan Omar was sprayed last night. [00:02:33] She was attacked or at least approached, and the internet's losing its mind. [00:02:38] And I just want to say a couple things. [00:02:40] I know we have the video here. [00:02:42] Go ahead and play that in the background if you want. [00:02:43] So she's giving a speech in Minneapolis. [00:02:46] She makes a comment that Christy Gnome should have. [00:02:49] Be should resign or face impeachment. [00:02:51] This gentleman comes up with a syringe, sprays her with an unknown substance, is tackled by security and subdued. [00:02:58] Ilhan Omar would go on to continue and complete her remarks. [00:03:03] Now, everybody on the internet thinks this is fake and staged. [00:03:07] Here's what I would say. [00:03:08] And there's, you know, they're digging into his children. [00:03:11] He has a left wing child. [00:03:12] His neighbors say he's conservative. [00:03:14] Everybody says it's fake and staged. [00:03:15] I just want to be really clear that if this is true, which I have no reason to believe it's not, other than, you know, Jussie Smollett, we've been through this before. [00:03:25] I understand people's hesitancy to believe it. [00:03:27] But if it's true, this is not the way it's not okay. [00:03:30] People should be able to deliver remarks. [00:03:31] Elected leaders should be able to deliver remarks, you know, in public without. [00:03:37] Fearing for their lives without fearing for their safety. [00:03:40] So, I just think we need to say that now. [00:03:43] If it comes out that it is fake, that it is staged, then I will be the first to jump on that bandwagon and condemn it. [00:03:51] It would be really funny if it was staged, it was like Jussie Smollett was very funny, but it's also very evil because, as Charlie once said, like when you do kind of a fake hate crime, as it were, that's like the actual real hate crime when you're doing something just to stoke. [00:04:08] Animosity and hatred against a group. [00:04:10] If you do something like this to make conservatives look bad, to make white men look bad as a provocation, that's an incredibly evil thing. [00:04:18] And it frankly should be punished far more severely than it is. [00:04:21] I totally agree with that. [00:04:22] Justice Millett should have been. [00:04:23] The New York Post, for example, is not a liberal publication. [00:04:26] They've investigated this and they at least found a neighbor who said, This guy didn't talk a lot, but he did seem to share. [00:04:33] He seemed to be a President Trump supporter, shared anti Omar stuff, didn't like her. [00:04:37] And they got at other stuff. [00:04:39] He apparently had. [00:04:40] Medical issues, so that could have been affecting his mental state. [00:04:43] Yeah, so I, yeah, and so let's play the clip right after this happened. [00:04:47] She's asked if she's okay. [00:04:50] 369. [00:04:50] Representative Omar, are you okay? [00:04:53] You know, I'm gonna go figure if I am, but I feel okay. [00:04:59] I feel that it is important for people, whether they are in elected office or not, to allow these people to intimidate us, to make us not fight for our constituents and for the country we love. [00:05:13] And as I said, you know, I've survived war and I'm definitely going to survive intimidation and whatever these people think they can throw at me because I'm built that way. [00:05:24] Thank you. [00:05:24] And I just would say, again, I condemn it in the strongest possible terms if this is proven to be authentic, which again, I have no reason to believe it's not, other than we've been through this with Justice Millett. [00:05:37] But my goodness, and I have my issues with Ilhan Omar. [00:05:41] She is the least sympathetic political figure, probably. [00:05:45] At least in the top five in the United States. [00:05:49] And I couldn't help but remember what she said about Charlie. [00:05:54] So I'm going to play that clip. [00:05:57] I just feel like we should. [00:05:58] 390. [00:06:00] What I find jarring is that there are so many people willing to excuse the most reprehensible things that he said, that they agree with that, that they're willing to have monuments for him, that they want to create a day to honor him, and that they want to produce resolutions in the House of Congress honoring his life and legacy. [00:06:24] It is one thing to care about his life because obviously so many people. [00:06:29] Loved him, including his children and wife. [00:06:32] But I am not going to sit here and be judged for not wanting to honor any legacy this man has left behind. [00:06:41] That should be in the dustpan of history. [00:06:44] And we should hopefully move on and forget the hate that he spewed every single day. [00:06:51] It is reprehensible. [00:06:52] She's lived here since 1995. [00:06:54] Dustpan of history. [00:06:56] Dustpan. [00:06:56] Yeah. [00:06:57] And so, like, you know, don't attack. [00:07:00] People don't rush them on stage. [00:07:02] In general, you make everybody look bad when you do that. [00:07:07] But my basic feeling on this is she's okay. [00:07:12] I don't know what the substance was. [00:07:13] They haven't released it. [00:07:15] So, you know, that's a question. [00:07:17] Why haven't they released it? [00:07:19] They sent a forensic analyst to, or a forensic scientist to analyze the substance, and we don't know. [00:07:24] So that's where I'm at. [00:07:25] All right. [00:07:26] Don't do that. [00:07:27] Please don't do that. [00:07:28] But don't fall for any dumb psyops about this stuff. [00:07:32] Like, there are loons in politics, they do things. [00:07:36] You don't, you're not going to overact to a guy who throws something on a politician at an event. [00:07:40] Fair enough. [00:07:41] Yeah. [00:07:42] So, in other news, I want to pivot here really quick. [00:07:45] So, the Daily Beast has got a piece up here. [00:07:47] Stephen Miller is being sidelined after he was reportedly shut out of a closed door White House meeting following the killing of Alex Pretty. [00:07:55] I have checked in on this. [00:07:57] This is completely and utterly untrue. [00:08:00] Okay. [00:08:01] So, the speculation is basically that Christy Nome, Stephen Miller, Greg Pavino, that they are all being sidelined because of a messaging blunder following the shooting death of Alex Pretty. [00:08:15] Where they said that he was going to do maximal damage, that he was going to massacre people. [00:08:21] We don't have reason to believe that that's necessarily true, nor do I think the video substantiates that interpretation of events. [00:08:27] We don't know that it's untrue, but I do believe that the messaging was unhelpful in the immediate aftermath. [00:08:35] A more cautious approach, a more, hey, we're going to investigate the shooting and the details, would have probably been more appropriate in that moment. [00:08:43] You would agree with that. [00:08:46] Their impulse, it shows how we've improved on a lot of our messaging because there was so often this bizarre automatic conservative impulse to disavow and freak out and have a panic attack. [00:08:58] And now, much more often, the first impulse is defend and concede nothing. [00:09:02] That's often a lesson people would take from President Trump's success because he's very much a kind of never really apologize guy, never give an inch. [00:09:10] But on this one, it does seem to have not been the right approach. [00:09:16] Okay. [00:09:16] Yeah, exactly. [00:09:17] That's my take. [00:09:20] I'll say it again. [00:09:21] We're building up antibodies to some of these mistakes that have been made in the past. [00:09:25] Now, all right, when you don't have all the facts, just take a little bit more of a neutral tone. [00:09:30] That's the correction. [00:09:31] Okay? [00:09:32] Let's be honest here. [00:09:34] So they did wrong messaging on a controversial story over the weekend. [00:09:38] We have people in Washington who screwed up and invaded Iraq, who overthrew a government in Libya, who've done regime change wars that have killed tens of thousands of people and have been a complete mistake. [00:09:48] And have faced zero consequences for it. [00:09:50] The way you think that the people who are at the FBI have never screwed anything up and then just continued to rise up, people at the CIA have never screwed up and just had their careers completely untouched. [00:10:00] Washington is full of people who face zero accountability for the biggest screw ups ever. [00:10:04] All right, so I want to go through we're going to go through a football analogy. [00:10:08] This is an ode to Charlie, but it's also a good reminder for so many of you out there because I'm looking around on social media and there's blackpilling happening all over the place with Minneapolis. [00:10:22] The DOJ, not enough indictments. [00:10:24] They're mad about Bovino. [00:10:26] They're mad about Christy Noam, Stephen Miller, whatever. [00:10:30] And I just want to remind everybody that we are part of a team. [00:10:36] It's a larger team, right? [00:10:38] Stephen Miller is a critical component of that team. [00:10:42] You know, when someone messes up, when somebody falls short, you're part of a team. [00:10:46] You don't abandon your team. [00:10:48] When somebody gets an errant flag in a football game that drives you back 15 yards, roughing the passer penalty, whatever. [00:10:54] Maybe your quarterback throws an interception. [00:10:57] Now they may get benched, they may get sidelined for a short period of time, and then they earn their way back. [00:11:05] When a player commits a false start in football, you're set back five yards. [00:11:08] You don't quit. [00:11:09] You don't quit the drive. [00:11:10] You don't forfeit. [00:11:11] I like the false start analogy in particular because I think, let's really dig into this football analogy. [00:11:17] So, most of you are probably familiar with it. [00:11:20] You know, there's a lot of positions. [00:11:21] Let's imagine that the Trump administration football team is pretty obvious who the quarterback is. [00:11:26] And then you have positions on a football team that are more high profile, that are a little more flashy. [00:11:32] You have wide receivers. [00:11:34] You have running backs. [00:11:35] You know, make these big plays. [00:11:36] They give a lot of interviews. [00:11:37] They get a lot of magazine covers. [00:11:39] But football experts will tell you they're often like the most important players on a team after the quarterback are the lines, just the offensive linemen. [00:11:47] Totally. [00:11:47] And anyone who's a fan of the Cincinnati Bengals or some other perennial teams will tell you your quarterback falls apart if your line is bad. [00:11:55] And linemen, they aren't famous. [00:11:58] They don't get a lot of attention. [00:12:00] They're much more just in the trenches every day. [00:12:02] And as you know, sometimes they screw up, they get false starts, they get chop block penalties, stuff like that. [00:12:08] But You need them absolutely out there every day grinding it out. [00:12:13] And Stephen Miller, especially within the Trump administration, is one of those grind it out guys. [00:12:18] He's been around with the campaign from the start, basically. [00:12:21] I think, was he on them from 2015 onwards? [00:12:24] Oh, yeah. [00:12:25] And so he's been there that whole time. [00:12:27] He's never been a big TV guy. [00:12:29] He's on there occasionally, but that's never been his main flashy attention getting. [00:12:33] He's never been this attention getter. [00:12:35] He's always just been this guy who's in the administration grinding it out to get the results of what the president ran on. [00:12:42] He is a result scout. [00:12:44] To your point, though, the Trump administration is one giant team. [00:12:47] They're striving for a common goal, just like a football team. [00:12:49] They're all doing their job. [00:12:51] They're blocking, they're tackling, they're running the ball. [00:12:53] We got a quarterback in President Trump's. [00:12:55] Sometimes we might not get a first down, sometimes we might have to punt. [00:13:00] But this administration has been scoring all year long. [00:13:04] It's been scoring touchdowns. [00:13:05] And I want to remind you of the most famous of all comebacks because it's important. [00:13:12] We've got to rally the truths. [00:13:14] The most famous example of a sports athlete coming back from behind is Super Bowl 51 and Tom Brady. [00:13:21] The New England Patriots trailed the Atlanta Falcons 28 3 late in the third quarter and then 28 9 entering the fourth quarter. [00:13:29] Brady had a rough start overall in the first half and into the third. [00:13:31] He threw an interception, returned for a touchdown. [00:13:34] The offense stalled repeatedly, and the Patriots looked completely outmatched. [00:13:39] Fans and analysts thought the game was over. [00:13:42] Deficit being the largest in Super Bowl history at that point. [00:13:45] It was the largest Super Bowl. [00:13:46] Dude, you're going to lose this to Georgia the way you're really laying it out here. [00:13:49] Then Brady engineered an epic comeback. [00:13:52] He led the Patriots on multiple scoring drives in the fourth quarter, including a game tying drive capped by a miraculous Julian Edelman catch. [00:14:01] The game went into overtime, and the Patriots. [00:14:05] Ended up winning Super Bowl 51 34 28. [00:14:08] Brady, who had the most terrible first half you can imagine, ended up with 466 passing yards and two touchdowns, and he was named Super Bowl MVP. [00:14:21] You know, one of the other great parts about this was this happened right after the 2016 election, and the left, for whatever reason, decided to go in on this as some sort of proxy for politics because the Patriots' owner was pro Trump, Bill Belichick was pro Trump. [00:14:36] He actually wrote a letter. [00:14:38] Bill Belichick, this is a true story. [00:14:39] He wrote a letter endorsing Trump, and then they asked, Oh, this is great. [00:14:43] Can we release this publicly? [00:14:44] And he goes, Oh, you want it to go public? [00:14:46] Here, let me rewrite the letter to be more positive. [00:14:48] Speaking of which, they kept him out of the Hall of Fame on the first ballot yesterday. [00:14:52] So that was egregious. [00:14:53] And now they're wondering if Tom Brady's going to be kept out in the first ballot, which would be obscene. [00:14:58] Obscene, disgusting. [00:14:59] Anyway, but yeah, so they made this all the left chose to do this. [00:15:02] And then they were like, Well, Atlanta is the city that was very anti Trump. === Brady Hall of Fame Omission (16:07) === [00:15:07] And so this is the chance, like, To get a psychological win. [00:15:10] And then the Patriots went and did this. [00:15:12] Well, and here's the thing the Patriots, this remains the biggest comeback ever in Super Bowl history. [00:15:23] And you can see Tom Brady there emotional because nobody thought that they could pull this off. [00:15:29] And I want everybody out there to remember that you are part of a team. [00:15:33] So before you snipe at Stephen Miller or Greg Pavino or Christy Nome or President Trump, listen, some of them might get sidelined. [00:15:39] Some of them might get replaced. [00:15:41] We might have to go to the free agency and pick up some new players. [00:15:44] Tear their political ACL. [00:15:46] Yes, their political ACL. [00:15:47] Some might have false starts. [00:15:49] Some might get flags thrown on them. [00:15:51] But we are in this together and we are putting up wins. [00:15:54] And in my lifetime, I have never seen a team pulling in the same direction this capable, this competent, this energetic. [00:16:03] Don't forget all the things that we've accomplished. [00:16:05] We've got Pete Hegseth as our Secretary of War. [00:16:09] We've got Lee Zeldin at the EPA. [00:16:11] We've got. [00:16:12] Scott Besant at Treasury. [00:16:14] We've got a lot of all star players. [00:16:16] Marco Rubio at State. [00:16:17] JD Vance is the vice president. [00:16:20] We are crushing it in so many ways. [00:16:23] And yes, there have been false starts. [00:16:25] Yes, some of the communications on Pretty were not helpful. [00:16:28] Let's be honest. [00:16:30] But we are deporting people. [00:16:32] We have the lowest level of immigration we've had in decades. [00:16:36] And we're getting the criminals out. [00:16:37] Crime is at an all time low. [00:16:39] There's a lot to be grateful for. [00:16:40] The team is scoring. [00:16:43] Let's be a part of that team. [00:16:44] Let's be positive. [00:16:47] Candles were lit on Bondi Beach by families, by children, by people of faith to celebrate a festival of light, a festival from Bible times, one that Jesus himself celebrated. [00:16:58] People gathered with hope, seeking unity and comfort in tradition. [00:17:01] But instead of light, there was darkness, violence, fear, hatred showing itself at a time meant for prayer and rejoicing. [00:17:09] Times like this remind us that even with the ceasefire in Israel, Jewish people are being targeted simply because of their faith. [00:17:16] And times like this remind us why the International Fellowship of Christians and Jews exists to stand in the gap, providing safety and security to God's people. [00:17:25] The fellowship brings together Christians and Jews to be a light to suffering Jews in Israel, the former Soviet Union, or wherever the needs are greatest. [00:17:33] Together, we can make a real difference in the lives of those who need hope the most. [00:17:37] Your gift today will help provide the security that God's people so desperately need. [00:17:41] Visit urgentifcj.org, that's one word, urgentifcj.org, or call now at 866 338 IFCJ. [00:17:50] That's eight six six three three eight four three two five All right, without further ado, we have SBA Administrator Kelly Leffler back on the show. [00:18:02] And I'm so excited. [00:18:03] Welcome back. [00:18:05] You have been making waves because something we talked about when you joined us here in studio is this 8A program. [00:18:12] You have updates. [00:18:14] It's a huge, huge story. [00:18:15] Please tell us about it. [00:18:16] Yeah, you got it. [00:18:17] Look, first of all, it's such an honor to join y'all in person. [00:18:20] I'm excited to say that we're breaking this news here on your show today. [00:18:23] The 8A government program for federal contracting is a government wide, socially and economically Disadvantaged federal program that expanded massively under the Biden administration to support their favored minority groups. [00:18:40] Essentially, they expanded it by 2,000 participants during four years. [00:18:46] What we saw going on in that program was discriminating against white small business owners. [00:18:52] So, what we did was we called for an audit last year. [00:18:58] We started conducting that audit and we saw lots of waste, fraud, and abuse. [00:19:01] And so by the end of the year, we had demanded three months of financial documents. [00:19:07] What came back out of the 4,300 firms that the Biden administration had expanded to was 1,091 firms did not submit records. [00:19:17] Those firms were qualified and received $5 billion under the Biden administration in contracts. [00:19:25] I mean, this is Somalia level fraud. [00:19:27] And so we're investigating that further, and we still have our 15 year look back audit going on. [00:19:32] Meanwhile, we've made very clear. [00:19:34] We are not going to discriminate based on race in this program. [00:19:37] And so we ended that though on day one last year. [00:19:41] Wow. [00:19:42] So just to reiterate, the SBA has announced the suspension of 1,091 firms from the 8A business development program that Joe Biden, the Biden administration, had ramped up, which was basically discrimination against white firms. [00:19:59] Any, you know, this was special groups were getting special consideration and there was a lot of fraud in this. [00:20:07] And so you asked them. [00:20:08] In December, to send documentation to prove the most basic audit possible, and they failed. [00:20:16] So, you ordered all 4,300 firms to submit basic documentation to prove their legitimacy as part of Trump's SBA's longstanding effort to root out small business contracting abuse by pass through and shell companies. [00:20:31] Can you hone in on that particular piece, the pass through and shell company aspect of this? [00:20:36] This is a big, big story. [00:20:38] Yeah. [00:20:39] So, 50 years ago, this program came into being in law under the Carter administration. [00:20:45] And since then, there has never been an audit of what is a program. [00:20:49] That is designed to let economically and socially disadvantaged people compete on a level playing field for federal contracts. [00:20:56] I grew up in a farm, a farm community, a small town. [00:20:59] There are folks that are outside the DC Beltway, the Beltway bandits, who are using a DEI situation to hide behind them, millionaires, who are then saying that they're small businesses and they're taking multi million dollar contracts away from deserving small businesses. [00:21:17] And particularly under the Biden administration, if you were a white business owner, You probably didn't even qualify to come into the program. [00:21:24] That process is unconstitutional. [00:21:26] In fact, the tracking metrics for who came into 8A did not even include a classification for white. [00:21:33] That's why when I came in on day one, we restored the 5% statutory requirement from 15 that Biden had arbitrarily expanded it to. [00:21:44] That's why the program grew to $40 billion last year under Biden. [00:21:48] So we're resetting the table to say, we are not doing this on race. [00:21:52] You can't get in because of race, and you're not going to be barred from it. [00:21:56] Because of race. [00:21:57] Yeah, this is such a prime example of how much bloat and fraud and just garbage gets stuffed in. [00:22:07] When you have a six, six and a half trillion dollar federal budget and you just found a 40 billion dollar line item, or you just. [00:22:14] The five billion, I went and I looked it up. [00:22:16] How many people? [00:22:17] Five billion dollars. [00:22:18] That is the average lifetime tax payments of 10,000 people. [00:22:24] So, 10,000 people, you just strike that out. [00:22:27] You know, 5 billion almost sounds like a tiny amount of money because of how big everything's gone. [00:22:30] Yet, thousands of people were having their entire life's work poured into this sort of nonsense. [00:22:36] One year of fraud. [00:22:37] Yeah. [00:22:38] You're exactly right. [00:22:39] And that's how I think about it, Blake, because I'm on Main Street every week across this. [00:22:43] I've already been in 10 states this year. [00:22:45] When I meet face to face with a small business owner, I see that the risk they're taking to build their business, the sacrifice they're making, their families to build. [00:22:54] Create jobs to invest in Main Streets and to know that their hard earned tax dollars are being shuffled off to DEI programs is absolutely infuriating. [00:23:02] So that's why we came in, though. [00:23:04] The Trump administration from day one has been cracking down on this program, reorganizing around audits that we're doing and what we're finding, and making sure that Main Street America has access to programs not supporting DEI but supporting deserving small business owners. [00:23:22] So, a natural follow up question to that you found. [00:23:25] A thousand firms that are not following the right paperwork, they seem to have been improperly certified. [00:23:30] Do we have evidence of further criminal behavior? [00:23:32] And is there progress towards that going to DOJ or whoever would be needed to investigate, potentially prosecute that? [00:23:40] Excellent question. [00:23:41] So, there's two parts of the audit underway. [00:23:44] We are first doing a 15 year look back. [00:23:46] Again, the program in its 50 year history has never been audited. [00:23:50] We are auditing everything in the program from federal contracting employees to the contracts itself. [00:23:56] DOJ is already prosecuting. [00:23:58] Hundreds of millions of dollars of fraud and bribery in the program. [00:24:03] So we're looking at it at that level. [00:24:05] But then the 4,300 firms that we requested financial statements from, we're going through those to make sure that they're not going to shell and pass through companies where you have a DEI front standing in front of a multi million dollar business that's taking away a contract from a deserving small business. [00:24:23] So, yeah, so there could be further criminal investigations. [00:24:27] Right now, these individuals, these firms are not. [00:24:31] Eligible to participate in small business contracting. [00:24:33] And it's important because the SBA sets the standard across the federal government. [00:24:38] The Department of War, Department of Treasury, DSA has joined us in our audit because this goes on across the federal government. [00:24:44] And we know that we need to set a standard that bars any discrimination, particularly of white owned firms, because it was going on under the Biden administration. [00:24:54] So Administrator Leffler, in the previous segment, we used a sports analogy. [00:24:59] We said, We're all part of a team. [00:25:02] And listen, sometimes your team members get called for a foul. [00:25:06] Sometimes they, you know, false start, whatever. [00:25:08] You get a 15 yard penalty, five yard penalty, but we're all, we're marching down the field in the same direction. [00:25:13] We're doing it together, you know. [00:25:15] And I just think this is great because sometimes we get distracted by, oh, we're upset about something that happened in Minneapolis, or sometimes we don't think there's enough prosecutions. [00:25:25] But this is a prime example of somebody. [00:25:28] You at the SBA that's putting up billion dollar wins on behalf of the American people and getting rid of some of this entrenched stuff that's just been there for years or that was exacerbated under the Biden administration and that we're setting right in front of your eyes. [00:25:44] This is amazing, amazing progress that will not get front page headlines necessarily, but it's a huge win for the American people. [00:25:51] I want you're also going to make some other news here, I believe. [00:25:57] This morning, President Trump was talking about Trump accounts. [00:25:59] He ends up referring to. [00:26:01] Uh, Lee Zeldin at the EPA, and he basically says, You know, everything that's been happening in California is terrible. [00:26:08] These homes were burned down in the Palisades, some of the richest homes, most beautiful homes in the country. [00:26:15] And so, President Trump says EPA Chief Lee Zeldin will be in charge of federal permitting to override local California wildfires, the rebuild there. [00:26:26] And you guys have a role to play here at the SBA. [00:26:30] Tell us about it. [00:26:31] Yeah, this is critically important. [00:26:32] Look. [00:26:33] Gavin Newsom created a disaster in California, a twin disaster, not just the disaster of the fires where the president came to the rescue and getting water to the fires when his first week in office, but the lies that this administration under Gavin Newsom and Karen Bass have perpetuated about rebuilding in California. [00:26:54] Look, there's no rebuilding going on. [00:26:56] They may have issued thousands of permits, but one house might need a dozen, two dozen permits. [00:27:01] So there's been about a dozen houses built. [00:27:04] What the SBA has done is put out $3.2 billion, over 50% of the entire disaster recovery effort in the entire country, and very little, 25% has been pulled down. [00:27:15] So we're going to be partnering with Administrator Zeldin. [00:27:18] Lee and I will be back out in California, making sure residents know that we are fast tracking now the ability to rebuild finally. [00:27:26] Because look, 75% of those folks are in temporary housing, 50% have severe economic harm caused to them as a result of this. [00:27:34] And the California state and local officials have done nothing but obstruct. [00:27:39] The ability to rebuild. [00:27:40] And President Trump is creating that on ramp to get those houses back up, get families back in their homes, small businesses stood back up because local officials aren't fighting for their own people. [00:27:50] Well, and by the way, California officials were trying to zone some of that burn area for, you know, I think it was like low income housing. [00:28:00] And if you know anything about the Palisades, this is one of the best, most beautiful historically neighborhoods in all of Southern California. [00:28:09] And so you're just going to go plop some low income housing in the middle of that? [00:28:12] No, thank you. [00:28:13] So Trump. [00:28:13] Is going to override that as well. [00:28:15] And I can just tell you, this is huge. [00:28:17] As somebody who's lived in Southern California and has dealt with the permitting process in Southern California, it's abysmal. [00:28:24] It is absolutely frightening. [00:28:26] And the fact that these people didn't just get fast tracked right away from the state of California is a travesty. [00:28:31] So thank you, Administrator Leffler, for stepping up here and helping them. [00:28:35] They don't vote for Trump down there. [00:28:37] They're probably still going to vote Democrats, but he's the president of all Americans. [00:28:40] And I think it's a wonderful thing what you guys are doing. [00:28:42] So God bless you. [00:28:44] Thank you for the updates. [00:28:45] For making some news right here on the Charlie Kirk Show. [00:28:48] God bless you. [00:28:49] Thanks, Andrew. [00:28:49] Thanks, Blake. [00:28:53] Hey guys, if you've been a faithful Kirk podcast listener for any amount of time, then you've probably already heard about Strong Cell. [00:28:59] It was Charlie's favorite supplement. [00:29:58] Strong Cell. [00:30:05] We have to hit this story because we mentioned Stephen Miller before and these unhinged clips. [00:30:12] So, Rick Wilson is a complete lunatic. [00:30:16] Lincoln Project, all of this stuff. [00:30:18] Former Republican, whatever. [00:30:21] He's calling for the execution of Stephen Miller. [00:30:24] They're trying to get Stephen Miller killed. [00:30:27] That's what they're trying to do. [00:30:28] And now, by the way, they're going to justify it emotionally because of Renee Good and because of Pretty in Minneapolis. [00:30:34] Even though these people should have never been anywhere near these law enforcement operations, that doesn't matter to them. [00:30:41] And that's, by the way, that's why it's hard to get outraged when they die. [00:30:45] I think it's a tragedy. [00:30:46] I don't want anybody to die, but you should not be obstructing and harassing law enforcement officials. [00:30:51] So when bad things happen, listen, what are we to do? [00:30:58] 365. [00:30:59] I almost tweeted this today, and I know I'll get canceled for saying this. [00:31:01] I know I'm going to get in trouble. [00:31:03] I want Stephen Miller to be the number one in the Nuremberg trials when this is done. [00:31:08] When this is done, I want Stephen Miller to be the first one who is tried and convicted and dangles. === Law Enforcement Obstruction (06:51) === [00:31:14] He wants Stephen Miller to dangle. [00:31:16] He wants him to be hung. [00:31:17] But it doesn't stop there. [00:31:19] That's not the only unhinged lunatic that's going on social media. [00:31:23] Oh, and by the way, they're bragging. [00:31:24] I don't mean to get canceled. [00:31:25] No, you know nothing's going to happen because they didn't even get canceled for running the Lincoln Project, which was basically like a giant. [00:31:31] Criminal grift. [00:31:32] And by the way, there's a bunch of them that had. [00:31:34] Oh, and weird sexual deviance. [00:31:36] Oh, yeah. [00:31:36] All this stuff. [00:31:37] Every weirdo in the Never Trump movement joined the Lincoln Project. [00:31:40] Journalist Kara Swisher, call her a journalist. [00:31:43] I'm not going to call her a journalist. [00:31:45] That's how it's labeled on the clip sheet. [00:31:46] She's not a journalist. [00:31:47] She's an activist. [00:31:48] She says the same thing. [00:31:50] 366. [00:31:51] And I would last like to call out Stephen Miller, who is in the center of this. [00:31:56] We always focus on Trump, as we often focus on the top people. [00:32:00] But Stephen Miller, like. [00:32:02] A man named Ben Detson. [00:32:03] He was the one who created the internment cancer Japanese. [00:32:06] Heinrich Himmler in the Nazi regime. [00:32:10] This is what he is. [00:32:11] And he, of course, Trump gets most of the blame being at the top. [00:32:17] But people like Stephen Miller will go down in history as evil. [00:32:23] They had blood on his hands and should be jailed at the very end of this. [00:32:27] And you're absolutely right. [00:32:28] Do you see what they're doing? [00:32:30] So they set it all up very gradually. [00:32:33] They want to prosecute. [00:32:34] Stephen Miller, after President Trump is out of office, they do. [00:32:38] This is one of the reasons why it's so critically important that we win the midterms because they're going to bog down everything with these investigations. [00:32:45] And by the way, there was an update yesterday out of Virginia that apparently the old maps are going to hold for 2026. [00:32:54] That's good. [00:32:54] It's a first court ruling. [00:32:55] I think it goes up to the Supreme Court now, but they are basically the process through which they went was not timed right, was not according to what I've seen. [00:33:04] It really is legally indefensible to rule any other way because there's like. [00:33:08] For what they were doing, you need three months of notice, and they had four days of notice. [00:33:13] Correct. [00:33:13] And that's just, but who knows? [00:33:15] It's a lit state. [00:33:16] You can let in the Constitution. [00:33:17] But nevertheless, they are going to try and imprison us. [00:33:22] They might come after Turning Point again. [00:33:24] They spied on us. [00:33:25] They'd have a lot of time to get some reading done. [00:33:27] Charlie was obviously dragged before the J6 committee. [00:33:31] The amount of legal bills alone is insane. [00:33:35] Governor Gavin Newsom got in on the act. [00:33:37] Stephen Miller is directly responsible, he said in a tweet, for the Deaths, violence, and chaos from Trump administration's lawless, violent rampage across America. [00:33:45] He must be fired and held accountable with this code red. [00:33:49] We've got the image here code red in the United States of America with Stephen Miller's face in this blood red. [00:33:55] You know, it's easy to hit the big names, but the scariest one for me that we've seen, I think, three or four cases of this by now is the rank and file people who clearly fantasize or maybe not, maybe actually do actual. [00:34:13] They want to do harm to other people, possibly in secret. [00:34:16] So we've had this staffer at Virginia Commonwealth University. [00:34:20] 367. [00:34:21] All right, let's play that. [00:34:22] Sabotage tactic, or at least scare tactic. [00:34:26] All the medical providers, grab some syringes with needles on the end, have them full of saline or succinylcholine, you know, whatever, whatever. [00:34:37] That will probably be a deterrent. [00:34:42] Safe, she didn't stop there by the way. [00:34:45] So she encourages women to go on dates with agents and drug their food. [00:34:51] 368. [00:34:51] The single ladies where these ice guys are going have a chance to do something you know, not without risk, but could help the cause for sure. [00:35:03] Get on Tinder, get on Hinge, find these guys, they're around. [00:35:08] They're an ice agent, bring some X lax and put it in their drinks. [00:35:13] Get them sick, easily deniable. [00:35:18] You know, you could get sick too. [00:35:21] I'm just saying. [00:35:23] So, this is a clearly unhinged, unwell, mentally ill person who was a nurse. [00:35:30] But this story has a happy ending. [00:35:32] I am exceedingly joyful to say. [00:35:35] Throw up 373 VCU, an anti ICE nurse fired after referencing paralytic drug and video instructing sabotage of ICE agents. [00:35:45] And the university put out a statement. [00:35:47] Prioritize the health and safety of anyone who comes to us for care. [00:35:50] We are aware of a series of videos that appear to have been posted by an individual confirmed to be an employee of our health system. [00:35:56] The content of the videos is highly inappropriate and does not reflect the integrity and values of our health system. [00:36:01] And so she's been fired. [00:36:03] But it's very ominous because, you know, there are dumb people who will do this for attention, but there are people who are out there who will be smart enough to not make a TikTok video about it, to not post it on Instagram, to not brag about these things publicly, but may still. [00:36:19] Feel the same way. [00:36:20] And you really have to come down hard on this because this is a lot. [00:36:24] It's sort of like the same reason you should punish political assassination so harshly. [00:36:29] This is not merely an attack on an individual, it is an attack on the ability of society to function. [00:36:36] If you, because you hold a political view or because you hold a job with the government, you basically can't trust the medical system because medical employees may attempt to murder you. [00:36:48] We have other examples of this. [00:36:50] We have multiple. [00:36:51] This is, and Libs of TikTok, want to shout out to Hal over there. [00:36:55] She's been doing a phenomenal job. [00:36:58] Haya, did I say, what did I say? [00:37:00] Michael Moncure, I think the one who put Alex in harm's way were ICE. [00:37:04] All those agents better pray they never end up in a hospital. [00:37:08] The nurses won't be kind. [00:37:09] And by the way, this is what we saw with Charlie it was university professors and public school teachers and nurses. [00:37:17] Yes. [00:37:17] And like doctors. [00:37:18] They were the ones that were celebrating the most. [00:37:19] I do not know what drives these people into these professions. [00:37:23] But it seems to be a self selecting thing, and you get a lot of radicals that end up in these professions. [00:37:27] And you just actually have to have a zero tolerance policy for this. [00:37:31] If you are in the medical field and you talk about doing this, bam, lose your license, can never get it back, period, ever again. [00:37:38] And frankly, you should possibly go to jail too. [00:37:41] Just zero tolerance. [00:37:42] You can't allow this sort of thing to happen. [00:37:44] Now, I don't believe this individual has been fired yet. [00:37:46] We do not know, but his name appears to be Michael Moncure, Carolina's Rehabilitation, Atrium Health. [00:37:54] We hope he loses his job immediately. [00:38:01] For more on many of these stories and news you can trust, go to charliekirk.com.
