Anthony, thank you for being a member.
What's on your mind?
Hey there, Charlie.
Two questions.
One is a topic you touched on yesterday about special elections.
And that question is, why do GOP voters not want to come out for those or local elections?
Because they just seem to want to come out for federal for some reason.
And the next question is, Federal law enforcement has all right to come into an area that's a sanctuary city to get rid of illegals.
The city of Rochester in New York has told its police, who assisted us this week with federal law enforcement, now that 10 to 11 guys have to go through rehabilitation and they want them fired.
And it's made a big stink in the area where I live because of this.
How can a city or a county tell their local law enforcement when it's in the code that they have to work with the federal law enforcement?
Okay, great questions, Anthony.
Great to hear your voice.
And you're a long-term member, and I really appreciate it.
Let me start with your first question.
So, as everybody should know, coming up on Tuesday is our Wisconsin special election.
It is the Supreme Court seat, and it will determine the future of Wisconsin.
And with it, it could determine the entire future of the U.S. House and potentially the presidency.
It is an incredibly important election.
President Trump has remade the Republican Party.
He has remade the Republican Party to be a working-class party, to be a low-propensity party.
So the answer to your question, Anthony, can be best described by the difference between a high-propensity voter and a low-propensity voter.
A high-propensity voter is someone who watches more than one hour of news a week.
A high-propensity voter would consider themselves mildly political or very political.
They read the newspaper.
They go and talk to their friends about politics.
They have some general awareness about what is happening in the news.
Now, mind you, if you're a Charlie Kirk member, You're likely a high-propensity voter, but I'm going to put an asterisk on that in just a second.
I'm going to get back to that in a second.
A low-propensity voter are more people that are likely to be Trump.
Now, it's not a matter of being, oh, high-propensity voters are smarter or low-propensity voters are dumber.
It matters who cares more.
High-propensity voters tend to care about politics more than low-propensity voters.
Low-propensity voters tend to be black or Hispanic, working-class whites, people that are working with their hands.
We call them the muscular class.
On this program.
Now traditionally, Democrats dominated lower propensity voters and struggled with higher propensity voters.
But a decade ago, actually, special elections used to be really good for Republicans.
We used to do great in spring elections and fall elections and off year elections, and we would struggle in higher turnout elections.
The way it used to be is the higher the turnout, the better for Democrats, the lower the turnout, the better for Republicans.
That has completely changed because of President Trump.
Now, actually, the lower the turnout, the better for Democrats, the higher the turnout, the better for Republicans.
Because the Democrats have become a high propensity party.
more college educated, more suburban, more elite.
More wealthy.
The Republican Party has become a lower propensity party, more working class, not as wealthy, not as politically engaged.
That is why they had to try to take out Donald Trump.
That is why they were cheering for his assassination and they tried to put him in jail for 700 years because he was a celebrity figure.
And I was able to draw attention to lower propensity voters, give them a message and give them hope, and expand the electorate and build a base that was never presented for a Republican candidate until President Trump came along.
To your second question, I don't know the details of the Rochester situation.
All I can say is this, is that federal law enforcement is going to go into these communities even if local enforcement says that ICE or the FBI are not welcome.
We have federal supremacy in this country, and it's time for us to liberate these sanctuary cities from Tren de Aragua and these Mexican drug cartels that have been doing such damage in our country.
Aurora, Colorado, Springfield, Ohio, etc.
Anthony, thank you for your question.
Really appreciate that.
Thanks, Charlie.
David, thank you for being a member.
What's on your mind and where are you from?
Speaker Johnson spoke yesterday about That we can get rid of some of these rogue judges that are trying to subvert the will of the people.
How do we go about doing that?
So it's going to be hard.
It's going to be difficult to completely remove some of these rogue judges.
Potentially we can go through an impeachment process.
The best way to actually put them in their place is through public humiliation.
The best way is to have higher courts just scathe them for their decisions because so many of these judges, so many of these judges, they trade on reputation.
And all the while, if they are not able to lose their job or their judgeship, but if they kind of are considered to be a radical joke, a fringe laughingstock, then That is one very serious way that we could hold them accountable.
I am a little hesitant on impeachment, to be honest.
I don't think it's actually going to work.
I don't think we have the votes.
I actually think that it could embolden other judges to double and triple down.
And so the best way is hopefully for a higher court to hurt their reputation and to show and expose the judicial despotism and the Article 3 Thank you, David, for your question.
Really appreciate it.
But the unelected judiciary is a major problem occurring in our country right now.
Karen, thank you for being a member.
Karen, where are you from and what's on your mind?
Hi, Charlie.
Yes, my name is Karen.
I'm from Santa Clarita, California.
I am a baby bloomer and I'm for Trump.
Wonderful. Thank you.
You are the type of boomer that we love and we appreciate.
Thanks. My question.
I would like to understand security clearances.
For instance, who gets them?
Are there levels like top secret, medium, etc.?
Is it a feather in the cap for those who get it?
Why is it a big deal if someone who's no longer in the government no longer gets to keep theirs?
What a great question.
It makes national, even international news.
What's the big deal?
What a great question, Karen.
So White House staff, so senior White House staff, such as chief of staff, or what is called assistants to the presidents, they all have to go through a background check because they'll be dealing around what is classified, potentially, information, secret or top secret.
So there is a hierarchy.
I believe it goes secret, top secret, and confidential secret, top secret, Classified.
So security clearances are granted to people all across the government.
President Trump obviously gets the highest level of the security clearance, regardless of any background check, because he's the duly elected president.
But you ask the most operative question.
Why do people still want security clearances when they're outside of government?
So there's something called a TSSCI, which is a top-secret, sensitive, compartmented information.
Which is a security designation that is the highest level of classified information.
A TSSCI.
One of the major reasons why people want to have a TSSCI when they get out of government is they're able to trade on that for future cable news gigs, for non-profit boards.
It makes them more money because they're able to have some sort of an aura of professional confidentiality.
And so the types of security clearances, it goes TSSCI, I was somewhat right, then top secret, then secret, then confidential.
The confidential allows information to classified as confidential.
So there is a hierarchy there.
The final thing is this, when you take someone like John Brennan or John Bolton that had a classified security clearance or they were still getting security briefings, when President Trump pulls that clearance, it makes it harder for them to make money on the outside and it severely damages their reputation.
Great question, Karen.
I hope that helped answer it.
Thank you.

You have to understand that while we're doing a show here, running Turning Point USA, running Turning Point Action, we have all the social media stuff, we got our speaking, we got our traveling, we got a lot going on.
So all of a sudden, sometimes, every so often, lightning strikes in a bottle and there's like five different crises that happen in 180 seconds.
That is one of those days.
With that, let's go to Richard.
Richard, thank you for being a member.

What's on your mind?
Hey Charlie, I'm calling in and I want to make it really quick because I am in a foreign country and even being on the call puts me at risk of being punished by my employer.
That being said, I want to move back to the States.
However, I'm only 20 and my father, not a U.S. citizen, took me away.
My mother wasn't I have expensive medical issues.
How can people like me who want to go home, who want to be in the greatest country on earth, how can we kind of find a way back home?
Okay, first of all, I don't want to put you in jeopardy here.
Did you say you were born in America?
Are you a U.S. citizen?
I guess is a good question.
I'm a U.S. citizen, yes.
I was born in Detroit, Michigan.
My mother is from Detroit, Michigan.
My father is from a foreign country.
Well, my advice is since you're a U.S. citizen, you have a passport, get back home.
You have constitutional protections.
You have the ability of the freedom of movement back home.
My personal opinion would be If you want to come back here, get on a plane and get here.
And so I know you have serious medical issues that you say and expensive ones.
I can't comment on that.
But as a U.S. passport holder, we would love to have you here.
If you're in a dangerous country that does not allow you to leave, go to a consulate or go to the embassy, and they could definitely help you navigate that.
If I can ask, what do you see as the top obstacle to returning to America?
Well, currently I signed a contract with the current government and I'm obligated to serve with them for another couple of months.
So I made that contract.
I'm going to honor that obligation that I made because it's not a terrorist country.
It's an ally that disagrees currently.
But speaking out against the government in my position is punishable by charges.
Well, I don't want you to tell us where you are, but just so everyone understands, he could be anywhere from Toronto, Canada to Dublin, Ireland to Berlin, Germany.
Our allies are not treating us like allies right now.
Thank you for your question, man.
Happy to talk privately if that's helpful.
Thank you, Richard.
Okay, Shane.
Shane, thank you for being a member.
Members.CharlieKirk.com.
What's on your mind?
Hey, Charlie.
I'm calling from Wisconsin.
Great. I just wanted to know in regards to Gaming.
I don't know how up-to-date you are on gaming and what's happening in gaming, but the woke agenda and the trans narrative are both being injected into modern-day gaming in a variety of ways, and it's very sickening.
Anything from like character creation, forcing your character to have they, them pronouns, including trans body parts, games with narratives that lecture the player on proper pronoun usage and what it means to be transgender.
And like these games are being advertised to children, everything down to like under 13 years old on top of as well as adults.
And a lot of them showcase the being transgender as this, as this positive influence thing that it's a wild adventure.
And then, meanwhile, the woke agenda pushes male characters, including historically male characters, out of the picture, forcing them to become female.
Black Lives Matter, propaganda everywhere, racial bigotry, aversion to white males, etc.
I just wanted to know what your thoughts were on this and if you were aware of it.
Well, first of all, I have to ask, have you voted yet in the Wisconsin Supreme Court race, or do you have a plan to vote?
I do have a plan to vote on Monday.
My wife gets out of work.
We're going for Brad Schimmel.
Good answer.
Thank you.
I had to check that box and thank you for the awareness.
I'll be very honest with you and I will because you guys know that I don't hold back.
I used to be in video gaming and then I grew up and became an adult.
I really don't think very highly of video games.
I'll be very honest.
So I'm not really aware of this.
I know that everyone has their own release.
I have seen A lot of people...
Blake likes video games, and he's incredibly smart.
So it's not an indictment of any intelligence.
I will say it is an incredible time suck.
Video games can be extraordinarily time-consuming.
So if you're able to balance it, God bless you.
Some people play hundreds of hours for these games.
Here's my advice, I suppose, which is...
Fine video games, I guess, of consumer choice.
There are more video games than people could ever play, so I suppose that would be my piece of advice.
But, not here to say you're a bad person for playing video games, but I definitely could not be successful if I had to play video games, that's for sure.
Well, thank you very much.
Hey everybody, Charlie Kirk here.
Brand new year, brand new opportunities to change the world for the better.
It's easier than you might think.
You can save babies by providing ultrasounds with Preborn.
Together, with the Sanctity of Human Life Month, we're going to save 35,000 babies to show the world that not only do we believe life is precious, but we're going to do something about it.
Your gift to pre-born will give a girl the truth about what's happening in her body so that she can make the right choice.
What better way to start this new year than to join us to save babies?
And $28 a month will save a baby a month all year long.
A $15,000 gift will provide a complete ultrasound machine that will save thousands of babies for years and years to come.
It will also save moms from a lifetime of pain and regret.
I am a donor to this organization, and you should be too.
Start this new year by being a hero for life.
Call 833-850-2229 or click on the preborn banner at charliekirk.com.
That is charliekirk.com and click on the pre-board.
I'm a donor.
You should be too.
Charliekirk.com, pre-born banner.
Okay. Let's see.
Miss Daisy has someone.
Katrina. Katrina, thank you for being a member.
Members.CharlieKirk.com. What's on your mind?
Hi Charlie, my name is Katrina.
I'm in Phoenix.
But I was born and raised in the Philippines and I got my US citizenship recently.
So I have a question.
Since I work at healthcare and I get a lot of patients that are VA, from the VA, and they are, they have been airing out their frustration about the administration cutting the budget, VA budget.
So how do I respond or answer their frustrations?
Thank you so much.
Yeah, of course.
Thank you for being a member.
So do you work for the VA or you just work in health care?
No, I don't work for the VA.
We just get a lot of patients from VA.
I'm curious what, if you had to summarize one or two, and by the way, great job becoming a citizen.
God bless you.
If you had to summarize one or two of their complaints, what would they be?
Just so I can hear for myself.
So they say that they're not getting the same benefits as they were in the past.
Some of the things that they were, for example, because I am in a like a acute rehab facility and they say that the Got it.
So I don't really even know how to respond to that.
To my knowledge, none of that is true.
I suppose, again, I can't even comprehend quite honestly how Donald Trump would be able to even get in the way of these services.
President Trump And Secretary Collins have said multiple times that these cuts are not going to go after the delivering of care for VA.
In the first Trump administration, President Trump allowed vets to see private doctors.
I think that is the direction that we should get into.
And we do know that there is a lot of malicious compliance going on throughout the government.
And so there's also people saying, oh, well, you want to save money?
I guess we'll have to shut down this popular program.
So hard to understand or get to the essence of the truth of it.
But we're going to look into it, Katrina.
And thank you for being a message.
member. We really appreciate it.
Thank you.
Thank you.
Okay, before we get to Jackson, I do need to play some breaking news.
President Trump, what is a woman?
Play cut 374.
Well, it's sort of easy to answer for me because a woman is somebody that can have a baby under certain circumstances.
She has a quality.
A woman is a person who's much smarter than a man, I've always found.
A woman is a person that doesn't give a man even a chance of success.
And a woman's a person that in many cases has been treated very badly because I think that what happens with this crazy, this crazy issue of men being able to play in women's sports is just ridiculous and very unfair to women and very demeaning to women.
That's a great answer.
That is a 10. Well done, President Trump.
That is excellent and the moral clarity that we deserve.
That was just some breaking news I wanted to throw in there.
Jackson, thank you for being a member.
Members.CharlieKirk.com.
What's on your mind, Jackson?
Good day, Mr. Kirk.
I am a huge fan of what you do on The Charlie Kirk Show and what you've done for this country via Turning Point USA.
And I just wanted to ask you a few questions, but the first that comes to mind is that I've seen that you're very open and very critical when it comes to the judgment of our past presidents.
I was wondering, who do you think our best presidents were?
I believe that our best president was Abraham Lincoln, with or without propaganda.
I believe George Washington.
I would agree.
Lincoln is definitely on the list.
Dwight D. Eisenhower.
I do have a soft spot for Teddy Roosevelt.
And I would say President Trump.
I do love Calvin Coolidge.
I gotta be honest.
Calvin Coolidge was awesome.
He shrunk the size of government.
Silent Cal, as they would call him.
He dramatically tried to bring us back to the founder's vision of government.
And so that would be my list.
And I could give you the worst ones as well.
I would say Ulysses S. Grant was no good.
Joe Biden was definitely on the list.
Obama was no good.
But Biden was much worse than Obama.
Jimmy Carter was a disaster.
And yeah, I do agree.
Blake chimed in.
Lyndon Baines Johnson might have been the worst president in American history.
And Woodrow Wilson as well.
I would have to put those on the list, for sure.
Thanks for being a member, man.
I wish we'd get to more questions, but we're running out of time.
Matt, thank you for being a member.
What's on your mind?
Members.CharlieKirk.com.
Hello. How are you?
What's on your mind?
Well, hi Charlie.
Hi. So, dittos, because I was a blue dog in the crack.
God bless you.
Yeah, my wife was born, she was a rush baby, so she opened my eyes and I found out that we had fake news.
And fast forward to 2020, I have an advanced medical degree, and I saw all the writing on the wall for the fake election because of the wish-washiness that was being done.
And My question is, are you familiar with ADE, which is Antibody Dependent Enhancement?
I am not, so antibody...
educate me really quick.
Okay, so Antibody Dependent Enhancement is something that it's been seen with multiple vaccine attempts in the past.
And so in 2020, I feel like I saw it from a political angle, but also medical.
And one of the things that I saw with NIH was, you know, they saw compelling evidence with SARS-1 uh that people when they tried to do the vaccine for animals they couldn't even get to the primate stages because um the animals would receive the antibody it would attach to the cell and then um unfortunately like they would get exposed a few months down the road and that antibody had retarded a little bit so it would receive the virus but
then it would facilitate it into the cell and so the animals would get very very sick and they would sometimes die And the people at NIH, the good scientists, I think, they specifically said, we need to have a consent form that outlines ADE, because we've seen it with dengue virus, RSV, measles, SARS-1, that this is a very real threat.
And nobody ever spoke about it.
And now I've been in the medical field for 15 years, and I'm the only person I've known that actually knew what it was, because I did some basic research and saw that some people out there wanted Others to know, don't take this experimental vaccine without being aware of this very real risk that these antibodies are going to ultimately make it easier for you to get sick.
And we've seen that.
And we are.
And I'm far from an expert on this.
And I will send this clip to Dr. Malone, Dr. Robert Malone.
I will emphasize, Can I pay you a quick compliment?
I shut everything off in 2020 because I was so disgusted, and my wife said, I was very much, I dove into my spirituality, probably watched every Billy Graham video on YouTube, and I ultimately decided that I would try to find someone with strong faith that addressed politics, and that is you, and I'm so grateful for you that I'm even a little bit, you know, emotional.
That's beautiful, and thank your wife for prompting you to stay involved, and everything we do comes from a scriptural lens here on this program.
It's all back Yes, Charlie.
After last year, people have a real problem with presidential pardons.
I'd like to see it change so that in a presidential election year, all pardons must be completed two weeks prior to the first vote cast, and all pardons must be announced in some manner so that nothing can be hidden.
This would allow people to consider absurd actions like Biden did prior to casting their vote, and surely anyone that deserves a pardon the day before inauguration also deserves it prior to Election Day.
Can you see any way that this could get done?
It's not a bad idea, but we need an amendment.
The Constitution explicitly gives this power.
And it derives from the old royal power where the right to pardon is just absolute.
I mean, look, the pardon power has been abused by Republicans.
It's been used by Democrats.
It's not a bad idea.
And I, again, we have yet to do this.
I've been saying this for months and it's no one's fault.
We still need to have someone come on the program and explain the Anthony Fauci pardons and the January 6 pardons.
Can we wrap our head around the fact that Eric Swalwell is walking around with a preemptive pardon?
They're just blanket pardons.
And the Hunter ones are really bad, but the January 6th committee got preemptive pardons.
I mean, we've been such a hurricane of news the last 60 days that we need to just kind of take a step back and say, timeout, timeout, timeout.
Anthony Fauci got a preemptive pardon.
Liz Cheney got a preemptive pardon.
In the end, the check is for people to care enough about it and revolt in disgust.
It's happened before at the state level.
This is why southern states have pardon boards and they got rid of pardons.
Because in Georgia and Texas, actually, governors don't have pardon authority anymore.
It's literally just a pardon board.
Great question.

Hey Charlie, what are you doing for your skin?
It's just glowing.
I actually, I tried banana peel on my skin yesterday, and it was really good.
All kidding aside, do you know what's really good for skin and not aging?
A couple things.
Saunas, getting lots of sleep.
Not drinking alcohol, and I have an extraordinary amount of olive oil in my diet, and I probably hydrate more than any person you've ever met.
Andrew and Blake can attest.
I always have beverages around me, and it's almost always like lemon water or something of the sort.
So, whatever it's worth, it can keep you looking young.
Yeah, we'll plug the ThoughtCrime.
That's such a fun show to watch you guys do.
Thank you.
So we're here in Raleigh, North Carolina, but tomorrow, no, Sunday, we'll be arriving in Milwaukee.
On our way home to Minnesota, we're going to do some vote chasing.
And just thought you'd like to know that.
But the question is, how do you overcome the challenges that so much traveling does for you to be connected with your kids as they're growing up and with your wife when you're spending so much time It's a phenomenal question.
And the number one thing is prioritizing the Sabbath, is trying to always be home for the Shabbat and turning off my phone completely.
Like, tonight, turn off my phone.
I'm not going to turn it back on until Sunday.
And one real quality day of rest can make up for six days of travel.
Also, I'm super blessed.
I'm able to I'm able to design my schedule in a way where I am able to prioritize family time and staying very connected to them.
I say more, I say no more than I say yes.
And also when we lived in Palm Beach literally for two months right after the election, and then we lived in Washington DC for another three weeks, I brought the whole family with me, which was just awesome.
I try not to travel for more than three or four days at a time.
That's hard obviously at times, but it's It is a very good discipline and practice to be in.
And no, I'm not Jewish, but I am writing my book Stop in the Name of God.
I've spent a lot of time on that book this week.
I'm making phenomenal progress all about how the Shabbat is a discipline that puts guardrails around my device usage and points us towards Divine and eternal principles and I work hard trying to save a future for my kids and then of course on the Shabbat I'm able to enjoy my kids and no work.
Yeah, Blake puts in the chat.
I can't talk to Charlie Friday night to Sunday a.m.
That's true.
The only way you can reach me is you call Erica.
That's how you reach me.
If it's an emergency which happens every so often.
Caleb, God bless you.
Thanks so much.
Let's get to one more.
We have time here.
Oh, yeah.
We also have recorded a special episode.
That's right.
If you are a Hey Charlie, can you hear me?
Yes, I live in the Free State of Florida now, yay!
We're part of the mass exodus from New York State, and I worked in the public library system for about 10 years up there, and I came away from that believing that libraries are basically the pagan temples of our age.
And my question is, what can we do about this?
I mean, they're taking our tax money, and I know it's not just books, you know, they have, I helped plan events, and you know, you had to stay away from all anything that That's
tough. I wish I could start one.
Yeah, the first thing is we have to try to take over library boards.
That's number one.
Number two, very similar to school boards in that regard.
It's a tough question.
I don't quite know the solution.
I will say this.
Churches and synagogues should start developing their own libraries.
I think churches have an unrealized opportunity to have a library type system that is non-woke and biblical.
Churches have a lot of space.
They could easily raise the money.
They could get a ton of books from people that go to their church that either don't want the books anymore or are deceased, and you could donate them all there.
And most university libraries are just garbage as well.
