[00:02:08]  And I go through the propaganda and the pravda that they're pushing.
[00:02:11]  They say, Joe Biden leads Donald Trump in latest poll.
[00:02:14]  That's a national poll.
[00:02:16]  That is a national poll.
[00:02:18]  And it's showing that Joe Biden is up Donald Trump.
[00:02:20]  And it continues to show Joe Biden thinks he can win the state of Florida.
[00:02:24]  Now, that would really be something I don't think that is at all in play at all.
[00:02:29]  See, the Democrats are playing propaganda very hard right now because there are three things that we are going to go through.
[00:02:39]  Three things in particular that are developing in the last couple of days that are not good for the Democrats.
[00:02:46]  Now, when you go state by state, Donald Trump still enjoys a comfortable lead in Arizona, in Georgia.
[00:02:52]  It's all going to come down to that blue wall.
[00:02:55]  It's all going to come down.
[00:02:56]  And Joe Biden is smart to signal that, oh, Florida might be in play.
[00:03:00]  All of a sudden, it makes the Trump campaign second guess itself.
[00:03:02]  Don't second guess Florida.
[00:03:03]  Florida's going to be fine.
[00:03:05]  And by the way, that's all the more reason for us to try to heal our divide with the DeSantis people.
[00:03:10]  I know some of you might not want to hear it, but we got to bring DeSantis back in.
[00:03:13]  DeSantis won by 20 points.
[00:03:15]  He won by nearly a million votes.
[00:03:16]  We got to bring DeSantis back in, got to bring him back into the fold.
[00:03:18]  Got to do it.
[00:03:20]  We got to make sure Florida is locked down, solid.
[00:03:22]  We have to unify the party.
[00:03:24]  The problem and the issue and the enemy are the Democrats.
[00:03:28]  There are three things that are unfolding that are big concerns for the Democrats.
[00:03:34]  One, two, three.
[00:03:36]  And we call balls and strikes here.
[00:03:38]  We talk about how the Democrats are raising a lot of money.
[00:03:40]  We talk about how the Democrats control the entire media apparatus, how the machinery of the channels of communication are controlled by Joe Biden and his allies.
[00:03:51]  There are three things that we have to talk about.
[00:03:55]  Number one, breaking news yesterday.
[00:03:58]  We have been at the tip of the spear.
[00:04:00]  We have been ahead of the curve following this.
[00:04:04]  RFK Jr. qualifies for Battleground North Carolina's general election ballot.
[00:04:12]  We have been one of the few shows that has been looking at RFK and looking at RFK.
[00:04:17]  And this is just another reason why you should stop watching cable television.
[00:04:22]  Again, the only reason I watch cable TV is to see what they're talking about, kind of get some response, get some flavor.
[00:04:27]  And then we do the real work here.
[00:04:29]  We get into the trenches here.
[00:04:30]  We get into the weeds here.
[00:04:33]  For months, the chattering class, so the mockingbird media, have been telling us it is Trump v. Biden, Trump v. Biden, Trump v. Biden.
[00:04:46]  And we said, no, no, no, it's Trump v. Biden v. RFK v. Cornell's West v. Stein.
[00:04:50]  There are third-party candidates where in 2020, there were no third-party candidates.
[00:04:55]  It was 1 v1, Trump versus Biden.
[00:04:58]  In 2016, there were six candidates on the ballot.
[00:05:02]  There will be several other candidates and options, third-party candidates, this election cycle.
[00:05:09]  RFK is pulling significantly more from Joe Biden than he is from Donald Trump.
[00:05:15]  Depending on what poll you look at, RFK is between 10 to 15 percent, somewhere between the two.
[00:05:24]  Remember, last election, it was about 46,000 votes.
[00:05:28]  Should I say 46,000 ballots that determined the president of the United States?
[00:05:33]  RFK running an election, now with a far-left-wing MSNBC host as his vice president, and he's a Massachusetts liberal, running as a Democrat light could jeopardize Joe Biden waltzing and walking into another term.
[00:05:52]  In fact, Joe Biden is so worried about RFK, they are launching lawsuits.
[00:05:58]  That's right.
[00:05:59]  The Party of Democracy, they are launching lawsuits to try to prevent RFK from getting on the ballot.
[00:06:06]  RFK pulls a little from Trump, too.
[00:06:08]  I'd say that about one out of 10 of the people in this audience are voting for RFK.
[00:06:12]  I'd say about 10% of this audience are RFK voters.
[00:06:15]  I hope that changes.
[00:06:16]  I hope that if you watch this program, we're able to bring you back into the Trump column.
[00:06:20]  RFK, even at his address with Nicole Shanahan, says, and we need secure borders.
[00:06:25]  And half the room was silent, half the room cheered.
[00:06:28]  You can see that he's trying to weave this coalition together.
[00:06:32]  It's not going to work.
[00:06:33]  RFK has ambitions of one day being the Democrat nominee and being the president of the United States.
[00:06:39]  He wants to try to build up his independent bona fides.
[00:06:43]  And RFK is looking, in my personal opinion, as an opportune to build a multiple cycle movement and to become the Democrat leader in 2028, a coalition builder to bring back the Democrats to a more centrist, to a more liberal perspective.
[00:07:04]  RFK Jr. qualifies for Battleground North Carolina's general election ballot.
[00:07:10]  He has a plan to be on every single ballot in every single state across the country.
[00:07:17]  Play cut 24.
[00:07:19]  And yet to be president of the United States, you have to be on the ballot in enough states to be able to win the Electoral College.
[00:07:27]  You're not right now.
[00:07:28]  Yeah.
[00:07:30]  And you believe you will be?
[00:07:33]  I know I will be.
[00:07:34]  100%.
[00:07:35]  I'm going to be on the ballot in every state in the District of Columbia.
[00:07:39]  You know, Eve, yes, and I've said this from the beginning, and we're already well on our way there.
[00:07:45]  I think within eight weeks, we're going to probably be on another 19 states.
[00:07:50]  RFK Jr. Being on the ballot, quote, Kennedy Shanahan will be on the ballot in all 50 states.
[00:07:57]  Kennedy's campaign secretary, press secretary, Stephanie Speer wrote Monday: quote, We have the field teams, volunteers, legal teams, paid circulators, supporters, and strategists ready to get the job done.
[00:08:11]  This is bad news for the Democrats.
[00:08:12]  You see, the Democrats, they don't like choices.
[00:08:15]  The party of democracy wants complete control over anyone that might be center left in this country.
[00:08:25]  They don't want free thinkers or independent-minded.
[00:08:28]  And this is terrifying them.
[00:08:30]  This is the first thing: the rise and the consolidation of RFK is going to have a 1992 Ross Perot style impact and effect.
[00:08:42]  And there's no slowing it down absent them just taking RFK out.
[00:08:46]  And RFK needs secret service protection.
[00:08:48]  Let me say that again.
[00:08:49]  RFK needs secret service protection.
[00:08:52]  You might say, well, Charlie, how could you say something like this?
[00:08:55]  Well, if there's anybody that has a good argument about political assassinations, it would be the Kennedy family.
[00:09:05]  They're no stranger to being taken out.
[00:09:09]  And all it takes is for one lunatic Democrat that thinks RFK is getting in the way of Trump coming and he's a soft target.
[00:09:16]  What is our government doing to ensure that RFK is protected?
[00:09:20]  And right now, nothing.
[00:09:21]  It has been rejected three times.
[00:09:24]  RFK has to pay for his own security, and I hope he continues to pay for his own security.
[00:09:29]  According to polling, when RFK is introduced into the equation, when he is introduced into the formula, Donald Trump does much better.
[00:09:40]  And we've been warning about this for a couple months, not just warning, but saying this is bubbling up.
[00:09:45]  This is coming to the surface.
[00:09:46]  And Democrats are finally looking at the horizon.
[00:09:49]  They said, wow, we indicted Trump.
[00:09:53]  We thought we'd have a bitter primary.
[00:09:55]  We thought that we'd be able to create acrimony amongst all the ranks.
[00:10:00]  And RFK now getting on the North Carolina ballot is massive.
[00:10:03]  RFK will get 8% to 10% in North Carolina.

=== Nebraska's Districted Electoral Votes (14:26) ===

[00:10:06]  Donald Trump will max out his base.
[00:10:08]  This allows some comfort for Donald Trump to be able to focus on the industrial rust belt.
[00:10:13]  And I'll tell you, there is one state in particular that RFK can shock the world, and that is Wisconsin.
[00:10:21]  This is a four-alarm fire.
[00:10:23]  You're going to hear it first, they are going to come after RFK with everything that they have, but they kind of already have.
[00:10:29]  RFK and Trump are very similar in that way.
[00:10:31]  They have been smeared.
[00:10:32]  They've been slandered.
[00:10:33]  They've been attacked so much, and they just don't care.

[00:11:50]  All right, there are three things happening that are not helping the Democrats.
[00:11:53]  Before I continue on that, though, I have to rant and I have to give you all an action item.
[00:11:57]  This is totally fixable.
[00:11:59]  The Democrats would never do something as silly and as foolish as what the people of Nebraska have done.
[00:12:08]  Not the people, but the elected leaders, the politicians.
[00:12:10]  So I spend time, again, not the people, I want to rephrase this.
[00:12:13]  Let's say the political class of Nebraska.
[00:12:15]  The people are probably in favor of this.
[00:12:17]  So I spend time at 2702win.com.

[00:12:21]  And you can go through all the different combinations of who is going to become the next president of the United States.
[00:12:28]  Whoever gets the 270 electoral votes becomes president.
[00:12:32]  And there is one path forward that we've talked about.
[00:12:36]  You win Arizona, you win Georgia, you win North Carolina, you win Ohio, you win Iowa, you win Florida, and then you win one of the blue wall states, Wisconsin, Michigan, or Pennsylvania.
[00:12:50]  But there is another path, and that path involves the state of Nebraska.
[00:12:54]  Now, many years ago, Nebraska decided to do this goofy thing, and this thing needs to change.
[00:13:00]  It can change.
[00:13:01]  There is still time left on the clock to change this, where Nebraska decided to appropriate their electoral votes based on congressional district, not winner-take-all.
[00:13:12]  So, for example, whoever gets the most votes in the state of Texas, you get all of the electoral votes in the state of Texas.
[00:13:19]  But Nebraska, it goes by electoral district.
[00:13:23]  It goes by congressional district.
[00:13:25]  So, there is a tilt liberal congressional district in Omaha, Nebraska, right on the Iowa border in the eastern part of Nebraska, that Joe Biden actually won an electoral vote from in 2020.
[00:13:40]  Obama won an electoral vote in 2008.
[00:13:42]  Now, this is totally fixable.
[00:13:43]  Every state can determine how they are going to appropriate their electoral votes.
[00:13:48]  The legislature meets, the governor signs it, done.
[00:13:51]  End of story.
[00:13:52]  What if I told you that if Donald Trump were to win Nevada, Arizona, Georgia, and none of the blue wall states and sweep Nebraska, it would result in a 269 to 269 tie, effectively sending it to the House of Representatives.
[00:14:09]  Every state gets one vote.
[00:14:11]  We control more states, and Donald Trump is president.
[00:14:14]  Nebraska, you have the opportunity and the ability to fix this once and for all.
[00:14:21]  Right now, the Nebraska legislature is still in session for two more weeks.
[00:14:25]  Now, the governor, Governor Pillin is his name, has opposed this.
[00:14:31]  Governor Pillan wants to give Joe Biden more political power.
[00:14:35]  Governor Pillan has refused and opposed the conservative grassroots in Nebraska.
[00:14:40]  Governor Pillin is allegedly a Republican.
[00:14:44]  There has been a massive push by the grassroots to get this fixed, to change Nebraska from bi-congressional district to winner-take-all.
[00:14:53]  So, we need every single Nebraska patriot and heck, any patriot around the country to contact Governor Pillen's office and to demand That this Republican conservative governor of the great state of Nebraska gets their act into gear and fixes this.
[00:15:11]  This is not hard.
[00:15:11]  This is not some sort of complex legislative debate.
[00:15:14]  It's do you want Nebraska to appropriate their electoral votes the way that Tennessee does, the way that Kentucky does, the way that Florida does, the way that California does?
[00:15:24]  Only Nebraska and Maine do it this way.
[00:15:27]  And it's actually very damaging in certain ways.
[00:15:30]  It's damaging because when you have all these other states that are winner-take-all, and you have a particular path where the will of the state of Nebraska wants to go one way, and you carve out this liberal district of Omaha, where you have Creighton University, where you have a lot of left-wingers in downtown Omaha, and somehow they say, well, now, because of this, Joe Biden could get one extra electoral vote.
[00:15:56]  Now, do I want to really get you fired up?
[00:15:59]  If they do not fix this in Nebraska, and Donald Trump wins Nevada and he wins Arizona and he wins Georgia and he wins Ohio and he wins Iowa and he wins Florida, Joe Biden becomes president by one electoral vote.
[00:16:17]  Nebraska, you have the opportunity to stop this regime potentially and expand and open up the electoral math.
[00:16:25]  But currently, Governor Pillan, the governor of Nebraska, has opposed this for whatever reason.
[00:16:31]  Maybe he's very sympathetic to Joe Biden.
[00:16:34]  What is the argument, Governor Pillan?
[00:16:36]  You can come on this program.
[00:16:37]  We need to play offense against this, on this, and we need the entire Nebraska legislature to act.
[00:16:43]  The bill already exists, by the way.
[00:16:45]  The bill is not some sort of abstract concept that I came up with.
[00:16:48]  It's LB 764.

[00:16:52]  You can contact the governor.

[00:18:44]  This is national implications.
[00:18:46]  By the way, I've known about this for a couple months, and Blake, to his credit, said, hey, where does this thing stand?
[00:18:51]  Again, this is not hard.

[00:18:58]  I really wonder if our side wants to win.
[00:19:00]  I don't know if Governor Pillan wants to win.
[00:19:02]  If he demanded, I'm going to do my best to get President Trump on this.
[00:19:06]  President Trump should go do a rally in Nebraska and demand it be changed.
[00:19:09]  If he did that, this thing would get changed in a second.
[00:19:11]  I want to get to the other two things that are not going well for the Democrats.
[00:19:14]  But hey, we could add a fourth thing for the Democrats.
[00:19:16]  This would make the Democrats math harder.
[00:19:19]  What if I told you that in one of the reddest states in the country, with a red legislature, with a Republican governor, we have an opportunity to deliver not a death blow, but to go after the Democrats hard?
[00:19:33]  Why wouldn't we do that?
[00:19:34]  Because our side is not serious about winning.
[00:19:36]  Our side is too busy, too busy twiddling their thumbs.
[00:19:39]  And I don't sit idly by well.
[00:19:41]  It's time to get in the arena.
[00:19:42]  So let me repeat this: Nebraska appropriates their electoral votes based on congressional district, not based on winner-take-all of the state.
[00:19:54]  Because of that, if Joe Biden were to win the Omaha congressional district again, it is conceivable that Donald Trump not win in any one of the blue wall states would lose the Joe Biden by one electoral vote.
[00:20:12]  This is a backup plan that allows us, if there is a Sun Belt revolution, because the Sun Belt is getting hammered by mass migration and inflation, that if we win Nevada, we win Arizona and we win Georgia, we win Ohio, we win Florida and win Iowa, all of a sudden, you can lose all of the blue wall and you could tie and go to the House of Representatives and Donald Trump can become president and North Carolina.
[00:20:40]  But the Republicans in Nebraska seem uninterested in this.
[00:20:45]  The RNC has not done anything on this, obviously with Ronna McRomney, because I think she wanted us to lose.
[00:20:51]  So now it's time for us to get into the arena.
[00:20:54]  It's very simple.
[00:20:56]  The legislature of Nebraska has two weeks left in session, two weeks left in session.
[00:21:01]  I'm going to obsess about this.
[00:21:03]  I'm going to fly out to Nebraska if I have to.
[00:21:05]  I got enough stuff going on.
[00:21:07]  If I go out to Nebraska, we do a rally about it.
[00:21:09]  We could get a lot of people there.
[00:21:10]  This is the whole ballgame here.
[00:21:11]  You're trying to tell me that I could win you an electoral vote.
[00:21:14]  The work that can be done in the next two weeks can guarantee you that we win an electoral vote.
[00:21:20]  That's probably important.
[00:21:23]  So let's think about this.
[00:21:23]  What needs to get done?
[00:21:25]  It's not like a new bill needs to get introduced.
[00:21:27]  According to NebraskaLegislature.gov, Senator Lauren Lippincott, looks like a great American with a bright red tie, has this piece of legislation.
[00:21:39]  It is LB764.
[00:21:43]  Now, the governor of Nebraska, Governor Pillin, he feels like a controlled opposition guy.
[00:21:47]  I hope he does the right thing.
[00:21:49]  Governor Pillan, if you do this, we'll celebrate you as a hero.
[00:21:52]  Can anyone point to me in the next two weeks something that you can do that we can do as a movement that can guarantee you an electoral vote?

[00:22:10]  Well, this is one of those things.
[00:22:11]  So it's super simple.
[00:22:12]  It's saying that Nebraska will now appropriate electoral votes on winner-take-all of the entire state, not based on congressional district.
[00:22:26]  This won't cost millions of dollars.
[00:22:28]  This won't be this massive multi-billion dollar operation.
[00:22:33]  This doesn't require a single ballot chaser.
[00:22:36]  This only is Nebraska.
[00:22:38]  And the legislature is still in session.
[00:22:41]  All they have to do is come out and say, we are now going to do our electoral votes like every other state does except Maine.
[00:22:47]  Boom, winner-take-all.
[00:22:48]  I just won Donald Trump, or we just won Donald Trump an extra electoral vote.
[00:22:53]  There is no better use of time.
[00:22:57]  So, the phone number to call Governor Pillin's office.
[00:23:00]  And again, be respectful, especially if you're not from Nebraska.
[00:23:02]  They're not going to be thrilled that you're calling if you're not from Nebraska.
[00:23:06]  So, please, Nebraskans, get priority here.
[00:23:09]  If you're not from Nebraska, I'm not even sure it's a good idea if you call, but if you're in Nebraska, call 402-471-2244.
[00:23:18]  This is not hard.
[00:23:20]  To my knowledge, not a single major voice in the media or organization in the country is focusing on how we can win another electoral vote in the next two weeks.
[00:23:31]  Nebraska is filled with patriots.
[00:23:33]  Let's get this done.

[00:30:51]  Young men are leaving the Democrat Party in record numbers.

[00:30:59]  So, the first thing not going well for the Democrats, number one, RFK ballot access.
[00:31:03]  Number two, the young muscular class, the men of this country, are saying no more.
[00:31:08]  And we're going to try to pour gasoline on that fire.

[00:31:15]  And the final thing, which deserves to be emphasized, we're not a foreign policy show.
[00:31:21]  We talk about foreign policy, I'd say, one out of every 30 or 40 shows.
[00:31:25]  But yesterday was a very consequential day.
[00:31:28]  And that was Pramilla Jayapal comes out and says that the Gaza war is breaking our coalition.
[00:31:37]  Israel bombed some Iranian embassy yesterday.
[00:31:40]  That is escalating.
[00:31:41]  It is not getting away.

[00:31:44]  This particular issue on Gaza is breaking our coalition.
[00:31:50]  We need that fragile coalition to come back together.
[00:31:53]  But this is a moral issue for people.
[00:31:56]  And so there's not a lot of time to fix it.
[00:31:58]  The worse it gets in Gaza, the harder it gets to bring people back in.
[00:32:03]  The Gaza issue is breaking the Democrat Party.
[00:32:06]  And then to kind of finish how we spent the most time on this hour.

[00:32:12]  We have the Israel issue.
[00:32:13]  And then, what if I told you we could consolidate all of the supporters in Nebraska, all the Patriots, fix that and go win or take all?
