[00:00:41] Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus. [00:00:43] I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk. [00:00:46] Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks. [00:00:50] I want to thank Charlie. [00:00:51] He's an incredible guy. [00:00:52] His spirit, his love of this country. [00:00:54] He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created. [00:00:59] Turning point USA. [00:01:00] We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. [00:01:09] That's why we are here. [00:01:12] Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com. [00:01:21] One part of our conversation with RFK Jr. was when we talked about the Colorado Supreme Court, and he shares a traditional liberal view on it. [00:01:31] He thinks it's insane that Donald Trump is being kicked off the ballot. [00:01:33] And I said something and he agreed with it. [00:01:35] And I said, well, this is not a way to try and heal the country. [00:01:40] This is certainly going to create more radicalism. [00:01:43] Now, whether intentionally or unintentionally, I think it's intentionally, this is an important thing that we need to focus on. [00:01:50] If you were actually trying to heal the country, if you were actually trying to bring people together, why would you act like this? [00:01:59] This is one of the most important takeaways from the last couple of years. [00:02:04] From Joe Biden's inaugural address to Joe Biden being president, to his declaration of war against you, flanked by two Marines, red all over the place, the bad guys have never been interested in healing the land. [00:02:20] That's important because Joe Biden ran, if he ran at all, from his basement on at least one promise. [00:02:26] We're going to bring down the temperature. [00:02:28] We're going to bring people together. [00:02:30] We're going to get by all these nasty politics. [00:02:33] And people bought into this nonsense. [00:02:36] And instead, the regime has been participating in a relentless campaign to not just destroy you, but also provoke you. [00:02:48] And it's happening at almost every possible level. [00:02:51] And what drives me nuts is some people on the right say, oh, don't follow for the provocations. [00:02:56] You know, be better than that. [00:02:58] I mean, look, at some point, your humanity pops out. [00:03:03] At some point, you can only disenfranchise voters so much where you don't have options on the ballot that you want. [00:03:11] And the regime says, yeah, you know, that's the way it's going to be. [00:03:15] You can't vote for the candidate of your choosing because we're in charge and you aren't. [00:03:20] Did Donald Trump murder somebody? [00:03:24] Did Donald Trump leave the southern border wide open so millions of people could waltz in and destroy our country? [00:03:29] No, Donald Trump was an effective president. [00:03:31] Think about this. [00:03:32] This is a former president. [00:03:33] They're treating him as if he was Adolf Hitler because they believe he is, or at least they've convinced themselves of that. [00:03:42] Play cut 23. [00:03:43] Bring us on this. [00:03:44] Hours, Douglas, after making these remarks, the former president doubled down and wrote a post saying this: Illegal immigration is poisoning the blood of our nation. [00:03:55] As I mentioned, President Biden and the White House are comparing this to the words of Adolf Hitler and specifically the words that were written in Mein Kampf. [00:04:04] I heard a former president who is jiving on fascism. [00:04:09] There's no question about that being a line from Mein Kamp. [00:04:12] He knows it. [00:04:13] He's been dabbling in Adolf Hitler his whole life, keeps Hitler's speeches at a bedside. [00:04:20] Mein Kampf seems to be the book that's inspired Trump the most. [00:04:24] So it's heinous. [00:04:25] Wait, I've heard a lot of things. [00:04:28] He keeps Hitler's speeches at his bedside. [00:04:31] I've heard a lot of things. [00:04:32] I've never heard that. [00:04:33] That's new. [00:04:34] They need to convince themselves that Donald Trump is Hitler to justify what they're going to do in 2024. [00:04:43] It is necessary, necessary to have these smart people, high IQ people, allegedly, that go to the good schools and they say, yeah, you know, Donald Trump is basically the worst person ever to live in the history of the world. [00:04:56] He's literally Hitler. [00:04:58] And the media says, oh, yeah, you know, that's totally understandable. [00:05:01] And of course, we said this yesterday. [00:05:03] They're laying the groundwork for an assassination of Donald Trump. [00:05:06] We're going to keep on saying that because it's so clear what they're doing. [00:05:10] It's obvious. [00:05:10] They are broadcasting their play. [00:05:13] They're going to run out of options. [00:05:16] They're not going to be able to keep him from the ballot. [00:05:18] Trump's movement is stronger than ever. [00:05:20] He is winning over working class voters, winning over Hispanics, winning over blacks, winning over young people. [00:05:27] To what degree, we don't know. [00:05:29] But eventually, what is going to prevent them from doing that? [00:05:32] I hope that's not the case. [00:05:34] I pray that's not the case. [00:05:36] But we are so far removed and detached from presidents and presidential candidates being shot at, we think is that it's this unknown concept. [00:05:44] Gerald Ford was shot at in downtown San Francisco. [00:05:48] Ronald Reagan was shot as president of the United States. [00:05:51] Bobby Kennedy was shot and killed. [00:05:53] JFK was shot and killed. [00:05:55] Malcolm X was shot and killed. [00:05:57] MLK Jr. was shot and killed. [00:05:59] Like post-1990, we haven't had that happen in our country. [00:06:03] And so we're so far removed that they make you seem as if you're a crazy person when you say this. [00:06:09] But in reality, you look at American history, it is filled with presidents, presidential candidates, political leaders that have been taken out. [00:06:20] And yet, as soon as the violence against Trump happens, they will justify it. [00:06:25] Of course they will. [00:06:26] If Donald Trump was taken out, God forbid, MSNBC would say, well, you know, you act like Hitler. [00:06:36] Don't be surprised to somebody. [00:06:37] That's what they would do, 100%. [00:06:40] And they're going to not, if they can't get to Trump, if the Secret Service continues to do their job, which I pray they do, they're just going to go after the next level down. [00:06:48] They're going to go after some of the rank and file. [00:06:51] The man who sowed hate reaped what he deserved. [00:06:54] That's what they're going to say. [00:06:55] Oh, you know, he created this movement and F around and find out is what they're going to say. [00:07:03] No, the level of rhetoric and narrative, it's reaching a boiling point because they're running out of options. [00:07:08] They thought this is where Trump is so different. [00:07:11] They thought post-January 6th, they thought that Donald Trump went to ALBA. [00:07:15] He's gone. [00:07:16] He's in exile. [00:07:17] His political future is over. [00:07:19] In February of 2021 and March of 2021, right after January 6th, they thought the whole ballgame was over. [00:07:25] They said, okay, he's done, signed, sealed, and delivered. [00:07:29] We can now totally change things. [00:07:31] But it turns out Trump's movement was way stronger than they ever wanted to recognize or realize. [00:07:36] And Trump has only grown in popularity since then. [00:07:41] And so they've tried everything and they held back some of these indictments, January 6th indictments, document case indictments. [00:07:47] They raided Mar-a-Laga. [00:07:48] They've gone after every single person in Trump's orbit. [00:07:51] But Trump is wired so differently is that he doubles down and he triples down and he quadruples down. [00:07:58] There's never been a political figure like this in the last hundred years, ever. [00:08:03] Anybody else would just say, I'm done, forget it, whatever. [00:08:06] And it's almost like Trump gets purpose out of it, just messing with these people and fighting and fighting and fighting. [00:08:14] And so at some point, they threaten him with 700 years in prison. [00:08:17] They take the business empire from him. [00:08:19] They threaten his kids with prison. === Trump Doubles Down (03:06) === [00:08:21] What else is there to do? [00:08:23] Well, they are trying to not just provoke you, they're also trying to provoke criminality amongst their rank and file. [00:08:33] They're trying to wind up the neurotic left-wing base to have violence against Trump supporters, violence against Trump himself, and to try to provoke you. [00:08:44] There is no other explanation because the Colorado Supreme Court, for no other, forget the legal, by the way, their legal opinion is so sloppy. [00:08:55] It's so ridiculous that no honest person could look at that legal opinion and say, yeah, you know, I just think that's rock solid. [00:09:06] But even if their legal opinion was perfect, the Colorado Supreme Court should have said, are we really doing this? [00:09:14] I mean, are we really, as a state Supreme Court, for the first time since post-Civil War, the first time a court has ever done this, going to tell our voters of Colorado, the patriots of this state, the patriots in Colorado Springs, that you're not allowed when you get a ballot to vote for a former president? [00:09:34] What I'm getting at is that these Colorado Supreme Court justices, forget the legal sloppiness, because that's the easy argument, is that they betrayed their oath. [00:09:48] They betrayed their duty as a guardian of society. [00:09:54] A judge should know better than this. [00:09:56] A judge knows what do they think was going to happen here? [00:09:59] That all the reaction was just going to be kind of normal. [00:10:03] I am honestly shocked at how tranquil the MAGA base is taking all this. [00:10:11] Shocked. [00:10:12] I'm pleased, honestly, for the record, because they are provoking you. [00:10:16] They're taunting you. [00:10:17] Don't take the bait. [00:10:24] Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here. [00:11:23] Good Ranchers, American meat delivered. === Fascism vs Democracy (04:38) === [00:11:27] They're trying to provoke you. [00:11:29] Not just trying, they are provoking you, actually. [00:11:33] This is not just a strategy of, oh, you know, we hate Trump and we're trying to prevent Trump. [00:11:40] They want a bigger, more public style Fed inspired January 6th event. [00:11:50] That's where they get their power from. [00:11:52] Look at this. [00:11:52] They're able to kick Trump off the ballot in Colorado because of the chatter and the discussion and the lack thereof post-January 6th. [00:12:04] Let's play cut 24. [00:12:06] Kind of language meant to belittle people, dehumanize them. [00:12:10] And when we're not making an anti-Trump comment when we're saying he is a fascist, guys, that really we're dealing with a fight in our country between democracy and fascism. [00:12:22] And Trump's telling you that. [00:12:24] He's not, he doesn't really mind the Hitler comparison because at heart, he admires Hitler. [00:12:30] He should not be able to use language like that to poison our democratic bloodstream. [00:12:36] Okay, so let's just be as honest as possible. [00:12:38] And we don't have time to waste here. [00:12:40] How many times have you heard somebody in a thought experiment or somebody in school when the Holocaust or the Nazis came up? [00:12:52] Did somebody say, well, why didn't someone try to kill Hitler? [00:12:54] The answer is someone did many times. [00:12:57] Like a lot of times. [00:12:59] There were several assassination attempts of Hitler, Valkyrie being the most famous one, acted by Tom Cruise. [00:13:09] Bonhoeffer, Dietrich Bonhoeffer, is another one. [00:13:12] So if you actually were in Nazi Germany, which again, we are so remotely, just it's like the opposite, okay, of where we are right now. [00:13:23] They're basically arguing without saying it on MSNBC, you have a moral right to try to take this guy out. [00:13:29] You have a moral right. [00:13:30] We're trying everything. [00:13:32] He's a threat to our democracy. [00:13:34] He's a threat to our democracy. [00:13:37] By the way, it's such an insult to the people who suffered under Hitler. [00:13:41] Like, where's the Holocaust Museum coming out and saying, this is reprehensible? [00:13:46] Stop it. [00:13:48] You are cheapening the evil. [00:13:50] You are diluting the suffering of nearly 10 million Jews that were murdered in the Holocaust. [00:14:00] Instead, some people say, oh, yeah, you know, totally, I see the similarities. [00:14:03] Yeah, it makes a lot of sense. [00:14:06] They claim to be worrying about democracy, yet they're stoking conflict endlessly. [00:14:12] They do not want healing in the land. [00:14:16] I mean, this is what's so extraordinary is this moron, Douglas Brinkley, while he's on TV, says, well, you know, we're not just making Trump comments when it says to Hitler, but the Hitler comparison, because at heart he admires Hitler and he's really kind of Hitler. [00:14:36] And by the way, this is Hillary Clinton has said something recently. [00:14:39] The memo has been sent out. [00:14:41] Is no more playing around, no more eluding. [00:14:45] You have to. [00:14:46] What else are they going to run on? [00:14:48] Are they going to run on the border on the economy, on foreign policy success? [00:14:53] No, they are running a psyop. [00:14:55] And this is why the Christian nationalist thing is popping up with Russell Moore and Rob Reiner and Tillman Alberta because they try To make all these sloppy comparisons between Nazi Germany and Christian nationalism, the American church, and they're looping Eric Metaxas in it, this whole thing. [00:15:12] And this is why they're trying to lie about our turning point USA crowd yelling at Nikki Haley. [00:15:18] For example, I'll tell you about the story, Rolling Stone, a bunch of degenerates. [00:15:21] They come out and they say, oh, at the Turning Point USA event, when Nikki Haley's came up, they were saying, F her, F her. [00:15:27] No, no, no. [00:15:27] The crowd was yelling, Tucker, Tucker, because the vice president topic came up. [00:15:33] They're trying to create and paint this narrative that Trump supporters are this out of control, right-wing mob that is ready to explode, a volcano at any time. [00:15:42] When in reality, I am impressed and I want it to continue this way, that our side is staying peaceful, stay that way, disciplined, stay that way, action-oriented. [00:15:56] This is exactly why Amfest was such a threat to the bad guys, where they could mock it, but even if they mocked Amfest, they had to acknowledge the size, the scope. === Saving Preborn Babies (02:24) === [00:16:06] And so it was actually rather underreported, Amfest. [00:16:09] If you look at the media, we had a lot of media there, but I don't see a lot of stories out of a lot of the people that came. [00:16:14] Maybe they're coming later, or they may be like, oh, yeah, you know, Ted Cruz said this weird thing. [00:16:18] Actually, Ted Cruz is awesome. [00:16:19] He was great. [00:16:20] Because Amfest and what we just accomplished at Turning Point USA really bothers them. [00:16:29] Constant calls to action, a reminder to stay peaceful, a reminder not to take the bait, a reminder that we're in a spiritual war. [00:16:39] They didn't want that. [00:16:40] They wanted a call to arms. [00:16:42] That's not what happened, actually, because they're trying to provoke you to that, to get a Reichstag-style fire so that they can end the conservative movement. [00:16:54] Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk. [00:16:55] You're exciting news to share about saving babies by providing ultrasounds. [00:16:58] Right now, there is a dollar-for-dollar match, doubling the number of babies you'll save with pre-born. [00:17:02] There are babies alive today about to celebrate their first Christmas because of what we did together a year ago at this time providing ultrasounds. [00:17:09] And right now, you can save twice as many babies. [00:17:12] Maybe you're already wondering about end of the year giving and want to give every dollar, get the most results. [00:17:16] Or maybe you just want to know that a girl making this decision deserves the truth. [00:17:20] So that next year at this time, she's picking out a Christmas stocking for her baby's first Christmas. [00:17:24] It's beautiful to think about. [00:17:25] Your gift of $15,000, somebody out there can do it. [00:17:28] I'm sure we'll provide not one, but two ultrasound machines. [00:17:31] $280 saves 10 babies. [00:17:33] $28 a month saves a baby a month for less than a dollar a day. [00:17:36] And right now, any gift saves twice as many babies with pre-born. [00:17:39] I'm a donor to this organization. [00:17:41] We love this organization with the Kirk family. [00:17:43] Clay 33-850-2229. [00:17:46] Full endorsement. [00:17:47] Amazing people. [00:17:48] Click on the pre-born banner at charliekirk.com. [00:17:50] Go to charliekirk.com right now and click on the pre-born banner. [00:17:56] Okay, let's dive deeper into this. [00:17:58] They're obviously trying to provoke you, but it's multi-dimensional. [00:18:01] We mentioned this story yesterday. [00:18:03] Play 41B role here. [00:18:05] So in addition to trying to kick Trump off the ballot, they're also taking down civil war monuments and they're erecting monuments to Satan in state capitals. [00:18:17] Their playbook is they're trying to get the patriots of the country to do something violent. [00:18:26] They're begging for you to do something violent. === Imploing the Movement (11:55) === [00:18:30] In fact, absent that, they know that their entire operation is going to fall apart. [00:18:37] And mind you, anytime the bad guys do things violent or uncharacteristic, it just kind of gets glossed over. [00:18:43] No one cares. [00:18:44] They want to try to implode the conservative movement. [00:18:48] And this is, again, why America Fest was such and is such a threat to them. [00:18:53] You have 13,000 people from all 50 states, all different walks of life. [00:18:58] They're happy, they're joyful, they're organizing, they're not mean and nasty. [00:19:05] And that's why the media kind of just, oh, yeah, a bunch of extremists gathered in Phoenix. [00:19:09] They didn't listen to any speeches. [00:19:10] By the way, Rolling Stone, who lied about us with anti-Semitism, Rolling Stone, who lied about us when it came to this ridiculous Nikki Haley Tucker Steve Bannon moment. [00:19:24] They wouldn't say for a second that we are building a mass movement that is against all of the consensus beliefs that are being pushed by the activist mainstream media. [00:19:36] MSNBC is celebrating this. [00:19:39] We played this clip yesterday, but it's worth repeating and it's worth really thinking about. [00:19:43] Mara Gay. [00:19:44] So you have Mara Gay. [00:19:46] You have these guys at MSNBC. [00:19:47] Trump is Hitler. [00:19:48] Trump is Jefferson Davis. [00:19:50] How would you treat the Confederacy? [00:19:51] How would you treat rebels to the country? [00:19:53] You are in the midst of a cold civil war. [00:19:55] They're playing to win. [00:19:56] I don't know if our side is playing to win, but you better wake up. [00:19:59] Play Cut 30. [00:20:00] It's a longer tape. [00:20:02] To the Republican candidates' argument that this should be, the voters should have the say and not the courts. [00:20:09] Why are you standing with Confederates who betrayed this country? [00:20:17] And this is what they're standing with is the spirit of those Confederates rather than the Americans who came together after a long and brutal civil war that was fought to keep the Union together and saw, [00:20:35] clearly saw a threat in ex-Confederates running for office, so much so that they amended the Constitution to prevent those traitors from running for office. [00:20:51] That should send a message that our election system, our electoral system, can be used for nefarious purposes against the democracy itself. [00:21:03] Well, she's really an affirmative action pick. [00:21:07] She's not a smart person. [00:21:08] So she had to really be careful the way she said this, and she didn't say it very well. [00:21:13] She said, well, that is just evidence that the voting system can be used for nefarious purposes against democracy. [00:21:22] Oh, you mean giving people the right to vote on the candidate of their choosing? [00:21:28] And this is another thing. [00:21:29] I know this might sound simple, but it's so true. [00:21:34] If Donald Trump was easy to beat at the ballot box, if Donald Trump was so obviously beatable, if there was not a 10 to 15% chance that Trump could win, none of this stuff would be necessary. [00:21:51] None of it. [00:21:53] Everything you're seeing is an extension that victory is possible. [00:21:59] If their victory was inevitable, their propaganda and their lawfare would not be necessary. [00:22:06] If their victory was going to happen no matter what, then they wouldn't need to be doing this. [00:22:12] They would say, oh, we'll just beat them at the ballot box. [00:22:14] Whatever. [00:22:14] We're going to beat them again. [00:22:16] No, they're afraid of the ballot box. [00:22:17] The Democrats, and one of the reasons is that they have a trauma event. [00:22:21] You could tell a lot from people who have a trauma event. [00:22:23] A lot of trans people have a trauma event and it kind of dictates a lot of the rest of their life. [00:22:28] And I mean, trauma events are real things. [00:22:29] The trauma event is when Donald J. Trump was announced winner of the presidential election in 2016. [00:22:36] For them, that was their Pearl Harbor. [00:22:40] For them, that was worse than COVID, worse than anything else. [00:22:44] When all of a sudden, they realized that the thing they care about the most, political power, was put in jeopardy for the next four years from a guy that they mocked and made fun of and didn't take seriously enough. [00:22:56] And so now they're saying we will never do that again. [00:22:59] Not only are we not going to take it, we're going to take it so over the top seriously that we'll be accused of overreacting. [00:23:05] And this is kind of the core ethos of MSNBC and the billionaire donor class. [00:23:09] And they're just starting. [00:23:11] I hope you realize and recognize this is verse one, chapter one, verse one, book one, of what they're willing to do in 2024. [00:23:22] Jonathan Turley said it perfectly. [00:23:24] This country is a powder keg, and this court is just throwing matches on it. [00:23:28] Play cut 39. [00:23:29] Well, this court just handed partisans on both sides the ultimate tool to try to shortcut elections. [00:23:37] And it's very, very dangerous. [00:23:39] I mean, this country is a powder keg, and this court is just throwing matches at it. [00:23:44] And I think that it's a real mistake, but I think that they're wrong on the law. [00:23:49] They want an explosion. [00:23:51] That's the point of this hour. [00:23:53] The elites want a volcano. [00:23:57] Think about how demented you must be, how sick, how twisted, how evil you must be. [00:24:04] That if you're in charge of a society and you want discord and chaos, this is why I say these people are demonic, because they are. [00:24:12] How could you possibly be in charge of something tasked with preservation? [00:24:18] And your primary focus is let's make the other side act unruly and revolution. [00:24:28] We as conservatives could be accused of a lot of things, being dumb. [00:24:32] Many people in our party are corrupt. [00:24:34] They have really bad ideas. [00:24:37] In the modern era, I can't think of an opportunity or a moment where conservatives, actual conservatives, said, you know what? [00:24:43] Let's do everything we possibly can to try to create riots in the streets. [00:24:47] Because that's where this is headed. [00:24:49] I sure hope it doesn't. [00:24:50] And everyone knows this. [00:24:51] Jonathan Turley is saying this. [00:24:54] This increases radicalism. [00:24:56] Now, how should we respond to this? [00:24:58] Vivek Ramaswamy has the right message. [00:25:00] We don't put up with it. [00:25:02] This is an insult to all people running for office. [00:25:05] This is an insult to your voters, the million-plus people of Colorado, where the Colorado Supreme Court says, yeah, we hate you. [00:25:12] We hate you. [00:25:13] Play cut 55. [00:25:14] I will withdraw. [00:25:16] I pledge to withdraw from the Colorado GOP primary ballot unless and until Trump's name is restored. [00:25:24] And I demand that Ron DeSantis and Chris Christie and Nikki Haley do the same thing, or else these Republicans are simply complicit in this unconstitutional attack on the way we conduct our constitutional republic. [00:25:38] Ron DeSantis says he'll not follow Vivek Ramaswamy's lead. [00:25:42] Maybe Ron DeSantis thinks he has a better chance of being the nominee if Donald Trump is kicked off the ballot in California and Colorado. [00:25:49] So Ron DeSantis says, no, I don't know if I'm going to follow that lead. [00:25:52] That's strange. [00:25:52] Play Cut 56. [00:25:54] Fellow GOP 2024 presidential candidate, Vivek Ramaswamy, saying he will remove himself from the Colorado ballot unless Trump's eligibility is restored. [00:26:03] Would you do the same? [00:26:07] No, I think that's just playing into the left. [00:26:09] I think the case will get overturned by the Supreme Court, but I've qualified for all the ballots. [00:26:14] I'm competing in all the states, and I'm going to accumulate the delegates necessary. [00:26:18] That's the whole name of the game in this situation. [00:26:20] Man, I'm trying to help you out, Governor DeSantis. [00:26:22] That is a terrible answer. [00:26:24] I have so much respect for you. [00:26:25] What are you doing, man? [00:26:26] You are ruining your political career. [00:26:28] I've tried to warn you. [00:26:29] You know what really bothers me about the DeSantis thing? [00:26:31] And I had this meeting with a lot of people the other day. [00:26:33] We were just kind of hanging out after Amfest. [00:26:35] What bothers me the most about the DeSantis thing is not that he's not a good presidential candidate. [00:26:38] That's fine. [00:26:38] It's hard to be presidential candidate. [00:26:40] It's not that he's running a poor campaign. [00:26:41] There's been a lot of bad campaigns. [00:26:42] Rudy Giuliani ran a bad campaign when he ran for president. [00:26:45] No, it's the fact that you're telling us it's a great campaign. [00:26:48] That's the problem. [00:26:50] Uncoachable, won't take advice. [00:26:53] This is the easiest political answer ever, Ron DeSantis. [00:26:56] You go on Newsmax and say, you know what? [00:26:57] Yeah, until this is what he has to say. [00:26:59] Until it gets remedied, I'm not going to participate. [00:27:02] Instead, he gives a two-part answer. [00:27:05] Oh, you know, no, I qualified for the ballot, but I think the Supreme Court's going to overturn it. [00:27:10] How would it be playing into the left's hands exactly? [00:27:13] How would it be playing into the left's hands? [00:27:16] And by the way, forget the real, it's so politically stupid. [00:27:23] Christmas and big family feasts are upon us, but in Washington, there's no bigger turkey than Senate Bill 1339. [00:27:29] 1339 is Bernie's latest attempt to sneak in a backdoor takeover of more of our health care. [00:27:34] It'll handcuff the pharmacy benefit managers who are currently saving millions of Americans an average of $1,040 a year. [00:27:40] Bernie is hoping that thousands of your fellow Americans are already going to lowermydrugprices.com to stand up against S-1339, that you'll be too busy making holiday plans or getting ready for a year-end vacation. [00:27:51] Don't let this happen. [00:27:52] I'm urging you to keep up the pressure against the passage of S-1339 by going to lowermydrugprices.com. [00:27:58] The Council for Citizens Against Government Waste says if you don't want a socialized system that takes away your personal health care choices, increases costs, and makes you wait longer to see the doctor that is chosen by the government go today right now to lowermydrugprices.com to stop the Senate from passing the Sanders bill. [00:28:12] Remember, we have the momentum, but we need your help today. [00:28:15] Portions of this program of the Charlie Kirk Show are brought to you in part by the Council for Citizens Against Government Waste. [00:28:22] Let's go to Cut 53. [00:28:23] Joe Scarborough is saying 54% of Americans approve of the Colorado Supreme Court decision, going on to say the poll showed only 24% of Republicans approved of the ruling, Play Cut 53. [00:28:33] 54% of Americans. [00:28:35] Mike, hold on one second. [00:28:36] 54% of Americans. [00:28:38] 54% of Americans approve of the Colorado Supreme Court's decision to kick Donald Trump off the state's 2024 presidential primary ballot. [00:28:49] 54% of Americans approve of it. [00:28:53] Only 35% of Americans disapprove of it. [00:28:57] The survey conducted by YouGov America found that 84% of Democrats, 48% of independents, 48% of independents, and 24% of Republicans approved of the ruling. [00:29:08] Hold on. [00:29:08] So first, it's probably a fake poll. [00:29:10] However, let's pretend it's true for a second. [00:29:12] This is why we're not a democracy. [00:29:14] This is why the difference between a democracy and a republic is so important. [00:29:18] Just because 54% of people don't want Trump on the ballot, that's not the way we do things in this country. [00:29:23] Thankfully, we don't strictly and simply do majority opinion. [00:29:27] We have laws. [00:29:28] We have procedures. [00:29:31] And by the way, barely majority opinion, 54%. [00:29:34] And why I think that poll might be true is that, yeah, Donald Trump is probably going to lose the national popular vote. [00:29:39] The Electoral College is a totally different deal. [00:29:41] Now, if you polled that state by state, what would Arizona say? [00:29:43] Wisconsin say, Georgia say, be a completely different ballgame. [00:29:46] And mind you, they don't. [00:29:48] And how do they word the question? [00:29:50] Did they know all the facts surrounding it? [00:29:52] So I think it's probably a fake poll. [00:29:54] It's inflated a little bit. [00:29:55] But what's the takeaway, Joe? [00:29:57] That it must be true. [00:29:59] It must be true because 54% of Americans don't want Donald Trump on the ballot. [00:30:04] No, a republic has certain eternal principles that don't change just because 54% of Americans say, I want this. [00:30:13] I want that. [00:30:14] By the way, what percent of Americans don't want Biden on the ballot? [00:30:18] That's an important question. [00:30:20] Let's play another piece of tape here. [00:30:22] California is going to follow the lead. === Restoring Truth Justice (03:19) === [00:30:25] This is why the Supreme Court needs to step in, play cut 57. [00:30:28] When the Supreme Court of Colorado determines in an examination of the facts that Donald Trump is an insurrectionist and therefore is disqualified from being on the ballot, certainly here in California, we have to look at that information and make the same determination here. [00:30:45] Okay, so let me show you how this works. [00:30:48] You're living through a simulation, not an Elon Musk-style simulation, a political simulation. [00:30:54] Part A, a fake January 6th committee puts forward a report where they don't even allow cross-examination of witnesses and they do it in a Soviet show trial way. [00:31:03] They issue a report. [00:31:04] Part B, billionaire-funded CRU, Citizens for Reform and Ethics in Washington, Norm Eisen. [00:31:13] Does that name sound familiar? [00:31:14] Norm Eisen, who's one of the founders of Crew, aggressively puts forward these 14th Amendment challenges using the fake January 6th report. [00:31:25] Then the Colorado Supreme Court looks at the complaint referencing the January 6th report, where there is no due process, there's no trial, there's no jury to then kick the opposition leader, former president who's super popular, off the ballot, all in the name of democracy. [00:31:43] If you feel like you're living in something closer to a third world oligarchy, you are. [00:31:49] This is not a way a functioning country operates. [00:31:51] A functioning country would laugh, would scoff. [00:31:55] These lawyers should be disbarred for putting forward this complaint. [00:32:00] These judges should be disbarred. [00:32:02] Instead, Kerry Lake's lawyers in Arizona are facing disciplinary action for filing baseless lawsuits. [00:32:10] These people should face legal disciplinary action, but they won't because the legal community, like the medical community, like the law enforcement community, like the financial services community, like the tech community, the corporate community, all of them together work in harmony to prioritize power over truth. [00:32:33] Truth and justice are the nation's immune response to the bacteria and the virus of lies and corruption. [00:32:45] When truth and justice are suppressed, it's like your immune system is suppressed. [00:32:51] You are immune compromised. [00:32:53] Our country is currently immunocompromised right now because truth and justice fall down and justice follows truth. [00:33:00] You can't have justice without truth because then justice just becomes a power grab. [00:33:05] The restoration of truth will lead to justice. [00:33:10] And you're living through a synthetic simulation of literally involves like 12 people, seven justices, four of who voted against, a couple people at crew, a couple funders, and people on the January 6th committee who want to tell you that you're not allowed to vote for the leading candidate and former president.
