[00:01:34] And the person who broke the story, who knows it very, very well, is Miranda Devine from the New York Post, and she joins us now. [00:01:40] Miranda, thank you for taking the time. [00:01:42] Admittedly, some of these allegations are hard to track and pinpoint. [00:01:46] So I'm just going to give you the opportunity to walk us through how you came in contact with the source. [00:01:51] What is the allegation? [00:01:52] Miranda Devine. [00:01:54] Thanks, Charlie. [00:01:55] Well, Gal Luft is an Israeli professor. [00:01:59] He was a fixture in the think tank circles in Washington, D.C. for about a decade. [00:02:05] And he did business with the same Chinese characters who were paying the Bidens millions of dollars. [00:02:14] Gal Luft's think tank had people like the former CIA director James Woolsey, former NSA director Robert McFarlane as senior advisors. [00:02:27] He was interviewed on NPR and CBS and so on. [00:02:33] He was a legitimate figure. [00:02:34] People I've talked to in Washington, D.C. said that he was credible. [00:02:39] And so what happens? [00:02:42] He gets arrested in February in Cyprus on gun running charges. [00:02:47] First I'd ever heard of him. [00:02:48] He puts out a tweet and he says, these charges are completely bogus. [00:02:53] I've been set up because someone is trying to protect Joe Biden, Jim Biden, and Hunter Biden, Jim Biden being Joe Biden's younger brother. [00:03:06] And so, of course, that piqued my interest. [00:03:08] I got in contact with his lawyer, had an interview with his lawyer who told an intriguing tale, which was that Gal Luft was about to testify or had been talking anyway to House Oversight Committee now run by Republicans. [00:03:25] He was going to testify about bribery allegations to do with the Biden family and the Chinese. [00:03:33] And he also had given this information to the government back in March of 2019, a month before Joe Biden announced that he was running for president. [00:03:47] It was called a proffer meeting where he gives information to two prosecutors from the Southern District of New York and four FBI agents. [00:03:58] They met on neutral territory in Brussels because at that point he was living in Israel. [00:04:04] And the meeting went over many hours over two days in the American embassy in Brussels. [00:04:11] And what he alleges is that nothing ever came of that meeting, that there was never any investigation done into Joe Biden. [00:04:20] He had told them dollar amounts of money that had been paid to Hunter and Jim Biden by the Chinese. [00:04:29] I think it was $100,000 a month to Hunter, $65,000 to Jim Biden. [00:04:34] He told them how the money was getting to the Biden family through a Biden family associate called Rob Walker. [00:04:40] The money would be paid to his account. [00:04:42] He would then funnel it across to members of the Biden family. [00:04:47] And the other thing that Gal Luft said that he told the DOJ and FBI in Brussels was that Hunter Biden had a mole inside the FBI who had the nickname One Eye. [00:04:59] I know it sounds ridiculous, but that's what he said. [00:05:02] And that this FBI mole had given classified information to the Chinese via Hunter. [00:05:10] And that included tipping them off when the FBI had an investigation against them. [00:05:17] So this all sounds like a very wild story, but elements of it really do check out. [00:05:22] And so I've been talking, I'd been talking to Gal Luft's lawyer, and I had been promised that a whole lot of questions that I had to follow up that the lawyer couldn't answer, that he would put to Gal Luft, who was then in jail in Cyprus. [00:05:36] Then in April, Gal Luft gets bail, disappears, and he becomes the missing witness that James Comer talked about. [00:05:45] And so I have been harassing. [00:05:49] I was harassing the lawyer ever since. [00:05:52] You know, I want the answers to my question, but I also want to know what happened to Gal Luft. [00:05:56] There were all sorts of stories. [00:05:58] His car was seen near the airport there in Cyprus. [00:06:03] There were other stories that he might have been bumped off. [00:06:07] And so finally, the lawyer says that he can't comment, but I do get a message from a third party I've never heard of saying that Gal Luft wanted to talk to me. [00:06:18] And I thought that, you know, this could be someone just setting me up. [00:06:22] So I said, well, prove it. [00:06:24] And so I got this short video message from Gal Luft himself saying, hi, it's me. [00:06:29] Rumors of my death have been grossly exaggerated. [00:06:32] I'd like to talk to you. [00:06:34] So I've been talking, talking to him by encrypted app since then. [00:06:40] So Miranda, I mean, he lives in Cyprus, which is kind of like the New Jersey of Europe. [00:06:45] I mean, there's just a lot of corruption that happens there, not exactly known for their virtuous financial banking activity. [00:06:53] But I'm going to ask you a little bit of an unusual question. [00:06:56] What does your gut tell you, Miranda? [00:06:57] Is this a guy who's telling the truth? [00:06:59] Is this a guy who means well, or is it somewhere in the middle that he probably did something he shouldn't have done, but he has legitimate dirt? [00:07:07] What does your instinct from all your years in reporting tell you about who we're dealing with here? [00:07:11] Look, my instinct is that he is telling the truth. [00:07:15] Obviously, you know, you always look for the self-serving element in this. [00:07:19] And I think what it is, is that back in that period, you know, the end of the Obama administration and beyond, CEFC was riding high. [00:07:31] It was this Chinese energy company with this young sort of charismatic chairman who was just throwing money around Washington, D.C. [00:07:41] And as Gal Luft says, Washington was just a swamp of Farah violations. [00:07:49] And this obviously was before Donald Trump comes in and starts cracking down on the Chinese, which of course made him very unpopular with the swamp, which had been making oodles of money. [00:07:59] And so swimming in this sea, I think was, you know, probably Gal Luft. [00:08:05] I mean, he was in business with CEFC. [00:08:07] He had this think tank and he was staging all these energy sort of events around the world. [00:08:16] And I assume that they were lucrative. [00:08:19] Now, Gal Luft, remember, also was a former high-ranking officer in the Israeli Defense Force. [00:08:25] So I wondered if, and people had said to me that they had heard that he was part of Mossad. [00:08:31] Now, I did ask him that, and he said, kind of said no, kind of said no. [00:08:38] But I think the self-serving element of it was that when OneEye tipped off his Chinese partners, that the FBI had an investigation into them, that Gal Luft was told that there were on the indictment were two Chinese and one Jewish person and someone else. [00:09:04] And Gal Luft leapt to the conclusion that maybe that was him. [00:09:09] And, you know, after obviously Donald Trump came in, the DOJ decided to weaponize Farah, this foreign agent registration. [00:09:18] This old Nazi era law that was only used eight times in 80 years and it was used against like the Cuban criminals in the 90s. [00:09:25] They dusted it off and all of a sudden here it is. [00:09:30] They dusted it off and they jailed people in the Trump orbit, including Paul Manafort on Farah violations. [00:09:36] Yeah. [00:09:37] So before that, really, Farah wasn't a big deal at all. [00:09:43] And it wasn't being enforced and no one was talking about it. [00:09:46] So I guess that after the musical chairs game changed with Trump, they decided people started getting worried about that they were going to be in trouble for Farah. [00:09:59] So that's my reading of Gal Luft's motivation. [00:10:03] That he decided that after Patrick Ho, one of these Chinese guys, was arrested, charged with bribery and convicted in New York, that Gal Luft decided that he would go to the DOJ and tell them what he knew about the Biden influence peddling. [00:10:24] And whether or not he was trying to trade that information, that much bigger information in return for leniency in some other part, I don't know. [00:10:37] But he doesn't even know if he was really on that indictment because it was just what Hunter's FBI mole had told Hunter, who had told the Chinese, who were telling Gal Luft. [00:10:49] So that was the thought. [00:10:51] But we do know that Patrick Ho was arrested shortly after that. [00:10:54] We do know that Patrick Ho entered into this arrangement to pay Hunter Biden a million dollars, supposedly as a legal retainer. [00:11:03] But all Hunter did really was contact his FBI sources and contract another lawyer to do the work for Patrick Ho. === Protecting Joe With Tips (05:30) === [00:11:13] And we also know that after that tip off, that the chairman of CEFC, he skipped town. [00:11:22] He left America very quickly. [00:11:24] And so he was not ensnared in that net. [00:11:27] I mean, he was later arrested in China, which is another story. [00:11:33] Look, it is time to consider a rollover of that 401k into an IRA. [00:11:39] The investment world is completely different in 2023, and you cannot do the same thing as last year. [00:11:44] Woke companies are aggressively implementing ESG. [00:11:48] Interest rates are going up and inflation is still lingering. [00:11:51] If you have over $150,000, now is the time to move your money to a biblical responsible investing strategy with my friends at PAX Financial Group. [00:11:59] Here's how you can connect with PAX. [00:12:01] Text Charlie to the number 74868. [00:12:04] That's it. [00:12:04] Just take out your phone. [00:12:05] Text Charlie, C-H-A-R-L-I-E to 74868. [00:12:13] So take out your phone, text Charlie to number 74868 for biblical responsible investing. [00:12:20] Text Charlie to 74868. [00:12:25] Who is your best guess as to who one-eye is? [00:12:27] Do you think it's Louis Free or somebody else? [00:12:29] Look, I know that that's a speculation because he's, you know, a former FBI director who had dealings with the Biden family and who has or looks like he has one eye and was in an accident where he did damage an eye. [00:12:44] But I would just caution people not to jump to conclusions. [00:12:47] And I don't want to cast any aspersions on Louis Free, who I haven't spoken to yet. [00:12:53] But it is perfectly possible that Hunter Biden had a different FBI mole. [00:13:02] I think he did have a mole because there were these tip-offs, but that it could have been someone else. [00:13:08] There are numerous FBI people on the laptop that he had numbers for. [00:13:13] And it would be a clever thing to do, I guess, to let your Chinese partners believe that it was the former FBI director who they had met doing legitimate business with who was the tip-off rather than a more lower-level person. [00:13:32] And so Gal Luft is saying that the tip-off merchant was one-eye because that's what the Chinese told him. [00:13:39] But the Chinese maybe were mistaken because that's what Hunter had told them. [00:13:44] And Hunter is not an arbiter of truth, let's say. [00:13:49] Yeah. [00:13:49] Are there any other candidates that would stand out? [00:13:52] I mean, so just like, let me ask a really simple, stupid question. [00:13:55] You think this person actually has one eye, right? [00:13:56] This is not just a kind of a colloquial. [00:13:59] No, no, I think Louis Free was given the nickname One Eye by the Chinese, but it may not have been him, is what I'm saying. [00:14:09] And Hunter, you know, for instance, Charles McGonagall, who was the former head of counterintelligence for the FBI in New York and is now being arrested and on charges of corruption to do with Albania. [00:14:23] There was some connection between him and Hunter Biden back in Washington, D.C. when McGonagall was working there. [00:14:30] I don't know if that's the my. [00:14:33] I just don't know who it is. [00:14:34] But I would just caution everybody not to jump to conclusions with all these stories. [00:14:39] What is in front of you is not necessarily the reality. [00:14:44] So, Miranda, how do you see this then playing out? [00:14:47] Do you think that Dr. Luft is going to be able to come and ever testify to the House Oversight Committee? [00:14:53] I mean, is there going to be an extraordinary, unprecedented maybe codel of House Republicans that travel internationally and take his testimony at an undisclosed location? [00:15:04] I mean, how does this play out? [00:15:08] I doubt very much whether that would happen. [00:15:10] I mean, he is a fugitive. [00:15:12] He is hiding out. [00:15:15] He's on the run. [00:15:17] He thinks you can hear him say that in that 14-minute video that we posted yesterday. [00:15:22] You can hear him say that he's maybe on the run for the rest of his life. [00:15:26] He says to me privately, he's concerned for his own safety. [00:15:31] And so James Cona still wants him to be a witness. [00:15:37] That's what I do know. [00:15:38] And so whether they do it via video link in some way that where Gal Luft isn't revealing to the authorities where he is, I just don't know. [00:15:49] I don't know what even the criminality of that is. [00:15:52] Yeah, and it's just hard to keep track of all these different elements. [00:15:56] And so, Miranda, out of all the different crimes that we now have even more evidence for than ever before the last couple of months. [00:16:04] Are there any that could potentially lead towards the big guy? [00:16:08] Or are you a little bit more bearish as saying that they're covering this up and we may never get ultimate justice towards the Biden crine family? [00:16:16] Oh, no. [00:16:17] I mean, I look, there's just an avalanche of information coming from whistleblowers. [00:16:22] Gal Luft is just one. [00:16:24] And it all points to Joe Biden. [00:16:27] And we know from Gary Shapley, the IRS whistleblower, that the DOJ intervened and obstructed and ensured that questions about who is the big guy were off the table. [00:16:38] Any questions about Joe Biden or his involvement were off the table. === Stop Relying On Woke Banks (05:23) === [00:16:44] And that's the game here. [00:16:46] It's not really about Hunter. [00:16:47] It's about protecting Joe Biden. [00:16:49] And it's all done under the guise of Joe Biden protecting his son. [00:16:53] And there's so much evidence that Joe Biden was involved, was assisting this influence peddling operation of his family. [00:17:04] He met with at least a dozen of Hunter Biden's overseas business partners. [00:17:08] He lied about that to the American people before the election and continues to say he knows nothing about Hunter Biden's business dealings. [00:17:16] So, you know, bit by bit, chink by chink, jigsaw puzzle piece by piece, we are putting together the truth. [00:17:25] And, you know, whether or not it is done in time for Joe Biden to face the music, I don't know. [00:17:33] But it doesn't matter. [00:17:35] As long as the American people know the truth, that's what's important. [00:17:38] Miranda, you've done yeoman's work on this. [00:17:40] You deserve a lot of credit. [00:17:41] Buy her book, Laptop from Hell. [00:17:44] These criminals have covered up their crimes, lied about it, smeared and slandered those who dare speak. [00:17:50] And Miranda Devine has done an excellent job. [00:17:52] Thank you, Charlie. [00:17:55] I want to tell you guys about something every single one of you can benefit from, and you guys need to change. [00:18:01] It's who we use when we go to get mortgages. [00:18:03] Look, I balance a lot of stuff. [00:18:04] I'm traveling all the time, my show, and I recently needed to get a mortgage, to get something figured out. [00:18:10] And it was a tough one. [00:18:11] And I didn't want to go to those woke banks. [00:18:12] I, you know, I did previous, my last mortgage we did. [00:18:16] It was with a woke bank, and they were just, they were bureaucratic, and they donate the BLM and the gay agenda and all that stuff. [00:18:22] And I said, what can I do to actually, and I said, of course, duh, hello, andrewandtodd.com. [00:18:28] They're Christian. [00:18:29] They're conservative. [00:18:30] Our worldviews are aligned. [00:18:32] They're fabulous people. [00:18:33] When I needed a mortgage, of course, I went to my friends, Andrew Delray and Todd of Aiken at Sierra Pacific. [00:18:40] And look, this is the first time I used them because, you know, we were just recently started doing stuff on the show and partners. [00:18:44] I said, okay, let's see how it is. [00:18:46] You know, we do a lot of things together. [00:18:47] I was blown away. [00:18:48] They respond within minutes. [00:18:49] They walked me through everything. [00:18:50] They took care of all those details I didn't have time for. [00:18:53] And I said, boy, guys, I now see how great you guys actually are, responsive. [00:18:57] And yes, no more of this woke stuff. [00:18:59] Stop using the woke banks. [00:19:02] Oh, I want to refinance my home and I'm going to go to a bank that hates me. [00:19:04] Stop doing that. [00:19:05] Instead, go to AndrewandTodd.com. [00:19:07] So if you or someone you know is moving from blue states to red states, androidtodd.com. [00:19:12] Have an aging family member that needs financial relief? [00:19:15] Because you may be a reverse mortgage, AndrewandTodd.com. [00:19:18] Are you self-employed and finding it hard to qualify? [00:19:20] Or first-time homebuyer, andrewandtodd.com. [00:19:24] Again, what I love, again, I'm just friends with them. [00:19:26] So I could tell you, I have no other reason to say this except that it's true. [00:19:30] They're fabulous. [00:19:30] They work hard. [00:19:31] We go out to dinner together. [00:19:33] They're great people. [00:19:34] So don't depend on those woke banks, the big banks. [00:19:36] They do a terrible job, by the way. [00:19:38] They're funding all the destructive stuff. [00:19:40] They want centralized bank digital currency. [00:19:41] They're all part of the great reset. [00:19:43] This is a group of men. [00:19:46] Get rid of that. [00:19:46] This is a group of guys. [00:19:47] They do a great job. [00:19:49] And stop depending on woke banks for what I needed. [00:19:52] I saw it firsthand. [00:19:53] They got it done for me. [00:19:55] And it was very complicated. [00:19:56] It was a ficket. [00:19:57] It was a maze. [00:19:58] It was a labyrinth. [00:19:59] And they said, oh, you got to do this and this. [00:20:00] And I'll make this phone call. [00:20:01] We'll do this and this paperwork. [00:20:02] And again, these other banks that I deal with, it's like, here's 955,000 pages to sign, and they don't call you back, and they don't work weekends. [00:20:10] I had a problem with one of the things on the process because it was one thing that wasn't filled out. [00:20:13] And they respond on a Sunday within minutes. [00:20:16] You're trying to get a response from a woke bank on a Sunday. [00:20:18] You'll say, sorry, no response. [00:20:21] So check it out. [00:20:21] It's AndrewandTodd.com, 888, 888, 1172. [00:20:25] That's how you call them. [00:20:26] And say Charlie Kirk sent you. [00:20:27] You might actually get them on the phone. [00:20:29] Again, they're value-aligned, honest, trustworthy, wonderful people. [00:20:33] I use them. [00:20:33] You should use them too. [00:20:35] Super responsive, blown away. [00:20:36] And I could say, if they're good for me, they're good for you. [00:20:39] Love these guys. [00:20:40] AndrewandTodd.com, 888, 888, 1172. [00:20:43] And finally, some of you might say, oh, Charlie, bad time to buy a home. [00:20:47] I don't know about that. [00:20:49] You should look what's happening. [00:20:50] Commercial real estate is one thing. [00:20:52] Private single-family home ownership, it might actually stabilize and go up in the next year. [00:20:58] If you're young, it might be the time to get in. [00:21:01] Think about it, pray about it. [00:21:02] But most importantly, go to AndrewandTodd.com for all your mortgage needs. [00:21:05] Great guys, AndrewandTodd.com. [00:21:10] Okay, I believe we have Citizen Kane on the line for us to come here. [00:21:16] Great. [00:21:16] Mr. Kane, how are we doing? [00:21:18] Doing good. [00:21:19] How are you doing, Charlie? [00:21:20] Good. [00:21:20] So, you know, I've been, you have me addicted, Mr. Kane. [00:21:23] I got to tell you, I look at the deck 10 times a day, sometimes 20, refresh, refresh, refresh. [00:21:29] In fact, were you traveling? [00:21:31] Because you kind of missed two days. [00:21:32] I don't want to give you too hard of a time, but it wasn't being updated the way that I was used to. [00:21:38] Yeah, it was weak. [00:21:39] It's weak after six years and two months, never missing a day. [00:21:43] I actually didn't miss anything, but we had a, you know, when the storms went through the Midwest and they hit Indiana, we had straight line winds for about 30 seconds of 60 to 70 miles per hour and it knocked out power at, I call it CFT Global Headquarters, knocked out power for four days because there were 200,000 people in central and southern Indiana who lost power. === Slapping Jack Smith With Indictments (15:09) === [00:22:08] So yeah, so updates on Saturday and Sunday were, I don't know, 40 or 50 stories each. [00:22:16] And then my dad, without giving too many details, my dad slipped the other day and he fell and he fractured two vertebrates. [00:22:24] Geez, I'm sorry to hear you. [00:22:24] I've been sort of running the site. [00:22:26] Yeah, so I've been running the site from a hospital the last couple of days. [00:22:31] I just got home about 10 minutes ago and I've been able to update this morning. [00:22:36] So I'm ready to roll. [00:22:37] It's citizenfreepress.com. [00:22:39] I visit it no joke dozens of times a day sometimes and I could tell when Kane is taking a nap because the deck is not always getting reorganized. [00:22:46] So Kane, I kind of have a little bit of a window into your psyche because I could see what stories you promote. [00:22:51] But you've really been on top of this Jack Smith stuff. [00:22:54] And I'm glad because I consider this to be one of the kind of stories that isn't a big deal until it becomes the entire deal, almost similar to COVID, right? [00:23:03] Where COVID was kind of on the edges and, you know, okay, and then all of a sudden it became the entire election was defined by it. [00:23:09] I think Jack Smith is 2024 COVID, where it's just going to kind of come straight front and center. [00:23:15] Kane, your thoughts? [00:23:17] Yeah, that's a really good way of looking at it. [00:23:20] I think that's the case. [00:23:22] And that's why I have been covering it, why you and I have been talking about it repeatedly on these shows. [00:23:27] You know, you and I have been doing this game theory on it, right? [00:23:32] For at least four, five, six months. [00:23:35] And we're trying to figure out, you know, we saw the Manhattan deal coming. [00:23:39] That's obvious. [00:23:40] And we know that Fannie Willis is coming in the next month with a big conspiracy, probably a RICO and diamond. [00:23:47] Georgia has some interesting state RICO laws that she can use. [00:23:51] But the real wildcard has been Jack Smith, right? [00:23:53] And how many different indictments are possible? [00:23:56] And you and I surmise that, you know, we were perhaps looking at two. [00:24:00] We were going to look at Mar-a-Lago and January 6th. [00:24:02] Well, as I look at this stuff and right and watch this stuff every day, what I'm feeling like, there's actually three, okay. [00:24:11] There's a third lane right now. [00:24:12] No, you're right. [00:24:13] There's this alternate electors route that is popping up. [00:24:16] Yeah, and yeah, let's lay them out for people. [00:24:19] So first of all, we've been running stories about the potential for 30 to 45 more indictments by Jack Smith in the documents case. [00:24:27] So let's set that one aside. [00:24:29] Let people know that the rumors are out there that if Judge Cannon doesn't give rulings that Jack Smith likes, that they could bring additional Mar-a-Lago indictments in other states. [00:24:39] So I'm not even counting that. [00:24:40] So let's call that 1A on the Mar-a-Lago. [00:24:44] Then on January 6th, as Julie Kelly has talked about, we've got the sort of sedition and conspiracy angle that Jack Smith is going to push, saying that Trump essentially brought all of these people to D.C. [00:24:59] Then there's the fake electors, which has really been heating up. [00:25:02] That's what you've been talking about. [00:25:06] Jack Smith has been all over Georgia and Arizona interviewing all kinds of state officials. [00:25:13] And big stories have been breaking the last 24 hours there. [00:25:16] So we don't really know that angle. [00:25:17] And then a third slight angle. [00:25:19] Have you seen them mention the quote-unquote illegal fundraising? [00:25:24] No, that's kind of been around. [00:25:27] And look, I used to think that would be kind of kicked away. [00:25:31] But Jack Smith, I think this is the most aggressive prosecutor I have ever seen towards anything political. [00:25:38] I mean, if there is a sliver of a chance, I don't think this guy cares if he loses in court. [00:25:43] He just, his mandate is to be a ferocious pit bull towards Donald Trump. [00:25:52] You're right. [00:25:53] I can't remember the case. [00:25:55] It escapes me at the moment, but he had a successful prosecution that was thrown out in a unanimous Supreme Court decision years later. [00:26:03] Andrew can possibly look that up while we're talking. [00:26:06] But so, yeah, so that goes to your point of Jack Smith not really even caring if he wins. [00:26:10] He is an absolute, the guy is, look, they're quiet, right? [00:26:15] There haven't been, they're only leaking what they want to leak. [00:26:18] I'll say it that way. [00:26:19] So there haven't been real leaks of strategy. [00:26:21] It's all sort of been, hey, let's try to figure out what they're doing based on who they're interviewing and who they're bringing forward to testify before these grand juries. [00:26:31] And it look, you know, I don't, we aren't saying that there are definitely going to be three separate January 6th indictments, right? [00:26:38] But there's a, it certainly looks like there could be two of them. [00:26:42] We don't, you know, and again, it's all reading tea leaves. [00:26:45] But if Julie Kelly is correct and they're going to go for that obstruction angle, you know, and having Mike Pence, you know, bringing Mike Pence before the grand jury, that sort of lends credence to that. [00:26:56] And then the latest story I did today, it seems like Jack Smith is really interested in that Oval Office West Wing meeting where Sidney Powell, General Flynn, and Patrick Byrne were all present. [00:27:08] So, yeah, so there's a new one, right? [00:27:10] They're going after Patrick Byrne on this. [00:27:12] But I think what they're trying to do is, Kane, I think they're trying to build a case for seditious conspiracy or insurrection to get it. [00:27:23] This is their backup plan. [00:27:24] Remember, the way these people think, this is the Peter Struckstroke smirk text, the same philosophy. [00:27:30] Seven to eight years later, their insurance policy, Kane, their backup plan, their insurance policy is if MAGA is ascendant and the country's in shambles and Trump wins, that their Trump card, their insurance policy, is that they have him indicted and convicted of seditious conspiracy or insurrection. [00:27:53] Yeah, it goes along with what you said of Jack Smith becoming sort of the COVID of 2024. [00:28:01] You and I have felt from the beginning that they're going to try, right? [00:28:04] This is a public relations battle, especially talking about the race for president. [00:28:09] So if they can't put Trump in jail, they can certainly attach multiple indictments to him to help, you know, to help bring him down. [00:28:16] And so this idea that you hit him with overkill, right? [00:28:19] That he's facing the Alvin Bragg case, that he's going to be facing the Fenny Willis case, that he will be facing the Mar-a-Lago documents case. [00:28:28] And then you throw that seditious conspiracy for January 6th on top of that. [00:28:33] That becomes number four. [00:28:34] And then if they go after fake electors in a separate case, that's number five. [00:28:39] And then if they go after quote-unquote false fundraising based on overturning the election, that might be a subcomponent of either the seditious conspiracy case or the fake electors case. [00:28:52] But the point being, it's obvious what the strategy is. [00:28:56] And you and I have wondered if they're somehow secret, you know, if these prosecutors are communicating with each other. [00:29:01] But the strategy seems to be from Jack Smith. [00:29:03] Let's slap this guy with as many indictments as we possibly can and hope that it helps. [00:29:09] And I'll add one last thing. [00:29:10] You know, they really still are worried. [00:29:12] There was a big poll that came out yesterday that I posted where they didn't label the states. [00:29:18] I didn't have time to look into it completely, but Trump is leading Biden by seven points in key swing states. [00:29:24] And part of that is because in this polling, Dr. Cornell West was pulling 2% to 3% of Democrat votes. [00:29:33] So my overall larger point is that, yeah, Jack Smith seems to me like he's going to try to kill him with indictments, whether he gets guilty verdicts or not. [00:29:45] And that is their strategy to bring down Trump's popularity with independence, would be my read. [00:29:51] There's so many wrinkles here. [00:29:53] And so the question is, what would actually prevent Donald Trump from becoming president? [00:29:58] But there's another part of this, Kane, and it's a logistical one. [00:30:02] They want to just keep Trump in court all of 2024. [00:30:05] He's got to go to New York. [00:30:07] He's got to go to Georgia. [00:30:08] Now, in Georgia, he could also do a campaign stop on the way to the courthouse. [00:30:12] I mean, Kane, this is, I know we joke around Banana Republic Soviet style. [00:30:15] Are we really going to be in a set of circumstances in September of next year where Trump goes and does a campaign event? [00:30:22] And he's like, oh, sorry, BRB, I have to go sit in a courtroom for a hearing. [00:30:27] I mean, that's what we're trending towards. [00:30:29] And then when he's done, he can go do another rally. [00:30:32] Yeah. [00:30:32] Well, good for you for having a sense of humor. [00:30:34] It's the only way to get through this stuff. [00:30:36] And that would be hilarious. [00:30:37] That would be incredibly classic if Trump said, you know, had to interrupt one in order to go do the other. [00:30:43] No, then, putting a campaign rally on. [00:30:46] No, he could also probably make a pretty compelling argument. [00:30:49] Your Honor, can we please delay this trial till after November 24? [00:30:54] Why would that be, Defendant Trump? [00:30:57] I'm running for the presidency of the United States. [00:31:00] A little bit busy right now, just a little bit busy. [00:31:02] Yeah. [00:31:04] So here's an interesting question. [00:31:05] And this is the language, Kane. [00:31:07] And I want to explore this with you because you're so smart. [00:31:10] And we're on the same page here. [00:31:12] The 14th Amendment bars anyone who rebelled against the United States from holding office. [00:31:18] Rebellion, Kane. [00:31:20] They don't use the word insurrection. [00:31:22] They use the word rebellion. [00:31:24] So 30 seconds, Kane, this might go up to the Supreme Court to determine, does that include seditious conspiracy? [00:31:32] Yeah, that's an interesting thought. [00:31:34] I've heard them talk about the 14th Amendment. [00:31:36] I don't know when the last time, if that's ever even been prosecuted. [00:31:40] They opposed Civil War Act, basically. [00:31:42] Yeah. [00:31:43] It's a post-Civil War Act. [00:31:44] Yeah, good for you for knowing your history. [00:31:46] It's, you know, 14. [00:31:48] That would be insane. [00:31:50] But yeah, there's a chance that this whole thing does end up at the Supreme Court on multiple levels, including, you know, perhaps the Presidential Records Act, which seems to be Trump's defense in the Mar-a-Lago case. [00:32:02] I know you only have a few seconds, so I'll sort of slide it back to you, but this has been a, yeah, it's been a heck of a six months, and these next 12 months are going to be amazing for media people like you and me. [00:32:12] Oh, no, it's not going to be boring. [00:32:14] Ratings are fine. [00:32:15] The country's going to haze, but ratings are good. [00:32:23] People ask me all the time when I travel about Strong Cell. [00:32:25] Charlie, is Strong Cell legit? [00:32:27] Charlie, do you really believe in the anti-aging properties of NADH? [00:32:30] Well, it's not a matter of whether or not, if I believe it, it's the science. [00:32:32] You guys could check it out. [00:32:33] Back check me, look at NAD and see what it could do for you. [00:32:36] But look, I take NAD every single day. [00:32:38] Strong Cell is a scientific breakthrough in cellular health replenishment that combines NADH, CoQ10, and marine collagen to boost your body's cellular function. [00:32:46] I personally take Strong Cell every day, and so do a ton of Kirk listeners. [00:32:50] Go see the reviews for yourself. [00:32:51] If you are someone who relies on caffeine or sugar to get yourself going, then you have to give Strong Cell a try. [00:32:56] I only have one important request as I recommend this life-changing product. [00:32:59] You've got to give it at least four weeks to realize the best results. [00:33:02] It takes a little time to re-engineer your body's NADH. [00:33:05] Think about it. [00:33:05] It's been on decline in your middle-aged body for a year or so. [00:33:08] So check it out. [00:33:09] Go to strongcell.com forward slash Charlie and read the personal testimonies for yourself. [00:33:14] Then use promo code Charlie to get a special 20% discount on your order. [00:33:17] Again, that's strongcell.com forward slash Charlie. [00:33:20] 20% discount, strongcell.com, promo code Charlie. [00:33:27] This is the whole ballgame, Kane. [00:33:29] No person shall hold any office, civil or military, under the United States or under any state who, having taken an oath to support the Constitution of the United States, shall have engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the same or given aid or comfort to the enemies thereof. [00:33:49] So Kane, let's pretend we're Jack Smith for a second. [00:33:52] You have the oath keepers that have already been indicted on, I mean, sorry, convicted under seditious conspiracy. [00:33:58] They're going to try to make a seditious conspiracy claim against Trump. [00:34:02] They might not be able to get to insurrection, but that word rebellion is open for interpretation. [00:34:08] Kane, I think the whole ballgame is the 14th Amendment as their backup plan to prevent him from becoming president. [00:34:13] Yeah, well, it's certainly an interesting angle. [00:34:17] And yeah, it sounds like obvious. [00:34:19] It came after the Civil War. [00:34:21] So it was an attempt to deal with insurrectionist generals and others involved with the South. [00:34:28] You know, the idea that we would bring that up 173 years later, 1, you know, 165 years later, it's insane. [00:34:38] But it goes to everything that you and I have been discussing, right? [00:34:42] They realized once he announced, you know, giving a little bit of backstory on this, once Trump announced that he was going to run again in 2024, that's when I think almost all of these plans began to be cooked up. [00:34:53] They knew that, yeah, that really the only way that they were going to be able to beat him, because they saw that their own candidate, Biden, was extremely weak and still remains weak. [00:35:03] And even, you know, there's so many parallel angles. [00:35:05] Like perhaps, you know, Democrats might be angling to get Biden out and Camela out and get Gavin Newsom in. [00:35:12] So there's all kinds of angles. [00:35:13] But once Trump announced that he was going to run, then it simply became, let's look at the Constitution. [00:35:19] Let's look at state laws. [00:35:21] Let's look at any opportunity we can to sort of gum up the process and bring that and destroy this guy. [00:35:28] So you talked in the previous segment about Trump on his way to potentially, you know, giving testimony or filing a deposition in one of his cases in Georgia and stopping off to do a rally and how surreal this is going to become. [00:35:41] And you said something that I think really hit the mark, which is, I think that's their strategy. [00:35:46] That if they can just, if they need, if the evening news from, let's say, May of next year all the way through October, if every night it's just going to be coverage of Trump in a separate courtroom, you know, they'll be making a big deal out of the stuff you just said. [00:36:03] Like Trump, you know, he was in Manhattan yesterday in the Alvin Bragg case and he's due in Georgia tomorrow for the Fannie Willis case. [00:36:10] So I think that's their plan is to, you know, and, you know, I realize I spit out a lot of ideas here, and I don't want to talk too fast for people, but ultimately, as you and I have talked about, it's about the independence, right? [00:36:21] The MAGA voters are coming out. [00:36:23] They don't care if Trump is in jail. [00:36:24] We're coming out to vote and we're going to crawl across grass to do it. [00:36:28] The Democrats, obviously, are going to come out to try to stop him. [00:36:31] So all of this is the battle for that 20% of independence in the center. [00:36:36] And so that's why this media strategy, they hope, will work because they're going to try to, you know, because they are not going to knock off the MAGA base. [00:36:45] It doesn't matter what happens. [00:36:46] We're both well aware that Trump will not be defeated by his own base. [00:36:50] So their only chance is with independence. [00:36:53] So the 14th Amendment, let's get back to your point. [00:36:56] So the 14th Amendment, I would not put it past them, but I think they will lose. [00:37:02] If they try to bring Trump on 14th Amendment charges or prevent him from running on 14th Amendment charges, I think the Supreme Court would not qualify this as an act of insurrection against the government after having given an oath. === Winning Through Independence (01:30) === [00:37:18] So that's my read of it. [00:37:19] What are your thoughts? [00:37:20] Well, no, it depends how they would interpret it, but this is very clear. [00:37:26] And the polls show this. [00:37:28] There is a big worry that Trump can win this thing again. [00:37:31] Remember, all this is for like 44,000 votes that were the difference in Arizona, Georgia, and Wisconsin. [00:37:39] And so this is all, this is on the margins of the margins and the margins. [00:37:44] And Kane, we're out of time, but I currently don't see the investments that are necessary outside of what Turning Point Action is doing in Wisconsin, Arizona, and Georgia. [00:37:53] It's too bad. [00:37:54] And we have to just keep on beating that drum, Kane, because the $1.5 billion that's about to be spent on this primary will be wasted. [00:38:01] Who needs Democrats when we're about to fight our own civil war? [00:38:06] Great point. [00:38:06] Kane, thanks so much. [00:38:08] 20 seconds. [00:38:09] Sum it up. [00:38:10] Yeah, well, I was going to say what you're doing with Scott Pressler in Wisconsin is fantastic. [00:38:14] What you said in a previous interview with me that we need 10,000 Scott Presslers, not a billion spent between Trump and DeSantis. [00:38:21] I agree with all of it. [00:38:22] And I enjoy speaking with you, Charlie. [00:38:25] We'll talk next time. [00:38:25] You're a great American, Kane. [00:38:27] Keep it up. [00:38:27] Love the stack, the deck. [00:38:28] It's great. [00:38:29] Thank you so much. [00:38:30] Thanks so much for listening, everybody. [00:38:32] Email us your thoughts as always, freedom at charliekirk.com.
