[00:01:16] Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com. [00:01:25] One of the biggest news items yesterday is about Adam Schiff, trader to the United States. [00:01:32] He was censured by the United States House of Representatives. [00:01:37] And Turning Point alumni is leading the charge. [00:01:39] Congresswoman Ana Paulina Luna joins us now. [00:01:43] Ana, thank you for making time for us. [00:01:45] Walk us through the events that unfolded yesterday. [00:01:49] So let me see if I can find some Mr. Schiff. [00:01:52] Ah, here is the Schiff tape. [00:01:54] Play cut 72, please. [00:01:56] Play cut 72. [00:01:58] As chair of the House Intelligence Committee, Adam Schiff launched an all-out political campaign built on baseless distortions against a sitting U.S. president at the expense of every single citizen in this country and the honor of the House of Representatives. [00:02:11] Schiff abused his privileges, claiming to know the truth, while leaving Americans in the dark about his web of lies or about this web of lies. [00:02:20] Lies so severe that they altered the course of the country forever. [00:02:23] Ana Paulina Luna, okay, is on the line, I'm told. [00:02:26] Ana, walk us through about what happened yesterday. [00:02:29] Hey, Charlie, glad to be back. [00:02:31] Can you hear me now? [00:02:32] I can, yes. [00:02:32] Please proceed. [00:02:34] Okay, perfect. [00:02:35] So basically what had happened was, you know, last week we went to bring the censure to the floor and it had a very much so constitutional fine in there for Adam Schiff. [00:02:44] But that did not pass. [00:02:45] So over the weekend, we worked hard and we got some of those no votes on board. [00:02:49] And ultimately, what I filed was something called a privileged resolution, meaning that it can be brought by any one member of Congress. [00:02:56] It was brought to the floor. [00:02:57] And ultimately, the House of Representatives, the GOP, found that Adam Schiff, because of his abuse of power, being the head of the House Intelligence Committee, in addition to him violating the rights, civil rights of Carter Page, and being responsible for not only one of the most egregious corrupt underminings of any president in U.S. history, President Trump, by helping to authorize the illegal spying on the president in addition to investigating other people, [00:03:25] but also to because of the fact that he cost the American taxpayers $32 million in pushing the Russia collusion lie. [00:03:33] Ultimately, we censured him, which is basically one step under expulsion, and he's been referred to House Ethics for a full investigation into his abuse of power. [00:03:43] So he's been now officially censured, and this started a variety of speeches that were just really silly yesterday. [00:03:51] And the Democrat leadership, they're rallying behind Adam Schiff. [00:03:57] But let's just remind people what he did and the power that he abused. [00:04:02] I want to just play this here. [00:04:04] Nancy Pelosi, you got the attention of Nancy Pelosi, and she said, oh, you look miserable. [00:04:12] Yeah, that's really rich coming from you, Nancy Pelosi. [00:04:16] Play cut 77. [00:04:19] Today we are on the floor of the House where the other side has turned this chamber where slavery was abolished, where Medicare and Social Security and everything were instituted. [00:04:30] They've turned it into a puppet show, a puppet show. [00:04:34] And you know what? [00:04:35] The puppeteer, Donald Trump, is shining a light on the strings. [00:04:40] You look miserable. [00:04:42] You look miserable. [00:04:43] The only advantage to all of this is that instead of reversing what we did on the IRA to save the planet or reversing what we did to reduce the cost of prescription drugs, you're wasting time. [00:04:56] Congresswoman, it seems as if the Democrats were losing their mind yesterday, your reaction. [00:05:02] They were, and it was great because at the end of that clip, she continued to try going. [00:05:06] She actually ended up getting gaveled out. [00:05:09] She had her time basically ended. [00:05:11] And I had the last word and basically said, you know, I don't care what the representative from California is stating, i.e. Nancy Pelosi. [00:05:18] I don't care what the representative Raskin is stating. [00:05:21] Ultimately, this is not about Trump. [00:05:23] This is about holding someone accountable. [00:05:24] It's bringing honor back to the House of Representatives. [00:05:27] And thus, Adam Schiff should be censured. [00:05:30] And we're glad that it passed. [00:05:31] But, you know, it was crazy. [00:05:32] They were down on the floor shouting, shame, shame, shame. [00:05:35] They wouldn't let the speaker actually speak. [00:05:38] At some points during the debate, they had resorted to cussing and got gaveled out. [00:05:42] So to see the meltdown take place in real time was pretty wild. [00:05:46] And I just want to remind people, I mean, these are the same people that were responsible for pushing a lie. [00:05:51] They doubled down on it. [00:05:52] And then even then, so Adam Schiff, I think he posted a video today where he basically says he's going to wear it as a badge of honor. [00:05:59] But when I saw him every single day, or all day long yesterday, Charlie, he was looking at the floor. [00:06:03] He wasn't happy. [00:06:04] He knows that he's one of now 26 members in U.S. history to be censured. [00:06:08] So what are the next steps to get him expelled from Congress? [00:06:12] Because he's going to try to, right now, I mean, I sign up for these nauseating emails. [00:06:16] He's raising a ton of money off of this for his Senate campaign, Ana. [00:06:21] So basically what happens is as I filed that about three weeks ago to expel him, but unfortunately, you need two-thirds of the vote of the entire conference, meaning Democrats and Republicans, to expel someone. [00:06:32] So it would be up to the investigations on ethics to recommend whether or not he's going to be expelled. [00:06:38] And so there are different members that sit on that committee, and then the investigation has to take place. [00:06:43] And ultimately, it will be up to them to determine whether or not he will be able to stay in Congress. [00:06:48] But, you know, based on the abuses of power that he showcased to the American people that even the Durham report acknowledges should have never happened, you know, he's a bad guy. [00:06:58] He's super corrupt. [00:06:58] And although he's raising money, you know, people that we're going to give to Adam Schiff, we're going to give to him anyways. [00:07:03] There's other people running for office against him in California. [00:07:07] But, you know, if we don't do anything, if we just continue to sit by, then ultimately these people win. [00:07:12] So we've got to put our foot down and push back. [00:07:14] I agree. [00:07:15] Let's play another piece of tape here, play cut 76. [00:07:19] These attempts to censor Adam have been orchestrated to distract, but no one is fooled. [00:07:25] Extreme mega Republicans are targeting Adam because he's everything they wish they could be. [00:07:32] Is that what's going on here, Ana? [00:07:34] You wish you could be Adam Schiff? [00:07:37] You know, I responded because they also said that he was the upstanding, just ideal beacon of moral integrity. [00:07:43] And I'm like, you know what, I'm a female veteran that basically has done probably more in public service in my 34 years on this planet than Adam Schiff has done in his entire lifetime. [00:07:54] But yeah, it's pretty crazy. [00:07:56] They're trying to say it's about Trump. [00:07:57] They're trying to say it's about, you know, us jealous that we're not Adam Schiff because of the great investigation he led. [00:08:03] Mind you, he literally got roasted by Devin Nunez on Twitter yesterday. [00:08:07] Or not Devin, but a few Dan Scovino actually posted a funny video of just his lies one after the other. [00:08:12] So yeah, definitely not about that, but very happy that we were able to bring accountability and that my colleagues joined me on this. [00:08:18] So, Anna, as far as the next steps here, I mean, what was your reaction to the kind of Durham hearing yesterday? [00:08:25] Because the appetite and the hunger from the grassroots is rather underwhelmed at the lack of justice right now. [00:08:34] I mean, I am under the impression, and I think a lot of people listening to this know that a majority of what we pass out of Congress is going to get killed in the Senate and definitely not going to make it to the White House desk, right? [00:08:46] Even if it does, it'll probably get vetoed. [00:08:48] So, what I'm trying to do is, you know, help my colleagues and then talk with other people about what parliamentary measures we can do to basically go after these people. [00:08:57] And so, I've stated this before, but you know, the privilege motions, that's an accountability mechanism. [00:09:02] Those can be filed and voted on and come right to the floor. [00:09:05] And that's something that we can take direct action on, that we don't have to wait years to get results on. [00:09:11] Something like the Holman rule, which is a tool that we can use to defund any federal position that really just takes a simple majority to vote on, is something that we can do and bring up during the appropriations fight that we have come quickly approaching us this summer. [00:09:25] So, I think that really the grassroots needs to continue to not just put pressure on their representatives in an effort to do the right thing, but you need to get involved and make your voices heard because, as we're seeing, you know, the representatives will be forced to listen to you guys. [00:09:42] And what I will say is that when you have people like the director of the FBI, the head of the U.S. Space Force, invoking or just ignoring Congress, providing coverage for the Biden administration or Joe Biden and his son, the DOJ not actually charging these people, we need to remove these people from their positions. [00:10:00] And if we don't, then we're just basically talking one way and then doing another thing. [00:10:05] So, I'm hoping that that accountability and there's kind of a fire that's been ignited within the Republican Party. [00:10:10] And I think that you'll see some good results this summer. [00:10:12] Congresswoman Ana Paulina Luna, thank you so much. [00:10:15] An excellent job yesterday. [00:10:17] You deserve a lot of credit. [00:10:18] Very proud of you. [00:10:19] Thank you so much. [00:10:20] Thanks, Charlie. [00:11:27] Joining us now is Matt Gates. [00:11:29] Congressman, welcome to the program. [00:11:30] Lots to discuss with you, including your fiery but mostly peaceful exchange with John Durham yesterday, which I thought was excellent. [00:11:37] But top of mind is actually something that our teams were texting about, which is this inability for the Republican Party to agree to defund the diversity department in the Department of Defense. [00:11:49] Walk us through the story, Matt. [00:11:50] Sure. [00:11:51] So just last night, the House of Representatives got the National Defense Authorization Bill out of the Armed Services Committee, and a lot of good in that bill. [00:12:01] We get rid of critical race theory in the military. [00:12:03] We create a parents' Bill of Rights for the schooling and education system that exists within DOD. [00:12:10] We get rid of the chief diversity officer where it was a fountainhead of bad ideas. [00:12:16] But I think one of the more significant amendments was the amendment to say no dollars at all, period, under any circumstance for DEI initiatives in the military. [00:12:28] Unfortunately, two of my colleagues, Mike Turner, who's the chairman of the House Intelligence Committee, and General Don Bacon of Nebraska, joined with Democrats to vote against my amendment to completely defund DEI at the Department of Defense. [00:12:42] And so we'll try again on the floor. [00:12:44] But we need Republicans to understand how harmful these DEI initiatives become in their practice and in their implementation. [00:12:52] Oftentimes, it's explicitly racist and divisive and counter to American and military values. [00:12:58] But Matt, what is the argument? [00:13:00] I've known Don Bacon for a while. [00:13:01] He's way more moderate than I am. [00:13:03] But what is the argument here, privately or publicly? [00:13:06] What could possibly be the reason as to why we want to have LGBTQ DEI centers in the Department of Defense? [00:13:21] I think that there was some concern that the ability for the Department of Defense to kick out racists or people that were explicitly causing harm to the unit would be diminished. [00:13:32] I think that those concerns were not well-founded. [00:13:35] Of course, there are existing standards in the military that have existed since World War I, in many cases, even predating that. [00:13:42] Those standards wouldn't be changed, but we would see, I think, an ability with defunding this enterprise to really restore those American values and those military values. [00:13:54] And it is frustrating, though I have tremendous respect for Don Bacon and Mike Turner to see my colleagues join with Democrats to stand in the way of Republican efforts to get rid of this DEI. [00:14:05] Yeah, so I mean, I would just, I would love to have you go to Don Bacon privately and play him this tape here, Cut 92, bragging about all the gay poems that are happening on aircraft carriers, play cut 92. [00:14:18] The coolest thing I did on board was to be able to participate in a LGBTQ spoken word night, and I was able to read a poem that I wrote to the whole ship. [00:14:29] And that was probably the culmination of the whole deployment. [00:14:33] The whole deployment, everything our military is doing, the culmination was gay poems on aircraft carriers. [00:14:39] This is a PSA funded by your Department of Defense, your taxpayer dollars, PlayCut 93. === Cutting Off DEI Money (07:26) === [00:14:44] Hi, my name is Johnny, and I use he, him pronouns. [00:14:47] Using the right pronouns is a really simple way to affirm someone's identity. [00:14:51] It is a signal of acceptance and respect. [00:14:55] If it's a signal of acceptance and respect, how do we go about creating a safe space for everybody? [00:15:01] That's a good question. [00:15:02] A really good way to do that is to use inclusive language. [00:15:05] Instead of saying something like, hey, guys, you can say, hey, everyone. [00:15:10] Another way that we could show that we're allies and that we accept everybody is to maybe include our pronouns in our emails or, like we just did, introduce ourselves using our pronouns. [00:15:22] Matt, I'm confused. [00:15:25] What's going on here? [00:15:26] It's not Matt anymore, actually. [00:15:27] You can only refer to me now as brilliant and handsome. [00:15:30] Those are my pronouns. [00:15:31] So show some respect, Charlie. [00:15:33] But yeah, I mean, look, you would think that that would be something you would be watching published from the Chaz, but increasingly it's coming from our military bases. [00:15:41] I can say we got very good reforms in the NDAA to go after specifically the gender ideology because we had testimony where people from the Air Force were actually defending a system where we told Air Force cadets that they could not use the words mom and dad. [00:15:57] They had to use the word parent because mom and dad was too exclusionary. [00:16:01] So we did make progress there, but it's not just the structural changes to authorities. [00:16:07] Whether it's a corrupt FBI, whether it's a woke Department of Defense, what we have to start conditioning Republicans to is you have to cut off the money. [00:16:16] We've already seen the Biden administration color outside the lines when it comes to their legal authority. [00:16:21] So if you're just changing the laws, you often are participating in this mirage of reform because if you keep funding the enterprise, then the enterprise will exist nonetheless. [00:16:31] And those laws don't have their own fiat. [00:16:33] That's why these appropriations battles that are upcoming are so important. [00:16:36] That's why I strongly disagree with the decision to underwrite all of the debt for this growing and weaponized government over the next several years. [00:16:44] And if Republicans are to win with the leverage we have controlling one half of one-third of the government, we have to focus on that which is most significant. [00:16:54] And I would argue it's the money. [00:16:56] We do not have an opposition party in this country. [00:16:59] It seems as if they're okay with the Department of Defense becoming more and more like a college campus. [00:17:05] So, Matt, I want to talk about your cross-examination of John Durham. [00:17:09] For our audience that is not caught up to speed, please explain. [00:17:15] Yeah, when Bill Barr promised that we'd get to the bottom of the Russia hoax, he appoints this guy, John Durham. [00:17:22] And many of my Republican colleagues just kept saying, wait for Durham. [00:17:25] He's going to have this great series of indictments, and we're going to hold people like Brennan and Clapper and Obama and Biden and Susan Rice, all these people that launched the Russia hoax accountable. [00:17:34] And the reality is like five years later, we get a limp-wristed report that casts the FBI as a bunch of bumbling, incompetent people who just reinforce their own biases. [00:17:44] The reality is far different. [00:17:46] And this is where I disagree strongly with my Republican colleagues. [00:17:50] John Durham is not a guy exposing the crime of the century. [00:17:53] John Durham is the last step of the cover-up because he writes a report that doesn't get to the seminal issue. [00:18:00] We all know that the Russia hoax started when elements of Western intelligence and our government went and tried to gaslight George Papanopoulos, some low-level Trump staffer, into making statements that would predicate their using the national security apparatus against the Trump campaign. [00:18:17] So that was the whole deal. [00:18:18] And what Americans want to know is who gave the order? [00:18:21] Who was the person that set all this in motion? [00:18:23] And after five years and millions of dollars and losing two cases and having a plea deal with a guy who changed evidence before a secret court is already back practicing law, John Durham has been a failure. [00:18:36] And I believe that that's not a consequence of John Durham just getting it wrong and being incompetent. [00:18:41] I believe the whole purpose of his investigation is to put a bow around the Russia hoax without the shot collars being exposed or held to account. [00:18:50] And that is why I was so frustrated. [00:18:51] I'm confused why he didn't interview James Comey, Andrew McCabe. [00:18:57] We do know that he tried to indict Kevin Clark. [00:18:59] He wasn't trying to win, Charlie. [00:19:01] He wasn't trying to win. [00:19:02] Those are obvious things. [00:19:03] A first-year law student would know that you would go and execute grand jury process to get those witnesses before you and then to charge people like Andrew McPay Cabe who committed crimes and lied to the government. [00:19:15] But he wasn't trying to win. [00:19:16] They were just trying to put on enough of a show to keep everybody pacified. [00:19:22] And so do you think there's somebody behind him that was pressuring him or calling the shots? [00:19:29] I don't believe that Bill Barr actually wanted the Durham investigation to result in consequential indictments. [00:19:36] So in a lot of ways, I think Bill Barr has controlled opposition. [00:19:39] John Durham was a vestige of that. [00:19:43] Explain to me this, Charlie. [00:19:44] If you really wanted to get to the bottom of this, why would you not investigate why the Mueller team in synchronization all did a hard reset on their Apple phones to wipe all their communications? [00:19:55] Yep. [00:19:55] Like, who gave that order? [00:19:57] After five years and millions of dollars, is it unreasonable that we should know who gave that order? [00:20:02] But we don't, and it's because they're protecting the most corrupt features of this operation. [00:20:09] Is there any hope of justice at this point, Matt? [00:20:13] Yeah, justice would be Hillary Clinton having to be held to account. [00:20:18] Justice would be Brennan and Clapper, those who lied to Congress, actually facing prosecutions. [00:20:24] But the problem is, you've got the Department of Justice wearing the jersey of the other team, and they'd rather go do some sweetheart deal for Hunter Biden than deliver actual justice to people who are trying to destabilize the presidency, our elections, our democracy. [00:20:39] They call us the insurrectionists because we have questions about election integrity. [00:20:44] And yet, when they go run information operations against the American public for years, that's just viewed as their brand of patriotism. [00:20:54] Yeah, Matt, I mean, I'm not sure. [00:20:55] So cut the money off, Charlie. [00:20:56] We have to cut the money off. [00:20:57] But why is that going to happen? [00:20:59] Well, that's what I'm working to do every day. [00:21:01] Look, there are times you and I discuss it frequently where I'm in the minority of the majority here, but I hope that courage is contagious and that all of the work we have done to showcase this corruption, to expose how compromised the First Family is, to show that the FBI and the Department of Justice are actually working in concert with the crooks and criminals in the Biden crime family. [00:21:23] After all of that, if we go build the FBI some new $300 million headquarters, if we go and reauthorize spying authorities that get weaponized against our people, then we will get what we asked for. [00:21:36] And Republicans will not have fulfilled the commitment that we made to our voters when they gave us power. [00:21:41] And a lot of people are going to look at it and say, well, what's the point of electing Republicans anyway if they won't fight for me? [00:21:46] And so I'm in that fight. [00:21:48] And there are others who are too here. [00:21:50] And we're trying to grow our Legion each and every day. [00:21:53] Congressman Matt Gates, thank you so much. [00:21:55] Appreciate it. [00:21:56] Keep up the fight. [00:21:58] Thanks, brother. [00:22:02] Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here. [00:22:03] Some of these hacks you see online are frankly ridiculous. [00:22:06] So-called shortcuts that are more complicated than the problem that they're trying to solve. === Rejecting Pagan Earth Worship (06:27) === [00:22:10] But here's a life hack secret that I have found, and I am living proof that it works. [00:22:14] It's Balance of Nature. [00:22:15] I never dreamed how busy my life would become running across the country, fighting the left, defending freedom, doing three shows a day. [00:22:22] And the most important things I value in my life, my wife, my daughter, my church, my family. [00:23:12] Growing up, I loved going to national parks. [00:23:14] I still do love going to national parks. [00:23:17] And I think it's really beautiful that we say that you're not allowed to develop condominiums or amusement parks in some of the most objectively beautiful parts of America, whether it be Yosemite, Bryce Canyon, [00:23:32] which I think is one of the most underrated national parks, Zion National Park, Grand Canyon, which I love here broadcasting live from the Grand Canyon state, Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, Arcadia National Park, all the way out in Maine. [00:23:47] America has been blessed with some of the most extraordinary natural beauty. [00:23:54] Olympic National Park that's in Washington, I believe. [00:23:56] I've actually never been there. [00:23:57] Alaska alone is just, I think Alaska is the most beautiful natural state. [00:24:03] I'm going to get some hate mail for that, but I will defend it. [00:24:05] And I'm not saying other states are ugly. [00:24:06] I'm just saying, Montana is beautiful. [00:24:08] Wyoming is beautiful. [00:24:09] Idaho is beautiful, but boy, I'll tell you, Alaska is unbelievable. [00:24:14] Those of you who have not been to Alaska, it has a special place in my heart. [00:24:18] Now, in the Bible, it tells us what our relationship with nature should be: is that we do not worship nature. [00:24:31] We understand that God created nature for our benefit, to take dominion over nature. [00:24:36] God has certain characteristics: God is moral, personal, and holy. [00:24:43] Nature is none of those things. [00:24:46] Nature is chaotic, it's cruel, it's brutish, it's confusing. [00:24:51] There is no morality that you derive when you go into the woods. [00:24:55] You actually see the lack of morality usually. [00:24:58] It's not personal, and it certainly is not holy in and of itself. [00:25:03] That's pagan earth worship stuff. [00:25:06] And in a clip that seems to combine several of these kinds of moral themes, including an even more simple observation, just goes to show why your government is so out of alignment with your values. [00:25:22] So, this is a piece of tape here that shows a pride event that happened in Yosemite National Park. [00:25:27] Now, for those that know about Yosemite, I've actually never been to Yosemite National Park, El Capitan, one of the most beautiful places in America, from what I understand, pictures and videos. [00:25:35] Been to a lot of national parks, haven't been to that one. [00:25:37] Yet, it's incredible. [00:25:41] This is just the employees of Yosemite National Park. [00:25:45] This is not the visitors. [00:25:49] This is not like they opened it up to like, hey, everyone in, I think the closest big airport is Fresno. [00:25:54] Everyone in Fresno, come on by. [00:25:58] No, this is just the employees. [00:25:59] Wait till you see this clip here. [00:26:01] This goes to show the alphabet mafia takeover of our government. [00:26:07] Play cut two. [00:26:09] Hello, in case you didn't know, gay people are literally taking over the national park system. [00:26:14] I just hope they're pride in Yosemite for the third year in a row. [00:26:18] But this isn't a pride for visitors to the valley. [00:26:20] This is a pride for the park employees, of which, as you can see, there are literal hundreds of queer Yosemite employees. [00:26:28] No planet, no pride. [00:26:30] Mother Nature is a lesbian. [00:26:31] Goodbye. [00:26:34] That might sound nuts, but that neurotic freak who just said that is actually right. [00:26:43] Mother nature does not have morality. [00:26:47] Yeah, mother nature might be queer, lesbian, gay, whatever. [00:26:51] That is exactly what the Bible argues, believe it or not. [00:26:55] That left in the state of nature without a belief in a monotheistic God who is moral, personal, and holy, who gives you a law to live by, then yes, you're going to be in moral chaos. [00:27:09] A God of order. [00:27:10] Nature is not ordered in a way that is moral. [00:27:14] As Thomas Jefferson wrote in the Declaration of Independence, the laws of nature and nature is God, not just nature itself. [00:27:23] Nature is cruel and chaotic. [00:27:26] And in nature, yes, you could justify putting pleasure first. [00:27:30] Look at Mother Nature is a lesbian. [00:27:32] That's their words, not mine. [00:27:36] But contrast Mother Nature versus Father God or God the Father. [00:27:43] God the Father loves you enough to tell you what you ought to do and not to do. [00:27:47] Mother Nature, just in the words of the queer activist, do whatever you want to do. [00:27:52] Man did what was ever, what was right in his own eyes. [00:27:55] Every one of the predominant viewpoints when the Bible was written, when the Torah was composed, was Mother Nature Earth Worship. [00:28:03] In the Indus River Valley, in Mesopotamia, in the Nile River, the Bible was written as a refutation. [00:28:09] It waged war on earth-worshiping polytheism. [00:28:13] And now we are back in your national park with the very same wicked theology the Bible did its best to try to refute. [00:28:24] Thanks so much for listening.
