The Charlie Kirk Show - Stopping the 2024 Coup with Rep. Jim Jordan Aired: 2023-05-19 Duration: 35:13 === The Active 2024 Coup (13:03) === [00:00:00] Hey, everybody, today in the Charlie Kirk Show, the active 2024 coup. [00:00:05] If you notice, you listen to our program, we talk about all the different coups that have been launched from Tony Blinken and the 50 Intel officials to the collusion with Twitter, Facebook, the direct interference with Zuckerbucks and Zuckerboxes. [00:00:20] But what are they planning for the next election? [00:00:23] And are we going to be taken by surprise? [00:00:24] No, we shouldn't be. [00:00:26] We need active measures, moves and countermoves. [00:00:29] And I want your theories. [00:00:31] What is the conspiracy they are thinking of launching for 2024? [00:01:17] Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks. [00:01:21] I want to thank Charlie. [00:01:22] He's an incredible guy. [00:01:23] His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created. [00:01:30] Turning point USA. [00:01:31] We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. [00:01:40] That's why we are here. [00:01:43] Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com. [00:01:52] Reports are showing that Ron DeSantis is going to announce for president. [00:01:55] Any day now, Tim Scott and Chris Christie. [00:01:59] What is the constituency for Chris Christie? [00:02:02] And maybe even the governor of North Dakota, Doug Burnham, Bergham, Bill Gates' buddy, might run for president. [00:02:10] So you got all sorts of chatter here. [00:02:13] And we're going to talk about the horse race, obviously. [00:02:16] We have and we will talk about this candidate versus that candidate. [00:02:21] But let's recap the week. [00:02:23] We got a 300-page report from John Durham that showed that there was a seditious conspiracy put forward by James Comey, Peter Strzokstroke Smirk, Andy McCabe, Bruce and Nellior. [00:02:36] We've also learned with the FBI whistleblowers, which is one of the most powerful congressional hearings that I've seen in quite some time. [00:02:43] The FBI is operating as a Democrat super PAC with subpoena power and weapons to come after political dissidents they don't like, to go knock on the doors and raid, put people in handcuffs, operating like the Democrat Party's secret police. [00:03:00] We've also learned in the last couple weeks more about the FBI's involvement with social media companies. [00:03:06] We learned a couple months ago, thanks to Elon Musk, about the active measures that were put forward of the standing meeting they had with Yoel Roth. [00:03:15] We've learned, remember when Mark Zuckerberg said he was approached by the FBI, saying that there's going to be Russian disinformation? [00:03:22] We've learned in the last couple of weeks that Tony Blinken was the architect of the fraudulent Hunter Biden laptop cover-up, that John Brennan thought it was a good effort, even though there was zero evidence to support it. [00:03:36] So we have all this information and it's so unbelievably obvious, yet I have not heard a single commentator talk about the most important distillation of all these different data points. [00:03:48] And it's not about Tim Scott or Chris Christie, which is laughable and we could, and we might talk about it. [00:03:53] No, no, no, no. [00:03:53] It's so obvious. [00:03:54] It's right in front of us. [00:03:56] They're going to do it again. [00:03:58] And by it, we don't know. [00:03:59] And we're going to explore that together. [00:04:00] And I want you to email me, freedom at charliekirk.com. [00:04:04] What is the it this time? [00:04:06] Right now, I guarantee you, there is a whiteboard in Aspen, Colorado, or in Reston, Virginia, in some Democrat strategist office in some big Democrat donor's home where they are war gaming this thing out. [00:04:21] You see, the Democrats, they have demonstrated repeated extra-constitutional efforts to interfere with elections, the consent of the governed, the will of the people, and they want to implement their figurehead. [00:04:34] They don't want elections to operate fairly. [00:04:37] They're going to lose. [00:04:38] They know that. [00:04:39] They know that the country is a center-right country, so they got to play games. [00:04:43] They got to suppress stories, smear slander. [00:04:46] They have to launch counterintelligence operations against candidates. [00:04:50] And so it's worth talking about what happened in 16. [00:04:53] It's worth talking about what happened in 20. [00:04:56] Remember, 16 was a failed coup and operation. [00:04:59] The fact that Trump was able to win is still creating deep-seated resentment. [00:05:05] But the most obvious thing is they're going to do it now. [00:05:08] In fact, they are in their war gaming posture right now. [00:05:13] They're trying to figure out: okay, is it more mail and ballots? [00:05:16] Is it suppressing these stories? [00:05:17] Is it trying to work with this tech company? [00:05:20] Is it AI? [00:05:21] Is it artificial intelligence? [00:05:22] Now, Donald Trump is coming out and he's saying, if I'm elected, I'm going to purge the intel agencies. [00:05:29] Well, let's just go back to Chuck Hugh Schumer. [00:05:30] Chuck Hugh Schumer, you need to be reminded of this. [00:05:33] If Donald Trump is running on a Drain the Swamp 2.0, a revenge campaign against the Intel agencies, you think the CIA and the FBI and the DHS are just going to take it? [00:05:44] They're going to interfere even more in the 2024 election. [00:05:48] Play Cut 88. [00:05:49] Take on the intelligence community. [00:05:51] They have six ways from Sunday at getting back at you. [00:05:54] So even for a practical, supposedly hard-nosed businessman, he's being really dumb to do this. [00:06:00] What do you think the intelligence community would do if they were moving? [00:06:03] I don't know, but from what I am told, they are very upset with how he has treated them and talked about them. [00:06:10] Oh, they're very upset. [00:06:12] The FBI is now a surveillance agency. [00:06:14] It's not a law enforcement agency. [00:06:16] Same with the CIA, Department of Homeland Security, all these clandestine organizations, both their nonprofit partners, their activist groups, and their billionaire donors. [00:06:24] There is an active 2024 coup happening right now. [00:06:28] And who's talking about it? [00:06:30] Oh, no, we're supposed to talk about Ron DeSantis v. Trump and Tim Scott and Chris Christie and Glenn Young might run and the North Dakota governor might run. [00:06:38] And where is Nikki Haley? [00:06:39] Enough. [00:06:40] That's fine. [00:06:41] The horse race is interesting. [00:06:42] We could talk about it. [00:06:44] You might be able to learn things ideologically and philosophically about where the party is going. [00:06:48] But the more important thing is, what are they planning and what are we doing to stop it? [00:06:52] And the answer is nothing. [00:06:54] Okay, we got some whistleblowers. [00:06:55] That's important. [00:06:56] We're going to highlight them. [00:06:58] But they're going to be moving at a rapid pace to interfere with and change the 2024 election. [00:07:04] Is it going to be a new COVID variant, more lockdowns, a pandemic 2.0? [00:07:09] Now, Twitter being liberated under Elon Musk's control takes one of their partners, one of the allies of the Intel agencies off the table. [00:07:16] That's a positive thing. [00:07:18] You see, if we go back to 2020, the equation was lock down the country, keep people in fear, put the COVID deaths on television nonstop, have Floyd Apalooza burn down the country, demoralize the base, get people, almost create a pressure release valve election, mass mail and ballots. [00:07:35] And then the Hunter Biden laptop was the story that was not supposed to happen, but they suppressed it through the fake letter of the 50 intel agencies. [00:07:43] They worked with the social media companies because they prepped them and primed them. [00:07:47] And now we know that this was wargamed at the Aspen Institute. [00:07:53] They're wargaming again. [00:07:54] You think the intel agencies and the Democrats are just going to sit on the sidelines of a Trump 2.0 movement? [00:08:01] So what is it? [00:08:02] What is the coup going to be in 2024? [00:08:06] Allow me to speculate, and I'd love your thoughts. [00:08:09] Number one, I think Donald Trump is going to be facing multiple indictments in different jurisdictions for many different things. [00:08:17] You look at the timing of the Alvin Bragg case. [00:08:21] It is timed to a T for election interference. [00:08:24] The fact that they have punted the hearings all the way to December, they want Donald Trump to have to face active trial in the summer of 2024. [00:08:35] They want Donald Trump to have to be in the courtroom to be able to call him a felon by the time ballots drop. [00:08:42] You think Fannie Willis in Georgia is just going to back off? [00:08:47] I think we should anticipate very heavy charges, of course, all nonsensical, coming after Donald Trump in this summer. [00:08:54] What about Jack Smith at DOJ? [00:08:57] You see, they can't keep on using the same playbook. [00:09:00] They will use mass mail and ballot signature verification. [00:09:02] They're going to try to administer an unconstitutional election. [00:09:05] They're going to have their ballot chasers and their mules. [00:09:07] They're going to outspend us on TV. [00:09:09] You see, elections are no longer about how the people feel. [00:09:12] Elections are a game that the regime interferes with and changes the components, changes the inputs, and changes the formula. [00:09:22] They're wargaming it right now. [00:09:24] And while conservative media says, oh, look how unpopular Joe Biden is and he can't even walk downstairs, all that is fine and it's proper, but no, no, no, no. [00:09:33] Let's identify the coup before it happens and then ask, is there anything we can do about it? [00:09:41] They are laying the groundwork for electoral college shenanigans. [00:09:46] Remember the 2020 story? [00:09:51] The shadow campaign that saved the 2020 election? [00:09:55] They're planning a shadow campaign right now. [00:09:58] They're planning a subterranean effort right now. [00:10:01] And if we're able to spot it ahead of time and expose it, it might preempt their unconstitutional, probably illegal effort to interfere with the 2024 election. [00:10:12] But this is priority number one. [00:10:14] This matters a lot more than Chris Christie running for the presidency. [00:10:18] That's uninteresting. [00:10:19] That's boring to me. [00:10:20] I do not want to all of a sudden have the 2024 election not go our way. [00:10:25] And then six years later, we have a Durham Report 2.0 and we say, wow, wow, that was really bad. [00:10:33] Christopher Wray launched a counterintelligence investigation and Jack Smith authorized on little evidence and the Democrats will laugh and they'll say, but we got power and you didn't. [00:10:45] This is very important. [00:10:46] I want your theories. [00:10:46] Freedom at CharlieKirk.com. [00:10:48] What does the seditious conspiracy of 2024 look like? [00:10:52] What is the active coup? [00:10:53] The sooner we can identify and spot it, we might be able to stop it. [00:11:00] This is Charlie Kirk, and we're saving babies at Pre-Born. [00:11:03] What are you doing today? [00:11:04] When you introduce a girl to her baby by providing an ultrasound, you're giving her the truth at the most important time in her life. [00:11:10] And more than 85% of the time, when she sees the baby and hears that baby's heartbeat, she will choose life. [00:11:16] And what better time than to do it than May, the month we celebrate motherhood? [00:11:20] $140 gives just five mothers a free ultrasound and saves babies. [00:11:24] $280 can save 10 babies. [00:11:26] And just $28 a month can save a baby a month for less than $1 a day. [00:11:30] And a $15,000 gift will provide an ultrasound machine that will save lives for years to come. [00:11:34] Whether you want to save one baby or five or hundreds, that opportunity to phone call or click away. [00:11:39] Maybe this month you could provide ultrasounds in honor of your mom. [00:11:42] Check it out. [00:11:43] Pre-born is wonderful. [00:11:44] Go to preborn.org slash Kirk. [00:11:46] I am a donor and you should be as well. [00:11:48] Call 833-850-BABY. [00:11:50] That's 833-850-2229 or go to preborn.org/slash Kirk. [00:11:56] Great organization, preborn.org slash Kirk. [00:12:02] Looking backwards can be helpful, but it's not everything. [00:12:05] This is currently happening. [00:12:07] They're having these conversations. [00:12:10] They're seeing how unpopular the regime is. [00:12:12] They're seeing a new coalition be built of moms and dads and parents and pushing back against the perverts party. [00:12:20] They see the border wide open. [00:12:22] By they, they're worried. [00:12:24] The regime is worried. [00:12:25] The people want to hold on to power are worried. [00:12:27] And so if Donald Trump ends up being the nominee, which it looks like, they're going to have a playbook ready for him. [00:12:32] They're going to have a blueprint ready for him, tailored right for him. [00:12:36] And one of the ways they're the working theory is multiple indictments so that they just weigh him down. [00:12:43] They make his candidacy heavy. [00:12:45] They weigh him down legally. [00:12:47] They weigh him down reputationally. [00:12:49] But you better believe they're going to try to go after Elon Musk, too. [00:12:52] My other working theory is that Elon is going to be target of criminal investigations, civil lawsuits. [00:12:58] They're going to try to weigh down Elon and Twitter to try to get him into a place of compliance. === Weighing Down Musk's Candidacy (03:47) === [00:13:03] See, we have to war game this stuff out. [00:13:05] And, you know, we had a great email here from a really terrific listener from Chicago. [00:13:11] And he wrote, he said, Charlie, so what's the RNC's war game? [00:13:14] I said, what? [00:13:16] You think they war game? [00:13:18] You think that there's a plan? [00:13:20] I could say this by being in for a decade. [00:13:22] There is no plan. [00:13:23] There's hope. [00:13:25] Oh, I hope people show up. [00:13:26] Let's go knock on a bunch of doors maybe and run some ads. [00:13:29] No, the Democrats are down with precision. [00:13:34] The Democrats operate in precision politics. [00:13:38] We operate in abstractions. [00:13:42] Well, our message is going to get it. [00:13:43] You know, see, machine politics has precision to it. [00:13:49] It's like a sniper rifle. [00:13:50] We're going to hit this. [00:13:51] We're going to hit that. [00:13:53] We're like a frisbee. [00:13:54] Oh, I have no idea where it's going to go. [00:13:57] Wow, that was interesting. [00:14:00] I can't believe we won. [00:14:02] The Democrats don't waste their time with throwing a frisbee around. [00:14:06] No, no, no, no. [00:14:07] They're far too focused because for them, this is everything. [00:14:11] For us, politics is kind of this inconvenient stumbling block. [00:14:15] We'd rather get involved in our churches and our families and build businesses. [00:14:18] For Democrats, this is their livelihood. [00:14:20] This is their identity. [00:14:22] This is their meaning. [00:14:24] This is their teleological purpose for existence. [00:14:27] This is everything. [00:14:28] For us, it's like, oh, boy, we got to get together and convince people to give money. [00:14:31] Democrats are enthusiastic to give money to politics. [00:14:34] For them, it's like tithing for a water project in sub-Saharan Africa. [00:14:38] For them, it's like sending missionaries to Sri Lanka. [00:14:40] They get excited. [00:14:42] There's this lust for power. [00:14:44] There's this religious and evangelical zeal Democrats have for politics because they live very empty and meaningless lives, but politics gives them meaning. [00:14:54] It's their why. [00:14:55] Our why as conservatives and freedom lovers are, you know, my why is to raise good kids and to get more people to love the Lord. [00:15:02] My why is to convince people to love the country, to educate. [00:15:06] For us, politics, we just kind of shrug our shoulders. [00:15:09] We're like, oh boy, here we go. [00:15:11] And I get it, by the way, because it's messy and it's divisive. [00:15:14] It's all these different things, but it is totally necessary. [00:15:16] Democrats have a different attitude. [00:15:18] For them, politics is a blood sport of meaning. [00:15:23] They get excited. [00:15:24] They get joyous. [00:15:25] It fills their existential void, at least temporarily. [00:15:30] And then they have to do it again and they have to do it again. [00:15:31] They have to do it again. [00:15:32] And realize by the time they're 78 or 82 years old, like Joe Biden, he looks around and he says, is this all there is? [00:15:39] And that's why Joe Biden is a very bitter man because he's dedicated his whole life to just one more election and one more crony contract and one more cover-up. [00:15:48] It's no different than an alcoholic. [00:15:51] No different. [00:15:52] Same sort of addictive behavior you see with alcohol, alcoholics, or drug addicts. [00:15:56] Just one more dopamine hit. [00:15:57] Just one more election. [00:15:58] Just one more. [00:15:59] And by the time you get to the top of the ladder, you have no soul. [00:16:02] You're a broken person. [00:16:03] And that is Joe Biden. [00:16:04] Joe Biden has a soul, but his soul has been unbelievably suppressed, in my personal opinion, through decades of immoral, deceitful, and treacherous behavior. [00:16:13] He's a shell of a man. [00:16:15] So what are they doing now? [00:16:17] Republicans are not wargaming. [00:16:18] I have tried time and time again to try to bring and convene people together. [00:16:22] I was sitting with some very, very powerful donors, and I said, well, what's the plan? [00:16:25] They said, well, the plan needs to be to make sure we draft good candidates and that we get our messaging right. [00:16:32] I said, you guys still think this is the 1996 election. [00:16:36] You still think this is the majority that Newt Gingrich was able to win when people voted on issues. [00:16:42] This is about the plumbing of elections, the machinery. [00:16:44] This is about the DOJ coming in at a last-minute surprise. [00:16:48] This is about the FBI spying on political dissidents. === Republicans Wargaming the Plan (17:29) === [00:16:51] This is about crossfire hurricane and social media suppression. [00:16:53] This is about what if they do another COVID, another lockdown? [00:16:57] What if they do more mask mandates and school closures? [00:17:00] That's the way we have to be thinking. [00:17:02] Not just about, well, we need to get more independents in Fulton County to be worried about inflation. [00:17:09] Yeah, yeah, that stuff matters. [00:17:10] You know what matters more in my estimation and your opinion? [00:17:14] What is the active coup that they are planning? [00:17:17] And I do not hear that kind of introspection or chatter on the American right. [00:17:21] Instead, it's, wow, look, Tim Scott's running. [00:17:24] Whatever. [00:17:26] Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here. [00:17:28] Are you tired of feeling burnt out and struggling to stay productive throughout the day? [00:17:32] Does brain fog and short-term memory loss keep you from functioning at your best? [00:17:35] Well, I did too. [00:17:36] And then I was introduced to Strong Cell, more specifically, NADH. [00:18:29] Joining us now is Congressman Jim Jordan, who's been doing an excellent job, a superb job, a courageous job in exposing the treachery of the Federal Bureau of Investigation. [00:18:39] Congressman, thank you for making time chair of the House Judiciary Committee. [00:18:42] Congressman, can you just give us a Spark Notes version, a summary of what we have learned in the committee hearing, especially yesterday? [00:18:50] Great whistleblowers have come forward, told us about things like the school board memorandum where they were treating moms and dads as if they were domestic terrorists, come forward and talk to us about pro-lifers praying at a clinic who've been targeted. [00:19:04] And of course, the Catholic memo, the radical traditional Catholic, if you're a pro-life, pro-Family Catholic, they define you as radical. [00:19:10] They're trying to put sources inside the church. [00:19:11] So they come forward, tell us those kind of things that are going on that are wrong. [00:19:16] And because they were brave enough to stick to the Constitution, uphold their oath, abide by their conscience, frankly, they get harassed, they get intimidated, they get retaliated against. [00:19:28] It's like they're trying to be crushed by the FBI, and yet they're brave enough to come forward and tell their story yesterday. [00:19:34] So that was the real takeaway. [00:19:37] You tell the truth, the FBI comes after you. [00:19:39] But God bless these guys for coming forward and sharing it with us, the valuable information that they have. [00:19:44] Yeah, so what is some of that information? [00:19:46] I mean, for example, we had Stephen Freed on the program where he was talking about the intimidation. [00:19:52] I mean, one of the most powerful testimonies was one of the patriots that testified said that the FBI tricked him into moving across the country and selling their house and then left them out in the cold. [00:20:04] I mean, the cruelty here, Congressman, is remarkable. [00:20:07] Garrett O'Boyle, six years in serving our country, 101st airborne, decorated for his service to our country. [00:20:16] Then, as a police officer, then joins the FBI. [00:20:18] He's in the Kansas office. [00:20:19] He is Kansas City office. [00:20:21] He is selected for a new unit they're standing up because of his good work. [00:20:26] And because he shared information about those subjects I just mentioned, they suspend his clearance. [00:20:33] And when you get your clearance suspended in the FBI, you can't get paid. [00:20:37] It is in fact just taking away your health care. [00:20:41] So they did that, but they waited to do that. [00:20:44] The day he arrives, his stuff has been moved from Kansas to Quantico, Virginia. [00:20:48] The day he arrives, that day, they tell him your clearance has been suspended. [00:20:53] You will not be getting pay. [00:20:54] You will not be having health insurance. [00:20:56] And he's got a family, four children. [00:20:58] One of his children was two weeks old, newborn, can't get their clothes, can't get their winter coats. [00:21:03] I mean, that's what they did to this guy. [00:21:05] And he's a tough guy, as you would expect. [00:21:07] Yeah, he's a total tough guy. [00:21:09] The emotion he displayed when he related that story, I think, is the emotion any dad, any father, any husband would display when that happens to you. [00:21:17] Has the FBI signaled to you in any way, either through subtle threats, intimidation, or through back channeling, that this sort of these hearings are bothering them or is part of a kind of a pattern of humiliation of their pattern of behavior? [00:21:31] Have they tried to remedy some of them? [00:21:33] Is there any sort of inside baseball you can give us, or has your staff been reached out to, or has it just been stone-cold silence? [00:21:38] Well, you know, they released a letter the night before, which we expected saying, here's why we did it. [00:21:43] I mean, they actually questioned each of these three individuals who served in our military. [00:21:48] They questioned their allegiance to our country. [00:21:50] You're like, are you kidding me? [00:21:52] So we knew that letter was coming out. [00:21:54] They did admit when we interviewed someone else with the FBI who signed off on these security clearance revocations. [00:22:00] When we interviewed them, they said one of the things they did to Mr. Friend was just wrong. [00:22:04] They wouldn't give him access to his firearms training records. [00:22:07] And, you know, you're trying to get some kind of employment in the security field. [00:22:13] You need access to those records. [00:22:14] And they were denying that even to Mr. Friend, who's now left the FBI because he said, I can't stay in this limbo forever. [00:22:19] He just has left. [00:22:21] But they denied him his records. [00:22:22] And the FBI admitted that that was wrong. [00:22:24] It shouldn't have happened. [00:22:24] Of course, they said it was a mistake. [00:22:26] But so there's some there, but we think this retaliation has been designed to chill anyone else from coming forward because we've had now over two dozen come talk to us. [00:22:39] We've talked to all of them. [00:22:40] We've interviewed several of them, and the three yesterday were willing to come forward and testify in a public hearing. [00:22:45] Yeah, and so this is just the beginning of hopefully a pattern of exposure of the FBI. [00:22:52] And we've also learned, I want to play a piece of tape here, which I think is really important. [00:22:57] Well, we learned from one of the whistleblowers that the FBI, as you mentioned, is using the security clearances to keep them from getting other jobs. [00:23:08] I just want to make sure I have my facts right, Congressman. [00:23:10] Is it true that Andy McCabe still has a security clearance and is getting a pension? [00:23:13] Is that right? [00:23:15] I'm not sure on the security clearance. [00:23:17] I say that's probably accurate, but on the pension, yes, he is. [00:23:20] It's just amazing. [00:23:21] So, I mean, if anyone is a seditious conspiracist, it's Andy McCabe. [00:23:26] Let's play Cut 87, please. [00:23:28] This has been a trying circumstance for me and my family. [00:23:32] It has been more than a year since the FBI took my paycheck from me, and we're getting financially crushed. [00:23:38] My family and I have been surviving on early withdrawals from our retirement accounts, while the FBI has ignored my request for approval to obtain outside employment during the review of my security clearance. [00:23:50] We have lost our federal health insurance coverage. [00:23:52] There's apparently no end in sight. [00:23:54] I'm hopeful scrutiny from Congress and from the Inspector General will deter the FBI from abusing the security clearance process to retaliate against others the way it's retaliated against me. [00:24:04] And Congressman, we learned that the FBI has almost a bonus structure for getting domestic violent extremists. [00:24:13] There's a supply and demand issue with white supremacy. [00:24:16] Explain. [00:24:17] Yeah, they get there's certain metrics that they're pushed to hit. [00:24:21] The way they catalog cases, Mr. O'Boyle pointed out that he had a case where it was like they were dealing with some militia group. [00:24:27] He said it's kind of like you're dealing with a gang. [00:24:29] And he said that should that's typically defined as one case you're working on. [00:24:33] But because there were four individuals involved, it was no, no, we want you to make that four cases because we want to push up these numbers, these domestic violent extremism numbers. [00:24:42] And this is the same issue in the Catholic memo, domestic violent extremists. [00:24:47] If you attend mass and you're pro-life and you're pro-family, oh, then you're a radical traditional Catholic, and that way we can link you in with domestic. [00:24:54] It's that insidious. [00:24:56] It's that wrong. [00:24:59] And Charlie, the guy, Marcus Allen, who you played that clip, 450 days that he has been without pay, 450 days he's been held in limbo with the security clearance issue, no health insurance, as he pointed out. [00:25:11] 20 years he is held a security clearance until the FBI took it from him. [00:25:16] He served our country two tours in Iraq. [00:25:18] This guy is a good man, and yet that is what is happening to him because he did his job. [00:25:23] His job as an analyst was to compile information and get that to the case agents working some case. [00:25:28] And it was to compile information on all sides of the issue. [00:25:31] And because he forwarded along some information that was somewhat maybe interpreted as critical of how the FBI and our Justice Department was handling certain cases around certain January 6th cases, they suspend his clearance, for goodness sake. [00:25:46] That is how wrong it is. [00:25:47] You said here at the beginning, I want to play this piece of tape here. [00:25:50] Get ready. [00:25:50] The Democrats are going to come after you. [00:25:52] I want to ask you a question about this, but let's play the clip first. [00:25:54] Play Cut 101, please. [00:25:56] We've talked to over two dozen whistleblowers. [00:25:58] People have come to us. [00:25:59] We've interviewed several of those. [00:26:01] And today, three of them. [00:26:02] Three of those brave whistleblowers. [00:26:04] And the lawyer who represents them will tell us their story. [00:26:08] They will tell us what happened, what they saw, and then what happened to them because they were courageous enough to report it to Congress. [00:26:16] I just want to tell you guys, get ready. [00:26:20] Get ready because these guys are going to come after you. [00:26:22] And by the way, they're already trialballing this Congressman. [00:26:25] I'll play one more tape here, Cut 95, Nicole Wallace basically saying these people are guilty of insubordination. [00:26:30] Play Cut 95, then I would like your reaction. [00:26:32] Play Cut 95. [00:26:33] Harry, what does it say that Republicans are trying to misappropriate the whistleblower term? [00:26:39] I mean, there's always a more sinister motive. [00:26:42] And they are standing by people who are, at a minimum, and again, it's not in dispute, guilty of insubordination of refusing to carry out a court-approved search. [00:26:52] Congressman, your reaction. [00:26:54] These are the same people who said it was fine to have an anonymous whistleblower as the basis for impeaching a president of the United States elected by we the people. [00:27:01] I mean, you got to be kidding me. [00:27:04] These guys have, the law is clear. [00:27:06] When you make a disclosure to Congress, you are a whistleblower. [00:27:10] You have certain protections and you are not to be retaliated against. [00:27:14] These guys have been. [00:27:16] And their testimony yesterday was other people are nervous about coming forward when they see wrongdoing because of how they've been treated. [00:27:24] And frankly, that's the point. [00:27:26] That's the chilling impact we're seeing from government. [00:27:28] Whether it's you speaking out as an American exercise your First Amendment free speech rights and you're nervous about will the cancel culture mob come after me? [00:27:36] Will big tech censor me or someone in the government, an employee in the government who's brave enough to say, this is wrong, what I see. [00:27:43] I'm going to go report this to Congress. [00:27:44] But understand what these guys did first. [00:27:46] They went up their chain of command. [00:27:47] They first told their supervisors like they were supposed to do. [00:27:50] They followed the handbook and then they followed the law when they came to us as whistleblowers. [00:27:54] And for people on the Democrat side and people in the press to say they're not, they're just wrong. [00:27:59] And so you say get ready because the Democrats are going to come after you. [00:28:03] I mean, I believe what they're trying to do is chill whistleblowers. [00:28:06] I mean, aren't there whistleblower protections? [00:28:10] And if you are a whistleblower, I thought that your pension and your pay are supposed to be protected. [00:28:15] I thought that was federal law. [00:28:16] Does the FBI find a way to get around it saying, oh, no, no, we can pull them out because they're quasi-insubordinate? [00:28:23] Very good question, Charlie. [00:28:24] It's different for the law enforcement intel component of the government. [00:28:28] Most other agencies, what you just described would be accurate, but not for these guys. [00:28:31] It may be something we have to look at in the law of the change for someone making protective whistleblower status that you can't do this to them as, again, as retaliation. [00:28:41] Yeah, and I mean, so, for example, so does the IRS count as a law enforcement? [00:28:46] I'm curious because there seems to be a lot of reshuffling and people being moved and whistleblowers. [00:28:52] So is that a law enforcement? [00:28:54] No, I don't think they're in the same category. [00:28:56] And of course, it's interesting. [00:28:57] Mr. Levitt, who testified yesterday, who represents some of these whistleblowers, also represents the guy at the IRS who's come forward. [00:29:04] And he sent us a letter earlier in the week. [00:29:05] It's funny what all happened this week. [00:29:06] The same week we learned from Durham that what they did to President Trump was no probable cause, no evidence whatsoever, no proper predicate, and they did it. [00:29:15] The same week we learned that is the week we have this letter from Mr. Levitt about the IRS whistleblower. [00:29:20] And we just happen to have these guys scheduled to come in and testify at a hearing where they tell us what's going on. [00:29:24] It just shows how serious this is in our Justice Department and why our oversight work is so darn important. [00:29:31] I mean, I hope that this starts a movement of more whistleblowers and more exposure of their deeds of darkness. [00:29:37] Congressman, thank you for your courage and your leadership. [00:29:39] You bet. [00:29:40] You're welcome back anytime. [00:29:41] Thanks so much. [00:29:41] Thanks, Ari. [00:29:42] Thanks for all you do. [00:29:43] Take care. [00:29:46] Governor Ron DeSantis, who's objectively a fabulous governor, he's done a wonderful job in Florida, and I love that he's going after Disney. [00:29:52] I'm a big fan of it. [00:29:53] But I disagree with part of this. [00:29:56] Let's listen to this, Cut 99. [00:29:57] It's Fox reporting that DeSantis has basically confirmed he's running for the presidency. [00:30:03] But he's talking about, well, Trump has insurmountable poll numbers in Battleground States. [00:30:08] Governor DeSantis, here's my message to you. [00:30:10] They're going to try to take you out the same way as Trump. [00:30:13] The extra-constitutional coup, the subterranean games, the crossfire hurricane, they're just going to do it to you. [00:30:21] We have to talk about not just the Durham stuff, talk about the entire ecosystem of unconstitutional, non-democratic means that they are able to interfere with and take out any candidate of their liking. [00:30:34] Play cut 99, please. [00:30:35] Ron DeSantis, the governor raising eyebrows today, the Florida governor, all but confirming he's running for president. [00:30:42] So the New York Times reported that DeSantis made the comments on a call with donors, giving them a candid assessment on the state of the race. [00:30:48] So here is what he said, quote, you have basically three people at this point that are credible in this whole thing. [00:30:55] Biden, Trump, and me. [00:30:57] And I think of those three, two have a chance to get elected president, Biden and me, based on all the data in the swing states, which is not great for the former president and probably insurmountable because people aren't going to change their view of him. [00:31:11] That's not what this election is going to be about. [00:31:13] It's not going to be about just individual popularity. [00:31:15] It is correct. [00:31:16] Governor DeSantis is right. [00:31:17] There's a bunch of people that hate Trump. [00:31:20] Simultaneously, Donald Trump is able to get turnout in certain counties and certain areas, unlike anything we've seen any Republican candidate ever in the history of politics. [00:31:29] So both are simultaneously true. [00:31:31] And we're getting a lot of emails. [00:31:33] Someone said, hey, Charlie, does the RNC listen to you about this? [00:31:36] No, they don't. [00:31:37] It's very simple, though. [00:31:38] If you're about to enter into a game, a scenario where you know they cheated in 16 and they were unsuccessful, Crossfire Hurricane. [00:31:46] Again, the fact that Trump was able to defeat Hillary Clinton is remarkable. [00:31:49] And Hillary Clinton took it easy. [00:31:51] You got to wonder if Hillary Clinton would have done the same clandestine games that they did in 20. [00:31:56] Would Donald Trump have been president? [00:31:57] I don't know. [00:31:58] That's a really good question. [00:32:00] They never thought that that blue wall could have been broken. [00:32:02] They never thought that Donald Trump, the blowhard from New York, would have been able to win Wisconsin, Michigan, and Pennsylvania. [00:32:10] Democrats are pledging. [00:32:11] It's a blood oath that they're not going to repeat that same mistake. [00:32:14] As we have said repeatedly on this program, though, the electoral map has changed. [00:32:19] Because of the census, it changes every 10 years. [00:32:21] You basically only need three states to win the presidency. [00:32:24] I'm thrilled that other people are repeating this obvious observation that we first surfaced on Tim Poole's program. [00:32:29] It's great. [00:32:30] Richard Barris is saying, other people are saying it needs to get into the zeitgeist. [00:32:33] It's three states. [00:32:34] You got to go to Wisconsin, Arizona, Georgia. [00:32:36] You've got to win those three if you also win Ohio, North Carolina, Iowa, Florida, of which are very solidly Republican states. [00:32:44] And so where does that leave us? [00:32:46] What is the game they're going to play? [00:32:49] Some of this is just speculation, or what if the whiteboard just says, do it again? [00:32:58] What if they're not as creative? [00:33:00] What if they get a little cocky and they just say, do it again? [00:33:06] Now, the it is interesting because can they lock down the country again? [00:33:11] That's probably unlikely, but we should be ready for that. [00:33:14] But there's only so many ways that you can rig an election. [00:33:17] One of the ways is that they do not platform Donald Trump. [00:33:22] You know, they covered, they didn't cover any of the whistleblowers. [00:33:25] New York Times, front page of the New York Times. [00:33:29] Robbed of joy, Ukraine teens laugh to keep from weeping. [00:33:33] Long isolated Syria rejoins Arab League. [00:33:37] Liberals balking at debt offer. [00:33:39] Nothing, nothing, nothing about the whistleblowers. [00:33:42] Nothing on the New York Times. [00:33:45] Wall Street Journal, G's top spy leads crackdown. [00:33:49] Nothing on the front pages. [00:33:51] Home sales and prices drop. [00:33:53] Nothing. [00:33:54] CBS, NBC, ABC, zero minutes. [00:33:57] So part of their rigging is they're just going to ignore Trump. [00:33:59] They're not going to take the rallies. [00:34:00] They're just going to put it on the fringes. [00:34:02] They're going to limit messaging penetration of the zeitgeist. [00:34:06] But what if on the whiteboard it just says rinse and repeat? [00:34:09] Rinse and repeat. [00:34:10] Rinse and repeat. [00:34:12] They don't control Twitter anymore. [00:34:13] That's positive. [00:34:14] But they control Facebook and YouTube and TikTok more than ever before. === Rigging by Ignoring Trump (00:53) === [00:34:20] What I am arguing for is a very simple thing. [00:34:23] You know, you couldn't run a business like this. [00:34:25] You could not run a business without whiteboarding a strategy to try to defeat a competitor. [00:34:30] And yet we run the LARP, not we, but the Republican Party, which is the opposition party, is just a bunch of hoping and guessing. [00:34:37] I could tell you, the people running this operation, they're not smart. [00:34:41] They're very corrupt. [00:34:42] I've seen them, met them. [00:34:44] They're some good people. [00:34:44] They're very fine people. [00:34:45] They're nice, very sweet. [00:34:47] They are not wartime going for the throat. [00:34:49] And I will ask you again, we're going to keep on repeating this. [00:34:51] If they did it in 20, they did it in 22, what's going to stop them from doing it in 24?
