[00:01:57] John Durham has finally serviced four years. === Adam Schiff's Plan (11:33) === [00:02:02] I'll tell you, I am a bitter man today, and bitterness is not a good emotion to be hosting a show in. [00:02:08] You should not be bitter. [00:02:09] Bitter is bad. [00:02:10] And so hopefully I can get over it. [00:02:11] Maybe Kash Patel later in the program can ease me of my bitterness. [00:02:16] One of our team members, very smart man, has put together the glass half full take. [00:02:21] And I'm going to try my best to articulate it. [00:02:23] But first, I'm going to tell you that I am really, really upset. [00:02:27] I mean, for years, we were talking about Peter Struckstroke, Smirk, and Lisa Page. [00:02:31] And let's just remind ourselves of what happened here. [00:02:34] This was a coup by the FBI, confirmed. [00:02:37] Durham confirmed all of our theories, by the way. [00:02:39] Crossfire Hurricane Never Should have been launched. [00:02:41] It was done by the foreign spy Christopher Steele. [00:02:44] Hillary Clinton knew about it and financed it. [00:02:45] It was all together. [00:02:46] All the theories that we talked about that we were smeared and slandered and censored by the regime media, that they said, oh, there's no substantiation to it. [00:02:52] You conspiracy theorists. [00:02:54] It's all proven. [00:02:54] But I just say, so what? [00:02:57] I knew I was, we knew we were right a couple years ago. [00:03:00] John Solomon with his leaks, we knew it. [00:03:02] We were right. [00:03:03] We knew as it was happening that there was a plan against it. [00:03:07] Sean Hannity, to his great credit, has been on this for years. [00:03:10] He was on this and on this. [00:03:12] Tucker Carlson, I mean, this is not new revelations. [00:03:14] We didn't read this report like, wow. [00:03:16] We just say, okay, here's independent third-party corroboration. [00:03:21] Seven years later, showing us that there was a soft coup against the president of the United States. [00:03:26] But it wasn't even the president of the United States. [00:03:28] It was a candidate. [00:03:29] Let's just go back in time and remind ourselves. [00:03:31] Remember, this was the insurance policy. [00:03:34] Peter Struckstroke Smirk and Lisa Page, his lover, remember the text messages? [00:03:38] They said they had an insurance policy. [00:03:40] The FBI is much more like a taxpayer-funded Democrat super PAC with subpoena power and guns than they are an investigative agency. [00:03:53] The FBI got involved that summer to launch this fake Russia narrative because there was a fear, there was a concern that Donald Trump might win the presidency. [00:04:04] But remember, Peter Struckströk Smirk, he said, quote, don't worry, we're not going to let that happen. [00:04:10] This is a guy that is one of the senior most people at the FBI stating a political intent that I am going to use my power as an FBI agent with Andy McCabe. [00:04:20] Remember, he said, remember what we talked about in Andy's office? [00:04:23] I think we forget what's in these text messages. [00:04:25] These text messages are beyond the smoking gun. [00:04:27] It shows that the top levels of the FBI were working in harmony, in collusion together to try to take out Donald Trump. [00:04:34] And it was all based on a lie. [00:04:37] Yes, John Durham and his report comes out and the media says, oh, well, this is a tough one to swallow. [00:04:41] And, you know, it shows that the FBI acted improperly. [00:04:44] And okay, we're going to go through that. [00:04:45] That's fine. [00:04:46] But hold on a second. [00:04:47] Hold on a second. [00:04:49] Who is in jail today because of what they did? [00:04:51] And the answer is no one. [00:04:52] They are popping champagne at Lois Lerner's house. [00:04:55] Lois Lerner, who was in charge of the IRS targeting scandal against conservatives, she still gets her full pension. [00:05:00] Andy McCabe gets his pension. [00:05:01] He goes on CNN and lectures us. [00:05:04] Lisa Page is fine. [00:05:05] James Comey is fine. [00:05:06] Bruce and Nelly Orr are fine. [00:05:09] Christopher Steele, have these people ever been held accountable? [00:05:13] You see, what is justice? [00:05:16] What is it good for? [00:05:18] Justice sets a standard. [00:05:20] Justice is more than punishment. [00:05:22] Justice is moral clarity. [00:05:25] One of the worst things a person can do, one of the worst things a person can do, is abuse collective power for their own personal opinion or objective. [00:05:35] To use the FBI for a political purpose is evil. [00:05:39] It'd be evil if a Republican did it or a Democrat did it. [00:05:42] They're basically using taxpayer-funded, what is supposed to be neutral, to go after a candidate they don't like. [00:05:47] And they did it full court press. [00:05:51] They went after it. [00:05:52] They went from FISA warrants. [00:05:54] And remember, Chuck Hugh Schumer told us that this was coming. [00:05:56] To Rachel Maddow, he said, if you go after the intel agencies, they got six ways to Sunday to get back at you. [00:06:03] So what happens when the government lies to you, goes after political dissonance, covers it up, lies about it again? [00:06:09] What happens? [00:06:09] What is the consequence? [00:06:11] Oh, a strongly worded report. [00:06:13] The consequences, a 300-page detailed report. [00:06:16] And yeah, it is a scathing report. [00:06:18] Who is going to go to jail? [00:06:21] And the answer, the clarion call to the unelected, to the fourth branch of government, to the bureaucracy, the Leviathan, is you can get away with it. [00:06:30] Ladies and gentlemen, let me make an argument for you right now. [00:06:33] If John Durham or any one of these people would have went after Peter Struckstroke Smirk and even failed in court, I do not know if Tony Blinken and those 50 Intel officials would have signed on to that fake letter with Hunter Biden so enthusiastically. [00:06:46] I don't know if these sort of games would have continued unchecked. [00:06:50] You see, they're just going to do it again. [00:06:54] What is going to prevent these people from doing this in 2024? [00:06:57] What's going to prevent them from launching another investigation when you do not have consequences, when you do not have a check and balance, when you do not have a stop it? [00:07:06] Timeout, handcuffs, prison time. [00:07:10] How about just the pension curtailment? [00:07:13] I mean, anything. [00:07:14] How about just the little bit of a humiliation? [00:07:17] People say, oh, this report is humiliation. [00:07:19] Look, it's temporarily humiliating. [00:07:21] You think that in a year and a half, that the election, that there's going to be a swing voter that says, you know, I was really on the fence. [00:07:27] But here in Scottsdale, yeah, gas is $5 a gallon. [00:07:33] But I'm a swing voter because of John Durham. [00:07:35] I mean, look, I mean, the point is, yes, if we get power again, this is helpful. [00:07:39] It is a document that we can reference. [00:07:41] But even MSNBC says this is conspiracy theory talk. [00:07:44] No, no, no, no. [00:07:45] Look, you got to get pretty fundamental here. [00:07:47] And you have to overthink it. [00:07:49] If you do not put people in jail or in prison, then these people fear nothing. [00:07:54] And they don't fear their livelihood. [00:07:56] No one's lost their security clearance. [00:07:58] Now, these people have largely more, Peter Strzok actually probably has a more profitable career now because he gets to play the victim. [00:08:08] The right wing came after me and I survived. [00:08:11] Andy McCabe has a whole shtick. [00:08:13] No one would have known who Andy McCabe is. [00:08:15] And now he's kind of known on TV. [00:08:17] They brag. [00:08:18] In fact, they are empowered and emboldened by this. [00:08:24] They feel they're untouchable. [00:08:26] And I will say it again. [00:08:27] What will prevent them again from doing another soft coup? [00:08:30] Okay, so let's just play this out. [00:08:32] Donald Trump becomes president, Donald Trump becomes the nominee. [00:08:35] What is going to prevent the current Peter Strzok, the current Lisa Page, the current person in charge of the FBI from just doing, let's just say, a neater or a cleaner version of this in 2024? [00:08:50] Here's CNN's reporting of it, Play Cut 42. [00:08:52] No charges. [00:08:53] No one's going to jail, but they got a strongly worded letter from Durham. [00:08:56] Play Cut 42. [00:08:58] There's a lot of very sharp criticism here of the former FBI leadership, James Comey, Andy McCabe, who were running the FBI and who oversaw a lot of these, a lot of the steps that the report goes into, Jake. [00:09:13] But as you pointed out, bottom line, there are no additional charges. [00:09:16] Nobody is bringing charges against Comey or anybody else that the former president Trump kept saying he expected them to. [00:09:26] Bring out the Dom Perion. [00:09:27] It's time to celebrate at the Comey House. [00:09:30] Bring over Andy. [00:09:31] Let's get the band back together. [00:09:33] Christopher Ray acted improperly. [00:09:35] They'll act improperly. [00:09:36] And I love these words. [00:09:37] They act improperly. [00:09:38] And by the way, it's the old Harry Reed line. [00:09:40] It worked. [00:09:41] They're in power and we're not. [00:09:44] And they get a strongly worded letter from Durham. [00:09:46] And yeah, I know the counter argument is like, okay, yeah, you know, it would have been hard to win at court. [00:09:51] Honestly, I would have liked to see Peter Strzok on trial. [00:09:55] I don't care if he would have gotten acquitted by a jury of his peers. [00:09:58] Bring the charges, for goodness sake. [00:09:59] Bring the charges. [00:10:01] Bring it to the people. [00:10:03] Show the evidence. [00:10:03] Don't just do some strongly worded report. [00:10:07] Put the fear of God in him. [00:10:08] Make him spend some legal money. [00:10:10] Have him go through it. [00:10:11] He made our life hell for years. [00:10:13] He tried to weaponize the American government for his own political purposes against smelly Walmart people. [00:10:19] Ah, no, I'm bitter today. [00:10:21] And bitter is not good, but it's honest. [00:10:26] I want to talk about relieffactor.com. [00:10:28] I want you guys to check out relieffactor.com, 100% drug-free knee pain, back pain, joint pain, elbow pain. [00:10:33] Check out Relief Factor Energy. [00:10:54] Make sure you guys are sleeping well. [00:10:56] It's a major part of life. [00:10:57] Check it out right now. [00:10:58] ReliefFactor.com, relieffactor.com. [00:11:03] See, my memory's not that bad. [00:11:05] 54%. [00:11:06] This is back before the midterms. [00:11:07] 54% of Americans think Trump's dealings with Russia were unethical or illegal. [00:11:12] Going right into the midterms. [00:11:14] We wasted two years of unified congressional control on hearings about this garbage. [00:11:19] It was all a con, and they're just laughing because they say we got away with it. [00:11:23] They kijacked the media narrative. [00:11:25] Adam Schiff, he goes out, he says, I have a good evidence. [00:11:29] Can we get that clip of Adam Shifty Schiff? [00:11:31] I have on good evidence that Donald Trump has colluded with a foreign power. [00:11:34] It's all nonsense. [00:11:35] But they had to take out Jeff Sessions. [00:11:36] I know that you guys in the audience don't like Jeff Sessions. [00:11:39] That's fine. [00:11:39] I'm going to defend him a little bit. [00:11:40] He was awesome on immigration. [00:11:42] Okay. [00:11:42] One of the best. [00:11:43] And he was very good on gang violent crime. [00:11:46] Very, very good. [00:11:48] Now, look at the difference between Jeff Sessions and Rosenstein. [00:11:52] They took out Sessions basically by making him recuse himself based on a lie. [00:11:56] So they took out Donald Trump's super-based, super-conservative attorney general based on a lie. [00:12:02] The carnage that happened because of this lie is not just like, oh, yeah, we wasted some time. [00:12:08] And Jeff Sessions is way too old-fashioned on this. [00:12:10] He trusted the FBI. [00:12:12] Maybe 30 years ago, that would have made sense, but not today. [00:12:15] I have negative faith in the Federal Bureau of Investigation. [00:12:20] But look, by the way, somebody says, Charlie, I know you're upset, but stop calling us smelly Walmart people. [00:12:26] I didn't say that. [00:12:27] That's what Peter Strzzok said in his text messages, everybody. [00:12:30] Okay. [00:12:30] I was quoting Peter Strzok. [00:12:32] Geez, I would never say something like that. [00:12:35] That's literally what your FBI said about you, just to clarify on here, because we've got a couple emails about it. [00:12:40] So Adam Schiff came on TV. [00:12:42] Adam Schiff went on TV and said, Donald Trump deceived us. [00:12:45] He insisted multiple times he had direct evidence of Trump-Russian collusion. [00:12:49] This whole thing was a hoax. [00:12:51] And by the way, they also did this for a different reason. [00:12:54] There were so many reasons why they had to do this. [00:12:56] Think deeply about why else would they try to make Russian Trump seem like a Russian agent? [00:13:00] They did this so that Trump would overcompensate and not get close to Russia geopolitically. [00:13:07] Because the neoliberal regime in DC would hate nothing more than Putin and Trump working in harmony to go against the Chinese Communist Party. [00:13:17] So they had to try to over-accuse Trump so that he would be a little bit more sheepish, a little bit more skittish to try to do a deal with Vladimir Putin. [00:13:26] Look, there's several takes on this that we're going to explore throughout the hour. [00:13:31] And you shouldn't be happier. [00:13:32] This whole thing is a con. [00:13:33] It's a hoax, top to bottom. [00:13:35] Yeah, there's a book report. === The Schiff Hoax (02:35) === [00:13:36] Great. [00:13:36] I could have wrote the book report. [00:13:38] Hillary financed it. [00:13:39] Foreign spy, FBI knew they lied on the FISA warrants. [00:13:42] They lied throughout the whole thing. [00:13:43] It was entrapment of Michael Flynn. [00:13:45] You had Peter Strzokstroke smirk. [00:13:47] It was a slow-motion coup within our intel agencies and the administrative state. [00:13:51] I could have wrote that book report four years ago. [00:13:54] I didn't need 400 people on my staff and subpoena power. [00:13:58] If you watched the Sean Hannity show, for two nights, you could have wrote that book report. [00:14:03] What did we learn? [00:14:04] No, no, exactly. [00:14:04] I know we confirmed. [00:14:05] No, we confirmed stuff. [00:14:07] What did we learn? [00:14:08] Did we learn anything? [00:14:10] We confirmed stuff. [00:14:12] Corroboration, and corroboration is not nothing. [00:14:14] This report would be great if there were indictments. [00:14:16] And people say, oh, you know, Peter Strzok didn't break any laws. [00:14:19] How could you possibly say that with a straight face when you are in charge of the counter-terrorism, counter-intelligence desk at the FBI, and you can go after a political dissident on complete fakery, nonsense, and you just walk away with it. [00:14:34] Now, no, the message is very clear that if you're an unelected, an unelected administrative state bureaucrat, you can do basically whatever you want. [00:14:42] Many of you sent messages. [00:14:44] Durham is coming, Stern's coming. [00:14:45] No one's coming to save you. [00:14:46] Get your life in order. [00:14:48] There is no person that's going to come in and swoop in and save this for you. [00:14:52] There is no white knight. [00:14:54] You got to take responsibility for your own life. [00:14:57] This goes to show that any hope you had in a justice system is dead. [00:15:03] And you better believe I'm cynical and bitter, but I'm being honest. [00:15:09] Picture this: broccoli, spinach, kale, zucchini, sweet potatoes, celery, soybeans, plus eight more nutrient-packed veggies. [00:15:16] Now, add this to the picture: bananas, grapes, papayas, cranberries, blueberries, mangoes, pineapples, plus nine more delicious fruits. [00:15:23] It would be difficult to find all 31 of these fresh and high-quality fruits and veggies in one grocery store. [00:15:30] And probably impossible to get a month's supply of them in a single grocery cart. [00:15:34] But I get all of these fruits and veggies every time I open my monthly shipment from Balance of Nature. [00:15:38] I pop a few capsules in my mouth each day. [00:15:40] It's like having a cornucopia of nutrition in the palm of my hand. [00:15:44] There's no other way I would ever get this level of nourishment except from Balance of Nature. [00:15:50] And I want you to get it too. [00:15:51] You'll get 35% off your first order as a preferred customer by using discount code Charlie. [00:15:56] I love this product. [00:16:06] Remember, use discount code Charlie. === Justice for Insurrection (15:23) === [00:16:11] For six years, they plotted and planned. [00:16:14] And they launched not just a coup, but some could call it almost an insurrection. [00:16:19] Peter Strzok, Lisa Page, Bruce and Nelliore, James Comey, Andy McCabe, they get away with it. [00:16:23] They totally get away with it. [00:16:25] There's no justice. [00:16:26] Durham book report, no justice. [00:16:29] There's more evidence and a stronger case to charge Strzok, Comey, Paige, McCabe with insurrection than any of the Proud Boys or Donald Trump. [00:16:42] I'll say that again. [00:16:43] There is more, not all insurrections are riots. [00:16:46] These people attempted to subvert and overthrow our system of elective governance. [00:16:52] How is that not an insurrection? [00:16:54] They used leaks and lies to subvert our system of electoral government. [00:16:58] And again, not all insurrections are riots. [00:17:00] So now that they're trying to charge Donald Trump as an insurrectionist, you know who the true insurrectionists are? [00:17:04] Strzok, Comey, Paige. [00:17:06] They'll never get attempted with that. [00:17:08] But these are silent coups done in a subterranean fashion below the surface in the administrative state. [00:17:14] Joining us now is Kash Patel. [00:17:16] Cash, welcome to the program. [00:17:18] So, Cash, I'm very bitter here. [00:17:19] No one's going to go to jail. [00:17:21] They all get away with it. [00:17:22] They get full pension. [00:17:23] They get CNN contributorships. [00:17:24] There is no justice. [00:17:26] Am I missing anything, Cash? [00:17:28] Floor is yours. [00:17:29] Charlie, it's great to be with you. [00:17:32] And I am equally bitter and sit to be tied. [00:17:35] I was Durham's biggest champion. [00:17:36] I've been on your show supporting his work over the last year and a half. [00:17:40] And now's the time I become his biggest critical analyst because he failed. [00:17:45] He failed. [00:17:46] He registerated the Russia Gate report, which Steven and I wrote five years ago. [00:17:49] And he added a little more, you know, nuts and bolts to it. [00:17:52] But who cares? [00:17:53] We already knew all of the crimes that you have outlined that were committed by the people you talked about, like the Comey's, McCabe, Strzok, Clapper, Brennan, et cetera. [00:18:02] What he did was maybe land a political victory because he's got the fake news at least coming out with the headlines that the FBI is devastating. [00:18:11] Of course, they're devastating. [00:18:12] They're criminal. [00:18:13] But what you're talking about, what I've been talking about, what I've been hoping for, is that there would be a prosecution of these individuals. [00:18:19] And at the way he laid it out, he basically said all but everything that means you're a criminal and came up short. [00:18:28] And I don't know if Garland stopped him or if he didn't have the gall to do it, but either way, it's totally insufficient. [00:18:33] And people like Andy McCabe, whose pension was restored, our House of Representatives and Republican majority should zero that out immediately based on this report alone. [00:18:41] Yeah, they likely won't. [00:18:43] I'm just being honest. [00:18:45] It just seems as if they're afraid. [00:18:46] Let's just be honest. [00:18:47] Most House Republicans are afraid of the FBI. [00:18:50] They're afraid of the dirt the FBI has on them. [00:18:52] They're afraid of the administrative state. [00:18:54] They're afraid of the Department of Justice. [00:18:55] They live in fear of the fourth branch of government. [00:19:00] So, Cash, this reminds me of, remember that report? [00:19:03] Oh, Hillary Clinton mishandled sensitive information and smashed, but we're not going to indict. [00:19:09] And yet, but here's the thing. [00:19:11] They're going all after Donald Trump. [00:19:13] They've indicted Trump in New York. [00:19:15] I mean, Cash, this feels so flagrant. [00:19:21] Powerful, secretive police organizations are a death to free societies. [00:19:25] They're a death. [00:19:26] The police must be under control of the people. [00:19:28] They must be under control of the sovereign or have some check and balance. [00:19:31] And basically, what we have seen is they're untouchable. [00:19:37] They do whatever they want. [00:19:38] In fact, they're only more powerful than before this cash. [00:19:41] And this was an attempted insurrection against our republic. [00:19:44] Your thoughts? [00:19:45] You're absolutely right. [00:19:47] Look, the FBI has become the police state. [00:19:50] America does not have a single-tier system of justice. [00:19:53] America cannot lecture the rest of the world on how good our judiciary is. [00:19:56] Our judiciary and the FBI are corrupt criminal gangsters, and they have put it on full display. [00:20:02] You need look no further than Chris Ray's FBI statement immediately following the Durham report, which essentially said, we fixed everything. [00:20:10] So if we were in power back then, none of this would have happened. [00:20:13] That might be the biggest lie to come out of any government gangster's mouth since Hillary Clinton. [00:20:19] And that is part of the cover-up. [00:20:20] They've already started to work with the fake news. [00:20:23] They're saying, oh, we learned our lesson. [00:20:25] That's why nobody needs to get prosecuted. [00:20:27] And since we were selectively targeting Donald Trump, it doesn't matter because we were trying to save America when they were actually breaking the laws, you said, committing insurrection acts by trying to overthrow a duly elected president in Donald Trump and subvert democracy by ruining his administration, not just with Russia Gate, but with everything else that came after that. [00:20:47] The Steele dossier was the basic roadmap to how they kept doing it version after version, all the way to Hunter Biden's laptop and the 51 Intel letter. [00:20:56] And they're never going to stop. [00:20:57] You're right, because the politicians in Washington, D.C., even the Republicans, want to be best friends with the FBI and the administrative state so they can get paid when they get out of government service. [00:21:07] And they get away with it. [00:21:08] So, Cash, help me understand. [00:21:10] Did we learn anything in this report, or is this just the Nunes Cash report, you know, reorganized with different citations? [00:21:17] I don't think we learned anything. [00:21:19] Look, I'm probably being a little selfish on this one, but no, we didn't learn anything. [00:21:22] And that's why I'm being harshly critical of John Durham. [00:21:24] He added a little more window dressing to some facts that we already knew about all the culprits. [00:21:29] Okay, that's good to have some of those details. [00:21:31] The only thing that we learned was what we put out the truth five years ago was just that the truth. [00:21:37] And the media helped destroy and bury Donald Trump based on the lies from the administrative state. [00:21:42] And that's why I was saying the political win, if there's any win here, is that Donald Trump can now go out there and say CNN, Jake Tapper, and everybody else is saying this is a devastating blow to the FBI. [00:21:52] They did conduct criminal acts and they had absolutely zero basis to investigate Donald Trump. [00:21:58] Politically speaking, that seems to be priceless. [00:22:00] But I'm with you on the conventional speak of accountability, and we don't have any. [00:22:06] We've been calling for it for five years. [00:22:08] And James Comey wrote an entire book on how great he is. [00:22:10] And now we have the single silver bullet that kills James Comey's book. [00:22:13] He had no justification to launch an investigation into Donald J. Trump. [00:22:18] Those couple of sentences are valuable politically, but I'm with you on the frustration accountability. [00:22:22] People belong in prison. [00:22:24] Gina Haspel, the former director of the CIA, launched Russia Gate overseas when she was CIA station chief. [00:22:29] Nothing has happened to her. [00:22:30] I haven't even seen Diff John Durham even interviewed her when she was the one running and quarterbacking this entire cover-up operation with Rosencrina Ray. [00:22:38] So it's a fail to me when it comes to accountability. [00:22:42] We got this mini-series talking about how great Comey is called the Comey rule. [00:22:47] And I mean, these people are making more money than ever before. [00:22:49] They get to go and act it like they're victims because they try to stop Donald Trump. [00:22:53] Here's Peter Strzokstruck's smirk cut 41. [00:22:55] Peter Strzok is a free man. [00:22:56] You know who's not free? [00:22:58] January 6th defendants who got in a brawl outside of the Capitol. [00:23:00] Let me be very clear. [00:23:01] Peter Strzok did something far more evil than what people physically did outside of the Capitol. [00:23:07] Not excusable. [00:23:08] It's not excusable what people did outside of the Capitol physically. [00:23:11] What Peter Strzzok did is more than just get in a heated altercation and a fight outside of the Capitol because his temper went up. [00:23:18] No, no, no. [00:23:19] What Peter Strzok did was deliberate, was methodical. [00:23:22] It was day after day. [00:23:23] It was high treason. [00:23:26] But he gets more money than ever before. [00:23:28] Play Cut 41. [00:23:30] The data is too great to ignore. [00:23:32] So yes, I believe that the president is compromised by the Russians. [00:23:35] And I think that takes a lot of form. [00:23:37] I think it comes through financial entanglements that he is fighting to become known, that the Russians know about and can hold over him. [00:23:43] I also think it comes from the way they're able to play into his ego and his strange fascination and coziness with dictators and authoritarians around the world. [00:23:52] He's wealthier than a lot of you now. [00:23:54] He's making money on cable news deals. [00:23:56] He's lecturing. [00:23:56] I think he's lecturing at Georgetown, if I'm not mistaken, right? [00:23:59] He's a lecturer. [00:24:00] He's making six figures. [00:24:02] The founding fathers set up a system where we do not have a domestic secretive police force that can take political dissidents off the chessboard that they don't like. [00:24:13] McCabe, Comey, all these people, untouchable. [00:24:16] And we had an opportunity through Durham. [00:24:18] So what is it, Cash? [00:24:19] Did they have dirt on Durham? [00:24:20] Was Durham threatened? [00:24:21] Was Durham afraid of losing in court again? [00:24:24] You were very bullish on Durham. [00:24:25] I'm not blaming you, obviously. [00:24:26] I mean, you believed in the best of people. [00:24:28] Why did Durham deliver one of the great disappointments in American judicial history? [00:24:33] Probably because he is a part of the institutionalization process. [00:24:37] He wants to make sure the FBI and DOJ are somewhat hurt by the truth, but not destroyed. [00:24:43] And that was Durham's problem to me in hindsight. [00:24:45] He wasn't willing to go that extra step. [00:24:47] When people are calling for defunding the entire FBI and DOJ, I understand their frustration, and I disagree with the endpoint conclusion. [00:24:55] I think they need to be completely overhauled. [00:24:57] And John Durham had the chance to deliver the mechanism in federal court to say, hey, we can do this methodically by holding the criminals culpable, even when they're working at the highest levels of government. [00:25:07] But he, like Bill Varr, like Chris Ray, like Rod Rosenstein, and everybody else who I'm now convinced are all friends and are all in on it together, wanted to make sure the institutions survive the day. [00:25:19] And that's what Durham's done. [00:25:21] And if you want to call him a coward or whether he's afraid or whether somebody had the goods on him, I gave that guy all the leeway in the world. [00:25:28] And now I will give him no quarter. [00:25:30] He failed America when it needed it most. [00:25:32] And this moment in history will come back to hurt us because it will cause an overcorrection by a populace that is so hungry for accountability and didn't receive it. [00:25:44] And that is what gets us into trouble when we look forward to 2024. [00:25:48] Yeah, look, in January 6th, the violence inexcusable and all that. [00:25:52] We've never defended it. [00:25:53] But you get pressure cooker behavior when people lose all faith in the government that's supposed to represent them. [00:26:00] I'm not justifying it. [00:26:01] I'm not trying to defend it because it's not defensible to get violent. [00:26:05] We've never said that. [00:26:06] But instead, you must not be shocked when people start acting in belligerent ways when your government is more corrupt than any other time. [00:26:18] Kash Patel's book is Government Gangsters. [00:26:20] Check it out. [00:26:21] It is Kash Patel. [00:26:22] Cash, I know you're on the road. [00:26:23] We'll have you back soon. [00:26:24] Thank you so much. [00:26:25] Thanks so much. [00:26:26] Have a great day, guys. [00:26:29] Okay, so what would the counter argument be? [00:26:31] Because you know that I'm bitter on this, but I never say I have a monopoly on the sentiment of how to look at this. [00:26:37] The potential positives are that now we have a 300-page document damning the official FBI misconduct. [00:26:44] I kind of roll my eyes. [00:26:45] I was like, really? [00:26:46] I'll just be honest. [00:26:47] I roll my eyes because we know that they target moms and dads at school board meetings. [00:26:51] We had an FBI whistleblower yesterday. [00:26:52] It's no big surprise to me. [00:26:54] Maybe to the normies and to the moderates, this is helpful. [00:26:56] Potentially, if we ever get power again, it could have long-term consequences on an interaction of government with the intel agencies. [00:27:03] Maybe it would prevent another Bob Mueller from happening again. [00:27:06] But I got to be honest, this feels like, this feels like a crime that is so far in the rearview mirror, it's somewhat irrelevant. [00:27:15] And I don't think they really care, right? [00:27:18] Meaning that, yes, the ends justify the means, but it's even more than that, which is the ends were so important that they were willing to take the risk and then cover it up along the way and use threatening situations. [00:27:30] And let's just go through the list. [00:27:31] I mean, this is the source of some of my cynicism. [00:27:34] Alvin Bragg indicts Donald Trump using a novel legal theory. [00:27:38] A jury just awarded $5 million to a lunatic. [00:27:40] By the way, I was off last week. [00:27:42] We have to do a whole thing on that wacky woman, Gene Carroll. [00:27:47] I mean, she's an apprentice superfan. [00:27:49] This woman is nuts. [00:27:51] And, you know, some people are saying, oh, you shouldn't laugh at sexual assault. [00:27:55] There is a 0% chance this woman is telling the truth, okay? [00:27:59] I mean, this woman is certifiable. [00:28:03] And by the way, people said, oh, Donald Trump's defense was terrible. [00:28:06] I thought it was great. [00:28:07] You're trying to tell me that the guy that wrote The Art of the Deal fixed the woman rink, rebuilt the convention center, owned the Plaza Hotel, that somehow he saw Gene Carroll, who's not exactly a beauty, and brought her into a side room at what, what was it, Neiman Marcus or something? [00:28:26] It was either Neiman Marcus or Tiffany's. [00:28:28] It was one of the she has total contradictory narrative. [00:28:32] Anyway, the point is she's a total lunatic. [00:28:34] Anyway, grand jury in Georgia is about to indict Trump. [00:28:38] I just want to, this is a different, this is a deeper topic. [00:28:40] I just want to make sure all of you know that Donald Trump will likely be facing three to four simultaneous criminal indictments a year from today. [00:28:47] I just want to make sure the expectations are properly managed. [00:28:51] You can write it down. [00:28:52] It will be likely that a year from today, Donald Trump will be getting the primary. [00:28:56] See, this is the way that they're going to try to take Trump out 2.0. [00:28:59] Because of this report, they might, yes, they're emboldened, but they might be a little bit shy, a little bit gun shy. [00:29:06] So they got to try the means. [00:29:07] So they're trying to outsource it to the Alvin Bragg and then Jack Smith. [00:29:14] So do not be surprised if he's facing three to four criminal indictments. [00:29:17] Do not be surprised. [00:29:19] Intel agencies aided and abetted in not one, but two Trump impeachments. [00:29:23] The FBI raids Mar-a-Lago while Joe Biden has boxes of classified documents sitting in multiple offices. [00:29:29] New York City indicts Daniel Penny for protecting bystanders from a dangerous lunatic on a subway. [00:29:35] Douglas Mackey gets 10 years for making memes. [00:29:38] The FBI targets conservative patriots, tying compensation to how many domestic extremists they can prosecute. [00:29:44] The DOJ holds January 6th prisoners in solitary confinement. [00:29:48] And the DOJ targets concerned parents at local school board meetings. [00:29:51] The FBI infiltrates and instigates the kidnapping of Gretchen Whitmer. [00:29:56] Pro-life activists get raided by the FBI for charges local prosecutors passed on. [00:30:01] And the McCloskeys lose their rights to own guns for brandishing them in self-defense against the mob. [00:30:06] And BLM and Antifa, they get hundreds of millions of dollars from corporate America. [00:30:11] And they continuously terrorize our cities with impunity. [00:30:14] Yeah, we're a little cynical right now. [00:30:17] Look, some people believe, Charlie, now we can finally build consensus against the FBI because of this document. [00:30:23] That's the counterargument. [00:30:24] I'm a little more cynical. [00:30:25] I think people forget things really quickly. [00:30:27] If you had faith in the FBI before this, you must be on payroll. [00:30:32] So look, a lot of people want to believe that the FBI will be exposed and that we can win an election by running on this. [00:30:37] This was always unlikely, and that's not what people vote over. [00:30:40] But this could potentially help with legislative change or Schedule F when Donald Trump wins the presidency, which basically is termination on demand. [00:30:47] The Schedule F is code for, I'm president, I can fire who I want to fire. [00:30:52] However, they're just going to try to cheat by other means, guys. [00:30:56] I mean, these people, there is not a level. [00:31:01] There's not a threshold they're unwilling to get to. [00:31:03] Whether it be, they're going to try a different game. [00:31:07] The game this time is going to be three or four indictments. [00:31:09] We don't even know of a game. [00:31:10] You know, whether it be FBI working with Twitter, Zuckerbox's signature verification, FBI, they're going to create a new one. [00:31:16] They're going to wargame it at the Aspmen Institute this summer. [00:31:21] Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
