[00:00:21] Charlie, what you've done is incredible here. [00:00:23] Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses. [00:00:25] I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk. [00:00:28] Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks. [00:00:32] I want to thank Charlie. [00:00:33] He's an incredible guy. [00:00:34] His spirit, his love of this country. [00:00:36] He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created. [00:00:41] Turning point USA. [00:00:42] We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. [00:00:51] That's why we are here. [00:00:54] Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com. [00:01:03] We are on Trump Watch. [00:01:05] This has never happened before. [00:01:08] But just like something in New York history, it had to happen in New York, didn't it? [00:01:13] And Gavin, I wanted to ask you about this. [00:01:15] That's why I came here and we're going to talk a little bit about how you are going to be holding this event tomorrow to respond to everything that goes on. [00:01:24] President Trump will be flying to New York right now. [00:01:27] And we've got, I'm keeping, I'm literally looking at a live stream of the plane, Trump Force One, right now. [00:01:32] It's ready. [00:01:34] The steps are there. [00:01:36] He's ready. [00:01:37] He's going to be arriving very soon from Mar-a-Lago. [00:01:40] But, Gavin, tell me why. [00:01:42] Why is it symbolic that this is happening in New York? [00:01:46] I think it's symbolic for a number of reasons. [00:01:48] Trump is a man of the outer boroughs. [00:01:50] He grew up in Queens and he initiated his political campaign right here on Fifth Avenue, coming down the escalator, the famed escalator. [00:01:58] So New York City is sort of viewed as a battleground of sorts between these competing ideas. [00:02:04] You have the birthplace technically of the MAGA movement here in New York City. [00:02:08] And you also have the globalism, the elitism, the leftism that MAGA is up against, also based right here in New York City. [00:02:16] So Trump is coming back home. [00:02:18] He's coming back to where it all started, his hometown, to fight the enemies of leftism right here in New York City. [00:02:25] So it's very, you know, it's very poetic in a sense. [00:02:29] And we're coming full circle, but I think ultimately he will prevail and he'll prevail in New York in the same way that he emerged from New York. [00:02:36] You know, and I look at it, I look at this case, it's almost like there's, and we're hearing also news right now that there's going to be subpoenas of the Secret Service potentially for this quote-unquote classified obstruction case that was going on in Mar-a-Lago. [00:02:53] So there's this federal case that involves Florida. [00:02:56] There's a case that involves New York. [00:02:58] There's another case that involves Fulton County, Georgia. [00:03:03] And this is like Gulliver's travels when the Lilliputians go and throw their little lines and catapults at Gulliver, at the giant, because it's the only way they can think of to try to stop him. [00:03:19] And when I think of this and I think of these cases, this isn't Andrew Cuomo who killed thousands of people and ordered his officials to lie about it. [00:03:27] No, this is a, they're saying it's paperwork. [00:03:30] They're saying it's, you know, you filed this wrong. [00:03:33] You've got like, you've got one convict, excuse me, two convicted lawyers. [00:03:37] So Michael Cohen, Michael Avenatti, who's the original lawyer to Stormy Daniels that nobody seems to be talking about anymore. [00:03:44] And the word of a stripper, they're going to use that to take down the president of the United States who was elected by the people of this country. [00:03:52] Is that actually the plan right now? [00:03:53] I think it is, Jack. [00:03:54] I think they are getting desperate. [00:03:56] This is probably the weakest of their attempts to take down the president. [00:04:00] Like you mentioned, they're going after him on a novel legal theory, what effectively boils down to a bookkeeping error. [00:04:06] Who is the victim here? [00:04:07] I mean, I'm going to be a libertarian here for a second. [00:04:09] I mean, is this a victimless crime? [00:04:11] It looks that way. [00:04:12] And even if we accept District Attorney Alvin Bragg's framing of this case and the fact patterns around them, it's still past the statute of limitations. [00:04:22] There's still a whole litany of legal issues, legal questions that loom large over the validity of this case. [00:04:29] And it just goes to show that they're desperate. [00:04:31] They're willing to use whatever means necessary to take him down. [00:04:34] He still poses the biggest threat to the system at large. [00:04:37] And if it's not here in Manhattan, you mentioned Georgia. [00:04:39] You mentioned the federal cases. [00:04:41] They are throwing the entire kitchen sink at President Trump right now. [00:04:46] And frankly, despite all that, I don't think it's going to stick. [00:04:49] So, Gavin, you're planning to hold an event tomorrow, a response. [00:04:54] Let's call it a peaceful and patriotic response. [00:04:57] Tell us, what are you hearing? [00:04:58] I know you're in touch with officials here in New York, with law enforcement. [00:05:02] Tell us, what are you hearing on the ground in New York as this approaches? [00:05:06] By the way, just to let people know, the lay of this, Trump is flying in tonight. [00:05:11] He's spending a night in the tower, of course, one night in the tower, and then tomorrow morning, we'll be heading to face these demons directly. [00:05:20] Walk us through what's going to happen tomorrow, what you're hearing. [00:05:23] Well, it's definitely going to be a chaotic day tomorrow. [00:05:26] There's no ifs and buts about it. [00:05:28] We expect a full house tomorrow for Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, who is coming to New York City to lead this protest against the politicized prosecution and persecution of President Trump, the presumptive nominee for 2024, leader of the opposition, unprecedented. [00:05:47] We're expecting a few hundred people to show up tomorrow. [00:05:49] We're expecting a few hundred counter-protesters as well. [00:05:51] I've spoken to my friends and sources within the NYPD. [00:05:55] They are expecting a very aggressive response from the left. [00:05:58] The park has been separated into two halves, a north and a south. [00:06:02] Now, this park, this is the lay of it. [00:06:05] Give folks the lay of it. [00:06:06] Is this near the courthouse? [00:06:08] Is it down the street? [00:06:08] Where is it? [00:06:09] It is right in front of the courthouse. [00:06:12] And up until a few weeks ago, you were still able to go up the steps into the courthouse. [00:06:16] It's just kind of this big, beautiful Art Deco building. [00:06:19] But that has now all been blocked off. [00:06:20] You can't even see the steps, but the park is as close to the courthouse as you could physically get. [00:06:25] I mean, it's within, you know, you could throw a stone. [00:06:29] So there's the park, there's the street, and then the courthouse. [00:06:32] Correct. [00:06:33] And the park, Collect Pond is the name of the park. [00:06:35] It has a long colonial history. [00:06:37] You know, this is all built on swamp, by the way. [00:06:39] This all used to be a swamp. [00:06:40] So another strange little fact about it. [00:06:44] But we are going to be on the south side of the park. [00:06:46] The counter-protesters will be on the north side. [00:06:48] I have full confidence in the professionalism of New York's finest, the NYPD, to keep things safe, to keep things secure. [00:06:55] We had a protest there about a week or so ago. [00:06:58] It was completely peaceful. [00:06:59] We had about 100 pro-Trump protesters out when the news came out, obviously before the official indictment. [00:07:04] Now with the Congresswoman and the fact that we've had more days to promote, the fact that it's public and the fact that it's the day of, it should be a crazy time. [00:07:11] We are going to be meeting there at 10.30 in the morning. [00:07:14] That is the new time, 10.30 a.m. [00:07:16] We expect Trump to arrive sometime around 11. [00:07:18] And I guess he'll go through the motions and then he'll be back on his way to Florida right after. [00:07:23] Tell us something about the state of the city right now. [00:07:25] So we understand that they're going to be starting to block off streets. [00:07:29] They're going to be cutting traffic. [00:07:31] Is that still the plan? [00:07:32] They're blocking parks, this type of thing? [00:07:34] Absolutely. [00:07:35] We expect most of the roads leading into the area in the vicinity around the courthouse and the park to be completely cordoned off and blocked, especially by the early hours of the morning. [00:07:45] So if you are attempting to come, I encourage you to go by foot. [00:07:49] You could find parking several blocks away. [00:07:51] You could take the subway down, whatever works. [00:07:53] But if you are trying to come by car, it will be difficult. [00:07:55] But the area is going to be, it's going to be chaotic. [00:07:57] I mean, last time. [00:07:57] Oh, and wait, I'm just told that this just happened, guys. [00:08:02] Play clip 17. [00:08:04] Play clip 17. [00:08:06] While there may be some rabble rousers thinking about coming to our city tomorrow, our message is clear and simple. [00:08:15] Control yourselves. [00:08:17] New York City is our home, not a playground for your misplaced anger. [00:08:23] We are the safest large city in America because we respect the rule of law in New York City. [00:08:30] And although we have no specific threats, people like Marjorie Taylor Greene, who is known to spread misinformation and hate speech, she stated she's coming to town while you're in town. [00:08:44] Be on your best behavior. [00:08:47] As always, we would not allow violence or vandalism of any kind. [00:08:52] And if one is caught participating in any act of violence, they will be arrested and held accountable. [00:08:59] Well, Gavin, there you go. [00:09:00] Mayor Adams calling you a rabble rouser, saying that Congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene, can I get your direct response to that? [00:09:07] Calling you guys out. [00:09:08] Well, it's funny. [00:09:09] Last time I saw Mayor Adams, he was nothing but nice to me, all smiles. [00:09:12] I don't think he knew who I was, but it's just funny to see that he's calling us rabble rousers. [00:09:17] We have seen this city destroyed by crime, destroyed by the criminality and violence of the radical left, of Antifa and others. [00:09:24] We have already demonstrated our ability to host many peaceful protests, whether it was originally for this indictment or for the vaccine mandates or whatever it is. [00:09:32] We have a long history of it. [00:09:33] I think tomorrow will be the same. [00:09:35] I'm more worried about the rabble rousers on the other side. [00:09:37] I hope Mayor Adams is worried as much as I am. [00:09:44] Look, it is time to consider a rollover of that 401k into an IRA. [00:09:49] The investment world is completely different in 2023, and you cannot do the same thing as last year. [00:09:55] Woke companies are aggressively implementing ESG. [00:09:59] Interest rates are going up and inflation is still lingering. [00:10:02] If you have over $150,000, now is the time to move your money to a biblical responsible investing strategy with my friends at PAX Financial Group. [00:10:10] Here's how you can connect with PAX. [00:10:11] Text Charlie to the number 74868. [00:10:14] That's it. [00:10:14] Just take out your phone. [00:10:16] Text Charlie, C-H-A-R-L-I-E to 74868. [00:10:23] So take out your phone. [00:10:25] Text Charlie to number 74868 for biblical responsible investing. [00:10:30] Text Charlie to 74868. [00:10:35] We're told President Trump and his motorcade have just left Mar-a-Lago. [00:10:41] People lining the streets. [00:10:43] Trump supporters are out there in full force as the president, former president of the United States, will join a very select club of other heads of state who have been arrested by their political opposition to try to prevent them from returning to office. [00:11:03] Gavin, when you look at these scenes, what do you think? [00:11:07] Because it's incredible to see the support, but at the same time, we know what he's headed towards. [00:11:13] Absolutely. [00:11:14] And what he's heading towards is what the country as a whole is heading towards. [00:11:17] A very dark day in our political history. [00:11:21] You mentioned he joins a club of other heads of state, heads of government, who have been imprisoned and persecuted by their political opponents. [00:11:29] It was something the United States always stayed away from, that we did not count our nation among those that did this sort of thing. [00:11:36] But sadly, here we are. [00:11:38] Here we are in 2023, the current year. [00:11:41] And we are seeing not only... [00:11:43] This is very current year. [00:11:44] Yeah, not only a former president, but the presumptive nominee and the leader of the opposition, which makes it all the much, much worse. [00:11:52] So I've got here. [00:11:53] Got the list from Revolver.news, the great Darren BD has put it together for us. [00:11:57] Here's the club the United States has just joined: Cambodia, Tunisia, Nicaragua, the country of Georgia, Bolivia, Uganda. [00:12:08] Ah, Uganda. [00:12:10] Yes, that's it. [00:12:11] And so, Uganda. [00:12:12] So, that's we are now Uganda status. [00:12:14] Oh, and Ukraine, actually, Ukraine, of course. [00:12:16] Of course. [00:12:16] How could I forget? [00:12:18] How could I forget? [00:12:19] I wouldn't want to leave out Ukraine. [00:12:21] Of course, I will not be accused of Ukrainian erasure here on the Charlie Kirk show. [00:12:25] No, no, no. [00:12:26] What a select group of countries the United States now joins as we arrest our former leader. [00:12:34] And people will say, Gavin, people will say, look, I'm just going to say, right? [00:12:38] This is we're, you know, they say, well, it's, it's, you know, it's these documents, and it was a campaign. [00:12:44] Was it a campaign finance violation? [00:12:45] Was it this? [00:12:46] Was it that? [00:12:47] Is that really what's going on here? [00:12:48] Is this really about a campaign finance question, Gavin? [00:12:52] Jack, they would have found a crime. [00:12:53] They would have found a violation. [00:12:55] They would have found something to go after the president with. [00:12:57] This just happened to be the most convenient. [00:13:00] And frankly, it's probably the weakest thing that they could go after him for. [00:13:03] It's something that has never really been prosecuted before. [00:13:06] And let's bring it back home to New York here for a second. [00:13:08] You wanted to talk about the situation in New York, but the situation in New York is dire. [00:13:13] Alvin Bragg, District Attorney Alvin Bragg, has been refusing to prosecute violent criminals, people with long rap sheets, people committing assaults, burglaries, rape. [00:13:23] He's letting them all off the hook. [00:13:24] He's letting them walk on the streets, but he is wasting not only taxpayer resources, but the entire energy of his department, one of the most important and prestigious district attorney offices in the country. [00:13:34] He is wasting those resources to go after political enemies of the American, of the American left. [00:13:39] It's absolutely despicable. [00:13:40] Right. [00:13:40] And we're seeing now the motorcade headed towards. [00:13:44] I mean, and you look at the amount of security they have up for this, because of course, we know this route. [00:13:50] We know certainly just think of it from the perspective of if you were one of these radical jihadi groups and you wanted to take out Trump or some other psycho group, I mean, you would, you would obviously know that his route is a certain select route through Palm Beach, then West Palm over to the airport. [00:14:10] You know exactly what he's going to be. [00:14:12] And you're seeing these, I'm looking at aerial footage now of people lining the streets, standing there. [00:14:17] We've got it up with the motor. [00:14:19] It almost, I'm just going to say it. === A Tragedy Of Justice (14:38) === [00:14:21] It almost feels like you're watching a funeral procession. [00:14:23] Yeah, that's what they want it to look like. [00:14:25] Yeah, it's a sad day for our country. [00:14:27] You see these for our republic. [00:14:29] For us, this is a funeral set. [00:14:31] This is a funeral possession for our republic. [00:14:34] That's what you're looking at. [00:14:35] Dying embers of our republic. [00:14:36] And you're seeing it here. [00:14:37] I mean, I'm seeing it with these black suburbans going down in Palm Beach. [00:14:43] It's sad footage. [00:14:44] This is footage that's going to be played over and over throughout history. [00:14:46] This is the death of America 1.0. [00:14:49] You're looking at the death of our Constitution. [00:14:51] You're looking at the death of our freedoms, of our republic. [00:14:55] That's what this is a procession. [00:14:56] And the fact that they're all black, that's what makes that to me. [00:14:59] It makes it feel like a funeral procession. [00:15:01] This is neo-America now. [00:15:02] This is the USSA. [00:15:05] The triumph of anarcho-tyranny over our republic. [00:15:07] That's what today will be remembered as. [00:15:09] You think of OJ, the white Bronco, right? [00:15:15] And of course, OJ got acquitted, but we'll see what happens with President Trump here. [00:15:19] This is incredible. [00:15:21] And we've got, this is the image of that, that SUV. [00:15:25] But here's the thing: here's the thing that I will say. [00:15:29] Here's the thing that I will say. [00:15:31] This is President Donald J. Trump. [00:15:37] Never count him out. [00:15:39] Never, ever count him out. [00:15:44] Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here. [00:16:44] And now we also have Libby Emmons who joins us from she's the editor-in-chief of the Postmillennial and Human Events. [00:16:53] Libby, you're seeing this footage. [00:16:56] Can you break it down for us? [00:16:57] Can you tell me what you're feeling as you see this? [00:17:00] I got to say, I think this is absolutely insane that this is what is going on, that former President Trump, candidate Trump, is being dragged up to New York like this to face misdemeanor charges. [00:17:14] We don't even know what the felony charge is that DA Alvin Bragg is planning to unleash here. [00:17:22] I simply find this absolutely shocking. [00:17:25] And there's plenty of words that I would say that are not appropriate for any kind of feed. [00:17:31] It's a nightmarish scenario in which someone who is beloved by so many, hated by so many, is essentially being prosecuted for political means. [00:17:45] This is an attempt to squash the opposition, the opposing candidate of the current regime. [00:17:52] And I also think that this is a personal vendetta from Alvin Bragg, who's doing this. [00:17:58] And I think a lot of people on both sides don't want this to happen and don't see any use in this nonsense. [00:18:05] And just so people understand, if you happen to be listening to this, so the motorcade has just arrived to Trump Force One. [00:18:14] We're seeing it now. [00:18:16] These are the types of images that you just can't take your eyes off of it. [00:18:19] Does it look, I'm not sure we've got an aerial shot here. [00:18:23] I think we're going to see President Trump stepping out of the SUV very soon here, just in a few moments, but he'll then make the transfer of Cures, one of the most, of course, one of the most secure motorcades that we've ever seen. [00:18:38] You know, Gavin, as you're looking at this, how do you feel? [00:18:41] How do you feel when you see this going on in your country? [00:18:44] I feel sad. [00:18:45] I feel like I'm living in a country that I did not grow up in. [00:18:49] This is not the country that I remember in my relatively short life, but it's certainly a very sad day for our country. [00:18:59] And I think Libby made a good point when she said he's going to unveil these felony charges, whatever they may be. [00:19:04] And I think that points to the strategy of Alvin Bragg. [00:19:08] I think he wants to throw the book at Trump and try to force a plea deal of sorts. [00:19:12] But we know Trump. [00:19:14] We know the president is a fighter. [00:19:16] He's fought off things far worse than this before. [00:19:19] And he's come out on top. [00:19:20] And I think he will continue to fight and persevere through this politicized witch hunt. [00:19:26] As I see these images of, and I can't tell if that's President Trump yet stepping out, but to me, it's just, I can't, I can't escape the feeling that the Republic is dying before our eyes. [00:19:39] It's dying before our very eyes. [00:19:41] Libby Evans, am I wrong? [00:19:43] Am I wrong to be saying something like that? [00:19:45] Because that's exactly how I feel right now. [00:19:48] I think a lot of us have been feeling that the Republic has been collapsing before our eyes for at least a couple of years now. [00:19:56] But this really does seem to be quite a kicker. [00:20:00] There were also reports this morning that the judge may perhaps impose a gag order preventing Trump from talking about the indictment or any of this that's going on in court. [00:20:14] And that would absolutely be a complete travesty of justice because they know that supporters of the former president and supporters of his current campaign want to talk about this. [00:20:25] They want to know what's going on. [00:20:26] And this is an unprecedented moment in American history. [00:20:29] We have never seen a current president or a former president indicted on criminal charges. [00:20:35] Even Nixon was pardoned. [00:20:37] You know, Ford came in and didn't let that go forward. [00:20:41] So we certainly have not seen something like this before. [00:20:44] And the American people deserve to know every single detail about what Trump is being accused of and about those charges. [00:20:53] But it's not even a situation, right, where we would know. [00:20:58] We would know if President Trump had killed someone or if he had committed some violent act or one of these heinous crimes that Alvin Bragg himself routinely lets people off for. [00:21:11] This isn't a situation like that. [00:21:13] This is a situation where we know this is the type of routine matter that is dealt with. [00:21:18] Hillary Clinton just had an issue like this last year with the Steele dossier, where she was able to pay a fine to the FEC. [00:21:25] It was about $130,000, where she lied about the funding of the Steele dossier. [00:21:29] It was a fine. [00:21:30] It was dealt with. [00:21:30] Barack Obama had to pay the largest ever fine to the FEC. [00:21:33] It was a million dollars. [00:21:35] So the idea that there were campaign finance issues certainly is something that comes up with campaign after campaign. [00:21:41] I'm not even saying that was done here, but the idea that you would see someone who's not just the former president, he is also the leading candidate to win the nomination for the GOP and to win the presidency. [00:21:57] If you look at the polls as of today, he's up six points over Biden in some national polls. [00:22:02] He's up seven points in other polls. [00:22:04] And so the idea that we are going to now become a country that allows you to arrest someone, the current party in power, is arresting the opposition leader. [00:22:14] Again, seven nations. [00:22:16] Libby, we're now on the list with Ukraine and Uganda and Cambodia and Nicaragua that have arrested former presidents. [00:22:24] That's our status now. [00:22:25] That's where we are. [00:22:26] Gavin, this feels like such a low point, and they want us to feel this way, don't they? [00:22:32] Oh, it's a demoralization tactic. [00:22:34] They want us to feel, they want to feel a state of hopelessness. [00:22:38] They want things to feel bleak. [00:22:39] They want to demoralize their political enemies. [00:22:42] They want to show that we can do this to your president. [00:22:44] We could do this to your leader. [00:22:46] We could do it to anybody. [00:22:47] And that's really what it is. [00:22:48] He is a proxy for the American people. [00:22:51] And he has called this out. [00:22:53] He has said he's going to be the American People's Retribution. [00:22:56] Our club issued a statement that said that he is our champion, that he is the proxy for this war against the American people. [00:23:04] And it is a sad day, like you said. [00:23:06] And we are entering into a new stage, a new epic, if you will, in our nation's history. [00:23:11] And it's certainly a dark period as things begin to proceed. [00:23:16] And this is worse than Watergate. [00:23:19] I mean, and libs still talk about Watergate today. [00:23:21] It was their seminal moment. [00:23:23] Everything goes back to Watergate. [00:23:24] Well, I think the conservative movement, I think Republicans will have to look at what's happening to President Trump as a new inflection point in this nation's history. [00:23:33] And it's not a good one. [00:23:35] Libby, what do you think? [00:23:36] Because from, and it's as simple as this. [00:23:38] When I see this footage, we can never come back from this moment. [00:23:46] Can never go back to the country that we were before this day. [00:23:50] We never will. [00:23:51] And you know, you know, I'll tell the story. [00:23:53] Gavin, I was telling you before we were on, speaking of days we can't come back from that, and Libby, you know, you are a, you're not in New York right now, but you are a New Yorker. [00:24:03] Took my son to the World Trade Center for the first time ever last night, a four-year-old son, and he was asking me what these big reflecting pools were outside. [00:24:16] You know, we went up to the observation deck, we came down, and he was, he said, Daddy, what are these big pools here? [00:24:23] And I said, you know, I can remember thinking that this day will come one day where my son's going to ask me in the future, what happened. [00:24:33] And in Mint's words, I told him the entire story. [00:24:36] I told him everything that happened. [00:24:38] I told him why it happened. [00:24:40] And I'm not equating this day to that day, but I'm saying there are certain days that you can't come back from. [00:24:46] There are certain things that happen to your country that will never let you go back to the country that you were before. [00:24:51] So, Libby, if that is true and we are in a new country and we are in a new situation, how do we operate in this new country? [00:24:59] What do we do to go back from this moment, to go forward from this moment, and then to build a new structure, a new rebirth of freedom, as they might say? [00:25:12] You know, it's interesting that you talk about it like that. [00:25:14] And with regard to September 11, and I applaud you for telling your son the truth. [00:25:19] I had the same conversations with my son when we saw the reflecting pools and when we've talked about that day. [00:25:26] And he was, of course, born in New York City. [00:25:29] I kind of think of myself now as a New Yorker in exile. [00:25:33] New York is always my home, ancestral home, et cetera. [00:25:38] Yeah, how do we move forward from this? [00:25:40] How did we move forward from 9-11 or from Pearl Harbor? [00:25:43] There are stark differences. [00:25:46] Certainly, those were tragedies of loss of life. [00:25:49] This is a tragedy of justice, justice being completely mishandled and, you know, bastardized, is all we can say about this, including the DOJ continuing to go after Trump, now saying that he was obstructionist after the subpoena was served that led to the seizure of documents at his home at Mar-a-Lago. [00:26:11] Of course, they haven't found anything in those documents. [00:26:13] So now they have to go back and try and drum up some kind of procedural charge. [00:26:18] But how do we move forward? [00:26:19] Huge differences. [00:26:21] After 9-11 in 2001, the country came together and supported New York and supported each other. [00:26:27] After Pearl Harbor, certainly the country came together and supported each other, supported the military, supported the efforts of the country. [00:26:35] We are a divided nation. [00:26:37] There are many, many people in this country who are applauding this move, who are really on board with Trump being arraigned, with the indictment, who think that finally justice will be served by this. [00:26:51] And there are probably an equal number of Americans who see this as a complete travesty of justice. [00:26:57] So how can we move forward in our nation when we cannot rally together? [00:27:03] We cannot look at something like this event and say, okay, this galvanizes us as Americans, as patriots, to come together. [00:27:12] How do we reunite the country when you have such incredibly stark divisions? [00:27:18] And we have stark divisions all across the political and cultural landscape right now. [00:27:25] Wow, the plane is moving. [00:27:26] It's sort of shocking to see this happening. [00:27:29] But we have cultural divisions all across our country. [00:27:32] You have people who advocate for children to undergo sex changes and people who are starkly and fully against that. [00:27:39] That's a huge, huge deal. [00:27:42] You have people who think that Trump is a criminal who should be prosecuted on what are these misdemeanor charges, which is absurd anyway. [00:27:50] And you have people who think that he should fully be the next president and should serve the second term that he was denied in 2020. [00:27:59] So that's a huge difference. [00:28:01] How do we move forward? [00:28:02] We have to stand on truth. [00:28:04] I think that is so important. [00:28:06] We cannot express lies, even if we are told to express those lies. [00:28:11] And we have to uphold our values and principles above all else. [00:28:18] So we're looking now at this footage of President Trump as he's going up the stairs to Mar-a-Lago, excuse me, up the stairs to Trump Force One, left Mar-a-Lago for Trump Force One. [00:28:31] The plane is taxiing off right now on its way to New York City. [00:28:37] He waved. [00:28:38] He waved once to the cameras, to the crowd. [00:28:42] And in a sense, he's waving goodbye to the republic that once was. [00:28:49] He's waving goodbye to the country that we were. [00:28:54] We are a new country now. [00:28:55] And it's as simple as that. [00:28:56] We are a new country now, and we are in uncharted waters. === We Are A New Country (04:44) === [00:29:00] Gavin, what's your takeaway on that? [00:29:01] Look, I think he's optimistic. [00:29:04] He's in good spirits considering everything that he's facing right now. [00:29:08] You know, I think he's in good physical shape. [00:29:10] He didn't trip up like our current president does. [00:29:13] Uh-oh, I just have to point it out. [00:29:15] He made it up every step. [00:29:17] A perfect walk on the street. [00:29:18] Perfect walk. [00:29:18] Some would say one of the best steps. [00:29:20] One of the best walks. [00:29:21] But listen, I mean, he's under a lot of pressure right now, pressure that most politicians would break under. [00:29:28] And this is not new for him. [00:29:29] He's been under constant fire since he came down the escalator at Trump Tower way back when in 2015. [00:29:35] So this is a man. [00:29:37] This is Teflon Don. [00:29:38] I mean, he could put up this fight. [00:29:42] He can fight tooth and nail with the left every day. [00:29:45] And very few people in this country, very few, can say the same, particularly in the Republican field, other Democrats. [00:29:52] And this is why we need him back in the White House because he is the guy that can get into the line of fire every single day and come back up stronger and keep fighting, keep punching, and keep working for the American people. [00:30:03] And Gavin, I want to be very clear with something because I know you've been having reporters blowing you up like crazy over this about tomorrow. [00:30:10] People are going to be upset watching this footage. [00:30:12] I'm saying it right now. [00:30:14] Are we going to stay peaceful? [00:30:15] Or are we going to take the bait and give them what they want? [00:30:19] My members, this club will certainly stay peaceful. [00:30:22] We have a record of doing so. [00:30:24] We were just there, you know, not even two weeks ago, and it was completely peaceful. [00:30:28] And they wanted a January 6th. [00:30:30] They're trying to will it into existence. [00:30:32] And when we didn't give them that, when we showed that we were peaceful, we were civil, and we were protesting and exercising our First Amendment rights, they immediately changed the narrative to crowdsize. [00:30:41] And I imagine they're going to do something similar. [00:30:43] We had 100 people there last time on 24-hour notice. [00:30:46] I expect it to be much larger this time. [00:30:48] We are going to demonstrate peacefully. [00:30:50] We are going to let our voices be heard. [00:30:51] We are going to call out and draw attention to this obscene abuse of justice, this anarcho-tyranny that is taking over our country that's already taken over Manhattan in many ways. [00:31:04] And Alvin Bragg is personified. [00:31:07] He represents that nihilistic worldview that puts the criminal above the victim. [00:31:12] And in this case, puts his political opponents higher in the priority than a street thug. [00:31:17] And for folks listening on radio, look at this. [00:31:20] In New York City, there's already supporters out. [00:31:23] There's people up with giant signs. [00:31:25] We support President Trump, Trump 2024, finish the wall. [00:31:30] Folks, just to let you know, we've got about two minutes left, but we are bringing on Billboard Chris and Scott Pressler for the next hour. [00:31:35] We can't take our eyes off the prize of this. [00:31:38] We will rebuild from this moment. [00:31:41] Do you think that this moment is going to make us demoralized? [00:31:47] Do you think this is going to make us scared? [00:31:49] No. [00:31:49] This is giving us the fire in the belly. [00:31:54] The steely result. [00:31:55] The Rubicon has been crossed and the die has been cast. [00:32:03] It's as simple as that. [00:32:04] Last word, Libby Emmons. [00:32:05] To talk about something this wild. [00:32:08] I think Fox News is reporting that three of the planes did take off. [00:32:13] So I'm not sure what's up with that. [00:32:15] My editorial newsroom over here is checking that out and reporting back. [00:32:20] I am glad to see that there are some supporters for the president in New York. [00:32:24] I think he's actually got far more support in New York City than people are aware and certainly than Alvin Bragg wants anyone to know. [00:32:33] Yeah, I'm still sort of, I'm gobsmacked by this entire thing. [00:32:39] And I'm glad. [00:32:40] We all are, Libby. [00:32:40] We all are. [00:32:43] We never thought we would see this day. [00:32:45] MTG with Gavin and the rest of the rabble rousers. [00:32:48] All the rabble rousers. [00:32:50] We'll be down there. [00:32:51] We'll be, I don't know if we'll be rabbling, but we will be rousing. [00:32:54] I don't know if that makes sense, but we'll look back on it after. [00:32:56] But listen, this is a horrible day and tomorrow's going to be even an even worse day. [00:33:01] People thought it wasn't going to come. [00:33:03] And there were some cynical opponents of the president who were claiming up until the day the indictment dropped that it wouldn't happen. [00:33:08] It happened. [00:33:08] We need to unify behind him and we need to show our support. [00:33:11] I appreciate your time, Gavin, and the space, by the way. [00:33:14] Appreciate Libby Emmons, your time, your words. [00:33:17] Folks, this is the moment the comeback begins. [00:33:22] America's comeback starts right now and right here. [00:33:30] Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
