[00:00:31] Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses. [00:00:34] I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk. [00:00:37] Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks. [00:00:40] I want to thank Charlie. [00:00:41] He's an incredible guy. [00:00:42] His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created. [00:00:49] Turning point USA. [00:00:51] We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. [00:00:59] That's why we are here. [00:01:02] Brought to you by the Loan Experts I Trust, Andrew and Todd at Sierra Pacific Mortgage at andrewandTodd.com. [00:01:12] Awful thing that has happened to our country since the Civil War. [00:01:16] We were told it was an insurrection. [00:01:19] Not only were we told that, we were pushed by people like Brad Schneider and others that we need a new Patriot Act, a Patriot Act 2.0, as a response to what happened on January 6th. [00:01:33] Now, we've talked in great detail about the federal government's involvement, Ray Epps, and having undercover agents. [00:01:40] But we've been saying for the last year and a half, where's the rest of the footage? [00:01:44] In the spirit of transparency, January 6th committee, can we have the 45,000 hours of footage? [00:01:51] Now, doubters and moderates and liberals that I would talk to say, what are you going to find in that footage? [00:01:55] You're going to find more of the same. [00:01:57] But we know and we knew that there was more to the footage because of court documents, anecdotal evidence, people that were there that were saying, no, no, no, no, that's not right. [00:02:08] They provoked us and they led us through the door and they were tour guides to us, basically. [00:02:15] And this was all smeared as conspiracy theory talk. [00:02:19] You see, that's how things work now. [00:02:21] You say a piece of truth. [00:02:24] The media, the regime will immediately smear and slander you with a thought-terminating cliche, conspiracy theorist. [00:02:32] And then you're less likely to speak the truth because you don't want to be called that. [00:02:36] You don't want to be censored. [00:02:36] You don't want to be kicked out of the cool kids club. [00:02:39] And you say, oh, you know, I don't want to be a conspiracy theorist, which, by the way, is one of the worst labels that you could throw on somebody. [00:02:48] It was actually a creation from the Central Intelligence Agency. [00:02:55] So thanks to a couple people, we now have this January 6th footage being made public. [00:03:02] The first person of thanks that we have to thank is the strong conservatives that really drove a hard bargain in the speakers race. [00:03:10] The second word of thanks needs to be to Kevin McCarthy, who deserves credit. [00:03:15] Now, I know many of you sent me some of the nastiest emails I've ever received in the history of doing this program, but it's true. [00:03:22] Kevin McCarthy has delivered here. [00:03:24] And the third piece of thanks is to Tucker Carlson. [00:03:27] Tucker Carlson and his team began to go through this footage. === The CIA Connection Revealed (08:04) === [00:03:32] And, you know, I don't get really hyped about much anymore because I hear hype about everything. [00:03:38] And I'm like, all right, we'll see. [00:03:39] I was getting text messages. [00:03:40] I was like, Charlie, make sure you watch Tucker tonight. [00:03:42] Charlie, make sure you watch Tucker of people that kind of knew. [00:03:45] I'm like, all right, here we go. [00:03:46] And I watched it. [00:03:46] I said, whoa. [00:03:48] Okay. [00:03:49] The ballgame has changed. [00:03:51] And the ballgame has changed on many different levels. [00:03:55] And the one that I want to first focus on, there's two. [00:03:57] There's Officer Brian Sicknick, which was one of the incredibly important elements of what the media was telling us, even though we pushed back against this the whole time. [00:04:08] Now we have verifiable evidence that Brian Sicknick was not killed when they said he was killed. [00:04:17] He was actually alive and well. [00:04:18] Remember when they closed down the entire Capitol Rotunda? [00:04:22] Remember they brought in for his funeral service and they said that it was Trump supporters that murdered him? [00:04:28] Not true. [00:04:29] Secondly, is the one that I want to begin with, which is kind of what became the face of the quote-unquote insurrection. [00:04:37] You see, as the PSYOP campaign was launched, every single narrative needs a villain. [00:04:46] And one of the villains was someone that looked really scary. [00:04:50] He looked like someone that was from the Hinterlands and he's going to come take an axe and cut your head off. [00:04:56] He's best known as Q Anon Shaman or Chewbacca. [00:05:02] Now, this person obviously is mentally challenged and needs help. [00:05:08] This person actually seems like a very sweet person. [00:05:11] Look at his picture there. [00:05:13] That picture was probably seen by over 100 million people. [00:05:16] It was plastered and reposted. [00:05:18] You see him on the scaffolding as if he is sending out some sort of primal scream to the base that he speaks a different language and that if we do not control Trump supporters and spy on them and surveil them and infiltrate their groups, all of a sudden those crazy people from the hills of Appalachia will tear off their clothes, paint their face, take up their flag and storm your government. [00:05:41] He was the perfect depiction for an intelligence apparatus that needed a villain. [00:05:49] You see the grannies and the people just waving flags and no, no, that was not it. [00:05:53] But the guy that face painted and he looked as if he was doing some sort of smell insults before, he's, and almost in some ways, the story the media was saying without ever saying a word is, you see, they're trying to destroy modernity. [00:06:08] They're trying to bring us back into the worst aspects of our tribal humanity. [00:06:15] But was it true? [00:06:17] Jacob Chanceley is his name. [00:06:20] Jacob Chanceley, probably if you asked Americans who was the most recognizable defendant or the most recognizable person indicted at January 6th, he'd be right up there because he was scary looking. [00:06:32] Let's play Tucker Carlson's beginning of his coverage of this because Jacob Chanceley committed no violence. [00:06:41] He had no priors. [00:06:42] He didn't force his way past cops. [00:06:44] No, The police, the Capitol Police, acted as docents to Jacob Chanceley. [00:06:52] They walked around him and said, hey, look at this picture and look at this. [00:06:56] Don't believe me? [00:06:57] Play Cut 36. [00:06:59] Virtually every moment of his time inside the Capitol was caught on tape. [00:07:03] The tape show that Capitol Police never stopped Jacob Chansley. [00:07:08] They helped him. [00:07:09] They Acted as his tour guides. [00:07:11] Here's video of Chansley in the Senate chamber. [00:07:14] Capitol Police officers take him to multiple entrances and even try to open locked doors for him. [00:07:20] We counted at least nine officers who were within touching distance of unarmed Jacob Chansley. [00:07:26] Not one of them even tried to slow him down. [00:07:29] So we're told it's an insurrection. [00:07:31] This would be the first insurrection in world history where the insurrectionist gets shown around by the defending force. [00:07:38] I don't think there's ever been an invasion, a war, or a battle where the person that you are portraying as the villain gets treated with some good old Capitol Police hospitality, where nine of them are surrounding him and they say, hey, you know, this was built in 1910 and this part was built in 1845. [00:08:00] And we were told that he was a threat to our country. [00:08:04] And you know what our government did? [00:08:06] This is how cruel and how evil our government is. [00:08:09] And I do not say that lightly. [00:08:11] They took a mentally challenged man who happened to dress up in a funny way and they used him and weaponized his mental illness for political gain. [00:08:23] And they withheld exculpatory evidence potentially in front of the jury and they threatened him because he actually didn't go to trial. [00:08:30] He did a plea agreement. [00:08:32] And can you blame him? [00:08:34] He was being faced with 15 to 20 years in prison. [00:08:37] He's not going to be able to get a good attorney to go through this. [00:08:40] And even a public defender wouldn't want to, you know, they would kind of just phone it in. [00:08:45] So now this guy that obviously needs compassionate mental health care is in jail after being shown around the Capitol by your own government. [00:08:56] And the government, and by the way, the federal government made sure they accelerated his indictment because they probably knew this footage existed. [00:09:04] But also, they needed to show that the scary man, the person that has the face paint that looks as if he is the tribal warrior in the hills, that he's locked up. [00:09:17] This is so sick, everybody. [00:09:19] The Capitol Police who go in front of the January 6th committee and they start saying we are fearing for our lives. [00:09:27] Maybe that might have been true at a separate situation. [00:09:30] But you weren't fearing for your lives right there from Jacob Chancellor. [00:09:33] You guys were buddies and you were showing him around. [00:09:35] How do you sleep at night, Capitol Police officers that did this? [00:09:39] You guys can walk free and the guy that you were showing around as a tour guide is now in jail. [00:09:44] Sick. [00:09:46] And the government, they don't care. [00:09:47] It's all just pawns and a big political grab. [00:09:51] These people are so cruel. [00:09:52] And by the way, they always lecture us about we need to be, you know, we need to have a system of justice that accommodates mentally ill people. [00:10:00] So let me get this straight. [00:10:01] People that are mentally ill are allowed to defecate on the sides of the street of Los Angeles. [00:10:06] But somebody who's mentally challenged happens to wander into the Capitol and you throw them into jail for four years after you give them a scenic tour. [00:10:15] I want to talk about ReliefFactor.com. [00:10:17] I want you guys to check out ReliefFactor.com, 100% drug-free, knee pain, back pain, joint pain, elbow pain. [00:10:48] ReliefFactor.com, relieffactor.com. [00:10:53] He never should have been in jail. [00:10:56] Jacob Chansley. [00:10:59] Some of you are pretty upset that I'm even saying that he might have some mental health issues. [00:11:03] Just so we're clear, I don't make this stuff up. [00:11:07] In his plea deal, he cited his mental health diagnosis, just so we're clear. [00:11:12] I didn't make it up. [00:11:13] He cited it as part of his defense. [00:11:17] So a lot of you are really upset that I said that. [00:11:20] That's fine. [00:11:21] I just am looking at his charging documents here where there was part of his plea agreement was that he has mental struggles. [00:11:32] And by the way, that's not a reason to put somebody in jail. [00:11:35] I'm not trying to be, you know, cruel or anything. === Sicknick Was Not An Insurrectionist (04:39) === [00:11:37] It's just there. [00:11:38] And the diagnosis was this by a clinical defense, by his defense attorney. [00:11:43] He has a diagnosis of schizophrenia personality disorder, which Hansley's defense attorney, Albert Watkins, revealed on Tuesday in hopes of securing a sentencing break for his client. [00:11:53] So again, I'm not making it up. [00:11:55] It's not some sort of thing that I say as a pejorative. [00:11:57] You guys are really, really upset with me. [00:11:59] You say, what evidence do you have? [00:12:00] That is the evidence. [00:12:01] It's in his charging document. [00:12:03] He actually said it himself that he struggles with schizophrenia. [00:12:06] Okay. [00:12:07] So, and he seems like a very sweet, nonviolent person. [00:12:10] And I'm not trying to be mean to him. [00:12:11] It's a fact. [00:12:12] It's in his plea agreement. [00:12:14] Okay. [00:12:15] So let's go deeper into this, though. [00:12:17] So outside of that cruel and unusual treatment of somebody that is a veteran and by all, you know, by all means shouldn't be treated this way. [00:12:27] What about Officer Sicknick? [00:12:29] Well, Officer Sicknick, we were told, was killed by Trump supporters. [00:12:34] This is extraordinary. [00:12:35] Let's play cut 34. [00:12:37] Tucker shows footage of Officer Sicknick walking through the Capitol, appearing completely fine after the time the left claimed he was attacked, like a money python skit. [00:12:45] Play cut 34. [00:12:47] First, they told the country that Officer Sicknick was murdered with a fire extinguisher. [00:12:51] It was a lie, untrue in any way. [00:12:54] Here is surveillance footage of Sicknick walking in the Capitol after he was supposedly murdered by the mob outside. [00:13:01] By all appearances, Sicknick is healthy and vigorous. [00:13:04] He's wearing a helmet, so it's hard to imagine he was killed by a head injury. [00:13:09] Whatever happened to Brian Sicknick was very obviously not the result of violence he suffered at the entrance to the Capitol. [00:13:16] This tape overturns the single most powerful and politically useful lie that Democrats have told us about January 6th. [00:13:24] Now remember, it wasn't just an insurrection. [00:13:26] What was the adjective that was used on all of the Operation Mockingbird propaganda networks? [00:13:34] Deadly. [00:13:35] Remember? [00:13:36] It wasn't just an insurrection. [00:13:38] They used the adjective deadly. [00:13:41] It was a deadly insurrection. [00:13:44] It was a deadly insurrection. [00:13:47] But according to this footage, it shows that he was uninjured. [00:13:51] So we don't know how he died, but he appears uninjured because of this footage. [00:13:59] Play cut 35, Tucker Carlson continues to explain how the January 6th Committee saw the footage. [00:14:04] So the January 6th Committee saw this footage and they never released it. [00:14:08] Adam Kinzinger, Liz Cheney, all these people on the committee, they never told you the truth. [00:14:15] They allowed the phrase, deadly insurrection, deadly insurrection. [00:14:19] Play cut 35. [00:14:21] The January 6th committee knew perfectly well that Brian Sicknick was walking normally through the Capitol after he was supposedly murdered by Trump supporters. [00:14:30] And they know that because they saw this tape. [00:14:33] We can be sure because the footage contains an electronic bookmark that is still archived in the Capitol's computer system. [00:14:40] That means that investigators working for the Democratic Party reviewed this tape. [00:14:45] They saw it, but they refused to release the tape to the public. [00:14:49] Why? [00:14:50] Because this tape would shatter the fraud they were perpetrating on the country. [00:14:55] Because hiding the truth served their political interest. [00:14:58] They lied about the police officer they claimed to revere. [00:15:02] If they were willing to do that, then their dishonesty knew no limits. [00:15:06] And this is just touching the beginning of the surface of this. [00:15:11] They needed the sicknick narrative to say that this was deadly. [00:15:15] Do you know what I will say? [00:15:17] There actually is an element of this that is deadly. [00:15:21] And the more footage that we look into, I am now even more curious than ever for every possible camera angle into the murder of Ashley Babbitt. [00:15:32] The Capitol police didn't seem too worried as they're showing around Jacob Chancely to a tour of the Capitol. [00:15:42] Brian Sicknick seemed alive and well, so how he died needs to be explained. [00:15:48] Meanwhile, the narrative took the media took that narrative and said it was Trump supporters that killed him. [00:15:54] It's just not true. [00:15:55] Now, did Sicknick die of a stroke or die of a heart attack? [00:15:58] Well, we see very clearly in the video, it wasn't how the media said he died. [00:16:03] This is unraveling in real time, everybody. [00:16:05] And the media will not be bothered by it. [00:16:07] They're like, oh, yeah, this is old news. [00:16:08] No, no, no. [00:16:09] This is one of your holy grail narratives shattering in real time. === Unraveling The Deadly Narrative Lie (15:16) === [00:16:17] Hey, everybody, Charlie Kirk here. [00:17:21] And we're going to play some more of the tape here from the Article 3 project. [00:17:24] Mike, welcome back to the program. [00:17:26] Thanks for having me on, Charlie. [00:17:28] So, Mike, what is your initial reaction to the Tucker Carlson investigation tapes that were aired last evening? [00:17:35] It's a bombshell. [00:17:37] This is, to me, a clear Brady violation. [00:17:41] Prosecutors have an obligation under the U.S. Constitution to produce or to make available to defendants exculpatory evidence. [00:17:51] And this video that Tucker Carlson played last night is clearly exculpatory for Jacob Chansley. [00:17:59] There's no reason he should have been sentenced to 41 months in prison when the video evidence shows that Capitol police officers escorted him around the U.S. Capitol and he took selfies on the Senate floor. [00:18:14] So this is a bombshell. [00:18:16] This is a clear constitutional violation. [00:18:19] And U.S. District Court Judge Royce Lamberth, who stupidly sentenced this guy to 41 months in prison, should issue a show cause order today asking the Biden Justice Department, Channing Phillips, the former acting U.S. attorney for D.C., brought back in from the Obama administration to do this January 6th nonsense showcause order, why they should not be found to have violated Brady, [00:18:47] why there should not be contempt of court, why this judge should not throw out this sentence and throw out this conviction. [00:18:53] This is a very serious matter, what happened here. [00:18:57] They hid evidence from the prosecutor. [00:19:00] You can't just say to a defense counsel, hey, there are 43,000 hours of surveillance tapes. [00:19:06] Come to the Capitol basement, go sit in a room. [00:19:09] You have eight hours a day. [00:19:10] Go sit in a room for 10 years and watch these videos. [00:19:15] They have a bigger obligation than this. [00:19:17] Attorney General Merrick Garland, at the two-year anniversary of January 6th, put out this press release saying that essentially this was the biggest investigation in the department's history. [00:19:28] Why didn't these hundreds of FBI agents and these however many prosecutors who are working on these January 6th cases, why didn't they provide that video that Tucker played last night? [00:19:38] Why did they not provide that video to Jacob Chansley's defense attorney before he pled guilty back in September of 2001? [00:19:48] This is unacceptable. [00:19:50] And there needs to be heads that roll here. [00:19:52] This Channing Phillips, the prosecutor on this case, anyone who is involved on this, who did not go get these videos from the Capitol and provide them to the defense attorney should be found to have violated their constitutional obligations here. [00:20:09] So, I mean, this really fires me up here because the government had this evidence and they still go through with this aggressive prosecution. [00:20:19] Will their response be that it never went to full trial? [00:20:22] Therefore, the evidence was not completely presented, if that makes sense, because they would say it's still not, they don't think this is exculpatory. [00:20:30] I mean, these people don't believe in truth anyway. [00:20:31] They say, oh, this is not exculpatory. [00:20:33] He's still in the Capitol. [00:20:34] See, he's still trespassing. [00:20:37] So it's absolutely exculpatory evidence. [00:20:40] They had an absolute obligation to make this available to Jacob Chansley's attorney under Brady. [00:20:47] That's a Supreme Court case, Brady versus Maryland, Supreme Court case from 1963. [00:20:53] This is clearly exculpatory. [00:20:55] This is clearly Brady material. [00:20:57] And it's no excuse that they went forward. [00:21:00] They had to rush to prosecute these. [00:21:02] They had to create this January 6th narrative to cancel Trump, Trump's top aides, Trump supporters to try to eliminate Biden's political enemy. [00:21:11] And they rushed to prosecute these prosecutors. [00:21:14] These FBI agents should have gone through every second. [00:21:17] But they don't care. [00:21:18] I mean, Mike, this is where I'm losing faith in the FBI. [00:21:21] I'm losing faith in our entire government apparatus. [00:21:24] How many agents probably saw these videos and they just don't care? [00:21:28] I mean, are they that focused on destroying the lives of conservatives where they'll see this exculpatory evidence and they just cover it up or they're just uninterested in it? [00:21:41] I mean, here's what's so cruel about this is that Jacob Chanceley obviously was not able to get elite counsel. [00:21:48] Now, if Jacob Chancely would have been the son of a billionaire and an elite law firm could have had a platoon of people to go down to watch this footage, then all of a sudden the government would have charged him differently, right? [00:22:00] But they saw an opportunity. [00:22:02] And more specifically, they saw him as kind of a mascot figure of a scary-looking person who painted his face and his picture was all over the internet. [00:22:15] And that's the person that we have to put on trial here. [00:22:19] So, Mike, I mean, the answer, I'm sure, is no, but how on earth do you hold the government accountable for this? [00:22:25] I mean, Jacob is in prison today for a malicious prosecution. [00:22:30] Yeah, so again, Judge Royce Lamberth should have a show cause order issued today to the Biden Justice Department. [00:22:38] They need to respond and explain what steps they took. [00:22:41] They took to look at these 43,000 hours of capital video and how they made them available to Jacob Chansley's defense attorney before he pled guilty back in September of 2021. [00:22:56] It's shocking to me, frankly, because I know Judge Landberth. [00:22:59] And it's just what's been shocking to me for the last couple of years is that he went along with this. [00:23:04] He's usually so skeptical of the government. [00:23:07] He's a Reagan-appointed judge, and he just got wrapped up in this narrative, this bogus narrative that the Biden administration tried to play here, that there was some, you know, master plan, insurrection. [00:23:19] This was clearly, January 6th was clearly a protest that got out of control. [00:23:25] Insurrection is just complete nonsense, but they had to play that insurrection narrative to get Trump to take out Trump, his top advisors, his top supporters, to eliminate Biden's political enemy. [00:23:36] And they were going to get to that narrative. [00:23:38] They were going to get to that result no matter what. [00:23:40] And Jacob Chansley is a perfect example of just roadkill in this process. [00:23:46] Why was he put in prison for 40, sentenced to 41 months in prison for being a mentally ill goofball who went into the Senate floor and took selfies? [00:23:56] If disrupting, if mentally ill goofballs, disrupting Senate proceedings should put you in prison for 41 months. [00:24:04] I was on the receiving end of it for days and days and days on end during the Kavanaugh confirmation when I helped Chairman Chuck Grassley ran the Kavanaugh confirmation. [00:24:12] Why weren't those mentally ill goofballs put in prison for 41 months for disrupting the proceedings? [00:24:17] Yeah, but by the way, I get death threats all the time. [00:24:19] No one gets arrested. [00:24:19] The feds won't be bothered by that. [00:24:21] Interstate email phones, I'm going to kill you. [00:24:24] I'm going to cut your head off. [00:24:25] Nobody cares, right? [00:24:27] But, you know, Jacob Chanceley goes into the Capitol and 41 months in prison. [00:24:33] And so let's go to this tape here. [00:24:35] I want to go here. [00:24:36] This is Chuck U. Schumer this morning. [00:24:38] They're in full damage control. [00:24:40] You know, the media is now going full court press. [00:24:42] You got Ken Zinger going on CNN. [00:24:45] You got Chuck U. Schumer. [00:24:47] The media is writing up article after article. [00:24:49] The second trending on yahoo.com, the second trending article on all the internet is Tucker Carlson January 6th. [00:24:55] It's trending on Twitter. [00:24:56] It's trending everywhere. [00:24:58] People are immensely curious because this was such a force-fed narrative that we were supposed to take. [00:25:03] And we have been trying to push back against this and called all the worst names in the book. [00:25:09] By the way, Elon Musk also pushing it and Elon Musk saying it was immoral and wrong with the January 6th committee did. [00:25:16] So let's play this cut here. [00:25:17] This is Chuck U. Schumer this morning, play cut 46. [00:25:21] Last night, millions of Americans tuned in to one of the most shameful hours we have ever seen on cable television. [00:25:29] Fox News host Tucker Carlson ran a lengthy segment last night arguing the January 6th Capitol attack was not a violent insurrection. [00:25:41] By diving deep into the waters of conspiracy and cherry-picking from thousands of hours of security footage, Mr. Carlson told the bold-faced lie. [00:25:52] So, Mike, he's just, this is just the beginning of damage control. [00:25:56] Tucker has another 45,000 hours to go through your reaction. [00:26:01] Chuck Schumer is such a partisan clown that I don't know how anyone can take him seriously. [00:26:06] The only reason he is the top Democrat is because he's from New York and he raises a ton of money for Democrats. [00:26:12] Other than that, he has horrific judgment. [00:26:15] He has horrific strategy. [00:26:17] He has horrific tactics. [00:26:18] He's a total clown. [00:26:19] Let this sink in. [00:26:21] Today's Democrats are defending prosecutors who failed to turn over exculpatory evidence of a defendant. [00:26:30] He's in prison. [00:26:32] He was sentenced to prison for 41 months. [00:26:34] There's exculpatory evidence. [00:26:36] And you have these Democrat politicians and Democrat reporters who are taking the side of the government. [00:26:43] I mean, how is this even possible? [00:26:45] This is not our parents or our grandparents' Democrat Party anymore. [00:26:48] These are not people who love America. [00:26:51] They believe in equality. [00:26:53] They believe in due process and justice. [00:26:55] These are leftists. [00:26:56] These are Marxists who hate America. [00:26:58] They hate due process. [00:26:59] They hate equality. [00:27:00] They hate their political enemies. [00:27:02] And they are willing to politicize and weaponize the Justice Department, Congress, whatever they need to do to eliminate their political enemies because all they care about is power. [00:27:11] Chuck Schumer is the day. [00:27:13] That's right. [00:27:14] They don't care how many people they have to put in prison. [00:27:16] They don't care how many people they have to smear or slander or libel. [00:27:20] None of that matters. [00:27:21] That is all just speed bumps on their way to power. [00:27:28] Mind you, we have a very enlightened audience here, and people say, Charlie, I knew all this stuff before. [00:27:33] You might have known it, but now you have more evidence than ever to prove it. [00:27:36] And the rest of the country is not into this stuff like you are. [00:27:39] You have to understand that. [00:27:40] So, Mike, I want to play another piece of tape here. [00:27:43] This is Adam Kinzinger defending the January 6th committee. [00:27:47] It's so interesting. [00:27:48] They say how transparent they were. [00:27:50] Why didn't they put all this footage publicly out publicly with the January 6th committee report? [00:27:54] Because they knew it actually would have pushed back against their narrative. [00:27:57] Play cut 40. [00:27:59] Yeah, I mean, look, obviously, everybody knows, even in their heart, even those that think that or that will say out loud that the insurrection didn't happen, they know in their heart that it did. [00:28:09] Look, I can look at myself in the mirror. [00:28:11] I know Tucker Carlson, he has a lot more money than I do, but it's probably much harder for him to wake up and look in the mirror in terms of saying that we've hidden this footage. [00:28:19] Oh, we had one of the most transparent hearings in history with the most footage we've ever shown in history. [00:28:25] So, besides the fact that Adam Kinzinger looks awful, I don't know why he'd be looking himself in the mirror. [00:28:30] I don't know what's happening to him. [00:28:31] Mike, explain to our audience the moral necessity to crush these lies. [00:28:38] This is not eye candy. [00:28:39] You know, this is not just superficial. [00:28:42] This is substantial, real, verifiable progress in being able to restore truth as a central value. [00:28:50] Your thoughts? [00:28:52] Adam Kinzinger and Liz Cheney are shameful. [00:28:56] I don't say this lightly. [00:28:57] I hope they rot in hell. [00:28:58] The January 6th committee spent $18 million. [00:29:03] They had about 100 staffers to go over this. [00:29:06] And Cheney and Kinzinger were Nancy Pelosi's useful idiots. [00:29:11] And with Adam Kinzinger, Nancy Pelosi didn't find him useful anymore. [00:29:15] And so then she had him redistricted out of his U.S. House seat in Illinois. [00:29:20] He's a total buffoon. [00:29:22] This video that we saw that Tucker Carlson played last night that clearly exonerates Jacob Chansley was never played at these January 6th hearings. [00:29:32] They had the resources to make this available. [00:29:35] The Biden Justice Department had the resources to make this available to Jacob Chansley. [00:29:40] They didn't do it. [00:29:42] And then they went to a judge and they put him in, they sentenced him to 41 months in prison when police were escorting him around the Capitol. [00:29:50] He was no threat. [00:29:52] Should he have been charged with trespassing? [00:29:54] Maybe. [00:29:55] Should he have gotten 30 days in jail? [00:29:57] Maybe. [00:29:58] 41 months in prison after that. [00:30:01] Are you kidding me? [00:30:02] This is show trial stuff and this is so unconstitutional. [00:30:06] And this is the very abuse and overreach of government that the left always used to try to protest. [00:30:10] Oh, criminal justices and all this. [00:30:12] Now they've now embraced it almost in a very, in a power-hungry revenge campaign. [00:30:18] I want to play another piece of tape here. [00:30:20] This is what's so interesting. [00:30:21] I think we are just beginning to learn what happened on January 6th. [00:30:25] Louisiana congressman grilling Chris Ray, asking if the FBI had sources embedded in the January 6th riders. [00:30:33] Listen to this, play cut 47. [00:30:34] Did the FBI have confidential human sources embedded within the January 6th protesters? [00:30:42] Well, Congressman, as I'm sure you can appreciate, I have to be very careful about what I can say about when you finish About when we do and do not, and where we have and have not used confidential human sources. [00:30:57] Did you have confidential human sources dressed as Trump supporters inside the Capitol on January the 6th prior to the doors being opened? [00:31:06] Again, I had to be very careful. [00:31:07] It should be a no. [00:31:09] Can you not tell the American people no? [00:31:11] We did not have confidential human sources dressed as Trump supporters positioned inside the Capitol. [00:31:18] Yeah, Chris Ray is a deep state snake. [00:31:21] He is Trump's biggest mistake. [00:31:23] He was my first confirmation when I joined the Senate Judiciary Committee. [00:31:26] He was my second day on the job when Democrats had all the Republicans chasing their tails about the Russian collusion hoax. === Exposing Chris Ray As A Snake (00:50) === [00:31:33] They put up Chris Ray. [00:31:35] He is James Comey's protege. [00:31:37] He worked for James Comey for six years, and he is a major problem at the FBI. [00:31:44] Jim Jordan, if he can ever get this weaponization committee up and running, maybe have more than five staffers working on it, they need to haul in Chris Ray and grill him because he is, like I said, he's a deep state snake and he is the problem. [00:31:59] They need to get rid of Chris Ray. [00:32:01] One of many. [00:32:02] Mike, thank you. [00:32:03] Article 3 Project people, check it out. [00:32:05] This is huge news.
