[00:01:30] Kathy Hochl came out this weekend and said she's the underdog in the race. [00:01:36] And her entire campaign and the Democrats' message is that Republicans are conspiracy theorists. [00:01:44] Even though it was Democrats that said that Hunter Biden laptop was Russian disinformation, they said that the virus came from a bat at a wet market. [00:01:51] They said the vaccines will prevent transmission. [00:01:55] They said we must lock down schools to prevent children from themselves. [00:01:59] They called Donald Trump a Russian agent. [00:02:01] They have been the conspiracy theorists. [00:02:04] Play cut two. [00:02:06] They have this conspiracy going all across America to try and convince people that in Democratic states they're not as safe. [00:02:14] Well, guess what? [00:02:15] They're also not only election deniers, they're data deniers. [00:02:18] The data shows that shootings and murders are down in our state by 15%, even in New York City, down 20% on Long Island where Lee Zeldon comes from. [00:02:29] And it's the Republican states where they have almost no restrictions on guns. [00:02:35] Because of the abundance of guns, people are killing each other with more frequency. [00:02:38] The safer places are the Democratic states. [00:02:43] Even though she cherry picks one piece of data, arson, robbery, rape, assault, trespassing, all up. [00:02:54] I think that there is going to be a Northeast wave. [00:02:59] I think the Northeast part of America, for all of our patriots watching in Connecticut, Massachusetts, New York, New Jersey, and yes, New Hampshire, are going to rise up and shock the world. [00:03:15] I think New Hampshire is prime for a realignment. [00:03:19] And joining us now is a terrific candidate who has been abandoned by Mitch McConnell. [00:03:24] General Don Buldick joins us right now. [00:03:26] General, welcome to the program. [00:03:28] How are things on the ground in the beautiful great state of New Hampshire? [00:03:31] Charlie, thank you for having me on. [00:03:33] It's great to be on your program. [00:03:35] And, you know, things are going great. [00:03:37] We have the momentum. [00:03:39] She does not. [00:03:39] Her, you know, Senator Hassan's campaign has stalled. [00:03:43] I wouldn't even call it a campaign. [00:03:45] I signed up for seven debates and we're only going to really debate twice. [00:03:52] And that's coming up on Wednesday, the second one. [00:03:55] The other one, she has changed to forums where she speaks and then she leaves. [00:03:59] And I come in and speak. [00:04:01] So she's afraid to confront the voters. [00:04:03] She's afraid to stand in front of the voters and explain to them why her vote, which in many cases would have been the deciding vote, has caused people to choose between heating and eating, significant diesel fuel shortages, significant natural gas shortages in open border high crime. [00:04:24] Crime is going up here in New Hampshire as well as it is in any other place. [00:04:29] The police have been defunded to the point where we can't recruit, we can't retain. [00:04:34] Our state police has openings at a record high. [00:04:39] I mean, what she has done to the granite state in America with her votes, she can't account for and she refuses to. [00:04:47] On the other hand, I've done 75 town halls. [00:04:51] I've been campaigning for over two years. [00:04:54] I've been to every town and city multiple times, and people are looking for a change. [00:05:00] This hurts the Democrats, Independents, Republicans, Libertarians, and free staters up here in New Hampshire. [00:05:08] And they are sick of it. [00:05:10] And all she does is distract from the issues. [00:05:13] And everybody is on to her game, and we have the momentum. [00:05:18] So, just the technical question I have, I'm curious: what percentage of people are going to vote on Election Day in the great state of New Hampshire? [00:05:25] Well, I think we're going to get probably 60% of the state's going to vote. [00:05:30] You know, it's a midterm election. [00:05:34] So, we, you know, going to see the numbers that you normally see. [00:05:37] I wish that wasn't the case because our children and grandchildren are hurting. [00:05:42] The livelihoods of many granite staters are. [00:05:45] You take your oil bill, you take your electric bill, you take your food bill into the voting booth with you, and you look at that card and you look at Senator Hassan's name and then Don Baldick's name. [00:05:58] Senator Hassen has done this to you. [00:06:01] And oh, by the way, it's going to double and triple. [00:06:04] And we're going to be looking at power outages, which are going to close schools, going to close hospitals, going to really make life difficult in the middle of the winter. [00:06:12] And I mean more than difficult. [00:06:14] Our retirees, our elderly people living paycheck to paycheck that can no longer live paycheck to paycheck because of the current inflation. [00:06:23] Get ready for that. [00:06:24] Interest rates are skyrocketing. [00:06:26] Everything is going downhill. [00:06:28] And a vote for her is a vote for status quo. [00:06:32] And not only that, a vote to make it worse because she doesn't account for what she's done. [00:06:37] She doesn't account for what she's done. [00:06:40] Then she's never going to fix it. [00:06:42] Yeah. [00:06:43] So talk about, I mean, your race is tightening in every single poll, and you got Hassan, you know, really on the ropes. [00:06:49] But for whatever reason, Mitch McConnell has pulled out a tremendous amount of money from your race. [00:06:54] What's going on? [00:06:56] Well, you know, I mean, I don't know. [00:06:58] I haven't talked to him. [00:07:00] I haven't talked to his team. [00:07:01] I don't know what their strategy is overall. [00:07:05] It doesn't appear that it's, you know, it's a very good one given the fact that we have very tight races and they're moving money around and placing it with, you know, people that have more than enough money on the Republican side. [00:07:23] But at the end of the day, you know what happened? [00:07:25] That was a rally call. [00:07:27] He left us. [00:07:28] You know, my vote's not for sale. [00:07:31] That's for sure. [00:07:32] He left us. [00:07:33] And Rick Scott, the NRSE came in. [00:07:38] Rona McDonald from the RNC, she came in. [00:07:43] And many, many Americans came in, many granite staters. [00:07:48] And so I was overwhelmed with the support that we got from Granite Staters and people that are like, hey, this cannot happen. [00:07:58] You know, Maggie Hassan has $30 million she spent. [00:08:01] I have raised $1 million. [00:08:04] We have run this campaign, grassroots, closed by 11 points since the primary. [00:08:10] We are neck and neck now. [00:08:11] And if I can get more help at donbaldick.com, that would be great. [00:08:15] But we're going to win this and we're going to win it because we are talking about the right issues while she is talking about issues that aren't on. [00:08:28] you know, aren't around the kitchen table with Granite Staters. [00:08:32] Yeah, I mean, I see that. [00:08:33] And the message seems to be deteriorating on their side. [00:08:37] Talk about the enormity of money, though, that's being spent in the media market. [00:08:41] How much are you being outspent by the Democrats? [00:08:43] Oh, I'd say it's a lot of 31 margin. [00:08:46] Maybe I haven't really run the numbers, but she's got 30 million dedicated. [00:08:51] It's all outside money. [00:08:53] She tries to say that, you know, she is not bought and paid for by special interest and lobbyists and very wealthy political elite. [00:09:00] But when you look, she is. [00:09:02] I mean, she's the number two donor recipient from the teachers union, an organization that she has worked with and the Biden administration has worked with to decimate the education, public education system in our country. [00:09:17] And I know you talk about this a lot, but mothers here in the state of New Hampshire are really, really concerned about the education of their children on the public side, the terrible things that are being taught in those in schools that don't belong in schools, the fact that she doesn't believe in choice, the fact that she doesn't believe in parents' rights, you know, on the wrong side of every single issue. [00:09:41] I know that you're in a very tight race and it's DonBoldick.com. [00:09:44] Is that right? [00:09:45] Yes, sir. [00:09:45] Donbaldick.com. [00:09:47] The Federalist writes a story here where it says McConnell Aligned Super PAC pulls $5 million from New Hampshire Senate race. [00:09:55] And this one right here, McConnell Super PAC bails on New Hampshire Senate race after polls show a dead heat. [00:10:02] General, tell us about New Hampshire. [00:10:04] It is the live-free or die state, if I'm not mistaken. [00:10:08] It has some great people. [00:10:09] It has a libertarian energy through it. [00:10:11] It's a very unique state. [00:10:12] Republicans have failed to win it senatorially or presidentially in quite some time. [00:10:18] What is the path to victory for you? [00:10:20] Well, the path to victory is just simple. [00:10:23] It's just connecting with Granite Staters, which we have done. [00:10:26] You know, we've run a grassroots campaign that only others have talked about, right? [00:10:31] Oh, we got to run grassroots campaign. [00:10:33] You know, Senator Hassan talks about grassroot campaign. [00:10:36] Well, guess what? [00:10:37] She's run a $30 million top-down campaign. [00:10:42] That's her idea of, you know, grassroots. [00:10:46] But you have to connect with Granite Staters all over this state. [00:10:49] You have to put in the time. [00:10:52] We did it during the primary. [00:10:53] We were outspent in the primary 20 to 1, you know, and we worked hard from the ground up. [00:11:00] And it's what brought us the victory. [00:11:03] It's what's going to bring us the victory in the general election. [00:11:06] You know, her lies on her ads are falling flat now because we're able to get out there and debunk them in person, talking to people. [00:11:18] I have Democrats, Independents, everybody coming to my town halls to ask me specifically about her lies. [00:11:26] And, you know, it's they look into my eyes, they feel my heart, and they go, hey, this is the guy we want to vote for because he is the guy that's going to go down there and help us. [00:11:37] He's not trying to put uncertainty and fear in control. [00:11:42] He's trying to say, hey, listen, I understand what you're going through because I'm going through it as well. [00:11:49] I have grandchildren and my grandchildren here in New Hampshire and their future is extremely important to me. [00:11:59] Party that has endangered that in every way. [00:12:02] Open borders, out of control spending in this crazy inflation-ridden economy. [00:12:08] Yeah, that's exactly right. [00:12:10] And one of the first things we have to do is put the American border first and fire these 87,000 IRS agents. [00:12:16] It's a number one. [00:12:18] Yeah, and you're running up against someone who has just been a spokesperson for all things Joe Biden. [00:12:23] I mean, the pitch has to be to New Hampshire voters. [00:12:26] Put some balance in Washington, D.C., isn't it? [00:12:29] Yes. [00:12:29] Yeah, you got to put some balance there. [00:12:31] And, you know, I'm willing to work with Senator Shaheen. [00:12:34] I've said it a number of times on the campaign trail. [00:12:38] I'm going to call her up and I'm going to say, hey, listen, Senator, Senator Shaheen, we come from two different parties. [00:12:45] We have an opportunity here to make a difference together and come together for this terrible economy, reverse the energy policies of Joe Biden, secure our border and stop this crazy spending. [00:12:58] All things that Maggie Hassan has just recently voted against doing in August. [00:13:05] She voted against opening up the Spigot again. [00:13:08] She voted against the 87,000, reversing the 87,000 IRS agents and taking all that $80 billion and putting it towards our border patrol and securing our border. [00:13:20] And that would also help with the northern border and other ports of entry that have been weakened because they have to bleed resources from there, you know, to put, you know, their, you know, to put the, you know, resources down on the southern border. [00:13:35] So we're weak everywhere. [00:13:37] And that's why we have a 200% increase in the opioid crisis here, human trafficking, illicit weapons trafficking, higher crime. [00:13:47] And, you know, we just can't sustain this. [00:13:50] And I will tell Senator Shaheen, let's come together for this. [00:13:54] And if she doesn't want to, I'm going to share that with Granite Staters. [00:13:58] So she's going to be in a tough spot because she's going to have to do something that's going to have to help people. [00:14:04] And if she doesn't want to do it, well, she's going to have to get ready for me to explain that to everybody in New Hampshire. === Opioid Crisis in Maryland (02:02) === [00:14:12] And I think that's pretty powerful leverage. [00:14:14] Don Bulldick, check it out. [00:14:16] Donboldick.com. [00:14:17] Thank you, General. [00:14:18] Keep fighting hard. [00:14:18] We're behind you. [00:14:20] Thank you. [00:14:20] We will. [00:14:21] Go to DonBold.com. [00:14:22] And Charlie, thank you for all you do. [00:14:24] Thank you. [00:14:25] God bless you. [00:14:25] God bless you. [00:14:27] Thank you. [00:14:27] Email us freedom at charliekirk.com. [00:14:30] I'm telling you, the Northeast is going to rise up in big numbers. [00:14:33] The Connecticut Senate race is also something to look at. [00:14:35] That's a long shot. [00:14:36] I fully acknowledge it. [00:14:38] But Senator Blumenthal, who lied about his service in Vietnam and that whole situation, I'm telling you, there's an exciting candidate in Connecticut that Levy. [00:14:50] I actually know her. [00:14:51] And remember, we almost won the New Jersey governor's race. [00:14:54] All that polling is way off because remember, the Northeast is not polled very often. [00:14:58] The Northeast is not regularly polled. [00:15:01] So these pollsters don't know the proper sample size. [00:15:04] So they just kind of guess. [00:15:06] And so I think we're going to be in a very interesting situation when we look at the results from the Northeast come in. [00:15:14] Charlie Kirk here. [00:15:15] Look, I've told you about producer Andrew and how Relief Factor has really improved his life and relieved the pain in his knees and back. [00:15:21] Now, let me tell you about Yvonne in California. [00:15:24] She says this, quote, both my husband and I are in our 70s and so grateful to have found Relief Factor. [00:15:29] We tried so many other solutions, but none of them have given us the freedom from aches and pains like Relief Factor. [00:15:35] I hear you, Yvonne. [00:16:06] That's relieffactor.com or call 8004Relief. [00:16:09] Live your best life and feel the difference with Relief Factor. === Baltimore Crime Rates Soar (13:56) === [00:16:15] To kind of keep with the theme, you could say Maryland is in the Northeast. [00:16:18] It's basically in the Northeast. [00:16:21] We'll put it that way. [00:16:22] But I think that there's going to be another very important race happening in Maryland, the governor's race. [00:16:29] And Dan Cox joins us right now, and his website is coxforfreedom.com, running for governor of the great state of Maryland. [00:16:38] Dan, welcome to the program. [00:16:40] Charlie, it's an honor. [00:16:41] Thanks for having me on. [00:16:42] Yeah, thank you. [00:16:43] Tell us about your race. [00:16:44] How are things going? [00:16:45] Well, you know, I'm privileged to run and carry this flag of freedom because in Maryland, we actually have a long history of being the old line state, the free state. [00:16:54] And our Constitution stands for our individual liberties. [00:16:57] And sadly, the last two years of those have been trampled upon. [00:17:00] And now we see, you know, rising crime, one of the worst states in the nation for the murder rate. [00:17:07] We have a horrific situation in our schools where parents are being excluded and children are being indoctrinated with both CRT and this gender ideology that is literally creating in Montgomery County alone a 300% increase in gender dysphoria and parents are fed up. [00:17:24] And so I'm running to say enough is enough. [00:17:26] Let's bring back economic sanity to Maryland, lower our taxes. [00:17:30] You know, Charlie, we're 44th in the nation for income tax burdens. [00:17:35] Our corporate rate is 8.25%. [00:17:37] And Delaware, a blue state next to us, is only 5.5%. [00:17:41] So we can be smarter than this. [00:17:43] I'm running to reduce those taxes, take the inflationary aspect out of the tax code. [00:17:48] And this is resonating. [00:17:49] We're seeing a groundswell of support. [00:17:51] So we're excited. [00:17:51] We're going to win on November 8th. [00:17:53] Yeah, so what are the major issues you're hearing? [00:17:55] I mean, you mentioned one that many Republicans would be afraid to talk about, which is the increase in gender dysphoria. [00:18:00] It's happening at record levels. [00:18:02] Do you think that's an issue that can transcend political lines? [00:18:06] It is. [00:18:07] It's a concern because in Maryland, they just passed a law allowing for counseling for both suicide and even gender dysphoria behind parents' backs starting at age 12 and being referred out from the public schools to these counselors. [00:18:22] This is simply grooming. [00:18:24] The pre-K on up curriculum is now established in Maryland to include gender indoctrination. [00:18:32] This is something that people across party lines are concerned with. [00:18:35] Mama Bears of all party backgrounds are concerned with this. [00:18:40] I've even had people who are historic left-leaning, including lesbian groups and others, say they're going to support me because they don't believe in this. [00:18:49] This transgender indoctrination is not something that they embrace. [00:18:53] And it's serious. [00:18:54] And when you look at the fact that our schools used to be world-class, in Maryland, we had some of the top performance ratings. [00:19:01] And yet now we're literally at 7% passage rate in some of the test scores in Baltimore City. [00:19:06] And then across the state, we see this huge gap that has developed because of the lockdowns. [00:19:12] I will never lock us down again. [00:19:14] I will make sure that our kids have a world-class education. [00:19:17] And that includes school choice for all. [00:19:19] And we're going to look at what is going on in Florida with the great school choice program there and bring it here to Maryland. [00:19:24] And, you know, Charlie, one of the best smear attempts that they gave me, the Democrats gave me this cycle, is that I would govern Maryland like DeSantis governs Florida. [00:19:36] And I said, bring it on. [00:19:37] That's exactly what we want here in Maryland. [00:19:39] And you know what? [00:19:40] People agree. [00:19:41] Yeah. [00:19:42] So talk about this. [00:19:43] I mean, what's going on in Baltimore with the murders and the highest crime rate we've seen in quite some time? [00:19:48] And talk about your opponent who is getting massive support from the media. [00:19:53] They say it's the next Obama. [00:19:55] Talk about that. [00:19:56] Yeah. [00:19:56] So, I mean, our crime rate is one of the worst, not only in America, but in the world. [00:20:00] They're literally only prosecuting about 30% of murders in Baltimore City. [00:20:05] We have a new state's attorney coming in now that hopefully will increase that. [00:20:09] He's promised to do that. [00:20:10] We threw out the George Soros-supported attorney Mosby, excuse me. [00:20:16] And hopefully, you know, as governor, I intend to make this end now. [00:20:20] We've got to end the cartels, crush them, get the fentanyl off the streets, and make sure that we always back the blue. [00:20:27] We just held a press conference today in backing, you know, for backing the blue and the faith in blue outreach to the communities that I support here. [00:20:34] And as governor, we're going to expand that. [00:20:36] And unfortunately, my opponent is completely on the other side of this. [00:20:39] In the Judiciary Committee, Charlie, in my Judiciary Committee in the House, the Open Society, Maryland folks came in and sought to defund the police. [00:20:47] These are the same people that are supporting and working closely with my opponent, who is literally focused on not only did he say on salon.com that he wants to defund the police, but he wants to reimagine it and, quote, indict the system because of so-called 400 years of systemic oppression dating back to his words, 1619. [00:21:08] Now, that's not rhetoric that unites us like we are seeking in Maryland and is certainly not going to keep us safe like I intend to do as governor. [00:21:16] Yeah, and it just seems like the entire regime is just propping him up. [00:21:19] Talk about this. [00:21:20] I mean, there are entire, it seems, districts where they can't even find a single young student that can read at grade level. [00:21:30] Is that correct? [00:21:32] That is correct, sadly. [00:21:33] And we're seeing that even in Baltimore City, I've been told up to 50% of the graduates have trouble with their literacy, even being able to read as a graduate of high school. [00:21:44] I want to change that, turn that around. [00:21:46] You know, we have a program in Maryland that allows high school students to graduate not only with a high school diploma, but with a certification in a tech area. [00:21:54] For instance, whether it's your HVAC system or a welding or a computer technology, the certifications then provide immediate job access. [00:22:05] At age 18, can you imagine being hired at $35 to $50 an hour? [00:22:09] Well, we're doing that in Maryland, but we need to expand that. [00:22:12] There's only two colleges offering this with high schools. [00:22:15] I'd like to see this expanded because when I'm in Baltimore City talking to the young people there, they actually long for these opportunities. [00:22:23] They dream about having their own business. [00:22:26] For instance, the one guy I played ball with in West Baltimore on a very, very bad street. [00:22:31] People have been killed on the street. [00:22:33] We did a little outreach there. [00:22:35] And he told me, he said, look, his view is to expand his iPhone business to be able to cut commercials for other businesses, but he just needs to be able to access technology and resources and have this opportunity expand without the regulations and the taxes. [00:22:50] So that's what I intend to bring to Maryland. [00:22:52] It's resonating across party lines. [00:22:54] I was just in Baltimore City yesterday and in Columbia today, and we're working at I-95 corridor. [00:22:59] And I had, I'm having random people come up to me, historic Democrats, saying, I'm voting for you, Dan, because we believe in you and your vision for Maryland. [00:23:09] So it's exciting. [00:23:10] We're seeing that surge now, and we're going to win on November 8th. [00:23:13] Yeah, and I mean, the Democrats, they're just trying to run a very tribal campaign, it seems. [00:23:18] They're being overly simplistic in their messaging, and it's just, it's really, it's really disappointing. [00:23:25] There's a story here. [00:23:26] Baltimore City's public schools is a national abomination in Baltimore, 57 murders per 100,000 people. [00:23:35] One in 2,000 people murdered every single year. [00:23:39] I mean, how is that even possible? [00:23:40] Baltimore used to be one of America's best cities. [00:23:43] What is the story of Baltimore for our national audience? [00:23:45] What's happened? [00:23:46] What's happened is they've defunded the police. [00:23:48] They've sought to allow for, even in my committee, they were trying to get Public Information Act requests to obtain the finances of the families of police officers, including where they might be sending their kids to school to try to collect money if they sue them. [00:24:05] This has chased over 800 officers off the streets of Baltimore. [00:24:09] They've just left. [00:24:10] We had a 30% resignation rate after the attempt to defund the police last year in my committee, which we stopped most of those bills. [00:24:17] But sadly, some of the package did get through, including opening the door to suing the officers personally. [00:24:25] We filibustered over seven days for that. [00:24:28] And this is also a long-term problem because in Baltimore City, they haven't been prosecuting crimes. [00:24:33] And so when you shoot somebody, literally three days later, they're back out on the street if they catch them at all. [00:24:39] This is not justice. [00:24:40] So I'm talking about it in terms of equal justice for all. [00:24:44] You know, in my community, in Frederick, where I'm a state delegate, you call the sheriff's office of the police. [00:24:49] They show up five to seven minutes. [00:24:51] They're there for us. [00:24:52] We back the blue in my county, but not so in Baltimore City. [00:24:56] I've talked to dear people who said that there was crime right in front of their street. [00:25:01] They called literally 45 minutes later, an officer might be able to show up. [00:25:05] And it's not the officer's faults. [00:25:07] It's the fact that they don't have enough. [00:25:09] They're literally not supplying the level of funding that they need to make sure those officers stay there, nor are they protecting them. [00:25:18] If you, you know, under attorney, State's Attorney Mosby, the reason why Baltimore voted her out is because under her watch, if an officer had a complaint, she would literally throw that officer to the wolves, so to speak. [00:25:32] No one would defend them. [00:25:34] And so who wants to be in that environment and try to protect anyone? [00:25:37] If you draw your gun, all of a sudden now you're a felon simply because you got a street fight going on and you need to properly bring it under control. [00:25:45] This is what's going on in Baltimore City. [00:25:47] The blood is running there every single day. [00:25:49] The cartels are running many sections. [00:25:51] And Charlie, you know it's bad when the NAACP says like it did three weeks ago and cried out calling for the National Guard in parts of the city. [00:26:00] That's the N double ACP. [00:26:03] Wait, so when you say the cartels, you mean the Mexican drug cartels are in Baltimore? [00:26:08] They are here. [00:26:09] In fact, in my law practice, as well as a state delegate, we've been briefed on this. [00:26:13] I have worked with federal agencies to try to crack down on these cartels. [00:26:19] They're straight up from the southern border. [00:26:21] We're an open border state here in Maryland. [00:26:23] It's a sanctuary state. [00:26:25] It's horrific. [00:26:26] I'm going to bring an end to that. [00:26:27] And one of the ways we're going to do that is by crushing the cartels. [00:26:31] We're going to go and round up the drug dealers and make sure they don't get out of jail again. [00:26:36] And part of this is, you know, multi-state as well. [00:26:39] We're an I-95 corridor. [00:26:41] So we're basically a hub for a lot of the drug dealing that goes on in New York City. [00:26:46] That's going to end on my watch. [00:26:48] Well, that's just, that's incredible to hear that the drug cartels are already that far north. [00:26:53] I mean, it's a foreign invasion in more ways than one. [00:26:55] Tell us how people can support your campaign. [00:26:59] Well, thank you for the opportunity. [00:27:01] It's coxforfreedom.com. [00:27:03] This is something that your national audience needs to understand matters because the DNC is using Maryland as a microcosm to push their radical policies on the nation. [00:27:15] I mean, I'll give you an example. [00:27:16] We have a $2 billion global pandemic relief center that is poised to do a vaccine passport called irmobile.com. [00:27:25] And they want to shove this on the nation through the National Governors Association, just like they did the last two years with the lockdowns. [00:27:32] Our governor, as you know, was chair of the National Governors Association, and Governor Cuomo was vice chair. [00:27:37] And Governor Cuomo's lockdown policies in New York were disastrous, and they want to export this to the nation. [00:27:43] They want to lock down schools. [00:27:45] They want to lock down businesses so that we are dependent on government. [00:27:49] But worse than that, they want to take possession of our children. [00:27:51] The CDC's latest report is to add these experimental vaccines to the vaccine schedule for kids in order to go to school. [00:27:59] I mean, this is an advice that needs to be immediately said: no, we're going to keep our freedoms and let parents make those judgments with the healthcare providers. [00:28:09] But that's not going to happen if I'm not elected. [00:28:11] You're going to see my opponent come in with this global pandemic relief center. [00:28:15] He's got international lobbyist support. [00:28:17] He's got international big farming. [00:28:19] He's got international corporate conglomerates backing him. [00:28:22] And they all want to make billions of dollars off the bodies of individuals by doing these experimental vaccines and forcing the jabs for jobs as well. [00:28:31] I will end that just like Governor DeSantis has done on day one. [00:28:34] And that matters because we don't have the opportunity for business if we lose our Bill of Rights. [00:28:40] And so I'm going to defend it as I have been doing. [00:28:42] And it's a great honor if everybody who's watching your show can understand the gravity because if they win here in Maryland, they will push this to Virginia. [00:28:51] They will push this to Florida. [00:28:52] They will push this to Texas. [00:28:54] That's the DNC's goal. [00:28:55] That's why I'm fighting them here at Ground Zero. [00:28:57] So coxforfreedom.com, please help me out. [00:29:00] Great. [00:29:00] Eight days to go. [00:29:01] Thank you, CoxforFreedom.com. [00:29:03] Thank you so much. [00:29:04] Appreciate it. [00:29:05] Thanks, Charlie. [00:29:09] The end of the year is right around the corner, and it's time for you to consider a change in your investment plan. [00:29:14] This is Charlie Kirk, and I strongly recommend you go right now and see my friends at PAX to review your investments. [00:29:21] They are the one firm I know that focuses on biblical, responsible investing and does not force you to invest in companies that literally attack Christian values. [00:29:30] If we want religious liberty in our country, we have to stop investing in companies that are trying to suppress our freedoms. [00:29:37] I love PAX Financial. [00:29:38] They manage some of my money. [00:29:40] I trust them. [00:29:41] And that's why before the end of the year, you need to text the word Charlie to the number 74868. [00:29:46] That's Charlie to 74868. [00:29:48] And someone with PAX Financial Group will connect you right away. [00:29:51] So take out your phone, text the word Charlie to 74868. [00:29:57] I trust them with my money, and I think you should trust them with your money. [00:30:01] That is the word Charlie to 74868. [00:30:06] They're a great operation. [00:30:07] Check them out today. === Catherine Engelbrecht Lawsuit (04:34) === [00:30:12] Many of you saw the movie 2000 Mules. [00:30:17] 2000 Mules is a great film. [00:30:19] It talks about the ballot trafficking operation that unfolded in the 2020 election. [00:30:26] 2000 Mules is a great film. [00:30:29] Dennis Prager, myself, Sebastian Gorka, Eric Metaxas, Larry Elder, we were part of it, and it went viral. [00:30:37] Dinesh D'Souza was the producer, but the data that was supplied in 2000 Mules was brought to you by Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips. [00:30:46] Katherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips are American patriots. [00:30:49] They help run the great organization, truethevote.org. [00:30:54] Now, Catherine and Greg Phillips, Catherine Engelbrecht, and Greg Phillips have been working in coordination with federal agencies, FBI field offices, attorney general's offices to help lead the investigation, the prosecution, and the indictments of criminals for what they did in the 2020 election, including their data being instrumental in the indictment of the CEO of the Chinese businessman of Conic. [00:31:23] Remember that a couple of weeks ago? [00:31:25] That happened in LA, the Los Angeles District Attorney's Office. [00:31:31] Now they're involved in a civil lawsuit. [00:31:34] The details are very murky and they're still coming to the surface. [00:31:38] But my understanding is this, is that Catherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips are involved in a civil lawsuit where they are being forced, they are being compelled to turn over a whistleblower or to turn over a witness, if you will. [00:31:55] By being forced to turn over a whistleblower or to turn over a witness, they are going to have to reveal their source. [00:32:06] They are refusing to do that. [00:32:08] They are protecting their source. [00:32:11] And so this judge is now holding them in contempt, and therefore they will be arrested. [00:32:18] Play cut 16. [00:32:20] Okay, George Webb here in Houston, and the Greg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht have been taken into custody by U.S. Marshals. [00:32:29] I just saw the judge read out a kind of a, hey, you guys haven't complied. [00:32:36] This is very typical. [00:32:39] If they can't get you actually committing the crime, they get you on a process crime. [00:32:44] And the process crime here is obstruction of justice. [00:32:46] The process crime here is contempt of court. [00:32:51] So if they don't get you one way, they're going to try to get you the other way. [00:32:54] Katherine Engelbrecht and Greg Phillips are now being arraigned in front of court and arrested for not complying with passing over their witness. [00:33:06] That very well might also be working with federal law enforcement to administer justice for the 2020 election. [00:33:15] They do everything they possibly can to destroy the life of anybody that is exposing the criminality of this regime. [00:33:23] We need to support Greg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht. [00:33:28] You guys can do that at true thevote.org. [00:33:31] That is true thevote.org. [00:33:34] Meanwhile, Hunter Biden walks free. [00:33:36] James Comey walks free. [00:33:38] Peter Struckstroke Smirk walks free. [00:33:40] Lisa Page walks free. [00:33:43] It is the widespread, insistent focus of the regime to go after every single person on our team. [00:33:54] They go after Bannon. [00:33:55] They go after Navarro. [00:33:56] They go after James O'Keefe. [00:33:58] They go after Rudy Giuliani. [00:34:00] They go after Donald Trump. [00:34:02] They go after every single one of the Trump staffers. [00:34:05] One by one, they try to have these Soviet show trial examples. [00:34:09] And now they have put their focus on Greg Phillips and Catherine Engelbrecht. [00:34:15] But don't worry, if you burn down a Wendy's, you could waltz free. [00:34:22] Anarcho-tyranny. [00:34:23] The tyranny goes after Trump supporters. [00:34:25] The anarchy is you can do whatever you want in the streets. [00:34:28] Greg Phillips and Katherine Engelbrecht have now been arrested. [00:34:33] Thanks so much for listening, everybody. [00:34:34] Email me your thoughts. [00:34:35] As always, freedom at charliekirk.com. [00:34:37] Thanks so much for listening. [00:34:38] God bless.
