[00:04:02]  It's been a quite, what a couple of days.
[00:04:05]  So, Mike, walk us through exactly what was happening.
[00:04:08]  You were going duck hunting, I understand.
[00:04:10]  You went to Mayato, Minnesota, great place.
[00:04:13]  And you went to a Hardee's, and then what happened?
[00:04:16]  Yeah, well, we were actually coming back from duck hunting.
[00:04:19]  We went, it was a two and a half hour trip.
[00:04:21]  We were halfway back, and we decided to go into a Hardy's drive-through.
[00:04:25]  And the gal said, hey, well, I'll bring your food out to you.
[00:04:29]  So we pulled ahead a little.
[00:04:31]  And next thing I know, a car pulls perpendicular in the front of us.
[00:04:36]  And I look at the driver.
[00:04:36]  I go, that's weird.
[00:04:37]  I mean, I could still kind of go around him.
[00:04:39]  And then all of a sudden, another car pulls up to our right and boxes us in.
[00:04:44]  Then I watch one flying up to go, the lane there, and flies up right behind me.
[00:04:51]  Now I'm completely boxed in.
[00:04:53]  I said to my friend, I go, I think we got some bad guys here.
[00:04:56]  I mean, obviously they're all plain clothes.
[00:04:58]  And I did not know that they were FBI at the time.
[00:05:01]  Well, I opened my door up and I said, who are you guys?
[00:05:05]  And the one guy steps out.
[00:05:07]  He says, we're FBI.
[00:05:09]  I said, I want to see your badge.
[00:05:10]  And then the other one, I want to see your badge.
[00:05:12]  I'm going to see their badges, but I could see them from afar.
[00:05:14]  And I said, what do you want?
[00:05:16]  And they said, we want to talk to you.
[00:05:17]  And I said, okay.
[00:05:18]  And I pulled over to the right a little bit.
[00:05:22]  And they all came.
[00:05:23]  There were three guys and a gal that I seen for sure that were with them.
[00:05:29]  They were both Minnesota FBI, I believe, and Denver, Colorado FBI.
[00:05:34]  So they had two different force of FBI there.
[00:05:37]  And they start asking me questions.
[00:05:39]  I said, are you going to arrest me?
[00:05:41]  Did I do anything wrong?
[00:05:42]  No, no, no, no, we're not going to, we're not here to arrest you.
[00:05:44]  I go, okay.
[00:05:47]  You know, what are you here for?
[00:05:48]  And they, and they said, we just want to ask Chris.
[00:05:50]  They start asking questions.
[00:05:52]  They start asking me about an image I have up on Frank Speech, my platform, frankspeech.com or my, or the app Frankspeech.
[00:06:00]  And we have an image up there of what the company Dominion deleted in Colorado, which is evidence in my case with them.
[00:06:09]  And they asked me about that.
[00:06:11]  And I said, well, yeah, we got it off the internet.
[00:06:13]  It's on the internet.
[00:06:14]  It's everywhere.
[00:06:14]  Then they asked me about my airplane.
[00:06:16]  They go, you know, you fly your airplane to a lot of different states and all over the place.
[00:06:20]  And I go, you know, what are you doing?
[00:06:23]  I'm going, well, I'm going around the country trying to get rid of these electronic voting machines, talking to attorney generals and secretary of states.
[00:06:30]  I said, but you guys already know that.
[00:06:32]  Get to your point.
[00:06:33]  And they really never got to the point.
[00:06:34]  They asked me when I met Tina Peters.
[00:06:37]  And I said, you know what, you FBI guys, I said, you know, you stopped me here at a Hardee's and I said, to ask me these questions.
[00:06:46]  I said, you obviously know where I live.
[00:06:49]  I said, why don't you come and bash my door in like you do everybody else in Colorado, like and like Sharona Bishop.
[00:06:56]  And then Charlie, he goes, this is a quote down from the FBI.
[00:07:00]  Well, we went to bash her door in, but she didn't open it fast enough.
[00:07:04]  Well, I checked the records.
[00:07:06]  It was 42 seconds.
[00:07:07]  So I guess if you wait 40 seconds or more, you get your door bashed in when the FBI comes knocking.
[00:07:14]  So anyway, we go through all these questions.
[00:07:16]  The one guy said, well, I've read your, I said, you know what?
[00:07:19]  What are you guys doing this for?
[00:07:21]  Attacking companies like MyPillow and protecting companies like Dominion, SmartMatic, ESNS.
[00:07:27]  And I said, and you're, you're letting the government weaponize you guys against our citizens.
[00:07:32]  I said, it doesn't make any sense to me.
[00:07:35]  And I said, why don't you, why don't you come clean and turn your, you know, turn it, you know, go against the green and say, we're not going to do this to our citizen.
[00:07:43]  I said, it doesn't even make sense.
[00:07:44]  I said, and anyway, because I'm kind of thinking, okay, is that all we have here?
[00:07:49]  And I said, does this, I said, does this have anything to do with January 6th?
[00:07:53]  He said, absolutely not.
[00:07:54]  And I said, well, would you tell that committee I would love to come there and show them all the evidence, that little charade they got going on?
[00:08:01]  I said, I have asked them many times to go there, even though I wasn't there on January 6th.
[00:08:06]  I would love to come and dump the evidence on their plate and say, enough is enough.
[00:08:11]  Then I told the FBI, I said, do you realize you FBI people put out a report on June 26th of 2021 and said Donald Trump and none of his and his supporters had no collusion.
[00:08:24]  It should have been end of story.
[00:08:26]  The FBI put out this report and vindicated anyone, including the president, our great president Donald Trump.
[00:08:33]  And instead, it's all election deflection.
[00:08:36]  Pelosi and this big charade, this big committee, that they went out, I've heard and weaponized it.
[00:08:43]  You know, went out and got people and cell phones and stuff there too.
[00:08:48]  But mine has nothing to do with that.
[00:08:49]  And he really didn't kind of get to the point.
[00:08:52]  Well, then I thought it was because we had all this evidence with Dennis Montgomery under a gag order by the government trying to suppress it out in Nevada.
[00:09:02]  Well, anyway, then he says, here it comes.
[00:09:04]  He goes, well, after about 25 minutes of talking, he goes, Mike, we have to take your cell phone.
[00:09:10]  And I go, you're not getting my cell phone.
[00:09:13]  I said, I'd rather be arrested.
[00:09:15]  I said, arrest me.
[00:09:16]  You're not getting my phone.
[00:09:17]  I don't use a computer.
[00:09:19]  This is all of my, this is my five businesses, my Lindell Recovery Network.
[00:09:23]  This is my thousands of employees that I, I said, they rely, we all rely on this.
[00:09:28]  I said, what would you need my phone for?
[00:09:30]  And you can't have my phone.
[00:09:32]  He goes, well, we got a subpoena right here for your phone signed by a judge.
[00:09:36]  And I'm going, okay, I'm going to, can I call my attorney or one of my attorneys?
[00:09:42]  He goes, no.
[00:09:43]  He goes, I said, I can't call my attorney.
[00:09:46]  And you think I'm going to give you my phone?
[00:09:48]  If I don't give you my phone, am I going to be arrested?
[00:09:50]  He said, no, but we are going to take the phone.
[00:09:53]  I said, well, then I want to call my attorney.
[00:09:55]  Finally, he says you can call your attorney.
[00:09:57]  My attorney, one of my attorneys, gets on there and goes, Mike, just give them the phone.
[00:10:01]  And I said, I would rather get arrested.
[00:10:03]  I said, everybody relies on this.
[00:10:05]  And we went back and forth and finally said, okay, you can take the phone.
[00:10:10]  Well, then they give me this piece of paper here.
[00:10:13]  And the paper says, you are not under an obligation of secrecy.
[00:10:21]  However, we request that you do not disclose the existence of this subpoena for an indefinite period of time.
[00:10:27]  In other words, they didn't want me to tell anybody about this little Hardee's fiasco of our tax dollars being wasted on the FBI.

=== Refusing to Back Down From Subpoena (07:48) ===

[00:10:34]  I hope our audience understands what they're doing here.
[00:10:37]  This is a Soviet show trial.
[00:10:39]  They pull up multiple cars while you're at a Hardee's for a public display of humiliation.
[00:10:44]  The cruelty is the point.
[00:10:46]  I think this is going to backfire.

[00:12:44]  They wouldn't let me know that.
[00:12:45]  And I said, and then we started talking.
[00:12:49]  I actually talked to him.
[00:12:50]  I said, well, you know, why are you guys doing this?
[00:12:52]  You know, why don't you, you know, this doesn't make sense.
[00:12:54]  And we went into it again.
[00:12:56]  And he said, he actually said, Charlie, he said, well, his brother had read my book.
[00:13:00]  So I actually started talking to them about the Lord and the times we're in, that God's got his hand in all of this.
[00:13:06]  And I said, you know, when we get through this, I believe we're in the biggest revival for Jesus Christ in history.
[00:13:12]  And like you just said, we're in historical times here, everybody.
[00:13:16]  And I told those guys at FBI, he goes, well, I'm only doing our job.
[00:13:20]  I weaponized by the government.
[00:13:23]  If you guys really have a moral compass, then you better do something.
[00:13:27]  You better be a whistleblower.
[00:13:28]  You got to step out.
[00:13:31]  And then, like I said, he gave me this sheet to not say anything.
[00:13:37]  And it says, although the law does not require non-disclosure unless a court order is issued, we believe that the impact of any disclosure could be detrimental to the investigation.

[00:13:57]  Well, you know what I did to Aaron?
[00:13:59]  I went on my show on Frank Speech at 6 p.m. yesterday and said, Aaron, this is your notification.
[00:14:06]  I'm not going to let you guys intimidate and suppress the evidence of what I've had and what I have had for a year and a half.
[00:14:16]  This is the biggest cover-up for the biggest crime in history.
[00:14:20]  And we are like, you know, and so I made it very public, as you know.
[00:14:25]  And anybody can go there and check it all out on Frank Speech.
[00:14:30]  So, Mike, being served with this subpoena, they very well could have gone through your lawyers, but they decided to come up to you in some sort of a dragnet scheme.
[00:14:38]  Yeah.
[00:14:39]  And so let me get this straight.
[00:14:40]  We still do not know who illegally leaked the Roe versus Wade decision, yet they can track you duck hunting in rural Minnesota.
[00:14:48]  One of our listeners, Rich from Alaska, made that point.
[00:14:50]  We don't know who leaked from the Supreme Court.
[00:14:53]  The FBI can't figure that out, but we can find where Mike Lindell is going duck hunting and going to get a meal at Hardy's.
[00:15:02]  Mike, we don't know who planted the pipe bombs, right, on January 6th at the RNC and DNC, but we know where Mike Lindell gets lunch and we pull up cars as if we're being super tough guys.
[00:15:14]  Mike, in closing here, how can people support you?
[00:15:17]  And what is your message to everyday Americans that feel as if their government is coming after them?
[00:15:22]  You're not backing down.
[00:15:24]  No, no.
[00:15:25]  And you guys, we're now, I believe we're in the best place we've been in.
[00:15:29]  Every day gets better because it's all about communication, Charlie.
[00:15:33]  It's all about spreading the word.
[00:15:35]  When you talk about evidence or to get rid of these machines, we've had that for a year and a half.
[00:15:40]  You talk about we want to have elections going forward, not selections.
[00:15:45]  And I just tell everybody the stuff that's going on now, you know, we kind of embrace it because more people are coming to the Lord than ever before.
[00:15:54]  People don't look for hope when things are good.
[00:15:57]  They don't look to, you know, they're not looking right now.
[00:16:00]  People, when you talk about politicians, they might still be divided out there.
[00:16:05]  The media might keep everybody divided.
[00:16:07]  But we as a people, this is uniting everybody.
[00:16:11]  I don't care if you're a Democrat, Republican, liberal, conservative.
[00:16:14]  I don't care what race you are.
[00:16:15]  This is uniting everybody.
[00:16:17]  Everybody wants to have a joyful life here on earth.
[00:16:20]  And to get, that's what we, that's all we want.
[00:16:24]  And, you know, and to get people to the Lord.
[00:16:26]  And I believe these times we're in, Charlie, is people have to have courage.
[00:16:32]  And courage is contagious.
[00:16:34]  And you cannot, you cannot back down now.
[00:16:37]  If you're out there, and I don't care if you're part of politics or if you're part of the FBI or who you are, if you're not speaking out and you're going, you're waiting for this to blow over, you're part of the problem.
[00:16:49]  This is not a time to not talk.
[00:16:51]  You have to be courageous.
[00:16:53]  If you're saving your courage for a rainy day, it's pouring outside.
[00:16:57]  We have to keep the faith and it's getting better every day.
[00:17:01]  And this is, it's, we're just blessed to be in this time where I think, you know, it is biblical, it is historical.
[00:17:09]  And when we get to this great place that we're at, Charlie, we're going to look back and say it all had to happen just the way it did on God's timing.

[00:19:18]  And last night was a massive victory in the continuing proxy war of the conservative base versus the neoconservative, internationalist, globalist, open borders, pro-CDC, pro-mask mandate, pro-vaccine mandate, uniparty, Republican establishment.
[00:19:44]  Last night was one of the last primaries of this entire primary season in New Hampshire.
[00:19:51]  Now, very early on, we made a very bold endorsement at Turning Point Action.
[00:19:58]  And I personally also made a bold endorsement.
[00:20:00]  We've done several of these.
[00:20:02]  And we saw a young candidate that embodied everything that we believe in at Turning Point Action is Caroline Levitt.
[00:20:13]  Caroline had no name ID.
[00:20:16]  She worked in the White House.
[00:20:18]  She was told by many people not to run for office.
[00:20:21]  There was a former nominee, nice enough guy, but I think completely and totally wrong for the position, said beautiful things about Dr. Burke's nice things.
[00:20:30]  I said, that guy's disqualified, Matt Mauers.
[00:20:33]  And Caroline comes into the race and no one gives her a shot.
[00:20:36]  No one gives her a chance.
[00:20:39]  She runs a total grassroots campaign.
[00:20:42]  More events, more doors, more parades, spoke at a couple turning point action events.
[00:20:48]  And I said, she's a superstar.
[00:20:49]  She could end up being a major voice in the conservative movement.
[00:20:55]  Over $6 million was spent to try to defeat Caroline Levitt.
[00:21:00]  $6 million by the Republican establishment, not by Democrats, by the Republican establishment.
[00:21:09]  So I made a phone call to President Trump last week.
[00:21:13]  We talked about a bunch of stuff.
[00:21:15]  And I was trying to encourage him to endorse Caroline.
[00:21:20]  He was a big fan of Caroline.
[00:21:22]  He said he has friends on both sides.
[00:21:24]  Jim Banks, who's amazing, was on Matt Mauer's side.
[00:21:26]  I don't know why, but he was.
[00:21:28]  So President Trump felt a little conflicted there.
[00:21:31]  But then a very interesting thing happened is that I got a follow-up note from one of the people in President Trump's orbit, and they sent me a poll.
[00:21:40]  And they said, this is one of the polls that President Trump was supplied with by one of the Republican establishment people.
[00:21:48]  And the poll, this is what I got in response.
[00:21:53]  This was being sent to President Trump a week before the election.
[00:21:57]  Some Republican establishment snake was trying to interfere with my effort, Ted Cruz's effort, Jim Jordan's effort, Mike Lee's effort, Kaylee McEnany's effort, Elise Stefanick's effort to try to get Caroline Levitt an endorsement.
[00:22:15]  You put the poll back up there and it was handed to Donald Trump.
[00:22:18]  And it's very important that you all understand this.
[00:22:20]  This is how this works behind the scenes.
[00:22:22]  Again, I made one phone call because I believed in her and it showed Caroline Levitt down 19 points.
[00:22:30]  19 points.
[00:22:32]  And that was right on the president's desk.
[00:22:35]  So some snake who didn't want Caroline Levitt, America first MAGA, young, could end up being the youngest member of Congress ever elected, even younger than Madison Cawthorne, provided this poll, and it was a suppression poll to try to prevent President Trump from getting into the race.
[00:22:56]  So how do you argue against that?
[00:22:58]  I said, look, look, that poll's not true.
[00:23:01]  It's a suppression poll.
[00:23:03]  I think Caroline Levitt's going to win and win big.
[00:23:06]  And it's just kind of one word against the other, right?
[00:23:08]  So that poll was supplied.
[00:23:10]  This is important that every, you understand the inner workings behind this, that the MAGA candidates sometimes get thwarted by Republican establishment consultants that put these fake and artificial and these synthetic polls on the desk of Donald Trump to prevent his intervention into these races that could prop up these amazing candidates.
[00:23:34]  And Matt Mowers, supported by Chris Christie, supported by Deborah Burks, Not exactly consistent with the MAGA crowd.
[00:23:46]  So President Trump did do one right thing here.
[00:23:50]  He stayed out of the race, which was great.
[00:23:53]  He didn't endorse Mauers.
[00:23:55]  I wish he would have endorsed Caroline Levitt.
[00:23:57]  So the poll that was preventing him from getting involved showed Caroline down 19 points.
[00:24:06]  Meanwhile, the Republican House establishment, just so you understand, they spent $6 million against Caroline Levitt.
[00:24:16]  $6 million that could have been spent on negative ads against Democrats.
[00:24:20]  $6 million that could have been spent helping Ana Paulina.
[00:24:23]  $6 million that could have been spent just running ads generally against Nancy Pelosi across the country.
[00:24:28]  But no, $6 million in a primary race against a 25-year-old former Trump staffer, very articulate, through and through, tried and true New Hampshire Caroline Levitt.
[00:24:44]  $6 million against her.
[00:24:46]  So how did things work out last night in this proxy war?
[00:24:50]  Despite being outspent, not just like 10 to 1, I think it was like 25 to 1.
[00:24:55]  Caroline Levitt won by nine points last night.
[00:25:00]  Nine points.
[00:25:01]  So that poll that was being supplied and produced to Donald Trump, that synthetic artificial poll that was trying to prevent people like myself and Jim Jordan and Ted Cruz and Mike Lee from getting Caroline the endorsement, it was only off by 28 points.
[00:25:16]  This is how the game is played behind the scenes.
[00:25:19]  Your MAGA candidates are getting smeared by the Republican establishment with these fake polls to try to prop up the uniparty regime.
[00:25:28]  And Caroline Levitt shocked the world yesterday.
[00:25:30]  People said, I can't believe it.
[00:25:31]  All the polls were wrong.
[00:25:33]  We'll get used to polls being wrong.
[00:25:34]  I think we're going to see a lot of those coming into November.
[00:25:37]  Polling, most polling is done with the purpose of either boosting fundraising, suppressing turnout, or getting back sneaky, backroom sneaky deals brokered and administered.
[00:25:49]  She won by nine points, and the Republican establishment was trying to tell people she was going to lose by 19 points.

[00:26:14]  This was a historic and extraordinary victory tonight.
[00:26:18]  You know, like I said in my speech a year ago, I got into this race.
[00:26:21]  Not many people believed in me outside of my family and friends in this district.
[00:26:25]  Almost no one believed in her.
[00:26:27]  I know many of you supported her, but she almost she would have lost if Donald Trump would have endorsed Mauers because of all these suppression polls and this fake dealing.
[00:26:38]  Now, many of you are probably saying, why does Trump endorse that person?
[00:26:41]  Why does he do that?
[00:26:42]  Sometimes there's very bad people around him that are being paid by these campaigns that are putting forward fake polls and artificial agendas to take advantage of you.
[00:26:56]  It was a massive victory last evening.
[00:27:00]  And this is why they have to go after Mike Lindell.
[00:27:02]  This is why they have to go after Boris Epstein.
[00:27:05]  This is why they have to go after Victoria Tonsing.
[00:27:08]  This is why they have to go after John Eastman.
[00:27:10]  This is why they have to go after all these different people.
[00:27:13]  Because they see that this conservative movement, America First Movement, whatever you want to call it, is unstoppable.
[00:27:23]  It is a true threat to the Uniparty's goal of the great reset, as articulated by Klaus Schwab.
[00:27:30]  And Caroline Levitt had everything against her.
[00:27:35]  I hope you all understand, and you should be furious about this, That we are in a moment in time where we are 25 days out from ballots and what, 53 days out from voting, something like that?
[00:27:53]  No, 54, 55, we'll get the number.
[00:27:55]  Election day.
[00:27:56]  And the Republican establishment spent a combined $10 million, if you count the Senate and the House races, to try to prop up establishment candidates.
[00:28:10]  Those $10 million probably could have been spent, I don't know, helping Adam Laxalt in Nevada, helping Blake Masters in Arizona, helping JD Vance in Ohio, helping Ted Budd in North Carolina, helping Ron Johnson in Wisconsin.
[00:28:22]  Boy, does he need it.
[00:28:24]  I could pick 10 amazing House candidates in tough races that need that money a lot more than spending $6 million against Caroline Levitt.
[00:28:34]  So Caroline Levitt is now going to have to re-raise money against a very slippery, treacherous Democrat Pappas.
[00:28:41]  We're going to do everything we possibly can at turning point action, and Tyler's going to do everything he can at Turning Point Pack and the whole strategy there to help Caroline Levitt because the Republican establishment just literally did a bonfire of $10 million that could have been spent on anything but going against Caroline Levitt and the brigadier general.
[00:29:05]  I think his name is Boldick.
[00:29:06]  Is that right?
[00:29:07]  Phenomenal candidate in New Hampshire being smeared by the media.
[00:29:10]  Great man.
[00:29:10]  Hope he wins.
[00:29:11]  We're going to help him any way we can.
[00:29:13]  But the establishment una party doesn't like those type of candidates.
[00:29:16]  They can't control them.
[00:29:18]  And the excuse they'll give is like, oh, Caroline Levitt is going to lose in the general election.
[00:29:24]  Oh, you mean just like how Ron DeSantis did?
[00:29:27]  Caroline Levitt is going to be a very difficult candidate for Pappas to run against.
[00:29:32]  To give you an idea, $6 million spent in that district is $80 per voter.
[00:29:38]  They could have mailed an envelope with just $50 cash to every voter, and it would have been more economical.
[00:29:45]  That's the Republican establishment that is spending some of your money that you donate with those incessant demands.
[00:29:52]  Give us money, give us money, so we could go spend $10 million against Boldick and against Caroline Levitt.
[00:29:58]  What is that all about?
[00:30:00]  The takeaway is that there are members of the Republican establishment that don't want a red wave to come into November.
[00:30:08]  And there's one person in the U.S. Senate that certainly doesn't want a red wave.
[00:30:13]  And he made the most bizarre legislative introduction yesterday that I've ever seen.
[00:30:19]  And we're going to go right after him.
[00:30:20]  I'm talking about Lindsey Graham.
[00:30:21]  Wait till you hear about this.
[00:30:23]  Congratulations, Caroline Levitt.
[00:30:25]  Huge victory.
[00:30:26]  Big for our movement.
[00:30:28]  And if any of you are looking for candidates to support, she needs to replenish her coffers.
[00:30:31]  It's Caroline for Congress, Caroline with a K, CarolineForCongress.com, after having $6 million of her own party spent against her.
[00:30:42]  There is a game going on right now by the Uniparty.
[00:30:48]  The establishment, I believe, is trying to sabotage what is brewing heading into November.
[00:30:55]  We saw this with Caroline Levitt in New Hampshire.
[00:30:58]  We've seen this with Blake Masters.
[00:30:59]  We've seen this all across the country where the Republican establishment has abandoned Blake Masters.
[00:31:04]  Finally, we're starting to see some resources reallocated Arizona.
[00:31:07]  Finally, I see some Blake Masters ads on TV.
[00:31:10]  It's been weeks of this nonstop barrage of Mark Kelly garbage on television.
[00:31:16]  But there was a very bizarre legislative announcement yesterday.
[00:31:24]  And it's bizarre because it's difficult to oppose this on principle.
[00:31:34]  But it's this very strange back channel where Lindsey Graham comes out yesterday, while finally we're getting reorganized and building a mass movement going into November, where we are about 27 days out from ballots going out in most states.
[00:31:57]  We're 50 or so days out from Election Day.
[00:32:01]  And what does Lindsey Graham do?
[00:32:04]  Lindsey Graham comes out and says, hey, we need a federal ban on abortions at 15 weeks.
[00:32:13]  Now, I just want to reemphasize this.
[00:32:15]  I am 100% pro-life.
[00:32:18]  I am outspokenly pro-life.
[00:32:20]  I am so pro-life that I'll debate anybody on the topic at any time.
[00:32:25]  The only exception I could possibly imagine is life of the mother.
[00:32:29]  And I will defend that position morally, scientifically, and biologically, and philosophically.
[00:32:34]  But introducing a piece of legislation that you do not have the votes for, like not even close to having the votes for.
[00:32:41]  It's not going to pass is the only rationale is that you want this election to be about abortion.
[00:32:49]  And if it was Josh Hawley, I would say, okay, or Ted Cruz, why is Lindsey Graham 25 days out from ballots going out, galloping in and saying, we need a federal abortion ban?
[00:33:06]  Really, where have you been, Lindsey Graham?
[00:33:08]  That feels like election interference.
[00:33:12]  And I say this as someone who is so pro-life.
[00:33:15]  I would love a total abortion ban.
[00:33:17]  15 weeks is not enough.
[00:33:18]  But I'm also not dumb.
[00:33:20]  25 days out from ballots going out, the Democrats are applauding.
[00:33:24]  Thank you, Lindsey Graham, for making this issue about abortion.
[00:33:29]  They're enthusiastic that Lindsey Graham is now making this all about the one issue Democrats actually can win suburban women on.
[00:33:36]  I wish that wasn't the case.
[00:33:39]  I wish that the country was as pro-life as I am.
[00:33:44]  Here's Lindsey Graham right before an election saying, hey, I know that we're winning on immigration.

[00:33:50]  We're winning on inflation.
[00:33:52]  We're winning on trans issues.
[00:33:53]  We're winning all this stuff.
[00:33:54]  Let's just go resurrect the most controversial issue that could probably screw up the midterms.

[00:34:05]  I think we should have a law at the federal level that would say after 15 weeks, no abortion on demand, except in cases of rape, incest, to save the life of the mother.
[00:34:20]  And that should be where America's at.
[00:34:23]  It's a torpedo campaign.
[00:34:25]  And I say this as someone who, of course, wants to see abortion bans.
[00:34:28]  Of course, I want to see this.
[00:34:30]  But you don't have the votes.
[00:34:31]  He knows you don't have the votes.
[00:34:33]  And you're forcing this issue in an election season where the Democrats are now being able to point to this.
[00:34:38]  We don't have time to play all this tape.
[00:34:40]  But now the Democrats are gallivanting on TV and they say, see, Lindsey Graham wants to go ban abortion federally, even though now it's down to the states, thanks to the Supreme Court.
[00:34:51]  The only way you could interpret this, it's not about abortion.
[00:34:54]  It's not.
[00:34:54]  And again, I say this as someone who is enthusiastically pro-life, and I'll own that proudly.
[00:35:03]  That's not what this is about.
[00:35:05]  This is about trying to stop candidates like Blake Masters and JD Vance and Ted Budd.
[00:35:11]  Why?
[00:35:12]  Lindsey Graham represents the Unit Party.
[00:35:15]  Zelensky came out the other day and said, I don't know, I'm very worried about Congress switching over.
[00:35:20]  It might interfere our money supply flow.
[00:35:24]  This is not about abortion.
[00:35:25]  Don't fall for that.
[00:35:26]  You know what this is about.
[00:35:27]  This is about the establishment using an issue we care about, pro-life, as a tactic to distract our candidates, distract the media, and to suppress all the momentum that we have coming into November.
