[00:02:58] Tell us about your last 24 hours. [00:03:00] I'm doing great. [00:03:01] Yesterday was one of the best days of my life. [00:03:03] It was a very powerful, spiritual day for me. [00:03:05] It was a lot of things came into high clarity. [00:03:09] I was totally in the zone, as you say, in sports the entire time. [00:03:13] And, you know, they're not going to shut me up. [00:03:15] We see it is, you saw it from the demonic speech that Biden gave in Philadelphia. [00:03:20] Exactly. [00:03:20] This is a dying regime. [00:03:22] That was a primal scream. [00:03:23] And here, what they're trying to do, no matter who it is, Donald Trump in Mar-a-Lago, there were 35 FBI raids yesterday, right? [00:03:31] Handing out. [00:03:31] There's another grand jury coming together on January 6th. [00:03:35] The Washington Post reported it. [00:03:37] They just reported a couple of names. [00:03:38] There were 35 senior members of MAGA, Republicans, supporters of Donald Trump that were rolled. [00:03:45] You know, the FBI rolled in on, right, when they didn't need to do it. [00:03:49] Remember, all these people have lawyers. [00:03:50] All their lawyers are very well known. [00:03:52] No, they jackbooted Gestapos, got to show up at their door and make a big display of this. [00:03:57] So there's so much going on that people don't even know at so many levels on trying to put people in bankruptcy, trying to deplatform them. [00:04:05] Oh, yeah. [00:04:05] All of it. [00:04:06] And quite frankly, I think that's what's so powerful about you guys having this great reset conference because this is really what it's about. [00:04:11] This is this globalist apparatus. [00:04:13] That's right. [00:04:14] This is the American arm of that, the Biden regime. [00:04:17] And what they're trying to do is shut down everybody, whether it's Alex Jones, Charlie Kirk, Steve Bannon, Tucker Carlson, Donald Trump. [00:04:24] They're trying to use lawfare, financial terrorism, everything legally, and quite frankly, up to assassinations. [00:04:31] That's why they're swatting people like crazy. [00:04:33] So we got to work cut out for us. [00:04:35] And if we blink, if you blink, it's over. [00:04:37] So screw them. [00:04:38] I spit right in their eye. [00:04:39] I could care less. [00:04:40] We're coming. [00:04:40] We're rolling and we're rolling hard, baby. [00:04:43] It's the only way to fight them. [00:04:44] Steve, can you reiterate that? [00:04:45] You said there were 35 FBI raids yesterday. [00:04:48] I consider myself well read. [00:04:49] I didn't see that anywhere. [00:04:50] Can you elaborate on that? [00:04:52] Not being reported. [00:04:52] I'm breaking that news right here. [00:04:54] If you go to the Washington Post story, I think Josh Dawson's story, if your staff pulls it, Charlie, they mentioned, I think, five names, Boris Epstein being one of them. [00:05:04] But I think there's five people. [00:05:05] There were 35. [00:05:06] 35 FBI went to 35 years. [00:05:09] All these people have lawyers. [00:05:10] They all know who the lawyers are. [00:05:12] They didn't serve these subpoenas to the lawyers. [00:05:15] They want to make a big display of it. [00:05:16] They want to take a bunch of their devices. [00:05:19] This is the FBI trying to roll in and trying to be muscle, right? [00:05:22] This is the Gestapo. [00:05:22] This is a Gestapo attack. [00:05:24] Look, this is all about intimidation, whether it's what they did with me yesterday, what they're doing with Alex Jones, what they're doing with other people to debank them, to make sure they can't fund their operations. [00:05:36] If it's Trump, look at President of the United States, a completely, totally illegal raid of which a judge said was an illegal raid. [00:05:42] The judge's opinion says, I don't trust the Justice Department and the FBI, to be fair. [00:05:47] That's a federal judge. [00:05:49] Okay. [00:05:49] You see it all over. [00:05:50] And 35 members of MAGA, the Republican Party, people close to Donald Trump were rolled in on yesterday by the FBI with these intimidation tactics. [00:06:00] They just don't, normally what you would do here, Charlie, is you would go to their lawyer and say, hey, we want to know when's the team, can you accept service of a subpoena? [00:06:08] Can you accept service of this? [00:06:10] Or we may want to talk to you about certain of your devices and can we work something out? [00:06:13] No, they didn't do that. [00:06:14] They go with the jack boots and they kick down the doors and they bang on the doors and they roll in people to intimidate them, to make sure that they sit there and go, oh, what do you want? [00:06:23] You know, I'll do anything, et cetera. [00:06:24] Well, these people didn't. [00:06:25] And this is the FBI. [00:06:27] The FBI is the Gestapo right now. [00:06:29] I know they hate when I say that, but they're the Gestapo. [00:06:31] We're not going to back off going with the Gestapo because they have Gestapo-like tactics. [00:06:35] Here's my point. [00:06:36] They're losing. [00:06:37] They're only trying to use this national security state muscle because they know they're not winning. [00:06:43] And quite frankly, when you do things like the great reset this weekend and get young people up to speed on what's going on, that drives them even more insane. [00:06:50] So, hey, turning point's going to be a target, a big league target. [00:06:53] Okay. [00:06:54] So just stand by, Charlie. [00:06:55] It's all coming. [00:06:56] It's all going to come hard and heavy. [00:06:58] We're already not just anticipating it, but experiencing it. [00:07:01] But that's okay. [00:07:02] That's a sign of success. [00:07:03] And yes, we actually have Klaus Schwab's book that we read here, COVID-19, The Great Reset. [00:07:08] Every time a reporter says it's a conspiracy theory, I have a stack of these on my desk. [00:07:12] I say, just read it. [00:07:13] Read it. [00:07:14] Tell me what this is. [00:07:15] This is the blueprint. [00:07:16] They publish it. [00:07:17] In fact, I think that's part of their strategy is hiding in plain sight. [00:07:20] They publish the book so that they don't have the kind of investigative bombshell. [00:07:23] They say, oh, it's just the right deal. [00:07:25] But hold it. [00:07:25] You know what's interesting about that, Charlie? [00:07:27] They publish it, and you're absolutely correct to say it's all out there. [00:07:30] Tell me how many reporters that try to get up in your girl have ever read any of this stuff. [00:07:33] What's so shocking is that the reporters today, and not just the people on TV, they're all actors. [00:07:39] It's all performative. [00:07:40] They don't really have any of that. [00:07:41] When you start pushing back on any of the actual facts, it's like it's all new information to them. [00:07:46] And that's why it's not new information to your audience and to the war room posse, et cetera, because every day we're grinding on this. [00:07:52] So, Steve, I want to zero in on the game plan. [00:07:54] And I know you're very focused on action, action, action, but you said 35 raids yesterday. [00:07:59] That's insane. [00:08:00] And you're right. [00:08:00] Our team is pulling this up yesterday. [00:08:02] And I'm not trying to out these people. [00:08:04] It's all public, right? [00:08:04] Rudy Giuliani, Boris Epstein, Bruce Marks, Victoria Thonsing, and Joe Genova were raided, it looks like, according to the Washington Post, shocking, the same day that they perp walk you in New York. [00:08:16] Meanwhile, they raided James O'Keefe. [00:08:17] Yes, Steve. [00:08:19] Yeah, that's okay. [00:08:20] So that story right there is what they broke and what they leaked. [00:08:23] Those names, I think, came to five or six names. [00:08:25] There's a total of 35 yesterday, including other prominent people. [00:08:29] And they were raids. [00:08:31] They were to drop subpoenas and to take their electronic equipment. [00:08:36] Remember, when they take your electronic equipment, they do it under this thing called a subpoena. [00:08:40] They're very narrow. [00:08:40] But if, oh, they mistake, they inadvertently see anything, they come back and they just want to get into the electronic devices to get all your emails, all your phone messages, all your text messages, et cetera. [00:08:52] This is another attempt of intimidation. [00:08:55] And that's what they're trying to do. [00:08:56] And they're trying to go now down to the next level in the MAGA movement. [00:09:00] And they're going to continue. [00:09:01] I said yesterday walking in there, every conservative, it's not me. [00:09:04] They're coming for you. [00:09:05] They're coming for everybody. [00:09:06] They're coming for everybody. [00:09:07] Even in your local community, if you mention, hey, I support Trump. [00:09:10] I like the MAGA thing. [00:09:12] You're going to be at it at the country club. [00:09:13] You're going to be added at your Rotary Club and your Lions Club and everything like that. [00:09:16] It's going to say, no, you can't talk about that here. [00:09:18] This is, they're going full social and cultural warfare here. [00:09:22] And look, if you blink, we're going to lose. [00:09:25] Right now, we're winning. [00:09:26] And that's why they're getting more and more desperate. [00:09:29] But as they get desperate, they're going to get uglier and nastier and meaner. [00:09:33] And right now is the time of testing. [00:09:35] This is a time of testing. [00:09:36] And if you bear down and stick with it, right, and make sure that pray to divine providence and get that spiritual power, we'll get through this and we'll win. [00:09:44] But I tell you, if you blink, and this has happened before in American history, if you blink, it's over. [00:09:50] So, Steve, what's the game plan then? [00:09:52] How do you counter this? [00:09:53] I agree with what you said last gas of the dying regime, but they are using naked political power to go after every single political dissident that has a voice, that has a platform. [00:10:03] So then what's the game plan to counter this? [00:10:06] The game plan to counter this, Charlie, you talk about it all the time. [00:10:08] It's not just winning, number one, you got to take in segments. [00:10:11] We must have a sweeping victory from school boards to election boards all the way up to the House and Senate on November 8th. [00:10:17] We must win and we must win decisively. [00:10:19] I'm talking 40, 50, 60 more seats in the House, pick up a couple of seats in the Senate, hold what we got, win every state legislature, school boards. [00:10:26] But then, as you talk about all the time, is then understand how to use power. [00:10:31] That's exactly right. [00:10:32] We must crush these people. [00:10:34] We got to win at the ballot box, and then we got to take them apart brick by brick. [00:10:38] And I mean cutting them off from money, massive investigations, imprison them. [00:10:42] It's smash mouth. [00:10:43] They want to play smash mouth. [00:10:44] We can do it. [00:10:45] And you can't do it with the khaki pant, you know, button-down shirt, a blue blazer, country club Republicans. [00:10:54] That's not going to hack it. [00:10:55] We now need to go next level. [00:10:56] But so, Steve, this is a time of choosing for a lot of our grassroots, right? [00:11:00] And I know the War Room posse has made their decision, but there's some people listening right now that are younger. [00:11:05] They have a whole future ahead of them. [00:11:06] And they're listening. [00:11:07] They say, wait a second, why do I want to put myself through this? [00:11:10] You know, to get audited, to get tarred and feathered, to get outed. [00:11:13] I'm all for you guys, but I'm going to be kind of cheering from the sidelines. [00:11:16] The call to action, though, is that they will find you. [00:11:19] Thought crimes will be punished. [00:11:20] They will penalize. [00:11:22] Isn't it? [00:11:22] And you said something so interesting, Steve. [00:11:23] You said, quote, yesterday was one of the best days of my life. [00:11:27] And that might be a hard thing for some people to really understand. [00:11:30] I think I understand it partially. [00:11:32] What you're saying, though, is that I am who I am. [00:11:34] I'm at peace spiritually. [00:11:37] If evil comes against me, then okay, so be it. [00:11:39] But I don't have to pretend. [00:11:40] I don't have to be a fake. [00:11:41] I don't have to be a phony. [00:11:42] Can you elaborate on that? [00:11:43] No, that's why we love playing the, that's why we love playing the, we've played the perp walk all day long. [00:11:49] I'm very proud of that, right? [00:11:50] I'm so proud of what we did at the wall. [00:11:51] We were the first guys down there to say, hey, remember, anybody's seen the movie Sicario, this is exactly where Sicario was. [00:11:57] The first wall we built. [00:11:58] We built other wall on the Rio Grande, on the banks of the Rio Grande. [00:12:02] I am so proud that we made a statement about the sovereignty of this nation. [00:12:05] We're not backing it off. [00:12:06] Anybody that's a sovereigntist is who they're trying to destroy. [00:12:09] And for those people you said right there, they're in the middle. [00:12:11] Look, that's the revolution. [00:12:12] One-third were patriots. [00:12:13] One-third were hardcore Tories. [00:12:15] One-third in the middle to see how it plays. [00:12:17] You have to make the only thing that I tell people is search your own heart. === Building Walls and Sovereignty (15:24) === [00:12:21] Search your own heart. [00:12:23] What is right? [00:12:24] This is a time of testing. [00:12:25] This is a time of choosing. [00:12:27] This is a time of decision-making. [00:12:28] Okay. [00:12:29] Charlie Kirk's not going to tell you what to do. [00:12:31] Steve Bennett's not going to tell you what to do. [00:12:32] It has to come from your own inner being, from your own heart. [00:12:35] You have to ask yourself, what should I be doing? [00:12:38] Okay. [00:12:39] And maybe now in your heart, it's not the right time. [00:12:42] Maybe you'll do it later. [00:12:43] But trust me, there's going to come a moment in your life that's going to come sooner rather than later. [00:12:47] If you're in college, you're just starting on, that you're going to be in a situation that you're going to have to stand and deliver. [00:12:52] And if you don't, if you blink and you look the other way, remember, every day in the mirror, you're going to have to look at yourself and understand that when the time of choosing, when divine providence puts you in that spot, you said, I don't have it. [00:13:03] I don't have it. [00:13:04] It's more than looking in the mirror. [00:13:05] And I could say this as a new father. [00:13:06] It's looking at your kid. [00:13:09] That's way more important. [00:13:10] The mirror is one thing. [00:13:12] That's important. [00:13:13] That's somewhat, you know, kind of ego-driven, and not in a bad way, but then you have to look at the next generation. [00:13:20] That's a real thing for account for every parent and grandparent out there. [00:13:24] That's more powerful. [00:13:26] That's the real mirror. [00:13:26] That's the mirror of the family. [00:13:28] That's right. [00:13:28] Look at that. [00:13:29] Look at that next generation and think of every generation that handed it down to you that you could hand it to that baby. [00:13:34] That three-tied knot, as Edmund Burke would say, what came before, what is here currently, and what comes ahead. [00:13:39] That's what conservatism is. [00:13:42] And these societal arsonists, they want to destroy all of that. [00:13:48] Uncle Tom 2 is an eye-opening documentary everyone in America should see. [00:13:52] Charlie Kirk here. [00:13:53] Uncle Tom 2 offers a compelling and brave analysis of the true history of black America. [00:13:58] It talks about the cultural shift from prosperity, integrity, and faith to its current perceived state of anger, discontent, and victimhood. [00:14:08] Uncle Tom 2 offers historical footage, photos, correspondence, and data to reveal the genuine strides of black America in the 20th century, the deliberate Marxist strategy to create racial tension and replace God with government, the NAACP's sinister agenda, the truth behind Black Lives Matter, and more. [00:14:24] Don't miss Uncle Tom 2 from executive producer Larry Elder and director Justin Malone. [00:14:29] With Brandon Tatum, Vodie Bockham, and Chad O'Jackson, watch the movie on demand and buy the DVD now at SalemNow.com. [00:14:35] That's salemnow.com. [00:14:37] Check it out. [00:14:38] Salemnow.com. [00:14:43] How do people support you? [00:14:44] We're getting so many questions about that. [00:14:46] Go to warroom.org and just catch us on RealAmerica Voice or Rumble. [00:14:49] All we ask the audience to do is just be a force multiplier. [00:14:51] Take the content and push it out. [00:14:53] It's all free. [00:14:54] No paywall. [00:14:55] Just hit us at RealAmerica Voice app or just come to warroom.org. [00:14:59] We try to keep it simple, Charlie. [00:15:01] Warroom.org is the best way. [00:15:03] I love that. [00:15:03] And the show is great. [00:15:04] We listen to it before our show every single day. [00:15:06] And this drumbeat is continuing, and the populist nationalist movement is increasing. [00:15:12] And that's why they have to go to these desperate measures. [00:15:14] And so, Steve, I want to talk about moves and countermoves because we got to start talking about gamesmanship: how much farther are they willing to go? [00:15:22] And how do then we not just win elections, but is there anything else we can do as far as exposing them and keeping the pressure on? [00:15:29] I think that's one of the things they're most worried about: how they can't cancel us as easily as they used to be. [00:15:34] We've created these alternative networks and these channels of communication that the word is getting out. [00:15:39] So that's a very important thing. [00:15:40] Steve, let's talk about some other moves. [00:15:42] Grassroots people are saying, what can we do? [00:15:44] Of course, the election is important. [00:15:45] But more broadly, they're not going to slow down. [00:15:47] They are accelerating. [00:15:48] You said 35 FBI raids yesterday. [00:15:51] And this is a topic a lot of conservatives don't like talking about. [00:15:53] You know, they'll talk about tax cuts. [00:15:55] They'll talk about certain things. [00:15:56] As soon as it's about political power, they run to the hills. [00:15:58] Why is that, Steve? [00:16:00] Because they're intimidated by the culture around them that if they get called a nativist or xenophobe or racist, which are all lies, that means they've lost the intellectual argument. [00:16:10] They're afraid that they're going to be added at the country club or their social things. [00:16:13] You have to put that all aside. [00:16:15] That's what this is not about. [00:16:16] This is about action. [00:16:18] This is about your agency. [00:16:19] Everything we talk about, everything Charlie talks about, is about how you weaponize yourself, okay, individually. [00:16:25] This is about a school board. [00:16:26] This is about becoming a precinct strategy. [00:16:28] You know, go to precinctstrategy.com. [00:16:30] This is about going to election boards or a canvassing board. [00:16:32] Whatever your talents are, those talents now can be used in this movement. [00:16:36] But it's not just watching Charlie Kirk or Tucker Carlson or Steve Bannon. [00:16:40] It's not just being passive. [00:16:42] This is about action, action, action. [00:16:44] And Charlie, quite frankly, the reason you guys are going to become an already a top target is that they never thought we'd be able to actually pass this down in kind of a smart form to the rising generation. [00:16:55] Your concept a couple of years ago was college campuses, but it's expanded college campus. [00:17:00] So many of the people have graduated and gone to younger life. [00:17:02] That generation under 35, and you're seeing this now in some of these great candidates coming up everywhere from school boards all the way up to running for the state legislatures and also running in Congress. [00:17:14] The amazing thing is they're freaking out that what used to be the most progressive left-wing aspect is not. [00:17:21] We're already making massive intros. [00:17:23] And that's why this conference show me on the left anything that matches the conference you're having this weekend for young people on the Great Reset. [00:17:30] It's next. [00:17:30] They're not doing that. [00:17:32] They're not doing that at all. [00:17:34] You understand activism. [00:17:35] You understand putting your shoulder to the wheel. [00:17:37] The reason they fear Alex Jones, Steve Bannon, Tucker Carlson, Donald Trump, Charlie Kirk, and a host of others is not because of those individuals. [00:17:45] It's what they've done to empower people for own self-empowerment. [00:17:49] This is about you, and they're coming for you. [00:17:51] And nobody's going to save you. [00:17:52] Nobody's going to save us. [00:17:54] We're going to save, just like nobody saved the revolutionary generation. [00:17:57] Nobody saved anybody in Civil War or in World War II. [00:17:59] You have to save yourself. [00:18:02] And you do that by human agency and then binding together into a community. [00:18:07] And remember, just like a fist. [00:18:09] And so we can never show weakness. [00:18:10] We can never show fear. [00:18:11] And we can't back off an instrument. [00:18:12] And then also not take their bait and remain peaceful. [00:18:14] They'd love nothing more than to provoke us into something that isn't in our own kind of modus operandi. [00:18:20] To reinforce what Steve said, a week from today, Steve Bannon is keynoting our event in Phoenix, Arizona. [00:18:26] If you guys want to support Steve in person, it's tpusa.com/slash reset. [00:18:31] There's still tickets available. [00:18:33] It's all about defeating the great reset. [00:18:35] This is not going to be a rally event. [00:18:37] We do a lot of rallies. [00:18:38] No, this is about education. [00:18:39] What is the great reset? [00:18:40] Who is Klaus Schwab? [00:18:41] What are the promises of it? [00:18:42] What is German historicism? [00:18:44] What is post-structuralism? [00:18:45] What is postmodernism? [00:18:46] What is transhumanism? [00:18:47] We have James Lindsay, Drew Hernandez, Rob McCoy. [00:18:49] Keynote by Steve Bannon a week from tonight, Jack Pesobic. [00:18:52] It's tpusa.com/slash reset. [00:18:54] Real America's voice is going to be streaming the entire thing. [00:18:57] Closing thoughts here, Steve. [00:18:59] You just nailed it in your previous interview with Trofalgo. [00:19:01] We're two-thirds of the country. [00:19:03] Don't take debate. [00:19:04] They keep talking about political violence. [00:19:05] They're the ones that have to be violent. [00:19:07] They have to use legal violence. [00:19:09] They have to use political violence. [00:19:10] We have two-thirds of the country support us on the fundamentals of this. [00:19:15] This is about action and agency, Charlie. [00:19:18] It's about getting more information, about pushing that information out, and about taking the people around you and building an organization even better, even tougher, and with more steely resolve. [00:19:28] It is about the posture of action. [00:19:30] I tell people all the time, they say, Charlie, what do I do? [00:19:32] I say, look, it's not a shopping list, okay? [00:19:34] It's not a grocery list. [00:19:35] But if you change your posture, you change your approach, everything starts to make sense. [00:19:39] Then all of a sudden, all starts to kind of put in line, right, Steve? [00:19:42] It's not just like, okay, here's the five things to do. [00:19:44] It's a change of an entire philosophy. [00:19:47] 30 seconds. [00:19:48] A metanoia. [00:19:49] Change of being. [00:19:50] There you go. [00:19:53] In early Christianity, this is a metanoia. [00:19:55] Change your being. [00:19:56] Amen. [00:19:57] Steve, we'll see you next week at our great reset event. [00:19:59] Keep fighting. [00:20:00] God bless you. [00:20:01] Charlie, thank you very much. [00:20:02] Honored. [00:20:03] Courage is the rarest virtue for a reason. [00:20:07] And Aristotle, amongst many other thinkers, said it's the most necessary. [00:20:12] George S. Patton said, moral courage is the most necessary yet absent characteristic in men. [00:20:19] Aristotle said, courage is the virtue of which all other flow, because without it, there's nothing else. [00:20:26] There's no honesty. [00:20:27] There's no integrity. [00:20:28] There's no decency, generosity, benevolency, virtue, if you don't have courage. [00:20:38] There's something happening in my home state of Illinois that is worthy of repeated national attention. [00:20:44] We can't forget what's happening in Illinois. [00:20:46] These are wonderful and beautiful people that are just being abused by bad politicians. [00:20:52] And it's a blueprint of what's going to happen across the country. [00:20:56] It's a blueprint of what is going to spread. [00:20:59] We talked about this yesterday. [00:21:01] We're going to dive into it more detail. [00:21:02] Let's start with cut 90. [00:21:05] For nearly 30 years, crime was falling in the United States. [00:21:10] No more. [00:21:16] The national murder rate is at its highest in 25 years. [00:21:22] The result of far-left policies that leave innocent Americans at the mercy of violent criminals. [00:21:28] Violent crime is up 21% in Washington, D.C., 35% Chicago, 41% in New York City, and murders are up 207% in Portland. [00:21:41] This video is made by Citizens for Sanity. [00:21:43] So while violent crime is skyrocketing, Illinois and the, I should say the Illinois government, because not the people of Illinois, they snuck in the most insane bill in the entire country when it comes to non-detainable offenses. [00:22:00] To help us unpack this is the mayor of a fabulous city, Orland Park. [00:22:05] I've spent a lot of time in Orland Park. [00:22:07] And he's also running for Congress in the sixth congressional district in Illinois. [00:22:13] And it is Keith Picaugh, and he joins us right now. [00:22:15] Keith, welcome to the Charlie Kirk Show. [00:22:17] Thanks for having me, Charlie. [00:22:18] I appreciate it. [00:22:19] So, Keith, tell us about the Safety Act. [00:22:23] What are now non-detainable offenses starting in January of next year? [00:22:28] So, some of the non-detainable offenses, and this is not all of them, but kidnapping, threatening a public official, second-degree murder, armed robbery, assaults. [00:22:39] The list goes on and on. [00:22:40] Pretty much the only thing that they can be held for is murder without jumping through a ton of hoops. [00:22:47] I mean, so the list here is second-degree murder, robbery, kidnapping, intimidation, drug-induced homicide, which can what is drug-induced homicide exactly? [00:22:56] I made a guess of what it is. [00:22:58] Based on the wording, does that mean that you kill somebody under the influence of drugs? [00:23:03] I don't know if that's what it means or it means you gave somebody drugs to kill them. [00:23:06] I'm not sure what that means. [00:23:07] I'm going to talk to our police department to know. [00:23:09] But essentially, if it's not first-degree murder, you're out with no bail. [00:23:16] Burglary, arson, aggravated fleeing, aggravated DUI, aggravated battery. [00:23:21] So, Mr. Mayor, was this done with a lot of debate and back and forth, or is this done rather quietly? [00:23:27] This didn't receive the attention that it should have. [00:23:30] This is the most dangerous, ludicrous, insane piece of legislation I have seen when it comes to crime ever. [00:23:39] So, what they did was it was a different bill number, and there were about 40,000 witness slips, as I recall, against it. [00:23:45] We spoke against it. [00:23:46] A lot of people spoke against it. [00:23:48] And then they took that bill off the table. [00:23:50] And then in the middle of the night, they reintroduced a new bill with a new number. [00:23:53] So it has no witness slips. [00:23:55] And it was literally in the middle of the night, like three in the morning. [00:23:57] I got 40 minutes to read it. [00:23:59] And then they voted on it. [00:24:00] And it was nearly, I think it was a 786-page bill, if I recall, but it was in that neighborhood in 40 minutes. [00:24:07] But I mean, crime is going up all across Illinois. [00:24:09] It's going up in Chicago. [00:24:11] I don't know if it's going up in Orland Park or not, but I'm hearing lots of reports that it's starting to go up in the collar counties and in the suburbs. [00:24:18] And so now we have this bill while that's law, while crime is going up. [00:24:25] What do everyday people in the suburbs of Chicago think about this? [00:24:29] I mean, I can't imagine this is popular, even with moderate Democrats. [00:24:32] I don't think they really know. [00:24:34] And I don't think it's popular. [00:24:35] Here in Orland Park, we've managed to buck the crime weight, the crime statistics and lowered crime for the last five years. [00:24:43] The lowest has been in 27 years, but we're under incredible pressure from Cook County with Kim Fox's policies. [00:24:49] And this is Kim Fox's policies on steroids. [00:24:52] I mean, this is going to lead to everyone having to take the law into their own hands because even worse than the bail issue is the fact that trespassing now becomes a shall issue a ticket. [00:25:03] They cannot be arrested. [00:25:04] An officer can't put their hands on a suspect or it's a Fourth Amendment violation. [00:25:11] So for anything that's trespassing, so someone can come live in your shed. [00:25:16] They could camp out at your pool. [00:25:17] They camp out in your front yard. [00:25:19] They could get into a business and officers can't remove them. [00:25:22] Well, but now people are going to have to take that responsibility. [00:25:26] How's that going to work out? [00:25:28] So you're trying to tell me that if someone breaks into your home, the police cannot remove that person. [00:25:35] So if they camp out in your garage, you know, if they break the doors, then, you know, then obviously it's breaking and entering. [00:25:41] So then you can do something. [00:25:42] But if they go camp out in your shed or they decide to climb your pool or they decide to pitch a tent in your front yard or they walk into an open door in your garage and decide to camp out and they're trespassing, that would be trespassing. [00:25:54] They cannot arrest them. [00:25:56] They're not allowed to lay their hands on them. [00:25:58] They shall issue them a ticket. [00:26:00] So that's what will happen. [00:26:01] Somebody throws a, you know, throws a rock through a window in a business. [00:26:05] That's also a ticketable. [00:26:06] There's other offenses as well that are tickets only. [00:26:10] But somebody camps themselves out in a business and decides they won't leave, like in a bar. [00:26:15] They're drunk and disorderly in a bar and they're just trespassing that officers won't be able to remove them. [00:26:22] What could go wrong if they stay there for two more hours? [00:26:24] I hope everyone in the national audience is listening very carefully to what you're saying. [00:26:28] This is not some academic paper. [00:26:30] This is not some op-ed. [00:26:31] This is the law in the state of Illinois effective in January, where if someone goes, yeah, please go ahead. [00:26:37] It was passed last year. [00:26:38] And the reason it's not going to affect them in January is because they know exactly what's going to happen. [00:26:42] Yeah, of course. [00:26:42] And it's going to lead to residents having to take, a resident's business is having to take the law into their own hands. [00:26:48] And that is not a recipe for a very civil society. [00:26:50] No, that's Brazil, actually. [00:26:52] And that's not a pleasant place to live. [00:26:54] Brazil's a beautiful country. [00:26:56] But if you have money in Brazil, you have armed guards and bulletproof cars and you have a fenced and gated community. [00:27:01] And when the sun goes down, you're very careful where you go at night. [00:27:04] That's the type of society they're creating. [00:27:06] Let me ask you, why do you think they're doing this? [00:27:10] What is the motivation here? [00:27:13] I can't understand why anyone who's sitting in public office would have this motivation. [00:27:18] I mean, this is going to lead to anarchy. [00:27:20] And I can't see where that's good for anyone. [00:27:22] I'm sure we could follow the money. [00:27:24] I did see something the other day that there's a lot of back end issues with regards to this particular law because it requires body cams and some other things and doesn't fund it. [00:27:35] But the expenses to handle all of that, there are legislators that are invested in the companies that, of course, that do that. [00:27:42] So I'm sure if we followed the money trail, there'd be some of that involved. === The Cost of New Laws (04:27) === [00:27:46] It is Illinois after all. [00:27:48] I mean, it's incredible. [00:27:49] So, you're running for Congress. [00:27:51] Tell us about your race and how people can support you. [00:27:54] So, I'm running in the Illinois 6th District, which is the southwest and west suburbs of Chicago. [00:28:00] I'm running against incumbent Sean Caston. [00:28:02] You can support me at keithpea.com. [00:28:04] It's a seat that we are going to flip to take back the house. [00:28:07] And even though it's in the suburbs of Chicago, they actually created a district that's actually very winnable. [00:28:12] And we're planning on winning it. [00:28:13] You can't find anyone further left than Sean Caston. [00:28:16] He's as far left, actually, further left than AOC. [00:28:19] So people have a distinct choice here in Illinois. [00:28:22] And hopefully, they start making the right one because we're at the precipice in Illinois, as you see with this law. [00:28:29] I mean, it's bad. [00:28:31] Mr. Mayor, thank you so much for joining us. [00:28:33] Thank you very much for having me, Charlie. [00:28:34] I appreciate it. [00:28:35] Thanks. [00:28:36] Bye-bye. [00:28:40] How many years have I been telling you about Relief Factor? [00:28:41] Producer Andrew's right here doing an Iron Man thanks to Relief Factor. [00:28:44] And truth is, I know there are millions of people. [00:28:47] In fact, some say over 100 million people struggling with some kind of pain, maybe from exercise or just getting older. [00:28:52] That can do it, getting older, which is why I'm so impressed with the people at relieffactor.com. [00:28:56] They are on a mission. [00:28:57] You rarely see this kind of focus and commitment. [00:28:59] They recently shared with me that they are doubling down and want to literally double their total number of happy customers in the next year. [00:29:05] And I believe they'll do it. [00:29:06] So here's the deal: if you're struggling with back pain, neck pain, shoulder, hip, or knee pain, even general muscle aches and pain, then I'm suggesting you order their three-week quick start, still discounted, only $19.95. [00:29:17] Go to relieffactor.com. [00:29:18] That's relieffactor.com. [00:29:20] Check it out right now. [00:29:21] ReliefFactor.com. [00:29:22] You should order the three-week quick start too. [00:29:23] Discount only $19.95. [00:29:25] See if it will work for you. [00:29:26] I think it possibly could. [00:29:28] Give your body what it needs to heal itself. [00:29:29] Go to relieffactor.com. [00:29:31] That's relieffactor.com. [00:29:32] Check it out right now. [00:29:36] So, what is the goal? [00:29:38] What is the goal of trying to have mass anarchy? [00:29:44] It's very clear if you read Plato's Republic. [00:29:47] It's very clear when you study the left. [00:29:50] I'm going to walk you through what their agenda is. [00:29:52] I teased it a little bit yesterday about a national police force, but it's deeper than that. [00:29:58] It's more significant than that. [00:30:00] To open up the jails and to let the criminals run free is a strategy. [00:30:05] It requires you to believe that your leaders do not want what's best for you. [00:30:10] It requires you to entertain the fact that the people in charge of our society, the guardians, the politicians, they want the ability to control you more. [00:30:22] You might say, well, Charlie, why would they want anarchy if they want the ability to control us more? [00:30:28] That's like asking why would they want a virus for the ability to be able to keep your kids from going to school? [00:30:34] You need a crisis for a precondition to take liberties and freedoms away. [00:30:39] Remember, we are dealing with crisis seekers and crisis manufacturers. [00:30:45] What could possibly be the goal there? [00:30:48] I'm going to dive into it and reference Plato's Republic, some ancestral wisdom to walk us through it. [00:30:56] Why are they doing this? [00:30:57] Why have they passed into law in Illinois a bill that says if you kidnap somebody, you are not required to post bail and it is a non-detainable offense. [00:31:09] Somebody sent us a wonderful email, freedom at charliekirk.com. [00:31:12] They said, Charlie, if it's no bail, that means they can't leave, right? [00:31:15] And I should have been more precise in my language. [00:31:17] It's a great point. [00:31:18] He's right that typically, when you say no bail, what you mean is that the offense was so terrible that you are detained indefinitely, not detained indefinitely, detained until trial. [00:31:28] When I say no bail, I mean the crime does not necessitate you to have to post any bail. [00:31:34] It's a non-detainable offense. [00:31:36] So, in Chicago, if you go into an elementary school and kidnap a six-year-old and then commit a double homicide, burn down a home, and then give out fentanyl, which then has a drug-induced homicide, you are not required to post any bail for those things. [00:31:54] You just are able to walk through the streets, they process you for the crime, and then you leave. [00:31:59] If in Chicago or in the suburbs of Chicago or in Bowlingbrook or in Plainfield or in McHenry County, you show up with a tent in somebody's front yard, the police cannot use force to remove you. === No Bail for Extreme Crimes (04:16) === [00:32:14] Why are they doing this? [00:32:16] Well, the people who push this forward are legitimate activists, representative slaughter and others. [00:32:23] They're BLM activists. [00:32:24] They are pro-crime. [00:32:26] They represent in their heart the needs, wants, and interests of criminals. [00:32:30] They believe the police are white supremacist, racist, terrible, and awful. [00:32:36] They believe human beings are naturally good. [00:32:39] They are disciples of Rousseau, and they believe that it is the police, it is the law, it is the white supremacist colonialist, there's that term again, superstructure that is keeping them from being able to flourish and succeed. [00:32:54] It's complete nonsense. [00:32:55] It's garbage. [00:32:56] It's balderdash. [00:32:58] It is driven by a need, want, and desire to represent what the criminals want. [00:33:06] But they're just kind of the worker bees, Representative Slaughter, and all these people in Chicago. [00:33:10] And yes, for those of you that are tuning in, the person that put forward this bill, his name is literally Representative Slaughter. [00:33:16] Samuel Clemens, in his heyday, couldn't have come up with a more poetically ironic name, the author of the bill, Representative Slaughter. [00:33:27] But no, it's deeper than that. [00:33:29] You see, the people in charge, J.B. Pritzker and the people that are calling the shots, they want this for a different reason, and it's not for ideological reasons. [00:33:39] The reason is that when you have crime increasing, it then creates the precondition to be able to take people's freedoms, liberties, and weapons away. [00:33:51] The same way that COVID gave them the mandate, gave them the green light to be able to mass kids, bail out blue states, spend trillions of dollars we don't have, make billionaires fabulously wealthy, get us closer to the Great Reset. [00:34:09] I have the Great Reset book literally right here by Klaus Schwab. [00:34:12] You know, some people say, oh, Charlie, the Great Reset is a conspiracy theory. [00:34:16] Just read Klaus Schwab's book. [00:34:17] It's right here. [00:34:19] I've read it. [00:34:20] You should too. [00:34:21] It's very illuminating. [00:34:24] They are crisis seekers. [00:34:26] You see, emergency powers give them the ability to be able to control you. [00:34:35] Never let a crisis go to waste, as Rahm Emanuel would say. [00:34:39] But what if there's no crisis? [00:34:42] Then we need to create one. [00:34:44] Plato said it best in Plato's Republic, Plato, of course, who taught Aristotle. [00:34:51] In chapters 8 and 9, Plato described how the city-state will descend into chaos. [00:34:57] A mayor or governor will then come along who demands emergency powers to fix a situation and in the process will usurp power and become a tyrant. [00:35:06] Plato talked about the cycle of governance. [00:35:09] Let me note if this sounds familiar. [00:35:11] Last of all cycles come the tyrant. [00:35:13] In the early days of his power, he is full of smiles and salutes everyone who he meets, making promises in public and also in private, liberating debtors and distributing land to people and his followers, and wanting to be kind and good to everyone. [00:35:28] This is the root from which a tyrant springs. [00:35:31] When he first appears above ground, he is a protector. [00:35:36] Hinting at the abolition of debts and the partition of lands, he begins to make party against the rich. [00:35:42] And when the man who is wealthy is also accused of being an enemy of the people, sees, he flees and he's not ashamed to be called a coward. [00:35:49] And he uses that power and control over the people. [00:35:54] Why do they want to open up the prisons? [00:35:56] Why do they want to relax all these laws? [00:35:59] It gives them an excuse for a national police force to take our weapons away, to audit your businesses, to maybe use those 87,000 new IRS agents. [00:36:09] And then, of course, it keeps their constituent base happy that they no longer have to be held accountable for their arson, their kidnapping, and their second-degree murder.
