[00:02:16]  I don't understand this story about Arizona State.
[00:02:18]  How is it that they say he's not a student when he has a student ID and he's taking classes?
[00:02:22]  I don't know.
[00:02:23]  We'll get into that.
[00:02:23]  But Kyle's a great, great kid.
[00:02:25]  He didn't ask for any of this.
[00:02:27]  Kyle did not ask to be in the national spotlight.
[00:02:30]  He did not ask to become famous.
[00:02:33]  Instead, Kyle Rittenhouse is someone who just wanted to protect his local town from terrorists that were destroying it.
[00:02:40]  And the obvious question is, why was that situation as chaotic as it was?
[00:02:45]  And the answer is, of course, because Governor Evers from Wisconsin decided not to deploy the National Guard.
[00:02:52]  He decided not to bring in police power to try and quell the riots and restore peace on the streets of Kenosha.
[00:03:03]  When you do that, then a vacuum is created and things start to happen that are chaotic.
[00:03:09]  Kyle defended himself.
[00:03:11]  It was a pure and simple case of self-defense, and he was rightly acquitted.
[00:03:15]  And we have a whole conversation with him about that.
[00:03:16]  We ask him about taking the stand.
[00:03:19]  We ask him about what does he want to do with his life?
[00:03:23]  And we ask him about what his advice is to other young people after he's been through this entire ordeal.

[00:03:47]  This is Kyle dropping out of high school to help his family.
[00:03:50]  He dropped out of high school to help his family and to support his family and then ended up earning his way to go to Arizona State University.

[00:03:59]  You got to remember, Wendy started that fundraiser, she had zero dollars.
[00:04:05]  We had to reuse all of that.
[00:04:07]  I want also the audience to know the financial status of the Rittenhouse family.
[00:04:12]  You dropped out of school to support your mom.
[00:04:13]  Is that correct?
[00:04:14]  I did.
[00:04:15]  I was working three jobs.
[00:04:16]  I was working at the YMCA RecPLEX, and I was doing some landscaping gigs off the side.
[00:04:21]  So that's the net worth of the Rittenhouse family.
[00:04:26]  And then, and I'm not saying that diminishingly.
[00:04:28]  I'm just offering context that then the only opportunity you had to get out of jail and get counsel was external support.
[00:04:38]  And no one really knew where the money went.
[00:04:41]  Oh, it went to John Pierce and to Lynn's Ego.
[00:04:47]  But Kyle, I'm just sensing this, and you could correct me if I'm wrong.
[00:04:50]  You're calm, cool, and collected until this topic.
[00:04:53]  It just two things in this world piss me off the most.
[00:04:57]  When Lunchbox says I'm not a student at ASU and when Linwood likes to go off and say that I'm being handled, it just, it's disturbing.
[00:05:06]  So more there.

[00:05:15]  One of the stories that's been popping up is Arizona State University.
[00:05:20]  Many of the students at Arizona State University, and we'll be playing more clips throughout the hour with Kyle Rittenhouse.
[00:05:26]  And we're going to get into so much more news as well.
[00:05:28]  But the students at Arizona State University, Mecha De ASU, they have come out and maybe they want to be sued.
[00:05:36]  Maybe they want to be thrown for libel.
[00:05:39]  They say, we have been contacted by many media organizations asking for different statements regarding our protests against Kyle Rittenhouse.
[00:05:46]  Here's our position.
[00:05:48]  We will not stand for a white supremacist killer on our campus.
[00:05:51]  Really, white supremacist.
[00:05:53]  What evidence do you have of that?
[00:05:54]  Who is basically Kyle's best friend?
[00:05:57]  I'd love for Mecha De ASU to tell me that.
[00:06:01]  In our view, the Rittenhouse shooting is analogous to the Greensboro massacre, where five anti-racist protesters were killed by Klan members that were later acquitted by an all-white jury.
[00:06:12]  Similar to the Greensboro massacre, the Rittenhouse case is a failure of the justice system to punish white fascist vigilante violence.
[00:06:20]  You see, you can only believe things like this if you go to college.
[00:06:24]  The danger Kyle Rittenhouse presents is not just that he's a person on campus representing the violence marginalized people face every day, but the racist and fascist right-wing elements that he will bring to campus.
[00:06:35]  Since Kyle Rittenhouse shot and killed two anti-racist protesters and wounded another, hear that, a child pedophile is a anti-racist protester.
[00:06:45]  He is followed online and in life by extremely violent right-wing Nazis, fascists, and Klang hangerons.
[00:06:52]  Having such high-profile right-wing fascist icons on our campus would be giving these organizations a free pass to recruit and organize students.
[00:06:59]  My goodness.
[00:07:00]  Arizona State University has allowed these fascist factions to agitate freely on our campus for some time.
[00:07:06]  Even when their student clubs are caught spewing racist rhetoric, dressing up as Charlottesville Nazis, or most recently hanging swastika protesters, Arizona State University has been silent and upheld violence against brown and black people.
[00:07:18]  At every attempt, they try to galvanize support for fascism on campus.
[00:07:22]  When they invited notorious racist Joe Arpaio, fascist ICE thugs, we have to organize to stop them at every event.
[00:07:28]  This time with Rittenhouse, it's no different.
[00:07:30]  Our priority as a student organization is the safety of students above all else.
[00:07:35]  We are calling on the ASU administration and our president, Michael Crowe, to stop hiding and denounce white supremacy by denying Rittenhouse any further enrollment at Arizona State University.
[00:07:44]  To any media who wish to ask questions beyond the statement, you're welcome to attend the rally on Wednesday, Metcha Day ASU, Students for Justice, Palestine at ASU, Students for Socialism at Arizona State University.
[00:07:56]  Imagine having such lack of purpose in your life.
[00:08:00]  Imagine being such devoid of direction that instead of trying to do something meaningful, build a life, start a family, your existence is entirely about trying to prevent what you think is an existential evil from coming on campus.
[00:08:18]  That the purpose of their existence is to try and stop Kyle Rittenhouse from taking online classes.
[00:08:26]  That's right.
[00:08:26]  Online classes, not even classes on campus.
[00:08:31]  But this is precisely what we're seeing play out in every single facet and arena of American life, which is what happens on college campuses.
[00:08:40]  Obviously, it doesn't stay on college campuses.
[00:08:43]  The same sort of behavior that you might say, oh, that's just at Arizona State University, really?
[00:08:48]  Facebook publicly traded multi-trillion dollar Facebook called Kyle Rittenhouse a mass murderer and did not allow links to be posted in support of Kyle Rittenhouse to try to support his family or his legal bills.
[00:09:02]  Whether it be the GoFundMe type operation that was set up in favor of Kyle Rittenhouse, that also got taken down.
[00:09:10]  At every single corner and every turn, the same sort of behavior that we have seen infested on these college campuses that's trying to prevent him from even going to college.
[00:09:21]  Doesn't matter if a jury of your peers acquitted you, we're going to be the true jury.
[00:09:25]  And of course, the leadership of Arizona State University has been feckless and awful.
[00:09:29]  You know what they say?
[00:09:30]  They say, oh, he's not enrolled in any classes.
[00:09:33]  That's word games for saying like, please stop protesting us.
[00:09:36]  We actually love you, May Cha Day, ASU.
[00:09:38]  Arizona State University is such a joke.
[00:09:40]  They're so weak.
[00:09:41]  They should be saying Kyle Rittenhouse is welcome at Arizona State University.
[00:09:44]  He's an innocent.
[00:09:45]  He's a free man.
[00:09:47]  And this idea that he's a white supremacist is so incredibly fallacious.
[00:09:54]  You want to talk about vigilante justice?
[00:09:56]  This is vigilante justice.
[00:09:58]  Them taking this into their own hands after an entire jury has acquitted him.
[00:10:05]  Are you worried about America's future?
[00:10:07]  Times of trouble are full of reasons to despair.
[00:10:10]  But those who built and have preserved our country did not despair.
[00:10:14]  And if we are going to do our part, we need to draw on the books, the history, and the ideas that gave our forefathers and mothers strength and inspiration.

=== New York Vaccine Variant Risks (04:57) ===

[00:12:02]  So I want to play a couple pieces of tape here, but first let's talk about this new variant that they've allegedly found in South Africa.
[00:12:15]  Omicron, right?
[00:12:18]  Okay, close enough.
[00:12:20]  The non-emergency, according to the Wall Street Journal.
[00:12:25]  The World Health Organization, obviously, is saying that the new variant poses a high new risk and that beyond the large mutations in its spike protein, that we don't know that if this has increased transmissibility or could make vaccine antibodies less effective.
[00:12:46]  Well, South African doctors say that the cases are milder and cause different symptoms, noticeably fatigue.
[00:12:56]  Many are young people who might be expected to have milder symptoms, but breakthrough infections have also been mild.
[00:13:04]  I don't think it will blow over, but I think it will be a mild disease, hopefully.
[00:13:09]  Despite all of this, European countries are now entertaining another round of lockdowns because they worried that socialized healthcare systems could get overwhelmed.
[00:13:21]  This is the Wall Street Journal I'm reading from.
[00:13:24]  92% of adults in America have COVID antibodies.
[00:13:28]  92% as of September from vaccines or prior infection.
[00:13:34]  That means only 8% of America hasn't yet been exposed to the virus.
[00:13:40]  Governor Kathy Hochl, who of course is trying to win another term.
[00:13:46]  She hasn't even won one term.
[00:13:47]  Let's just say win a term as governor.
[00:13:50]  She's the accidental governor.
[00:13:52]  She's like Gerald Ford.
[00:13:56]  She thinks that you become governor of New York by sowing fear and having total shutdowns and lockdowns.
[00:14:07]  Somehow that is something the state of New York wants.
[00:14:11]  In September, she issued an executive order that would allow the National Guard to start filling a staff shortage at hospitals and nursing homes.
[00:14:20]  By mid-October, the state reported that 4,100 unvaccinated workers were put on furlough and unpaid leave would have 3,100 have been fired or another 1,300 quit or retired.
[00:14:32]  We know that the lockdowns serve no epidemiological purpose whatsoever.
[00:14:36]  We know that locking down the country actually hurts any sort of meaningful effort to try and protect the most vulnerable.
[00:14:47]  And yet now we have the governor of New York leaning right into it because of the rumors of a new variant of one that most people, including myself, can't even pronounce correctly, that we need to shut down the entire country.
[00:15:00]  CNN saying, no, this is a pandemic gut check, that this is really going to check our systems and our capacity and our abilities to be able to protect our own people.
[00:15:13]  The World Health Organization quickly convened a group of advisors and designated the strain a variant of concern.
[00:15:20]  Now, of course, what no one wants to ask or no one wants to talk about is why is it that the more we vaccinate, the more that there is a mass inoculation campaign, the more of these variants start to pop up.
[00:15:34]  Is the vaccine effective in actually protecting against these variants?
[00:15:38]  Now, Rochelle Walensky is now saying that we need every single adult to get vaccinated, that every adult needs to get out and get vaccinated.
[00:15:49]  Joe Biden has said the same.
[00:15:51]  Joe Biden has said, I expect the new normal to be when everyone gets vaccinated and the booster shot.
[00:15:56]  So, how's Vermont doing?
[00:15:58]  Vermont, the first state to vaccinate 80% of its eligible population, now has an all-cause excess mortality rate that's twice as high as it was as it was in 2020.
[00:16:13]  That's strange.
[00:16:15]  Why is Vermont's all-cause excess mortality rate double after massively vaccinating their state?
[00:16:24]  Why is that?
[00:16:25]  Shouldn't Vermont be one of the test cases for mass vaccination?
[00:16:31]  How about Hawaii?
[00:16:32]  In Hawaii, Governor David E.J. announced a successful vaccine program in July, where 60% of his residents were fully vaccinated.
[00:16:41]  Over the next month, though, Hawaii's excess mortality rate shot up nearly 40%.
[00:16:46]  That's strange, but you're not allowed to talk about any of that.

[00:19:24]  FAA accidentally disclosed new flight data on Epstein's private jets.
[00:19:31]  So let me first kind of just frame the whole Jeffrey Epstein story.
[00:19:35]  The Jeffrey Epstein story is one of the most extraordinary, hard to believe, yet most covered up stories of the last 30 or 40 years.
[00:19:50]  You see, Jeffrey Epstein was a glitch in the ruling class matrix.
[00:19:55]  Jeffrey Epstein, he was obviously a provider of services for very wealthy and powerful men across the world.
[00:20:06]  Royal family, potential other royal families across the world, financiers, presidents, you name it, if you wanted to do something despicable, craven, and almost unspeakable on radio or podcasting, Jeffrey Epstein was the facilitator of that.
[00:20:27]  He went to Jeffrey Epstein to engage in very, very questionable, illegal, unethical, and disgusting behavior.
[00:20:39]  So, but what's so interesting, though, is that, and this is something that I always laugh at.
[00:20:45]  The media, they have a tendency to try and smear people as conspiracy theorists.
[00:20:50]  Now, let me be very clear.
[00:20:51]  There are people out there that are legitimately believing things that are totally untrue.
[00:20:56]  For example, this belief that Trump is going to become president, get reinstated as president sometime soon.
[00:21:01]  It's not true.
[00:21:03]  Or, you know that Trump is still president?
[00:21:05]  I heard this one the other day.
[00:21:06]  Someone came up, they said, Charlie, you know Trump is still president?
[00:21:09]  I said, No, he's not.
[00:21:10]  Oh, yes, he is.
[00:21:11]  I said, No, he's not.
[00:21:13]  Or I remember during the entire kind of the window of time between the election and the Joe Biden getting sworn in or implemented.
[00:21:27]  I remember some people say, Hey, Charlie, you know that Donald Trump is in Texas tonight.
[00:21:31]  I said, Nope, he's in the White House.
[00:21:34]  He's not in Texas.
[00:21:35]  No, no, he's at a military base in Texas.
[00:21:37]  Nope, he's not.
[00:21:38]  He's not in Texas.
[00:21:41]  So there's things that you could believe that are not true.
[00:21:43]  But the one that was almost too extraordinary, too scintillating, too unbelievable was this idea that there was an international, intercontinental,
[00:21:56]  underage child sex trafficking operation that involved former presidents, Bill Clinton, that involved members of the royal family and the richest people on the planet flying thousands of times on private jets to private islands and to ranches in New Mexico to then do whatever, I'm not even going to say it on air.
[00:22:26]  And so now the FBA, the FAA has come out and they've accidentally disclosed new flight data on S. Epstein's private jets.
[00:22:34]  In January of 2020, the FAA, for all the agency's flight records, include departure, departure, and arrival data associated with a fleet of private jets owned by Jeffrey Epstein.
[00:22:50]  Filed under FOIA, the Freedom of Information Act, our request, this is Business Insider, seemed to have a decent chance of success.
[00:23:00]  So here's some of his private jet activity, Epstein from 95 to 2019.
[00:23:05]  New flight records do not include names of passengers, but they might offer clues.
[00:23:09]  Well, they should include names of passengers.
[00:23:12]  They always try to loop Donald Trump into this.
[00:23:15]  Always.
[00:23:15]  They hated each other.
[00:23:16]  He kicked Jeffrey Epstein out of Mar-a-Lago.
[00:23:19]  They can't help themselves, but to try and loop Donald Trump into something that is so obviously a Bill Clinton operation.
[00:23:28]  Two of Epstein's planes continue to travel after his arrest and his subsequent death.
[00:23:34]  FAA flight records corroborate the flight records compiled by Epstein's pilots and found through insiders' analysis of ADSB data.
[00:23:44]  They clarify start and end points that were ambiguous because of incomplete ADSB data, which relies on the availability of land-based receivers that pick up signals from aircraft overhead.
[00:23:58]  The data confirms that Epstein traveled to areas such as Cabo, Marrakesh, and frequently the U.S. Virgin Islands, where his own private island was.
[00:24:08]  Now, allegedly, Epstein's pilot has now come out and he's named Donald Trump.
[00:24:12]  I don't know if I believe it, but he's also named Bill Clinton, Prince Andrew, Kevin Spacey.
[00:24:17]  Totally believe that one.
[00:24:18]  Well, did Epstein also traffic young boys?
[00:24:22]  I didn't know if he did or not.
[00:24:23]  That way, I don't know if I believe Kevin Spacey.
[00:24:26]  And, of course, Ghelane Maxwell.
[00:24:30]  Now, here's why I'm skeptical and cynical about the entire Ghelaine Maxwell trial.
[00:24:39]  First of all, who is the prosecutor?
[00:24:43]  The prosecutor is James Comey's daughter.
[00:24:46]  Now, why does that matter?
[00:24:47]  Does that mean she's going to try to throw the case?
[00:24:49]  No, the exact opposite.
[00:24:52]  Jim Comey's daughter is going to make sure this case fits within a tight box.
[00:24:58]  Her name is Maureen Comey.
[00:25:00]  She's going to make sure that the machine that the network is protected.
[00:25:08]  Now, some of this would read like it's out of a James Bond movie.
[00:25:12]  Most similarly, the James Bond film Spectre.
[00:25:15]  It's an organization of international prime ministers, business officials, members of the royal family that are all in a wink and nod type of organization and network that involved in the exploitation of young girls for their own benefit.
[00:25:37]  Now, let me just say this.
[00:25:39]  For any conspiracy theorist out there that's been saying, oh, Trump's still president, you guys had a perfect issue to focus on.
[00:25:46]  If you just would have focused on Jeffrey Epstein and went all in.
[00:25:49]  If you guys just want to went in all in on the Jeffrey Epstein thing, instead of the witches and the warlocks and the Trump is still president and we're secretly at war with China and all the hopium nonsense, this is a real thing.
[00:26:06]  And what's so interesting is that if you would have told a reporter back in 2016 about the Epstein thing, they would have said that's a conspiracy theory.
[00:26:15]  That's unverified.
[00:26:16]  That's uncorroborated.
[00:26:18]  It wasn't until Jeffrey Epstein was surprisingly arrested coming from France.
[00:26:25]  He was arrested, landing in Newark airport, that did any of this change.
[00:26:29]  Of course, they say that Jeffrey Epstein killed himself in jail.
[00:26:32]  I think it's conventional wisdom that that's just nonsense.
[00:26:35]  That's absolute garbage.
[00:26:37]  I think we all know that.
[00:26:39]  But what's the underlying significance of this?
[00:26:43]  That there is a network of people in the highest levels of power that not just existed, but they cooperated together to engage in this activity, but now all of them to cover it up.
[00:26:57]  So here's why I'm cynical.
[00:26:59]  Number one, the prosecutor.
[00:27:01]  I think that Comey's daughter is going to keep this within a tight window.
[00:27:05]  She's not going to try to let this go in many different directions.
[00:27:08]  But number two, understand that it's not just Bill Clinton that's trying to save himself.
[00:27:14]  It's not just Prince Andrew that's trying to save himself.
[00:27:18]  It's all of their combined interests together.
[00:27:22]  Do you know that the federal government never offered a plea deal to Ghelane Maxwell?
[00:27:26]  Why do you think that would be?
[00:27:29]  Ghelain Maxwell very well could have been the turnkey to be a star witness to name names to indict Bill Clinton and Prince Andrew and every single member of the American ruling class that could have been involved.
[00:27:43]  It's because this is a cover-up operation.
[00:27:46]  Now, some of you might be wondering, why is it that Ghelane Maxwell is playing along?
[00:27:50]  Why doesn't she just spill?
[00:27:52]  I think Delaine Maxwell is being threatened, of course, obviously, being threatened in ways that we might not know, financially, quietly.
[00:28:03]  She's not incentivized to name names right now.
[00:28:07]  So, Ghelane Maxwell is likely to go to jail for the rest of her life to pay for a crime that she cooperated with with Jeffrey Epstein.
[00:28:19]  But make no mistake that the prosecution wants this to go away.
[00:28:27]  They want to seal it, get it done, and make it go away.
[00:28:31]  Some would call this a mop-up operation.
[00:28:34]  Some would say that this is most similar to cleaning up the multi-decades of dirty business.
[00:28:41]  And the machine is going to win.
[00:28:46]  The machine's going to win because you have too many powerful people that have been simultaneously involved and engaged in sex trafficking children for their own benefit.
[00:28:57]  And isn't it interesting?
[00:28:58]  This is the most scintillating story.
[00:29:00]  Where's the investigative reporting into all of this?
[00:29:03]  Where's the young, enterprising Pulitzer Prize winners that have actually tried to figure all this out?
[00:29:09]  Isn't it interesting how there's very little to no media interest in a lot of this?
