The Charlie Kirk Show - Fighting the School Board War at Home as Biden Bungles the War Overseas Aired: 2021-08-26 Duration: 01:16:02 === Support Our Education Mission (02:41) === [00:00:00] Hey everybody, on this episode of the Charlie Kirk Show, we cover a lot of stuff. [00:00:03] Well, we start with my speech at the school board Scottsdale Unified School District. [00:00:07] If you are listening to my words right now, I am encouraging you to please show up to your school board meetings and tell them what they are doing wrong or maybe what they're doing right with the education of your children. [00:02:28] Expressvpn.com slash Charlie. [00:02:35] Afghanistan continues to be a mess. [00:02:38] And Americans are stranded in Afghanistan. === Recall Measures for School Boards (15:33) === [00:02:41] And our government is uncertain what to do. [00:02:44] We have some exclusive frontline updates from Afghanistan to share with you, including how private contractors and private citizens are stepping up and doing the job that our government refuses to do. [00:02:58] And also, we're going to go into great detail all of the weapons that we have left behind in Afghanistan. [00:03:05] And it's not just bullets and guns. [00:03:08] It is some of the most sophisticated, top-level weaponry. [00:03:14] We're going to get into all of that and the cost associated. [00:03:16] But first, I want to tell you about last night. [00:03:20] As many of you know, there is a craze to try to abuse our children by putting masks on them. [00:03:26] Now, there is no evidence to show that children are at a significant risk of catching or dying from the Chinese, dying from the Chinese coronavirus or even super spreading it. [00:03:36] A study done by Dr. Macery in conjunction with Johns Hopkins University, publisher of the Wall Street Journal, studied 48,000 students who contracted the Chinese coronavirus. [00:03:49] He found zero deaths. [00:03:51] Zero deaths. [00:03:53] The only children that are dying are ones that had pre-existing health conditions, comorbidities, that had leukemia or significant breathing issues. [00:04:02] We do know the effect that masks have on communication, on being able to empathize with one another. [00:04:09] Arizona, the state of Arizona, Governor Doug Ducey signed a good bill into law recently. [00:04:15] He signed a bill into law that made it illegal for school boards to mask children. [00:04:25] Scottsdale Unified School District made a promise that this would be a mask optional year. [00:04:32] Scottsdale Unified School District is a microcosm of what's happening across the country. [00:04:37] Your leaders don't care about you. [00:04:40] These people in charge were photographed maskless at an indoor event called Westworld in Scottsdale two days after the CDC gathering so they can go maskless to restaurants, but children that they oversee, they must wear masks at the Scottsdale Unified School District. [00:04:57] Now, I have been telling all of you to show up at school board meetings. [00:05:00] We have been highlighting successful school board recall efforts. [00:05:06] And I feel a moral obligation to fight alongside of you amongst all the other things that we are doing. [00:05:12] Hundreds of speeches a year, two podcasts a day, three hours of radio a day. [00:05:17] I want to fight alongside of you for our children's future. [00:05:20] This is wrong and it is evil what is happening. [00:05:23] Not to mention the critical race theory that's now called social emotional learning, equity training that's in Scottsdale. [00:05:29] I touched that. [00:05:30] I touched that for just a minute, but I showed up last evening and I was the first person to speak. [00:05:34] Can you believe it? [00:05:35] They gave me the first slot. [00:05:36] And my wife did an unbelievable job as well. [00:05:38] If you think my speech was intense, her speech was, some would say, savage. [00:05:44] In fact, I would air my wife's speech, but it is a lot of silence because she looked them right in the eye and she said, we need to take a moment of silence for every child that has committed suicide in Scottsdale and will commit suicide because of your measures. [00:05:59] And she stares them down. [00:06:01] And one of the guys then poked at his computer like a minute later and she says, get off your computer. [00:06:05] It's a moment of silence. [00:06:06] Awesome. [00:06:07] And he stopped because he's a wimp. [00:06:10] So here's my speech to the Scottsdale Unified School District. [00:06:13] And I share this with you only to hopefully inspire you that we are going to school boards, that you need to show up right now. [00:06:20] If you are frustrated, if you are angered by what's happening and you're not showing up to your school board meeting, then you are currently a spectator, not a participant in saving the republic. [00:06:32] Here's my speech to the Scottsdale Unified Schools District that I gave last night. [00:06:36] Playtape. [00:06:36] Okay, can our first speaker free to approach? [00:06:40] And if you could just state your name into the microphone so we can get it for our meeting minutes. [00:06:44] Yep. [00:06:45] Okay, my name is Charlie Kirk and I'm a new resident of... Scottsdale. [00:06:49] Kind of feels like I'm living in San Francisco because of all of you and your self-righteous measures that you're putting to abuse the children of this wonderful state. [00:07:00] I'm going to have children here one day, and I sure hope people like you aren't in charge. [00:07:06] You are defying Arizona law and measures to mask children, even though there is zero evidence to show that children are at a significant risk of catching or dying from the Chinese coronavirus. [00:07:21] In fact, children who drive to school are at a much larger risk of dying on the way to school than from COVID-19, according to the CDC. [00:07:31] The CDC's research says the following. [00:07:33] Children 5 to 14 years old have a 0.2 chance of dying from COVID. [00:07:40] Yet from all deaths, suicide is 1.5. [00:07:44] Homicide, 0.7. [00:07:46] Cardiovascular disease, 0.6. [00:07:49] Drowning, 0.5. [00:07:51] Flu and pneumonia.3. [00:07:54] Suffocation and COVID are the exact same measure. [00:07:58] Yet this district has decided to go in their own direction against the will of the taxpayers of this area and want to mask children. [00:08:07] We know what masking children does. [00:08:09] This has a serious mental health toll on young people. [00:08:12] The inability to communicate, the inability to even hear what teachers are saying. [00:08:16] In fact, masking makes people unfamiliar with each other. [00:08:19] It makes you less likely to be able to empathize with another person. [00:08:22] God gave us a face for a reason. [00:08:26] Dr. McCery wrote a piece in which he studied 48,000 cases of children under 18 reported to have COVID between April and August of last year. [00:08:37] How many children died? [00:08:38] He said, quote, our report found a mortality rate of zero among children without a pre-existing medical condition such as leukemia. [00:08:47] So why the mask craziness? [00:08:50] There was a 22.3% spike in ER trips for potential suicides by children aged 12 to 17 in summer 2020 compared to 2019, according to findings published in the CDC's Morbidity and Mortality Weekly report. [00:09:04] And we know there's a direct link between children not being able to empathize with their peers and their parents and mental health issues. [00:09:11] This district has decided to go in its own direction against the will of the voters and the legislature here in Arizona. [00:09:18] Not to mention the social emotional learning guideline that you mistakenly sent out to parents in this district, the consultant group that you passed into law here, and the violation of the Open Meetings Act, which, by the way, I hope the Attorney General of this state acts with criminal intent against this school district for breaking the law and passing a curriculum without allowing parent input. [00:09:40] In closing, I'm going to say this. [00:09:42] Your time is soon up. [00:09:44] The people of this state and this school district are rising up. [00:09:47] There are recall measures in place. [00:09:49] You have awoke a sleeping giant. [00:09:51] I hope you enjoy your massed short-term future here while it still lasts. [00:09:55] Thank you. [00:09:56] One point of clarification, which is when I was reading off the numbers of the deaths, it's per 100,000. [00:10:03] And I didn't say that in my speech, but the numbers were still correct. [00:10:07] I didn't say a number that was wrong. [00:10:08] I just didn't properly qualify it or clarify it. [00:10:12] And I was followed by 44 other adults until they had to suspend all public comment because it took too long. [00:10:19] And then by the end of the evening, one of the childless school board members, he was basically pseudo-apologizing, saying, look, no one wants to do masks. [00:10:29] We don't like masks. [00:10:30] We just don't want to overwhelm the system. [00:10:33] That's what happens when you flood the zone. [00:10:34] In fact, we have him now on Open Mic swearing into the mic after the 30th parent. [00:10:41] Expletive-filled type response. [00:10:44] You see, these tyrants don't like to be confronted. [00:10:47] These people that run your schools, they have never been challenged before. [00:10:52] We're going to get deeper into that and some Afghanistan news, but I can tell you right now, the tyrants in Scottsdale are on defense. [00:11:01] How many years have I been telling you about Relief Factor? [00:11:03] A lot. [00:11:04] Truth is, I know millions of people. [00:11:06] In fact, some people say over 100 million people are struggling with some kind of pain, maybe from exercise or just getting older. [00:11:12] Now, Pete and Seth Talbot, they are on a mission. [00:11:14] You rarely see this kind of focus and commitment. [00:11:16] They recently shared with me that they are doubling down and want to literally double their total number of happy customers in the next year. [00:11:22] And I believe they'll do it. [00:11:23] So here's the deal. [00:11:24] Go to relieffactor.com. [00:11:26] That's relief factor.com or call 800-500-8384. [00:11:29] People ask me, tell me why Relief Factor is so successful in lowering or eliminating pain. [00:11:34] I'm often asked that question. [00:11:35] So maybe you want to be able to do cartwheels or be able to do backflips like Producer Andrew. [00:11:40] Maybe you want to be able to run a marathon, swim underwater, go scuba diving, jump out of an airplane, but maybe it's your knee pain, back pain, joint pain, whatever pain it might be. [00:11:49] Maybe Relief Factor is for you. [00:11:51] ReliefFactor.com, 100% drug-free. [00:11:53] Check it out, relieffactor.com. [00:11:58] I want to just mention one more thing about the Scottsdale School Board meeting yesterday. [00:12:02] The amount of parents that showed up was inspiring. [00:12:06] In fact, there were so many parents that wanted to speak, they did not have time to let them all comment. [00:12:11] And it was a hundred, it must have been 110 degrees, right, Connor? [00:12:14] I mean, it was a blazer out there. [00:12:16] And they were still out there in great numbers wanting to let their voice be heard. [00:12:24] It was remarkable. [00:12:25] And the common through line was: why are you doing this to our children while enrollment is going down in our schools? [00:12:35] There is no evidence to show that masking children is making any difference except a negative difference. [00:12:43] In fact, it was the New York Times that came out. [00:12:45] Remember that piece, Connor, where the key to getting rid of COVID in schools is just opening up windows. [00:12:50] That was the New York Times that wrote that. [00:12:52] It was the massive ventilation plan that they put forward. [00:12:56] Now, do I think the Scottsdale School Board is sitting around trying to think of ways to make people's lives miserable? [00:13:01] Probably not. [00:13:02] Do I think that they're being co-opted by an insidious regime that is trying to keep your children obedient, less likely to embrace liberty? [00:13:12] Yeah, New York Times, this is right. [00:13:14] February 26, 2021, why opening windows is a key to reopening schools? [00:13:18] That's it. [00:13:20] Politico comes out today. [00:13:21] There's a turf war between Republican governors and the White House over masking kids in schools, and no one is winning. [00:13:27] Well, the children are certainly losing, that's for sure. [00:13:30] And they are putting forward these measures absent any evidence at all whatsoever. [00:13:35] And so the half-wits and the dunces and the chumps that run these school boards are the same sort of people that executed the Kabul exit strategy. [00:13:51] In fact, Afghanistan is an example of what happens when we put our trust in top-down, arrogant policymakers. [00:13:59] School boards are just a microcosm of that. [00:14:02] The school boards are just a microcosm of this idea that we are going to legislate from the top down how you have to live. [00:14:11] And people are frustrated with a variety of different things right now. [00:14:14] Afghanistan skyrocketing inflation, tyranny around the Chinese coronavirus, and school boards are now a mechanism and a way to successfully fight back. [00:14:28] What I saw last night were parents that had never been involved politically at all. [00:14:33] There was a Trump flag here and there, but there were mostly parents that had no political affiliation at all. [00:14:40] In fact, I even asked some of them, and I said, have you guys ever been in politics before? [00:14:46] They said, no. [00:14:48] But they're masking our children. [00:14:49] They're putting in social-emotional learning. [00:14:52] And by the way, CNN is even noticing that there is movement around this. [00:14:56] Quote, CNN says, U.S. COVID cases among children have surged to one of the highest rates of the pandemic. [00:15:01] Experts warn it may not get worse. [00:15:04] Now, mind you, not deaths, but cases. [00:15:07] And so they're pushing a story on how COVID cases or children are rising to try to preempt the uprising among parents. [00:15:17] Even though Dr. McCery, all these wonderful Scots-Irishmen that are fighting for freedom, we got McInerney, McInerney, Dr. McClay. [00:15:26] We got all sorts of, I mean, how many different tribes of Scotland do we have here that are now fighting for freedom here? [00:15:31] That's a different conversation for a different time. [00:15:33] Everyone should, yeah, Kaylee McEnaney. [00:15:35] It's amazing how all these people have wonderful Scots names. [00:15:40] By the way, great book, How the Scots Built the Modern World. [00:15:43] It's a great book. [00:15:45] Yeah, Andrew's Andrew's French, so there's really not much to be proud of. [00:15:50] So, retreat, surrender, wine, cheese, Rivieras, art, bad art, by the way, and deconstructing Western civilization. [00:15:57] He says he's Italian. [00:15:59] Yeah, you have French in you. [00:16:00] You told me that you have French in you. [00:16:04] He says, No, I don't have French. [00:16:05] He's Italian. [00:16:06] Italians have a lot to be proud of. [00:16:08] I'm kidding. [00:16:08] The French are wonderful people. [00:16:11] Everyone is wonderful people. [00:16:15] So we're going to get to the next segment here where we're talking about Afghanistan, about how we left weapons behind. [00:16:23] And I want, as we go into this story, I want you to just connect the two. [00:16:26] I want you to connect the people that are running the school boards with the people running the Pentagon. [00:16:32] They have not been challenged by you for quite a while. [00:16:36] And then I'm going to ask the question: how long have we been fighting? [00:16:41] Not fighting in Afghanistan. [00:16:43] How long have we been fighting this domestic kind of quote-unquote culture war? [00:16:48] What if I told you the fight has just started? [00:16:54] A few decades ago, private citizens used to be largely that: private. [00:16:58] What's changed? [00:16:58] The internet. [00:16:59] Think about everything you've browsed, searched for, or watched, or tweeted. [00:17:02] Now imagine all of that data being crawled through, collected, and aggregated by third parties into the permanent public record. [00:17:08] Your record. [00:17:09] Having your private life exposed for others to see was once something only celebrities worried about. [00:17:14] But in an era where everyone is online, everyone is a public figure. [00:17:18] To keep my data private, when I go online, I go to ExpressVPN. [00:17:21] Did you know there are hundreds of data brokers out there whose sole business is to buy and sell data? [00:17:25] The worst part is they don't have to tell you who's selling it or get your consent. [00:17:29] One of these data points is your IP address. [00:17:31] Data harvesters, use your IP to uniquely identify you and your location. [00:17:36] Every time I turn ExpressVPN on, I'm given a random IP address shared by other ExpressVPN customers. [00:17:42] That makes it more difficult for third parties to identify me and harvest my data. [00:17:46] So if you, like me, believe that your data is your business, secure yourself with the number one rated VPN on the market. [00:17:53] Visit expressvpn.com/slash Charlie and get three extra months free. [00:17:56] That's exp resvpn.com slash Charlie. [00:18:00] Go to expressvpn.com slash charlie to learn more. [00:18:05] Washington Public Schools forces student athletes to wear ankle monitors for purpose of COVID segregation in a Washington school. === Stranded Americans in Afghanistan (10:59) === [00:18:15] So if you cross the southern border illegally, you are let to go free. [00:18:19] But if you are a 17-year-old in Washington who's decided not to get the vaccine, they make you wear an ankle monitor. [00:18:26] I'm going to get to that story in a second, but I want to talk about Afghanistan and what's happening on the ground because it's very important and very timely. [00:18:32] I want to first start with a story from Adam Angieski, a friend of mine who runs openthebooks.com, one of the best websites for government transparency in the country. [00:18:41] It really is a wonderful project. [00:18:43] I've known Adam for years. [00:18:44] He's a great man. [00:18:46] I'm going to go through the list of all of the weapons that the Taliban now has that we just abandoned. [00:18:54] And it's a rather remarkable list. [00:18:58] 2,000 armored vehicles, including Hum Vs and MRAPs, MRAPs. [00:19:04] 75,989 total vehicles from FMTV, M35, Ford Rangers, Ford F-350s, Ford Vans, Toyota pickups, and armored security vehicles. [00:19:18] 75,989. [00:19:20] Now, what American military was doing buying Toyota pickups, I don't know. [00:19:24] That should be illegal. [00:19:25] Why are we buying Japanese pickups? [00:19:28] Well, it's the least of our problems, unfortunately. [00:19:30] 45 UH-60 Blackhawk helicopters now in possession of the Taliban. [00:19:36] 50 MD530G scout attack choppers. [00:19:43] They now have Scan Eagle military drones, 30 military version Cessna, four C-130s. [00:19:50] I don't even think they know how to fly, but they got the planes. [00:19:54] 29 Brazilian-made A-29 Super Tacano ground attack aircraft, and they have over 208 total aircraft that we just abandoned. [00:20:04] At least 600,000 small arms, including M16s, M249, SAWs, M24 sniper systems, 50 calibers, 1,394 M203 grenade launchers, M134 mini guns, 20 millimeter Gatling guns, and ammunition. [00:20:28] The Taliban has 61,000 M203 rounds, 20,000 grenades, howitzers, mortars that have 1,000-plus rounds, 162,000 pieces of encrypted military communications gear. [00:20:43] Let me say that again. [00:20:45] 162,000 pieces of encrypted military communications gear. [00:20:50] I talked to a Navy SEAL yesterday. [00:20:52] He said, Charlie, you don't understand how big of a deal this is. [00:20:54] We are freaking out internally. [00:20:58] We feel so betrayed by our commander-in-chief, and we're not allowed to say it because we're in the military. [00:21:02] And we're now going to have to redo all of our communications, which will cost $50 to $100 billion minimum. [00:21:09] 16,000 night vision goggles. [00:21:12] It'll be really good for herding goats in the middle of the night. [00:21:16] Newest technology night vision scopes, thermal scopes, and thermal mono goggles. [00:21:23] 10,000 2.75-inch air-to-ground rockets. [00:21:28] They have reconnaissance equipment, laser aiming units, explosive ordnance C4 Semtex detonators, shape charges, thermite, and incendiaries, 2,520 bombs, administration-encrypted cell phones, and laptops that are all operational. [00:21:47] Pallets of millions of dollars in U.S. currency just laying around. [00:21:53] Millions of rounds of ammunition, including but not limited to 20 million rounds of 7.62 millimeter, 9 million rounds of 50 caliber, a large stockpile of plate carriers and body armor, U.S. military HIIDE for handheld interagency identification detection equipment, biometrics, lots of heavy equipment, including bulldozers, backcodes, dump trucks, and excavators. [00:22:19] But don't worry, everybody, none of that equipment will end up in the hands of ISIS or people that hate us. [00:22:23] The Taliban controls all of that now. [00:22:26] And according to Adam Angieski from openthebooks.com, 75,898 vehicles that we gave to the Afghan security forces that are now in the hands of the Taliban. [00:22:43] Not to mention light attack helicopters with hellfire missiles and anti-tank missiles. [00:22:51] Basic fixed wing airplanes range in price from $3.1 million to $22 million. [00:22:57] Not to mention the lost drones. [00:22:59] And the SIGAR audit shows that we had $174 million in drone loss that disappeared from its website. [00:23:07] Oh man, the Pakistan intelligence, they got their hands all over this stuff. [00:23:11] You better believe it. [00:23:12] Now, I heard some lunatics say, well, the Taliban doesn't know how to use this stuff. [00:23:16] Yeah, they know how to use guns, okay? [00:23:18] They do know how to do that. [00:23:19] But they also will just sell it to the Russian and the Chinese for cash. [00:23:23] And so then our greatest enemies have all of our military technology. [00:23:27] All of it. [00:23:29] How is it possible that Joe Biden let this happen? [00:23:33] Was this intentional? [00:23:34] Did he want our enemies to have it? [00:23:36] It's hard to believe that incompetence could possibly let this happen. [00:23:40] Jake Sullivan, the highly unimpressive person who's never done anything useful in his life, says, We don't have a complete picture, obviously, of where every article of defense materials has gone, but certainly a fair amount of it has fallen into the hands of the Taliban. [00:23:55] And obviously, we don't have a sense that we're going to be ready to hand it over to us at the airport. [00:24:01] The Taliban now has the 26th largest air force in the world with zero pilots: 600,000 weapons, 75,000 vehicles, 200 total aircraft, and $85 billion in total weapons. [00:24:20] 110 helicopters, 60 transportation cargo airplanes, 20 light attack airplanes, and 18 intelligence reconnaissance and surveillance airplanes. [00:24:31] The Taliban now has more Black Hawk helicopters than Australia. [00:24:35] And this is all on our government. [00:24:37] This is all on Joe Biden, who now wants praise, who says, this was a perfect withdrawal. [00:24:42] Are you kidding me? [00:24:45] Cut 59, Gen Saki says that the Afghanistan effort is a success. [00:24:49] It's on track to be the largest airlift in U.S. history. [00:24:52] Cut 59. [00:24:54] I would say that this is now on track, Peter, to be the largest airlift in U.S. history. [00:25:00] So, and that is bringing American citizens out. [00:25:04] It is bringing our Afghan partners out. [00:25:05] It is bringing allies out. [00:25:07] So, no, I would not say that is anything but a success. [00:25:11] Anything but a success. [00:25:14] Michael emailed us. [00:25:15] He said, My Toyota Tundra was the most American-made vehicle when I purchased it. [00:25:19] Toyota didn't take a bailout. [00:25:21] Okay. [00:25:21] Toyota's a Japanese company. [00:25:23] Yes, they do have manufacturing plants here, but they send their profits back to Japan. [00:25:27] So don't buy Toyota as Andrew has a Toyota car. [00:25:30] He's going to switch it out. [00:25:31] He's getting a Chevy soon. [00:25:33] He's getting a Chevy. [00:25:34] You do have a Toyota. [00:25:35] I outed you. [00:25:35] That's right. [00:25:36] You are driving Japanese cars, producer Andrew. [00:25:39] I'm happy to say that we have a Jeep. [00:25:41] We're making the Chrysler UAW cronies very, very rich. [00:25:45] My preference is Ford. [00:25:46] They don't take bailout money. [00:25:48] Love Ford. [00:25:49] Okay, more sound here. [00:25:53] The government of the United States has a moral obligation to look after its citizens, to look after the weapons that we have purchased. [00:26:08] And Joe Biden is now trying to spin this as a massive success, saying, Look, you don't understand, this is a wonderful victory for the United States. [00:26:20] In fact, he is saying that we want credit for this. [00:26:23] Now, somebody asked me, they said, Charlie, why is the media being actually like the media with Joe Biden on this? [00:26:30] Well, you have to understand a lot of the people running these news agencies spent significant time in Kabul. [00:26:37] They spent a lot of time, at least the senior editors of the New York Times, the Wall Street Journal, CNN, they were there for years. [00:26:43] They still have friends and family there. [00:26:46] So for them, this is a massive sore spot, the way that Joe Biden has handled this, which will go down as one of the worst foreign policy disasters in American history. [00:26:58] Now, who's calling the shots? [00:27:01] Well, Jen Saki says that after August 31st, which is the evacuation deadline, there could be some Americans left over. [00:27:07] Whose evacuation deadline is that? [00:27:10] Is that America's? [00:27:12] It's the Taliban's. [00:27:14] We are now dictating our foreign policy based on what the Taliban tells us. [00:27:20] We do what the Taliban said. [00:27:22] The Taliban says get out on the 31st. [00:27:23] We say, okay. [00:27:25] They're calling the shots. [00:27:26] They are in charge of American foreign policy decisions, Cut 58. [00:27:33] If one U.S. citizen was suddenly discovered, you know, saying, hey, I really want to get out and I'm stuck. [00:27:37] Who knows where? [00:27:38] Somewhere in Afghanistan or in Kabul, he's got any problems. [00:27:41] Would this trigger a diplomatic military all hands-on deck type thing to get that person out, whatever the date? [00:27:49] Our commitment continues to be to U.S. citizens. [00:27:52] If they want to leave, we will help get them out. [00:27:56] Again, we expect there could be some, but I'm not going to get into it further. [00:28:01] There could be Americans stranded. [00:28:02] It's not like that's our job as running the United States government. [00:28:06] The Biden regime has many simultaneous issues on their hands. [00:28:12] The Afghanistan one in particular exposes what they are all about. [00:28:18] It exposes them because they have decided they are not in the business of governing. [00:28:23] They are not in the business of trying to run a country uniting Republicans and Democrats. [00:28:30] The mission statement of the Biden regime is to destroy Republicans wherever possible, to try to create space that there's never actually another presidential election again. [00:28:41] That's what they're trying to do. [00:28:42] They're trying to use political power to preserve political power for Democrats in perpetuity. [00:28:50] That's what Jen Psaki and Ron Clain and Joe Biden are focused on. [00:28:57] And Afghanistan, as there are thousands of Americans that are still stranded, they don't really know how to respond to that. [00:29:07] The question is, how many Americans have actually been evacuated? [00:29:10] How many are still there? === Contact Tracing at High Schools (06:42) === [00:29:14] The numbers are remarkable that a small percentage of people being evacuated are actually Americans. [00:29:21] But I wouldn't expect that Joe Biden to actually put a priority on Americans. [00:29:25] They never have. [00:29:26] Why would they now? [00:29:29] As you know, my friend Mike Lindell, lots of energy, has a passion to help everyone get the best sleep of their life. [00:29:35] He didn't stop by simply creating the best pillow. [00:29:38] Mike created the Giza Dream bedsheets. [00:29:40] They look and feel great. [00:29:41] And I'm telling you, the slippers, killer slippers. [00:30:51] Producer Connor, he walked in with his pillow once because he just needed it in between breaks. [00:30:57] It was so beautiful. [00:30:58] And in fact, I saw someone walking around with Giza dream sheets. [00:31:02] And I was like, why are you walking around Giza dream sheets? [00:31:05] And they said, look, don't judge me, but when I take my catnap at lunch, I need my Giza dream sheets. [00:31:10] It was kind of weird, but they did use promo code Kirk. [00:31:13] So I gave him a fist bump. [00:31:14] Mypillow.com, promo code Kirk. [00:31:17] Give high energy Mike Lindell, not low energy like Jeb, a boost. [00:31:21] Mypillow.com. [00:31:22] Get a bunch of slippers, dream sheets, pillows, and more. [00:31:25] Promo code Kirk. [00:31:29] Ankle monitors are usually used for people that are on parole or people that are on bail if they are at risk or people on house arrest. [00:31:38] According to the postmillennial.com, the story is spreading that there was a program that was developed in Eaton High School in Washington State where the program was designed for contact tracing in the event of a positive COVID test of a student. [00:31:54] The trace tag device was used by the school, was made by a company called TREAX. [00:31:59] Okay, first of all, if a school has enough money to go buy ankle monitors, they're way overfunded. [00:32:04] Okay, maybe go work on literacy rates, not on ankle monitors for your children. [00:32:11] According to their website, the device was created for the purpose of, quote, maintaining social distancing guidelines and to provide real-time insight into whether these guidelines are being observed. [00:32:21] The device provides a visual and audio alarm so individuals know when to adjust their current distance to a proper social distance. [00:32:30] These are for teenagers, everybody. [00:32:33] Additionally, the monitors provide a passive collection of workers' interactions for contact tracing should an individual test positive. [00:32:39] According to TREAX, the device, quote, is affixed to any hard hat or worn-of-the-body proximity detection for contact tracing. [00:32:48] The school district has yet to comment on this. [00:32:51] And of course, it is mostly for unvaccinated children at this particular school board. [00:32:58] Adding to the intrigue, the postmillennial writes, the school board was approved by Kralick, one of the school's athletic directors, had a program involving a tracking system to help prevent quarantines for the football team. [00:33:10] The device were described as a way to prevent and reduce regular testing. [00:33:14] Devices are only to be used on the field. [00:33:16] A radio toggle, which would not have cellular GPS capability, would be placed on the football helmets, and a local booster club was willing to pay for the system. [00:33:23] Can you believe this? [00:33:25] I mean, I would call it Orwellian, but it's way ahead of the curve of anything that Orwell talked about. [00:33:31] I mean, Winston in the book of Orwell, he, I don't think he ever had a tracking device on him. [00:33:41] He just had telescreens following him everywhere he went. [00:33:44] Eaton School District Superintendent Gary Neal disputed the purpose of the monitors was segregation. [00:33:49] He said, we received grant funding that specifically included provisions to support high-risk athletic programs. [00:33:55] And we use some of those funds to pay for athletic proximity monitors. [00:33:59] You hear that? [00:33:59] That's our calling it. [00:34:00] Athletic proximity monitors. [00:34:02] Ankle bracelets for children are now called athletic proximity monitors. [00:34:07] Two plus two equals five, everybody. [00:34:10] I got to underline this one. [00:34:12] Athletic proximity monitors. [00:34:14] How much do they pay a consulting group to wordsmith that one? [00:34:18] I want to meet the Seattle communications firm that sat in a room and they're like, all right, let's do word bubbles here. [00:34:26] All right. [00:34:27] So ankle bracelets out of there. [00:34:30] Nothing on ankle. [00:34:31] How about monitoring equipment? [00:34:32] No, no, no. [00:34:33] Well, maybe we'll use the word monitoring. [00:34:35] How about surveillance technology? [00:34:36] No, no, no. [00:34:37] That makes people feel like they're living in East Eurasia, which was a 1984 reference. [00:34:43] How about, well, let's do athletic because then it doesn't, it seems a little specified. [00:34:48] Okay, we'll start with athletic and the word bubble. [00:34:50] How about how about spying? [00:34:53] No, no, no. [00:34:54] Bad word. [00:34:54] Do not use spying. [00:34:56] All right, what other poll testing? [00:34:57] Proximity. [00:34:58] Perfect. [00:34:59] Okay. [00:34:59] You're getting close to people. [00:35:01] Monitors, athletic proximity monitors. [00:35:05] He continues by saying we are using those monitors for high contact and moderate indoor contact sports. [00:35:11] The monitors are both for staff and students on the field, regardless if they're vaccinated or unvaccinated. [00:35:16] If a student or coach tests positive, we'll have immediate information regarding athletes and coaches' contacts so we can more tightly determine who we might need to quarantine. [00:35:24] You hear that? [00:35:24] So they can find out whose children they need to take away from you. [00:35:28] What's amazing about this is the Eaton School District Superintendent Gary Neal seems perfectly comfortable and confident with creating a surveillance state in his own high school, Eaton School District in Washington, where your children now get to wear ankle bracelets if they go to school. [00:35:49] They get to be spied on of all their movements. [00:35:54] Nothing to see here, everybody. === Low Prices on Auto Parts (02:09) === [00:35:56] Just trust the experts. [00:35:57] 15 days to slow the spread. [00:36:00] And it came from a bat in the Himalayas. [00:36:04] In fact, it was a bat soup. [00:36:07] Up is down and down is up, and two plus two equals five. [00:36:10] Don't believe your lying eyes, bigot. [00:36:13] If you want an argument for school choice, I think Eaton School District has given that to you, where children have to wear ankle monitors just for playing sports. [00:36:23] With the ever-increasing numbers of makes and models like a Fiat or a Kia, Pacifica, or X-T5, it's now impossible to stock all the parts you need in a traditional chain storefront. [00:36:34] Why endure often pointless or seemingly intimidating questioning and wait while the counterman orders all of the parts on his computer, choosing only the brand his warehouse happens to carry? [00:36:44] You have computers with access to rockauto.com right in your pocket. [00:36:49] One reason to repair and maintain your cars is to save money that you can then use for other important things like mortgages or food. [00:36:58] Why would you choose to spend 30%, 50%, or 100% more on the exact same auto parts as a chain store or the new car dealership? [00:37:06] Chain stores have different price tiers for professional mechanics and do-it-yourselfers. [00:37:11] Rockauto.com prices are the same for everybody, and they are reliably low. [00:37:16] Rockauto.com offers the lowest prices possible rather than changing prices based on what the market will be like, like what airlines do. [00:37:23] Rockauto.com is for everybody and does not require membership or account login. [00:37:28] Rockauto.com is a family business and serving auto part customers for over 20 years. [00:37:56] Amazing selection, reliably low prices. [00:37:59] All the parts your car will ever need, rockauto.com. === Vaccine Mandates and Defense (08:53) === [00:38:05] Let's get into some breaking Afghanistan news here. [00:38:11] Breaking, there are 23 California students that were in Afghanistan. [00:38:17] So my first initial gut reaction is, oh, really, was Cabo not a great option? [00:38:24] But they were visiting family, is what I'm been told. [00:38:27] And I'm reading from the New York Post. [00:38:30] Nearly two dozen California students and parents are among thousands currently stranded in Afghanistan after taking a summer trip visit, a summer trip to visit family. [00:38:43] 23 students from Cajon Valley Union School District just outside San Diego are stuck in Kabul with their parents after traveling to the war-torn country. [00:38:52] They're now trying to make it back. [00:38:54] They've gone to the country to visit their extended relatives and now they can't get out. [00:38:59] Does the Biden regime be aware of this? [00:39:00] And by the way, there's thousands of Americans that are in this position. [00:39:06] The families had return flights to the United States that they could turn back to the start of the school year. [00:39:11] District officials said the students were safe, but it was unclear when they would return to the United States. [00:39:18] And according to Jen Saki, some Americans just might have to be left behind. [00:39:26] Biden insisted he's on pace to withdraw everyone from Afghanistan. [00:39:32] Another 11,000 people were evacuated on 42 U.S. military flights, but a small percentage of those were actually Americans. [00:39:43] So we're going to keep our eyes on that. [00:39:46] And someone just emailed us that we need to have Victor Marks on our program. [00:39:52] I've been texting with Victor, so I think that would be a good idea. [00:39:54] Victor would be great. [00:39:56] He's right on the border there. [00:39:58] So now I want to get to some other news here outside of Afghanistan as we continue to monitor it, which is tied into this. [00:40:09] Where I was watching John Kirby this morning talk about what happens when military members refuse the vaccine, even though the vaccine is optional for the Biden White House. [00:40:23] And he kind of skirted around the issue and he said, look, if we have to go to higher means, we will. [00:40:29] And this is a lawful order. [00:40:32] You might be asking the question, what percentage of the military is vaccinated? [00:40:37] Well, John Kirby in Cut 64 tells you, and I'm going to tell you what this means, play Cut 64. [00:40:43] On the active duty force, 68% is fully vaccinated. [00:40:48] And we estimate that just over 76% have at least one dose. [00:40:53] I can break this down by the services. [00:40:55] This would include guard and reserves in these figures. [00:40:58] For the Army, 40% fully vaccinated with 57% with one dose. [00:41:06] For the Marine Corps, 53% fully vaccinated, 60% with one dose. [00:41:12] For the Navy, 73% fully vaccinated, 79% with at least one dose. [00:41:18] And for the Air Force, which includes Space Force, that's 57% fully vaccinated, 64% with one dose. [00:41:30] You know what's amazing about this? [00:41:31] First of all, I want to read a story here from how Israel. [00:41:34] They're fully vaccinated. [00:41:35] It's not even working. [00:41:37] But if my numbers show me correctly, that shows that a rough average of 24% of all active duty personnel have not received a shot. [00:41:46] And the mandate is looming in a couple weeks. [00:41:49] So let's pretend through force and intimidation, they're able to get that down to 15%. [00:41:54] Are you trying to tell me with 1.3 million active duty personnel, the Biden regime is willing to dishonorably discharge 200,000 active military personnel? [00:42:06] Is that what they're willing to do? [00:42:08] That's their position? [00:42:09] That John Kirby and the head of the Department of Defense is willing to discharge 200,000 people that have signed up to serve their country, and they don't want to take a vaccine that is showing that it does not even work like they say it's working. [00:42:21] 42% efficacy from Pfizer. [00:42:23] Meanwhile, we have reports of people dropping dead after getting the vaccine. [00:42:26] They can't walk after they get the vaccine. [00:42:30] Thousands and thousands of emails of people that have experienced that. [00:42:33] And by the way, we haven't checked out VARES in a while. [00:42:36] How's VARES doing, Connor? [00:42:38] Senator Ron Johnson talked about that. [00:42:41] In fact, I think I sent something on that last evening as we were prepping for the show. [00:42:46] So much news going on. [00:42:47] So it's, here it is. [00:42:50] Senator Ron Johnson, who's an American hero, said, quote, I see no need to rush the FDA approval for any process for these three COVID vaccines. [00:42:59] Expediting the process appears to only serve the political purpose of imposing and enforcing vaccine mandates. [00:43:05] As of August 20th, there's 12,791 worldwide deaths that we know of associated with the three COVID-19 vaccines. [00:43:14] According to Veers, of the deaths, 4,632 or 36.2% occurred within two days of the vaccination. [00:43:22] According to VARES, a total of 571,831 adverse events were reported, including 51,242 hospitalizations and 16,044 permanent disabilities. [00:43:35] Senator Ron Johnson noted that the 12,791 deaths eclipsed the 8,966 deaths related to every single vaccine that we've ever had since VERES was created 31 years ago. [00:43:48] Senator Ron Johnson says, quote, I'm receiving a growing number of letters from doctors and nurses detailing the vaccine injuries they are witnessing and treating together with the suppression and censoring of this information they are experiencing. [00:44:00] In fact, I was just with a group of nurses that came up to me at the school board meeting yesterday with masks, six nurses. [00:44:06] They said, we're all going to lose our job. [00:44:07] They said, Charlie, you don't understand. [00:44:11] We are seeing people come in every day that are paralyzed from the waist down because they're taking the vaccine, and we're not allowed to talk about it. [00:44:21] In fact, these nurses told me that the adverse events are so bad that they have to find new ways to classify them in the system. [00:44:38] But we're not allowed to talk about that, and our media seems totally uninterested in pursuing this story. [00:44:46] A friend of mine went into the emergency room with his son, who was paralyzed from the waist down. [00:44:51] You know what the first thing the emergency room care said? [00:44:53] Oh, is your son just vaccinated? [00:44:55] They know what to ask because they're seeing this happen so much. [00:45:00] The ultra-vaccinated Israel's crisis is a dire warning to America, according to dailybeast.com, thedailybeast.com. [00:45:09] In Jerusalem, the massive surge of COVID-19 infections in Israel, one of the most vaccinated countries on earth, is pointing to a complicated path ahead for America. [00:45:19] In June, there were several days with zero new COVID infections. [00:45:22] The country launched its national vaccination campaign in December last year and had one of the highest vaccination rates in the world. [00:45:29] This is not exactly a right-wing website, by the way. [00:45:32] All restrictions were lifted and Israelis went back to partying. [00:45:35] But then Israel reported 9,831 new diagnosed cases. [00:45:40] And Dr. Salaman Zakra told the Israel parliament this week, I don't want to frighten you, but this is the data. [00:45:46] Unfortunately, the numbers do not lie. [00:45:49] What happened? [00:45:50] The complex and sobering truth is that no single policy or event brought Israel to crisis. [00:45:55] They say that we're still in the midst of a pandemic. [00:45:57] There is no silver bullet. [00:45:58] We were told that the vaccines were a single bullet. [00:46:02] Are the vaccines playing into the rising rates? [00:46:07] That's an interesting question. [00:46:09] Daily Beast continues by saying, as of this week, all Israelis over 30 will be able to receive booster shots. [00:46:15] We want to know what the booster shots are doing. [00:46:18] It's a combination of waning immunity, so the inoculated people get reinfected, and at the same time, the very transmissible Delta variant. [00:46:28] So now they're forcing a vaccine on our military and our children, where Israel is saying, like, yeah, it's really not making much of a difference. [00:46:34] We're the most vaccinated country on the planet. [00:46:38] When are the leaders that are in charge going to start actually talking with reason and logic and push back against all of this? [00:46:50] Force you to take a vaccine and destroy your life, despite all the evidence showing the exact opposite. === Second Vote Protects Elections (06:43) === [00:46:59] Did you know that if you shop at Nike, they turn around and give your hard-earned dollars to pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood and the Population Council? [00:47:06] Sinister folks, by the way. [00:47:08] Did you know that Airbnb gave $500,000 to the Marxist BLM incorporated organization? [00:47:16] Your first vote is at the ballot box. [00:47:18] But that isn't enough to defend our traditional Judeo-Christian values. [00:47:23] Left-wing corporations are subverting our nation and our republic by taking money from conservative customers and giving it to radical organizations that support abortion, gun control, and critical race theory. [00:47:37] You have another vote, a second vote at the checkout line, which is why there's a massively important organization called Second Vote that comes in. [00:47:45] I know them very well. [00:49:25] I'm going to get to the Arizona audit in just a second, but just this ties into the Arizona audit story. [00:49:31] More than 300 allegedly stolen mail in ballots for the California's gubernatorial recall election were found in a man's car in a 7-Eleven parking lot last week, according to the Torrance Police Department. [00:49:44] Now, why is this story important? [00:49:46] Because this story confirms what we were talking about on this program days and days and weeks after the election. [00:49:53] Remember what that was? [00:49:54] Which was a logical and reasonable argument that there was a ballot laundering enterprise that was established, granny farming, picking up ballots and putting them back to the system through Zuckerboxes. [00:50:07] We were talking about this. [00:50:08] And this now, this arrest in California shows that somebody is incentivized, or at least maybe he did this on his own, we don't know, to go get ballots. [00:50:20] Now, the Federal Bureau of Investigation should be looking into this. [00:50:24] I don't think they are, right, Connor? [00:50:25] I don't think they wouldn't be, you know, they wouldn't want to waste their time with such important matters like this. [00:50:31] They're much too busy kicking down Rudy Giuliani's door. [00:50:34] The police department informed the public's man of rest August 17th, which said thousand pieces of mail. [00:50:42] However, people pointed out that the pieces of mail were mail in ballots. [00:50:49] They were completely intact. [00:50:52] And the alleged stolen mail and ballots will remain at the police department in the property room as evidence. [00:50:59] The two questions are this: how did the ballots end up in his car? [00:51:03] And what was his intent with the ballots? [00:51:05] And most importantly, go look at his private communications. [00:51:09] Who was giving him orders to get the ballots? [00:51:12] Was he paid to go scoop up ballots? [00:51:16] Police are investigating whether the man or any other individual had specific intent to steal the ballots to conduct voter fraud. [00:51:22] It'd be hard to believe that if not, that's the case. [00:51:25] And this guy said, I've been a cop for 17 years, never come across a vehicle with over 300 election ballots just sitting in the back seat. [00:51:32] Was he going to go drop them off for cash? [00:51:34] Now, mail theft is a legitimate crime in this country. [00:51:37] It's something that has existed for quite some time. [00:51:41] But what if the people that are mail thieves are being paid to get ballots and then drop them off to other criminal networks? [00:51:47] You know what I love when I make this argument? [00:51:49] They say, Charlie, come on. [00:51:50] You're trying to tell me that people do things illegally under the cover of the night? [00:51:54] Have you ever heard of drug trafficking? [00:51:57] You know, there are criminals. [00:51:58] In fact, 5 to 10% of our population engage in organized crime on a daily basis. [00:52:03] Many of them are in prison. [00:52:06] If you look at our prison population and divide it by the actual population numbers, it's a significant number. [00:52:13] They also found a 9mm handgun, methamphetamine, driver's license credit cards, and mail. [00:52:18] This guy was a seasoned criminal. [00:52:19] This guy knew what he was doing. [00:52:21] How common is this? [00:52:23] And did this also happen in Arizona? [00:52:26] Well, the Arizona audit is now being put in jeopardy. [00:52:33] The Arizona Supreme Court delays the release of the Arizona audit results. [00:52:38] The Arizona Supreme Court said Tuesday that contractors hired by the state Senate to conduct the audit would not need to release the records from their review by next week. [00:52:49] This is only a temporary delay, is what we're being told. [00:52:52] A left-wing watchdog group, American Oversight, took its record request to the court and emerged victorious when the Arizona Court of Appeals ruled that Cyber Ninjas, the Florida-based firm leading the audit, was subject to state public records law because it was performing a core government function. [00:53:09] Arizona President Karen Phan argued the records should not be publicly released because they're maintained by private contractors, so legislative immunity applies to the documents. [00:53:19] It is ordered extending the stay to enable the court to fully consider the issues raised in the petition for review. [00:53:28] American Oversight suit is not the only one leveled against the Arizona Senate. [00:53:32] The Phoenix-based Arizona Republic newspaper sued the chamber and cyber ninjas on June 30th for access to the host of audit records under the same public records law. [00:53:40] Of course, the Arizona Republic is suing. === Voting for Larry Elder (15:22) === [00:53:42] I mean, why would they be reporting? [00:53:43] They would be suing people to try to stop the audit. [00:53:46] The audit results are coming out soon, despite all of these legal challenges against it. [00:53:51] We don't know what it's going to say, but I could tell you that people are very nervous. [00:53:56] What actually might be exposed from these audit results are going to be significant, very significant. [00:54:04] We know that there were 72,000 more mail and ballots received than were sent out. [00:54:09] We know that this election was interfered with in many different ways from the Center for Technology of Civic Life, from Mark Zuckerberg's money, and many other people. [00:54:21] A lot of people ask me, Charlie, how do you know so much about American history? [00:54:25] The answer is not from school. [00:54:28] As many of you know, I did not go to formal college, actually. [00:54:31] I didn't go to college at all. [00:54:32] So my education has been a process. [00:54:36] I've always been committed to learning and diving deep into ideas. [00:54:40] And one source of truth and knowledge has been the greatest partner in that pursuit of learning, and that is Hillsdale College. [00:54:51] American history and civics education, they're quite honestly at a turning point. [00:54:56] And the Hillsdale 1776 curriculum, they are teaching the truth. [00:55:42] If you say, Charlie, how do I get my kids to know history? [00:55:45] Literally pay them to take these courses. [00:55:47] It's that good. [00:57:17] Democrats are very worried about the California recall. [00:57:20] Every time we cover this story, it gets more and more real. [00:57:25] Front page of the New York Times says, in Kabul streets, eerie quiet in a struggle to make ends meet. [00:57:32] Huh, they must be talking about a different Kabul. [00:57:35] Eerie quiet. [00:57:36] Unbelievable. [00:57:37] We are turning our back on our allies, the German, the French, and the Australians, actually are sending their own forces to get their citizens, something our own government refuses to do. [00:57:46] Our own government is refusing to actually send our military to go get our citizens. [00:57:52] But also on the front page of the New York Times, a fixture of right-wing radio could soon govern California. [00:57:59] Oh, thanks, New York Times. [00:58:00] About time you show up to the game. [00:58:03] We've been covering this for quite some time. [00:58:05] In fact, we tweeted the moment Larry Elder went into the race, we tweeted that Larry Elder could become the next governor of California, and people said, What? [00:58:13] No way. [00:58:14] July 14th, people were very, you know, they mocked significantly. [00:58:20] We tweeted on July 14th. [00:58:22] With Newsom polling around 50%, him not being listed as a Democrat, and an enthused opposition movement, he is in serious danger of being recalled. [00:58:31] Larry Elder is now in the race. [00:58:32] He can consolidate the needed 15 to 20% and win the plurality. [00:58:36] Larry can become governor of California. [00:58:38] We said that on July 14th. [00:58:41] New York Times writes that a right-wing shock jock could become California's governor. [00:58:46] You know, first they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, and then you win. [00:58:52] Remember that. [00:58:53] First, they ignore you, then they laugh at you, then they fight you, and then you win. [00:58:59] That's what happened with Larry Elder. [00:59:01] Oh, we're going to ignore you. [00:59:03] And then they laugh at him, Larry Elder becoming governor, then they fight him. [00:59:08] And now, maybe he's going to win. [00:59:10] I love this. [00:59:11] This makes me want to vote for Larry Elder. [00:59:14] Undocumented immigrants, deport them. [00:59:16] I love that. [00:59:17] Affirmative action, end it. [00:59:19] Yes. [00:59:20] Equal pay. [00:59:20] The glass ceiling doesn't exist. [00:59:23] Larry Elder's phenomenal. [00:59:24] What a great governor this guy will be. [00:59:25] In fact, Gavin Newsom just cut the greatest advertisement for Larry Elder one could possibly ever imagine. [00:59:33] We have two cuts of Gavin Newsome. [00:59:35] Gavin Newsom, otherwise known as Bane. [00:59:40] COVID's a big problem. [00:59:41] I've never worked a day in my life. [00:59:44] I like wine at French laundry. [00:59:49] Cut 53. [00:59:51] Play this tape. [00:59:52] I think this is important enough. [00:59:54] Larry Elder's running away with this on the other side. [00:59:56] I just hope folks want to level set up. [01:00:00] What could happen on Election Day if we don't turn out in historic numbers to vote no on this recall? [01:00:07] Think about the judges he'd appoint. [01:00:09] Who would he have appointed to replace Kamala Harris in the U.S. Senate? [01:00:13] How would that impact the directory of this country? [01:00:16] What would this mean? [01:00:18] The future of the Democratic Party. [01:00:21] Now, I don't, I don't want to get people too excited. [01:00:24] There is an argument to be said, though, and it's constitutionally questionable that if Larry Elder wins, he can remove the appointment of the current Senate seat for Kamala Harris and flip the Republican Senate to be 5149. [01:00:37] There is an argument to be made for that. [01:00:38] It's constitutionally questionable. [01:00:39] Larry Elder should totally do it on day one. [01:00:41] Totally. [01:00:42] In fact, he should appoint Dennis Prager to be the next U.S. Senator from California. [01:00:47] You know how much money I would pay to make to have Dennis Prager be the list. [01:00:53] You know, Adam Carolla. [01:00:56] Adam Carolla. [01:00:57] You know, I didn't even want this job. [01:01:00] And I don't know why they appointed me, but I'm real. [01:01:04] No one does anything around here. [01:01:06] It would be the funniest thing ever. [01:01:09] The Democrats would lose their mind. [01:01:10] He'd just pull it from that Xavier Vetrella guy. [01:01:13] What's that guy's name? [01:01:15] The other senator. [01:01:17] Get off my line. [01:01:18] Yeah, right. [01:01:19] Xavier Becerra. [01:01:20] Yeah, really memorable guy. [01:01:22] I'm not sure if it's constitutionally holds up. [01:01:24] I just want Javier. [01:01:25] I want to just be clear. [01:01:26] I don't know if it constitutionally holds up, but Larry Elder should try it. [01:01:29] You should just sign an executive order. [01:01:30] You are no longer senator. [01:01:32] You are senator. [01:01:33] We're sending you because it's technically appointed by the governor, right? [01:01:36] So can you unappoint someone as governor? [01:01:39] That's a legitimate question, isn't it? [01:01:41] Didn't stop Joe Biden. [01:01:43] He signs eviction moratoriums or whatever. [01:01:47] Newsom basically has cut the new ad on Larry Elder. [01:01:51] Everything he can do if he's elected. [01:01:53] Now, if Gavin Newsom wants to boost Republican turnout, this is a great way to do that. [01:01:58] Play Cut 65, Gavin Newsome. [01:02:00] At the end of the day, you could start to vandalize all the executive orders. [01:02:03] You can eliminate the masking requirement for public schools. [01:02:06] You can eliminate the vaccine requirements for public health care workers. [01:02:08] So many of the things that I signed through executive order could be done overnight. [01:02:12] You can appoint judges without any oversight and consideration. [01:02:16] That's going to have an impact for years and years and years. [01:02:18] If there's a vacancy, and you've seen many vacancies, Secretary of State, U.S. Senator, you've seen an attorney general. [01:02:23] You appoint County Board of Supervisors. [01:02:25] I appoint half a dozen UAL to point people that will permanently have that opportunity to represent. [01:02:31] So it is a profound consequence. [01:02:33] He's making the ad for Larry Elder. [01:02:35] He's nervous. [01:02:36] By the way, if you look at Gavin recently, he's a mess. [01:02:38] He's so sweaty. [01:02:40] He's dishoveled. [01:02:42] The pretty boy of the Bay Area, the crown child for the political cartel of Feinstein, Boxer, Harris, Schiff, Swalwell, and Pelosi. [01:02:55] By the way, Feinstein's 88 years old. [01:02:59] So you never know what's going to happen. [01:03:02] But I'm telling you right now, they are very nervous. [01:03:07] This has become the number one political fight in the country. [01:03:09] And so, if you live in California, you must vote for Larry Elder. [01:03:13] Don't let any of these other candidates, and I'm losing my patience with these other candidates. [01:03:17] They don't stand a shot, okay? [01:03:19] Larry Elder is the guy. [01:03:21] He's got the money, he's got the name ID, he's got the ability. [01:03:24] Larry Elder is the guy. [01:03:26] Plenty of other good candidates, fine, whatever. [01:03:31] In our fast-paced world, it's time to make reading a priority. [01:03:34] At least it used to be. [01:03:35] A new app called Thinker, you guys have heard me talk about it, thinker.org slash Charlie, T-H-I-N-K-R, has solved that problem by summarizing the key ideas from new and noteworthy fiction, giving you access to an entire library of great books in bite-sized form. [01:03:47] Read or listen to hundreds of titles in a matter of minutes, including old classics like Dale Carnegie's How to Win Friends and Influence People. [01:03:53] If you want to challenge your preconceptions, expand your horizons, and what? [01:03:56] Become a better thinker. [01:03:58] Go to thinker.org/slash Charlie. [01:04:00] That's T-H-I-N-K-R.org/slash Charlie to start an extended free trial and put your mind in motion. [01:04:10] I want to get to some sound here. [01:04:11] Tucker Carlson covering the California recall. [01:04:16] Cut 54, Tucker Carlson, very similar to what we did in our previous podcast on how the Los Angeles Times goes after Larry Elder. [01:04:25] And guess what? [01:04:26] Getting rid of a tyrant and an autocrat like Gavin Newsom, this is one of the most fun things to watch. [01:04:32] And just so you guys know, mark it on your calendar, the night of September 14th. [01:04:37] We are going to have the live stream here. [01:04:39] Producer Andrew will come in, maybe drive his Japanese car with his Dodgers hat from California. [01:04:45] And we're going to have a panel of California experts going live for hours. [01:04:49] In fact, we might even fire up the big board, right, Connor? [01:04:52] We might fire up the big board so we could go county by county. [01:04:56] We're going to put Andrew to work that night. [01:04:58] But you guys missed those election live streams. [01:05:01] We're going to do that. [01:05:02] September 14th, is that right? [01:05:04] September 14th, we are going live for hours. [01:05:06] When I mean hours, we're going to go until we have. [01:05:09] Now, it is California, so it might not have an election result that night. [01:05:14] But the fact if it's close that night, it shows that we might be able to pull it out. [01:05:18] And we're going to be monitoring it county by county. [01:05:21] It might be a little bit of a squeaker, but I'll tell you: if what happens, what I think might happen, I think this might be an overwhelming rejection of Governor Nussalini. [01:05:31] Play cut 54. [01:05:34] Here's an actual line from the story produced by the so-called news division of the LA Times. [01:05:39] Quote: One issue was Elder's pronunciation of the N-word. [01:05:44] He used an exaggerated tone, enunciating the ER at the end of the word rather than using the A pronunciation, which is more commonly accepted among and used by black people. [01:05:55] Studies have shown. [01:05:58] Studies have shown, really? [01:06:01] Studies done by which researchers in which social science laboratories and who exactly is funding these studies on the N-word and how it's pronounced. [01:06:09] The New York Times is very nervous. [01:06:11] They say, How on earth did Larry Elder become a frontrunner in the California governor's race? [01:06:16] Let me just say this. [01:06:17] Larry Elder looks really good for 69. [01:06:19] Can I say that? [01:06:20] He's 69 years old. [01:06:21] Look at him. [01:06:21] He looks phenomenal. [01:06:23] I would have marked him in these early 50s. [01:06:26] What I love about this, though, is how the Democrats don't know how to deal with black Republicans. [01:06:32] Nice segue, by the way. [01:06:34] We are going to get behind Herschel Walker in Georgia, who has now declared his Senate candidacy in Georgia. [01:06:41] Run Herschel. [01:06:41] Run Herschel's a friend of mine. [01:06:43] We need consolidation behind Herschel Walker in Georgia. [01:06:46] Donald Trump's going to endorse Herschel. [01:06:48] It's my guess. [01:06:49] I don't know that for sure. [01:06:51] But yeah, Herschel's been on our show. [01:06:53] I love that. [01:06:54] So I love when black conservatives run, legitimate conservatives run, because the left has no idea how to deal with them. [01:07:00] No idea. [01:07:02] Where's the one where MSNBC freaks out? [01:07:04] They call him a white 55. [01:07:08] Cut 55 about Larry Elder. [01:07:10] This is a black man, and it's true that even people of color can be influenced by white supremacist narratives. [01:07:15] They don't know how to cover a black conservative. [01:07:18] They don't. [01:07:18] Play Cut 55. [01:07:20] He says he doesn't believe sanctuary laws or citizenship for dreamers should be happening. [01:07:25] He's against in-state tuition, healthcare, and driver's licenses for the undocumented. [01:07:29] How serious are the chances that this guy could be the next governor of California? [01:07:34] Well, it's very serious because it's possible that the majority of the people who are going to turn out are the people who are excited by Larry Elder's brand of extreme far-right beliefs. [01:07:48] And it's ironic. [01:07:49] This is a black man. [01:07:50] And it just goes to show you that it is true that even people of color can be influenced by white supremacist narratives and fall victim to it, right? [01:07:57] Yes, the two people next to her are nodding their head. [01:07:59] Of course, yes, just like you, Joy Reed, you bigot. [01:08:03] And what's amazing about this is they don't know how to cover it. [01:08:06] The only thing they could call Larry Elder is a racist. [01:08:10] And then they say, far-right-wing narratives. [01:08:12] Yeah, as you say that on MSNBC, which basically is a Soviet outpost on cable television. [01:08:17] Far right-wing narratives, yeah, right. [01:08:19] Like not masking children, not having vaccine mandates. [01:08:22] That's a far-right-wing position. [01:08:25] And they wonder why all of a sudden they lose all these elections. [01:08:29] Don't understand why the country hates us. [01:08:31] Yeah. [01:08:31] Because you hate the country. [01:08:34] Larry Elder, in an interview, said, Don't paint me as some wild-eyed radical. [01:08:38] I'm running because of crime, homelessness, and the rising cost of living the outrageous decisions made during COVID that shut down the state. [01:08:44] You know what's also great about Larry Elder is that he's great at communicating so that they can't trip him up. [01:08:50] Dennis Prager quoted in the New York Times, I was so impressed with his original mind and phenomenal grasp of the issues that when I returned to Los Angeles, I invited him onto my show solely in order to persuade the KABC station manager to hire him. [01:09:01] Mr. Prager wrote in an email. === New Conservative Pop-Up Movement (06:57) === [01:09:05] You know, in this world that we live in, kind of in conservative talk radio, it's amazing how little the New York Times knows about it. [01:09:11] I mean, they're reporting this as if they're, it's like, they might as well write a story about Kabul. [01:09:15] They have like a foreign correspondent writing about it. [01:09:17] They know nothing about it. [01:09:21] And of course, they're trying to attack the sage from South Central LA for all of the things that he might have done in his life. [01:09:28] But guess what? [01:09:30] The entire Democrat machine is on defense. [01:09:35] If you run a conservative or faith-based business or organizations that accept credit cards for donations, events and merchandise or anything, listen carefully. [01:10:40] You know that a candidate is great when CNN says a Herschel Walker candidacy is a total nightmare for Senate Republicans. [01:10:46] That his problems include myriad of problems, including he hasn't lived in the state for a very long time. [01:10:51] He's been accused of threatening behavior and he's never been a candidate before. [01:10:55] Now, only someone who has no idea who Herschel Walker is or has never watched Georgia football in their life would write an article as stupid as this. [01:11:04] I mean, out of every living, breathing person who could possibly run for the U.S. Senate, Herschel Walker would be near the top of the list of someone who could probably sweep. [01:11:15] Let me tell you the benefits. [01:11:16] And this is so funny. [01:11:17] We're going to take analysis from Chris Salizza, who is anything but a Republican operative. [01:11:22] It's a nightmare for Senate Republicans. [01:11:24] Hold on. [01:11:24] He hasn't lived in the state for a long time. [01:11:26] Yet, moving back to the state to run for office opens up Walker for charges of carpet bagging. [01:11:31] He played for the University of Georgia and won a Heisman trophy. [01:11:34] I think he's plenty tied to the needs, wants, and concerns of Georgia. [01:11:38] He's accused of threatening behavior. [01:11:40] Oh, really? [01:11:40] Like what? [01:11:41] And the accusations are so incredibly weak. [01:11:45] And then he's never been a candidate before. [01:11:47] Yeah, of course, people who've never been candid before, they never win, right? [01:11:49] I mean, come on. [01:11:50] That's not like they've won presidential races or like Tommy Tubberville just won the Senate race in Alabama. [01:11:55] Here's how dumb this article is written by Chris Salizza. [01:11:58] Have you ever heard of SEC football? [01:12:00] Tommy Tubberville won the Senate race in Alabama. [01:12:03] He walked to victory, waltzed to victory. [01:12:05] Why? [01:12:05] Former head football coach for Auburn University. [01:12:08] Herschel Walker is now in the race. [01:12:11] Let's play his announcement video. [01:12:12] Black conservative. [01:12:13] And by the way, he should have won two Heisman trophies. [01:12:16] Now, I could say this: Jim Brown might have been the greatest college athlete ever. [01:12:20] Herschel Walker, probably number two. [01:12:22] Herschel Walker was the most dominant college football running back of the modern era. [01:12:27] And you want to stop people short? [01:12:30] You just go and walk into any bar in Georgia. [01:12:32] You say Herschel Walker, they'll say, man, I have respect for him. [01:12:34] You know why? [01:12:35] Because Herschel Walker always carried himself with such incredible integrity, love of the state of Georgia. [01:12:43] It's a ridiculous article by Chris Salizza. [01:12:47] We have the Gavin Newsom, not Gavin Newsome, the Herschel Walker clip, play tape. [01:12:52] The politicians pick American against American, rich versus poor, black versus white, urban versus rural. [01:13:02] I don't believe in that garbage. [01:13:04] It's a lie. [01:13:06] I'm a conservative, not because someone told me to be. [01:13:10] I'm a conservative because I believe in smaller government, a strong military, personal responsibility, and making sure all people have the opportunity to pursue their dreams. [01:13:22] That's an America worth fighting for. [01:13:29] My name is Herschel Walker, and I'm running for the United States Senate. [01:13:33] I'm a kid from a small town in Georgia who's lived the American dream, and I'm ready to fight to keep that dream alive for you too. [01:13:44] TeamHerschel.com. [01:13:45] I went to the website. [01:13:46] I think it's crashed because of so much traffic. [01:13:49] So they got to find new servers. [01:13:50] But teamherschel.com. [01:13:52] By the way, he grew up in Georgia. [01:13:54] He was raised in Georgia. [01:13:55] Don't get me this. [01:13:56] And Raphael Warnock is not sleeping well right now. [01:13:59] You have a strong Republican who will be endorsed by Trump, who will get a large portion of the black vote, who will get all the Trump voters in a midterm. [01:14:07] And by the way, a lot of suburban voters that are called racists all the time, they can now say that they support Herschel, and they could look at their friends like, yeah, you know, I support Herschel. [01:14:18] Don't call me a racist. [01:14:19] That's a big deal, by the way, in Buckhead, just so you know. [01:14:21] It's a big deal. [01:14:23] Herschel Walker, proud to see you in the race, truly. [01:14:27] You're a friend of mine. [01:14:28] You've been very good to us on this program. [01:14:31] And I can tell you that you're going to do very well. [01:14:34] Don't listen to the CNN article of a guy who can't even, I don't even know if that guy can name five Georgia University of Georgia athletes that have ever played. [01:14:41] I mean, there's no, it's such a cultural gap. [01:14:44] It's incredible that these guys even get published and that some editor was like, you know, maybe there might be something wrong with this. [01:14:50] Larry Elder might become governor of California. [01:14:53] Herschel Walker hopefully can defeat Raphael Warnock, who's an incumbent Democrat senator who never should have become that in Georgia. [01:14:59] Things are moving, everybody, and I'm starting to see a new brand of conservative pop up. [01:15:03] Long gone are the days of Liz Cheney and moderate Republicanism. [01:15:07] And this is kind of goes back to what Chris Bedford said on our podcast, which I encourage all of you to check out our podcast and hit subscribe. [01:15:13] If you want to hear our Chris Bedford interview, check out the Charlie Kirk Show podcast. [01:15:16] He makes the argument that we've only started to fight. [01:15:19] You see, the left started the fight in the 1960s. [01:15:21] And now, 60 years later, we're finally getting into gear and getting serious about the stakes. [01:15:27] And I can tell you right now, the Democrats, they don't know what they're doing. [01:15:31] Kabul is in total shambles. [01:15:33] Lockdowns, mask, vaccine mandates, hyperinflation. [01:15:36] Larry Elder might become governor. [01:15:38] Raphael Warnock and his political future is in jeopardy. [01:15:41] The offensive strategy is starting to work. [01:15:43] Foot on the accelerate, everybody. [01:15:45] We're going to win. [01:15:45] Thanks so much for listening, everybody. [01:15:46] Email us your thoughts, freedom at charliekirk.com.
