[00:01:20] Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus. [00:01:22] I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk. [00:01:25] Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks. [00:01:28] I want to thank Charlie. [00:01:29] He's an incredible guy. [00:01:30] His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created. [00:01:37] Turning point USA. [00:01:39] We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. [00:01:48] That's why we are here. [00:01:51] Look, it's back to school time, and you might be feeling the burden of college bills and private tuition expenses. [00:01:56] With home equity at an all-time high and interest rates low, refinancing your house could be a great way to get some cash and pay those bills. [00:02:02] So look, if you want to refinance your house or do anything with a bank, let's just say timeout. [00:02:07] We're going to call a timeout two-minute warning, right? [00:02:10] Hands on the shoulders. [00:02:11] We're going to just kind of say, let's take a pause here. [00:02:16] Are you using a bank that hates your values? [00:02:19] It's a very simple question. [00:02:21] Are you using a bank that is at war with your worldview? [00:02:25] Well, if you have refinanced recently with a big bank, you have just given a check, a cashier's check, a wire transfer to Nicole Hanna-Jones, to Stacey Abrams, to Joe Biden, to Chuck Schumer, to Nancy Pelosi. [00:02:39] You see, when you refinance with the big boys, the banks of the Woaxsters, you might as well give your hard-earned money to the revolutionaries that are burning down our streets. [00:02:51] You might as well give it to Planned Parenthood. [00:02:54] But if you want to support the good guys, two Christian men that I've got to know very well, they love the Lord. [00:03:01] They love the Bible. [00:03:03] They are great people. [00:03:04] We just hung out in Dallas and we had the best time. [00:03:06] We had a great meal together. [00:03:08] They're terrific. === Cuomo Nursing Home Scandal (14:12) === [00:03:09] Andrew Del Rey and Todd Avakian at andrewandTodd.com. [00:03:14] They are with Sierra Pacific Mortgage, and I know them and trust them, and you should work with them too. [00:03:19] Just go to andrewandod.com and take the 30-second survey to answer a couple questions. [00:03:24] But look, maybe you're a calling person. [00:03:25] You're like, Charlie, I didn't take enough surveys. [00:03:27] Fine. [00:03:28] Test me. [00:03:29] Call 888-888-1172 and say, I would like to talk to Andrew and Todd. [00:03:33] Charlie Kirk sent me. [00:03:34] That's 888-888-1172. [00:03:37] AndrewandTodd.com, AndrewandTodd.com. [00:03:40] No more Goldman Sachs. [00:03:42] No more JPMorgan Chase. [00:03:44] No more Wells Fargo. [00:03:45] No more financing or refinancing with the banks that hate your values. [00:03:50] Again, I hate to be this tribal about it. [00:03:53] They hate you. [00:03:55] Go to people that love you at andrewandodd.com. [00:03:58] They love the Lord. [00:04:00] They love the country. [00:04:01] Let's support them at andrewandtodd.com. [00:04:07] The New York Attorney General has come out and said that Andrew Cuomo has sexually harassed multiple women. [00:04:14] The New York Attorney General has come out with this new report. [00:04:18] And let's play some tape here to hear this breaking news. [00:04:22] Cut 35. [00:04:23] We were tasked with the responsibility of engaging in an investigation. [00:04:28] And we have concluded our investigation. [00:04:31] And our work is done. [00:04:34] And so as it relates to next steps, that's entirely up to the governor and or the assembly and the general public. [00:04:43] But the work of the office of the attorney general and these special deputies has concluded. [00:04:49] So the New York Attorney General, Letitia James, has come out and has now said that there are credible accusations against Andrew Cuomo. [00:05:00] Credible sexual harassment. [00:05:01] It is the breaking news across the country. [00:05:03] And I'm telling you right now, there is a lot we're going to go through. [00:05:06] Vaccine mandates and Andrew Cuomo. [00:05:08] It's a New York type of day that we're going to get into. [00:05:10] Let's go to Cut 34, where Anna Clark, the Cuomo investigation attorney, recounts Cuomo's inappropriate conduct and touching by Cuomo. [00:05:20] Listen to the specifics of this. [00:05:22] Cut 34. [00:05:24] One current employee who we identify as executive assistant number one endured repeated physical violations. [00:05:31] On November 16th, 2020, in the executive mansion, the governor hugged executive assistant number one and reached under her blouse to grab her breast. [00:05:43] This was the culmination of a pattern of inappropriate sexual conduct, including numerous close and intimate hugs where the governor held her so closely that her breasts were pressed against his body, and he sometimes ran his hands up and down her back while he did so. [00:06:00] There were also several occasions on which the governor grabbed her butt. [00:06:04] Now, this is just part of the report that was published from the New York Attorney General against Andrew Cuomo. [00:06:13] And the timing of all this is very suspicious, because this is not the only New York story today, as New York City has officially enacted medical apartheid in the state of New York City. [00:06:26] The New York Attorney General, Letitia James, says, our job is over. [00:06:29] This is civil in nature. [00:06:32] The only task with completing a report and the next steps are in the hands of the governor, assembly, or the general public. [00:06:38] Cut 35. [00:06:39] We were tasked with the responsibility of engaging in an investigation. [00:06:43] And we have concluded our investigation. [00:06:46] And our work is done. [00:06:50] And so as it relates to next steps, that's entirely up to the governor and or the assembly and the general public. [00:06:59] But the work of the office of the attorney general and these special deputies has concluded. [00:07:04] Now remember when Andrew Cuomo was moralizing and saying that the state of New York, we don't do stuff like this in New York. [00:07:12] In fact, this is not Trump's America. [00:07:15] Andrew Cuomo is a scumbag and a sicko. [00:07:20] And let's hold him accountable to what he said previously. [00:07:24] And then I'm going to go in a direction that we should be focusing on. [00:07:29] But Andrew Cuomo is probably very uncomfortable, but he's also probably relieved that this scandal is the one that is being focused on. [00:07:38] Play cut 36 of what Andrew Cuomo said previously. [00:07:42] We stop victimizing women, stop excluding women, stop minimizing women, stop objectifying women, and stop discriminating against women. [00:07:54] New York is going to be the alternative state to Trump's America. [00:08:00] He's going that way, and we're going this way. [00:08:04] In psychology, there's something called projection, when you project onto others what you yourself are actually doing. [00:08:12] Andrew Cuomo has now been credibly accused by Charlotte Bennett, Lindsey Boylan, Anna Rouch, Anna Liss, Karen Hinton, Jessica Bakeman, Alyssa McGrath, and Sherry Vill. [00:08:24] That's a long list. [00:08:26] And possibly in violation to the law. [00:08:30] Now, these reports are just remaining civil for now, but that does not mean that there is no criminal conduct. [00:08:37] Now, being a scumbag or being a sicko is actually not unique to American politics. [00:08:45] Being a scumbag and being a sicko actually happens in both political parties. [00:08:50] No party has a monopoly on scumbaggery. [00:08:55] But what is unique and something that we cannot lose focus on through this entire investigation into Andrew Cuomo harassing multiple women, which is, of course, sicko-type behavior, is the nursing homes. [00:09:11] The nursing homes are actually a bigger scandal than Andrew Cuomo being a typical New York style politician. [00:09:22] What did Andrew Cuomo know about putting infected Chinese coronavirus patients into nursing homes? [00:09:28] Why did the Department of Justice drop their investigation into that? [00:09:33] These are really important questions. [00:09:35] And why is New York all of a sudden coming out with this report against Andrew Cuomo today? [00:09:42] Are they trying to distract from something? [00:09:44] Are they trying to get ahead of this? [00:09:46] Are they trying to put this kind of in the dead summer news cycle? [00:09:51] Now, Letitia James says that she's conducted the investigation and that she's done looking into it. [00:09:58] The case is closed. [00:10:00] What does that mean? [00:10:01] What does it mean that her work is done? [00:10:04] Well, Eli Mistel at Eli NYC on Twitter, I think, puts it perfectly. [00:10:10] Cuomo can resign. [00:10:11] He's not going to do that. [00:10:12] You see, Democrats learned from Al Franken. [00:10:16] When Al Franken resigned, they realized they didn't have to do that anymore. [00:10:20] Remember, Al Franken resigned in the height of the Me Too situation because he was photographed very inappropriately with a young service member while he was doing some sort of comedy tour abroad. [00:10:33] Al Franken, in the new rules of the Democrat Party, would have just remained. [00:10:37] He would have just let it last. [00:10:39] He would have just went through it. [00:10:42] Remember, Governor Ralph Northam? [00:10:45] Governor Ralph Northam of Virginia? [00:10:48] You got to have the baby, and you got to relax the baby. [00:10:52] You name the baby, and then you decide what to do with it. [00:10:56] He never resigned, and then Ralph Northam was in two separate scandals. [00:11:02] One of whether or not you're going to relax the baby. [00:11:05] I don't remember if I was in the KKK hood or if I was in the blackface. [00:11:10] Well, which one is it, Ralph Northam? [00:11:12] Well, he was able to survive that scandal because the media covered for him. [00:11:17] The second option is that Cuomo is impeached. [00:11:20] That's not going to happen. [00:11:22] The third is that district attorneys press criminal charges against Cuomo. [00:11:26] That's probably not going to happen. [00:11:28] And then finally, is that victims will bring civil charges against Cuomo. [00:11:32] That will happen. [00:11:35] Now, now, these are not all mutually exclusive, as Eli NYC says, E-L-I-E-N-Y-C. [00:11:43] But some would say that resignation is the best outcome, but it's unlikely. [00:11:48] You see, the way it works when you are a powerful Democrat is you just have to endure the news cycle for a couple days, keep your head down, kind of be seen every once in a while in Albany with a blanket over your shoulders and kind of the wine you get from a vending machine. [00:12:07] This is the last picture we saw of Andrew Cuomo during this. [00:12:11] And you'll be able to kind of last the entire scandal. [00:12:17] Charlie Kirk here, and I've warned you about home title theft, where cyber thieves remove you from your home's title and you become the owner. [00:12:24] I said you better get home title lock because it's coming. [00:12:26] Well, if you're on Facebook, that big breach is here. [00:12:28] Facebook had 500 million accounts exposed to cyber thieves. [00:12:32] And according to a retired FBI cybercrime expert, everything thieves need to take over as the new owner of your home was leaked. [00:12:37] Name, address, personal information, it's out there. [00:12:40] The thief forges your signature on a quit claim deed stating you sold your home to him. [00:12:44] He'll leave you in debt or he'll even have you evicted. [00:12:47] Do what I did and protect your home's title with home title lock. [00:12:49] Go to home titlelock.com and register your address to see if you're already a victim. [00:12:53] Then sign up for 33 days of protection during this high-risk breach. [00:12:57] Then sign up for 33 days of protection. [00:12:59] Again, hometitalock.com, promo code radio. [00:13:02] That's home titlelock.com, promo code radio. [00:13:08] New York is really the center of the news today. [00:13:13] Andrew Cuomo is under massive accusations today for intimidating witnesses, which is against the law, for sexually harassing young women. [00:13:27] And we know that being a scumbag is nothing new in American politics. [00:13:31] In fact, we almost expect it out of our New York politicians. [00:13:36] Just ask the former, who's that guy's name? [00:13:39] Elliot Spitzer. [00:13:40] Is that Elliot? [00:13:41] I think it's Elliot Spitzer. [00:13:42] Not exactly anything. [00:13:44] A lot of people don't know about Spitzer. [00:13:46] Yeah, Spitzer was a real scumbag. [00:13:48] How about Schneiderman, the former Attorney General of New York? [00:13:52] Schneiderman was a real beauty, too. [00:13:54] So now you got Andrew Cuomo, who's kind of in the tradition of Schneiderman. [00:13:58] Oh, you also have Anthony Weiner from New York. [00:14:01] You got all sorts of different Hillary Clinton from New York. [00:14:05] So you got the whole program. [00:14:07] The question is, I do have a question, though. [00:14:09] Has Kirsten Gillibrand commented on all of this issue? [00:14:13] Because she made her whole career about destroying Brett Kavanaugh. [00:14:17] So, you know what's different than Brett Kavanaugh and Andrew Cuomo? [00:14:21] When Brett Kavanaugh was investigated, law enforcement found nothing. [00:14:25] When Andrew Cuomo was investigated, they found a lot. [00:14:28] But I'm also not going to be dogmatic about this. [00:14:32] There are plenty of Republicans that are also involved in this kind of type of behavior. [00:14:38] What does bother me is the following. [00:14:40] It's how the media covers up for it, how they are quick to create a comeback story around Democrats that come under fire. [00:14:51] And there are a lot of Democrats under fire right now, let me tell you. [00:14:55] In fact, if there was going to be a theme of what we're talking about this hour, it's Democrats under fire. [00:15:02] Two of the largest states in the country. [00:15:06] One has a governor who is facing massive accusations, guilty of groping and kissing women, according to the New York Attorney General. [00:15:17] And the other, Gavin Newsom, is under a credible recall effort in the state of California. [00:15:22] Maybe Larry Elder could be the next governor of California. [00:15:25] In fact, later this hour, I'm going to walk through the California recall and what I believe is the path to victory for Larry Elder. [00:15:32] Very important. [00:15:34] Andrew Cuomo is getting away with the thing that is much worse than sexual harassment, which is very bad and sickening. [00:15:45] How about putting infected Chinese coronavirus patients into nursing homes? [00:15:53] It's pretty bad. [00:15:55] Sticking people in environments that are already infected with the most vulnerable. [00:16:03] Andrew Cuomo, how many people would still be alive if it wasn't for those practices of yours? [00:16:09] Andrew Cuomo failed the Chinese coronavirus test. [00:16:13] And I guess the real question is this. [00:16:15] How's Andrew Cuomo's book doing? [00:16:17] Remember, Andrew Cuomo wrote a book in the midst of the COVID outbreak? [00:16:21] Could you imagine if a Republican governor, could you imagine if Ron DeSantis wrote a book in the midst of the Chinese coronavirus? [00:16:30] How would the media react to that? [00:16:32] Here's my book on leadership. [00:16:34] Instead, Andrew Cuomo wrote a book in the midst of the crisis last fall. [00:16:39] Didn't do very well. [00:16:41] Andrew Cuomo bragged about his leadership style, about digging deep and being able to have grit through difficulty. [00:16:52] Andrew Cuomo deserves to be ridiculed and condemned for being a sicko. [00:16:59] And obviously, he should be innocent until proven guilty. [00:17:02] The avalanche of accusations tells you a lot. [00:17:06] But I don't want us to forget what he did with the nursing homes. [00:17:12] The nursing homes is somewhere the Democrat governors don't want you to go because that involves Gretchen Whitmer. [00:17:19] That involves Gavin Newsom. === De Blasio Vaccination Rules (11:57) === [00:17:21] That involves potentially J.B. Pritzker, for all of you listening on AM560, the answer. [00:17:27] You see, in the midst of this crisis, the lockdown crisis, all the different crises we've had over the last year, we have been told and we have been instructed to resort to your Democrat governors and give them more power. [00:17:43] What if I told you that because of that, these Democrat governors are less popular than ever before? [00:17:50] That Andrew Cuomo is on the ropes. [00:17:52] Letitia James, I think, wants to become governor of New York. [00:17:56] And also, let's dive into the timing of this, because New York City just announced something that is so unprecedented, it's hard to believe it's real. [00:18:05] I used to love going to New York. [00:18:07] New York really is the center of the world, or it once was. [00:18:10] Who knows where the center of the world is now? [00:18:12] Wuhan? [00:18:13] I don't know. [00:18:15] When it was really at its height, New York was a special place. [00:18:23] New York was a place where you could wake up at 7 a.m., get all your meetings done in a walking distance. [00:18:29] Before you know it, it's 8.30 at night. [00:18:32] You feel that anything is possible, that your ambitions are as high as the skyscrapers. [00:18:40] It just made sense. [00:18:41] It was a safe city. [00:18:42] You could go on the subway. [00:18:44] I used to ride the subway all over New York City. [00:18:46] When I was first starting Turning Point USA and getting going, I would spend weeks at a time in New York City. [00:18:53] I would stay in Brooklyn. [00:18:55] I would take the subway in. [00:18:57] I wouldn't care. [00:18:58] I'd walk 30 blocks. [00:19:01] Spend a lot of time, obviously, going on Fox News. [00:19:04] And everything was happening. [00:19:05] There was shows. [00:19:07] There were performances. [00:19:08] There were politicians constantly coming through New York. [00:19:13] Had a vibe to it, had an energy to it. [00:19:17] And it's a real shame. [00:19:20] It's a real tragedy. [00:19:21] Now, not to say that New York is not still a wonderful city with wonderful people. [00:19:25] Of course, I was just there in WABC, and it was phenomenal. [00:19:28] But it's changed. [00:19:30] And New York is now saying they don't want me. [00:19:34] New York is now saying that they want to build a wall. [00:19:38] Now, I just want to say this. [00:19:41] I thought all people are welcome. [00:19:43] I thought one of the incantations of the American left is to never have any sort of preference for entry, that all people always are allowed to come into your nation, your city, or your place. [00:19:56] Now, we know that not to be true because Hawaii, during the Chinese coronavirus lockdowns, still has some of the strictest entrance protocols to come in. [00:20:07] I say, wait a second. [00:20:08] So it's harder for an American citizen to go to Hawaii than it is for a Nicaraguan citizen to come across the border illegally to Texas. [00:20:17] So now Wilhelm Dasmea of New York City has come out and he's announced a first in the nation requirement. [00:20:26] This is breaking news, by the way. [00:20:28] While Andrew Cuomo is also under accusations that in New York, a lot is happening right now in the Big Apple. [00:20:36] What's happened in New York today should be illegal. [00:20:40] It's incredibly immoral and it's despicable. [00:20:44] And I'm sorry to say, this is the first time in my lifetime that I look at a policy or a measure and I say, we really have recreated the America that we once broke from. [00:20:56] The America of segregation, of black only restroom, black only restroom, of Irish need not apply, or Jews not wanted here. [00:21:09] We are now going back to corporate discrimination. [00:21:14] Now, lawyers tell me this is legal. [00:21:16] Lawyers tell me that the courts just tend to side on the side of these vaccines and the vaccine manufacturers. [00:21:25] I find that so hard to believe. [00:21:27] I have other lawyers that disagree, but the general consensus is that there's a path here. [00:21:31] The Department of Justice has come out and said it is legal you could do this. [00:21:34] That Jim Crow is where we want to recreate America. [00:21:39] That we now can screen for AIDS before you go into a restaurant. [00:21:43] Could you imagine if they did that? [00:21:45] Of course they wouldn't. [00:21:47] Nor should they, by the way. [00:21:49] But instead, they're saying if you don't take an experimental piece of medicine with a lot of questions surrounding it, you're not allowed to eat in our city. [00:22:01] You're not allowed to go into fitness facilities or entertainment facilities. [00:22:06] Now, as much as I really wanted to go see the Book of Mormon or Hamilton, I guess I'm going to have to go to a different city. [00:22:14] Now, New York City is now saying that if you are unvaccinated with the Chinese coronavirus vaccine, which I am, and my wife is as well, unvaccinated need not enter. [00:22:27] Cut 23, Bill de Blasio is really excited about this. [00:22:30] Mayor Wilhem, it's really his name, he's enthusiastic about being able to usher in a South African-style society. [00:22:41] Show me your papers. [00:22:43] Are you vaccinated or not? [00:22:46] And if no, you're not able to eat. [00:22:49] Cut 23. [00:22:50] The key to NYC PASS will be a first-in-the-nation approach. [00:22:55] It will require vaccination for workers and customers in indoor dining, in indoor fitness facilities, indoor entertainment facilities. [00:23:05] This is going to be a requirement. [00:23:08] The only way to patronize these establishments indoors will be if you're vaccinated, at least one dose. [00:23:14] The same for folks in terms of work. [00:23:17] They'll need at least one dose. [00:23:20] If you don't take the medicine that we like, you can't eat at this establishment of this restaurant. [00:23:27] It feels like systemic discrimination. [00:23:30] You know, for people that are always complaining about discrimination being the worst thing ever, they themselves actually are re-embracing their discriminatory roots of the Democrat Party of what they used to do in the Jim Crow South. [00:23:42] Dr. Lena Wen, she's a very dangerous person. [00:23:45] See her on television here and there. [00:23:48] She literally says we can't trust the unvaccinated, the unwashed, the lower level of the caste system, the 100 million people. [00:23:59] And by the way, I just want to say this about Bill de Blasio really quick. [00:24:02] He does know that he's discriminating against black people, right? [00:24:06] That for all the racial justice protests, the least likely group to be vaccinated in America are black Americans. [00:24:16] Why does Bill de Blasio not want blacks to be able to go to restaurants? [00:24:21] Of course, the New York Times or any of the major newspapers won't ask that question. [00:24:25] They're too busy. [00:24:26] I don't know what they're doing. [00:24:29] Going some message board to try to say that it's mainstream or something. [00:24:33] I don't know. [00:24:33] Dr. Lena Wen, a very dangerous person. [00:24:36] We can't trust the unvaccinated. [00:24:38] You see? [00:24:39] We must other them. [00:24:40] Those 100 million people, they're the problem. [00:24:43] CUT 25. [00:24:45] That when vaccinated and unvaccinated people are mixing, unless there is proof of vaccination, everybody should still be wearing masks. [00:24:52] And so I actually support what the CDC is now doing, which is going back to this indoor mask requirement, because frankly, we know that we can't trust the unvaccinated, that they have been walking around without masks. [00:25:04] And in fact, that's what led to the surge that we're seeing. [00:25:07] We can't trust the unvaccinated, the former head of Plan Parenthood says. [00:25:11] By the way, Hispanics also have very low rates of vaccination as well. [00:25:16] The reason, now, the racists on television, you know what they say? [00:25:19] It's because blacks don't know and they're dumb. [00:25:21] The reason also might be they're rightly skeptical of government mandates. [00:25:27] It's a pretty good reason. [00:25:29] They're rightfully skeptical of people pushing things on them. [00:25:32] They're like, hey, hold on. [00:25:33] We've kind of been through this before. [00:25:35] We've been through medical experimentation before. [00:25:39] Do illegals who cross into the southern border, do they need vaccine passports? [00:25:45] Here's just another question, too. [00:25:47] I guess we finally have ended the question on voter ID in our country, haven't we? [00:25:51] I think it's fair to say that no one can ever say that voter ID should not be the law of the land. [00:25:57] Mayor Bill de Blasio has come out and says, in order to go to a restaurant, you need to show identification and proof of vaccination. [00:26:04] Okay. [00:26:05] Then why shouldn't you have to show an ID to vote? [00:26:08] Why shouldn't you have to show an ID to actually do something that is constitutionally protected? [00:26:14] Our seven-day average of deaths of the Chinese coronavirus is 388 a day. [00:26:20] We lose on average 1,800 people to heart disease every single day. [00:26:26] Bill de Blasio, and Andrew Cuomo, definitely not. [00:26:29] He's going to shut down Wendy's and McDonald's all throughout Midtown New York. [00:26:35] Or how about 1,600 to cancer? [00:26:38] Now breaking right now, I think we might have forced a, no, I'm not going to take credit for that. [00:26:43] I'm kidding. [00:26:44] I'm kidding. [00:26:45] It is kind of coincidental, though. [00:26:47] Kirsten Gillibrand has said Andrew Cuomo should resign. [00:26:51] She's come out and said that. [00:26:53] So you have Governor Cuomo under fire for sexual harassment and the nursing home thing totally covered up. [00:27:02] You have de Blasio saying that New York, basically people like you that listen to this program that might be unvaccinated, maybe you're vaccinated or not, you're not welcome into New York unless you can show your papers. [00:27:18] How did we get here? [00:27:20] How did we immediately resort to discrimination and mass inoculation and never have conversations on hydroxychloroquine or on ivermectin, vitamin D, zinc, not being overweight, not overly drinking? [00:27:37] How did we immediately resort to Jim Crow 2.0? [00:27:41] So, as I mentioned earlier, maybe it's because when you're psychologically projecting something, you yourself are actually the ones violating that principle. [00:27:51] The Georgia voter law is racist because as voter ID, you're not allowed to go to a restaurant in New York unless you show us your vaccine passport, which is an ID. [00:27:59] Well, that happened quickly. [00:28:03] Did you ever read the fine print that appears when you start browsing in incognito mode? [00:28:07] It says that your activity might be visible to your employer, your school, or your internet service provider. [00:28:13] How can they even call it incognito? [00:28:15] To really stop seeing people from seeing the sites you visit, you need to do what I do and use ExpressVPN. [00:28:22] Think about all the times you've used Wi-Fi at a coffee shop, a hotel, or even at your parents' house. [00:28:26] Without ExpressVPN, every site you visit could be logged by the admin of that network. [00:28:32] And that's still true when you're in incognito mode. [00:28:35] I mean, do you really want your parents to see what you've been looking at? [00:28:38] ExpressVPN is an app that encrypts all of your network's data and reroutes it through a network of secure servers. [00:28:45] Your private online activity stays just that: private. [00:28:48] ExpressVPN works on all your devices and is super easy to use. [00:28:52] The app literally has one button. [00:28:54] You tap it and connect, and your browsing activity is secure from prying eyes. [00:28:59] So, stop letting strangers invade your privacy online. [00:29:22] I said, they're nervous. [00:29:25] Andrew Cuomo is under fire in New York. [00:29:27] Bill de Blasio has gone full, Benito Mussolini. [00:29:31] But in California, they are very nervous. [00:29:35] Gavin Newsom is under a credible recall effort in California. [00:29:40] And I just love seeing powerful Democrats challenged for their tyranny. [00:29:47] Now, if you notice how the recall is playing out, they're not actually defending Gavin Newsome. [00:29:56] They're not defending his wonderful job. [00:30:00] Instead, you go to their website. [00:30:03] I'm not even going to tell you their website URL because I don't want you to give them the traffic. [00:30:07] But it says, who's behind the recall? [00:30:09] It says a partisan Republican coalition of national Republicans, anti-vaxxers, QAnon conspiracy theorists, and anti-immigrant Trump supporters. [00:30:18] This is all they have, everybody. [00:30:19] No substance about how Gavin Newsom has overseen the destruction of a once beautiful state of looting and of literal ransacking of businesses in San Francisco because they do not prosecute crime for $900 or less in San Francisco. [00:30:36] Not the public defecation, not the masks on children, not the out-migration. [00:30:41] No. [00:30:42] Instead, they say, you know what the problem is is that there's conspiracy theorists involved. [00:30:48] So I read this piece in the New York Times today, and the way they went through it was rather extraordinary. [00:30:54] I got to say, the New York Times actually did a pretty good job of saying that Gavin Newsom is far from being safe. [00:31:02] Now, I think the New York Times wrote this article largely to help Gavin Newsom, another Democrat under fire like Andrew Cuomo. [00:31:10] And it says it's California's pandemic recall. [00:31:14] And again, the New York Times was probably doing this as a way to try to drive support for Gavin. [00:31:19] But I think they also had an opposite effect is that they actually wrote a really fair piece where they said the Californians will soon vote on whether to recall their Democrat governor. [00:31:30] Could he lose? [00:31:31] By Jennifer Medina. [00:31:33] She did a fair job here. [00:31:34] Now, of course, there's some like, oh, right-wing people like, yeah, okay, whatever. [00:31:37] But she didn't really play that much into it. [00:31:39] She talks about Larry Elder, who's now the front runner. [00:31:42] I'm going to tell you how this works in a second. [00:31:44] And it goes through, and here's what Democrat political strategist says: look, there's no arguing that there's voter fatigue. [00:31:53] The last four years was an incredibly exhaustive experience. [00:31:56] That the state's Democrat voters need to realize that this kind of recall is by no means a slam dunk, or they risk waking up to the same sort of shock they faced after the 2016 election. [00:32:11] It's a cliche to say that California is America's future, but there's no question that a Republican win in the deep blue state would have reverberations nationally. [00:32:20] The New York Times is already floating that. [00:32:21] This is not an unpossible. [00:32:27] So here's how it works: it's very simple, but they make it way too complicated. [00:32:30] Question one: Do you want to recall Gavin Newsom? [00:32:33] Yes or no? [00:32:36] And if more people say yes than no, then it goes to the next question. [00:32:41] If yes, then who? [00:32:44] And then whoever gets a plurality, not a majority, a plurality of the next question, then becomes governor, which very well might be Larry Elder. [00:32:55] Now, you look here, his numbers, Gavin Newsom's numbers, are right on the precipice of 50%. [00:33:02] They're right there. [00:33:04] The people that want to recall Gavin Newsom, they're going to show up. [00:33:08] The people that want to protect Gavin Newsome, there's not that many of them. [00:33:12] And it was a bipartisan recall effort, by the way. [00:33:15] It was a bipartisan signature gathering effort. [00:33:21] His numbers are going down quickly. [00:33:25] Democrat governors that were once the media darlings in New York and California are under threat of resignation and criminal indictment and recall in California. [00:33:34] I love the American system. [00:33:36] It does still give us a chance to challenge tyrants and autocrats and give a voice to the people. [00:33:42] And today, both Andrew Cuomo and Gavin Newsom, the people of the future of the Democrat Party, are now fighting for their political life. [00:33:50] And I love every minute of it. === Exposing Corporate Money Spenders (06:59) === [00:33:55] Did you know that if you shop at Nike, they turn around and give your hard-earned dollars to pro-abortion groups like Planned Parenthood and the Population Council? [00:34:02] Sinister folks, by the way. [00:34:04] Did you know that Airbnb gave $500,000 to the Marxist BLM incorporated organization? [00:34:12] Your first vote is at the ballot box, but that isn't enough to defend our traditional Judeo-Christian values. [00:34:19] Left-wing corporations who are woke are subverting our democracy. [00:34:25] We're not a democracy, okay? [00:34:27] Left-wing corporations are subverting our nation and our republic by taking money from conservative customers and giving it to radical organizations that support abortion, gun control, and critical race theory. [00:34:41] You have another vote, a second vote at the checkout line, which is why there's a massively important organization called Second Vote that comes in. [00:34:49] I know them very well. [00:36:28] Just listen to Andrew Cuomo's seemingly pre-taped press conference. [00:36:33] He knew this was coming. [00:36:35] And I think that it might have even just been a tape message that he recorded. [00:36:41] Even came with picture inserts where he said, just so you understand, I've been touching people like this for years on the head, on the waist. [00:36:57] He went in great detail about how there's nothing to any of these accusations. [00:37:03] It's all a conspiracy. [00:37:05] Who's the conspiracy theorist, by the way? [00:37:07] Who are the ones that are actually the ones that are trying to seize things that aren't there? [00:37:11] Andrew Cuomo, who's credibly being accused from every direction. [00:37:15] Andrew Cuomo then comes up. [00:37:18] He says, look, I know I touch people. [00:37:20] I also call them names. [00:37:21] I got to stop myself from calling people honey and darling and sugar mama, sweetie, sweet thing. [00:37:30] Like, you know, I got to be careful not to rate them when they come through the office, not refer to them by their rating. [00:37:37] Hey, eight. [00:37:37] How you doing, nine? [00:37:39] How are you doing, six? [00:37:41] Of course, I'm being sarcastic. [00:37:44] If a Republican dared to do a response like Andrew Cuomo, they would have been forced to resign by the end of the business day, by the end of the business day. [00:37:53] So Andrew Cuomo responds and he digs in. [00:37:56] So let's go to cut 42, if we have it, where it says, they read into the comments I made, draw inferences I never made, and then they ascribe moves I didn't have, and they heard things I just didn't have to say. [00:38:11] So basically, Andrew Cuomo is calling every woman that worked for him that accused him a liar. [00:38:16] Someone's lying. [00:38:17] Either Andrew Cuomo is lying or these women are lying. [00:38:20] Let me just say this again. [00:38:22] Being a scumbag is not something the Democrats have monopoly on. [00:38:27] I can go through a list of Republican politicians over the last 20 years that have done plenty of morally questionable things. [00:38:33] What I do think is important, though, is someone that has made a whole career on the Me Too issue, someone that has the nursing home scandal treated with kid gloves from the media and gets under no accusation. [00:38:47] Oh, we are going to dive right into that. [00:38:48] I just want to make sure everyone's clear that I'm not saying that Republicans are perfect in this regard. [00:38:54] But when Democrats do it, they make their whole political movement around this perception that Democrats are on the side of women. [00:39:03] It really does say something. [00:39:04] Cut 42. [00:39:07] I have heard Charlotte and her lawyer, and I understand what they are saying. [00:39:12] But they read into comments that I made and draw inferences that I never meant. [00:39:20] They ascribe motives I never had. [00:39:25] And simply put, they heard things that I just didn't say. [00:39:31] And then he continues, and he denies all and any wrongdoing. [00:39:36] And he says that these women are discrediting legitimate victims of sexual assault. [00:39:41] He's digging in. [00:39:42] He's saying that they are liars, that they are colluding against him. [00:39:49] How's the media going to treat him? [00:39:50] This is going to be very interesting, by the way. [00:39:53] Kirsten Gillibrand wants him gone, or Gillibrand, or whatever. [00:39:58] You go through the specifics of the accusations. [00:40:02] It really makes your head scratch. [00:40:05] By the way, why is the New York Attorney General, why is the New York Attorney General investigating Cuomo for this, but not the nursing home thing? [00:40:14] Joe Biden has just come out and said that he calls for his resignation if true. [00:40:19] Be careful what you wish for, Joe Biden. [00:40:22] Be careful what you wish for. [00:40:25] That was back in March. [00:40:27] Because Joe Biden has his own history of this sort of behavior. [00:40:31] You see, one of the greatest cover-ups in media history is how we all stop talking about the credible allegations against Joe Biden doing this very same type of behavior. [00:40:43] Someone needs to make that connection. [00:40:44] Someone needs to say, hold on a second. [00:40:47] Weren't you credibly accused of groping a woman in the hall as a senator? === Biden Vaccine Cover-Up Claims (14:23) === [00:40:54] Whatever happened to that? [00:40:57] Democrats always overshoot their target. [00:41:01] They always eat their own, and they are not good in crisis. [00:41:07] Those are three things that are characteristic of Democrats. [00:41:11] You know why they're not good in crisis? [00:41:13] It's because the second the media stops being their communication arm, they don't know how to deal with them. [00:41:19] You see, we as conservatives and conservative lawmakers and officials actually do better in crisis because we're always finding the media, so it's nothing new. [00:41:27] Here's a note we just got: Charlie, can you help? [00:41:30] My daughter is nursing at a Christian university and is trying for a religious exemption to not get the COVID vaccine. [00:41:37] She got the hepatitis blue and flu shots needed for nursing. [00:41:40] Why did you need hepatitis B as a Christian university? [00:41:44] I found an attorney who wrote a letter stating the letter, the reason behind it with a statement of beliefs. [00:41:50] But the school isn't giving an update. [00:41:52] Legal has it said that they can't contact them and they won't discuss it. [00:41:56] School starts in less than two weeks and she's going to quit if they don't find an exemption. [00:41:59] Can you help? [00:42:00] I will email you. [00:42:01] We are getting thousands and thousands and thousands of emails about this stuff. [00:42:07] And I can't help but ask: where are the Republican leaders massively intervening on behalf of their voters and the citizens defending vaccination status as a protected class? [00:42:21] That should be passed through the legislature immediately. [00:42:25] In Arizona, a new restaurant has now announced, I'm going to tell you what restaurant don't to go to, not to go to. [00:42:32] In fact, we could protest outside of them. [00:42:34] FNB restaurant. [00:42:35] Have you ever heard of them, Mikey? [00:42:37] FNB? [00:42:38] Yeah, not anymore. [00:42:39] They're now requiring proof of vaccination. [00:42:41] It's not good. [00:42:42] It's a terrible restaurant. [00:42:43] Food poisoning. [00:42:44] You got food poisoning. [00:42:45] You hear that? [00:42:45] Not only that, it's terrible. [00:42:48] Well, maybe you could protect yourself in a different way, but by not getting food poisoning. [00:42:53] But FNB says that they are going to require vaccination status to get in. [00:43:00] Basically, they don't want the business of the hundred million people. [00:43:04] FNB in Arizona is saying they don't want majority Hispanics and blacks to go to their restaurant. [00:43:13] And I'm going to reiterate this, and maybe someone can help clarify this. [00:43:18] Where are the adults in this equation? [00:43:21] Why are we allowing this to happen? [00:43:23] Where are the lawmakers? [00:43:25] This is happening at such an accelerated pace. [00:43:28] We're doing everything we possibly can to push back against it. [00:43:31] At some point, We need people that have political power that was given to them by an election to stand up and intervene. [00:43:41] It should be illegal that the food poisoning joint called FNB in Scottsdale is able to put forward a mandatory vaccination. [00:43:53] You are not allowed to eat at this place, FNB in Scottsdale, unless you prove that you got an experimental vaccine. [00:44:01] Take the medicine we like, or else you can't eat at our restaurant. [00:44:05] I don't think we know how dark humanity can get. [00:44:09] We are just touching the surface and how dark, how cruel we can be to one another. [00:44:15] We are all upset about the mask mandates, and you shouldn't follow them, by the way. [00:44:19] We're all upset about the forced vaccinations. [00:44:21] And I'm about to get into the Israel test study, which a good friend of mine from Chicago has been sending me some phenomenal data. [00:44:27] We are about to go through Israel because it is so important. [00:44:30] It can actually predict what's happening here. [00:44:31] But I first want to hit this story around masks. [00:44:34] I don't think we know how dark this can actually become. [00:44:38] What if I told you, Francis Collins, who, by the way, I've gone after Francis Collins before. [00:44:43] I went after him a couple months ago, and some people said, oh, he's a wonderful guy. [00:44:47] I think those of you that emailed me that freedomatcharlykirk.com, after you hear this sound, you're going to reconsider this. [00:44:55] Francis Collins has said parents should wear masks at home in front of their unvaccinated children. [00:45:05] Francis Collins calls himself a Christian, and he believes that if you're at home and your children haven't been vaccinated, you need to wear masks. [00:45:12] That's the federal government issuing that guidance. [00:45:15] Play Cut 41. [00:45:17] The recommendations are for kids under 12 that they avoid being in places where they might get infected, which means recommendations of mask wearing in schools and that at home, parents of unvaccinated kids should be thoughtful about this. [00:45:32] And the recommendation is to wear masks there as well. [00:45:35] In the Soviet Union, they knew tyranny was near when the rules changed from one day to the other and you weren't sure what side of the if you were on the right side or the wrong side from one day to the next. [00:45:45] Francis Collins, who is the head of the NIH, who is Dr. Fauci's powell, a very treacherous person, saying that children and parents, parents need to mask themselves and dehumanize themselves in front of their children at home, as if they all don't have herd immunity anyway in their home. [00:46:06] Nonsense. [00:46:08] But how effective is this vaccine? [00:46:10] Let's talk about Israel. [00:46:12] I think other examples across the world can be very instructive. [00:46:18] Remember, we're dealing with around 330 deaths from the Chinese coronavirus a day. [00:46:22] Now, we don't know if that's dying with COVID or because of COVID. [00:46:26] That's just three. [00:46:26] Let's take the number, 334. [00:46:28] Let's take the number. [00:46:29] 1,800 from heart disease a day, 1,400 from cancer a day. [00:46:34] And the number is going down relative over the trend over the last year. [00:46:39] It might be spiking actually recently in the last day, last couple of weeks, last couple of months. [00:46:43] I think it is spiking. [00:46:45] But why is it spiking? [00:46:48] Alex Berenson, who has basically been banned from the media, former New York Times writer and reporter, said this. [00:46:58] Israeli prime minister says serious COVID cases to quadruple in 20 days. [00:47:04] We must impose new restrictions. [00:47:07] Israel is locking down again. [00:47:10] My very good friend who messaged me back and forth listened to the show, he predicted this three weeks ago. [00:47:16] He says the way Israel is going, they are going to lock down. [00:47:22] And I said, come on, I thought they're fully vaccinated. [00:47:25] I said, it should have at least some impact. [00:47:27] He said, no, it's going to increase cases. [00:47:29] It's going to increase severe cases. [00:47:33] Alex Berenson says a quadrupling would represent 800 serious cases approaching the peak of their pre-vaccinated winter surge. [00:47:45] Israel cannot possibly blame the unvaccinated for this spike, which is around 85% of adults over 30 are fully vaccinated. [00:47:56] That's well above the range experts would provide for herd immunity. [00:48:00] And yet, instead of pulling back or at least considering a pause of vaccinations, Israel is now pushing a third vaccine, a booster shot. [00:48:13] I've said this before, but I think it's worthy of repeating. [00:48:16] If you have the head of NIH saying that parents need to wear masks around their kids, does the head of NIH actually think the vaccine works? [00:48:27] If the head of NIH is asking for you to wear masks at home, is that a shot of confidence for the vaccine or skepticism for the vaccine? [00:48:40] What's going on here? [00:48:42] What's the real agenda? [00:48:44] And why are they now creating this two-tiered society? [00:48:48] You can't go to certain restaurants if you're vaccinated, if you're not vaccinated, you can't send your children to certain schools. [00:48:54] And we are getting these emails every minute, freedom at charliekirk.com. [00:49:00] Here's one right here. [00:49:01] Hi, Charlie. [00:49:02] My school, University of Illinois Urbana, Champaign Urbana, I know it very well, is requiring vaccines for students, but not for faculty and staff. [00:49:11] Huh. [00:49:12] That's weird. [00:49:14] Same at BYU Hawaii. [00:49:16] I'm against mandates altogether, but if there's a mandate, shouldn't it be the other way around, given that adults and seniors are more at risk than youth? [00:49:24] That would be rational, George. [00:49:26] We are not governed by the rational. [00:49:28] We're governed by the absurd and the insane and the angry and the bitter and the unwise. [00:49:34] They are also reimposing mask mandates, regardless of vaccination status. [00:49:39] So getting the vaccine is unfortunately a moot point. [00:49:43] George says, I'm pro-vaccine and I've received the shot, but it just doesn't make any sense. [00:49:50] George, you made the best medical decision that you can make. [00:49:53] I commend you for that. [00:49:54] You know more about your own personal body than you do. [00:49:57] That's the whole idea of choice. [00:49:59] But George, you say it doesn't make sense. [00:50:01] That's the point. [00:50:03] When you remove absolute truth from the equation, absurdity reigns supreme. [00:50:09] And that's where we are right now. [00:50:11] We are in the land of the insane. [00:50:15] This has happened from the lockdowns to how we handled BLM to mostly peaceful protesting to Donald Trump being a Russian agent. [00:50:22] You see, as soon as Donald Trump won the Shockana campaign in 2016 and shocked the world, I should say, all of a sudden, people lost their ability to think rationally and fairly and empirically. [00:50:36] And I want to close the Israel point off because I did miss something. [00:50:40] Israel is a canary in the coal mine. [00:50:43] Israel is a harbinger for things to come. [00:50:46] Israel is a predictor of what's going to come next. [00:50:51] Israel is going to lock down again. [00:50:54] There is a British ship that was 100% vaccinated, and yet they still were spreading the virus. [00:51:00] Senator Lindsey Graham, I hope he recovers, has tested positive despite being fully vaccinated. [00:51:06] Is this a vaccine or is this a medical treatment? [00:51:10] Vaccines are usually pretty effective at preventing a disease at least over 95%. [00:51:15] That's a legitimate question, isn't it? [00:51:18] If the head of the National Institute of Health is telling vaccinated parents to wear masks on their kids, is he sowing vaccine hesitancy? [00:51:29] Probably. [00:51:31] And yet we're hearing from CDC Director Walensky. [00:51:35] You got this super sinister kind of triumph for it. [00:51:39] You had Fauci at the top. [00:51:41] You got Collins and Walensky. [00:51:42] They are all clever, treacherous, very deceitful, and stunningly arrogant. [00:51:51] Play Cut 31 on the CDC Director Walensky on how she wants to keep kids in school with a mask. [00:51:57] And when the vaccines become available, vaccinate them to keep them safe and healthy. [00:52:00] Cut 31. [00:52:02] So in my mind, as a vaccine-preventable disease, we want to make sure that our kids stay in school wearing a mask. [00:52:10] And then when the vaccines should the vaccines become available for our children, to vaccinate them to keep them safe and healthy. [00:52:18] Mandatory inoculation of children. [00:52:20] Is our government even looking at what's happening in Israel? [00:52:23] Does our government care that they're going to lock down again, despite being one of the most vaccinated countries in the world? [00:52:32] Are you going to tolerate another round of lockdowns? [00:52:35] As we said yesterday, a decade of lockdowns unfortunately might be coming unless people rise up. [00:52:41] Just kind of one more thought on something that we talked about previously, which is, can we get an updated number on what the percentage of CDC and NIH employees are vaccinated? [00:52:53] Senator Burr from North Carolina asked that before, and Fauci was like, oh, 53%. [00:52:59] And we don't know if they were refusing the vaccine or is just slow to implement. [00:53:02] But that number really sent shockwaves. [00:53:04] Can we get an update on that number? [00:53:07] Can we get our U.S. senators to start to stand up for their voters? [00:53:11] Does it not bother the leaders of the Republican Party? [00:53:14] Oh, no, I'm sorry. [00:53:15] The Republican Party, they're too busy negotiating a ridiculous infrastructure bill. [00:53:22] I've been texting back and forth with Senator Kramer, who I really have a lot of respect for. [00:53:29] I'm going to text him later and say, listen, my opinion, you got a two-tier Jim Crow system happening. [00:53:37] You got a border wide open, forced vaccinations. [00:53:40] The multi-trillion dollar boondoggle infrastructure bill can wait, especially when they decided not to do it with Trump. [00:53:47] That can wait. [00:53:48] You can always spend a bunch of trillions of dollars that you don't need to spend. [00:53:53] So what is that vaccination rate? [00:53:56] We don't know. [00:53:57] So the only time I've ever cheered against Team USA has been the women's soccer team. [00:54:03] And I got to say, the internet, I think, agreed. [00:54:09] The United States women's national soccer team lost. [00:54:13] Clay Travis said the United States women's soccer team just lost to Canada, and many enjoyed the loss. [00:54:18] In 2015, the U.S. women were one of the most popular teams in American history. [00:54:21] What happened? [00:54:21] Woke sports destroys everything it touches. [00:54:24] That's exactly right. [00:54:25] Dinesh Dassouse said the Canadians aren't American, but they're not anti-American. [00:54:30] That's why we're cheering for the defeat of the U.S. women's soccer team, Go Canada. [00:54:33] I totally agree. [00:54:34] It was the first time in my life I was cheering against the American team because the American team actually didn't want, they don't represent the country where Megan Rapineau or Rapino takes a knee during the national anthem. [00:54:51] It's more disrespectful than what our opponents do during the national anthem. [00:54:59] So they have been, they're not going to get the gold medal in Tokyo. [00:55:07] And that might hurt the gold medal count, but so be it. [00:55:12] If all of a sudden you're going to become an activist on the international stage, there's a price to pay for that. === Ohio Mask Mandate Debate (02:32) === [00:55:17] Governor DeWine from Ohio says that schools need to require kids that wear masks in class, although he'll leave up the decision up to the individual school. [00:55:25] Governor DeWine, why are you engaging in this idea that children need to wear masks? [00:55:30] Children are not super spreaders. [00:55:31] This is a Republican governor. [00:55:33] Schools are not spreaders of the Chinese coronavirus. [00:55:36] No studies show. [00:55:37] And then masks, especially when children wear them, have almost no medical utility. [00:55:41] They're constantly playing with them, even if you think masks work in the first place. [00:55:45] Why are Republicans talking like this? [00:55:47] And why aren't Republican voters demanding different? [00:55:50] Cut 24. [00:55:51] I'll tell you what we have done. [00:55:53] We came out last week with recommendations. [00:55:56] There are recommendations. [00:55:57] We leave it up to the local schools, 600 and some local schools. [00:56:01] We leave it up to them. [00:56:02] But we have a strong recommendation that because the population in school, kids in school, most of them are unvaccinated. [00:56:11] And we had great success last winter, last school year. [00:56:14] We saw virtually no spread in the classroom when all the kids were wearing masks. [00:56:18] So we recommend, strong recommendation to our schools that they do that. [00:56:22] Now, some will do that, some will not. [00:56:25] I mean, at least he's leaving it optional. [00:56:27] But really, Governor DeWine, we have strong recommendations that we're going to remask our children, despite the mental health issues that are caused because of that, the social isolation, the othering, the distancing, the dehumanization. [00:56:41] We now have Republican governors basically being the propaganda arm and the press arm of the Center for Disease Control, which is nothing more than the CDC basically is the government arm of Pfizer, AstraZeneca, Moderna, and Johnson ⁇ Johnson. [00:56:59] That's the business that they're in. [00:57:01] The southern border is wide open. [00:57:04] They're not testing people that are coming across the southern border. [00:57:07] Just letting them in. [00:57:09] Definitely not vaccinating them either. [00:57:12] If you're listening to this and you're losing patience like I am with Republicans that are constantly, but not just betraying their voters, but turning their back on their voters and going towards some bizarre esoteric objective, it's time to raise our voice even louder. [00:57:31] Republicans out there, if you stand for your voters and your citizens in this time for crisis, you'll be rewarded politically. [00:57:37] If not, we'll vote you out of office.
