[00:00:34] Today we talk about Israel. [00:00:35] We talk about Hamas and we talk about the shills over at the AP claiming that they did not know Hamas was shooting rockets from their building and had a weapons manufacturing site in the building where the AP and Al Jazeera are located in Hamas. [00:00:51] Turns out they're a bunch of liars. [00:00:53] The media, my friends, is getting revealed in an all new, devastating way. [00:00:58] We have that as well as prediction true. [00:01:02] Liberal minds exploded because the CDC is changing mass mandates and we have some fun with that. [00:01:06] You're not going to want to miss it. [00:01:37] Charlie, what you've done is incredible here. [00:01:39] Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campus. [00:01:41] I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk. [00:01:44] Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks. [00:01:47] I want to thank Charlie. [00:01:48] He's an incredible guy. [00:01:49] His spirit, his love of this country. [00:01:51] He's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created. [00:01:56] Turning point USA. [00:01:58] We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. [00:02:07] That's why we are here. [00:02:09] Folks, there's a lot going on today. [00:02:12] There really is. [00:02:13] Over the weekend, a lot of us were paying attention to the news reports that were coming out of Israel. [00:02:19] Now, I want to lead with Israel just because I have, you know, honestly, there's a part of me that is tempted not to. [00:02:27] It's another country. [00:02:28] It's far away. [00:02:29] We've got a lot of problems going here over here. [00:02:31] Joe Biden's trying to take over the country. [00:02:33] The far leftists are working him over, pushing him into a corner. [00:02:37] I want to talk about that, and we will in this show, but I was so offended over the weekend with the approach that the news media is taking with Israel that I just had to talk about it today. [00:02:47] I'm so irritated. [00:02:49] I kept getting these push notifications coming on my phone as I was trying to enjoy my family and going on walks and got NBC and CNN sending me push notifications. [00:02:57] Yes, I do get the push notifications from them, so you don't have to. [00:03:00] Rest assured, it's for you. [00:03:02] It's so you guys don't have to pay attention to it. [00:03:04] I'm on the game here. [00:03:05] I'm on the ball. [00:03:06] And basically, the narrative goes like this every single time. [00:03:10] I get a push notification from NBC. [00:03:12] It says, Israel fires rockets, killing civilians in the Gaza Strip as tensions in the Middle East intensify. [00:03:20] Okay, well, what about what Hamas did? [00:03:24] What about what the terrorists shot at Israel? [00:03:27] Now, here's the deal. [00:03:31] We're entering into the second week of this conflict. [00:03:33] The narrative is always the same script in the news media, especially the left-leaning news media. [00:03:39] Hamas fires rockets at Israel cities. [00:03:41] Israel retaliates. [00:03:43] And then guess what? [00:03:44] They blame Israel for defending itself. [00:03:47] Now, I spoke about it with Dr. Gorka, and we had this a little bit of a back and forth. [00:03:52] I wouldn't say it was a full disagreement. [00:03:54] Was a moment of trying to lay out our own perspective on things. [00:04:00] And I simply was saying that there is a little bit of pushback, especially when it comes to younger conservatives wondering why we support Israel, why we should be supporting Israel. [00:04:13] And I gave a little bit of a hat tip to Joe Biden and saying at least he has not succumbed to the far left wing, mostly young people, by the way, that hate Israel, that call Israel an apartheid state. [00:04:25] And Joe Biden has essentially, listen, there's a lot to blame here. [00:04:29] Joe Biden has inflamed the entire situation in the Middle East. [00:04:32] He's failed to stand strongly behind Israel, which adds stability in the region. [00:04:37] Okay, so his failure to do so is what has led to a lot of this, in my opinion. [00:04:42] And I think a lot of policy experts agree. [00:04:45] But what I will say is that at least he's saying that Israel has a right to defend itself, which is more than what the far left of his party is willing to say at all. [00:04:55] They think that Israel should be wiped off the map. [00:04:57] Look at Rashida Tlaib. [00:04:58] She's got that poster of Israel in her office with a picture over Israel and it says Palestine. [00:05:04] You got Corey Bush. [00:05:06] By the way, I was talking about this with producer Connor before the show today. [00:05:09] Corey Bush is not technically part of the squad, but she is just as awful, if not more so, than the squad. [00:05:16] So she's trying to make a name for herself as another radical here, okay? [00:05:20] So don't take your eyes off Corey Bush. [00:05:22] She's a radical. [00:05:23] She says the most disgusting things and totally gets away with it. [00:05:29] But at least the Biden administration is saying that Israel has the right to defend itself. [00:05:35] Now, the big story that has come out over the weekend is that Israel was their intelligence was indicating that there was attacks coming from a certain building in Gaza. [00:05:47] Now, it turned out that that building was occupied by the Associated Press in Al Jazeera, as well as Hamas. [00:05:58] So, Israel gave a warning to the Associated Press, gave a warning to everybody, get out of that building. [00:06:04] Hamas is using it to fling rockets at Israel. [00:06:08] So, you need to get out and you need to stay as far away from that because we're coming after it. [00:06:14] Certainly, that was true because within a few, I think it was about 90 minutes heads up they gave, they started shooting at this building. [00:06:25] They toppled it. [00:06:27] And then the Associated Press had the gall afterwards to say that it had no idea that Hamas militants were in that same building. [00:06:37] They had had this building for 15 years. [00:06:39] Now, there's a story from the New York Post that says the Associated Press slammed for claim. [00:06:47] It was unaware Hamas was in the building. [00:06:49] What's really interesting is that, and so let me just read you, by the way, I think it's worth reading. [00:06:54] It says, this is the AP president and CEO Gary Pruitt said in a statement, we have had no indication Hamas was in the building or active in the building. [00:07:02] This is something we actively check to the best of our ability. [00:07:06] We would never knowingly put our journalists at risk. [00:07:10] He was shocked and horrified that the Israeli military would target and destroy the building housing AP Bureau and other news organizations in Gaza. [00:07:18] But here's the kicker. [00:07:19] According to the New York Post, in a 2014 article in the Atlantic, written by a journalist in the region, described the history between the news agency and Hamas. [00:07:28] And critics, so critics took to social media calling them out, calling Pruitt's assertion out that he didn't know because this article in the Atlantic clearly outlined that they had a very close working relationship with Hamas. [00:07:41] Now, part of this, I wouldn't blame them, right? [00:07:44] I wouldn't blame the Associated Press for working with Hamas because it's a news story. [00:07:48] It's covered internationally, gets a lot of clicks, lots of headlines. [00:07:52] They should have inroads with Hamas to get that sort of information. [00:07:58] But the interesting part is that an organization like this would obviously know that Hamas was in the building. [00:08:06] As a matter of fact, it's probably, now I'm speculating here to some level, but it's probably true that they knew that Hamas was in this building because they'd been working and sourcing Hamas and they are not giving up their sources. [00:08:23] And now once their building gets toppled, there's a lot of, and here's the other thing you have to understand. [00:08:29] There's a lot of sympathy for Hamas within the international journalistic core. [00:08:37] They look at the Palestinians the same way Corey Bush and Rashida Tlaib look at the Palestinians as the victims of the apartheid state in Israel. [00:08:48] So I believe that the AP News story is the AP News Bureau here is lying. [00:08:56] You've got Noah Pollock, a contributor to the Free Beacon. [00:08:58] He said a tweet, spoke to a well-placed friend in the IDF just now. [00:09:02] The bombed AP office building contained multiple Hamas operations and offices, including weapons manufacturing and military intelligence. [00:09:10] The building also housed an Islamic jihad office. [00:09:14] And AP local reporters knew about it. [00:09:20] So what's the big takeaway from this story? [00:09:23] Is that we have to see through the media headlines in the spin and the gaslighting. [00:09:30] This is the AP getting called out on the international stage as a bunch of liars, as hacks. [00:09:35] They knew that they were sharing a building with Hamas, but what's really getting revealed here is that they have been in bed with Hamas since the very beginning. [00:09:43] So when you see headlines of a bunch of terrorists shooting at Israel and then Israel defending itself and somehow that being Israel's problem and their fault, just remember who's telling you this. [00:09:55] Don't believe everything you read, folks. [00:09:58] The AP was in on this and they knew it and they got caught out by an Israeli missile that took down their office building. [00:10:06] Look, I want to tell you about Tommy John. [00:10:08] One word that you have to remember about Tommy John. [00:10:10] This is it. [00:10:11] Comfort. [00:10:12] That's it. [00:10:13] It's comfortable. [00:10:15] They don't have customers. [00:10:16] They have fanatics. [00:10:17] In fact, I met a guy the other day. [00:10:18] He said, I'm a Tommy John fanatic. [00:10:19] It was actually incredible. [00:10:21] His eyes were open and he was so excited to talk to me about Tommy John. [00:10:25] And I said, my goodness, you should be selling this. [00:10:27] But anyway, they have over hundreds of thousands of fanatics. [00:11:17] We're talking about Israel. [00:11:19] And we're talking about the fact that the hacks in our news media have been called out and they've been found out multiple times in multiple ways. [00:11:30] And the latest is this situation in a building that was toppled. [00:11:38] It was razed by an Israeli missile because it was housing Hamas militants. [00:11:43] And this was in the Gaza Strip. [00:11:46] The AP denies Knowledge of this. [00:11:53] But back in 2014, former AP reporter Matt Friedman wrote in The Atlantic. [00:12:00] So it was actually a former AP reporter. [00:12:03] We're getting more information on this as we go. [00:12:05] On the relationship between Hamas and reporters in Gaza. [00:12:09] Friedman specifically notes how the AP dutifully reported Hamas's spin on the situation in Gaza to craft a narrative that Israel is an oppressive nation and Palestinians are innocent victims. [00:12:21] During my time at the AP, he writes, we helped Hamas get this point across with a school of reporting that might be classified as surprising signs of moderation. [00:12:31] A direct precursor to the Muslim Brotherhood is actually liberal school that enjoyed a brief vogue in Egypt. [00:12:36] In one of my favorite stories, More Tolerant Hamas, December 11, 2011, reporters quoted a Hamas spokesman informing readers that the movement's policy was that, quote, we are not going to dictate anything to anyone. [00:12:50] And another Hamas leader said the movement had, quote, learned it needs to be more tolerant of others. [00:12:56] Around the same time, I was informed by the Bureau's senior editors that our Palestinian reporter in Gaza couldn't possibly provide critical coverage of Hamas because doing so would put him in danger. [00:13:08] Okay, so AP gets their offices destroyed by an Israeli missile after being warned that they were going to do so, so they should evacuate, which they did. [00:13:18] But then they were like, this is incredible. [00:13:20] We had no knowledge of this. [00:13:22] Meanwhile, Maddie Friedman, an AP reporter, is basically spilling the beans here saying, no, AP, you had this cozy relationship where you would spin stories for Hamas, which is a terrorist organization, by trying to present them to the world as less extreme than they are and more moderate. [00:13:44] This is how it goes, folks. [00:13:46] And we had another story that came out of this over the weekend, which is just too good to pass up. [00:13:52] But again, these people tell you who they are. [00:13:55] We should believe them. [00:13:56] We should believe them when they tell you exactly who they are because it's quite obvious if you're paying attention. [00:14:02] So the headlines from the Hill, CNN fires Freelancer for tweet saying world today needs a Hitler. [00:14:08] So this report, I guess he's a contributor, but he's written multiple articles for CNN. [00:14:16] So if you do a quick search of this and people have dug this up, he's written multiple articles. [00:14:19] He's been on TV. [00:14:20] Adil Raja posted a tweet just before 1 p.m. on Sunday, according to the Washington Examiner, though the tweet had been deleted instantly. [00:14:27] He probably was getting calls from either the comms team at CNN or some friends going like, what the hell are you saying? [00:14:34] Adil Raja has never been a CNN employee, a CNN spokesman said Sunday when asked about the tweet. [00:14:39] As a freelancer, his reporting contributed to some news gathering efforts from Islamabad. [00:14:45] However, in light of these abhorrent statements, he will not be working with CNN again in any capacity. [00:14:51] Rajah could not be reached for comment. [00:14:53] Of course he couldn't. [00:14:54] So we've got screen grabs of this. [00:14:56] And by the way, guess what he was doing? [00:14:58] He was responding to a Mike Pence tweet saying America stands with Israel. [00:15:02] And then Adil Raja said a history of creating terrorists and standing with them is what he replied to Pence's tweet. [00:15:10] So it was actually a different tweet. [00:15:11] But then he said, the world today needs a Hitler. [00:15:14] Now, why is this relevant and important? [00:15:16] Well, of course, I mean, we've got this Israel standoff that's happening with Hamas in Gaza. [00:15:21] You've got AP saying, oh, we weren't in bed with Hamas. [00:15:24] We didn't know that they were taking over our, that they had weapons manufacturing going on in the building where we house our offices in Gaza. [00:15:33] And then it turns out that a 2014 story calls him on it. [00:15:38] And you've got CNN contributors basically saying that the Jewish people need to be exterminated. [00:15:44] Media is dead. [00:15:46] It's sources like this and other conservative voices that you can trust to get the real news. [00:15:52] All of this is just further proof of that. [00:15:56] Did you know that 80% of the grass-fed beef sold in the United States is imported from overseas? [00:16:00] It's staggering. [00:17:16] I'm going to change gears here in just a second, but I just want to make one last point before we do. [00:17:21] Bernie Sanders has this op-ed in the New York Times, which I just find genuinely infuriating. [00:17:27] Bernie Sanders, the U.S. must stop being an apologist for the Netanyahu government. [00:17:32] And what's sad about it is that other nations actually have given us this same dignity, if you will, where they would say, listen, what happens in America is their own domestic affairs. [00:17:47] When we interact with a nation, that's how it should be. [00:17:51] Our politics stop at the water's edge, right? [00:17:56] But it doesn't affect Bernie Sanders. [00:17:58] He's not leaving Israel alone. [00:18:00] He's calling balls and strikes and he's getting into the fray and basically saying that Netanyahu is a far-right, ethno-nationalist organization, and we can't stop apologizing for their actions. [00:18:15] Let me just state this very clearly. [00:18:17] There is no moral equivalency between Israel and Hamas. [00:18:21] There never has been. [00:18:23] There never will be. [00:18:25] There is no moral equivalency. [00:18:28] Okay, now we can debate about the U.S.'s role in Israel and how we conduct ourselves. [00:18:36] Should we be sending millions of dollars to Hamas? [00:18:38] I think that's a really fair question. [00:18:41] Of course, we shouldn't. [00:18:42] Should we be unfreezing Iranian assets in the region, which they will then funnel to Hamas to attack Israel? [00:18:48] Of course, we shouldn't. [00:18:49] But there is no moral equivalency, okay? [00:18:51] Let's just be very clear about it. [00:18:55] No moral equivalency. [00:18:57] Okay, I've said it, said it three or four times. [00:18:59] It needs to be said. [00:19:00] Do not be gaslit by these hacks, these people like the AP, by the way, that publishes a report and then it gets picked up internationally and all the news outlets. [00:19:09] And it says the AP reported. [00:19:10] And the reason they do that is because the AP is supposed to be a neutral reporting agency. [00:19:17] Well, turns out they are not. [00:19:21] Okay, moving on. [00:19:22] I want to talk about the CDC. [00:19:25] We hit this story pretty hard on Friday, but what I said was liberal heads are going to explode. [00:19:31] And we traced the sort of lineage of this story of the CDC rolling back their guidelines on masks. [00:19:40] They said, if you are vaccinated, then you are free to roam about the cabin without a mask. [00:19:48] You're free to get back to some of the things that you were doing before. [00:19:50] Now, I think if I'm just looking at this as a communications professional, I would tell you very clearly that they did fumble the ball here just communicating-wise. [00:20:05] But the issue here is not whether the science defends masks or does not. [00:20:15] The issue here is that we have been feeding a diet of COVID pandemic porn to the U.S. population for months. [00:20:25] They are freaked out. [00:20:26] They have cave dweller syndrome where they're basically agoraphobic and they don't want to come outside. [00:20:31] And then we're all surprised that when you actually tell them, hey, you can actually go back to normal if you get a vaccine, which let's get into that in just a second, which I think is a false choice. [00:20:42] They still don't like it. [00:20:44] But this was very interesting because the night before, I believe Dr. Walensky, the director of the CDC, was on Cuomo saying, we're going to be updating the guidelines very soon. [00:20:53] I'm so excited to tell you, but I can't quite tell you now. [00:20:56] And then sure enough, she does it, and liberal heads explode. [00:21:01] And all you have to do is do a quick, I mean, please don't do Google. [00:21:08] I don't recommend that to anybody. [00:21:11] But if you were going to just Google it, just Google CDC. [00:21:17] I think it's a pretty interesting thought exercise. [00:21:19] The news reports, experts are warning about the unintended consequences of the CDC mass guidance. [00:21:24] Essential workers raise concerns about CDC mass guidance. [00:21:29] CDC guidance startles America from CNN. [00:21:33] So it startles America. [00:21:36] And I want to play a little sound here. [00:21:39] So what's happened now is because of all the pushback from the liberal legacy media, Dr. Walensky, the CDC director, has had to go out into the media landscape again to defend her position. [00:21:53] Let's go ahead and play cut 10. [00:21:55] And this is Director Walensky saying that, you know, she's just following the science and she's going to tell it like it is. [00:22:03] Clip 10. [00:22:05] And I completely acknowledge that. [00:22:07] My job as the CDC director, which I promised the American people when I took it, is that I would deliver the science to them and our recommendations to them as we had it. [00:22:17] We had two studies that were published the week prior to last, a major study that was published in the MMWR on Friday that demonstrates that vaccinated people are safe. [00:22:28] So she's trying to point to the science and say, hey, listen, we're following the science. [00:22:36] But what's unfortunate is that we know that the CDC has been implicated now. [00:22:42] We have Freedom of Information Acts that accessed certain emails between the teachers' unions and the CDC that basically condemned them. [00:22:53] The teachers' union said, hey, well, why don't you put this language into your guidance for schools? [00:22:57] And what did they do? [00:22:58] They absolutely took their directions verbatim. [00:23:03] And they ended up making their way into the CDC's guidance for opening schools. [00:23:09] So we know that the CDC is not apolitical. [00:23:12] We know the CDC is very political. [00:23:14] And we also know that the teachers' unions funnel a lot of campaign dollars into the Democrat Party. [00:23:20] So on the one hand, I'm glad that the CDC is trying to open America back up. [00:23:27] And we do have some reports from retailers that are actually trying to ease restrictions on masks. [00:23:34] Target, Starbucks, and other retailers ease mask mandates for fully vaccinated customers. [00:23:40] So, this is from CNBC. [00:23:41] It says Starbucks and Target won't require fully vaccinated customers to wear masks inside stores, except when required by law. [00:23:47] Okay, so this is an interesting raises a bunch of questions. [00:23:52] You've got states like Washington, Oregon, California that all still have their mask mandates: New York, D.C., Connecticut, Rhode Island, basically everywhere you'd expect. [00:24:03] Illinois, and then you have these like throwaways like Ohio. [00:24:06] What the heck's Ohio doing? [00:24:08] I mean, Trump won that state by 10 points, eight points. [00:24:11] Get rid of your mask mandates, governor. [00:24:14] Got a real gem of a governor in that state. [00:24:18] So you've got this very confusing mixed messaging coming out from the CDC. [00:24:25] And, you know, funny enough, I saw this clip. [00:24:28] I just had to pull it. [00:24:29] This is Dr. Jerome Adams. [00:24:30] You might remember him. [00:24:32] He was the former U.S. Surgeon General during the Trump administration, and he was often out front in front of the cameras. [00:24:38] He went on CNN. [00:24:39] I don't know why, but he went on CNN to criticize his successors here. [00:24:44] So let's go ahead and play Dr. Jerome Adams. [00:24:47] I think this was an appropriate call based on the science. [00:24:50] The science is sound. [00:24:52] I think that the play call was right, but they fumbled the ball at the one-yard line in terms of communicating this to the public in terms of engagement. [00:25:00] So the left is very, very frightened that now all of these people who aren't vaccinated are going to be gallivanting around outside like normal people, like free Americans. [00:25:14] They're going to be gallivanting around, coughing and sneezing and touching things and living their lives, and they're not going to actually be vaccinated. [00:25:22] They're going to lie to you. [00:25:23] You're going to ask, are you vaccinated? [00:25:24] They say, yeah, of course I'm vaccinated. [00:25:27] But they're obviously not. [00:25:29] We know that I think it's about half of the country now, I think it's a little under half, has gotten at least one shot of the vaccine. [00:25:38] Now, we have always maintained on this show that we are vaccine agnostic. [00:25:44] If you want to get your vaccine, go ahead and get the vaccine. [00:25:47] If you don't want to get the vaccine, don't get the vaccine. [00:25:50] But what's underlying that principle is freedom. [00:25:53] The freedom of an American citizen to make their own decisions about their own health. [00:26:00] Now, what this rule guidance from the CDC does present is a conflict because the state is saying, the government is saying that you don't have to if you have this vaccine, but they haven't instituted a way to mandate it or verify the status. [00:26:23] But what we know has happened is that Joe Biden secretly behind the scenes has been coordinating with certain businesses to make sure that there is a tracking system in place. [00:26:33] Now, so where that's all going to land, we're not sure, but I think it's going to come down. [00:26:39] And I think there's a lot of evidence to show that it's going to come down in the private space. [00:26:42] So within businesses themselves. [00:26:44] So these companies like Target and Starbucks are saying that we're going to come out and we're going to start easing restrictions in the states where you can ease restriction. [00:26:54] Trader Joe's, Costco, Walmart. [00:26:59] All of these stores actually have mask-free shopping in certain states. [00:27:04] But other companies, which is a bit of a surprise, Home Depot are maintaining their pandemic precautions. [00:27:11] Gap. [00:27:14] So it's very surprising about Home Depot. [00:27:16] They should really get people need to send letters to Home Depot and get them to open up. [00:27:21] So what's going to happen is we're going to see this battle being waged in airports, on airplanes, any place where public transit is the way people are getting around. [00:27:36] This is where this battle is going to come to the fore. [00:27:38] So keep a look on it. [00:27:39] A little bit of resistance is not a bad thing. [00:27:43] Good trouble, I think I've heard it's called. [00:27:46] So folks, if you are out there in a municipality that requires masks, maybe just take it off and ask for forgiveness instead of permission because you are an American citizen. [00:27:58] You were born free. [00:27:59] The state cannot tell you what to do with a mask diaper on your face. [00:28:04] Charlie Kirk here, and I've warned you about home title theft, where cyber thieves remove you from your homes title and you become the owner. [00:28:11] Like I said, you better get home title lock because it's coming. [00:28:15] Well, if you are on Facebook, that big data breach is here. [00:28:19] Facebook has 500 million accounts that were exposed to cyber thieves. [00:28:23] And according to a retired FBI cyber crime expert, everything thieves need to take over as the new owner of your home was leaked. [00:28:29] Name, address, personal information, and more, it's out there. [00:28:31] The thief forges your signature on a quick claim deed stating you sold your home to him. [00:28:34] He'll leave you in debt or even have you evicted. [00:28:37] Do what I did and protect your homes title, hometitalock.com. [00:28:40] Go to hometitalock.com and register your address, see if you're already a victim. [00:28:43] Then sign up for 30 free days of protection during this high-risk breach. [00:28:52] There's a lot of things that you got to sort out right now. [00:28:54] So go to home titlelock.com. [00:28:57] Protect yourself, protect your family, protect your well-being at home titlelock.com, promo code radio. [00:29:07] Something broke this morning as I was prepping for the show that was pretty interesting. [00:29:11] I want to cover it just right here. [00:29:12] It's the Supreme Court will hear a major new abortion case. [00:29:18] This is causing a lot of waves because it's actually challenging Roe v. Wade, the 1973 decision that established a constitutional right to abortion, one that never existed before. [00:29:35] They sort of made it up out of whole cloth. [00:29:37] Nevertheless, they're saying that the court has a 6-3 majority, by the way. [00:29:42] It's definitely not true. [00:29:44] It's probably four and a half, four and a half with John Roberts, maybe five to four in certain instances. [00:29:52] But they're saying six to three conservative majority. [00:29:55] Now, the Mississippi law, which was blocked by the Fifth Circuit, actually said that we need to re-examine this viability question that was brought up that's been established by the courts. [00:30:10] So it's Dobbs versus Jackson Women's Health Organization. [00:30:16] And it asks whether all pre-viability restrictions on abortion are unconstitutional or not. [00:30:23] So fetal viability is typically at this point understood at 22 weeks or later. [00:30:28] Now, why that's even a bright line in the sand, I don't agree with it at all. [00:30:34] Okay? [00:30:37] But Mississippi is asking the justices to review the viability standard, arguing that the rule prevents states from defending maternal health and its interest in protecting life. [00:30:49] This is a brief filed with the justices. [00:30:51] It reads, it is well past time for the court to revisit the wisdom of the viability bright line rule. [00:30:57] That's Mississippi Attorney General Lynn Finch. [00:31:03] So if you do a quick scan on the liberal Twitter sphere, this is Elise Hoag breaking SCODIS to hear direct challenge to Roe v. Wade. [00:31:18] Never forget that McConnell and others mocked us and gaslit us through the Kavanaugh fight for claiming that legal abortion was in jeopardy. [00:31:26] They knew they lied. [00:31:28] We knew we fought. [00:31:29] And we're so far from done fighting. [00:31:35] So They're not happy about this. [00:31:38] Nevertheless, the court is going to hear it. [00:31:40] And what it is, is it's trying to say, is 22 weeks, should it be the standard still? [00:31:48] The Mississippi law said anything before 15 weeks was going to be, anything after 15 weeks was going to be prohibited. [00:31:57] Now, there's a whole bunch of new technology that has come out. [00:32:03] It's established. [00:32:05] When can a fetus feel pain? [00:32:07] The heartbeat bills that are around the country have been largely struck down by the courts. [00:32:12] But those, I think it's six weeks that you can feel or that you can detect a heartbeat. [00:32:17] Or actually, sorry, I'll take that back. [00:32:19] I actually know this myself. [00:32:21] Probably four or five weeks you can detect a heartbeat in some instances. [00:32:27] So Roberts has sided with liberals almost every time on the Roe or the Casey challenges that have come up. [00:32:34] But this is what's so interesting. [00:32:36] It's going to come down to Barrett and Gorsuch. [00:32:39] Will they say that technology has changed? [00:32:42] It's evolved. [00:32:44] Are we going to be one of the few? [00:32:47] I think there's only seven nations. [00:32:48] That's right. [00:32:49] Seven nations, including China and North Korea, that allow abortions through all nine months of pregnancy. [00:32:54] Now, obviously, that is based on different states, have different laws. [00:32:59] But federally and based on the constitutional standard, you can have an abortion through all nine months of a pregnancy. [00:33:07] So 70% of Americans think that abortion should be highly limited. [00:33:13] Most Americans think that it should be within the first three months of pregnancy. [00:33:18] So, yet we have these laws that are completely out of step with what most Americans believe. [00:33:24] And we finally have a break in the case. [00:33:26] We finally have the Supreme Court saying that it's going to take this case, and we'll be monitoring it closely. [00:33:32] You can bet on that. [00:33:33] We've had a lot of pro-life interviews. [00:33:35] We had Lila Rose on the podcast just last week, just last weekend. [00:33:41] This case is going to be heard beginning in October, but it will probably not reach a decision until June of 2022. [00:33:48] So big news that it's coming, that it's happening, but we're not going to have a decision until June of 2022. [00:33:55] In the meantime, the left is going to do all they can to pack the court to avoid such an outcome as this. [00:34:01] All right. [00:34:01] Thanks, everybody, for listening in. [00:34:03] If you like what we do here, we appreciate it. [00:34:06] We thank you. [00:34:06] Leave a review. [00:34:07] Leave a five-star review and some comments on Apple Podcasts.
