The Charlie Kirk Show - Unscientific Shutdowns + Why the Trump Presidency Can Still be Saved Aired: 2020-11-28 Duration: 35:20 === Charlie Kirk's Powerful Youth Movement (09:38) === [00:00:00] Charlie, what you've done is incredible here. [00:00:01] Maybe Charlie Kirk is on the college campuses. [00:00:03] I want you to know we are lucky to have Charlie Kirk. [00:00:07] Charlie Kirk's running the White House, folks. [00:00:10] I want to thank Charlie. [00:00:11] He's an incredible guy. [00:00:12] His spirit, his love of this country, he's done an amazing job building one of the most powerful youth organizations ever created. [00:00:19] Turning point USA. [00:00:21] We will not embrace the ideas that have destroyed countries, destroyed lives, and we are going to fight for freedom on campuses across the country. [00:00:29] That's why we are here. [00:00:32] Hello, everybody. [00:00:33] Charlie Kirk here. [00:00:34] And I wanted to start the show today to talk about just a lot of these Thanksgiving orders by these tyrannical governors across the country. [00:00:45] So one in particular, she is one of America's worst governors, Kate Brown. [00:00:51] Oregon's governor is limiting social gatherings to no more than six people. [00:00:57] And so I have a question. [00:01:00] How did Kate Brown come to that number? [00:01:05] Seems awfully arbitrary. [00:01:08] There is no public health guidance that I'm aware of that says that six people is any more safe than seven people. [00:01:16] Now, Kentucky is limiting Thanksgiving to eight people, and the state of California allows a grand total of three households. [00:01:27] We are going to see how willing Democrat and Republican governors who have put forth these lockdowns, how willing they are to criminalize Thanksgiving. [00:01:41] And it's needless to say, they did nothing to stop the riots, the arson, and the destruction of our inner cities in our country, to stop the public celebrations around the Los Angeles Lakers winning the NBA finals. [00:01:54] They did nothing to stop BLM Incorporated marching to the streets, and they did nothing to stop Joe Biden president-elect celebrations in Washington, D.C. just a couple weeks ago. [00:02:06] And here's how you know the ruling class does not believe this virus warrants the lockdowns that they are ordering. [00:02:17] If the ruling class actually believed this virus posed the threat that they are saying it does, then they themselves would not be violating these lockdowns. [00:02:28] They would also be fleeing for their safety. [00:02:30] They would be distancing themselves. [00:02:33] When Gavin Newsom goes to French Laundry, which is the ultimate aristocratic lunch and dinner spot in Napa Valley, no social distancing, no masks. [00:02:46] He knows that his own rules are draconian and medieval in nature. [00:02:52] And now, by the way, I actually defend Gavin Newsom's right to do that. [00:02:57] I just wish he defended other people's right to do that. [00:03:02] Governor Kate Brown, who is one of America's worst governors from Oregon, she said, this is hard, but making difficult sacrifices now will save lives. [00:03:12] This Thanksgiving, keep it small. [00:03:15] Uninvite them. [00:03:18] And it's so incredibly insulting towards, honestly, the video she posted is so incredibly insulting towards men. [00:03:25] She says, uninvite your bragging brother. [00:03:29] Uninvite your new boyfriend, which she says. [00:03:34] But then going back into June, I'm sorry, going back to July 30th, she said, I think we've had enough political grandstanding from D.C. [00:03:44] The president's plan to dominate the streets of American cities has failed. [00:03:49] And today, federal troops are preparing to leave downtown Portland. [00:03:52] We will protect free speech and the right to protest peacefully. [00:03:55] She says this, the massive and nonviolent protests led by BLM incorporated activists have inspired the nation. [00:04:01] Let's get to work and make this vision a reality. [00:04:04] So Governor Kate Brown was vocally supporting BLM incorporated protests and riots in the streets. [00:04:14] But when it came to, when it comes to Thanksgiving, she says no more than six people, which is completely and totally arbitrary, not rooted in science whatsoever. [00:04:28] And so something that we have played with here and something that we've been exploring is what is the agenda of these lockdown governors? [00:04:41] I think there's a couple ways that we can interpret this. [00:04:45] Number one, I think that this post-election circumstance that we're in kind of took us, kind of has taken us off guard, to be honest with you. [00:04:54] I think a lot of the Democrat governors saw our predictions about how they were going to reopen the country once Trump was done. [00:05:01] And I think that they played us for a fool. [00:05:05] I think that they knew we were heavily focused on the election, knew we were heavily focused on the Great Steal, knew that we were heavily focused on the voter fraud investigations, the Georgia Senate race. [00:05:18] And many of these Democrat governors have been waiting their turn to lock down their states again. [00:05:23] And the question is why? [00:05:25] Why would you intentionally inflict suffering through central command? [00:05:30] Why would you intentionally want small businesses to go under? [00:05:33] Why would you intentionally want suicides to go up? [00:05:36] Why would you intentionally want schools to go into bedlam? [00:05:41] Why would you want that? [00:05:44] It's because for many members of the Democrat leadership, they believe in the great reset, which is the eradication of private property. [00:05:53] You rent, you do not own. [00:05:56] You put forward a globalist, borderless, pro-China agenda that destroys the American experiment. [00:06:06] I have long called this an epidemiological Pearl Harbor launched from China to our country. [00:06:13] The virus is a real thing. [00:06:15] It kills real people. [00:06:18] Proper precautions for people that are at risk should absolutely take this very seriously. [00:06:24] The correct therapeutics should be employed. [00:06:27] The right measures should be enacted. [00:06:29] None of which, by the way, are lockdowns. [00:06:31] Just read the Barrington Declaration signed by thousands of epidemiologists and doctors who say that lockdowns hurt. [00:06:38] Go read the World Health Organization's own writings when it comes to lockdowns, where they say clearly that lockdowns will do nothing more than have hundreds of millions of poor people re-enter the third world. [00:06:54] Hundreds of millions of people in at-risk poverty re-enter the third world. [00:07:01] Unfortunately, Democrats are using this as an opportunity. [00:07:06] They're using this as an opportunity to change the public policy landscape, to change the way that we do politics, culture, and life in America. [00:07:22] They are looking at this as a once-in-a-generation opportunity to seize absolute power and control. [00:07:31] After 9-11, we changed the way that we do mass surveillance in this country. [00:07:37] After 9-11, we launched the National Security Agency. [00:07:44] We launched the Department of Homeland Security. [00:07:47] We launched massive efforts to surveil our own citizens, and some of which was supported, some of which was warranted. [00:07:55] But it was such a dramatic event that we were willing to sacrifice our Fourth Amendment rights and our freedoms and liberties because we never wanted to live through another 9-11 again. [00:08:07] I understood that. [00:08:09] I understand that to some sense of it today. [00:08:13] I think that a lot of that sacrificing of individual rights and liberties was done way too quickly and not with proper oversight. [00:08:23] And it used to be Democrats, by the way, that were fighting on this, including Bernie Sanders. [00:08:27] But Bernie Sanders has now decided to completely turn his back on any sort of civil rights, civil liberty fights that he used to be involved in. [00:08:36] The same sequence of events that happened post-9-11 are about to happen in this country, where new agencies of government will be created to get engaged and get involved with the suffering and the cost of these lockdowns. [00:08:59] The same way that they made America in their image post-9-11 of endless wars and the war machine was fed endlessly, the same way they did that, they are going to try to use the Chinese coronavirus for that same exact purpose. [00:09:18] How can it serve a particular corporate interest? [00:09:22] How can we use it to micromanage, surveil citizens? [00:09:28] The only option we have left is a full and total reopening of America immediately. === Seizing Power After Trump Presidency (10:09) === [00:09:38] Good Ranchers began with the standard of bringing top quality, 100% American-born, raised, and harvested meat to the families across the country. [00:11:01] A Pennsylvania judge granted a hearing in an election integrity case challenging the constitutionality of Act 77, which is surrounding mail in ballots. [00:11:14] Pennsylvania, again, this is very significant because the Trump campaign has been suing in multiple states challenging the practice around mail and ballots. [00:11:30] And now, this is something that a lot of people in the activist media will take a great surprise. [00:11:36] They thought that these judges would throw these out. [00:11:41] And so reading from the press release or the news around it, the supplemental emergency application to the extent that there remains any further action to perfect the certification of the results of the general election, it says that respondents are preliminarily enjoined from doing so, meaning they cannot certify the election yet. [00:12:02] And so it looks as if there will be an evidentiary hearing to be held this Friday at 11.30 a.m. via WebEx. [00:12:11] The emergency motion, which was filed on November 22nd, has been temporarily granted, which blocks the states from certifying the election results. [00:12:22] And there's also a case that is waiting in front of the United States Supreme Court. [00:12:26] There are cases in Nevada as well that have great similarities. [00:12:31] And the Trump campaign is doing a phenomenal job of laying out the evidence around the fraud that they have been able to discover. [00:12:43] And so this is far from over, everybody. [00:12:45] There are still judges that have decisions to make. [00:12:49] And the Biden campaign is ramping up their legal defense to try and get all of these decisions thrown out. [00:13:00] And if I were to guess how this will play out in the next couple of weeks, I would imagine that the Trump campaign is going to have some very significant procedural victories in the courts. [00:13:17] I would imagine that the Trump campaign is going to actually start to get some wins on signature verification, on absentee ballots, on some of these hearings that are now being granted. [00:13:30] However, a lot of this needs to be driven by the state legislatures. [00:13:34] The state legislatures right now need to be holding criminal hearings. [00:13:40] Remember, the states have the sovereignty in this country. [00:13:44] The federal government is nothing more than a compact that the states have all agreed to. [00:13:49] The states created the federal government. [00:13:50] The federal government didn't create the states. [00:13:52] This is not the European model where all the power goes to Berlin or to Brussels or to Paris. [00:13:57] Instead, it's the opposite. [00:13:58] It is the states, it is the localities that hold the power. [00:14:02] And the lack of action, I mean, there should be a non-stop drumbeat of investigations and non-stop drumbeat of press in these states. [00:14:16] And I'd love someone to explain the 6,000 votes that were changed because of Dominion voting systems in Michigan. [00:14:26] Who looked further into that? [00:14:28] Can someone explain to me why Joe Biden did so suspiciously well in Dane County, Wisconsin, despite University of Wisconsin-Madison being basically completely shuttered and closed? [00:14:39] Can someone explain that to me? [00:14:42] These questions are worthy of answers. [00:14:44] And now finally, we have a sequence of hearings or a series of hearings, I should say, that can actually begin to get some rulings to hopefully get to the bottom of the great steal and this fraud that we all know has happened in our country. [00:15:06] And on this program, here's my promise to you. [00:15:10] We will not say that it is inevitable that Joe Biden will be president. [00:16:26] The Democrats are angry because President Donald Trump's victory in 2016 interrupted their plans to make America a permanently globalist, open-border, pro-China state. [00:16:43] President Donald Trump might have permanently interrupted their plans. [00:16:48] And this is exactly why they are so quick to dismiss any conversation around voter fraud, around ballot fraud, because they want him defeated so badly to usher in the great reset. [00:17:01] Let's play cut one of a Tricia Bomer, who signed an affidavit testifying to fraud committed in Detroit. [00:17:08] Wait till you hear this clip. [00:17:09] Play cut one. [00:17:10] They would override so many ballots that I saw, they would put in a scanner, and then on there it would say, Are you sure you want to override to them? [00:17:21] Like something in other words, it's a Republican ballot, but they went in and overrun the system and they would put they would take the mouse and click yes, and a green check mark would come in and says processed or something or something. [00:17:36] But this was after they kept overriding each and every last ballot that they put into their scanner that was on their table, they would override them. [00:17:45] Not one time did I see one go through and it was just went through. [00:17:48] They were overriding ballots. [00:17:52] It's incredibly important that every single person hears that. [00:17:56] Of course, the activist media will not cover that. [00:17:59] That there was the overriding of Trump votes for Biden votes. [00:18:03] And Sidney Powell hears Sidney Powell stays committed in cut three Fox business when Lou Dobbs asks her, Do you think we're going to see the Trump presidency saved? [00:18:16] Play cut three. [00:18:18] Do you think that we're going to see the Trump presidency saved? [00:18:24] Yes, I definitely do. [00:18:26] There are no issues in my mind, but that he was elected in an absolute landslide nationwide. [00:18:33] You now hear Sidney Powell doubling down on her opinion that Donald Trump and his presidency will be saved. [00:18:52] There is a massive effort, and I can tell you because I see a lot of their emails and I can see their conversations within establishment Republican circles to close the chapter on the Trump presidency. [00:19:08] They want the Trump moment to be over. [00:19:11] Little do they know, this is actually a broad-based coalition with 73 plus million people from all walks of life, from all across the country, that will not look kindly at this betrayal of President Trump and his presidency. [00:19:31] While court cases are still being heard, while theories are still being proven, while evidence is still being gathered, the Republican establishment is very quick and very eager to go work with Joe Biden for a return to normal. === Airlines as a Protected Class (09:04) === [00:19:47] Now, what is the normal that they want? [00:19:49] The normal that the Republicans want is they want to be accepted again in D.C. ruling class society. [00:19:58] They want to play war games with our troops. [00:20:00] They want to keep our borders completely and totally wide open. [00:20:06] They want to pander to the Chamber of Commerce interests. [00:20:09] And quite honestly, a lot of them want to see the complete and total destruction of middle-class work in our country. [00:20:15] You see, here's a really good question about restaurants and small business. [00:20:23] I just flew across the country on United Airlines. [00:20:28] The entire plane was full, sitting next to people two and a half feet away. [00:20:41] And so here's a really interesting question that on its surface is kind of funny to talk about, but there's a deeper point to it. [00:20:49] Why am I allowed to eat on an airplane, but I can't eat in a restaurant? [00:20:55] Why was I allowed to eat on an airplane when I was next to somebody two and a half feet from me with no mask? [00:21:03] And the reason is that the politicians care much more about the airplane industry than they do about the small business industry. [00:21:12] Because the airplane industry makes the proper contributions to political parties. [00:21:17] The airline industry is represented by the right lobbyists. [00:21:20] The airline industry would have a serious backlash towards Democrat and Republican politicians if they went under. [00:21:34] So there's no epidemiological reason why I can eat on an airplane sitting right next to somebody for four hours across the country. [00:21:44] But meanwhile, when I am in Chicago, where I am right now, and I tried to go to my favorite restaurants last evening, and they did their best to buy an expensive tent in a parking lot with heaters to try and satisfy J.B. Pritzker's requirements, which is what happened last evening, because you're only allowed to have outdoor dining. [00:22:07] So what do they do? [00:22:07] They go build these tents that are very expensive, and people are still sitting near each other just to be able to barely survive. [00:22:18] Meanwhile, I had just de-planed an aircraft for four hours where I could sit next to somebody who had no mask for 45 minutes, who very well could have exposed 10 people in his general direction next to him. [00:22:33] Is it because people don't get infected on airplanes? [00:22:35] Of course, that's not the case. [00:22:37] It's because airlines are a protected class. [00:22:43] Local restaurants are not. [00:22:46] It's because airlines matter to politicians. [00:22:49] They need their contributions. [00:22:51] They need their political support. [00:22:54] Airlines are represented by the Chamber of Commerce. [00:22:58] Why is it that as I give this commentary right now, there is undoubtedly a packed aircraft flying from New York City, John F. Kennedy Airport, to Los Angeles International Airport right now? [00:23:13] There is a plane in the air. [00:23:16] And there are people sitting next to each other that are supposed to wear masks at all times, despite the different opinions around masks. [00:23:24] There's studies that show they work. [00:23:25] There are studies that show they don't. [00:23:27] But they're huddled next to each other. [00:23:30] And yet, both where they're coming from and where they're going, it is illegal to go to church on Sunday. [00:23:37] It's because the churches are irrelevant in the eyes of Senator Kirsten Gillibrand and Andrew Cuomo and Governor Gavin Newsom and Senator Kamala Harris and Senator Diane Feinstein and Senator Chuck Schumer. [00:23:55] Those six Democrats that represent New York and California on the senator side and on the gubernatorial side, they don't lose sleep when all of a sudden the churches start showing up and writing letters and asking them to reopen. [00:24:08] They chuckle because they say, churches don't contribute to our campaigns. [00:24:13] Churches don't represent constituents we care about. [00:24:16] However, if all of a sudden United Airlines or American Airlines or Delta picked up the phone and called Chuck Schumer, then they would all of a sudden start to make a political calculus that they would lose support, that they would lose contributions. [00:24:43] The point is that the ruling class does not actually view this as a pandemic. [00:24:48] They don't. [00:24:49] If they did, they would have consistency in the implementation of their public policy directives. [00:24:54] Instead, they use this as an opportunity and they have certain carve-outs and protections for political donors and for friends that benefit the oligarch class. [00:25:05] The Democrats are so unbelievably cocky and they don't even care they are hypocrites because they know they will not be voted out of office. [00:25:13] They know that Gavin Newsom, Andrew Cuomo, they're going to be just fine. [00:25:19] No matter how much we rise up, they control the political machinery to such a large extent that they will stay in power almost assuredly. [00:25:33] And yet no one can answer this question in the activist media. [00:25:38] Why I was on an airplane for four hours and able to do exactly what I can't do once I land in a local restaurant, even though the local restaurant would probably do a better job of stopping any sort of epidemiological spread. [00:25:55] And it's also because of Boeing. [00:25:58] Boeing is one of the largest lobbyists in Washington, D.C. Boeing represents a massive capital source for the ruling class. [00:26:12] Where do politicians go once they leave cabinet positions? [00:26:15] They go sit on the board of Boeing, like Nikki Haley did. [00:26:18] And I like Nikki. [00:26:18] She's a friend. [00:26:20] But that's what happens. [00:26:22] Who makes all the planes for these airlines? [00:26:23] Boeing. [00:26:24] Who gets the government contracts? [00:26:25] Boeing. [00:26:26] Who screwed up their aircraft so terribly that hundreds of people died because they couldn't figure out the machinery, despite getting all this political funding and they tried to cover it up? [00:26:36] Boeing, 737 MAX. [00:26:38] Yet Boeing gets carveouts. [00:26:40] Boeing gets protected. [00:26:43] And you're trying to tell me in a multi-trillion dollar economy that only one company can make transcontinental aircraft. [00:26:53] There's only two companies on the planet that do it. [00:26:55] It's Boeing and Airbus, both of which are, Airbus is a French company, both of which are heavily subsidized by their governments. [00:27:03] There's other aircraft manufacturers as well, Embraer, which is a Brazilian company. [00:27:06] The point is this: we are now seeing the carve-outs that benefit politicians, not actually help contribute to the stop of the spread. [00:27:19] And guess what? [00:27:21] Lockdowns make rich people richer. [00:27:24] Amazon loves lockdowns. [00:27:27] Amazon gets to deliver more packages of plastic from China of stuff you guys don't need. [00:27:33] Amazon gets more people watching their Amazon Go services. [00:27:38] Netflix loves lockdowns. [00:27:40] Netflix is cheering for more lockdowns. [00:27:42] Starbucks loves lockdowns. [00:27:44] Starbucks has the order go. [00:27:45] They have the curbside pickup. [00:27:47] But the local coffee shop that just invested all their money in Scottsdale, Arizona to try and compete against Starbucks, they don't have the capital reserves. [00:27:57] They don't have the shareholder backing to all of a sudden have mobile order capacity. [00:28:06] When you lock down the country, you only create permanency for a corporate oligarchy. [00:28:12] There is no epidemiological reasoning behind any of this. [00:28:15] There isn't. [00:28:16] Instead, this is the hypercorporatization of America. [00:28:20] And interestingly, the Democrats that used to hate corporate dominance are perfectly okay with it. [00:28:25] Why? [00:28:26] Because they think this is actually a gateway drug to socialism to nationalize everything. [00:28:32] Little do Bernie Sanders and AOC know this is the opposite. [00:28:35] This is the permanent corporate class that will control everything. [00:28:40] And if AOC was actually serious about representing small people, she would want the country opened instantaneously. === Democrats Embrace Corporate Dominance (06:28) === [00:28:52] When running a business, HR issues can kill you. [00:28:55] Wrongful termination suits, minimum wage requirements, labor regulations, and more. [00:29:00] HR manager salaries are never cheap, and they're an average of $70,000 a year. [00:29:51] Spell bam to the BEE.com/slash Kirk. [00:29:57] I want to get to some more sound here. [00:30:02] I want to go to Bill de Blagio, cut nine. [00:30:08] If you love people, help them stay alive by not traveling. [00:30:12] Play cut nine. [00:30:14] Well, if I'm saying to people, and I talked about my family, but the first thing I'm saying to everyone is: do not travel. [00:30:21] Stay local. [00:30:22] Keep it small. [00:30:24] If you love people, if you love your extended family, help them stay alive so we can all celebrate together in person next year. [00:30:31] Because I really believe by next Thanksgiving, we'll be in the kind of situation we can all come back together. [00:30:36] So in my case, I would normally travel for Thanksgiving. [00:30:39] I'm not going to. [00:30:39] I'm going to be missing some of the people that are closest to me in the world that I would always see on Thanksgiving. [00:30:45] I hate it, but I want to keep them safe. [00:30:50] So I said before that many of these governors and mayors are participating in almost an Olympic competition of who can oppress their citizens more. [00:31:02] I have called this before the Oppression Olympics, but it was in a completely differently different example. [00:31:11] It was more about what happens on college campuses when young people have a competition of who can say they are the most oppressed victim group in the eyes of the academic elite. [00:31:27] But now it's almost as if these Democrat governors and mayors are having a competition of who can lock down and shut down their citizenry the quickest. [00:31:39] And Mayor Bill de Blasio is a very unpopular mayor. [00:31:42] He's a fool. [00:31:44] And Mayor Bill de Blasio believed that BLM incorporated outside of Trump Tower demonstrating was a necessary activity, whereas the gathering of family on Thanksgiving is not. [00:32:09] And when we look at these governors and these totalitarians that are looking to shut down many of these states, we should ask ourselves the question, what was their opinion of America? [00:32:23] What was their opinion of individual liberty before they wanted to shut down the country? [00:32:29] Now, amazingly, the political party that wants to make brothels legal, legalize prostitution, have heroin and cocaine decriminalized, and are all about individuals being able to make any decision they want whenever, regardless of the cost, because they believe in their own version of self-indulgent liberty. [00:32:52] Now, all of a sudden, they're the ones that are terrified of a citizenry having to have some form of risk in their life. [00:33:00] It's so incredibly dystopian. [00:33:02] It really is. [00:33:06] And so the question that I still have is, why are we tolerating this? [00:33:14] If you're a small business owner and you're still closed in California, yet the movie industry was just granted access to stay open. [00:33:22] Strip clubs were just granted access to stay open, but churches must remain closed. [00:33:26] Laundromats must remain closed. [00:33:28] And restaurants must remain closed. [00:33:30] Why is the movie industry allowed to be open? [00:33:33] Because they contribute to the right candidates. [00:33:36] And what's stunning is that the Democrats used to care about political favoritism. [00:33:40] They used to care about the consequences of Citizens United. [00:33:43] They used to care about a government that was not created for the people. [00:33:47] At least this is what they said. [00:33:48] This was the energy behind the Elizabeth Warren movement, behind the Bernie Sanders movement. [00:33:53] Let me tell you, with the possibility of a Biden presidency, there is an opportunity for Republicans to represent 75 to 80% of the country. [00:34:02] If Republicans got serious about campaign finance and the consequences of campaign finance when it came to lockdowns, if Republicans got serious about representing the muscular class and normal people, if Republicans got serious about opposing woke ideology and still being firm in our social conservative commitments of pro-life and pro-faith, we would represent 80% of the country. [00:34:30] Where Democrats, they would, their political constituency are people that are permanently addicted to government and want to stay that way. [00:34:42] And the 1% that want special carve-outs and favors and rules for themselves. [00:34:48] We have now seen nine months of wise double-standard central command policies. [00:35:00] They are trying to suffocate the American worker and the middle class. [00:35:09] Thanks so much for listening, everybody.
