[00:00:31]  But you know you exist, unique, a self, an I-ness, a selfness, unique among all other I's and self-nesses anywhere in the universe.

[00:00:48]  You know this when you waken to the body.
[00:00:50]  When you waken to your I-ness, when consciousness returns from whatever lack, sleep, deprivation, drugs, doesn't matter, when you return, there is always I-ness and selfness.

[00:01:07]  What is the name of the I-ness, the self-ness, of the being that is hearing these words?
