Here Comes the Inevitable Buzzfeed Slimepiece

Time Text
Another day, another BuzzFeed slime piece.
Who could have imagined that once again, BuzzFeed are going to disgrace themselves in the public eye.
If it wasn't bad enough that they published the Trump piss dossier, which was also nonsense, they are now going to publish a hit piece on my Discord server.
Well, of course they will.
A YouTuber standing as a UKIP candidate invited supporters to a gaming community that has chat rooms filled with white supremacists and anti-Semitic content.
None of that's true.
I invited my supporters to my Discord server.
It is not a gaming community.
I don't know why you would lie about that BuzzFeed.
That has chat rooms filled with white supremacist and anti-Semitic content.
No, it doesn't.
You can't even demonstrate that in your own article, Mark DiStefano and Alex Wickham, you pair of vile liars.
You list yourselves as BuzzFeed news reporters, which is not exactly a reputable thing to call yourself.
I don't know whether you've noticed.
But then it's not like BuzzFeed have a reputation for honesty.
Let's read on.
A private gaming community.
You keep saying that, but it's not true.
It's a political discussion community and a place for my supporters to gather to talk to me.
But anyway, Carry On, used by YouTube star-turned UKIP candidates, feel flattered, to recruit supporters for his European election campaign is rife with white supremacism, anti-Semitism, and support for the Christchurch mosque terrorist.
It's not a labor gathering place.
Calm down.
That's not true, BuzzFeed.
And you know that's not true, but you're publishing it on the assumption that I won't sue you.
On Friday the 12th, Benjamin posted a video to his Sargon of the Cad YouTube channel.
And pinned on the top comments, Benjamin said people could join his campaign by clicking through to a server on Discord, the US-based chat platform, like in Slack or Skype, but for gamers, do not be a civilian, be a citizen, Benjamin Earth supporters.
People who clicked the YouTube video were given an invite to Benjamin to the Discord server, which has almost 15,000 members.
My election channel with Athens is called Sargon MEP Help Offers and works like a traditional chat room as used for organising Benjamin's campaign.
Over the past few days, that particular channel has been filled with hundreds of messages posted from users claiming to be both inside and outside the UK offering to help with Benjamin's campaign asking how to make donations.
Yes, which is fine.
And that's been specifically for people in the southwest as well.
Those people not in the southwest have gone to the other public rooms, which, like I said, are public and are moderated, obviously.
Outside the election channel, but within the Athens server that Benjamin Directs is supposed to, are other channels of discussion containing violent material.
No, there aren't.
There is a false flag or smear campaign going on by people who hate me.
And you know that BuzzFeed.
You know that very well.
One discussion in the channel called The Temple of Vithina Nike from March 2019 is about the new copyright law approved by the European Parliament, where members talked about killing pro-EU politicians.
Really, did they?
Well, how do you know that they're still members?
How do you know that?
The point is, you don't.
In fact, I'm guessing you've redacted their names because you know that these people have been removed.
And I would be able to prove that these people have been removed if you'd put the names in there.
I mean, it's not like I saw these messages anyway.
They apparently said, maybe start assassinating fucking Eurocrats, preferably the unelected ones at the top, but alas, that would be murder and wrong totally.
And that's we should not, only the people can do that.
We should strip them of their humanity first.
Like, this sounds like a false flag.
I mean, to be honest with you, these sound like fake screenshots.
I've never seen anything like this.
And I'm sure that if the moderators had found anything like this, they would remove it.
This is akin to finding tweets on Twitter that support Brent and Tarrant and saying, well, look at this.
Twitter has people supporting the Christchurch shooter.
Twitter is a platform that supports the Christchurch shooter.
Another user in the same channel then addressed concerns that Benjamin's political opponents could use messages posted outside his MEP channel against him.
Wow, I can't believe people were actually saying, look, this is not good.
This is not what we want on this Discord server.
But sorry, don't worry about it.
We don't need to know who these people are.
We don't need to follow this up, BuzzFeed.
This is a slime piece.
You're trying to smear me in things that honestly I think you've made up.
But even if you haven't, it's a handful of Nazis that infiltrated the server that will have been banned subsequently.
And again, I would be able to give you the times and dates that these people were banned if you'd put the names in.
But you know, we'll just take BuzzFeed's word for it that these are real.
We'll just take your word for it that this isn't made up.
Because honestly, I mean, why wouldn't we?
You've got such a good track record on these things, BuzzFeed.
They wrote, nah, Sargon's enemies are lazy enough just to slander the man with an article and go about their day.
None of them are actually intelligent or drift enough to actually dig up dirt on here.
Well, there isn't really any dirt on there.
Any more than anywhere else where people can publicly access.
If you like, all you can do is say, well, someone posted something in a public section.
Okay?
And that thing will have been removed by now, won't it?
Those people would have been banned by now, won't they?
I mean, this was like a month ago.
So that's definitely gone by now.
What am I supposed to do?
I guess I'll just be smeared and slandered.
I mean, like, even the, if this was real, let's just assume this was real.
Even these people who are trying to hurt me are smart enough to know that you guys are awful and that's what you do.
Because this is how I run my server.
As stated, the rules for membership of Athens contained in the channel called Tourist Information, you know, because a public server say there is no not safe for work area in this server.
This is a public server.
I'm well aware that it's a public server and therefore we don't allow anything that's particularly untowards.
No, no, you know, no gore, no porn, no, no disgusting stuff.
It's just political discussion and some memes.
But despite the warning, users have expressed support for the Christchurch terror suspect Brenton Tarrant.
You mean a bunch of alt-right people came in and were spurging.
They were just posting stuff in order to provoke a reaction before they were banned.
Hmm.
I guess we'll just call them users.
We'll just say, well, these are just generally reflective of a 15,000 strong community.
How many did you have?
Well, like, well, I mean, I don't even know if these are all, this could be two people talking, couldn't it?
Because I don't know who these people are because you've redacted that for some reason.
Really gets the noggin jogging.
They were also complaining that there are apparently some labor supporters in my server, which again, I'll ban them too.
Don't get me wrong.
I'm in no way interested in having labor anti-Semites in my server, so we'll get rid of them as quickly as possible.
But again, all of this stuff is like you can find a tweet that will say the same thing and then pin the same allegation on Twitter or on Facebook or wherever.
And like that, I remove these things.
My moderators remove these things.
They're very diligent with this sort of stuff.
And for good reason, we know that BuzzFeed exists.
We know that BuzzFeed are nothing but slime merchants.
This is just red meat for BuzzFeed's audience.
And the whole point is to try and get Discord to panic, flip out and shut down my server.
Why?
Because I'm using it for political organization.
Nothing illegitimate about that at all.
No reason to penalize me for the, or the 15,000 people in there for the actions of, I guess, is more than, I guess we'll just say two people since we can't prove that it's more than two people.
I mean, we don't even know that it's more than one person, but we'll just assume it's a couple of people talking because we've got no reason to think it's not.
And since I'm in that server every day and I use it all the time, I know what the content and the character of the server is like.
And it's very satisfactory to me because it's not like this.
In a statement to BuzzFeed News, Benjamin distanced himself from the comments.
Yeah, but that's only because it seemed impolite to just tell you to get fucked.
That's all I'm saying.
He said there was a team of moderators removing unsavoury comments from the Discord server, but due to the size of the server, some comments were missed.
Well, we don't even know that these were missed.
We don't know how long they were up for.
We don't know who posted them.
We don't have any particular information because that's how BuzzFeed do their work.
In the dark.
There are over 12,000 members of the Athens server, apparently 15,000.
I wasn't even aware it was that big.
We are concerned about alt-right infiltration, and we have moderators who remove unsavoury contributors, make statements, endorse them with our right.
Due to the size of the server, some comments were missed by a moderation team.
These comments are always removed, and the entire investigation by BuzzFeed is clearly a political attack on my candidacy, which it clearly is.
And here we go.
Discord has also been contacted about the messages on the Athens server.
Why?
Do you think they don't read BuzzFeed?
Do you think they wouldn't have just seen it?
In an interview with BuzzFeed News in 2017, Discord CEO Jason Citroën said, the platform was committed to free speech and it was inevitable there will be actors using the product for things that are not completely wholesome.
Over the past few days, Benjamin's online activity has been put under the media spotlight, with questions being asked about UKIP's decision to recruit controversial YouTubers to run as star candidates in the upcoming European elections.
Yes, it's interesting, isn't it?
That you've got things from a month ago, at least allegedly, assuming these are true again, you've got things from a month ago and you only released them out.
You sat on these things.
I wonder why that is.
It's almost like this is entirely and cynically designed to try and hurt my candidacy.
It's really weird.
Again, it's just my almonds are so active right now, BuzzFeed.
It's almost like you're full of shit.
Completely full of shit.
And all you do is smear people you don't like.
But it's not like you don't already have a reputation for that.
