Sargon of Akkad - Carl Benjamin - In the Name of God, Go! Aired: 2019-04-01 Duration: 05:13 === Voting Against Sovereignty (03:10) === [00:00:03] Good afternoon everyone, how are you doing? [00:00:09] I tell you what, I am really disappointed today. [00:00:13] Our parliament are not sovereign. [00:00:16] They don't want independence, they are afraid of independence. [00:00:20] They don't think that our country should be sovereign and they won't vote for our sovereignty. [00:00:28] And so once again, the Prime Minister of Great Britain has to go crawling back to her unelected masters in Brussels and beg for scraps. [00:00:41] This is unbearable national humiliation and has been for the last two or more years. [00:00:50] The Remainers treat the European Union as a moral good in and of itself. [00:00:57] They apparently have no care of our democracy when our democracy becomes inconvenient. [00:01:03] When the vote of the people stands in the way of their ideal, then it is the vote itself that is the problem. [00:01:13] And they will do everything they can do to undermine you. [00:01:20] Whenever I challenge any of them on this, they become emotional, hostile, as if I'd just insulted their father or something. [00:01:30] Because they look up to the European Union as the model of perfection and competence. [00:01:36] When in reality, it's falling apart. [00:01:41] Populist, Eurosceptic movements are growing across the continent. [00:01:46] Never-ending financial crisis in Greece. [00:01:50] Germany nearly in recession. [00:01:52] Paris on fire for 19 weeks straight. [00:01:58] What do they want us to stay in? [00:02:01] It is becoming truly dystopian. [00:02:04] The police in France are wearing armour while clubbing old ladies to the floor. [00:02:10] And when Macron is presented with this, all he says is, I hope she gains some wisdom. [00:02:22] And now, the second largest contributor to the European Union is trying to leave. [00:02:29] 64% of the constituencies in the United Kingdom voted to leave the European Union. [00:02:36] A margin of nearly two to one in favour of Brexit. [00:02:41] Your representatives, the people who are supposed to speak for these constituencies, voted nearly three to one to remain in the European Union. [00:02:52] 486 remain MPs to 116 Brexit. === Call for a General Election (02:14) === [00:02:59] It is a Remainer Parliament in a Brexiteer country and they do not represent you. [00:03:09] Parliament is not meant to be a will unto itself. [00:03:14] It is meant to actually represent the regions of the country. [00:03:19] If the Remain MPs felt that they could not in good conscience support Brexit, then they should have done the dignified thing and resigned. [00:03:39] We, the British people, will deal with this the civilized way, the way we have always done it, at the ballot box. [00:03:50] This is the real people's vote and this is what the vote on Brexit will look like going forward. [00:03:58] If parliaments cannot do the honourable thing and honour the result of the referendum, call a general election. [00:04:10] The current parliament is not fit to serve at this moment of challenge and they do not serve anyone but themselves. [00:04:19] Call a general election. [00:04:24] We must replace this parliament with representatives who understand what leave the European Union means. [00:04:34] Call a general election. [00:04:39] If our MPs do not wish to leave our country, that is not a problem. [00:04:45] We will elect ones that do. [00:04:48] Call a general election. [00:04:54] Because nothing is ever new under the sun. [00:04:57] And as Oliver Cromwell said, ye have grown intolerably odious to the whole nation. [00:05:04] You were deputed here by the people to get grievances redressed and yourselves become the greatest grievance.
