Obviously, this is my first time doing anything like this, and I made a PowerPoint and did it on the train on the way here.
Please don't expect any kind of professionalism or anything like that.
I'm going to fuck up, I'm going to make mistakes.
So, anyway.
So, anyway.
Oh, anyway.
Oh, anyway.
That's what we're supposed to do, that we're supposed to go over there.
Right?
But the first thing I'm going to talk about is a recent drama that happened in the Magic the Gathering community.
For those of you that may not be aware, I'll bring everyone up to speed, but then I'll talk about the actual result of the entire thing, which has been branded as Thoughtgate.
Just to give everyone a brief run through when this works, Christine Sprankel, a Magic the Gathering cause player, announces that she's leaving the community and accuses YouTuber, Unsleeved Media, Jeremy, of two years of prolonged harassment and cites that as the reason that she's leaving.
All of her claims are immediately believed, no evidence given.
Female privilege.
This begins a hate campaign by the SJW side of the community against Jeremy, false-flagging all his social media accounts and even publishing guides on how to take down his Patreon.
The harassment against Jeremy continues for days, most of it being directed from the Magic TCG subreddit, whose mods, some of whom are Wizards of the Coast employees, banned all users who made posts asking for evidence of the harassment or defending Jeremy while allowing all posts encouraging harassment towards Jeremy to remain up.
Various Magic the Gathering YouTubers start creating videos attacking Jeremy and encouraging people to false flag all of his social media accounts.
Any attempts to ask Franco for any evidence were greeted with attacks from white knights blindly defending her because if you defend the cosplayer, she'll touch your penis.
People continue to listen and believe while Jeremy's YouTube channel suffers false community strikes and eventually a YouTuber known as Tellarion Community College makes a video containing the supposed evidence that proves Franco's claims.
Now it was a 20 minute video and he did include some things in it but the problem was it didn't actually prove fucking anything.
So we can look at the stuff that was in the video of what did Jeremy actually do.
Now he mocked Sprankel for making a video where she cried and begged for more patrons because no one likes an e-begger.
Jeremy mocked Christine because she was complaining about receiving loot comments due to her cosplay.
I wondered why that was Christine.
And then this is gross.
Jeremy's fans often attack the people he criticises and Sprankel is subject to this.
See if you make a video on anyone you've no control over what your fans do so you're not responsible for it bodily but we're okay.
The things that Jeremy actually did was he gave criticisms of actions that Sprankel actually did do and there was only a few instances of that.
Now these weren't communicated directly to her.
Jeremy presented them on his own channel and the messages that Sprankel did actually get came from Jeremy's fans who he has no control over.
How's that two years worth of harassment?
That was the original claim that started the actual dumpster fire and it never got proven.
And what happened as a result to Jeremy was he gets mass hate span through Twitter and Facebook, mass dislikes and false flagging YouTube videos, resulting in false channel strikes.
People actually started posting his home address on Magic the Gathering forums and message boards.
They sub-redited Magic the Gathering, encouraged hate towards Jeremy, and he actually did get genuine death threats and threats of violence.
Now, Wizard of the Coast contacted Jeremy and says that because of the reports they received, they were going to actually investigate it, mainly investigate Jeremy.
Jeremy handed all of this over to them, you know, that's actual genuine harassment, right, to Wizards of the Coast.
And they responded, and Wizards of the Coast response was something that included evidence that they gathered against Jeremy that proved that he was a toxic person.
Do you want to see some of the examples?
Yes!
Fucking penny!
This last one's probably my personal favourite though.
I wouldn't even rape you!
The Wizards of the Coast investigation Jeremy was given a permanent lifetime ban from all Magic the Gathering events He had his online account terminated and all of his online cards were confiscated and the ban cannot be appealed.
But what happened to the actual harassers?
Absolutely fucking nothing.
So I'm going to go through the series of events and see if you can notice any similarities.
Guido does sketchy things, gets harsh criticism for it.
Girl claims these criticisms are harassment because criticism is harassment.
The community gets divided, one side defending the edgy boy, one side defending the female.
The company Virtue Signals Hard, defend the women and ban the trolls.
Virtue Signal and White Knight and Everywhere, our games should cater to women.
Polygon Kotaku and other publications create smear articles against Jeremy and toxic players.
Why does this sound familiar?
The cancer is kind of any hobby that you have, anything that you like and this cancer will come to it and infect it and ruin it SJW culture ruins franchises and kills companies.
BuzzFeed and cracked have had massive layoffs and we all know why that is.
Even if something as benign as Magic the Gathering can be affected by this, it can spread everywhere.
But if anybody feels like helping out, if you actually go onto Jeremy's Twitter at Unstream Media, there is a petition to get his ban taken down.
It was about 14,000 signatures last time I checked.
Wizards of the Coast won't actually repeal his ban.
This is just a nice week fuck you.
Moving on to the next thing, I don't know if everyone's aware of Dana Neso, who is a Michigan Attorney General candidate.
She's running for it.
And most women running for any kind of office try and pull the hole, vote for me because I'm a woman, because that's enough.
But she's put an interesting twist on it.
If the last few weeks has taught us anything, it's that we need more women in positions of power, not less.
If you're choosing Michigan's next Attorney General, ask yourself this, who can you trust most not to show you their penis?
Nothing quite like waiver sexual assault allegations to help yourself get a leg up.
At least sexual assault might help a woman in some way.
Never mind, we know I'm going to jail, mate.
It's worse.
Whiskey.
I think this is crushed.
Niko-Niko-Ni!
Will you try saving up a number again?
It's a rock star!
I think I'm all sad, I'm sorry.
I don't know.
He's actually frozen.
Just give me a second.
I can't tell you why I don't think I'm...
I'm probably just going to close this and try again.
Carbaging, it's me, man.
What?
I got my steak off.
That's probably a good idea, yeah.
Anyway, let's try us again.
If the last convo has taught us anything, it's that we need more women in positions of power, not less.
So, when you're choosing Michigan's next Attorney General, enter his office.
Some people will tell you, I can't believe you're a bitch.
You're a fucking bitch.
You're doing so well.
Isn't it my first time as well, man?
That's gone wrong.
Give me a second.
I know what I'm doing.
He's at home.
That says it at Corbin Rally.
I'll call it Toppunkmate.
Some people will tell you I can't be the Democratic nominee for Attorney General here in Michigan because we can't count an all-female ticket for statewide office in 2018.
Pundits and insiders are asking, can we afford to have a female governor, a female attorney general, and a female secretary of state?
Well, I make a news and I might use you too.
But it has my wondering, can we award a vote?
Yes, you can.
A vagina is not a qualification Right That's the part that I enjoy I thought your candidacy video was supposed to be you talking about the change and good things you were going to do when you were in office, not go, oh, that shit.
Yeah, you can find out about that at this point.
What's important is I'm not going to show you my dick.
Not to do.
I will not sexually grasp my stance.
Fucking Bob being sad.
Jesus.
How low has the bar being set when anyone running for office?
promise that they lead with, and she might get elected because of this is, I won't rape anyone.
You will find me hard to get a silence with good enjoying working on the suit and get happy shirts.
I'll be too busy doing what I've always done.
Going to bed to the people who knew much and grinning.
And not showing anyone my penis.
Yes, I'm a woman.
That's not a liability.
That's a cat set.
I'm getting into it.
It's fighting.
Anyway.
Moving on to the next one.
This is my last one.
This is just a little bit of light-hearted bants.
Salvo decided to put me on first so we could just get the demonetisation over and done with.
So it's fine.
But just a bit of banner from the well-known, well-renowned, very, very, very unbiased everyday feminism.
Ten things every essential feminist should ask on a first date.
Also known as ten things to say to make sure there's never a second fucking day.
Moving on.
Do you believe that Black Lives Matter?
I would ask you to show me some evidence first.
My trial is over.
We're good, we're golden, it's fine.
What are your thoughts on gender and sexual orientation?
Gender is not a spectrum.
If you believe gender is a spectrum, you're on a different kind of spectrum.
Sexual orientation, you could probably argue that's a spectrum.
I'm completely fine with my sexual orientation.
I'm a completely straight man.
I only have sex with women and traps.
Don't make me go total biscuit on you mate.
How do you want to dismantle sexism and misogyny in your life?
I don't.
You might have thought there was a punchline there.
There isn't.
What are your thoughts on sex?
What?
Raise your hand if you watch pom.
There's your answer.
Are you a supporter of the BDS movement?
BDS stands for Boycott, Divest Sanctions, and Effort to End International Support for Israel's oppression of Palestine.
How brave do I feel, friend?
I'm not going to comment on Palestine, on Palestine, or as Jews like to call it, more, Israel.
What is your understanding of settler colonialism and indigenous rights?
Now, I completely acknowledge the fact that sailing around the world and planting a flag in the ground and then butchering all the locals was British foreign policy for a few centuries.
But if any of these other places were as advanced as ours, they'd be going around doing the exact same thing.
We just got there first.
Don't hate on white people for killing people.
It's not enough hope we're the best at it.
Do you think capitalism is exploitative?
Capitalism, for one, teaches us that we are only valuable if we produce capital.
That means that if you aren't contributing to the system with your labour, your life means almost nothing.
The reason for that is, communist, is that there's no such thing as a free ride unless it's in my helicopter.
You wouldn't be illegal.
Yeah, they're called illegal immigrants.
I always like the argument of just because they're an illegal immigrant doesn't mean they're a criminal.
If they're here illegally, they're a criminal by default.
Just put that out there.
Do you support Muslim Americans and non-Muslim people from Islamic countries?
I support non-Muslim people fleeing Islamic countries because we all know why that is.
And do I support Muslim Americans?
I do.
Do I support British Muslims?
I do.
Until they want to rent a truck.
Does your allyship include disabled folks?
I love disabled people.
If it wasn't for disabled people, my channel wouldn't have any content.
I cannot rush all the way through that because I'm nervous as fuck.
I'm actually shaking.
I'm actually gripping onto this because I keep shaking.
I'm trying to hide it.
I'm trying to get around.
But just to close, to give everybody a sort of update on everything that's happened, my trial's past the evidence day today.
It looks like January 5th is going to be the decision day.
So you can follow my channel if you want, but it may be for nothing.
But we'll find out then whether or not Scotland actually still has any respect for free speech.
