Hello everyone, welcome to this week in Stupid for the 9th of October 2016.
This week we will be talking about the tyranny of C.S. Lewis's omnipotent moral busybodies.
But first, I've had many comments from people saying things like, this video didn't show up in my subscription feed or YouTube has unsubscribed me from your channel.
And I don't know what's going on with that, but it's been brought to my attention that if you look at a channel on YouTube, they'll have a little bell in the corner there.
This brings up the notification settings for the channel you're on, and there is a checkbox that says, send me all notifications for this channel.
Checking this and saving it is apparently how you make sure that you always get videos from certain channels that you like.
I was under the impression that was what the subscription button was for, but what do I know?
Anyway, you're probably familiar with C.S. Lewis' quote on omnipotent moral busybodies.
And this week really brought into focus the concerns that he was highlighting.
This has always been my problem with intersectional social justice, feminism, anything that you would lump into the sort of regressive category.
It's not that they aren't well-meaning.
They obviously are well-meaning.
The problem is, they don't seem to understand that their methods are going to result with them tyrannizing other people and becoming the oppressive force that they are so desperately concerned about.
This is actually one of the things that I'm most worried about and actually fear most from like books like 1984 and Animal Farm, where someone will oppress you and tell you that it's right for them to do it.
And that's where this is all going.
And I will show you what I mean with events that have happened this week.
And just in case I forget to mention this at the end of the video, it's never right to oppress someone.
There is never a good moral reason to oppress someone.
It's always a wrong.
It might be a necessary evil, but you can't tell me it's a moral good.
You fucking idiots, okay?
And this is the problem with the omnipotent moral busybodies that are busy inserting themselves into the highest echelons of our civilization.
They don't understand the difference between a moral good and an ethical necessity.
And I'll do a video on this at some point, just making the difference.
And it'll be one of those sort of boring ones I do, but seriously, it seems necessary because the two just get conflated so easily.
But anyway, so this week, Donald Trump had some tapes released.
And my god, you would think that it was a tape of him eating a baby or something.
You would think that it was a tape of him kicking a puppy.
I don't know.
Literally, you would think it's a tape of him doing anything other than just talking some bullshit with his friends in private.

I think this is childish and I do think it is disrespectful.
So I personally would never do it.
But that doesn't make Donald Trump a rapist and that doesn't make this important in any way.
This is childish nonsense that we should ignore.
But since this is the fucking meme election and it appears that the entire political discourse is nothing but character assassination at the moment.
This is what we have to talk about.
And I really mean this because I keep getting comments like this.
Sargon, you're a retard if you think Trump would make a better president than Hillary.
She might be a liar, a hypocrite and a criminal, but she is far better than the alternative.
How the fuck can you justify that?
What could the alternative be that is worse for a politician?
A liar, hypocrite, and criminal are literally the worst possible things a politician can be.
And they are the worst things a politician can be because they don't just affect a few individuals.
A politician that is a liar, hypocrite and criminal will end up affecting thousands and thousands, if not millions of people, whereas Donald Trump being a cartoonishly biff-like character only affects a small number of individuals around him.
The net damage done is much greater for a liar, hypocrite and criminal than a buffoonish jock.
You can always make the decision not to associate with Donald Trump.
It is an option you have.
For fuck's sake, if Hillary gets voted into office, people don't have the option of dealing with her lies, her hypocrisy, and her corruption.
They have to deal with that.
They don't have the option of non-engagement.
Trump is a better choice, even if he's a worse individual person.
Hillary is a worse choice, even if she's incredibly polite to everyone she threatens.
And look at this.
The point is he feels like he can do it to any woman because he's a celebrity.
When did you become so intelligently dishonest?
Well, I don't think I'm being intellectually dishonest.
I think that there are certain cues that women have been using on Donald Trump, and he sees this so often that he thinks it happens all the time.
I know that makes him an idiot, but you can probably, probably make it clear to Donald Trump you're not interested.
And I think if he's going to describe this to his buddies, he's certainly going to over-inflate it.
And are you even paying attention to yourselves?
The thing that you have on him that is the worst thing on Donald Trump is that he is caught on tape saying vulgar and offensive things about women with Billy Bush.
Well, I don't care.
You've been calling Donald Trump a racist, sexist, misogynist, whatever, since the inception of his campaign, and now you're like, tape shows Donald Trump is sexist, misogynist, worst.
Well, so what?
You've been calling him this from the start and it's not the issue that I care about.
That Donald Trump is not nice to women doesn't affect my position on Donald Trump because it wasn't instrumental in me wanting to support him in the first place.
Hillary has to lose.
The establishment have all gathered around one candidate because a populist has emerged.
I mean, and literally, I mean, they've gone around destroying a populist in their own party, specifically conspiring against him to ensure that the corporate candidate wins.
And now Donald Trump is coming on a wave of populist support and they can't stop him because he won't apologize.
They have to do everything they can to make him lose because he will make them lose.
They know they're going to lose huge amounts of money.
They know that the gravy train they have been riding on is going to come to a fucking end.
And that's a good thing.
That's the reason we're in this situation at the moment.
The establishment hasn't been listening to the common man.
That's what Brexit's about.
That's what Trump is about.
For fuck's sake, it's about breaking the establishment's hold on power.
We're meant to be living in democracies.
Our governments are meant to be responsive to our fucking complaints, and they're not.
You've got the German elite literally saying the elites aren't the problem, the people are the problem.
This is the cause of all of this right-wing nationalism.
And if it doesn't end with the establishment cracking now, then it will end with them being torn down in flames later.

This is a pressure valve that needs to be opened on just Western civilization.
And this is why I'm going to be talking about the omnipotent moral busybodies now.
Because these are the people who have built up this pressure.
This week we've had a perfect example of this in the form of the sacrificial lamb of Elon Musk, who apparently follows zero women on Twitter.
This was so important that Vice magazine had to write an article about it.
Elon Musk follows zero women on Twitter.
Yes, you already told us that in the fucking title, and I didn't give a shit then.
For fuck's sake, who cares?
The inventor and entrepreneur is an active tweeter.
My god.
And appears to be running his own Twitter account, Jacques Hughes.
Musk has a following of over 5 million, but only follows 54 accounts.
Most of them are brands or publications, which aren't gendered.
Of 21 of the accounts that Musk follows are men.
That doesn't include Charlie Rose show and account for a TV, but I don't care.
I don't care.
Meanwhile, Musk follows exactly zero women.
Again, why are you printing this?
And it's not like Musk doesn't know any women either.
Neither Tesla Motors nor SpaceX publishes their equal opportunity employment reports, although it is increasingly common for tech companies like Apple and Google to do so.
SpaceX and Tesla Motors, hmm.
So we don't have any data on diversity inside Musk's companies, meaning he's probably guilty of sexism.
You know what?
We're going to rename Vice magazine Matthew Hopkins Monthly.
Because they say, well, at some point in the last few weeks, Musk was still following his estranged wife, but she has since been unfollowed.
But she doesn't follow him either.
Possibly because they're estranged.
Which makes it even weirder that Musk tweeted the other day, some of the future episodes of Westworld feature my ex, Tallulah, does a great job of playing a deadly sex bot.
And she replies saying, typecast clearly.
Ha ha ha, what a fascinating bitch fest between Elon Musk and his ex-wife.
I simply don't care.
And their criticism, would it kill you to at-mention her, Elon?
You fucking tweet criminal.
You're not Twittering right.
They're going to tell you how you should Twitter and who you should follow and how your tweets should be composed.
Fucking, why are you even writing this?
Why is Vice publishing this?
Why did someone get paid for this?
It gets worse.
Elon Musk hasn't retweeted a woman in his last 100 tweets.
The last time he retweeted a woman, it was in August.
The Twitter Inquisition has told us.
Who fucking cares?
But this is the problem with the moral busybodies.
The woman he retweeted was his mum.
But he doesn't follow his mum either.
Do you want these freaks controlling your political dialogue?
Because that's what they're doing at the moment.
They're making you talk about something that is a fucking non-issue.
You are dancing like a puppet on their strings.
I don't care if Donald Trump had some blue banter in his bus.
I don't care if Elon Musk doesn't follow women on Twitter.
I literally cannot tell you the level of depth of just non-interest I have in these stories.
And yet, these are what everyone is talking about.
A bunch of WikiLeak papers came out that a lot of alternative media is talking about, but the mainstream media is consumed with this bullshit and they're wondering why people are going to the alternative media.
Why are their numbers tanking?
I mean, Elon Musk said, I use Twitter for news orgs.
My Instagram has the same women as men.
What's up with this phony police axe grinding?
Because that's what they're doing.
It's not about what's actually happening.
It's about control over what's actually happening.
And if you have some tiny infraction that is outside of the realm of right think for their ideology, then there is simply no limit to the depths they will plumb in order to make sure you are dancing to their tune.
This is what C.S. Lewis is talking about when he says they will persecute you without end because they do so with the permission of their own conscience.
There is no reason to care who Elon Musk follows on Twitter at all.
But these people do.
This is the problem.
And this is translating into real-world political change.
I'll give you a few examples.
Again, from this week.
Yesterday, the Thames Valley Police decided they were going to support Hate Crime Awareness Week 2016.
What the fuck is that?
To the victims, it is a very real crime.
Hostility against a person based on their actual or perceived race, religion, sexual orientation, disability, or transgender.
That is a hate crime.
Hostility.
Sorry, that's not a crime.
It's not a crime to be an arsehole.
It's not a very nice thing, but it's not a fucking crime.
And it's certainly not the police's job to get involved as to whether someone has been hostile to me or not.
This is policing social interactions with people.
Do you want that?
Because if you do, you are literally arguing for the future that Demolition Man proposed.
And seriously, I'm not kidding.
This is actually from Demolition Man.
I'll have carte blanche to create the perfect society.
My society.
San Angeles will be a beacon of order.
With the purity of an ant colony.
And the beauty of a flawless pearl.
Look, you can't take away people's right to be assholes.
I'm not joking, they have decided to start a campaign called Let's Hate Hate.
Because hate is the problem, so hating hate makes total fucking sense.

And of course, this is a witch hunt.
They say Thames Valley Police has been long of the view that current reporting levels do not accurately reflect the experiences of our communities.
Following a public consultation in June 2016, Thames Valley Police found that only one of one in three of local people who identified themselves as having been a victim of hate crime actually went on to report to the police.
I imagine the rest of them just got on with their fucking lives.
Further to that, two-thirds of the 1,500 people surveyed were either not sure or didn't.
And then this is the bit that really, really hits the nail on the head.
This type of crime has no place in a civilized society.
Not only is this an absurd thing to say, you can't- other crimes are okay, but this crime isn't, you have created a greater good.
And you know that anything is going to be acceptable in service of the greater good, because the ends will justify the means.
But that isn't even the worst thing about the category of hate crime.
If this was some kind of objective thing that was easy to measure, literally anyone could do it, maybe that would be okay.
Because at least you could be sure that you are not doing something or that you are doing something.
You know, you could at least take appropriate steps to prevent yourself from being a victim of this legislation.
You could do something easily about it.
However, a hate crime is a criminal offence.
Again, not just hostility.
It's actually any criminal offence, but they want to expand it to hostility because there is no need for them not to.
What justification is there to not expand this to any kind of fucking interactions?
But it's supposed to be any criminal offense which is perceived by the victim or any other person to be motivated by hostility or prejudice based on a race, religion, blah, blah, blah.
These fucking lunatics perceive this everywhere.
They perceive racism.
Sexism, ableism, cis transgenderism, whatever it is.
They perceive it everywhere because they're fucking lunatic ideologues.
And they are not going to stop.
They are going to carry on and they are going to be convinced of it with each other that it's completely morally justified.
They will be doing the right thing by oppressing you.
And my dear American friends, don't think this isn't coming to your shores as well.
Obama orders national security workforce to address intersectionality.
Obama is ordering the national security agencies to expand the use of unconscious bias training and address intersectionality for a late push for diversity and inclusion in the federal government.
Why?
Because Obama listed diversity as our greatest asset in keeping America safe.
Really?
I mean, that just sounds like ideological horseshit to me.
The memo outlines several requirements for the security agencies, including an order to expand unconscious bias and inclusion trading.
Unconscious bias training rests on the theory that everyone is a little bit racist or sexist.
So now it's not even about your actions, it's about your fucking thoughts.
You are not even allowed to entertain these thoughts.
I don't think that moral busy bodies should be given the power to police people's fucking thoughts, which is what's happening with this hate crime legislation and this intersectionality shit.
You don't know what people think, you don't know why people did things, and so basing the nature of an infraction on someone else's perception is the stupidest thing and most easily abused system I can imagine.
As if human perception is so fucking reliable as that this is a good idea anyway.
This is going to go exactly the way of the BBC where they will actively and institutionally discriminate against people because of their skin colour.
Agencies should give special attention to ensuring the continuous incorporation of research-based best practices, thanks social fucking science.
I'm sure there's going to be a lot of honesty out of that, including those to address the intersectionality between certain demographics and job positions.
Yes, you are going to get your fucking quotas.

The question is, of course, will this make them any better of their jobs?
And the answer is probably no, given that political correctness has been blamed for intelligence failures in the past, specifically Omar Mateen in this case.
Fucking, this is a cancer and it's going to cause further problems down the line.
We know it.
There is no, there is no doubt that this is going to be the case.
On the plus side, this is such a large and sweeping initiative that it's going to red pill 3 million people about what a fucking cancer this is.
But, you know, I mean, it's going to cause a lot of problems and it's wake along the way.
It's going to just be an oppressive force in people's lives, but it's okay.
Eventually, they'll come around and they'll realize what's in store.
But you watching this video already knows what's in store.

These omnipotent moral busybodies, the sorts of people attracted to these sort of positions, are fucking horrible people.
And they bully literally the people closest to them if they come at an ideological point of disagreement.
Which is what's happened here.

It's just a pair of women, a pair of feminists, bitching at each other that one of them wasn't quite as respectful to me as I thought.
And I feel bullied and I feel I don't care how you fucking feel.
You are just a great example of why this is a huge, just another reason why this is a huge fucking mistake that we're making.
Just allowing any of this to go forward.
And it's all based on you taking advantage of people's good intentions.
People don't want to be racist.
They don't want to be sexist.
They're probably not being racist and sexist.
And then you come along and say, you might be a racist and sexist.
You've got to do as I say, or that's what I'm going to call you.
And God, what else the fucking can do?
Well, Jesus Christ, I don't want to do that.
I'm not in opposition to any of this.
Without knowing what the fuck your actual game plan is.
And don't think that power-hungry moral busybodies are unique to the West or anything.
You get these in every culture, every civilization, every kind of society.
Let's have a look at, oh, I don't know, a Muslim moral busybody.
How do they look?
What principles are they going to be trying to live up to and force on the rest of us?

I'm not at all surprised.
A Pakistani scholar on a speaking tour across Australia has had his events cancelled and has been asked to leave the country after an anti-Semitic video emerged in which the man says that global peace will only be established when the last Jew is killed.
Muslims are not terrorists.
They are the lovers of peace and preachers of peace.
And all the troubles that exist around the world are because of the Jews.
When the Jews are wiped out, the world will then be purified.
Yes, that's definitely the way it works.
It's a moral good to wipe out the Jews because everything's their fucking fault.
You fucking wish it was that simple.
The head of the Pakistan Association of Australia, Abbas Rana, said he was shocked, just shocked by the video.
I can't imagine a Muslim preacher in a mosque preaching against the Jews.
Oh my goodness.
And he claims the views espoused in the video, not his personal opinions, but quotes from a book.
What?
Was it written in fucking German or something?
The way to defeat the moral busybodies is to simply say no.
The way they co-opt organizations and institutions and gain control of a narrative, of the conversation that's happening, is by taking advantage of people's good intentions, as I've already said.
They will say, you must defend yourself from an accusation of racism.
And you can say, no, I don't.
I'm not doing anything racist.
Other people aren't calling me a racist.
You alone are calling me a racist.
The reason is because you are using this as a weapon.
You are not using this as an accurate observation of my behavior.
And this goes for any accusation from these people.
Whether you're an Islamophobe or a sexist or a homophobe or whatever.
The answer is just no.
I'm not accepting your premises and I'm not interested in answering your questions.
I am not accepting that I'm a bad person because you are making an unfounded accusation.
And so this is why I think Donald Trump has lost the election.
He apologized.
And you never apologize if you did nothing wrong.
And he didn't do anything wrong.
He is not confessing to being a serial molester.
He is puffing up his fucking ego in front of his friends by trying to brag about the number of sexual conquests that come his way because he is such an alpha billionaire twat.
This is not Trump doing something innately unethical.
This is Trump being a buffoon.
Donald Trump failed to uphold Alinsky's 11th rule of tactics from Rules for Radicals.
And I know I keep referencing this because this is important.
This is how the powerless take the power away from those who have it.
The 11th rule is if you push a negative hard and deep enough, it will break through to its counterside.
That's what Donald Trump should have done with this.
If Donald Trump, after these tapes have been released, had just got up and said, I did nothing wrong.
I don't answer to your moral judgments on my personal behavior.
And if you don't like it, that's your problem.
I don't care, and the people around me are fine with it.
So that's your choice.
And I'm carrying on because you're a bunch of fucking low energy losers.
This would be a win for the alt-right.
This would be a win for the counter-culture who wants to push back against the moral busybodies.
Unfortunately, Donald Trump cucked.
He said, I'm sorry.
I'm so sorry that I was being laddish.
Never apologise for this.
Never apologize to these people.
Even if you're wrong, you never apologize to them.
You can admit your mistake, and you can apologise to other people, but you never apologize to these people.
When they say you've done something that violates their moral code, you shrug and you say, well, that's your moral code.
I haven't done anything wrong in my moral code.
Morals are subjective.
Ethics are objective.
Donald Trump hasn't violated the same ethical code that Hillary has violated over and over and over.
This has probably tanked his campaign, annoyingly enough, tanked his campaign.
And so now we are probably going to look at Hillary.
And it's going to be worse because next four years, people aren't going to be happy.
More of this PC bullshit and the reaction will be stronger.
It's going to suck.
It's going to really fucking suck.
And the thing I actually do enjoy most about this is the beta Republicans who got cucked by Trump's alphaness in the early debates, who are now desperately attacking, withdraw my support.
Jeb Bush, and I'm not kidding, one of them said, one of these articles said, Jeb Bush tweeted furiously.
Fucking, just fucking clap, my dudes.
Honestly.
I don't care if Jeb Bush tweets furiously about how he's angry at Donald Trump.
Of course, he's fucking angry at Donald Trump.
It's obvious that the beta uprising is happening because they're desperate to regain some kind of fucking self-respect.
I don't care about the self-respect.
